They're projecting a lot of confidence, but we talk about it think his chances are they're projecting a lot of confidence. But we've started to see more and more reporting that there is an uneasiness setting in with the Biden regime. This week will go down as the week where their lawfare tactics fell apart from the decisions with Judge Cannon, Judge Chutkin. We have the New York debacle with Stormy Daniels, which is not turning out to be what they'd hope.

Trump will probably still be convicted almost certainly, but they're not getting the polling move that they would thought that they thought they would get by deploying the instruments of the legal justice system against political dissidents like Donald Trump and a former president. Never happened before in American history. It is objectionable. It is repulsive.

It is disgusting. It is animating half the country against the regime. And it's not working. So the lawfare thing.

On the side, not working. There are other things I'm sure they have planned for us. They're running advertisements nonstop in the key battleground states. Joe Biden is raising record amounts of oligarch money. Joe Biden went recently on CNN and would brag about how strong the economy is. And how the economy is the best in the world. But how does Joe Biden actually believe he is doing?

I want all of you to listen very carefully what I'm about to say. If you think that it is rigged to the core and if you think there is no chance that we can win in November, I'm about to show you evidence that Joe Biden even believes he can lose. This is the best news for anybody in this audience that you might feel cynical, negative, that you might feel as if they're pessimistic. There is no chance.

And I get all of those feelings. It seems time and time again we're let down by House Republicans. It seems time and time again we work our tail off in the grassroots and they take three days to count ballots and we just fall a little bit short. But I'm about to show you and demonstrate to you the biggest tell so far in the 2024 election, because it is not talking, it is actions. There is only one reason why Joe Biden would do what he is doing right now with one particular issue. And that is because Joe Biden believes that he might lose.

Despite all of the control they have over the voting apparatus, despite the mail-in ballots and ballot chasers and the nonsense that they've been doing with signature verification, I'm about to give you hope. So what is it? Well, of course, Israel has now announced an invasion of Rafah. On this program, we stand with Israel and their campaign to kill and eliminate Hamas. This is upsetting many in the Western world who like to complain for a living because they do not like the fact that Israel is trying to defend itself against an existential enemy. Rafah is on the southern tip of the strip and they are going in. Now, America, led by Joe Biden, was supposed to give some of the weaponry to Israel so that they could get this invasion going and make it successful.

Now, it is a limited invasion at the moment. Joe Biden then announced, no, we're going to hold back weapons. This is our red line. Now, I'm not going to get into the condemnation of Joe Biden here. Joe Biden is on the wrong side of this. He is on the side of the new Nazis.

If you had a violent murderer next door to you and was trying to shoot you, would you just stand down and let it happen? So why should Israel, period? But instead, I want to get into the politics of this. Joe Biden is choosing when he's doing this. Joe Biden, first and foremost, doesn't care about war carnage. Look at what he's doing with Ukraine and Russia. He has no sort of ideological concern for people being killed in a theater of war. He doesn't care about that. Joe Biden doesn't care about brokering peace.

That's not it. Joe Biden is only afraid of one thing, not winning another term, yielding the White House to Donald Trump. Joe Biden is now suspending weapon transfers to Israel. So two days ago, Biden said, if Israel moves forward with its attack on the city of Rafah, he'll cut off exports of bombs and artillery shells to try and slow down their military. Biden just backed Congress's foreign aid bill, which included a big expansion of how much military aid we give Israel.

But now he's swerving back around and he's saying he's going to hold that aid back. Now, remember, Hamas is still holding Israelis hostage and Americans hostage that they captured on the 7th of October. They are refusing to release them or to surrender. This is why the war is still ongoing.

So Israel and its supporters have no interest in stopping. Joe Biden is so worried that he is going to lose Muslim support and younger activist voter support in the key battleground states of Michigan, maybe even Minnesota, parts of Pennsylvania, that he is broadcasting to you right now that he's terrified of what's happening with his base. And that Donald Trump might win.

Here is why. If Joe Biden was confident, he would just send the weapons. If Joe Biden believed that he was going to win, no matter what, if Joe Biden believed that, oh, we control, we have superior machinery, we're going to run more ads and Donald Trump is weaker than ever and the economy is better.

He would send the weapons and he would go to Delaware and vacation and take a nap. This pivot and this swerve by Biden is nakedly political, and it is a broadcast message to the American conservative grassroots, to all of us that we have them on the ropes, that we can win this thing, that Joe Biden is seeing internal polling data that shows. And by the way, they're very, very data driven on the left. They have incredible machinery that they have a serious problem.

They have a problem. So significant that he is willing to turn his back on the Jewish community in America, specifically some of the Jewish donors that he needs most. There are three groups of people, according to The New York Times, the three kinds of Biden protest votes, and they are as follows. Younger voters and Muslim American communities. Number two, Democrats in name only. So North Carolina, like many southern states, is home to a large number of voters who long ago registered as Democrats, but now vote as Republican in presidential elections.

And number three, Latino communities. Joe Biden pushed for this foreign aid bill, and now he's pressing pause and he's pushing the break on it. Why? Because Joe Biden and his entire political team are terrified what's happening on the ground. Jonah Goldberg, a big time Trump hater, if there ever was one, tweeted this quote, for what it's worth, I've heard from a lot of reliable anti-Trump people. I mean, really, really anti-Trump people who have had a lot of political power over the last few years. Really, really anti-Trump people who have had it with Biden tonight.

Anecdotally, be sure, but very telling in my circle. Cliff Asness, who was a big Nikki Haley supporter, says, quote, this is very telling. By the way, if just one of these billionaires got ticked off enough, they could plop in 100 or 200 million dollars to defeat Joe Biden. And Joe Biden knows this, but Joe Biden is choosing. Joe Biden is saying you could spend the money. I am more worried about losing rank and file voters in Michigan. Said differently, Israel is not getting the Republicans that they need to fight in Rafah because Joe Biden is worried about 50,000 Hamas voters in Michigan. If Joe Biden felt that he was really doing strongly in Michigan, no problem. Where's the weapon transfer?

Oh, they have a lot. Do not be surprised about bird flu becoming the new thing you have to be worried about. Maybe a cyber attack, maybe an outage, maybe another war, maybe a false flag attack. I'm just speculating that these are evil, evil people that are starting to realize that they're coalition is collapsing. I'm reminded in 2016 when Bill Clinton took Hillary Clinton aside and it leaked. And he said, Hillary, I don't think you're going to win. He said, this Donald Trump guy, you shouldn't underestimate. He's he's talking like the old conventional Democrat.

He's going to the Rust Belt. He's drawing big crowds. And Hillary completely ignored Bill Clinton. I mean, they barely talk as it is.

Married couple. But Bill Clinton's I mean, despite being a craven predator who should be in jail, his political instincts are rather sharp. The guy won the presidency twice. He's he knows how to win elections.

He also won as kind of a blue dog Democrat as a Southern Democrat. And he tried to warn Hillary, hey, what Trump is doing is exactly how the Republican Party should coalesce to beat us, especially in the blue wall states. And Hillary said, oh, forget it.

And she ignored him at her peril. She was running national advertisements in California, New York, doing fundraisers in posh settings, assembling her cabinet as if her victory was a certainty. James Carville, who was the president was a certainty. James Carville was the senior adviser to Bill Clinton.

James Carville came up with the phrase, it's the economy, stupid. He's 80 years old now. He's not listened to very much. He's not woke enough. He's not a black lesbian professor.

So he just kind of gets cast aside. He still lives in Louisiana. He taught some classes in Baton Rouge at LSU. He does some interviews here or there. He'll say something provocative.

And then he goes back and drinks on his porch. It's basically the story of James Carville. James Carville is doing what Bill Clinton did in 2016.

He's seeing a trend line. That is troubling for the Democrats. You pair that up with Joe Biden, not sending weapons to Israel because of a small pocket of voters in Michigan. Because of a small group of young activists and Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan. Yes, that is how terrified they are that our movement might be successful. Not to mention what we're doing with ballot chasing, voter registration, voter integrity, election integrity.

You combine all of that together. They say, what else do we have to throw at them? And that is precisely what James Carville said.

I want to play the entire clip. It is cut 148. And he says, Trump is more ahead than he's ever been. And the Democrat tactics are not working. We've thrown everything we can against the wall and he gets more popular.

Let's play cut 148. And Trump's more ahead than he's ever been. Fewer people think January 6th was any kind of what it was is an assault on the temple of democracy, the Constitution. I don't know whether you want to say it's going the wrong way. It's not working.

Everything that we're throwing is spaghetti at a wall and none of it is sticking, me included. And it's hard when you're starting your 80th year and, you know, like anybody else, I have an opinion of myself. And the opinion I've come to is, I don't matter.

It doesn't matter. You can prepare. You can be on TV. You can write pieces. You can have a YouTube channel. You can have a podcast. And nothing, nothing. And, you know, we've got to, like, try to think of something different because what we're doing is really, really not working.

You know, James Carville, I don't feel that way. Every day I wake up and I believe what I do does matter. We're reaching 10 million people a day on TikTok, millions of people a day on YouTube. We're drawing crowds at University of Washington, Seattle. We're turning people away from the Marxist worldview that you have been supporting.

Now all of a sudden, does it start to make sense why Gen Z is the most conservative generation in history? You have a thousand, you have a force. You have a thousand student force on the ground.

If you think about that, that's a thousand chapters. On average, you got 50 to 60 active members per chapter, some even more. That's on average active. You have a couple hundred students that are involved and we could call them passive members and they bring in friends. So let's scale this out and then the influence is at least half of the school. That's how high school works.

Everyone's aware what's going on. So you have a thousand high school chapters, one thousand with 50 or 60 core strong kids per chapter. So that's a 50,000 student hyperactive base and then two to three hundred members-ish per chapter. So that's two to three hundred thousand members total and then the influence is usually four or five times that.

Just that force, that ground force reaches millions of Gen Z students, millions. That is the work of Turning Point USA, the Turning Point USA High School program. And shout out to Brandon, does an amazing job, been around a while and he's terrific. Nick, Koka, really great American, he's done a terrific job. Andrew Seifer, Amy, they've done a wonderful job.

The whole field team, they deserve such such credit. This high school accomplishment is profound. You can see why James Carville is going on and on. Oh my goodness, nothing we're doing is working. We have been doing the work. You're looking for some hope. That right there is hope. One thousand high school TPUSA chapters nationwide.

And then you look at the macro data, it lines up. The macro data shows that Gen Z is the most conservative high school and college generation in 20 or 30 years and the most conservative men in 50 years. And even young women are increasingly less liberal, four points less liberal since 2020. And in a couple weeks, we have our Young Women's Leadership Summit in San Antonio, Texas. That is our, boy that's amazing, it's our ninth Young Women's Leadership Summit. The only organization in the conservative movement that does training, equipping, encouraging for young conservative leaders.

And that's coming up in San Antonio. Turning Point USA is doing the work to save the country. And we're seeing the left respond to that kind of a force, to that kind of footprint.

Again, it's not just us. There's so many great groups out there, but not to just, I mean, honestly, I could brag on them because it's less about me. I'm just the visionary and the founder. They're out there doing the work.

The staff, they're in the trenches. No one comes even close to the daily impact, hustle or grind of Turning Point USA. It's not even in the same ballpark. It's not not even in the same ecosystem because we have raised the level around here.

Thousand high school chapters, and that is just one of dozens of departments and accomplishments that we can share. We play offense with a sense of urgency to win the American culture war. And they're worried and they should be. They don't know the way forward. So let me just tell you what's going to happen. Their worry, I think, is going to turn into some really dark stuff.

So get ready. You should be very optimistic about how things are trending, but then very cautious about what these cockroaches are going to do. If they're losing with young people. If they are trimming support with the Democrat base, which they are broadcasting that that is the case. Who knows what they are going to do next?

I want to cut play cut 159. This is MSNBC. They complain that the lawfare against Donald Trump is not working. They say, quote, this election is going to be subject to whatever crazy event is going to happen.

Excuse me. MSNBC is telling you a Black Swan event is coming. Buckle up. Be prepared. Brace for impact. They're going to do something, and it might not work, by the way.

That's I want to give you hope. It actually might hurt them. But this is a predictable playbook. The intel agencies, the oligarchs, they might deploy disease X bird flu. They might go to the George Floyd playbook, Floyd-a-palooza, mass riots.

Play cut 159. Donald Trump is a phenomenon that's not going away. And I'm wondering when the Democratic Party is going to figure out, you know, you can make fun of him.

You can talk about him being on trial and everything like that. He's not going away. None of this seems to be damaging him with the core of his support. And the polling, the recent polling is so close that it just shows how this election is going to be such a nail biter and really subject to what crazy event is going to happen and ultimately shake it in one direction or the other over the next six months. Does she know something that we don't know?

What does she mean by a crazy event? By the way, just so we're clear, a crazy event likely will hurt an incumbent. Things could get even worse for Joe Biden. We're talking about stock market collapse, economic catastrophe, Russia getting close to Kiev. I'm just conjecturing and speculating that Donald Trump, he is the opposition candidate.

So it cannot be his fault. But I want to just explain to you what's happening on the ground. And I just spent some time with 15 of our ballot chasers yesterday at Turning Point Action, separate organization, sister organization, political in its premise, social welfare, political or 501 C for organization, Turning Point Action. I spent a couple hours with 15 of our best ballot chasers. Do you know what the number one thing they told me they're hearing on the ground? Now, mind you, they're going after low propensity voters. They're knocking on doors. They're building relationships.

They're forming coalitions, these turning point action patriots. The number one thing they told us, they said, Charlie, people are in pain. People are in pain. Financial pain, cultural pain. They have medical debt.

They're seeing their country fall apart. No matter how many advertisements Joe Biden runs, no matter how much micro targeting that he attempts to do. It is hard to spin pain.

It is hard to tell somebody that you're not hurting when you are hurting. It's hard to say, you know, actually, the fact that you can't pay your bills and rent has nearly doubled and you can't afford a home vote for me because Donald Trump is a threat to democracy. Increasingly, though. People believe the opposite. I wish I could have been on this MSNBC panel.

I wish I could have just got a little word in edgewise. MSNBC can't believe more Americans think Biden is a threat to democracy than Trump. Where would they get this from? Because Joe Biden's attack dogs, Merrick Garland and Jack Smith are going after the opposition candidate. This is about independence, just so we're clear. More independents in this country think that Joe Biden is a bigger threat to American democracy, which I don't love that term. We are a republic. But let's just play it out. Let's just say American elections, American representative government, American systems, norms and traditions than Trump.

Play cut one twenty one. I think interesting in this polling was more independents said that they worry about President Biden weakening democracy than Trump. Fifty three percent to forty two percent. What do you make of this? I find it shocking, honestly. I can't make sense of that number.

I wish I could. I wish I had some really great insight to it, but I don't know if it's an outlier or not, because the other numbers with independents and Biden are going in the right direction. So that may be it. But also, just one thing I want to add on to what Basil said in this trial is not on TV. You guys do a great job reporting what's happening. But if there aren't those images coming out of the courthouse, people feel like they know this story.

We kind of heard about it for a long time. So it doesn't surprise me that they're not interested. What does that mean? That means all of your propaganda isn't working. How many times they say our democracy is under attack? He's a threat to democracy. Democracy is under attack and it's not working. It turns out that when you put a former president who's doing very well in the polls to stand trial for complete rubbish and nonsense on the heels of an election, turns out that people don't like that.

Turns out that people think that that is an affront to our norms and our customs and our traditions. We can win this and it's time for us to go on offense. And that includes every single one of you. Every day that I'm in this chair, I'm going to challenge you to do more. I'm going to challenge you, especially if you're in Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Ohio, Iowa, Florida. I'm going to challenge you to go find low propensity voters, to go find a family member maybe tonight on a Friday night dinner or Saturday night, Saturday gathering family member who's newly 18 that's complaining about rent and saying you can vote for Trump. Let's get you registered. Take the initiative, use your agency. 10 million people watch this program, The Charlie Kirk Show every week, 10 million people. If a sliver of that did that work daily, we win.

A sliver. Use your agency. Find the low prop voters, register them, get them on the rolls. Want to get here to this dialogue between Sage Steel and RFK. In some states, RFK is hurting Biden. In some states, RFK is hurting Trump. RFK has now affirmed his commitment to China-style full-term abortion without limits.

Play cut 163. So in other words, keeping it as is with Roe vs. Wade having been overturned and leaving it up to the states to determine if and when a woman can have an abortion? No, I wouldn't leave it to the states.

Right. No, I would. You would say completely, it's up to the woman. We should leave it to the woman.

We shouldn't have government involved. Even if it's full-term. Even if it's full-term.

That's a ghoulish view. There's no spin. That means a baby who is nine months could be terminated in RFK's view. This is not a moderate. This is not a moderate. This is a radical left-winger. He's a radical environmentalist.

I don't use these words lightly. That's infanticide. In fact, I know people that generally are relaxed on the abortion issue that are fired up about this, where it's not their top issue, where they said, are you kidding me? RFK is OK with infanticide?

Yes. There's a fair amount of people out there. And just so we're just so we're clear, I think Trump's vice presidential selection is going to matter a lot.

I think it's going to be very, very important. There are a couple million young conservative moms out there. That do not like Biden, and they're gravitating in the RFK direction because of his commitment to health and wellness, the vaccine stuff, covid stuff. This is a deeply unpopular view that RFK has taken, but it is the opinion, of course, of the entire Democrat of the entire Democrat Party.

And Sage Steele deserves great credit as a journalist for bringing that out. Any conservative out there, this is a deal breaker, it is a deal buster, period. This is this is completely and totally unacceptable. You might say, oh, well, Trump, this Trump has said clearly no late term abortion, period. And this is how we have to handle the abortion topic.

Go on offense a little bit. You're OK when the baby is fully developed. You know how many babies come preterm? Remember when Donald Trump debated Hillary and he said, you're OK with ripping a baby out of the womb?

And Hillary had never dealt with the topic like that. So every single one of you, we could take back control of the narrative by doing the work. This 2024 election will be a grassroots work election.

Want to tell I'm going to tell you some facts. We will be outspent. They've only started to rev up their propaganda. But we will not be outworked. We will be outspent, but will we be outworked?

I know personally, I'm not letting us being out work. I just spent time with our ballot chasers and we are hiring 20 or 30 a week. And this is this is the power of the grassroots. This is the power of every day connections, which is exactly why we have to activate into great numbers. You want to chase ballots?

Will you get people to watch this program? And I'm going to be nonstop on this, because if you do not give it everything you can, then you know what?

You're just saying, I don't care that much about the country. So you could do your part. And everybody has a part to play. To leave a legacy for your kids and grandkids, they're telling us that Trump can win.
