We are live after Packers Jets. The Packers won the game 20 to 17. What kind of mood does that put me in? An incredible mood. I'm in a I'm very satisfied.

There's a very excited. about the show, because there's a lot to talk about. But I'm very excited that the Packers won. I just want that to be crystal clear. I do hate Matt LaFleur.

Like, I hate him more than just a coach. I actually hate his entire personality vibe. or whatever. I don't like them. I do not like him as a person in any way.

Um I think I don't need to prove to you. But I did need to prove. Not even to myself, I just wanted to make sure. I wanted to make sure that my hate of Matt LaFleur. Wasn't so strong.

that I then could not root for the Packers to win. Because I'm rooting for the Packers to win. Here's the thing with the Packers and Matt LaFleur. This is the product they want to give you. They are comfortable.

With Matt LaFleur. They want you to have this product.

So as a guy who's made it his life's work to try to get this guy fired, unfortunately, I have to realize that's probably not going to happen anytime soon.

So we're going to have to learn to win in spite of him. And in spite of other things that happened, this was not a good game by any means. If there's anybody that you like on the Packers and you want to defend them, Good try, good luck, except for LVN Truthers. How about Lucas Van Ness? I'm jacked up.

I'm excited. I'm excited that they won this game. This is a week as we're seeing in week two, where a lot of good teams are going down. Nice little survivor week. I got the Niners.

I need the Browns to come back after this weird weather delay and finish that one off. Titans almost had the Eagles. The Saints got the Ravens. Bears, how about the high-flying Bears? They scored 59 points in week one.

They now average 31 points a game, the Bears. What an incredible offense. We are brought to you throughout the month of September by our friends at the Wisconsin Bike Fed. I'm going to get the link up here. We're going to chat.

We're going to talk. We're going to do the comments. I'm in a good mood. I got red zone now on my TV. I don't have to look at it in my phone.

I actually put a TV down here. We're going to go. We're going to go, baby. We're going to go until this battery is dead. Let's talk some Packers football today.

Thanks again to our friends at the Wisconsin Bike Fed. We're on episode number 745, I think, also. Getting a little closer to 777. We'll talk some potato on me. At this one, I hope you had the Packers today.

Actually, I hope you, I hope you. didn't vet the Packers because why would you have? But get there maybe before tonight and get some action on Colts and Chiefs. All right, so the bike Fed, I do need to tell you this story. It's not a good story, but I need to tell it that three-foot sign.

That I share, I saw one of those out in the wild yesterday. Three feet, it's the law. I saw one of those out in the wild. I was going to pull over and take a picture or do a video, but I was in like Merton. We went up to Fondu Lac yesterday.

We came down. I was hunting for cars. We stopped at Slinger in Hartford. I accidentally went to Hartford's German Fest celebration, which had like 19 people in it. If you live over there, what was that?

Why was no one there? There was like a live band playing to no one. And then we ended up, I don't know where, but we were driving. I saw the three feet thing.

So three feet, it is the law. Again, it's getting darker. You got to watch for drivers. I have no, like, they gave me these stats, the bike fed about crashes in the month of September. I'm like, interesting.

But I'm seeing it. have red zone anymore the internet is down i'm on my phone internet Can we just confirm that you see me if you stayed? Through whatever that was, now you have to end it in post. Uh, son of a bitch. Um I'll read some of these comments here.

Where is my red zone? I was so pumped to watch red zone. And the whole internet went down. Is the power? The power is on.

The whole internet went down. I believe I'm on my phone. You got me? Just a confirmation that I'm here. And we'll get back rolling here.

I'm going to have to. Post is all right, Jesus. I'm just gonna leave it up. Um or try to Edit.

Okay. I'm in a good mood despite the internet going away, a couple of people chiming in. Wisconsin Sports. This is the most underwhelming win I've ever seen. for $1.99 and then Doubles the pot with a thank God for Lucas Van Ness.

He was amazing today. He was amazing today. And I want to talk about that, but let's talk about. Big picture, what this game means. What this game means is, first of all, You can still proceed with caution.

On the Green Bay Packers. If you want to, you can still proceed with caution on the Green Bay Packers. Good or bad. Because it is still early in the season. This was a sloppy weather game, it was not great.

The whole week two scoreboard, as I mentioned, is all over the place with a lot of teams that should be winning. Losing. Um So, if you want to be like the Packers are better than this, we need Micah Parsons back. You know, things will get better. Injuries and whatever, Josh Jacobs, it appears that the reason they're hanging on to Josh Jacobs is the entire offense is funneled through Josh Jacobs.

Because, in two games now, they're not able to do really anything. Um without him.

So they need him.

So if you're somebody, if you're somebody that like I am not. I'm just saying, I'm giving you grace. If you're somebody that just is going to show for the Packers at every turn and you're never going to say anything bad about them, and you always want to say, you know, just wait another minute, just hang on, it'll be fine. You have a little bit of a leg to stand on because through two weeks on the road, they're one and one, and they beat a team in a sloppy weather game. And they came back.

To win it.

So there's good for you to dissect. If I'm a Matt LaFleur hater, which I totally am. I could really rag on the fact that there were Two times before the final time, where I thought. This game was locked in. Sky Moore with the return.

We're gonna win this football game. Defensive staff and fourth and one. We're going to win this football game. didn't do it either. Finally, it's third and 30.

I'm like, geez. Actually, third and 25, I was worried. Third and 20, third and 30, I did feel a little bit better. But they had plenty of times to win that football game. I don't know what it is with Matt LaFleur and these first down rushes.

I mean, every time. He, this guy, it's the fourth quarter. You need three points to tie. Right? You are still In the fourth quarter, in rainy conditions, you are still.

Trying to establish the run. I don't get it for the life of me. I'm interested to hear what LaFleur has to say after this game, as I always am. I'm interested to hear about the injuries. You never root for injuries.

Jaden Reed going down. That doesn't look good. ZBB going down on the line. That I don't think looks that great either. Maybe not as bad as Reed's, but we will see.

I will say. The only positive with injuries. Is that then the game And later, and you can watch all the chaos that's happening, maybe in Chicago or with the Eagles or in some of these other games. Before uh Before you can settle in to watch the Packers. Because, like I said last week, I get very stressed out when there's too much happening.

I'm very excited. For the Thursday night game solely against the Falcons, just a standalone game.

Now, America should not be because God knows who they're going to start at quarterback. They went to their fourth stringer today, who I've never heard of. And then on Tuesday, they'll probably or Thursday, they'll probably start. Um They'll probably start Tua and like have 35 points. at Lambo.

Field. Again, the Packers win this one 20 to 17. We'll go through some comments. A link is up if anybody would like to join. We are battling on the phone internet, but I think we're good.

I only mentioned that because I was very excited. I'm in this basement here. You know, I'm trying to sit. I got a little TV across the way, nothing fancy, but I got a little TV across the way. And, you know, the internet goes out.

I was excited to watch Red Zone. I still want to see what's going on with this action, but. That will not be the case. Um, happy chef who's a member of the donation club. Is it wrong?

I was hoping for a doink on the game-winning field goal. Yes, luckily. I get it, kind of, but why? Jake says Matt LaFleur was the best head coach in that entire game. There was another comment here that Matt LaFleur got out bad coached.

Bronco says love fucking sucks. $55 million for a dog shit player who got beat out versus Geno Smith. I will talk about love. I have some criticisms of love, my guy. We will get into the Jordan Love stuff.

For sure. Boots, it was ugly, but I'll take it. Ugly wins are wins. We're not good enough. to be talking about Ugly winds right now.

And I do think the way I'm approaching this game, I do feel a little bit. Um influenced by the fact that the Bears lost. And that the Ravens lost. And that the um The Eagles played a tight one against the Texans, but the Buckingham, like bad teams are winning.

So I do feel a little bit encouraged. that like not all is lost here. On the season, and we are getting guys back, okay? Like I said, at least. Parsons, who's very engaged.

I almost want this guy to be the coach. I mean, he's over there. Lucas Van Ness, here's another thing with Parsons. Lucas Van Ness, I don't think, ever. Hits this level of whatever he did today.

If not for Parsons' presence on the team. Parsons seems to have taken a very strong interest. In all things, Lucas Van Mest.

So I'm very appreciative. Of what he is doing, how he's engaged on the sidelines. You know, he's going to these games, he's on the sideline, he's not sitting in a box or anything. He wants to be a part of it, bad weather or whatever. This guy is a team player.

I know he started in Dallas and went to Penn State. And it's kind of weird that he's still a Packer, really, but. For a while, I was thinking like Micah Parsons is a Packer, and that's just, oh, Fred's sake. You know, he's like. He is a packer.

Micah Parsons is absolutely a packer. He feels it. He lives it. He breathes it. His brother's out there shitting on the Ike Packers podcast Twitter account today.

That's great. Micah Parsons is a Packer. All the way Around. Brazilian Bronco also goes on to say Van Ness finally showed up for the first time three years too late. New Summer wants Michelle LaFleur.

Off the team. Um What else do we got here? Cameron, good to see you on the stream today. Haven't seen Cameron for a minute. Derek says 20 penalties is the direct reflection on the coaching staff.

Penalties are bad. Got to talk about that. Ben Sky Moore with the return. Run Brooks. Maybe And catching up here, Anthony says: LVN, Evan Williams, and Cooper looking like the young stars we need them to be.

Aldo says, only settle for a field goal on the excellent punt return by Moore is unacceptable, especially when you have the opportunity to win the game. But LaFleur decides to run back to back. Ah, what a dumbass coach. And this is it. This is the title of this of this episode.

Packers prove it's possible to win in spite of Matt LaFleur, but only if they play against the Jets. And I know the Jets beat Tennessee. Tennessee's 0-2, but Tennessee's, you know, like they almost beat the Jets and they almost beat the Eagles. I don't really know what they are yet, but the Jets still have Jets' tendencies. The Jets, Geno Smith.

Geno Smith, by the way. I never thought. was like Yeah, I think that These guys like There are guys that are with the Jets. and then come back and obviously he's back but Gino did good in Seattle and The Arnold's doing fine there now and whatever. I thought Geno Smith was rushed like, oh, you're actually good this whole time.

He's not. Bad. He's not good. He's Geno Smith. He's Geno Smith.

Like if you It's the same thing, what the Titans' theory was. Whenever we say Titans' theory on the show. It just means like When you doubt them. They will They will surprise you. And they'll play well, and you'll say.

Oh, okay, this guy's better than I give him credit for. But then you begin to anoint him. And then it's like, oh, we shouldn't have anointed him. And I think a lot of the genome stuff. Was it Lisa Salters?

I remember that interview very clearly. I think I have a tweet about it, but I was very mad watching live. Another minor thing that only I seem to ever notice or care about probably is the more accurate thing. But she was trying to, like, everybody wrote you off. And his first answer was like, oh, that's fine.

What's the people gonna do? And then she goes. Yo, Gino, they wrote you off. Like she knew there was a line he could say in them. And now, yeah, but I ain't right back.

has been like something that stuck with him. This entire time has been something that stuck with him. for a long time in terms of how we think of Geno Smith. Gino's Gino. Gino's not gonna.

Win you a game. And if you don't win the game. By the end of the fourth quarter, he might lose you the game.

So Braylon Allen scored, you know, Fonte Pride. Garrett Wilson had some nice catches. The Jets were doing some. Decent things. But um Gino ultimately is going to catch up with you.

Oh, geez. Thank you, buddy. $4.99 from Wisconsin Sports. Thoughts on fourth quarter decision to run block to two seconds or run the clock to two seconds? Could have ran a play with 11 seconds and tried a field goal.

Well, it was a fourth down.

So if you don't If you don't first, I didn't like that they were. Gonna go for it. But then they ran down the clock.

Okay, do a Hail Mary. Still some risk there. And Jordan got sacked, so he was good enough to take. The sack, that's when you do want to take a sack and not have anything. Crazy happened.

I didn't mind that. It was fourth down. If you go on fourth down and miss. Maybe give them the game. Where would the ball have been?

They still have to maybe make another play. I don't mind that. I don't mind going to overtime. In that situation, I didn't like earlier. with LaFleur Where the jets were driving ultimately.

kicking a field goal. The Jets were driving. And then they had like a long second down. And it would have pushed him back to like the 25, maybe, but they adjusted on a previous drive. Got They had just gotten the Jets out of field goal position.

So he, like, the most confident thing LaFleur did all day was decline this penalty to. You know, make it the third down and shorter. I would have taken the penalty. The Jets ended up getting a fourth and one. Um, I I wa I would have taken I would have taken the penalty, but That's kind of nitpicky.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We're stuck with LaFleur. And I'm not trying. Look, I'm not, I'm not trying. to change my argument here.

You will never get me to say. that Matt LaFleur Is a good coach. They won this game in spite of him. He appeared to learn nothing. from a week before.

In fact, he maybe even got dumber. From the week before, he was so committed to running this goddamn football, even in situations where it's like, okay, Matt, the door's open. Win this game, he was so like. Committed to still doing it. They absolutely won the game.

In spite of Matt LaFleur. But they're not going to fire him.

Okay. I realize that. Even if they lose, guys. They just extended them. I don't see it.

If Ed policy was like, extend them. And then he's gonna get a change of heart after I I really think they're keeping him. I really think they're keeping him no matter what. And they're not going to only win five games. You know they're not.

So We need to win in spite of Matt LaFleur. Are we going to win a Super Bowl in spite of Matt LaFleur? No. Are we going to win the NFC Central or North in spite of Matt LaFleur? Probably not.

But can we win week two against the Jets? Against Matt LaFleur. Yes. Yes, we can. And we did.

That is probably the line. I don't know if there's any other team. We could have played. that poorly against. And still one.

Other than the jets. John Kaning says bottom line is this Packers team. isn't that good. Yes, that is also true. But I think they're off.

I think what we're realizing is they need Josh Jacobs. Their offense runs through Josh Jacobs, and they are going to defend that guy come hell or high water. Pay his girlfriend. God knows how much to go tell the court, I don't want these tapes out. I'm not saying that they did that.

But If I really needed Josh Jacobs back. And I knew That he was our whole offense, and I had the chance. to seal whatever video there was. I'm not I'm not saying that. Pony in Texas.

Get in here, bro. Returning players that are better this season. Um I believe you mean LVM, Cooper, Watson, Golden, anyone else?

Something I want to talk about regarding Jordan Love. There was a good comment on it. Uh I'll pull that up here. I'm just going to uh Work on something. All right.

Um, let's see, where was that comment on Jordan love? Steve says, dude, the people shitting on love today even realize that no quarterback could look good behind this dumpster fire of an offensive line. Ultimately, no running game means the quarterback cannot have success. or limited success. Jordan Love, statistically, was fine.

16 of 29. His rating was 91. You only average five yards of completion, uh hundred per a pass. 145 yards, two touchdowns. He tried to run the ball, really didn't get going much.

They didn't have a lot of plays on offense, really. I thought they ran the ball like 30 times. They only ran it 18. But they also only threw the ball. 29 times.

I think that Jordan love. Has another Level that he can reach. And I thought he was about to reach it through two games. He has not reached that yet. There were some things in this game that I do not blame love for.

I don't blame love for the offensive line being bad. I don't blame love for some of these drops. I'm blame love for the weather. I like to see Jordan Love going to the end zone, get smacked in the head. Take that hit, get right back up.

There's a lot about Jordan Love. I like. I don't like on third down when you get a little momentum. And I know his hand might have been dinged up. But that pass to Watson was like into the ground.

That touchdown to Watson, where it was so free and easy, and love drops back and just. Fails one right into Watson and he's leads the receiver and he's got room. That's the Jordan love that I think can and does exist. Jordan love that throws downfield. Where Scotty Moore is double covered.

You know, you're just trying to win a football game. The Jordan love that's throwing it. Into the end zone, 15 yards past his wide receiver. In the fourth quarter, that's not. what I want.

So I think there's a better Jordan Love. I think he will tell you that. But I think the Argument when people argue about Jordan love like We're all arguing that how good Jordan Love is. And I think he's good. And you might not think he's good.

But we don't have the same definition of good. I think Jordan Love is Good. What am I saying? He's good enough to be. The Packers starting quarterback.

He is good enough. to win A Super Bowl. He is good enough. To take a team to 12 wins. He's good enough to do all those things.

But not on his own yet. He he's not going to be either like This, this, you know, like Rogers run the table. Rogers run the table, and he just talked about how that was his like favorite. run ever. Rogers run the table.

was as good as any quarterback's ever going to play ever. And I think because of love coming after Rogers coming after Favre. You need that before you think he's good. What you saw with Rodgers. Especially then and even a lot of his career was In the conversation for best quarterback ever, kind of stuff.

And if that's what your perception of good is. He's not going to be there. Tom says, love is good but can get rattled. It's hard to judge him with the offensive line. Love should have run for about thirty yards and sealed the game in the fourth.

And there's still those kind of things. that he can do, but like. That he can still do that, he's not, but again. It's the framing of the argument. We're not having the same discussion.

Jordan love. He is getting picked on for things that he's not doing. And then he's not being celebrated for the things that he is doing. That interception, Drake May. Through week one for the Patriots.

That's what you think every Jordan Love interception is like. Yes, he threw a shitty pick six in desperation against the Rams. Not every Jordan Love interception is like that, yet it's treated like it is. And I think a lot of this is because of. who he's following, which is very interesting to me.

Very interesting to me. The Green Bay Packers. Have a look. Bart Starr, okay. And then Randy Wright and Don Makowski and Zeke, whoever you like.

Don Hadle. You know, whatever. But then they have Farvin Rodgers. And then Jordan Love follows them. And you look at him and you'd be like.

You are following. You are the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers. You have to play to a higher standard because of the guys before you. And he's held to that standard. You hold them to that standard.

But when it comes to LaFleur. This is the guy who's on the same sideline as Three other coaches who have won a Super Bowl. Mike McCarthy. Mike Holmgren. And the coach who the Super Bowl Trophy is named after Vince Lombardi.

And yet He does not get judged the same way.

So Jordan Love and Matt LaFleur. They should either not be judged by their history. Of who came before him, Lindicke. And they should either Good shout out. And or they should either Both be judged.

By their history. Like when the Cowboys give somebody 88. Drew Pearson and Michael Irvin, and now CeeDee Lamb. You're judged. You don't just get 88.

You're judged. You have to live up to that history. For the Packers, we are forcing Jordan Love to live up to the history, and we're not. I'm Matt LaFleur.

Did you know crashes involving drivers and vulnerable users of the road are the highest during the early evening hours in the fall? I was really proud. I made a commercial. Where is the fucking audio? There's no audio?

Did you know crashes involving driving? Oh, oh, oh, hold on, hold on. My computer audio is down. Anyway, I made a commercial and joy. Did you know crashes involving drivers and vulnerable users of the road are the highest during the early evening hours in the fall?

Stuck up. My dad shot those uh bikers. How about that? Greggie. He didn't shoot the bikers bang, bang.

The Wisconsin Bike Fed also doesn't want to. that to happen. But uh he did he did photographer the photographer he he videotaped. You know, people don't say tape anymore. Like, I always say, did you tape that show?

And they're like, what do you mean? He said, did you tape the show? Do you mean did I record the show? You know what I mean. Dave the show.

I'm begging you to get in here. I haven't seen you. And forever. Penalties were a problem. Penalties were a problem.

I want to talk about some of those penalties. Very sloppy game. There was a big sack that one time on third down, or an incompletion. I thought for sure we were getting a penalty out of. Let's look at some of the team stats here.

We had called on us. 14 penalties for 133 yards. The Jets had called on them 13 penalties. For a hundred fifty-six yards. It shouldn't make me laugh as much as it does.

Ben L is Ben W today. There we go. Go pack, go, go pack, go. I know it's like. Did you like my commercial?

I made it. It's great. Yes. That had good production value. I'm just, I need, I need someone to talk to.

I am like out of breath already. I'm too hyped up. And if you could chat with me a little bit while I try to get Red Zone back up, that's really bugging me. Because the internet went out right away. I don't know what the fuck that was.

Yeah, I probably need fiber, Bart. You're going to have to upgrade to ATT instead of spectrum. I have ATT! I don't know what you got. I'm just giving you a hard time.

They're always fucking me over. You got the 500 or the 300? I downgraded'cause it was too expensive. I have the most expensive kind. What'd you think?

Of the game. Ben W. Instead of bandaging. L. And W.

What'd you think? It was terrible. It was it was atrocious. Um It's not real football. Like, the product I'm watching is.

terrible and I don't know how we I know how we won. It's like The Chets were shooting themselves in the foot by not Completing anything or making first downs, and then we just limped across the finish line with field goals. Yeah. I got pretty upset when I saw that we were punting on. With 11 seconds left, and it was all play clock management.

I didn't understand that that's where he was going with it. But to. And the half with a sack, it just or and the game with a sack, it just kind of Falling flat on our backs is how it seemed the whole game. I had a tweet. Forget results.

Fire LaFleur for lack of discipline. We can't be watching games where we are surprised when we have a play without a penalty. This is stupid. Sully has tweeted back at me and says, I've never met half the people I watched the game with today. But we all clapped every chains of possession.

That wasn't a fumble or a penalty. This is a sad, sad, sad. State of affairs. Even on the Sky Moore return. And I'm going to bring downtown Billy in here too.

Even on the Skymore return, like. I looked for a flag. It was a great return. I'm sure there was a flame. Great return.

Very impressive. Breaking tackles, going up the sideline, like kept his feet. That was such a momentum change. And then we ran it up the gut twice with Brooks. Yeah.

You're blocking back. You're pass protection back. Is this like some season-long setup? Where LaFleur is just going to run it on first down 95% of the time. And then, like in week 12 or something, you do a play action, and Jordan Love's going to overthrow Watson by 10 yards.

Like, what the fuck are we doing? The Jets were doing the same thing. They run, run, and then target Nixon. Run, run, target Nixon. And it worked pretty well for them in the first half.

And then. They stopped doing it. Billy, your thoughts on the game? Bart, um, how do you feel about Jordan Love right now, man? I I missed the first thirty-two minutes of the stream, I apologize, but how how you feeling about Jordan Love after that game?

I think it's a definition what I talked about. It's a definition of. I think he's good. But then What's the definition of good? Like there was a lot in today's game specifically.

That I would use against Me. In an argument. that Jordan Love is good. And I think the the biggest The real biggest concern I had with Love Today. was it was a third down Packers looked like they had something going.

Maybe. They hadn't had a first doubt on the possession yet, I don't think. And love just like he threw it into Watson's feet.

Now I know his hand was a little whatever. I think love's a gamer. I think the fact that love doesn't show a lot of emotion. bothers people. But I think love's just like locked in.

He's like, all right, let's go in his head. I think people want him to be more like crazy about that. I think he's good. I don't think today was his best game. It certainly wasn't the worst thing he's ever done, but.

I thought in today's game. If Jordan Love was able to reach the level that I feel he can. Then we win this game by the middle of the third quarter.

So, room to improve. You.

Okay. Yeah, I mean I thought I thought Jordan Love definitely left a lot to be desired this game. I think that could be said a lot about a lot of the players on the field. I think that Lucas Van Ness and Sky Moore are probably the two MVPs, and Daniel Whieland probably are probably the three MVPs from the game here. It was a that was a tough watch, man.

That was a brutal game to watch. And I'm glad they pulled it out. But for most of the game, I was thinking about you, Bart, and I'm like, oh, man. This is gonna be a field day for Bart. Not how you ever wanna watch a game.

Oh. It's the Tony in Texas alarm. Tony in Texas. Back on this. What's up, Bart?

Bart, my internet sucks. Can you hear me? Yes, give me your points. All right, do you boys watch any other football? All these games suck.

Come on, yes. Yeah, I'm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, John Josh Jacobs. He's not guilty. That's a rumor around him. You know what, Bart?

The Packers are who we thought they are. Their offensive line is terrible. And you know, Bart, I know people that know people. Chris McClellan, I managed the guy's uncle. He told me, hey, this team's good, but our O-line sucks.

I swear to God, the guy said that to me. And he got a dumb penalty there. I don't know, Bart. They're looking at the same old Packers, nine and eight. I was on the LaFleur bandwagon for five years.

I'm no longer on the bandwagon. I'm with you. I jumped off last year after the Bears lost. But hell. At least we got football, I guess.

Brewer, you know what? At all costs, if the Brewers win it all, it's worth it. Where the fuck have you been? How's coaching going? I miss you.

Oh. Hey, Bart, I got a corporate job too. I'm traveling and I got a lot of work. I just don't have quite the time to be part of the Winkliverse like I'd love to be. Coaching's going great.

That's my other second passion. My third passion is this fucking show, getting on with guys like you, talking about the Packers. You know what? It's been too long. We got to get Wisconsin Radio back.

I'm saying, I don't know who the hell is on the radio anymore. This is the radio now, Tony. You know what? We gotta get you back on the real airwaves though, Bartie. No.

Winkler verse. Winkler verse. I want to say fuck shit and titties. Mm-hmm. All right.

Hey, it honored Tim Shea. I'm in a car today. But I got, you know, about this game. I mentioned this in the chat. There's only a few guys I think that have gotten better this year.

Matthew Golden, Watson, Lucas Vaness, who had the best game of his career. But who else? I think Love's taking a slight jump. With behind that offensive line, is anyone going to look good, really? No, no.

No. And you guys look at the division. The Lions look horrible. The Vikings are underwhelming at 2-0. And I don't know what happened to Caleb.

It looks very serious. They can still win a division. Mm-hmm. With Tyson Bajant. How long's Caleb out?

I don't even know, but that looked, it looked like he was going to score, and then it looked like he got like that. That did not look good. No. No, it doesn't.

So would you rather be a Bears fan? Monday morning or a Packer fan or a Viking fan.

Well, Vikings are 2-0. But really, but who's their quarterback right now? The Bears are averaging 31 points a game. What are you talking about? Saying tomorrow morning, who would you rather be?

The Vikings. Yeah, the Vikings. Fair enough. Fair enough. I'd rather be a Lions fan.

I got more trust in a in a Lions though. What'd J Mike say about this one? All right, Jermichael Philly. My guy at Jermichael Philly was shocked. I talked, the guy actually talked to me this week about the Aaron Rodgers situation.

He talked to me. He's like, I don't know what to do to Aaron Rodgers. He said, he's the idiot. Wow. Does he know his wife?

I I does anyone? Yeah. She's not real. I got a theory that that's going to be a transgender person. I know this isn't a political show, but I just got a theory.

That's a wild theory. That Brit can be a boy's name Brit and it's Brit spell like Brittany. I don't know. I don't think it is honestly to God. Roger's wife.

I think is a collection of people. That affect him spiritually and in ways that You know, other people can't. I think it's like a group, and he just refers to, so the group of people that he might be with. Give him a feeling, that feeling goes with him wherever he goes, that feeling he is named Brittany. I think his wife is a concept and not a human with like a vagina.

A male concept. I mean, for the record, I do like Aaron Rodgers to a point, to a point. But we're still talking about COVID. We're still talking about Brian Goonkoos. I mean, come on, Landon.

What is this? It's 2020 all over again. Six years later, buddy. You know, it was a fun ride. Did the Steelers get their ass kicked today?

I didn't even see the score. It was bad. They lost. They lost, okay.

So I mean Back to the Packers, though, Bart. There's not much to really get excited about. I'm going to the game this week. I think they got a good shot of winning that at least, but. Big picture.

Maybe they can get a wild card. Maybe they can win this crappy division. The division looks very winnable though. Yeah, I mean the Lions lost, right? They looked really bad until they came back just for fantasy purposes.

Bears without Caleb is not great. Although Ba you know, Bajan's a nice backup, but Caleb's They don't have a defense. The Bears? I don't have a good defense. Hey, pickup of the year, Sky Moore.

That guy's fucking good. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I like Sky more. I'm going to add people in as everybody, I'm going six box with Mark and Jake. This might be too many people, but we're gonna Give it a try.

Jake, what do you got? Um, well, I'll be honest. My biggest motivation for jumping on was I just missed Tony. Yeah, that's what I thought. That's why I watched you.

No, and yeah, Tony, you got to get in town sometime, man. We're having a nice time. I am Wednesday. I will be, Jake. Wednesday, I'm in town going to Green Bay.

Thursday night, NFL Prime. Gonna watch uh the Packers. You guys can listen to Al Michaels at 80 years old. Oh, they play on Thursday this week? Thursday night.

Oh, we played for overtime. Hey, by the way, speaking of the Thursday night broadcast part, what's your Take on Kirk Herb Street? Gets a lot of flack, good or bad. What do you think? Kirk Herb Street is one of the 10 most useless individuals walking the planet today.

Okay. It's quite a bit. Yeah, you look at you look at ESTN and and and I know you're big on watching what's going on in the landscape, but everywhere I see, I see uh um Pat McAfee. And it's just like do we need McAfee on Saturdays? I enjoyed Saturday college football more than today so far.

Last night was pretty fun. I got pretty into that old missed game. Yeah, very, very good talent in the crowd and out in the crowd. Love those SEC games, Bart. Jake, you're in the rain, so I muted you.

I'll unmute you. Thoughts on the game?

Well, my general thought is something happened two years ago. College football started and I was like, eh, you know, Just like kind of the beginnings of all the new rules that took place. And by about midway through the season, I just didn't care and I stopped watching. And then last year, I didn't watch any college football. And like, I just felt like the product really sucked.

And these first two like um games this season. I'm not gonna lie, I have a similar feeling watching the NFL, not just the Packers, like the product is getting really, really bad. It's like, am I going to be watching this crap in a while? The first quarter was the worst, the worst shit I've ever seen. In my line.

when you have the injuries and then like all the the penalties where like You can't constitute Like a fool. personal fouls and like what's too much and like You can't even like talk shit after a play anymore. I just I understood that taunting the good point because this is a this here's what I keep saying about that. You have these guys in this arena. They're essentially gladiators.

Do you understand? The amount of adrenaline that is pouring through someone's body when they are playing a contact sport in front of 80,000 people. The amount of adrenaline has to be so high that when you pop somebody, like instinctually, it's going to rush through your body and you're going to go, fuck yeah. But now, if your eyes and head are tilted towards them, it's 15 yards. It's just, you're asking these people, it's like asking somebody: here is the hottest chick you will ever touch in your life.

Spend twenty minutes with her and do not ejaculate her at the penalty. That's what you're doing.

Okay. All right, that's all I wanted to say. Also, yeah, I've got my 11-year-old with me, so yeah, that's a good time for me to go. Love you guys. Peace.

Uh Um that's awkward. But Jordan Love has a despite new rule new rule new rule. If you have kids with you. Oh, Lisa, sorry. Who's Mike is that being a weird guy.

Billy. Mar, are you on me? All right, who wants to speak? Raise your hand. Mark hasn't talked.

Mark, everyone mute but Mark. Mark, we don't hear you.

Have you heard that McDonald's spicy chicken McNuggets made with spicy tempura and a blend of aged cayenne? are back. Remember to grab a few extra napkins.

Bada ba ba boy. for a limited time at participating McDonald's. Try again in a couple minutes. Head up to Nashville. You're down to Nashville, buddy.

Get down in the AAA. Let's go. Like, we got the big boys going, Barty. Let's go. Bring in Shea, bring in Horvette.

Let's get them all in here. Yeah. Where's Grant Hills right now? Grant Bills is at some fish concert, probably. Where is that guy?

I thought Jordan Love stuck it out and had a really good game, actually, even though there's all the. All the hate it seems to be.

Okay, that's a great point. You know, everyone gets. Jordan Jordan love a lot of shit, but the one thing I will never question is that guy's guts. But Can that guy learn how to like dive for a first down or get a like at the goal line, how to navigate through things? He just always is I don't know if it's his height part.

He's just not bendy enough to get through that that initial when you need that first down or touchdown. Jordan Love seems slower than I wish he was. He's no Malik Willis. Let's just say that. No, he's not.

But we're not hearing calls for Tyrod Taylor. On the goal line, I think I'd rather have Tyrod than Love if we're doing this. Is this like honestly? Because last year, if this was how it was going. There would be Malik Willis calls.

So, do we not trust Tyrod, or do we understand that love is behind a shit offensive line? Oh, love is behind a shit offensive line. He's played great with all things considered. Like, Not the statistics you want. Tyrod Taylor is not going to move the needle.

You know that. We all know that. Yeah. Tony, anything else on your end? No, Bart, good talking to you.

I mean, we're looking at nine and eight again this year. Hopefully the brewers do something this in October. I'm very very optimistic on the brew crew. And uh that's all I got. Good luck.

I hope uh Hope the Winklerverse takes off or any kind of national gear you got, man. I'm always listening. I appreciate you, Tony. I'm listening to you over on Grant's show. You're doing a good job.

Thanks. See you later. If anybody if you guys like are in the Winklerverse and you want even more Winklerverse? A lot of these same people are calling up Graham Bill's show four to six. I should do a better job of promoting his show since he always comes on mine and I watch him on Twitter a lot.

Um and he's my friend.

So I listen, I call. But I d I'm not like it's consistent with Branch shows the winklippers. Forrest said seventh seed town is the new name of the Packers. Brazilian Broncos says we won't even sniff it. Yeah, there we go.

I don't think we're maybe seven wins. Maybe seven wins.

Well, this, so I am happy in the moment. I got on here. I'm happy. I'm a little upset about the last 47 minutes. Because the internet knocked me off right away.

And now I can't get red zone on my TV, so I don't know what's going on in any other game. I'm upset about that. I'm also Conscience. Conscious that when I'm done with this. And the high of the win fades.

I'll continue to then look at the rest of the schedule and go from there. This game that the Packers played, I truly believe maybe one or two other teams. They could have beat But the Packers won this game with help. And the Jets would say the same thing. If the Jets would have won this game, I think if the Jets would have won this game, they would have had to say, we're not good enough.

To win that game, but the Packers are bad. This was a bad game, Ben. I thought on both sides, you disagree.

Well how did we win with help? We we Had so many penalties. The reps were not. I mean, I'm not saying the reps were bad. But You think they?

I didn't look at the box where how many the Jets had. I think we had 14, they had 13. But they declined at least three. Oh, so we had more that, yeah, that got declined. I'm just, yeah, I'm doing enforced penalties.

Brutal game, yeah, all around. Not what you want from a. professional football team with a eighth-year head coach. I mean, we hit. Youngest team in the league, right?

This is what you get. You get undisciplined, you get mental mistakes, you get. Roughing the passers, face masks, trash talk. But I'm with you on the trash talk. I don't agree with that penalty on Bullard.

Who wears number seven, by the way. I was confused about that. I didn't realize that. Was that Bullard? Yeah, I thought it was Quay.

Oh god. I was like, what the fuck that's some real trash talk, yeah. I forgot he I didn't I didn't know he just He would have walked over the guy, but Bullard didn't deserve a penalty there, and that was a huge turn of events. I mean, that was what, like a 40-yard change of possession. Derek says thumb on the scale.

The problem with the NFL right now is the product is bad. The product is bad. The overall product is not as good as it has been. I'm saying this because Like, what is your evidence? My evidence is.

I'm watching these games. And I'm bored a lot more than I've ever been. Or I'm like not as engaged. I just, it's not the something's different. It's sloppier.

Maybe, but it's the penalty. It really is the penalties. It's the pace. It's the pace of play. Slow down the pace.

You already have a stop, start, stop, start. There's a play, you know, it's 60 minutes of. action that takes three hours and we're only watching actually 12 minutes of actual gameplay. And when you stop every play, when you're trained, It's so natural now. After any big play, your eyes go immediately to the middle of the screen to see if that yellow flag pops up.

Every play. Every single fucking play. You always are looking flag. And then you're wondering, who's it on? And now This is the worst complaint I've ever had, but Packers fans travel so well that now on the road, I don't know if it's on us or them.

When there's cheering after a penalty. And oh, that's pissing me off. There's just too many like. 27 enforced penalties. In an NFL game.

Yeah. Well, They missed that hit on love in the end zone. That was clearly lowering the crown of the helmet. Helmet to helmet. And you don't throw a flag on that, but you throw a flag on Bullard talking a little bit of smack.

I mean, that should have been an ejection, in my opinion, for. 44, whoever that linebacker is on the chats. I don't know how he walks back onto the field without at least being. Oh, a warning. I mean, how do you not It wasn't I don't know.

It was terrible. You know what they should do? Here's a suggestion. In soccer, May I? There's this thing called advantage.

Okay, so in soccer. If like if I'm on a breakaway. And I'm running down the field. But then I pass it to someone right at the moment where I get taken out brutally. The ref should not call the penalty right away.

Because you're going to see now how would the play develop.

So I pass it to someone. And if you call the play, we're never going to find out what would happen.

So if I pass it to someone, the ref should not blow the whistle. See what that guy does with it. And then, if they don't get the situation to their advantage, then they blow the whistle and say, all right, we're coming back here. There was a penalty here. Because that guy could score, and then why would you call the play?

There was a penalty, but we had the advantage because we still.

So I bring that up because one way to reduce penalties in the NFL. Stop calling everything you see. And that may be like what? But seriously. You need to you need to treat Holding specifically the way that cops in Milwaukee treat speeding.

You can go 50 and a 35 in Milwaukee. You're not going to get pulled over for that. You go 55 and a 30. Five in Appleton or in Racine or somewhere else, you will get pulled over. Maybe not Racine, but you will get pulled over because that's like.

That's a bad thing they see a lot.

Now in Milwaukee, there's more people. And there's more. You might deal with a speeding car. Yeah. You completely defensive driving.

You're going to let people, you're going to let speeders go.

Okay, so if I'm An NFL referee. I am not. If there's the worst holding call I've ever seen. But the offensive Team only had three yards on the play and the holding was on the others. It didn't like Just let it go.

Let it go. Don't call it every single time.

Now, if the hold happened, which freed somebody for a 15-yard gain.

Well, that gain wouldn't have happened without the hold, so you have to Come on, you got to call it there. Yeah. It's even more discretion, which maybe you don't want to give the officials. But I think you should. Because it's slowing down the game.

This game took four hours today almost. Slowing down the game. It's making the game unwatchable. Unwatchable. Football is already like.

They say, oh, it's a good TV watch because you can put in commercials and it's natural. Go to one of these games live. Yeah, it is a hard watch when they're dancing around. To fucking nothing as Billy's back when they're dancing around to nothing for three minutes and then they come back and then they have a three-yard gain and it's a hold. It's like, oh, we're just stopping again.

So I just don't think the penalties need to be as enforced. And certainly, Mm-hmm. Certainly the amount of effort and time and thought that they put into these Taunting Pat. It's just like it's not, it doesn't make any sense. For me, Ben.

Yeah. Last couple comments. I really thought love played well. Oh, I just made a mistake. Bike safety says fifty and a thirty-five is okay.

You're right. It's reality though. Yeah, there's a lot you gotta fight with. You gotta fight with the cops not doing their job. You gotta fight with the people.

It's even more important. Ben, go ahead. Um I thought love really stepped up. Fourth quarter comeback technically. Got to take those when you can get'em.

And uh I like Caleb Johnson. I wish he wouldn't have had that slight fumble. But they need to feed him the ball as long as they can. And yeah, Watson Golden looking good, not excited about Reed. I hope that it's maybe we get lucky and it's only a stinger or something.

I don't know, but I'm very confused on that play. It didn't look. Terrible, but obviously it was terrible.

So wish her the best on the injuries and uh I think we can win next week. I think we can win next week.

Well, that's what I was going over before. We should beat the Falcons. Yes. And if they start one of their shitty warm body quarterbacks. We will.

But even if they start Tua or Penix. We should still win. We're the Packers, is the problem. I don't trust home field, Lambeau field, first game of the year. The defense is playing well.

Like, we have to win this game. We need this win. I'll take them to win. The same way I took him to win this week. With the very smallest amount of confidence.

And that, like, it's only because it's this particular team and the way they played. They're not beating anybody else. Other than today.

So we should win at home first home game Thursday night prime time. But we do need to, we can't. There's no, as my old friend Sparky would say, you can't just roll out the helmets. They have to fight. They're going to be, they were down today.

They had to fight for this win. And they did. And they did. But it was a lot harder than... It should have been based on what we think the Packers should be.

LaFleur overcomplicated it. All right. Thanks. Peace out, Winklerverse. Have a good one.

Ben, peace out to you. Billy's back. Yeah. Was that your screen fucking me up before? I don't know what was going on.

Um But I just bailed just to make sure it wasn't me. Who's that hat? Why can't I not now I feel like Tim Shay. Oh god I hear you, I hear you, you sound good, you look good. Don't you sound good.

Is it me? I need to leave Billy a note on my banner. You sound good. You sound good. Look at this.

Billy, you sound and look good. Double thumbs up. And now Billy froze. And now there's two Billies. Hawk.

Can you hear me now? Yes. Dude. This is embarrassing. I'm keeping this other one up.

Dude, At this point, this is the most undisciplined team in the NFL. How do you chalk that up to anything other than the head coach? You don't? Right.

Now, I already have some conversation that I'm seeing. Are you okay with the double billies? Yeah, I d I don't give a shit. Can you try to mimic the other Billy? Get down it.

Let's all get down here. I got a friend, uh My five-year-old told me I had to stop watching you. He is saying so many bad words. Yeah. Yeah.

I am. Um Let's see what else happened here today. I just grabbed my phone for a reason. What did you just ask me? Is there a more undisciplined team than the Green Bay Packers right now?

And is that the head coach's fault? Oh, yeah. Packers are without these cap hits today. Micah Parsons, second highest cap hit. Josh Jacobs, third.

Aaron Banks, fourth. Bako Bowie.

Sorry, fifth. Hargrave ninth, Reed, 13th. We're missing six starters and 24% of our salary cap.

So you can still go with the injury route if you want. I don't think you should. I think you coach the guys you have. Yes. And these are not.

Like When people say Something like that.

Okay, you have six guys that take a good chunk of the cap. I will allow this to go. When people have 6% of the camera. Or 25 How about now if I add you?

So I'm gonna kill myself now? And It's nice knowing ya. Please don't. Don't do that.

So I I removed one Billy and the other one Went away. I am having problems with that. When we tape, we have problems sometimes with not hearing people. I don't know what has happened. You're still alive, thank Christ.

I got really close. I almost did it. And that would have been on you. I know.

Okay, but what I was saying to you is. These are the best football players in the world. If you're missing six of them, that doesn't excuse the shittiness of your other 47. They're the fucking NFL. Yeah.

They're the fucking NFL. Donovan Jennings. Stinks. Yeah, but but he doesn't Donovan Jennings is elite at football. How do I know that?

He's in the fucking National Football League.

Sorry to my mother and her friend. She told me I yelled too much on here. But hold this stick. Mom! Don't you ever Constructive criticize me again!

Bart, this is the most undisciplined team in the NFL. It is. This is the most undisciplined podcast in the NFL. And that's probably true. That's probably true.

But your ratings are probably through the roof right now with that brutal Matt LaFleur showing. Dude, Here's the thing, man. Like, if that's the best you can do against the fucking New York Jets, man, like, what. It is shameful, and it is such the utmost disrespect to the Green Bay Packers franchise. That this is the head coach of the football team.

This is the best we can put out. And I'm curious, I've missed so much of this live stream, but where are you at on Goop, dude? Because If that's the best roster he can put out. What are we doing? I'll also say this about Goot.

If you're six guys down and you're 47 guys. Have to be excused by the six guys that aren't there. That's on you. Yeah. There's other teams that lose top six guys and don't Barely beat the Jets.

So I know that I have not. Focus my criticism on Goot. the way that other people have or have asked me to. I don't think he's flawless. I'm much more satisfied with his.

Efforts on this team than LaFleur's. But like to put out that offensive line, like The free agency contracts over the last few years have been shitty. I don't like. Was the Micah Parsons move... A move to help the Packers?

Was that his job? I need to fucking do something. Yep. Big time. Yeah, that's how I see it more than anything right now.

So, that, like, when you have a coach or a GM, I always say this: if you have guys. that you're like eventually going to fire. You have to move on from them. Otherwise, they'll start doing things not for your team, but to save themselves. And in this case, Getting Micah Parsons just happens to cover both boxes, where, yeah, that's fucking huge for your team.

But also Did you do that because it's huge for your team, or did you do that? More because it saved yourself. I might have PTSD from the Milwaukee Bucks for that move for Damian Lillard. Yeah, I feel like this is like if Dame would work out. Yep.

But And I love like Parsons, there's a value to him on this team. Worth a second round pick. Even without fucking uh him being healthy. Because I think he has taken on Lucas Van Ness and said. Stop sucking.

I'm you're not this bad. Fucking figure it out. Dude, and Vanessa was a first-round pick, bro. Like, He shouldn't need that kind of He shouldn't need Micah Parsons personally coaching him up. To be a first-round talent, he was drafted as a first-round talent.

He should be that. And it feels like that Parsons is coaching him up to be that. Which is fine because he performed today. That being said. I don't think that shows well for Goot.

That parse that Vanessa had a good game today. I think that that is. That is Parsons being on the team. And that being there for him. And like the broadcast couldn't stop cutting to Parsons, like coaching him up on the sideline during the game.

Dude, this roster, I don't have faith in it. I don't have faith in the head coaching and Frankly, overall, I think this is going to be a really rough season for us. I'm going to let you go because I'm going to bring in someone else and I don't want the audio to fuck up again. Please. Don't unalive yourself.

I'll do my best, Bart. You can blame that on Atlas Florida. I don't like where this is headed. Thank you, Billy. Drew.

How are you? I can't hear you, but I just want to say I'm in Bayshore. It's windy, and The audio is messing up once again indeed. Ugly wind? I'm gonna go to uh to a show at the Argo.

Alright, alright. How was Bo Melon? Bo Melon was great. Super great personality. And I also interviewed Donovan Jennings, which was, you know, he was good too.

Good personality. You know, he's kind of a turnstile f uh week one, but uh Yeah, it's fine. He is good. It was good. I I was excited about it.

Next time on the game plan, we'll be talking to Baron Sorrell and Trace Mack, which I'm pretty excited about.

So that'll be good. That'll be an interesting conversation. I can't hear you. I'm sorry. I love you, Bart.

I'm going to have to argue. You should come and hang out and listen to some punk rock music with me. Love you, baby. Bye.

Alright, that's true. Yeah. I don't know what the fuck is going on. I'm very, I'm smiling through it. I'm smiling through it.

For the sake of, you know, this is the show, and this is what I do now, but I'm fucking mad. And when I'm I'm like I own my own business, right?

So I have no one to blame. Except all this shit that has been working for four years. All right. I've been working for four years, and the pod is getting momentum. And we're in football season now.

And now people are joining the show, which is a hallmark of any sort of broadcast that I've ever done or will do. They're having issues, and I don't blame them. I blame Stream Yard. And I blame AT and T. If anything, in some weird fucking twist of fate, the person I'm the least mad at right now is Matt LaFleur, because you're such a shitty coach.

The people Wanna know what I'm gonna say about it?

So thanks. And The Packers had to overcome the obstacle you put in front of them. And you did. Hi, Bart, from your mother. We are listening to you rant and rave in the car.

On the way to Florida. You do you. Where the fuck? doesn't my internet work? You probably got better internet in bum fuck Kentucky right now or wherever the fuck you are.

Than I do here. Where are my parents? I'm going to find a friend. They are in. Noon in Georgia.

If anyone is outside Noonan, Georgia. East Noonan specifically. Get out on the highway and wave to my parents. Coming by. I have one last thought.

Oh, I have a voicemail. I have a Carls Place voicemail. I actually have a lot of thoughts. All right. This is from, I think, Ben here.

There we go. Carl's place, voicemail line 402-915-2278. 402915 BART. Yo, Bart. Merc, it's your fails in here.

How are you doing? What a great day. What a great win for the Packers. But I agree with you. That team sucks.

It was Terrible to watch.

So also.

So it was so funny. But they drink her. with that.

So new rule, Cartier's new rule. You gotta enforce those rules, man. Anyway. Terrible game, but honestly, Bart. That is the dream game for us, right?

Like the Packers win, but LaFource still sucks. Go. Go back. Go. Follow me on He at He.

It's Ben IRS. On X and YouTube. Come check me out. I dropped a song this week. My name drops your name, Barry.

So, see you. Go pick up me with the finance of the monster now. Yeah Everything works fine for that. Of all things, thank you, Ben. And thanks for the shout out.

I think Ben Ben produced an AI song about the Packers. And he shouted out me and Homer in it. That was very Very kind of you. It does kind of sound like Tim. It does kind of sound.

Like Tim. Is there anybody else that we need to shout out? This is the time of the podcast where I. Just look at the box score. Golden had a nice pitch and catch.

We're probably fucked if Jaden Reed's hurt. I mean, who's who's the third receiver? Bo Melton? Sky Moore? J Mike?

We like that J Mike in camp. What happened to that Keyshawn Johnson guy? Did he go anywhere? I don't even think we picked him up on the. I'm the practice squad.

Wicks, Wicks is in Philadelphia. Dubs is in. Uh New England. Savion Williams is still on the IR. If Jaden Reid is out.

I didn't see what anybody said about him after.

So I'm just looking up now. He did tweet 11 minutes ago. Doing much better. Appreciate all the prayers and support. Packers tweeted: Jaden Reid is feeling in movement in all extremities.

He will stay overnight. For further testing and observation, that's good. Um ZBB is probably a long-term injury.

So we probably won't see him. For a while. LaFleur on the penalties. The ones that are really mind-blowing are the false starts, jumping off sides and lining up off sides. Also said they need to emphasize celebrating plays with their teammates.

Instead of taunting. I have a lot of thoughts on how I think Matt LaFleur should. Do his job? Yeah, a lot of Tucker craft. Tucker Kraft seems...

Underused for someone you big a give a big extension to.

So LaFleur time with the penalties being mind-blowing. Fix it. Fix it. Because I think I could be missing something. I've all I'm always aware of where I am not and what I don't know.

But Matt LaFleur Is all you're going to do talk at the podium about it? Fix it. I don't think he should be in the game. Blowing up at these guys. grabbing their helmets, saying don't do that fucking penalty.

I don't think you should embarrass. Your players in the public. He should, though, if he's mad at his players, he should take that anger and let it at the referees. I do think LaFleur Should be more of a jerk to the referees. I do.

I think he needs to show, I have your back. And when you, if I fuck up big time. I know it.

Okay, and so if Matt LaFleur comes yells at me On national T V One No one will probably hear it because they're all getting the feet of Bears Vikings for some reason. But I also too. Would not want to get yelled at further. I don't think that's the way to coach. But if he comes out and yells at the referee, I know he's mad.

I also know he's doing me a solid, I also know I have to correct it. And then in the locker room. Because he did that, I go up to him and say, Coach, thanks for having my back. I know I fucked up. I need to correct it.

Or LaFleur can then come pull you aside and say, We gotta correct that shit. You do that in publ or in private. I'm led to believe right now that the only way Matt LaFleur is trying to correct that is sheepishly telling the press. I don't like this, maybe hoping it gets back to the players. There's a lot of indirectness to LaFleur's coaching, it feels like.

You need to be more direct. You need to be more direct. You're indirect if you're trying to hurt people's feelings or not hurt people's feelings or trying to play like politics, like. If you're coaching Somebody and you don't want to, you know. There's a message you need to be received.

We talked about this last week.

Sometimes you'll send a message that's intended for somebody, but you have to. Directed somewhere else? That happens. I think these are private conversations that can be had. I don't know that he's having those.

I'm led to believe he's not. The other thing related to the press, I want to say, and I wanted to say this first, because if you looked at anything I've been up to today, I'm very hot about a particular issue. I am hot. At the White House Press Corps. Throwing a fit.

that Trump kicked out CNN Political and MSNBC. I am hot. Not at Trump for doing that. Obviously, it's bullshit. What are you doing?

But what are you doing? You are quite possibly the worst group of organized press we've ever had. covering anything. You sit there, take a sexual fetish, enjoy being berated. By the president, because it's more exciting.

Than Joe Biden not giving you access, then now he kicked you out, and you're going to rant and rave and want the public on your side. Fuck you. Fuck you. And I'm relating this to the Packers because us directing our anger at Domofsky or Schneidman. Or whoever.

Their job is not to yell at Matt LaFleur for you. That is not their job. Their job is to get the information about this team that then they can put together in content and have us digest. There is nobody in the media that is supposed to be. The mouthpiece of LaFleur.

And even if you're like, well, put Bard in there, he'll yell at LaFleur. The fuck I would. I'm not if I'm ever in this I'm not No, I'm not gonna. This is not what would be there. You would talk about it in a way like Matt Did you think in this decision you would question it?

But no one in the history has ever, because then you're not getting that chance again. And if I'm like, well, I get one chance to yell at LaFleur, I'm not taking that either. Like, if I got one chance to talk to Trump, you think I'd go there and yell at him? No, if I had one chance to talk to Trump, I would say, What's four plus five? Do it right now.

And I wouldn't do it. That's what I would do.

Something like that. And then he would kick me out. He's kicking these people out. They don't even have anything to show for it.

So What I'm saying here is... Stop fucking whining that you got kicked out of a job you're shitty at because the guy that you're doing it for is who you wanted. At least some of the Packers media last year was like, LaFleur might not be the guy. I just As a Packer fan, there was such a built-in narrative this week about: you know, it's the podcaster's fault or it's the media's fault. That's not where it should be directed.

And also, the media shouldn't whine about it if the public is whining about you. Like, that is your job. You're going to get whined. Just do your fucking job. Any second that the press is.

talking about themselves is a second they are not doing their job.

Now the press loves talking about themselves. I love talking about myself. That's why I'm sitting in my basement doing it. Instead of Trying to like Advertise this as anything else. I'm not covering the Packers in the traditional sense.

I am crawling to my basement, telling my family. Guys, could you be a little quiet for the next hour? I have to yell into my computer screen. Made more sense in my head, I think. All right.

Did the Browns ever win? What the fuck's going to happen? That game is still fucking delayed. When are they starting this game back up? Cardinals are tied with the Seahawks at halftime.

Is Mike LaFleur, like, did he get all the coaching ability in that family? Wow. The takeaway right now at 4:59 p.m. on Sunday. Is This was a tough week in the NFL.

This was a tough individual game for the Packers. The banged up. They're missing dudes. Their coach is dog shit. and you are in the rain.

You are lucky you got a win. A win is a win. Savion's still on the IR, so maybe back week five, but I don't know his particular injury. Uh for the comment. But there's no goodwill extended here.

is the other thing. You won the game, thank God. Thank God they won. I'm happy they won. Thank God they won.

But there's no goodwill extended. You got to do it again against the Falcons. And if you beat the Falcons the same way, fine. You're two and one now, and that's good. Because there's enough of the season.

that you think you should be able To turn things around, you should be able to get these guys back. You should. Be able to do whatever. Jaden Daniels was carted off.

Someone just text me?

Well, I I have Jordan Love as my backup, but Now I gotta fucking play Jordan Love. All right. I'm gonna go watch the second half of these games. God willing, I have any fucking Entertainment that works. We'll be back tomorrow with Carlos.

Paul and Grant later this week. There's a game on Thursday. I'll still do the picks with Horvod on Thursday, and then we'll do a post on Thursday.

So it's going to be a short week. And the Packers like The Buccaneers might lose to the Browns. They're coming up. The Bears don't have Caleb Williams, most likely. That team's coming up.

The Green Bay Packers, as bad as they've played these two weeks. Could go in the Week six against Dallas on a Sunday night. At four and one. And There is a contingent of like that, is how the average Packer fan is going to talk. Like we could be four and one.

going into that game. But it's not going to be easy and you're not going to look good. And this season is not going to be judged on what you do in week five. This season is going to be judged. On week 18 in the playoffs, should you make it?

I'm excited. Because even though I think LaFleur Fucking sucks. I still want to get there. Matt, I want you to have another chance. I'm such a nice guy.

I hate you so fucking much, but I still want you to have another chance to win a fucking playoff game. I still want you to have another chance to make me feel like shit. Forever believing in this team. I still want you to have another chance. I can't root against him.

The team. The team. Packers won. I don't even know how. I'm excited they won.

A different, earlier, younger me maybe looks at me and says. What are you doing? But they did win. And I do believe there's, while you can be critical. You can't.

Be mad at wins. The goal is to win, they achieve their goal.

So I'm You can like look like the way we all I think we all agree. You play like this again, you ain't beating anybody else.

So That sucks. You play like this again, you can't beat anybody else. But they did win, which allows them. To play a little better to beat somebody else. It's been a full season through two weeks, man.

This is what we're only two weeks into this season. Man. It has been something. Thanks everybody for stopping. Like I said, we'll be back tomorrow.

I need a shower. Thank you all for stopping into. The Winkler Verse. The best time to recommit to your gut health goals? Right now.
