Donald Trump supporters, as you might expect, have not taken his latest indictment in stride.

Charlie Kirk, writing in The Federalist, proposes a list of Democrat or liberal groups to be charged and goes on and on. This program, you, all of us together, have significantly moved the Overton window. I know it's not enough. I know you're going to say, oh, Charlie, where's the action? Before action, you must build narrative consensus.

And that's what we have done this week. I know. I know. I know. You don't want to hear it.

Charlie, where's the handcuffs, the perp walks? I hear it. I feel it. I see it.

I harmonize. I agree with it. But something good has happened this week. This program, along with Bannon, along with many other people, Jack Posobick, we have and are moving the Overton window. And the media is starting to take notice.

New York Magazine. By the way, just how dishonest this is. Locking up our political opponents is our biggest priority. That's you guys. You're the ones that are about to sentence Steve Bannon. You're the ones that just indicted 16 Michigan electors, most of which are senior citizens drawing on Social Security just to survive. You're the ones that have gone after Giuliani and Eastman and Ellis and Mark Meadows. You're the we're simply responding.

This is James Lindsay, Dr. James Lindsay, one of my favorite people. Beautiful trouble dot org. He isolated beautiful trouble is kind of the playbook of the left. He said the reaction of the right is always the action of the left.

And at first, it didn't really make a lot of sense. You guys can go to beautiful trouble dot org. It's a left wing social justice warrior training camp for all these left wingers. And their react, the they provoke you and then they say, here's a great way to here's a great example.

And Blake, you know, there's like an Internet meme that shows this. They'll slap you. And then you punch them back and then they'll say, see, they punched me, they punched me, they punched me, they punched me.

That's the best example. Better example, if anyone has watched the NFL or NCAA football, it is always who the second guy that gets the flag always. It's the guy that pushes back always. It's like the iron law of football. Now, referees have gotten better at this. They have. But it was like an old running joke that, you know, some cornerback will push a running back and then the running back will throw him down. And the guy that throws him down gets the 15 yard penalty and maybe even kicked out of the game.

They're getting better at forcing that. The left is the one that provokes you. They're the ones that push you.

And then you dare punch back. And the media says, what are you doing? The right. There are a bunch of fascists that want to put people in jail. Meanwhile, literally half our movement is under indictment.

Like, I'm not exaggerating. Douglas Mackey. And I'm going to get to James O'Keefe in a second. Douglas Mackey, Steve Bannon, D'Souza across the board. This is not under active indictment, but they went after him eight to 10 years ago.

On a campaign finance thing that was so ridiculous, the left breaks those rules all the time. And they're not stopping. So we have called repeatedly for local action, action, action, because now the new prerequisite is local DA's.

Local DA's can become national attorney general, attorneys general. They could do whatever they want. Again, our side is standing still, doing nothing, doing nothing, doing nothing.

We just bend over and we take it. In the latest news, this is breaking news. This morning shouldn't surprise any of you. One of our all stars, one of the top five most important people in the conservative movement who actually drives results and gets stuff done.

Is now under criminal investigation by the Westchester County District Attorney in New York. So if you were to say, Charlie, who are the top five most important people in the conservative movement? Obviously, Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson. And you could debate about the others, but James O'Keefe is top five.

No doubt, all star team, 10 out of 10. I know some of you don't like the dancing. I don't really understand the dancing, but I am totally on team James O'Keefe. The guy's a patriot. He puts results on the board. He's awesome. James O'Keefe is a 10 out of 10 guy. And he's a creative. He's an artist. Always has been. I will defend James O'Keefe for the rest of my career.

Because I've seen how hard he works. I know how hard it is. And by the way, every single agency has gone after. But guess what? The local DA in Westchester County is doing what we should be doing to BLM. Doing what we should be doing to Antifa. James O'Keefe now under criminal investigation for looting Project Veritas.

TheNation.com. It's a commie rag. Looting Project Veritas? That's quite an accusation.

Looting? You mean like BLM? BLM, which purchased a $6 million mansion and filmed one video, raised $100 million, which is five times the operating budget of Project Veritas. And are they getting investigated by a single Republican DA?

Of course not. For those of you that are Project Veritas donors, do you feel looted? Were you dissatisfied with Project Veritas's output the last couple of years? How about BLM's output? How much money of BLM went towards charter schools or having blacks be able to read in inner city, which is a big deal, right? It's a big issue. Young black kids are some of the most illiterate generation right now because of public school teachers. Did any of BLM's money go towards that? Blake, can you pull the actual specifics? It's horrifying what BLM, the actual numbers that came out from paying for security costs and Patrisse Cullors and all of this.

Lifestyle costs, buying mansions, I think in both Canada and in California. And yet what does the left do? All they know is offense. They're a parasitic force against the nation. This one fires me up, everybody.

Literally. Breaking in the last couple of minutes. The Westchester County DA, which by the way, they have illegals flooding in from across the world, rapes, arson, crime. What does the Westchester County DA focus on? James O'Keefe.

BLM paid co-founder Patrisse Cullors' graffiti artist brother $800,000 for security. Is there a single Republican district attorney in the nation that has the stones to do what Westchester County DA is doing? Right now we should, if we had an opposition party in the country, if we had people that were willing to say, whoa, whoa, whoa, you touch one of the top five most important patriot warriors, James O'Keefe, we're going to investigate BLM. Pick a county, any county. There's a bunch in South Dakota. You might say, well, they don't have jurisdiction.

That's where you're wrong. Because BLM raised money from all 50 states. BLM said they're going to do activities in all these different red states.

Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, pick your county, pick your DA, pick your fighter. But they don't, the bad guys know we'll never do that. At least the old right will never do that. We're changing that and the media is noticing it. That's why the media is coming after this program so hard. Because the Charlie Kirk show is willing to say the thing out loud, which is handcuffs. Oh, how about op-eds, leg irons?

Oh, how about strongly worded tweets, life in prison? Yeah, we say it. That's why the New York Magazine is saying, oh, the Charlie Kirk show, all this sort of stuff.

Perp walks. That's what's going to solve it. James O'Keefe, under active criminal investigation, by a local DA. So let's just for you keeping score at home. You have Alvin Bragg, who's indicted a former president. You have Big Fannie Willis, who has indicted 18 members of the conservative movement, Mark Meadows, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, Donald Trump.

And now you have a local DA in Westchester County, who is criminally investigating James O'Keefe personally. But I'm told by some people on the right that we have to write strongly worded letters to the editor. You are living through an active measure. This is not a game. You guys know this. I mean, you guys are the best audience.

I'm not telling you anything you don't know. You guys have been so amazing, so on top of the ball, so informed. I wish your leaders were as good as you are. I wish our attorneys general were as smart, as tough as you.

You guys deserve so much better than these gutless wonders. We're going to talk about this. James O'Keefe, who worked his tail off, top five most important people in the conservative movement, they're trying to put in jail. They're trying to put in prison. Why? We know why. They don't try to put Mitt Romney in jail because he does what they want them to do. OK, it's because James O'Keefe put lead on the target.

That's why. James O'Keefe put points on the board. James O'Keefe revealed their deceit, their deception, their darkness. James O'Keefe is a hero. He's effective.

So the only way the left knows how to operate is jail. Balance of nature, changing the world one life at a time. I try to take care of myself. I try to eat right. And I love fruits and vegetables.

Well, because James O'Keefe is effective. Let's just remind you guys, according to the New York Post, it's not some sort of speculation, BLM co-founder Patrice Cullors' graffiti artist brother got $800,000 for security. In addition to the cash to her brother, Patrice Cullors, who is listed as the only board member on its tax filing, doled out another $969,000 to a company controlled by Damon Turner.

The father of her young son. The group also paid a company owned by its current board members, Shomoloyah Bowers, $2.1 million for consulting work. That does not count the nearly $5-6 million of BLM money funded by white liberals to purchase mansions for a black creator's space. What are the accusations against James O'Keefe exactly? Here's the accusation.

This is what we have. James O'Keefe, over 10 years, had one of the most successful nonprofits as far as revenue and results. And as someone who runs a nonprofit, it's not easy. I traveled the country over 3,000 days in the last 10 years. Nothing like a 3,000-day overnight success story. You know, some people say, oh, Charlie, you know, you've had it easy.

3,000 days, million miles of every single major airline. But yeah, sure, we've had it easy. And I'm not complaining, I'm just saying it's very easy to sit on the sidelines like a bum and say, oh, James O'Keefe took a private plane.

Yeah, sit down and build something, pal. What are the accusations against James O'Keefe? The accusation, I'm trying to find it here, it's somewhere in this ridiculously long commie rag, is that he took a private plane, a single private flight for $14,000 to go fix a boat instead of having a donor in tent.

Oh, yeah, here it is. Pending a third-party investigative audit, James O'Keefe is accused of spending $14,000 on a charter flight to meet someone to fix his boat under the guise of meeting a donor. Now, what's the full story here? Did the donor cancel?

Was there a scheduling conflict? Is he being lied about? And if at the worst case scenario, then have him reimburse it. That's worthy of a criminal investigation? So here you have BLM paying their thug brother $800,000 for security. That's a $14,000 flight, which is one 428th of the BLM mansion. Here's what they say, blowing over $150,000 on high-end limo services. That's such crap.

These are black cars. By the way, James O'Keefe receives death threats like you wouldn't believe. And I've gone through the numbers on this many times. James O'Keefe working 14 to 16-hour days, let's say he lands at LAX. Are you going to go rent a car at LAX, which by the way takes like two and a half hours to get to the rental car place, and you're all over the place. Meanwhile, you can't work, you can't do emails. Or are you going to have a chauffeured car service, which is more secure, on demand, you're able to do more work. Yeah, that's going to cost you like $800 a day. So for $150,000 over two or three years, I want James O'Keefe taking chauffeured cars.

You should too. Most safe, most effective, most secure. This is very low IQ type stuff.

People have never built a thing. This is bureaucrat, administrative state type chatter. James O'Keefe was a phenomenal steward of resources.

I saw it firsthand. And by the way, this might be hard for people to understand if you've actually never been in a high functioning corporate environment, where you have to raise $40, $50, $60, $70, $80 million a year. Do the math. When you have to raise $80 million a year, that means you have to, to make payroll, to pay your expenses. You have to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars a day. O'Keefe was then questioned for $60,000 for dance events.

Such indulgent expenditures would be known within the IRS code as enormous. This is just, this is borderline slander. The group brought in over $22 million in 2020. By the way, this is no, there's no coincidences. Why is this story coming up? Because yesterday Project Veritas fired 25 people and it was going viral that Project Veritas laid off basically their entire staff. So then somebody leaks the story to the nation and has it waiting in harmony. So they shred the entire Project Veritas staff and they're getting rolled on social media. Oh, wow. Look, you guys can't survive without James O'Keefe.

And then boom, super sinister. Somebody on the right then leaks this character assassination saying that they're working with local criminal authorities against James O'Keefe at the local DA. That's your conservative movement.

You deserve better than these gutless wonder Republican attorneys general that just have excuses. They're going to try to put James O'Keefe in prison over this thing, so ridiculous, baseless. If not, they're going to try to make him spend tons of money defending themselves. They will not stop unless they fear an equal and opposite reaction. There is only one side fighting.

Someone says, oh, Charlie, this sounds awful. Well, it's lawful. It might be awful, but it's time for us to use lawful tactics. Time for us to hold the line, not surrender, and stop retreating. One of the ways we make this stop is the referendum that's going to come in November of 2024.

We have to do the boring stuff, the ballot chase and the voter registration. I am not confident the Republican establishment is uninterested in that. They don't even know who to hire.

They have zero full-time staff in Arizona. We at Turning Point Action are hiring up the best we can. But the oligarchs are very interested in the primary. Despite a 30 to 40 to 50 point gap delta between Donald Trump and the next person running for the presidency, they are pumping money into this primary. Well, yesterday, there was a document that was posted on a Ron DeSantis Super PAC.

So this is kind of in the weeds. But Ron DeSantis's presidential campaign is struggling to raise money from donors that are not able to give more than $2,700. That's called hard money. So he doesn't have a lot of small dollar donors. But his Super PAC has a ton of money, over $130 million, $88 million of which was transferred from his gubernatorial account into the Super PAC. The Super PAC fundraising is actually not going as well as Ron DeSantis would have anticipated. So through a wink and a nod, and I'm sure legal means, the Ron DeSantis campaign and Super PAC seem to be kind of delegating different responsibilities.

This happens a lot. This is nothing new. The Blake Masters Super PAC did this in the Arizona Senate race. So they're not allowed to coordinate.

They're not allowed to speak. So instead, the Super PAC will basically do the work. And they subcontract it. But they're not able to send it privately. So they send the work out publicly. Now, the hope is that you post it on the website.

Nobody finds it. But reporters are now getting smart. So the New York Times was kind of basically refreshing the Ron DeSantis Super PAC website. And then, boom, up popped this document, which basically proposed it was very expensive research that the Super PAC did, all about what Ron DeSantis needs to do in the upcoming debate next week. The document proposes four potential orchestra pit moments for DeSantis to get attention, including telling a story about his family, showing emotion, the memo advises, and taking a sledgehammer to Ramaswami by slamming him as Fake Vivec, or the Vake the Fake. The memo also suggests that DeSantis urge other candidates to ignore Trump because Trump is, quote, too weak to defend himself here. To seize the spotlight, the first Republican presidential debate next week, Ron DeSantis must defend former President Trump and pivot to attacking Joe Biden and the media, at least, as the memo says, three times.

Boy, this is going to be a disaster. Instead of investing in ballot chasing and the boring but necessary stuff, we have $130 million Super PAC that comes up with the line, hey, call him Vivec the Fake. Is that going to increase our chances to boost low propensity voter turnout in Georgia? The question is, what will Donald Trump do, play cut 127? Most likely, he will not be on that debate stage next week. And instead, Donald Trump himself has been personally throwing out ideas for counterprogramming. There have been discussions between Donald Trump's team and Tucker Carlson about an interview around the same time on Wednesday. I'm also told that Donald Trump's team wants some of his surrogates to represent him at the debate, especially if he is not there. People like Byron Donalds, a congressman from Florida, as well as Matt Gaetz, another congressman from Florida, and Carrie Lake, all of these people potentially there to represent him in his absence. Trump has already won the debate because he's a marketing genius.

The question is not about DeSantis or Ramaswamy or Christie. The question is whether or not Trump will show up. And the RNC just looks so pathetic. The RNC comes out, they say, well, we think that Trump is going to sign the loyalty pledge. Meanwhile, Chris Christie screams from the cheap seats, no one sent me a loyalty pledge to sign yet.

It's a true story. Chris Christie is going to the media being like, no one has sent me a pledge. And Trump's like, ah, forget it. I'll show up if I want to.

I'll show up if I want to. I don't think Donald, I don't think he should debate. And I want your thoughts.

I said this before on Thought Crimes. Donald Trump should say, I don't know what I'm going to do. And then the day of the debate, go to Trump Force One, fly the plane from Bedminster to Milwaukee, and fly over the airspace and do a U-turn, and then go land and do an interview with Tucker Carlson.

Just like all the drama you could imagine. Like literally right, you have to time it, right leading up until the debate, right until that very moment. Is he going to debate? Is he going to debate? Is he going to debate?

Is he going to fly over the debate area arena? He's already won because all the chatter now is about how much he's winning by, which only makes him win by more. Because here's a rule of politics that these consultants will not tell you. People like winners in politics. This is honestly one of the ingenious instincts of Donald Trump. He realizes that if you can show yourself up in polls, then the polls will only increase because people actually want to support a winner, not a loser. It's the law of momentum in politics, especially in primary politics.

So as Donald Trump ascends with more popularity, as Donald Trump increases with more support, he only gets more support on top of the support because then people want to say, I don't want to have to throw money off after a loser. Let's go to a piece of tape here. Play Cut 112. Great polls just out. Leading by 40, 50, and even 60 points. Who expected that?

I did. Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, all very strong. But also leading Biden very big. The sanctimonious is crashing. Perhaps the party should come together. People should drop out of the race. We unify, and we beat Biden and the Democrats.

They should be easier to beat because our country has never been in worse condition than it is right now. If you want to really get creative, Donald Trump should fly with Tucker to Maui and do the livestream from Maui while they're doing the debate. Hit like every category. I mean, it would be super viral. It would be just incredible. Donald Trump sitting with Tucker Carlson in front of all the devastation. Trump saying this would never happen. I'm president. Why are we not rebuilding it?

How many people are actually dead? You know, it would be, and by the way, I got here before Joe Biden. I could be debating, but I'm putting the country first.

The primary is a waste of time. Tucker would ask all the right questions. Donald Trump comes with a bunch of relief, by the way, meaning he comes with a bunch of water bottles and, you know, a bunch of what, my patriot supply type stuff.

That'd be pretty powerful, wouldn't it? I don't think Donald Trump should debate. What is the upside? What is the upside?

None. All there is is if he shows up, it allows all these other people opportunities to raise more money to extend their campaigns. He can basically starve their campaigns by doing that.

Starve them. He would have to, they say he would have to sign the pledge. I don't believe that. You're trying to tell me that if Donald Trump showed up to the Republican debate without signing a pledge, that the RNC would say, sir, sorry, you're not allowed to go on stage because you haven't signed our silly piece of paper. I'm sorry, this is the guy that stared down Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin. Like, I'm sorry, like, I don't believe you.

You're gonna fold like a cheap suit. Yeah, yes, sir, Mr. Trump, whatever you want. Please, please, please, we'll give you center stage. Look, we're a couple days out from this alleged debate. Donald Trump could also host his own candidate forum, but for what purpose exactly? Showing up to that debate only validates that exercise.

And it isn't interesting. I mean, I hate to say the I told you so thing, but I mean, we're in talk radio, so basically half of talk radio is I told you so. Turning Point Action Conference, which many of you supported, thank you. Many of you guys were just amazing there and put up with all that Secret Service nonsense.

You guys are amazing patriots. Thousands and thousands of people there, millions of people online, and we made a prediction. We said, Vivek Ramaswamy is going to come into second place. I was ridiculed, mocked. I can show you the text messages I got from the DeSantis people who are obviously much smarter than I am, right, the shills, I call them. And I like Governor DeSantis, he's America's best governor, but the messages I got were so nasty.

And they say, Charlie, you're a moron, all this stuff. And I said, no, Vivek is going to come into second place because he showed up to Turning Point, he says the right things, he doesn't insult the base. Well, now a series of Fox polls now show Vivek Ramaswamy in second place.

And by the way, here's how I know it's legit to kind of complete the circle. Why would Ron DeSantis's super PAC tell Ron DeSantis to attack Vivek Ramaswamy if Vivek Ramaswamy was not actually in second place? Why would the $130 million Ron DeSantis super PAC not want to go attack fake Vivek if he was not actually ascending?

Why is Vivek Ramaswamy succeeding so much? It's obvious, it's simple, but I'll summarize it in 10 seconds. He doesn't insult the voters that he needs to win over. Wow, what a concept, brilliant. You need all these high priced consultants to tell you, yeah, it's best not to ridicule the people that you need to caucus for you. I'm full of all sorts of creative ideas. I have a very low success rate of getting those creative ideas actually implemented. For example, and by the way, the idea yesterday was, hey, Ron Johnson should be considered for vice president.

I see the upsides and the downsides, really positive response from you guys on the Ron Johnson idea for vice president. But I think here's the thing, Donald Trump is facing 600 years in prison. We have a lot to lose. Remember when someone says you have nothing to lose?

I got a lot to lose. We have to run a much different campaign than 2020. What I liked about 2016 is Donald Trump ran as a ballsy entrepreneur, especially after the Billy Bush tapes and everyone turned their back on him. And I was personally traveling the country with Don Jr. It was fun. It was us against the world.

It was like, okay, no one was with us. Let's just do what we know. I honestly believe that if Donald Trump runs a grassrootsy ballsy campaign, unlike the scripted GOP consultant crap that just gets us to lose all the time, Donald Trump can win.

What does that look like? Donald Trump needs to go into black churches and say, black men, you're under attack. They're trans in your kids. This LGBT agenda is gonna stop.

He needs to go into Hispanic neighborhoods and talk about school choice. I mean, only Donald Trump could pull this off. Not the typical, oh, I don't want to offend any. Look, you've already offended a bunch of people, okay? You're Donald Trump.

Everybody has an opinion of you. You know who actually is the most open to voting for Donald Trump? Black men.

I'm telling you. By the way, there was an article in Politico that proves this. Politico, Biden, black voters.

Yep, here it is. Politico.com. Pathetic voters of color slam Biden's performance on the economy. This is today, published on politico.com.

I was reading it early this morning. Politico is trying to sound the alarm that black turnout is looking bleak, especially with younger black voters. This is why they're so worried about Cornel West. They have done everything they can and they've been so successful because they know that Donald Trump has more respect in the black community than almost any Republican politician. For years, Donald Trump was idolized and worshiped in the black community and they've done everything they can through running these propaganda campaigns. Racist, racist, racist, racist, racist. Donald Trump has to ignore that. Black men especially.

I'll tell you, it would break the matrix. So Donald Trump has to run a different type of campaign. That's why all these other guys, they have these super PACs and all this stuff. They got more money than what to do with it. They don't have voters.

They don't have voters. So do something different. Be creative. You have something to lose. You're under massive indictments. He knows this.

He likes this sort of stuff. The problem is traditionally, I gotta say his campaign team right now, Susie's doing a great job. I gotta say, objectively, she's running a great primary campaign. Susie Wiles.

He's up like 50, 60 points. And by the way, the openness, the creativity, going to the UFC fights, podcasting, I gotta say, Susie's doing a great job. But some old people around Trump, they are just so anti-creative, anti-entrepreneurial. As Newt Gingrich famously said, not famously, but he said recently, recently said that Donald Trump is not a person. Donald Trump is a movement. Let's use that to our advantage. We have the activist, the activist beyond anything we could imagine. Let's use it. Now some people say, well, Charlie, he shouldn't go to Maui and use the crisis for political gain. Well, I don't know if it's like that. It's actually him being the true president coming with relief and aid and shining a light on one of the great natural disasters.

Donald Trump's not gonna exploit anything. So I think that's a silly response. By the way, he went to East Palestine and that was wonderful. Shine a light on the tragedy. The Hawaiians are our fellow Americans.

My wife said something so perfect last night when we were eating dinner. She said, boy, the media is not treating Hawaii like it's America. The media is like half covering it as if it's like Jamaica, meaning it's not America as if we don't really care. And that is totally right. That is like spot on. The way they're covering it is that it's so distant, it's so far off.

No, no, no. Hawaii is part of the social contract of America. If someone in Maui is dying, I care just as much that if somebody in Scottsdale is dying or somebody in Dallas, these are Americans, these are passport holders, these are citizens. They're covering stuff up in Hawaii. You wanna shine a light on this? If Donald Trump and Tucker Carlson on Trump Force One during this, by the way, the fact that he does it during the debate would be so notable. First question from Brett Baer would be, well, Donald Trump right now is in Maui.
