Jimmy, welcome to the show. Thank you. All right. You're going to do some of the driving? I will do a little bit.
Fantastic. Jimmy is the director of the Atlanta South region of O'Reilly Auto Parts. He's here to answer your car questions and automotive parts questions.
So now is the time. If you've ever had a question having to do with parts and you wanted the answer to that, now is the time. So you give us a call and ask either an automotive question, which I'll help with automotive parts, Jimmy will help with, and then together we'll answer any automotive questions that you might have. And if you do have a question about your car, truck, or SUV, you give us a call. Number 800-224-9090. And that's on any Saturday morning, 805 to 10 Eastern time.
You can also watch the show live on Facebook or you can go to CC Auto Show. Okay, let's ride. Jimmy, we normally start out with a Tech Tip quiz. Okay. Okay. So we will go ahead and bring that up first. And this is kind of a huge deal. Right.
Winning the Tech Tip quiz is big. Can I win it? Yeah. Yes.
Can I win? Yes. You will be eligible to win the Tech Tip quiz. Okay.
And what happens, though, is every now and then somebody will win and they'll go into a deep depression afterwards. Because once you've won the Tech Tip quiz, there's no, nothing that can be done bigger. Like that's it? Yeah. There's nothing more. You have reached the top. That's the pinnacle. There's no, there's no other higher thing that you're going to accomplish in life.
So people get depressed. I can understand that. That's kind of rough. I mean, maybe, can they win again? Can they win twice?
Yes. We have multiple winners. I promise. Well, then they have something else to look forward to. And of course that also, the person goes into Tech Tip quiz hall of fame and that's kind of a big deal too.
I want my name on the hall of fame. Well, it is big. Okay. Here's the question. Jeff owns a 2000 BMW Z3 with some rare options. He was replacing the front brakes and front rotors. He took something off the car and put it in the back of his truck and took it with him to O'Reilly Auto Parts. It helped him to get the right part. The item that he removed was long, but not very heavy.
What did he take off the car? And Jimmy, since you did not see the answer, you are eligible for that. And of course. Don't need to call on my phone. And the winner will get this coffee mug that we have here.
Nice mug. So if someone knows the answer to our Tech Tip quiz, you give us a call. And we also want to move into a few questions about O'Reilly Auto Parts. One thing I was very interested in, if you could give a brief history of how O'Reilly Auto Parts got started.
Sure. So back in, we started back in 1957, just kind of doing wholesale. Though kind of like your your traditional, your white brothers or an ATS or something like that, just a two stepper. That's what we started out as. And then as time progressed and as we got into the late 80s, we started doing a little bit more retail. And then in the early 90s, that's when we went public and we started building the prototype stores that you kind of see today that have the nice retail floor.
That's that's when we started building those. And then over a period of time, we've had several different acquisitions. We bought Bennett down in Florida. We bought Bond up in the New England area. Probably the biggest one that I've been a part of since I've been with the company was we bought a company called CSK out and kind of, I guess you would say, the western part of the country.
And CSK was kind of like a pet boys. And when we bought those guys, that kind of really gave us a really big a lot bigger footprint than where we had. Because before that, we were just kind of Midwest out into the east, kind of the southeast part of the country and down into Texas because we had bought Hilo.
We had bought Midwest auto parts. So we had bought those companies and kind of just expanded us and expanded us. And then we bought CSK.
So now we're doing the CSK deal. We bought that. That's given us a good footprint over into California. And the exciting thing is last year we actually acquired Mayasa Auto Parts in Mexico. So we now have distribution into Mexico. So that's pretty exciting. So O'Reilly Auto Parts has moved from just a regular size store in the late 50s.
In Springfield, Missouri. Expanded this huge amount to pretty much all over the country. Absolutely. And now moving into other countries. That's amazing. The cool thing about O'Reilly that a lot of people don't know is I've worked for the competition prior. But O'Reilly is not, the O'Reilly name is not a made up name.
That's the family's name. And the family is still on our board of directors. And for a long time, Charlie O'Reilly, Tub O'Reilly was the original O'Reilly that started the business and then the son kind of took it over and helped make it into the monster that it is today. And, you know, the O'Reilly's are very, very, very much heavily involved in the company now. I mean, we're a public company, but they still sit on the board of directors. They still have a lot of say so in the company.
It's still a family company with a family feel. And that part was an amazing thing to me. I've heard that story. A friend of mine had the opportunity to meet him. And he said it was just amazing.
It's just a great people, down to earth people that you can have a great conversation with who truly care about the customers and truly care about the people that work there, the team members of O'Reilly. And I thought that was really neat. You want to let's go to the phones? Absolutely. All right, here we go. Let's go over to, we will go over to Jim.
Jim, welcome to the CNC auto show. What can we help you with? I've got a O'Reilly auto parts question and a product question.
So I got this one for each of you and I'll also take a stab at your tech tip quiz if you don't mind. How about that? Absolutely.
I know that would be a great thing to do. Now, which one do you want to do first? Let's talk about the part that I, the automotive question I have. It has to do with batteries.
Either of you might have input on this or both of you. I notice I get, we all do, from time to time corrosion on the battery terminals and I've used the red tinted spray product, but it just doesn't seem to hang on and give me long lasting protection. I was wondering if I could use my dielectric grease as an option that, because it's a little thicker, it might last longer or a third option that either of you might recommend that works better than that spray.
Well, I can tell you what I found over the years. Usually if you do have corrosion buildup on a battery, there's some issue there somewhere. Either you have a loose connection somewhere or the battery itself has some vapor coming out from around the post causing corrosion.
So it's not near, batteries are made so much better than before, it's not near as common that it was. And of course you could even, once you move into, for instance, the Clarios AGM batteries, there's no vapor. Nope, there's gel.
Yeah, it's a gel battery. So those have no corrosion, but I believe if you do have that problem and you wanted to try to say, well, I'm going to offset that problem by doing something. What I have found is there's a, it's almost like a clear spray protector. You use the foam stuff, you clean it and you spray it on there, then you clean that off, you let it dry real good. And then you use that clear battery protector or sealant, battery sealant is the name of that. And it works very well. So that's the route I would recommend there. So we also sell, in addition to the spray that he's talking about, which it's really thin when you put it on and how long does it last?
We don't know. But that, we have the corrosion pads, the felt washers that you can put on your battery. Oh yeah, those would help. And also we do sell a red battery gel for the terminals as well.
So if you don't like this spray, we do sell a gel that you can put on there. And Jim, we're going to have to run just for a second, but I'm going to ask you to hold on so you can ask your other question. And when our tech tip quiz, Jimmy Brownswell of O'Reilly Auto Parts is riding with us as cohost and we will be back shortly. Let's head back down to the car care studio with Airman Clements and John Ryan Mooney. The CNC Auto Show is brought to you in part by Motorrad. A global leader in the development of high quality, reliable, and durable thermostats, caps, and engine management solutions, helping keep millions of vehicle engines cool and operating efficiently. Learn more at motorrad.com. Jimmy Brownswell of O'Reilly Auto Parts is riding with us today. Together, we can answer your automotive questions at number 800-224-9090. That's on any Saturday morning, 805 to 10 Eastern time.
You can also watch the show on Facebook. And we were talking to Jim. Jim first had a question having to do with battery and corrosion. And we gave some suggestions of some cleaner spray and some sealant. And Jimmy mentioned the little gel packets and the felt things that go around that. And that will definitely help considerably amount. And I mentioned Clarios AGM batteries, which have no vapor.
So you're not going to have the same issue. Optima batteries have came a long way from when I've started. And now, I mean, they've got batteries for marine. They've got a red top, a blue top, which is a marine battery, the yellow top.
They've came a long way. And for your average car, I mean, the red top battery is kind of the way to go. But if you've got any kind of stereo equipment, the yellow top, it's got more cranking out, so longer reserve capacity. So that's really the battery. If you've got any kind of stereo stuff in your car, that yellow top is definitely the way to go. Yeah, and I do see those on a lot of the classic type cars when people, ones that they may not drive as often, that they'll get an AGM battery. And also, on a lot of off-road vehicles, use that because the vibration does not have the same effect.
Absolutely. You can mount them upside down. Oh, really? I didn't know that now. I mean, there's nothing to pour out. I mean, you can mount it on the side.
However you need to, you can mount those Optima batteries however you need to. That is amazing. I didn't know that now. That's a new one for me. Okay, let's go back over to Jim. And, Jim, did I mention that the right way concerning the battery? Yes. So that problem is solved. Now, you had another question. Yes, sir.
We're ready. It has to do with O'Reilly Auto Parts. Let's just call it the loyalty program or awards. Does that allow the benefit of purchasers to be able to enjoy warranty replacements or research back into your purchases without having to keep receipts?
It's a little bit of a tally that way that you can look back. For example, I buy my Motocraft batteries from you. I have a three-year replacement warranty and then prorated after that. Yep. Can I go in there and say, listen, here's my battery. I know I bought it from you and you can find it or I still have to keep my receipts. You absolutely can come and just bring it, give us your phone number. Now, a lot of times when you come in, we ask for a phone number now. So that's so we can track all the information, all your purchases through our database. So you can absolutely just come in. You don't have to keep that receipt.
I mean, let's be honest. It's thermal paper and that thing gets hot. It's going to fade.
You're not going to be able to read it. So you can just come in, give us your phone number, and we can look that information up on your, your Motocraft battery. We can go in and find that and say, hey, you're, you know, you've had that battery for a year.
It's for your placement or you've had it for four years and we'll prorate the battery out. So we can absolutely do that with our rewards program. And we can also do that normally if you're not a member of the rewards program. But if you're not, I strongly recommend you to sign up because you're just throwing away free money. So, I mean, for every, for every hundred bucks you spend, you get five bucks back cash back. I like free money, so. Good.
And I think I'd love to take a stab at the tech tip quiz if it's available. Well, Jim, you know, we really need to put you on stage first. Are you holding on? I got my sunglasses on and everything. Oh, he's ready.
So I may have to fight him though, because if he gets it, I'm going to be upset because I want that cup. Yeah. Okay, Jim, I'm going to mention the question one more time. Jeff owns a 2000 BMW Z3 with some rare options on it. He was replacing the front brakes and front rotors. He took something off the car, put it in the back of his truck and he took it with him to O'Reilly Auto Parts. It helped him get the right part.
When he removed was long, but not very heavy. What did he take off the car? And Jim, all eyes are on you. Well tied to what Jimmy was talking about with the interrelationship of customers and their vehicle data.
And from what I've seen in shopping on their website, I think that he might have taken that long bin with him, which zeros right in on that car and what his particular requirements might be down to any particular brake components. Let me see what the judges say. Jim, you got it. I'm kind of upset he's going to get the cup now. Great job.
Yeah, this is a, this is an awesome coffee cup. He did take the VIN. It was a fairly long number, but since it was just on a piece of paper, it was not very heavy. He laid the number in his toolbox that was in the back of his truck. Having your VIN number when you need automotive parts can save you lots of time. And in most cases it will ensure that you get the correct parts. I know that the parts counter professionals there are very thankful when somebody has their VIN number. Because it's like a fingerprint for the car. There's no two cars that are the same. And on vehicles made after 1991, the VIN is a string of 17 letters and numbers.
And it's located at the lower part of the windshield on the driver's side or in the door jam. If you bring us the VIN, the chances of us getting you the correct part are so much better. Because with so many different sub-models, different engines, there's so many different options. Especially, I mean, look up rotors for a Chevrolet truck. You know, you've got four different brake options on there.
So that can help us narrow down and get you the right set of rotors or pads that you need for that truck. And we can also, you know, we've got the VIN number look up. We can do it by tag also now.
Yes, yes. And we're able to get the VIN number by feeding the tag number. And the tag and the state, tag number and the state is a real good thing to do. I'm going to mention one final thing is having the data manufacturer is not a bad thing either. Absolutely.
Like March 19th. And you don't need that every time, but sometimes you do. Hey, Jim, thank you very much and congratulations to our Tech Tip quiz. And I'm going to put you on hold and he'll write your information down. Thank you, Jim.
It's time for more good stuff with Aaron Clements and John Ryan Mooney. Have a car problem, but don't know where to go. Or maybe you're not close to home when your car breaks down. We are here to answer your automotive questions and that number 7 0 6 2 2 4 9 0 9 0. We are back with you and ready for your automotive question.
Just give us call 800 2 2 4 9 0 9 0. Jimmy Braswell of O'Reilly auto parts is here with us together. We can, and we'll answer your automotive question again, the number 800 2 2 4 9 0 9 0.
You can also watch us live on Facebook. And if you have a question, give us a call. And Jimmy, I was going to mention that a question that I had, how does O'Reilly auto parts manage the same day delivery type situation that they have?
Sure. So in, in most market areas, we have a hub and you know, our hub is going to make multiple runs to different stores throughout the day. So our hub is going to have the larger inventory. Like here, my store on peach orchard road, they're the hub for the area and they've got the biggest inventory in town and they got seven different delivery vehicles and they'll make seven different runs. You know, around the CSRA to, to get parts out of the stores, if they order them within our different time slot.
So we've got different cutoffs throughout the day. So they'll just call, they'll, they'll push it through our system. They'll order the part from the store when the customer comes in and it needs that part and we'll get it over there to them within a lot of time. So it just, it helps us so that we don't have to have huge inventories in every single store because all of our stores have different inventory levels. So it just helps us get, get those parts of those customers a little bit quicker than having to order them from the DC. That's kind of amazing to me because it seems so organized when they do that, you'll, uh, you'll order it. And even though it's a part that the store don't have in stock, it still comes in, uh, fairly quickly even at that.
So that's, that's amazing to me. How do they determine what parts to keep in stock at the stores? So we, I mean, from pulling, uh, tags and DMV records to kind of see what, what cars are in the area that way we, cause we want to make sure we've got a good mix of parts of what's in the area. If you're in clear water, I know I probably don't need to have stuff that's going to fit a bunch of BMWs because it would be pointless.
We wouldn't turn it. But if you got your Ford, your Chevy's, uh, Nissan's, Honda's, that kind of stuff, that would probably sell a lot more over there in that area. So we just, we just pull, um, pull zips. We pull by what the DMV records are to make sure we got the right inventories in the right stores and past history of that store. What people have wanted to buy in the past is what they try to have on hand. So they, they have a lot of different ways of ensuring that they are most likely will have the part that is needed for that store. But if they don't, then there's a much, much larger inventory at other locations that can hub out to that store.
Yeah. And also our store managers can, can dictate what their inventories are as well. So if, if there was a part you needed for an old MG and it's in, you flipped them or rebuilt them a lot, and it was a common part that you had to have that we normally don't stock. Well, our manager could absolutely put that part in stock for you. That way, when you go there, we wouldn't have to, you wouldn't have to wait on it.
We would just have it on the shelf. Oh, so we absolutely have that ability at our stores. Well, how does O'Reilly create and maintain the fitment as far as what parts fit which cars and how, how would they go about ensuring that that each part fits what it's supposed to fit? So we rely heavily, heavily, I can't stress that heavily on our vendors to make sure they get us that information because they're, they're going to be the ones applying us with those part numbers. They're going to be the ones that supply us with the fitment. And we've got a really great IT team in Springfield that makes sure our systems are up to date with all that information with pictures.
They'll have compatibility. They'll have availability on it. And our catalog department does a great job of building our catalog system for the team members to use in the stores. But they'll use, they'll get all that and the vendors get it and they'll send it to them and we put it in a system and we update every night. So there's a brand new part that comes out from Dorman or, you know, Motorrad drops a new thermostat or a gas cap.
We'll have that information in our systems probably within a week of it coming out. And it seems like the Motorrad company seems to be adding a lot more items to the items that they sell. There's engine management items now and your Motorrad thermostats and just so many other things that we're seeing more often than before.
Been a great company to work with. I want to mention again, if you have a question about your car truck SUV, you give us call that number 706-863-5800 or 800-224-9090. We are ready for your automotive question or your parts question.
Any question that you might have. One thing I want to mention is that I want to say thank you to O'Reilly Auto Parts for supplying good service to us when we need stuff because as a professional automotive repair shop, one of the things that we want to be able to do is provide great service to our customer. And many times the customer do not know where a part's coming from. All they know is they want their car.
Absolutely. I need this car going tomorrow. I need it right now. And one of the things that they want is they want to know, they want to have good parts, good quality parts. They want a good warranty on those parts. And they want it now.
Right now. And that's what we want to provide because I like the same service when I get items. I like if I need something, I want to go ahead and get it. And I think a lot of people are used to if they are in the line of a fast food place and they mention what they want, they want to be able to pull around the corner and be standing there for them. Absolutely.
You want it now. And we want to provide that type of service. And that's one of the things that I've liked about O'Reilly Auto Parts so much is they provide us the service to us so that we can provide service to the customer.
Thank you. That's our goal. We want to take care of our customers as well as we can. And like I said earlier, our professional customers have been a huge part of our business, a huge part of our success. So that is very important to us to take care of those customers and get your parts as quick as we can because there's not a lot we can control. Pricing, we really can't control that.
It's kind of what it is. But service, we absolutely own that. So if we mess that up, the same as for you, if you mess up somebody and tell them it's going to take you two hours to get a car fixed and it takes you a day, well, that messes your name up. The same with us. If we tell you we're going to get you a part in 30 minutes and it takes us an hour, then we're holding your shop up.
And that's the last thing we want to do because, like I said, I can't control price. But I can make sure my teams have and give the absolute best service in the area. That's our goal.
That goal does very well. This is something that I want to touch on a little bit now, but also I want to touch on this in some future shows because there's so many employment opportunities or career opportunities in the automotive industry. And this includes not only automotive repair shops, automotive repair service writing, but also automotive parts places that can do that. Absolutely. What would you say would be a desired ability to be able to be a good parts person or a parts counter person? So for me and what I look for that's probably most important and what we do is a great attitude that's going to smile, that's going to welcome you when you come in our stores.
That's the most important thing. We can teach you parts, but I can't teach anybody to have a great attitude. And that's to me, that's probably one of the biggest things is making sure somebody has got a great attitude. And if they have great parts knowledge or some parts knowledge, then that's just a caveat to it. But they've absolutely got to have a great personality.
And if they have the personality and want to learn that it can be a great, a very nice field to move into. Yeah, I would be able to come back from the break. I would love to talk about it. I love that. Okay.
We'll be right back after these messages. Your cars is one of your biggest purchases, so it makes sense to protect it, right? Spending a little extra money for high quality oil and additives is not a huge investment given the total cost of vehicle ownership, but it can reduce the risk of engine problems and repairs and even extend your engine's life. Liquid Moly is a specialist for automotive chemicals offering not only motor oils, but also gear oils, additives, car care, greases, paste, and more. Learn more at liquid-moly.com.
That's l-i-q-u-i-moly.com. Welcome back to more of the CNC Auto Show with Airman Clements and John Ryan Mooney. And we welcome you back to the CNC Auto Show. If you do have a question about your car, truck, or SUV, you give us a call. That number 800-224-9090 and we will be ready to go. You can also call 706-8635-800. And again, that's on Saturday mornings, 805 to 10 Eastern time.
You can watch the show on Facebook. And Jimmy, we were talking a little bit about employment opportunities or career opportunities is actually a better word for people in being able to move into the parts field. And you mentioned that there may be some other things that you wanted to mention having to do with that.
Yeah. So, you know, I'm from here and a lot of people kind of know my story or don't know my story. I mean, I started out, you know, working for Advance back in 2003, 2004. And, you know, have just worked my way up through the company and built myself to where I'm at now, you know, started as a part specialist at Advance, became a nighttime closer, became an assistant manager, came to O'Reilly as assistant manager, became a store manager, became a district manager. And now my current role as director now and anybody that comes in and puts in the work can do the same thing because we're strictly a promote from within company. And when I say that, we're not going to hire outside of a store manager. So anybody else from that position up has to come from inside the company. So we're always looking for for great guys and gals to come in and be those next leaders for our teams, because, you know, unlike some of our competition, we don't allow for DMS to be hired outside the company. I mean, even even our CEO has worked his way up through the chain.
Yeah. You know, with the exception, probably our finance department, our legal team, you probably don't want car guys be in that position because we'll spend all the money. We'll argue with the wrong people. But, you know, everybody else has just worked their way up through the company into their current positions, including our CEO. So it's it's impressive being at a company, seeing that opportunity, that growth potential that you have, because it's not like that in a lot of other companies anymore.
I mean, they may go hire somebody from outside the company on top of you and be like, well, I thought I was going to be the next person and somebody brand new get tired. And I think that's one of the main things that I want to stress today is how good the automotive industry can be for anyone. And that includes companies like O'Reilly Auto Parts, that includes companies, independent repair shops, chain operation repair shops.
Just there's so many areas. And on top of that, you have service advisors, you have receptionist administration in the automotive field. So I want to encourage everyone that that may be looking for a career opportunity to think about the automotive industry.
Absolutely. I mean, there's just a wonderful there's great opportunities there. And one of the things I like about the automotive industry is there are good people. I love the people in the automotive industry. I've grew up in it and I have watched it change. And there's just that the people are just good, hardworking people that enjoy providing a good service. Absolutely. And normally we've all got a common bond of a love of vehicles.
I mean, there's always something good to talk about. Now, bringing that up, I would like to ask, going into a little bit of a lighter side, what is the most unusual part that someone has walked in and said, I would like to have this part. I need one of these. Probably it's not really the most unusual, probably just the one you didn't expect to be walking in. I had somebody come in and needed a sunroof.
And that was that was the craziest thing I've ever saw brought into a store. I need a sunroof. You need a sunroof? I mean, that's not a normal part that we stock. So we found it and got him a sunroof.
But probably. I mean, because we sell so many different things and we sell paint, we sell I'll sell you anything you need. You need a Bella. Hey, I'll sell you a Bella. Hey. And I've sold hey to shops before.
I've sold hey, I've sold the yellow safety chain. And I'm just trying to think, what is the craziest thing? I know that I know that normally when I get involved with one, I'm normally asking them for something kind of weird, right? Because the parts manager, our parts managers here at the shops, they always trace down the normal day to day type items. Usually when I call myself, they say, oh, no, here we go. What's the craziest thing you've ever had to order?
Oh, wow. I would say that and this is not that crazy, but we have had customers that have wanted different things like car seats. But some of the weird things I run into is trying to get like a wiring harness that an animal has chewed through a wiring harness. I would say one one would be some of the classic cars that have come in that people have wanted just plain weird stuff on. And we we get into that some on helping with some of those weird type situations on the classic cars.
But I really I really can't think of one specific item. But I can I can think of a lot of times that we have run into situations where we were what suppose where what was on the car is not what the book said was on the car. And now do you find that that's not as common now as it used to be the back more in the 80s and 90s? It wasn't uncommon for the book to say, yeah, this is supposed to fit. And then you get the part and it don't fit. But as the cars got later and later models, I think they tracked what was going on. The vehicle's a lot better and you're able to get the right part. Yeah, I think that's kind of probably I've seen a shift that probably in the last three to five years that we've seen that that kind of change, because, I mean, before then. And I've got a Ford truck at home.
I've got to have 250 at home. But Ford was notorious for doing that. I mean, it would be mid year and Ford would change something totally different.
Why would you do that? Stick with the part you had on there. But but Ford was notorious for doing that if it was a split model production year.
I mean, you you may buy something and you're like, hey, I got a 90 F-150. OK, we'll sell you the part for and you'll come back. Hey, you didn't tell me the right part. I looked it up. It's what you told me.
It's on the receipt. And it's a complete wrong part. And it's just because they change change your production year and change what they were doing in the middle of the year. So we may have to go up or down a year to find the right part, make sure we get them the right part. But yeah, it's gotten a lot better than what it has. And but you still get those guys or gals with the older cars that, you know, maybe they've upgraded their brakes or something like that.
So that's a lot of that. Let's grab one more car. OK, Jeff, welcome to the CNC Auto Show. And what can we help you with?
Just bad. I've been looking for rims, chrome rims, which is kind of impossible now with the situation with China. But they told me that the same five point five bolt pattern six love will actually fit a Chevrolet, but a Chevrolet won't fit the Toyota or something.
And I don't understand what they're saying. As long as the diameter is the same now, what you may have a problem with is the offset. So where the center line of that wheel is on where it mounts, that can be different. But as long as the diameter is the same, it the lugs will line up. But the fitment of the offset of that will where when I say fitment, where the face is, the where where it bolts up to the to the rotor, if it's too far forward, I could sit too far back or if it's back, it could cause it to stick out. So that may be what they're talking about as far as the fitment. But as long as, you know, if it's five on five and a half, it's going to fit. Yeah, it's not like the old days, everything fit everything.
That's true. This is a good view. This is a good one that I had. I had an 87 Chevrolet. It came with a four point three V6 and it was three feet on the column. Well, I took and put a 78 350 transmission to the same V6 bellhousing. I had a 69 Caprice clutch and pressure plate. And I had a 1967 five bolt graining gear transmission and the four bolts loaded up. The top one didn't, but the four bolts and everything slid right in there and matched up with no problem. Hey, Jeff, thank you very much. Our time clock's on E. We appreciate the call very much and we'll be back shortly with more of the CNC Auto Show.
