After Charlie asked a question about Israeli intelligence following the horrific October 7 attack, people rushed to label him an Anti-Semite and even a "Holocaust Denier." Now, the New York Times has released a damning report on Israel’s intelligence failure. Charlie reacts to the news, calls out the people that were quick to turn on him, and questoins the future of this war.

I was smeared, slandered, targeted. It was a orchestrated, coordinated campaign by a lot of people that were hyper-emotional to try to take me out.

Turns out we were right. Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com. Get involved with Turning Point USA at tpusa.com. And come to amfest, amfest.com. Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Patrick Bette, David, Steve Bannon, Vivek Ramaswamy, Rob Schneider, Roseanne Barr, amfest.com. Buckle up everybody. Here we go. Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk's running the White House folks. I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy. His spirit, his love of this country. He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here.

Brought to you by the loan experts I trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandtodd.com. Israel knew Hamas's attack plan more than a year ago. We've gone into great detail about how we did a series of interviews and we doubled and tripled down saying that there's no way that the Israeli government did not have intelligence beforehand. We were attacked from every direction and we were attacked in a very nasty, awful way. And again, I'll accept apologies at any time because it was so unhinged. And I'll just read you one of them, you know, and I remember I was in San Antonio about to give a speech and I thought this was over.

I thought that this was, you know, beyond. Here's the Washington Times by Jeffrey Shapiro defaming Israel. Charlie Kirk floats theory Netanyahu let Hamas slaughter Jews to consolidate power. I never said that. Actually, I explicitly didn't say that. I said I'm not willing to say, but they don't listen to it.

No, this is my favorite part of it. He quotes part of my thing and he goes on to say in the piece, which never should have saw the light of day at the Washington Post, that I need to resign from Turning Point USA. Charlie Kirk's comments demonstrate ignorance, but some may say he lasts a conscious or be evil. Jeffrey Shapiro calls me evil in the Washington Times. Bolstering terrorist propaganda is evil because it casts aspersions on heroes and mitigates the guilt of those responsible for crimes against humanity.

Ben Dominic tweeted, if Charlie Kirk remains the head of Turning Point USA, the right has an anti-semite problem that will follow them into the coming elections. So what were my comments that were so dangerous, that were so unacceptable? Let's listen to this again. I had op-ed after op-ed. It was so coordinated.

Producer Andrew will attest to this. It was a coordinated attack on me personally. I didn't waver an inch. We've been through it before, but after the ninth or tenth time, you're like, hey, geez, this is there's some sort of a group chat where some very unstable people are trying to attack us. Maybe you guys should be that passionate. I don't know about whether or not the Israeli government knew the attack plan ahead of time. Turns out they did. The Israeli government knew. The reason that I was attacked, and I'm not saying that I was attacked by the Israeli government, I was attacked by people that were totally emotionally unhinged, is because I was onto something.

It's because I asked the question you're not allowed to ask because there's some truth to what I said. The Israeli government knew about all of it. They even had a name for it called the Jericho Wall. Yeah. OK, let's play both. Let's play cut 131 first.

Play cut 131. How did how did these guys not know this was taking place? So I've been to Israel many times. The whole country is a fortress.

When I first heard this story, I still had the same gut instinct that I did initially. I find this very hard to believe. I've been to that Gaza border. You cannot go 10 feet without running into a 19-year-old with an AR-15 or an automatic machine gun that is an IDF soldier. The whole country is surveilled. Netanyahu now has an emergency government and a mandate to lead.

I'm not I'm not willing to say to go so far that saying that Netanyahu knew or there is intelligence here. But I think some questions need to be asked. Was there a stand down order? Was there a stand down order?

Six hours? I don't believe it. Now, I'm not going to get into the stand down order. Morning Joe does. Also, we'll touch on that in a second.

But let's then go to cut 132, please. And so so let me let me just kind of go through this. We don't talk about Israeli politics very often, and most Americans don't know this. The last nine months, Israel was on the brink of civil war. It's not an exaggeration. This judicial stuff, there were there were hundreds of thousands of Israelis taking to the streets because Bibi Netanyahu was basically redefining the Israeli constitution. That's not an exaggeration, right? He said the judicial branch has too much power.

There were protests planned this week against Netanyahu, where they anticipated tens of thousands of people to take to the streets. That's all gone, Patrick. OK, so remember when I said I find this very hard to believe? Let's isolate that. I expanded on it. I find it very hard to believe the Israeli government was attacked by surprise.

That was the essence of my whole thing. And for that, I was again, this Washington Times article by Jeffrey Shapiro, Charlie Kirk here, quote, Charlie Kirk should resign or be removed as the head of Turning Point USA or the right will and should suffer the consequences of its inaction. So calling for regime change.

He's a former Washington prosecutor and served as an advisor and director of U.S. Office of Cuba Broadcasting. By the way, there were tons of these articles, tons of tweets, tons of social media posting. Israel knew Hamas's attack plan more than a year ago.

Listen to this. They named it Jericho Wall. So the Israeli government knew it was going to happen.

Let me say that again. The Israeli government knew that it was going to happen. They did not know when. But here's the piece that nobody really has the courage right now to say.

The night before, according to Axios, they received reports that there were troops gathering at the border. So now I'm going to go a step further that no one really want because they're afraid of all the bad articles being written about them. But. Hello.

Did anyone not put one and one together? So let me get this straight. So you're at the 50 year anniversary of the Yom Kippur War. You know that Muslims are a bunch of. They're very fixated on Jewish holidays.

OK, let me just stop there on that comment. They have a translated document called Jericho Wall. And, quote, this was widely circulated among Israeli and military intelligence leaders. So the whole military knew about it, according to The New York Times, the Intel leaders.

So it's not like it was just some document that was cast aside. Everybody had knowledge about the looming Hamas attack. And then on Friday, night on Shabbat, before the 50 year anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, they start to get Intel reports, hey, there's unusual activity and chatter on the Israeli Gaza border.

So they had Jericho Wall. So they knew they were going to be attacked, but they doubted that the other side was going to be able to execute that attack. And then on the other side, they actually saw the troops gathering the Israeli government didn't just have a heads up.

They knew every thing that Hamas was going to do before they did it. And they refused either through incompetency or something else, but probably incompetency, because who knows the motive? The motive will come out eventually. We'll find out. They'll be a whistleblower or they'll kill them. They'll be a whistleblower that somebody didn't do their job.

Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. Do you know that the average American spends about 20 years in retirement? That's a long time to live without a steady income. We want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it and don't outlive your money. Retirement is about more than just investments. It's about living your best life. It's about living your best life.

Let's not retire. Let's pivot. My friends at Pax Financial Group developed a course for the sole purpose of helping you pivot. If you want your own free guide of pivoting into the next chapter of life with purpose, visit paxfg.com slash Charlie. That is paxfg.com slash Charlie. I have some of my money managed by Pax Financial. They do a wonderful job. And remember, retirement is about more than just investments. The Charlie Kirk endorsement of the Pax Financial Group LLC was given for compensation, which creates an incentive to recommend Pax's advisory services. You make sure that disclaimer is very clear.

So check it out, paxfg.com slash Charlie. I'm quoting from the article, Hamas followed the blueprint with shocking precision. This document called for a barrage of rockets at the outside of the attack, outside of the attack, drones to knock out security cameras and automated machine guns along the border and gunmen to pour into Israel on moss and paragliders on motorcycles and on foot, all of which happened October 7th. The plan also included details about the location and size of the Israeli military forces, communication hubs and other sensitive information, raising questions about how Hamas gathered its intelligence and whether there were leaks inside the Israeli security establishment.

Aha. We also said that. We said it's very possible that Bibi was double crossed by. Traders in the Israeli government, I suggested that, and I was called an anti Semite.

This document circulated widely among Israeli military and intelligence leaders, but experts determined that an attack of that scale and ambition was beyond Hamas's capabilities. Let me pause. So this is this if this is the truth, this will give me the most comfort. I hope this was pride and ego.

I hope that is the simplest and the easiest to internalize explanation and perhaps the most likely. So I hope that that is true. But there's we happen to be on top of this story, I think better than almost any other show, because I have a heart for Israel. I believe God has his hand on Israel. Israel has changed my life. And so I take a lot of this stuff very personally when Israel gets attacked. And I also I'm not a shill for the Israeli government, like some people in media are where they just like refuse to ever say a negative thing about the Israeli government.

And we also call balls and strikes on the show. The truth is too important. So you put all that together.

Let me just kind of reemphasize some data points here. The night before the attack, they said, OK, there's some weird stuff happening on the border. So when I first isolated that story, the defenders of the Israeli government who came after me and I said, hey, guys, what about the story?

Oh, no, no, no. They didn't know that an attack was imminent. They had no idea that just because they were going to put the border on high activity alert, they didn't know what was going to happen. Well, that's not true, guys.

That's not true. So now you have for a year they were sitting and squatting on the enemy's attack plans. So it turns out Mossad did do their job. It turns out that Mossad did get the data. Which again is why I said what I said, I'm Patrick Bet-David quote, I find this very hard to believe.

The document was circulated widely. So now this is this is not just one person. This is the whole military brass knew that an attack was possible and they even named it.

That's even worse. It's not like, OK, here's the thing. When you name something, it becomes real. So they called it Jericho Wall.

So let me ask a question. So the night before the attack, they see, according to Axios, Israel security chiefs had intel on Hamas activity, but didn't put border on high alert. Quote, the decision was to not put out an alert based on intelligence. And it was a misjudgment. Hold on. No, no, no, no, no. It wasn't a misjudgment, guys.

You can only lie so much Israeli government. Because you guys had a thing called did no one say, oh, my goodness, this is Jericho Wall. Oh, my goodness. We've known about this for a year. Red alert. Really, guys? So you're squatting on the enemy's attack plan.

You get intel in real time. Guys, there's some weird movements all around the border. There's some they're moving cars more.

There's a lot of men here. Why no red alarm? Why no fire alarm? It's not like you guys didn't know. You guys called it Jericho Wall.

Here's a question that I think we as taxpayers who are now financing a lot of this operation good to know. Did anyone say the term Jericho Wall the night before the attack? Play cut one twenty two and Netanyahu's government knew about this plan for a year, had the details of it, the specific details for a year, the blueprint for it. And and and and again, continued to not only mishandle the initial surge, but then sat back and did nothing for hours, hour after hour after hours. People were calling for help.

Netanyahu's government couldn't get the military, couldn't get anybody to go down to work. So go down, save these lives of these people who were being terrorized. Careful, Joe. They're going to call you an anti-Semite. Careful, Joe. I don't know if you're ready for all this. The ADL might attack you, Joe. Be careful.

You're thinking too independently. Get back in line, Joe. Get back in line. They're going to call you nasty names. Jericho Wall night before they got intel and did nothing.

And then a 20 hour wait to save your citizens. What the heck is going on? Strong cell is amazing. I got to tell you, the combination of NADH, CoQ10 and collagen is really something. You know, people ask me, they say, Charlie, how do you keep your energy up? How do you just keep on pushing? Look, part of it is diet, nutrition. But I'll be honest, I take supplements really seriously. Fact check me on this. You can say, oh, Charlie, I'm going to fact check you. Type this into your search engine.

N-A-D-H. Just type it in. What does it tell you? It might tell you that it is the secret to living long, anti-aging properties, more energy. All of that is being proven in more and more clinical trials. NADH is a precursor so that your mitochondria can remain healthy and vibrant. The elites, a lot of billionaires, people, a lot of money, they spend a ton of money on NAD.

It's a fact. NAD just might be your secret weapon for more energy. I take NAD every single day.

I could tell you that NADH, compared with CoQ10, the trials show very, very good things. I know, don't take my word for it. I mean, honestly, my word should be good for something. But fact check me.

Look at it. And if you do it over 30 days, you'll see an increase in energy. I wake up better than ever before. NAD can help you potentially, again, fact check me on this with depression, anxiety, other issues that you might be dealing with.

It is nature's gift to you so you might have extra energy and mental clarity. You guys can use promo code Charlie for 20% off. It's StrongCell.com slash Charlie. NAD might be nature's secret weapon for you.

I love it. I take it every single day. Try to try it for at least 30 days to see the maximum benefit.

And let me know, and let me know, has NAD helped your life? StrongCell.com slash Charlie. Check it out.

StrongCell.com slash Charlie. So it gets even more interesting. There are three stories that are now seemingly that not seemingly, but they have not yet been connected together. But it paints a picture that is critical for the American taxpayer. Now, Israel is asking, almost demanding for $14 billion of American support.

Morally, we should back Israel 100%. With all this news, we need to get resignations. We need to get answers before we send any more money. Now, did we approve the 14 billion guys? I don't know if that's come to the House of the Senate yet. I don't know if that's happened yet. I know they were talking about it or not. We need answers.

They went to the house. I think it's going to get passed soon. But hold on. Let's just major, major time out. The long wait for help as massacres unfolded in Israel. It took most of a day for Israeli soldiers to arrive as people tried to hide from Hamas terrorists on Saturday. Here's what the evidence shows about the response to some of the deadliest attacks. Where is the army?

A woman texted her family after hiding from the Hamas attackers for five hours. Here's the evidence showing how long it took. At the music festival, it took eight hours before a rescue occurred. At Kefar Aza, more than 20 hours before a rescue. At Beri, more than 13 hours before a rescue. And Nuraz, more than 8.5 hours before a rescue.

So let me understand this. For a year, you have such detailed intelligence that you name a potential pending attack as Jericho Wall. You do very little to nothing to prevent it from ever happening as far as creating a DMZ, a demilitarized zone. You then, the night before, according to Axios.com, have the article, Israel security chiefs had intel on Hamas activity but didn't put Gaza border on high alert.

The Israeli intelligence, the night before the Hamas attack, picked up signs of irregular activity among Hamas operatives in Gaza, but top IDF and Shin Bet leaders decided not to put anybody on high alert. Put military forces on high alert of the enclave. So that would be bad enough if then also, let me understand this, it took you 20 hours in a country the size of New Jersey to go rescue your citizen? It took eight and a half hours to go to Nuraz? It took you eight hours to go to the festival?

The military bases aren't that far away. We don't know the whole picture yet, but signs are pointing that this is probably not the last story that we're going to see that might answer some of the questions that I said in my original viral clip. Now, mind you, the Axios piece came out after my clip went viral. Same with the New York Times piece.

So a lot of this, I was just operating on gut instinct. Now, why was, where did I, am I, did I just have some sort of dream in it? No, I've been to the border of Gaza.

I have pictures of it. And these amazing IDF guys, many of whom are now in Gaza fighting, and I'm texting with them, praying for my hope they win 100 percent. The whole time they have this chest out and they were so proud, and they should be at the time, they said this is the most secure border in the world. And I told the story before and I said, I wish we had a border like this in America.

Now, let's go a step further and a level deeper, because that's what we do here on the Charlie Kirk show. We ask the questions that get you attacked, but you guys have a right to think about. If the Israeli intelligence knew about Jericho wall, did the CIA know about Jericho wall? Did the American military know about the Jericho wall?

Did the Department of Defense know about Jericho wall? Henry Kissinger passed away this week, and I'm just going to read, I'm just going to read this word for word, because whenever I bring this up, people lose their minds. The era of reason and rationality has not come back on this topic. People start shaking, and I get it. I get it. You're highly emotional. Just don't call your friends and allies names, okay? Again, there should be some apologies that come through, and I'll happily accept them.

But if I read some of these text messages I received, unhinged, unhinged, okay. Prime Minister Golda Meir, Minister of Defense Moshe Dayan, and Chief of General Staff David Elazar met at 805 on the morning of Yom Kippur. This was 50 years ago on the attack of also that happened on October 7th, six hours before the Yom Kippur war began. Elazar proposed a mobilization of the entire Air Force and four armored divisions, or 100,000 to 120,000 troops, while Dayan favored a mobilization of the Air Force and two armored divisions, or around 70,000 troops. Meir chose Elazar's proposal. Elazar ordered, this is the key, Elazar argued in favor of a preemptive strike against Syrian airfields at noon, Syrian missiles at 3 pm, and Syrian ground forces at 5 pm.

Quote, when the presentations were done, Prime Minister Golda Meir hemmed uncertainty for a few moments, but then came to a clear decision. There would be no preemptive strike. Israel might be needing American assistance soon, and it was imperative that it would not be blamed for starting the war. Golda Meir said, quote, if we strike first, we won't get help from anybody. Prior to the Yom Kippur war, Henry Kissinger, who died this week, and President Nixon, considered President Nixon consistently and repeatedly warned Golda Meir that she must not be responsible for initiating a Middle East war.

I'm reading from Wikipedia, by the way, which actually has done a pretty good job on this. And on October 6, 1973, Henry Kissinger sent a further dispatch discouraging a preemptive strike. Israel was totally dependent on the United States for military resupply and sensitive to anything that might endanger that relationship. At 10 15, Golda Meir met with the American ambassador, Kenneth Keating, to inform him that Israel did not intend to preemptively start a war and asked the American efforts to be directed at preventing war. Kissinger urged the Soviets to use their influence to prevent war, contacted Egypt with the Israeli message of non preempt preemption, and sent the message to other Arab governments to enlist their help on the side of moderation. These late efforts were futile. According to Henry Kissinger, had Israel struck first, it would have received not so much as a nail from America.

Play cut 121. But the news that is really, really rattling things in Washington, from Washington, Tel Aviv, is this explosive New York Times exclusive that the Israelis actually knew of this plan of attack in great specifics for a year, for a year before October the 7th. Has anybody resigned? I think one or two people did, if I'm not mistaken. I think one guy resigned. Are the people that are now in charge of the Gaza war also the people that did this whole, you kind of oversaw this whole thing?

The head of Israel's Shin Bet domestic intelligence on Monday took responsibility for failing to prevent Hamas from carrying out its deadly rampage through Israeli towns. Despite a series of actions we carried, unfortunately on Saturday, we were unable to generate sufficient warning to a lot that would allow the attack to be thwarted. This guy's just lying.

I'm sorry, he's lying in Reuters. Like you guys knew it was going to happen the night before. You guys knew what the attack was. As the one who heads the organization, the responsibility for this is on me.

There will be time for investigations. Now we fight. I disagree.

I got to be honest. I agree with Morning Joe on this. I agree with Morning Mika. I don't think that Americans should send money until we get clear answers on what the heck happened. If you are fighting a war, by the way, I hope Israel wins. I hope the ceasefire is fine.

Israel can defend itself. Where are the resignations? Where are the mass resignations? And you look at the 1,200 Jews that have died and then the hostages.

So here's the situation we have. There's two explanations. The most likely and the probable, and honestly the one that most of us can live with, and I honestly hope is the truth, is that Israel got so prideful, so cocky that multiple members, dozens of people involved all at once said, we're so powerful, we're so strong, this is a stupid attack.

Jericho wall, Jericho shmall, we're untouchable, titanic syndrome. That's the probable explanation. The other explanation, I don't even need to say on air.

You know what the other explanation is. This week Henry Kissinger passed away. I'm not a fan of a lot of the work he did, but he did say something. This was probably his last, not his last, one of his last public statements ever before his death. And honestly, it's one that I hope that he gets remembered for. Here's a guy that was a cheerleader for neoliberalism, for movement of people, invade the world, invite the world. He lived to be a hundred.

God bless him. Definitely a globalist. Did a lot of damage to a lot of countries because of his warmongering and his chess moves, a lot. But when you're a hundred, you kind of just say whatever you want. Quote Henry Kissinger before his death, it was a grave mistake to let in so many people of totally different culture and religion and concepts because it creates a pressure group inside each country that does that.

Play cut 103. Was a grave mistake to let in so many people of totally different cultural and religious and concepts because it creates a pressure group inside each country that does that. Henry Kissinger did a lot of damage in his life.

A lot. Would it not be wise to listen to what regret he has at the end of his life? He was revered by the ruling class. The Ruled Economic Forum wasn't simply the brainchild of Klaus Schwab, but was actually born out of a CIA funded Harvard program headed by Henry Kissinger. Yale University historian Greg Granin, I'm reading from a Rolling Stone article, author of the biography Kissinger's Shadow, estimates that Kissinger's actions from 1969 to 1976, a period of eight years when Kissinger made Richard Nixon and then Gerald Ford's foreign policy as a national security adviser and secretary of state, meant the end of between three to four million people.

That means crimes of commission, he explained, as in Cambodia, Chile and omission, like greenlighting Indonesians bloodshed in East Timor, Pakistan's bloodshed in Bangladesh and the inauguration of an American tradition of using and then abandoning the Kurds in northern Iraq and southern Syria. Henry Kissinger famously said he hoped that Obama would create a new world order. Quote, he can give a new impetus to the American foreign policy because the reception of him is so extraordinary around the world. His task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when really a new world order can be created. It's about Obama. It's a great opportunity. He has appointed extraordinary people, both internationally and financially. Henry Kissinger warns us before his death, maybe it wasn't a good idea to let in all these different types of people into our country.

Makes you think. Thanks so much for listening, everybody. Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com. Thanks so much for listening. God bless. News Channel is unfiltered and unapologetic. Watch anytime on any screen at SNC TV and Local Now Channel 525.
