White vehicles have a 12% lesser chance of accident involvement than black vehicles due to their high visibility. However, hail damage can be a significant issue, especially in areas prone to isolated hailstorms. It's essential to get a professional assessment to determine the extent of the damage and whether it's worth filing an insurance claim. Additionally, regular maintenance and proper storage can help prevent damage to your vehicle.

And we do welcome you to the CNC Auto Show and we are here to share information on ways to make your car, truck, or SUV safer, more dependable, and make it last longer for less money and less hassle. And I am Aaron Clements here with Carol Proctor of AC Proctor Patent Body and we'll be answering your automotive mechanical questions and Carol's here to answer collision repair questions.

So if you happen to have an accident and you dent in your radiator or tear up something mechanically on your car at the same time, we'll both chime in. And also we had a hail storm week four last. If anybody has any questions about hail and paintless dent repair or anything like that, we'd be glad to give you some advice and answer some questions.

Oh, that is great. And that's going to happen in more and more areas around the country right now because now's the time of year that you see a lot of hail and there's a lot of interesting things about hail. And we're here. We can answer those questions also, or actually Carol can.

I'm not able to answer very many questions about the hail situation. But let's pop the clutch and let's, oh, Carol, we're going to do something fun today. Okay. Y'all everybody says, okay.

All right. We, since Carol's here and Carol has to do with paint and body type things and collision repair, I thought a show about car colors would be a lot of fun. And so, all right, now here is the contest that we will have. You'll notice a buzzer. You got a buzzer in front of you. So we will have our producer, Mason Rogers, will be asking a question and we will have a contest here on who can answer the car color question.

What do I win? That has, that's to be determined. The judges hadn't decided that yet. Well, there's no incentive to, you know, answer the questions quickly or correctly if there's no... Well, they're trying to decide on a yellow Corvette or a red Corvette. And because of being a color type show today, that's the main decision that they're still trying to make. I'll put my water in for the red one because I've got two UGA graduates in my house. So red's the color.

It certainly wouldn't be yellow. Well, we'll be asking, there may be some questions about red also. Hey, let's go ahead and do one just for the heck of it so everybody can kind of get an idea of what it's about. And Mason Rogers, what is the very first question having to do with car colors? And I am sitting here with my hand on the buzzer and Carol is also. And we are ready for the first question. What is it? First question.

What color shows the most dirt on a car? Oh, wait. He didn't finish.

He didn't wait until you were finished reading. You got to wait. That was a foul. Foul ball. OK, but the prizes are then this is an open that we can, you know, there was nothing said in the rules prior.

That's true. I didn't read the rules. OK, the question. So you get to answer it.

Go ahead. Black. Black. Is that correct? That is correct.

There's a no brainer. Oh, as a matter of fact, most I would have got it because most dark colors are harder to keep clean. I know that that's the reason that we always get a white car for our shuttle vehicle.

So it always look good. Hey, let's go to the cause. Let's go over to. Tiffany. Tiffany, welcome to the morning and good morning to you and welcome to the CNC Auto Show.

And what can we help you with? I just wanted to know, in your opinion, should any dealership, not dealership, but you know, I guess you'll be considered a third party repair facility, be able to repair an item on a vehicle that's under a powertrain warranty and be reimbursable expense from the dealer manufacturer of the car. Yeah, great question. Extended warranties are hot right now. There's a lot of people coming in with extended warranties. We do accept extended warranties. But if it's a factory powertrain warranty, for instance, you have a vehicle that's under three year, thirty six thousand mile powertrain warranty through the manufacturer of the vehicle and your engine starts knocking and you brought it in. We would recommend that you take it to the dealership because they would cover that and it would be covered under the factory warranty. Now, if you have an extended warranty that you have purchased when you bought the vehicle because you're regular, either your regular warranty ran out or you wanted something that would go above and beyond that warranty or you had a used car and you bought an extended warranty from that.

We take all those. Now, I do tell each person when we're dealing with an extended warranty, it many times extends the time frame that the vehicle it takes to repair the vehicle because we're in effect dealing with two customers. We're dealing with the person who owns the vehicle and we have to let them know of any charge, know about any charges that are on the vehicle. And then we're dealing with the warranty companies who pay them for it. So we have to let them know. And some warranty companies are really good about answering the phone. Some are not so good about answering the phone.

It's like insurance companies, some insurance companies, you can get your claim handled in six to twelve hours, others it takes six to twelve days. Yeah. So I'm not definitely don't say a lot of people save a lot of money with them, but you do want to do a lot of research when you're getting one and get one that other people have been happy with. And to me, a track record is a good judge of how that company is going to do. If they've got a lot of great reviews and you talk to different people, they've had that, they've been happy with it.

Now, that's if it's an extended one, like we talked about, then then they would be a good one to talk to. Or if you feel like you do all you do a lot of your maintenance and you were like me the last three, four or five cars I've had. I did a lot of research before I bought it. I did a lot of maintenance right after. I always buy used cars right after I bought it. And then once I did that, I drive it.

I don't have any trouble. I would be wasting money to buy an extended warranty. But of course, being in the car business, I see a lot of people that do so. Not necessarily because they didn't take care of their vehicle many times. It's just things happen on cars and some cars are a little more prone to it than others. Did that answer any of the question?

Oh, it did. Because, but specifically, it was more like the manufacturers powertrain warranty. My water pump went out and I thought that, you know, it's got my receipts and everything. I should take it to somebody that I trust and have it in place. Yeah, if you're if now I'm not a water pump, a powertrain warranty, I'm not sure if that would cover that or not. You can usually call your dealership that you deal with with the serial number to the vehicle, because that's what's really important.

The 17 digit VIN number for that vehicle and call them and say my water pump went out. Is this covered under the warranty? And they'll tell you yes or no.

And they're normally real good about it. That would be one of those depends on the type warranty. It is the type powertrain warranty.

It is whether that would be covered or not. Okie dokie. Well, thank you so much. I appreciate it. Oh, thank you.

Fantastic question. And we appreciate it also. Bye bye. Bye bye. OK, the number to call is 706-863-5800. We got a little bit of a phone issue today. I think there's only one line working. So if you call, there's a chance you might have a little trouble getting through on the lines. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but it is doing so.

And again, that number 706-863-5800. We will go ahead and lay a tech tip quiz out on the table. Also, we got all kind of things going on today, Carol. Man, it's cooking. The winner will receive the privilege of being a huge, I mean, this is kind of huge for people, a huge tech tip quiz winner.

Not huge, huge, but it's huge. You realize the listeners are going to think there's a fix in because you're only offering the normal tech tip prize package. But the internal prize package for the game show thing is two Corvettes. Yeah, yeah, exactly.

It's probably going to get some listeners that are going to get kind of upset. Yep. No, no, they'll be fine. And I'll tell you a little bit more about the Corvettes as soon as we return from these messages. As we navigate the COVID-19 crisis, O'Reilly Auto Parts is dedicated to serving you. Having a little phone trouble today, don't have as many lines going on, but we are here and we just keep trying. Give it a shot on there. I mentioned that we had a Tech Tip quiz, and I'm going to go ahead and mention that right now.

And we will go over to the Tech Tip quiz. And a professional car thief stole Miss Williams' 2019 white BMW. The car thief drove the car into a sea of cars during a big golf tournament in Augusta, Georgia. It was left there for six hours.

The police were looking for the car, but the thief was able to drive the car out without being detected. How? And if you know the question, you give us a call and we will be here for the answer. And then we will do one more color question. And right after that, we will go to Tiffany. Okay, here we go. We're ready for another one.

Mason? Okay. What is the best color car for not showing dirt? Okay, I got that one. Now see what happens when we do it the fairway.

I jumped in there and got it. All right. Best color for not showing dirt.

And that would be... I'm going to say white. I'm kind of torn on white, but I'm going to say silver.

It's the best color because it kind of blends in with the dirt. I don't know. That may not make sense.

What about a clean car? Oh, now that would be it. All right. Mason, am I right or wrong?

You're correct. Silver. All right, silver. So what's the score, Mason? One to one.

One to one. All right, here we go. All right, let's go over to Tiffany.

Tiffany, Tiffany, welcome to the CNC Auto Show. Hi. I'm back. Thank you. But I'd like to take a chance at the tech tech quiz. Oh, wow. Absolutely.

We would love to. And I'm going to read that question one more time just to be sure. And that's a professional car thief stole Miss Williams' 2019 white BMW. The car thief drove the car in an off tournament in Augusta, Georgia. And it was left there for six hours. And the car thief got away. He just drove right out.

How'd he do it? And wait, Tiffany. Yeah. See, Mason is not only asking the color questions today, but he's also there with the ushering the bugle player. We call him blue on stage so he can do the bugle. Tiffany, you're on stage. What is the answer to today's tech tech quiz?

Well, I'm ready for the awe button too. I'm thinking since it's pollen season and everything, he knew where he parked the car. And after being there for six hours, that car was no longer white. It was that funky amber pollen yellow color. So nobody else could see it.

But he knew where he parked so he could drive away. Tiffany, I think you hacked my computer, didn't you? That's what you did. No. You hacked inside my computer and got the answer because let's see what the judges say to that.

Thank you very much. Ah, Tiffany. Did you? Tiffany, do you feel any different?

Because now you're a tech tip quiz winner. When you picked up the phone, you were Tiffany. And people would say, hey, there's Tiffany.

How's she doing? And you'd be standing there next to a big star. And they would say – they would name the star.

Oh, wow. They would say, what's a big star's name, Carol? Name somebody.

Tiffany, name somebody for me. Come on. I don't know.

Aaron Clements, The Gars Show. No. All right. But now, instead of that, they will look up there and say, oh, there is the tech tip quiz winner. It's all different now.

Everything's different. You're the winner. And you can hold on the line. And, Anthony, there at the station, this show bounces back and forth. It comes from here to the station and back here and all over the place.

But if you stay on the line, Anthony will pick up. He's awesome. And he'll write down your information. And, Tiffany, you are now an official Tech Tip quiz winner. And congratulations. Well, thank you.

This has made my day. Oh, I love that. Listen to that. Okay. All right. Fantastic.

And thank you. Next. Oh, yes. I thought she was going to ask – Oh, God. Tiffany. I think she was going to ask something about an oil pump.

Oh, she was. Well, there was a note up there. All right.

Tiffany, give us a call back. And if you've got a question, ask the question after that. And also, we have to get your information. It's about a three-page form that has to be filled out in order to accept this.

And most people leave town for a few days to kind of gather their thoughts before they come back after being a Tech Tip quiz winner, because it's really big. All right. Are we ready for another car color question? Okay. What car color is best for resale?

Oh, Carol got me that. All right. Okay. Carol, what is the best car for resale? I think, overall, probably a neutral color like white, black, or silver. But, you know, it depends on, you know, if you're a Georgia fan, a Georgia Tech fan, and you see a car that's a color you like, you might want to buy that.

Uh-huh. So, in other words, don't buy the car just based on the resale value, because you're going to be driving it, most likely driving it for a while, and you want to enjoy it. You want to get a color you like. There are more cars that are white.

I think we fixed more cars that are white and silver than any other colors. Oh, that might be a question having to do with that in just a little bit then. So, we'll find out. Okay. So, you're saying, well, what colors did you name? I'd say white or silver. Okay. And you're right.

It's white, black, or silver. Oh, what's the score, Mason? Uh, one to two. Okay.

And Carol's winning. Okay. We will catch up. Okay. We'll take a break and be right back after these messages. Well, the midnight headlight finds you on a rainy night street great up ahead slow me down and make an old time but I gotta keep rolling there goes a windshield wipers sniping out a tempo keeping perfect rhythm with the song the CNC auto show is brought to you by O'Reilly Auto Parts, your professional parts people. If you have a car mechanical question, I'm here. If you have a collision or insurance question or a collision repair question, Carol Proctor's here. Uh, number 800-224-9090 having a little week down some lines today. So if you, uh, you may have a little trouble getting in, but keep trying because you will get there. Uh, okay. If you, uh, if you want to watch this live on Facebook, you can do that. Also we will have a car color question.

And then right after that, we will go straight to John and producer Mason Rogers. We're ready for another car color question. Okay. This question is what is the safest car color? All right.

I got that one. All right. Now, uh, safest car color, car color, and this is another reason. The reason I know this is as we were buying vehicles for the shop, we've been real careful to norm because white cars seem to be safer, I feel like they are anyway. Okay.

Is that correct? As here, white vehicles have a 12% lesser chance of accident involvement than black vehicles. Under all weather and lighting conditions, white provides a lot of contrast between the vehicles and their surroundings, making these cars easy for other motorists to see. Well, we can also put our little logos on the side. They wrap pretty nice also. So I like that also. So okay. So now I got that one. What's the score? I guess it's two to two. Okay.

That's going to be a close one. All right, here we go. Let's go over and talk to John. John, welcome to the CNC auto show.

What can we help you with? Well, good morning again. Yes, sir.

We're ready. I've got a, Aaron, you know, my 2014 Durango. Yes, sir.

I got 226,000 miles on it now. All right. And I've got some, I've got a handful of, you know, paint things on the front and on the front of the hood.

Can my tractor take care of that for me without painting the whole vehicle or what can I do? Well, John, I would assume you mean it's rock chips? Yeah. Okay.

Yes. Myself or any paint and body shop can do it. You know, depending on the severity of the rock chips, you know, some money, sometimes you can sand them out and, you know, spot block them, prime them, and then just paint the hood and blend into the two fenders. If the rock chipping is really severe, sometimes you have to strip the hood down to bare metal and then re-prime the whole thing, and then you may have to blend into some adjacent panels. But I always tell somebody, if you drive a vehicle the same day in and day out, and the only thing that's wrong with it is rock chips, and you're going to paint it, and then you're going to do the same thing all over again, you're wasting the money because the rock chips are going to get back in it. It's an individual decision.

I totally agree, but it's just annoying, and I want to keep it, you know, in the best shape I can. Yeah. Yeah.

We'd be happy to look at it. You call it. I will do. Thank you very much. All right, sir. Hey, John, great call, like always, and I appreciate it, and have a wonderful day. You too.

All right. Now's a great time to mention jumper boxes. We keep those around the shop all the time because we use them on a regular basis.

Matter of fact, we've got several floating around here. So many times we'll go to bring a vehicle in and the battery would be dead. Well, ordinarily, you'd have to get another car in front of it. You'd have to get some jumper cables, jump it off, and take at least two people. If you've got a jumper box, you'd walk the jumper box out there, raise the hood, put the positive on the positive, negative on negative, crank the car up.

Very important to do it properly, though. If you accidentally do it many times, you can short something out, but there's circuitry inside this rugged geek jump box that keeps you from shorting anything out. Still not good to do it, but it won't short it out if you accidentally do. And the reason jump boxes can be so important at home also, or to have in your car also, is let's say you run in a store, you come back outside, your battery's dead, ordinarily you'd have to walk around, try to find somebody with jumper cables, find another car. Sometimes you can't get another car in front of it, or you might have to have the vehicle towed. So with the rugged geek jump box, you're able to just hook it up, jump the vehicle off, and then drive it. And I'd recommend taking it and having the vehicle checked out to find out what happened. But they can be so useful as far as getting you out of a bind.

So shoot over to ruggedgeek.com, there's a good thing to have. Okay, we will go to another color question. And producer, are we ready for another question on colors?

And we are ready. Okay. What color car gets into the most accidents? I didn't know that one. I can make something up though.

Oh, I'm gonna make up something. I was gonna say the car was the worst driver. I think statistically or historically, maybe black cars have less contrast in the showup.

You know, they don't stand out from the background. Oh, could it be that? Or maybe someone has a black car, it's all shiny, really looking good.

And they tend to drive faster. Could it be that? Yeah, I guess it could be. Yeah. Okay. Well, that's correct.

It says here, one study that was reported in Money Supermarket found that black cars, what is that study, are 47% more likely to be involved in collisions than vehicles of any color. Wow. I wouldn't have ever guessed that one.

That one got me. And 47% is a pretty large number to be there for someone to get in more accidents than other vehicles. Dude. But you know, here's the funny thing. We actually see more white and silver cars because there are more white and silver cars on the road. Yes.

And I could see where that would be a point. You just have so many more of them, they're bound to be more accidents with white and silver cars. Right now at the shop, I've got nine white cars in the shop. Is any one car, this is on a side note, even though we're competing in this deal here.

And I do plan to win, by the way. Is there any particular car that is harder to perform either collision repair or paint work on? Any particular color? Pearl white is one of the more difficult colors. It's a beautiful color. You know, my wife, up until the current car, she's got, which is red, she drove like six pearl white cars and runs perception of the color because the color changes at every angle. You look at it. You can stand at the front of it and the contrast between the hood and the fenders appears to be one color. And if you put it in the bright sun and look at it from the side, it looks like a different color.

Wow. So, you know, I had a lady one time fussed at me, she said, the flop of my car is messed, you messed up the flop of my car. And I kept explaining to her, so the flop is built into the color, into the pigmentation of the pearl and the paint. We got less than a minute, but I want to ask one question and producer Mason, you got a buzzer in there also, right? I'm going to ask you and Carol a question now real quickly.

What is color? Beep. You get, did you beep first? Yeah. Okay. What you see.

Oh, come on. What produces the color? Light.

You have hue. Yeah. The reflection of light off of it. You're right.

Yeah. Which light is it? It's the, it's the reflection of the light, just like a rainbow. If you see where the blues in the rainbow or whatever color, um, and it's because of the way the lights reflected off. Okay.

We'll be right back after this. Ms. Wilson recently brought her 2012 Ford Focus in with a concern about an oil smell and oil droplets on her garage floor. After a good inspection under the hood and under the car, we found that the valve cover gasket was leaking on the backside. Since it was running down the back of the engine, we could not tell if the oil pan was leaking or not.

To find out, we ordered oil dye from O'Reilly Auto Parts and added it to the engine oil. After a good engine clean and test drive, we could clearly see that the valve cover gasket was causing the smell and the leak. The oil pan gasket was fine. After customer approval, we ordered the valve cover gasket from O'Reilly Auto Parts and installed it on the car.

After a second cleaning and test drive, we confirmed that the oil leak was repaired and no more oil smell. A good technician plus getting great parts fast from O'Reilly Auto Parts equals another happy customer. And welcome back to the CNC Auto Show. If you have a car mechanical question, I'm here. If you have a collision or insurance question, Carol Proctor's here. Give us a call.

The number 800-224-9090. One of the lines have been acting up, so we have not got a lot of them are kind of in and out, but I believe at least one of them will be working now. We have an open line right now. Well, the phones are messed up, but I believe that I believe they got one more to come through. OK, give us a call. And again, 800-224-9090 OK. We are ready.

Well, I tell you what I want to do. I wanted to ask Carol something that had to do with this. It fits a little bit in the lines of collision repair, but we have had the issue with some hail damage and a lot of the hailstorms are evidently kind of isolated. You might run into one in an area and then a mile down the road might not have any. This swath or cell of hail started out in South Augusta out of Highway 25 and it run about a mile or a mile and a half wide.

It ran up through the Daniel Village area of the hill section west of the Augusta National Cross, Washington Road, up Stevens Creek Road, West Lake area. So those in other areas might realize that they may, if someone says, hey, there may be a hailstorm, instead of taking that chance, they may be in that area or they may not. But it's better to try your very best to get your cars on the inside. Now, if a car is parked outside and it does receive some hail damage, what's the next step? Well, you know, you can be in a hailstorm and not have any hail damage. If the hail is like pea sized, it won't do anything.

It's got to be what they call cat eye or larger to do any damage. I mean, that Wednesday I was actually at the shop that evening doing payroll and I heard a little bit of ding, ding, ding outside and looked outside and I had two and a half inches of pea up to golf ball size hail outside my office. And I was a mess. And as the hail went north toward West Lake and Columbia County, it got bigger. And we've seen cars, it's got eight or nine hundred dollars worth of hail damage. A couple of cars I've seen, they were totaled, they were so bad. Let's talk about those just a little bit more in a few minutes, but let's go over to Billy. Billy's got a 16 Kia Sorento. Billy, excuse me, Billy, what is that car doing to you? I went to a concert up in Columbia up there and I had a rider in the passenger side on the backside and they were going to let the wind up and they pulled a button up and the wind went down and went down and would come back up. What kind of concert were you going to, Billy?

Casting Crowns. All right. And what color?

It's black on black. So I come back and I make an appointment with the Kia dealership and take it out of there. And of course, you know, there's not one to be found in a local area anywhere. And so the guy that was servicing me found one and told me where it was and called me that evening and told me where it was. So I drove down there and got it and brought it back and they're going to put it in for me next weekend. All right. And did you tell the person that was making the wind to go up? Did you say, no, I said, move it up, not down. They felt bad enough.

They didn't need me to scourge them a little bit. You didn't turn around and say you broke my window? Well, it was part of what, but $248. And you know, I'm an old car guy, so I'm thinking if I take the door panel off, you know, I can look at the window and see what's wrong with it.

You take the door panel off, it's got a big old rubber thing right there with all kind of gadgets on it. So before I tore it on up some more, I put it back together and took it to the dealership. And that's really not a bad price because I imagine they were placing the regulator in there and $248 is actually a pretty good price to do that.

So that don't sound bad at all. No, but you know, they did find me one and I was able to go and get it. But parts are getting hard to find for vehicles, you know, and while I was at the lodge, you know, of course, you know, I'm thinking, well, I'll just trade it in and give you a new one. Well, guess what?

There ain't no new ones to look at. So you know, we just better stick with what we got. If I would have been you and I would have had to choose between $248 and, and, and what $20, $25, $30,000, I believe I ought to pick the $248 anyway. I mean, yeah, yeah, yeah, probably, but I think next time I'm going to go with a gray with a little bit of champagne, a colored interior or something away from the black on the black. Yeah.

I bet that'd be a, yeah, you, you, uh, you, you more prone to have accidents. Uh, Billy, you want to, um, now did you, uh, was there any other question that you had? Because if not, I'm going to move you into another, uh, I'm gonna let you join our contest. Yeah, yeah, sure.

I'll get into that. Okay. I have a buzzer.

Carol has a buzzer and actually our producers got one, but you'll just have to go. Okay. Okay. I do it.

No, not business. You got to go. You got it. Okay. Good. Good.

That sounded really good. Okay. Mr. Producer. Wait a minute. Is he in the running for the core? Yes.

Yes. He will get, he will. Matter of fact, he'll get, let me see, three to two. He'll get five points, five points.

If he, if he wins because the caller gets more points than we get. So we'll have to really work hard to win and you're going to deliver him a Corvette if he wins. Um, I'll give you the address and that's what I meant to tell you about the Corvette that we have. Actually. He's got the Corvette then downstairs.

I'll load it on my rollback and have it delivered for you. No, it's, it is downstairs, but it's in my drawer because I give it to the kids when they come in the door. Oh, so now the truth comes out. It's a toy Corvette. It's got Hot Wheels wrote on it and, and yes, you will get one.

Why does this not surprise me? Here we go. We're ready. All right. Yeah.

I'm ready. Okay. The question is what is the most popular color? Okay.

Billy, you have the opportunity to answer the question. What is the most popular color? Is that it?

Was that the question? Yeah. Okay. What is the most popular color? Okay. Billy. Gun, metal, gray. I don't want to look it up, but it says here on the paper, 23.9% white and a 23.2% black, but I'd still want to look it up. Well, but well, wait a minute.

Black and white. Great. That's 50%. Keep listening in because there's a, because there's a chance that Mason may find something different as he starts to do his research and he is really good with research, but very good. I appreciate you calling in. Thank you, man. Oh, thank you. Okay. The number to call is 7 0 6 8 6 3 5 800, or you can call 800 2 2 4 9 0 9 0. Hopefully one of them will work. Uh, again, we're having a little, little phone issue there, but we're, we're, um, we're making it work.

Making, making them come through. We're talking about, um, should a person before they do anything on their vehicle call the insurance company first or should they get an estimate? Well, it depends on the size of your deductible. If, if, if this light hail that we've had, I've seen no cars really that were repairable cars that were more than $2,000. If you've got a thousand dollar deductible and you got, it's questionable to turn that in the hail. I mean, what you might want to do is you can talk to your insurance company, file the claim, but then get with a local body shop, a locally owned body shop and, and, and ask if they're using a local hail company like Augusta Dent Professionals, um, and have somebody look at it and write you a PDR estimate.

That's the thing. Most hail is being fixed by what we call paintless dent repair. Um, a lot of people believe that hail will crack, will, excuse me, will put chips in paint. The hail that we have here doesn't chip windshields and it doesn't put chips in paint and the hail they have out in Texas and Oklahoma, it put holes in windshields.

That's softball size hail, but the hail we have here, if you had a lot of chips in your paint on your hood, it's not from hail. It's from rock chips and the insurance companies are not going to pay for it. In other words, let somebody to look at it and make the decision on the price and then see what your deductible is and then make a decision.

And of course we mentioned before on your insurance is a lot of the, uh, the price of your insurance going up or not has to do with your frequency. So if you hadn't had a claim in five years and don't expect to have another one in five years, chances are it'll make, it'll make very little difference if you're trying to look at your car. I mean, if you had hail outside, if you're trying to look at your car and see, don't try to look at your car outside in the sunshine, cause you're not going to see the hail generally. The advice would be to pull it in the garage and look at it under some fluorescent lights or something like that.

Just look at the reflection. Uh, Mason telling us we have to, we got to take a, no, we're out of time. Okay. We'll be back in the second hour shortly.
