Soil offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Good evening, everybody. Welcome into the Winklerverse. I am Bart Winkler. It is great to be with you here tonight.
Uh on this Friday night, the Packers. Had Have just beaten the Cardinals. I'm just looking at my hair on the day on Shaney YouTube. Even though I don't have much, I do need a back-to-school cut here. With the wings getting out.
All right, Packers win. There's a lot of good to talk about. This is like this preseason game. If I had no plans to do a podcast, I'd I would still like to say, I want to do a podcast and I got to talk about this game. Also, if I didn't have a podcast.
I would have started one tonight. I would have been like, well, I got to talk. I just got to talk about this game. I don't care. Just give me a tin can, give me a microphone.
I don't even need that. I don't even need a good camera. Just give me whatever. I got to get on the internet. And talk about this preseason game because it was a good one: 42-38.
Packers beat the Cardinals, and a lot of decisions that the Packers thought they maybe had. They're going to have to change here. Over the next 48 hours, especially in that receiver room.
So we'll talk about that. The link, if you are with us live, this is. Being recorded live on a Friday night. Link is up if you want to join the stream with your video and voice. You can always do that.
If not, just sit back and listen here on this Friday night. All right. I need. If I can. 30 to 45 seconds.
to do some LaFleur stuff. And then I'll get on with it for the rest of the podcast.
So This is it. This is all I'm doing because it was Matt LaFleur. Against Mike LaFleur. Matt LaFleur Packers coach. Mike LaFleur, Cardinals coach.
The two brothers got together. Give me 45 seconds. I will actually start a clock.
So that I don't go over. All right, starting now. This game got treated like it was the first time two Brothers ever coached against each other? Like, are we forgetting about the Harbaughs? And I don't like, like...
In Big Brother, I'll watch Big Brother, and sometimes these players think they're America's favorite, and when they don't lose or don't win that, they're so heartbroken. LaFleurs, both of them, they think that we're all in on it. They think that we like what they're doing. They think that we're rooting for the story. Nobody likes you guys.
You are invading our NFL. Get out of here. And Matt LaFleur, a little too happy at the end of that game, did look like he. Really wanted that one more than he should. I don't like it.
I don't like either of them. Fuck Matt LaFleur, 45 seconds. All right, I'm done with that for the night.
So here's the big thing. I think the receiver situation is one that we need to talk about. Kyle McCord stepped in. And did very well as well. And the defense, there were some things to like on the defense.
But mainly this is four stringers playing against four stringers. Hence a 42-38 scoreline. in this one All right. Let me start with the receivers and try to figure out what we're going to do here on the depth chart.
Well, why is this a problem? This is a problem because a good problem, but this is a problem because, in this win, the Packers had tonight. The receivers were pretty good. Three of them. to mention right off the bat.
Now, let me give you Kyle McCord's stat line because that's also important here. 22 of 35, 226 yards. Four touchdowns. He had four touchdowns in this game. The stud of the night was J.
Michael Sturtevant. Although maybe that's not true. But J. Michael Sturtevan, and I regret Peter Bukowski joined me the other day. Of locked on Packers, and somebody in the chat.
Said, ask Pete about J. Michael Sturtevan. And I didn't get to it. And I was like, well, that's fine. He's just like the eighth wide receiver.
And then well, maybe not. He had one drive where he caught a long pass and then the next play he caught another long pass. That was for a touchdown. Great drive there. Six catches, a buck twelve, and a score.
The guy who scored at the end of the game, the game-winning touchdown, Keyshawn, K-I-S-E-A-N. Johnson, Keyshawn Johnson, four of 52 and two touchdowns, two touchdowns. And then Will Shepard, three of 26 with a score plus a punt return touchdown. For Shepard.
So there's all these things you kind of have to factor in here. I was thinking about this early in the game when Evan Hull. Had his first touchdown. He ended up their lead back for the Cardinals. Cardinals got a nice running back room, especially with love.
Getting drafted there. But this Corey Keyner has been hot in the preseason. He stayed hot. And then most of the carries went to Evan Hall. He carried the ball 16 times for 170 yards.
And two touchdowns. The Cardinals themselves, I mean, they put up a bunch of numbers. Slova said the he had one touchdown. Minshew had a touchdown. Minshew, by the way, Minshew is like Uncle Rico plus Baker Mayfield.
He feels like a Timu Baker Mayfield to me, Minshew does, but then with the Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite, which I do not like as a movie. I didn't get it. I wasn't into it. It was also hyped up for me. Whenever a movie gets hyped up for you and then you watch it.
That's always hard. First time I watched Spaceballs, somebody made me and I didn't want to. First time I watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail was with a, it was a. It was with my swim team. And we had a pasta party, and they watched it, and all the lines were said before I'd never seen it before.
So now, you know, oh, the guy lost his arms and legs. Oh, he's a stump. Again, it's not everything. I don't know. Maybe I'll add some of these things I should probably rewatch, but.
That's how I feel. All right. So, with this Packers, oh, with Evan Hull.
So when he scored his first touchdown, I was thinking already then. From the different team perspective, I was thinking. Preseason's so weird. Because, a pen. Preseason's so weird.
Because if you score a touchdown, It's like Does he make the team now? He scored a touchdown. Does he make the team? If you have an 11-yard run. from the 12 and you're down at the one That was a nice run.
But if you score a touchdown, if it's a 12-yard run and you score a touchdown, suddenly you're like, Well, what do we do here now? And so the Packers, the Packers, they got on their end of that with again this receiving room. Um 35 attempts in the air today. 17 carries on the ground. I already did my Matt LaFleur thing.
It certainly seemed like these two wanted to beat each other. And maybe, so Mike LaFleur, I'll give Mike LaFleur credit. Mike LaFleur He Try to win at the end. A lot of times in preseason, they'll just run the clock out. Why?
Why a lot of times in preseason, they're like, let's get the hell out of here. This is real reps you get. With real players in a real situation in a real field in a pretty close to real game. Take the reps. What the fuck else do you drive all the way to Green Bay or fly to Green Bay for?
Go there for a week. Oh, I got one more thing. Let's start the clock for another 15 seconds. How many times? Does the Fleur family need to take a picture of the four of them?
Hey, we're on the Don Hudson field.
Now we're on the other side.
Now we're at the game.
Now we're in Lambeau.

Hey, y'all, it's Charlie Starr from Blackberry Smoke. Our fans are our family, and family watches out for each other. Before you or your crew get on your motorcycles, remember: the safest ride is a sober ride. Ride sober or get pulled over. Paid for by NHTSA.
So, the note on the receivers. The three of them scored a touchdown today.
So, all right, let's look at the receiver depth chart and see what we're going to do. Because we are keeping Matthew Golden, Jaden Reed, Christian Watson. Your next three listed on the depth chart. Savion Williams, Bo Melt, and Sky Moore. And then your next three.
Uh Isaiah Nayer who had one go right through his bucket. He was a guy I've been on. But everybody else likes to do what I thought this guy could do, so he might be a casualty just from tonight. But that's these games are important. Will Shepard again a punt return for a touchdown and a score, and then J.
Michael Sturtevant. Who love calls J Mike? I like that. He might, but I've named nine guys already, and then I have to name Keyshawn Johnson, who had two touchdowns at 10.
So You could tell Bo to go back to corner. Golden, Reed, Watson, Savion, they're all on the team. Bo could be like a hybrid guy. Sky Moore might have lost his job tonight. But do you like, do you need a seventh receiver, or do you keep Skye more?
Do you take a seventh receiver and Keyshawn Johnson, or do you say, well, Bull Melton can do two things? We want Johnson, but Shepard can return punts.
So they've got some interesting decisions to make. In that wide receiver room, will be fascinated to see how things play out. By this weekend, five o'clock on Sunday, I believe. Our cuts. Ben is joining us.
He's a member, proud member of the Donation Club. Which I think you get early access to videos if I post them and publish or schedule. I don't know. I think we're like the rough drafts crew. Yeah, all right, the rough draft rough riders, the rough riders.
Uh Good game actually. I I enjoyed it for a preseason game. I gotta say, 42 points as a Packer fan. It's 42 points. I'll take them.
So here's the thing I'll say about that because This third preseason game. Was really pissed. The first quarter pissed me off. Because I was like McCord's starting. Whatever.
Who was the starting running back? Pierre Strong. I I like him. I know he didn't show a lot, but I I'd be fine with him in The fourth spot. instead of an extra receiver potentially, but The thing that I hate is like.
They have less games, but now they do these inter-squad scrimmage things.
So the starters. Are going to play in that. And then, like, the backups are going to play in that.
So, you're getting really. The roughest of the rough here. But it's an opportunity for people, obviously, to try to make the team and It's a Friday night. You're like, whatever. Brewers want to also all get into that.
But if you went to the game, if you watch the game on T V like You were pleasantly surprised. This was a fun football game.
So I'm with you. It was a fun game. It was such a fun game, and there were so many good things. That's why I'm limiting my LaFleur Hay tonight. Good idea.
Think that's a great call. Is Ta is Tarod Taylor out? Is a Kyle McCord show? I don't understand why he didn't play tonight. Is he in?
And we're looking to have McCord as the third.
So, I think to put him as QB2 after one game. Might be tough. But I already think Tyrod Taylor sucks. I'm the opposite end, dude. You like him?
I love Tarad Taylor.
Well, over the course of his career. I have been a Tyrod Taylor enthusiast. In watching him in the green and gold, it doesn't look that good. I would agree. And as the Packer fan, I'll live with it.
I'll move past it if that's the decision the team makes.
Now, if you go into the season, Ben. Because you can watch this game and be like, all right. McCord should be the number two. But if you go into the season And McCord is the number two, you're like, oh shit, that's no good. But then if Jordan Love does need a spell, And Kyle McCord comes in.
even if you're happy he's the number two. You're like, well, I actually didn't want him in the game, but now, so I'd rather maybe have Tyrod in this game. But McCord's bitch.
So it's very weird. I think. I think they either keep three. And try to Practice squad McCord, because a lot of these teams just keep two. You keep Tyrod.
As a running back. There we go. That's it. A running quarterback. Put 20 pounds on him, make him play tight end like Jeff James.
Yeah, there you go. Or cornerback or whatever. But I do think. Come Sunday. I think they'll keep.
Three on the roster.
Okay. And then by the time they play on what, the 13th? Maybe McCord's practice. I don't know. Maybe they let other teams.
Because I don't know. I mean, Kyle McCord's had a few chances. I thought he played well. He played well, though. Like, he played really well.
His throws are great. They were right on the money for the most part. The one to Nayer, that should have been caught. Yeah. He was really good.
And I don't I don't love saying it because I like Tyrod so much as a. As a journeyman and as a football player, and as a fantasy player, but He looked good. And I didn't expect it. I think that was one of the most unexpected things from Camp, other than Trace Mac being as good as he is. Yeah.
Um Uh what what can you say about Trey Smack? Haters be damned so far. I thought he almost missed the first one, but that got through. I think it was an angle shot. I think it was the way the camera was.
I thought the same thing, and then I. Am I hoping that my kicker misses? Like, what is wrong with me? The whole last season, I was like, make the goddamn kick. And now we've got a good kicker.
And I'm like, miss the kick. Why do you why? Why do you want to kick it? I don't know. Because I'm so accustomed to the kickers being bad, I can't accept that we have a good one.
Yeah. Can't have nice things. It's like self-sabotage, I guess. No, because then you realize this is like what I was talking about the other day, you realize you're in a simulation. You're like, what the hell?
He's making a Packers kicker, making every kick.
Something's not right here.
Something's not right here.
And then you wake up and you touch the wall and your hand goes through it and you're like, oh, that was the first clue. That was that. Hall special teams were good. Even Sturtevant, there was that, someone had a shot online. Where on the Shepard punt return, it looked like someone was going to get a penalty and Sturdivant like took another Packer and started pushing him out of the way.
Gushing over the third string quarterback, Alex says, name me a more Packers thing than that. TBF.
Okay, to be fair. The third stringer started and played the whole game of the game with the game. They played the whole game, which I was really surprised by. I mean, did they have another guy? They must have already cut him or didn't want to see him or what?
I don't know. I didn't think they would play one guy in any position the entire game. Yeah, well, but McCord got the duty and he did the most of it. Certainly. Who do you think the running back room is going to be?
Are we going to have a free agent brought in, or do you think we'll. Go with Pierre Strong.
Well What do we think is happening with Jacobs? There was...
Some new reporting on that today. It's a matter of what the NFL does with it, if anything.
Some people are speculating four games, maybe two, maybe flat out cut. Yeah, I'm too blinded by this situation to have a good logical take on it. I like Jacobs a lot. As a player, and I've, you know, I've really had a hard time coming to terms with the fact that this happened with him. Because like up to this point you never had any You know, he was a Packer type of guy.
He was the clean record, didn't make a big. hoopla or anything around them and Then this happens, and it's like, I don't think they're going to cut him. That would be crazy. He's way too much of a talent to cut him. I think that Because this news came out, or whatever happened, happened earlier this summer.
I don't think the Packers are going to stand by Jacobs. Up until the NFL says, like, well, it's four games. And then the Packers are going to be like, all right, now we're cutting you. I believe They've already made their decision. That Josh Jacobs is a part of this football team.
Do you think financial ramifications have a a solid play in this? Like, if we cut him, we make A lot of Do we lose? I don't know how the financials work, but he's like the third highest played payer paid player on the team. Jacobs right now. I think it's like thirteen point seven million this year.
Yeah, the cap hit is 14. If they cut them, you're looking at a dead cap of six. Can you take that six and get a cornerback? I mean. Can you get A sweat Like, I hate, I don't, like, I don't know what they're thinking.
I don't, I mean, if you're going to make a cut, you better have a freaking good plan in place. for what you're doing with that extra cap. I do not believe. That they are cutting Josh Jacobs at any time. I don't think so.
I don't think so. I don't, I mean, I'm not in the building. I'm not in the no. The only way they would watch the game on TV and reading the same shit you guys do. But you don't think they'd give him a year's suspension, would you?
No.
Okay, well then I don't they wouldn't cut 'em. Like, it just doesn't make any sense. I mean, the NFL is very... haphazard with their personal conduct policy suspensions in the first place. I mean, guys have done similar things and One guy will get one.
It's all over the place. One guy will get one. Yeah, I don't know if they're going to try and make an example of them or if they're going to let them off the hook. You just, you have no clue what the NFL is going to do. And I think it's weird.
Thank you. I don't know. I think they're cutting. I really, I don't see it. I don't see it.
If they cut them, well, then who's your starter? Marshawn Lloyd. I don't want that. He's good though. I mean, that's based off of watching college tape and Nothing in the pros.
So I just think there's too many, there's too many questions at running back. We've seen a little from Chris Brooks. He's a great blocker. Pierre Strong could be strong Pierre. That's a Doug Russell joke, made no sense.
I just got to show you guys this stuff. I don't get what the fuck, Doug. I don't get what he means by this. Doug Russell. Doug Russell, where is your tweet?
Yeah. Doug Russell tweeted uh Additional first half analysis. If Pierre Strong were to invert his names, His name would go from a noun to an adjective. Football. It's true.
So He's saying There's a guy on the Packers named Pierre Strong. And if you switch his names, his name is now Strong Pierre. This is a guy in his 50s getting his rocks off on a guy's last name being strong. You can flip it and make it an adjective. Yeah, well, he's right, though.
It does go from a noun to an adjective. He's right. This is definitely the third preseason game. Yes, we are reaching for info for stuff but Phil, I want to bring it back. Like, it was a good game.
And I feel like if Matt LaFleur played against his brother every week, we would have a winning record. Like bring that mindset. Coach LaFlore, you're playing your brother every week. You brought him up, so I'll take another 30 seconds. If I can.
Again, the thing that bothers me about these two is it does seem like they think they're the first ones to ever do this and that the whole league is rallying for them. Like we all like, hey, guys, LaFleur brothers coach tonight. Everybody tune in and watch.
Okay. I've got to see the LaFleur brothers. Nobody likes you two. Go away. Leave us alone.
25 seconds. Uh defensively We're bad. You know, we're just we're better.
Well, again, I mean, this was another thing with my third My third game. Thoughts is One of the things Koon said right away on the broadcast was... I think Kyle McCord had a three and out or something. It was their first drive and he goes It's really tough this game because... It's third and four stringers.
It's base defense. It's your most simple offense. It's almost like you're not even giving these guys a chance. You know? It's like you're not even getting like you don't even want to like.
Put in a game plan for them. You don't care. It's just go out there and let's see what you do on raw talent. But maybe that's the determination they need. And to several of the players' credit.
They stepped up. The other guy I mentioned, Dennis Sutton, finally played on defense.
So, this is classic. Like, guy you drafted, misses the first two, gets in for game three. Um And then dominates. You thought he dominated? I thought it was good.
He played a sack. Yeah, I I want to see more talent on this roster on defense. Like, we're so top heavy with talent. That it'd be nice to see a flash out of a backup. I mean, I guess maybe something in the middle of the line, but They have they have good solid players that could fill in for um Oh, I'm blanking on his name.
Who's heard? It was our first round nose tackle. Awesome. Yep, exactly. Yeah.
Yep. I don't know. He's out. He's injured. What's his name?
No, he's on our team. What am I doing? Oh, from a couple of years ago? No, the keys are are Defensive tackle. Devontae Wyatt?
Yes, Devontae Wyatt. I couldn't think of his name. I was totally. Oh, I think he meant this year. Yeah, he's injured though, still, right?
I couldn't think of our first round pick this year, and then now I'm remembering we didn't have one. Yeah, it was Cease was the second round pick. Yeah. We need, I would hate to overpay, and right now we look pretty desperate on defense for talent. Uh I don't think you can do anything. After week one, right? Or or can you still make a move? I'd like to see our defense on the field for at least one week before we make any.

Some recent tweets from Easton Butler, who's been on this with Packer Report. He says the other night the Packers and Cardinals were talking until 1 a.m. Mm. He says, I have conflicting reports.
Some say deep in talks.
Some saying far apart, Green Bay needs to offer more. Several sources say a deal is close. One is telling me that the deal is not close. Yeah. I feel like I'm on an emotional roller coaster, man.
They're close, they're not even close, a little bit. One in the morning. I would think that Josh Sweat. Like Micah Parsons, I did not think was happening at all. Yeah, it was amazing.
Yeah, that was. Josh Sweat, it seems like... It seems like we read the last chapter first. Josh Sweat traded to the Packers. And then or like you know when TV shows start like there's a big murder?
And then it goes 48 hours earlier. I hate that shit. Yeah. I hate that level of, I hate that kind of stuff. I like non-linear storytelling.
I do. It's interesting. But I don't like, here's how it ends.
Now let's take you up. I think that's. And then you forget how it ends because it takes so long to get back to it. They lull you to sleep. But it seems like Josh Sweat.
Has already been traded to the Packers. But now we have to watch how it happens. It's the Cardinals. His old coach is coaching the defense. The brothers are coaches.
There's incentive for both to get something done. The front offices were able to talk in person for a week. I don't understand. If he gets traded, how it's not to Green Bay. God, wouldn't it just be great for them to help each other out as brothers?
Don't we just want to see that? Or now maybe Mike's going to be mad that he lost and he's going to be like. You can't have sweat. Yeah. Yeah.
I just don't want to be like now I'm, now I'm almost rooting. Let me have another 15 here. All right. I don't want to. I don't want.
Matt LaFleur to be the Packers coach. But if Mike LaFleur gets fired first, like Matt's obviously hiring him, right? Obviously, hiring his brother. They're going to a different team, dude. I don't even want to think about that.
They can coach the Browns together. Yeah. So, I guess we'll watch this weekend if Josh Sweat happens. We'll watch because the cuts are coming. They got to go down to 53.
The wide receivers have made this very, very interesting. What's going to happen there? These are still probably guys, like, remember, too. And other teams have scouts, and they're not going to let like. They're not going to let a guy score a couple of touchdowns in a fourth quarter.
Not you know Reach their information department or whatever, but. Other teams also all have 12 wide receivers with five that are making the team, another three they like, another two they kind of want to stash.
So There's a lot. Of that going on. I don't know that the Packers necessarily need to keep eight wide receivers to keep these guys all safe. But there was some more talent. At the back end of that room, than maybe we were expecting, even after.
Some of these trades went down in the offseason.
So that's exciting. It's a really hard decision because of the injury history that our receivers have. Like, you want to play it safe. You want to Have the depth, but you also want to take the risk and trust the player. And with the Jacobs situation on offense.
You have where is the bigger health question mark? Running back? or wide receiver.
Well, the Jacobs question isn't health, really. No, if Jacobs is out, he's out of the equation.
So, do you trust our receiving core? Or Marshawn Lloyd, I guess is, I would trust. the receiving core more than the running back room to stay healthy. Oh yeah. And now here, here, okay.
Let me do a prediction. Reed's in, Golden's in, Watson's in, Williams is in. Melton, I think they're going to keep as a swing. Uh So I think they keep seven. Melton is He's a A clubhouse or locker room guy at this point, I think.
I think Sturtevant and Shepard made the team tonight. I think Skymore lost his job tonight. How do you do that, though? Because he hasn't really shown anything. I gotta sneeze.
Bless you. Jesus, I turned my mic off. That was a tough one. Is it allergy time or what? I've been all wrecked up today.
Yeah, it I had a I think it's the moon and Mercury is in retrograde. No, it's fucking good. Oh yeah. I I don't know. Allergies have been rough.
Um And sitting in an office doesn't help all the time either. Elite 90 said Melton can go. Yeah, maybe Melton goes. He's not wrong. I mean, I think that I think Johnson makes practice squad.
Johnson gets in on the practice squad. But I I would think Sky Moore gets cut. Would you rather keep more or Melton? I don't know. I'd take a I'd take a flyer on Sky More and Sky Moore caught a touchdown in the Super Bowl.
People do forget. Yeah. Actually, is that true? Yeah, he caught the game winner, didn't he? Yeah.
Was it Sky More or was it uh Hardman, no, Sky Morse. Miko Hardman, yeah. He might have scored in a Super Bowl, too. I think so. I think they both scored.
But Morse scored for sure.
Well, we'll see what happens by Sunday. I think they keep three quarterbacks now. And I think two of the receivers made the team tonight. We need more than 53 spots. We're going to have to make some really tough decisions.
Because you're going to be light somewhere. You're going to be light on quarterback, light on running back, or light on receiver. One of those three. And would you only have two tight ends, maybe? You gotta trust Johnu Smith?
I mean, who's our third tight end? Do we not we not roster a third tight end?
Well, Musgrave will start hurt. I'm sure they'll roster.
Well, I don't know. Maybe. Maybe not. It's going to be a really light roster because of Suspensions and again, again, remember: the initial roster, that doesn't mean it's the roster for opening day.
Okay. I don't know. Or maybe they cut Tyrod. They might. I wanted to get a jersey.
I hope they can I can still get one.
Well, actually, if they cut him. It might be discounted even more. Yeah. Yeah, I don't know. I don't Think I don't know.
What am I I'm just checking what I'm doing this weekend. Weekends are tough because I don't know like When I have to take my kid somewhere and shit. Maybe I'll do a cutdown special on Sunday. Set your alarms. Bart, maybe cut down special.
People are saying cut, Tyrod. Katira. Yeah. I'm going to cut this pretty soon. I'm going to say bye to you.
I'm just going to do a little brewers and then go on with my evening. Good preseason talk. Have a good one, Bart. Good to see you. Good to see you at the tailgate.
Also, I haven't talked to you since great tailgate, a lot of fun. Good game. They sent an email about reserving for next year already, put a down payment, get best tickets. I deleted it. Oh, okay.
I don't think we're playing baseball. Oh, you don't you think we're out yeah. I guess that's No season at all. Should we do a milkman tailgate? They'll probably be like, what the fuck are you people doing now?
Have you fun? I'd be down for uh you know, on triple A, double A, Chinooks. Maybe I'll maybe I'll take maybe I'll get a bus. And we'll all go up and watch the Fond Lag Doc Spiders. And then um Like in Seinfeld and Kramer did a tour, I'll do a Winkler tour through Fond du Lac.
You can see where I used to live. You can see us on the bus places. Yeah. You can see the movie theater that I think now is. I don't know what it is now, but it's where I made out.
With a girl for the first time. Nice. Uh the rent law. No, that's the Yeah. Yeah.
I'm not familiar with Fond du Lag. Um what else could I show you? I could show you all the different places I've gotten car accidents in Fonilac, including when I backed into a tree. Thanks. The only time I've really been to Fond du Lac is I picked up a bunk bed for my kid.
From uh Of a person up there. Did you have to go into town or are you just off the highway? Just off the highway. Would you meet in the Coles parking lot? No, I had to disassemble it in the house and then put it in a van and then take it home and reassemble it.
Where'd you meet the guy? I met them at their house. Oh. Yeah. Just off the highway, that's a fifty-fifty percent odd.
It's a trailer park. It was a normal house. It wasn't anything. Crazy. With all due respect, of course, I'm just.
It wasn't a trailer. It's a bunk bed, so it might be tough to have a bunk bed in a trailer. I don't know. I've never. Had a bunk bed and a trailer, so.
Yeah. Ben, good to see you. Go pack, go. Go pack, go. That is Ben.
L. Member of the Donation Club on the YouTube stream. I will pivot to the Brewers. They got another win tonight. They're playing very well, beating the Texas Rangers.
Six to one. At home, Logan Henderson, who did not get traded for Tarek Skubel, who did start. for the Dodgers against the Tigers tonight. And Pitch great. Of course, he did.
Six innings. One earned, seven Ks, but Logan Henderson went seven innings, one earned, just one hit. And it was a home run. And that was it. Against Danny Jansen Hummered.
Otherwise, the Brewers are working on a two-hitter tonight. Jesus, lights out for the Brewers. Logan Henderson, 9-2 on the season, 91 pitches struck out. Seven Ashby with a hold. And then D.L.
Hall coming in for that final inning. Brewer's got. A lot of manufactured runs, no homers again to put up the six. The Cubs also lost this afternoon. I don't know what that means.
Brewers still have seven against the Cubs coming up in the next week. But they are eight games up. And I am going to throw it. To let's see where I have this here. I'm going to throw it to the Lockdown Brewers Rapid Reacts.
that you can find on YouTube. Here is my boy Chuck Freeman breaking this one down. An eight-game lead. With 27 games to go. Hey, everybody, Chuck Freeman, Rapid Reaction Locked on Brewers.
The Brewers did it again. And the Cubs? Eight games behind, they are done. Yeah, I'm calling it right now. They are Done.
in this division. Done. Team lifeless. Not the Milwaukee Brewers team lifeless, the Chicago Cubs. Tonight, Logan Henderson, seven strong innings to get the job done.
The brewers Single after single after single after single, get the job done. Had a two to one lead early on that was holding up and Eventually the Brewers padded that lead a little bit later on in the game. But man, it feels good to have that eight-game lead. Two and a half, well, now a little over two weeks ago. The Brewers had a three-game lead.
They've increased it. The Cubs are done. Milwaukee is going to win this division for a fourth straight year. All right, everybody. We'll talk to you all weekend.
I'm Locked on Brewers. Please subscribe. You heard the man. Please subscribe. I'm going to comment on his post here.
I'm going to say the Freeman eye test. Never fails. Freem says they're done. Freem says they're done, they're done. If Freem says they're done, they're done.
I I I live by the gospel of Chuck Freeman. All right, so thanks, Freems. for that. Brewers get a dub. Packers get a dub.
That's it. Just the two. I was thinking rule of threes, but I didn't have anything else. I would have said something SmackDown, but we didn't watch it yet. We'll be watching that in the morning for sure.
Yeah. Packers will go nine days here without a game. Is that? It's more than nine days, right? It's like.
15 days. They said on T V nine days. No, no, no. Nine Days, Story of a Girl, Drink. Thirteenth, September thirteenth.
Packers at Vikings. Game number one. of the season. For the green and gold, we will have post-game reaction, and we'll have plenty to preview until we get there. Picks all football along with Ryan Horvat, post-game shows, national perspectives with Carlos Ortiz.

Okay. Jess. Spend the rest of your life trying to figure out how to get out of here. Actually, I don't want to leave this basement. But I could have a nicer backdrop.
I was going to redo the backdrop. I had some. Sports Illustrated that I want to put up here, the classic Wisconsin ones.
So I bought some frames and they're too big. Classic Winkler. Anyway, go Pat, go, go Brewers. Thanks for stopping into the Winklerverse. Snoring, gasping for air during sleep, daytime sleepiness?
