Jay Sekulow even believe this C saying that binds blue wall appears to be crumbling, and who was on CNN.limit.

Talk about that as we are just a few days out from election day Jay Sekulow live live from Washington DC lines are open for your questions right now: one 806 843-110-1800 68412 your holes Jay Sekulow lives we have reached Friday's regards to the week the weekend before election day, the President of very busy and he's heading to Michigan. I don't recruit now our special advisors been on the road will be joining us in the third segment of this broadcast and he is will be in Michigan as well. He likes to be joining us from that rally bifold and to give us an update on he's been in Wisconsin easier to be in Michigan the Rick is good to be in Pennsylvania lot a focus on Pennsylvania but that what happened on CNN yesterday and you notified all is not always watching it all the time zones of young kids know but you're watching I was and Ed was Chris Cuomo and then Don Litman with the even more shocking statement. I want to play what Don Litman said again for people who are just joining us, because this is what happens when you're just a few you got into that final week in your 404 Friday Saturday Sunday Monday or four days away from election day and this is now where CNN is where if your dog Litman, who is no friend of the President and would love to be saying it's good to be abide landslide he's got anymore. Take a listen. Though Biden says it is over. If Florida goes below is up three points over top.

According to CNN's poll polls there but your campaign doesn't need Florida is is this time in Florida today him and he worried that George his air is in Georgia earlier this week. Should you guys be there more often shoring up this blue wall that seems to be crumbling.

Well we singled out all over this country meet and meet many to choose 70 you heard what he said this is very important.

The blue wall that appears to be crumbling now.

He said that because he said what are you going to Georgia when you should be going to states like you to hold by Florida Lake states like Pennsylvania where you need to hold why spend time and states would be great to win but you don't have to win for election day when you're starting to slip in other states in the polls and tightening and other state and here's what the reason, let me.

I watched a lot of the different networks at night because my kids are all grown and my grandkids are with my kids so that my watched some of the other networks. Last night I decided take a look at CNN and MSNBC. There was a similar theme on MSNBC. Not quite as dramatic but here's what led to a Jordan on Chris Cuomo's program. They were talking about the fact that all this early voting that everybody was so excited about when they started breaking it down in Miami-Dade which will be able to address specifically, it was not what they expected. In other words they expected a blowout for Joe Biden and it was neck and neck Republican, Democrat, you within a couple points in case of this is interesting. Last time around because Pres. Trump was a bit of an unknown.

Usually the Cuban-American a vote in Miami-Dade is strongly Republican, but they did know a lot about Donald Trump so that turned out there wasn't as significant. The numbers that they usually are now are starting to see significant numbers among the Latino population in Miami which happens to be predominantly Cuban and South and Central Americans who have fled what you think socialist and communist governments in Donald Trump's message in VP Pitts's message of they want to turn us. Biden Kemal Harrison to the socialist experiment really resonates. There so it is tightening today on the broadcast as we do all the Fridays before the elections, everybody who's onward and upward, including Rick to ask their prediction where they think if there were if the election was done today.

Where do you think it falls where you think it falls folks give us a call 1-800-684-3110 that's 1-800-684-3110 support orca ACLJ ACLJ.org challenges facing Americans was a time when our freedoms were constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress to get in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you. Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable in voice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission will show you how you are personally Tatian includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission life today online/Jay Sekulow this Jordan said he'll talk more about some of these early voting. These are not numbers coming in. I think that that's your to point out, these are numbers of states to track how many Democratic early votes have been made.

How many people that this they requested that are how many publicans have have early voting there tracking that it because they party registration or you you both know it easier to you both know Miami-Dade Miami-Dade is a Democratic stronghold.

Miami-Dade itself is is actually Miami-Dade is not it's Miami Beach. Okay, that is, the Democrats on how Miami-Dade if you go into the it's has a Republican mayor.

The mayor of Miami's Republican Cuban, they are more see moderate but I still very much anti-left yet because they fled from that in the new group of of Latino Americans living in that county also flood places like Venezuela, they fled earlier Columbia during the drug was a fled leftist Rotarian regimes they don't like socialism.

They created great small businesses at this point in Miami. The Cuban-American community so that like some new immigrant community. They are running the city from being the doctors the mayors the elected officials of the most wealthy people most successful people there still immigrants coming in from the community, but that but you cannot just talk about like a new immigration wave and so it there shot down there that I got so tight I and I did.

I don't think it's because last time around that community did know where Donald Trump was so they think they are actually more solidly behind traditional Republicans that they know or anti-Communist anti-this, anti-that now that they've seen Donald Trump in action with this progrowth, pro-American take the exact opposite of socialism and totalitarian or authoritarian governments date they have said, I think they are there totally backing up and it's why that could be a big boost to Trump in Florida and it's interesting to say we got I wanted to digress for a minute here though because we got a situation you know we talked about the macro issues.

That's right Supreme Court.

We talk about the national election. But you know every day at the American Center for Law and Justice were handling cases for students and parents and teachers and with that done thousands of cases in light of the covert situation helping out families with bodily great results. Every family we help as a wimp, but as a situation developing in all places in southeast Georgia and what is the world is going. This was a child's school had a superhero day right right what happened. Well, this was a superhero day in which the school in southeast Georgia public school. By the way was I encouraging all the students to dress up as their superhero or heroin. Whoever they might be, and to dress up in the costume and this young fifth-grader 10 years old comes from a family of four. The mother is a pharmacist so there prominent in the community he came to school any made its own little costume he took a Trump flag and put on a cane, put on a red shirt put on the red hat and he came in.

His mother dropped them off at 730 and he was doing his preschool work and he was told by the administration of the school that he had to take off the Trump Cape that he had to take off the drum pad and turn his little school shirt that he was wearing with a T on it inside out so that the tea would not show because they didn't want to offend anybody J.

This was this was a superhero day thing you need to pick your superhero. Now listen limitations to. We just got off the phone with the mother and and this is having effects on on on on get kid because he's he's 10 I will and she said yeah he did this on his own.

This wasn't something his parents did he see's unique I said so was I was walker like Ross Perot mass on during election years. In the end, and pictures to prove it, and George H. W. Bush mass but as a little kid.

So I understand were her kids coming from is just interested in subs caught his attention, and that's nothing wrong with that being interested in Presidential politics, whatever age, but that it's affecting them even today. So for instance this was like the schools had like a spirit week they had the funky socks day and now he would not let his sister where funky socks.

He would either so it's it it's affecting him because I get it's a 10-year-old as his mom said you when you called in to like the vice principal's office and told you did something wrong. It has the effect on you whether or not the vice principals in the right or the wrong the superintendent down there is trying to walk this fine line. He tried to kind of say it was just a misunderstanding were not accepting that and I were working with the family. A full apology working at the policy changes is absurd and did the women verify teacher or if the principle of the vice principal said something to the effect that the United States is not a superpower. I had heard that that they had set something up to him. United States is not a superpower. Therefore he's not a super President so were talking about indoctrination. Now, as you know Jay and you've argued before the United States. The First Amendment does not stop at the school house, neither students nor teachers surrender the rights to freedom of speech at the schoolhouse case Tinker versus Des Moines 1969, Santa Fe versus Doe 1997 or 1999.

Also in FEC McCain-Feingold case. We argued on behalf of students and again, the court reiterated as recently as 2003. Students have free speech rights. That includes the students right. I just want everybody to know that the ACL, but I just dealing with subpoena Supreme Court case of the course. We are role elections or impeachments or or mother reports or free speech litigation around the world. We also do right there in South Georgia for a family that needs it. Just like are the cases Jordan started with the team. I dealing with these kids that need special help during the covert crisis, which I think was at 2100 families with assistance are far yes yes 20 still some some still assisting most the time it was to get the right technology. If they had to work from home is that independent education plans to make sure that the right tutors right opportunities available, and because of legal assistance. Most the time his parents did ask and they got no response. Once the ACLJ got involved. They started getting the electronics they needed. Some of had Internet installed in many of had Internet high-speed Internet installed at their home at the cost of the school because the ACLJ and rightfully so. If the students got to learn from home. They had their independent education plans are for those kids who need that figured out as well.

Does it mean everything is perfect. Does it mean were done fighting that battle absolutely not. You could support our work on that and ACLJ.org. I do want to get back to over the Paul to get out absently so let's have that graph ready from CNN that left on Florida early voting to be had that graph ready guys not yet. So we do have it ready then then I'll play what Chris Cuomo had to say but I will play what Allison Cammarata had to say to cease a lot from seated she was talking to a Democrat Congresswoman from Florida Frederica Wilson take a listen by 28 tell what I think the numbers are showing is that many more Republicans have already gone in person to vote in early voting.

Then Democrats and Houston Frederica Wilson of that district is trying to sound the alarm. She talked to politico and said that what she's saying is very concerning for her because what she thinks she says in terms of the black community and Hispanic. It's not going by not going binds way. It is what she said and I think you know when it was all night. By the way on so you have fallen. I don't know you put the tweet up from little Wayne who is a flame's latest famous rapper little Wayne and some that Noam is wheezy he he put up a tweet.

I think we could shoot we can show it to people he just been made to suggest had a great meeting with that real Donald Trump at POTUS besides what he's done so far criminal reform. The platinum plan is going to give the community and talk about the black.

The real ownership he lists them up to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done. He sent this out yesterday and he's sending this deep this out just days and as people are voting and when Frederica Wilson Congressman after American Congresswoman from Florida says the black vote is not going away. The Hispanic vote is not going away, even ice cube you know the platinum plan.

He said both parties contacted me Democrat said will address this after the election, but the Trump campaign made adjustments to their plan after talking to us that from ice cube. I mean, these are not traditional Republicans that we got up on the screen.

This is important, Florida.

These are pre-election vote cast this kit. This is a male in and in person. It was supposed to be Democrats just dominating the early voting right Republicans.

Only three points behind this is a very bad sign for Democrats in in Florida very bad because we know on election day, Republicans turned out in higher numbers and so the fact in those numbers where the sound of the next segment those numbers and narrowed in just a week last week. It was like 10 point difference this week.

It's numbered, you know it's it's narrowing by three so I can record our special visor foreign-policy national security and enjoyed another one of his roles with the RNC. He's on the campaign trail he's get to be actually joining us from the rally in Michigan in the next segment and he could talk to this to. We just got Cecil Henderson who watches us on Facebook. Just let us know that his daughter wore a Trump shirt to band practice was hit by another student. With the students instrument case adults like us teachers were present and did nothing but your kids are being harassed. That's the freedom of speech, right again ACLJ. Should we handle the big cases these little ones not so little for that family Natalie political family in South Georgia so Cecil Henderson if you're still listening. Go to ACLJ.org for legal help line working to get you some help right now. And at least get policies put in place to protect the students. We did the same thing with somebody else's T-shirt minister just for its ridiculous were ready to help. We want to help ACLJ.org back with more just a moment, only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn gold mission like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, and their role in the what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans is time and are now free to start constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you.

If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing from a member today ACLJ Jay Sekulow live chicken back in with our special visor on national security for policy for Trump cabinet official record now who yesterday was that joining us for May the airport in Wisconsin. I today he is on the ground in Michigan just before the present has a rally there Rick, as always, we want to be checking in with you each day as a special visor to the ACLJ you got a new piece up to ACLJ.org know you just tweeted out I just tweeted out anonymous revealed another radical left mainstream media hoax will get to that in a minute but let me ask you first, you got from Wisconsin to Michigan were sinkholes tightening receiving even the early voting poll numbers that Paul's early voting numbers Titan which is scaring the Democrats, especially on CNN.

What is your kind of idea of the state of the race right now because today on our broadcast each Friday before elections we go around the horn and say you know if the election was today. Who do you think would win, but Rick, what, where, what are you sensing bond in Oakland got up from rally to pump up the crowd at great them and thank them for coming out in breathing breathing cold weather with smelling right before I got up on stage and the President said the arriving here in about 1/2 hour for a rally.

Michigan is it going to be close but I like our chances. I'd rather be Trump then then by this point comp is rising, and the crowd here in Michigan all working-class people who are fire to support the present. I think what what people are really getting annoyed when it is locked out, and Joe Biden commitment to you now have a national mask mandated and more social distancing which mean restaurants will have to close part of their their their areas of the LULAC business that play it like shutting down. You want social thing of all that the mask mandate. We can't do that we don't surrender at American, and I think people are being that that we have to open up and we have to fight back? About you to be supposed be sent to me unite a deal with the synonymous situation because we never knew where the leaks were coming from the was obviously conversations that I was having with the prisoner staff as a lawyer you know you worry about those things and then then CNN and MSNBC were touting this in so was ABC, NBC, and CBS Meza some senior administration official. So every time you walk into a meeting with the senior administration official to tell you but you had the same experience of wondering is this the one that you find out that the guy had already been on CNN denied he was the anonymous that we find out he was a mid-level snapper that was not a senior advisor to the President was deputies keep us there was a policy advisor and then for a few weeks became chief of staff to the department of homeland security and of his tenure for a few weeks yet so Rick what what was this was an important lien it was eating crow last night on this one and I said you know they said the latter the night before the sale you like to us. He told us it wasn't you look like let's be very clear about your time in exactly who the mid-level snapper was they created a persona as a senior administrator, let's be very clear that New York time lied to us.

They created a hulk of a senior administration official. When there wasn't a senior administration official answer for that. Why is it that the New York Times created a person that wasn't real. They they pretended like this with the inner circle to work at the White House. The biggest joke. I actually think the people who bought the book to the publisher because they bought a book claiming to be a senior administration official. An insider that would be able to get them inside downright and that whole book with the joke. Well as an outsider's perspective, not an insider situation. I've been in the situation is these meetings of the present United States with really senior administration at the end wondering as I'm giving legal advice or executive privilege advice. It was this anonymous well we find out who anonymous is but anonymous denied. If this is anonymous Miles Taylor on Anderson Cooper before he came public to listen the question and the answer is not that it was bought by someone on themselves anonymous. Are you aware of who that is. I'm not looking at. That was a parlor game that happened in Washington DC.

If a lot of folks trying to think of who that might be. I've got my own thoughts about who that might be.

But he and I were not there not a nonresident. I certainly don't want to.

I wear a mask for two things Anderson Halloween and pandemics okay.

Total is what bothers me eat when he went on there knew he was anonymous and like you said the New York Times knew that he was anonymous and they all knew that this was not some senior level cabinet secretary or senior advisor to you as the acting DNI or your your chief of staff, even for the embassy in Germany. The G-7 country.

This was a policy advisor to the problem of lot at their own rule where they can create them. This only thing that away with. They think that they can put one over on the American people because they think we're stupid.

So this is one of the things that I've been pounding messaging and we don't have a fight between Republicans and Democrats in them. I live a fight between Washington DC insiders and the rest of us on the outside the rules of Washington are ruining America and we have to start sending people to Washington that are outsiders that are not dependent upon the social circle Washington DC, whether it go to school with all of the other swampy members of of Washington DC go to church with them. Their future is all about Washington.

We gotta be careful what were asking up Washington type grafting them to change their own their own city in their own way of life and they will never do that we have to send outsiders like downtown by the insiders of Washington DC hate the President are doing everything they can to destroy him. Remember that 67 Democrats refused to show up for the President inauguration that what happened in another country we would've called out the door lose undermining democracy and and realign your lot and make your country great recast final question freaks and you are literally at the rally the people are seeing possibly on their TV screens are hearing about the President about to hit the states in Michigan and you've Artie spoken throughout. On these Fridays before the election. We go around with our team and we can say you know this. We know that things can change. Even in the final four days of this about with the early votes in the early votes tightening that were starting to see as well the scene and starting to freak out about the blue wall crumbling. To quote Don limit.

If this election was today. If the people.

If this was the day before going to the polls, who do you think wins I think no blue all little is noble while I'm out here in the middle that you need wheat, corn, and Apple having more fun than jail but I don't see that go by at any ground game right now in the middle at Pennsylvania election were held today Donald Trump when we corn comes in right now. My last couple weeks, so probably I would say Trump and men bought some apples remember to thank you for being with us next week. Rick and again folks will be right back on Jay Sekulow like to hear phone calls to the ACLJ look will recover to your supporting this broadcast supporting our work with Rick Burnell yes according us helping that student southeast Georgia you have the President's lawyers able to represent them because of your supporting the ACLJ and ACLJ.ACLJ on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ line from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and secular history simply for destroying his record now was destroyed as we always click his interviews and postings on social media's got a great new post up ACLJ that organs certainly somebody would know that is for acting director of national intelligence, a member of the Trump cabinet how this anonymous revealed was just another radical left mainstream media hoax. He's got that up ACLJ.org so check that out by record now will be sharing that as well. I want to play first when CNN started getting nervous last night and Don limit started getting nervous last night about Joe Biden's blue wall.

I think recruit. I'll just call it a blue screen but take a listen to Don limit though Biden says it is over. If Florida goes blue is up three points over Trump according to CNN's Paul polls there but your campaign doesn't need Florida.

It is, is this time in Florida today him and he worried that George his air is in Georgia earlier this week. Should you guys be there more often shoring up this blue wall that seems to be crumbling. Well we jump in here sitting at the campaign try to explain why they're not in the states. It they do have to win in there yet.

Spending time in states they don't have to win. And then we we saw campaigns where they don't wire the kind that this is they don't have close Hillary Clinton's campaign did not know how to close all she had to do probably win that election was short time in the Midwest window. She didn't do it so Pennsylvania sconce in Minnesota. Just stay there. Ohio didn't you know pick off two of those she becomes present United States.

She didn't go there. She can spend the time in places like Wisconsin. She wrote it off and I have Job IDs on fishing expeditions, hoping to turn a state that is solidly or has been solidly red, blue in the state that he doesn't need to win to become present to get with Florida acting like oh if we get Florida to the bag but but it's not really in the unit that close to being in the back to Florida you're putting a lot you're saying a lot by that, and schedule the states. He comes in early because let's put the graph up on the screen from CNN.

This is important for people to see.

Last week, you really only got mailing votes so the Democrats were outperforming Republicans by think to 20 points is a big big difference once early voting started in Florida. That means in person voting in Florida when you can buy mail-in ballots in early voting. Statistical dead heat 41%, Democrats 38% Republican 20%. No party let me tell you that 20%. No parties is helping Donald Trump that silent majority. That's the nonpartisan group show the freaking out.

Chris Cuomo had Harry Enon Who's Who looks at all these polls take a listen I got it so important to point out this is not surprising to me. It's not surprising, just look at this latest Quinnipiac Paul from Florida. What you see if the vote by mail.

Overwhelmingly, Biden what we seen in the last week in that state as more people have voted early in person that has close the gap between the Democrats and Republicans amongst the early voters.

But that was to be expected.

The Trump voters are going to come out strong to vote in person. The Democrats are much more likely to vote by mail is interesting about that man. Let's be realistic here. Voting in person is about to take place on to more people, at least what we have so far will be in person and in its overwhelmingly favor the President of the analysis there's completely correct. Yet the Democrats might be ahead in early voting, but Jordan is this better than anybody.

They have to dominate the early voting taxes not know, and in Jordan I would tell you one thing I would add one thing to your analysis by comparing this to Hillary Clinton. I think in the case of Hillary Clinton.

It was just pure hubris. She thought it was over. And that's why she didn't go there. I really think that Joe Biden is trying to open up other path because I think he looks at that traditional easiest path across the Rust Belt and because of the minority vote that you were talking about. I think he sees his odds their shrinking and so is desperately looking for other path. Certainly every week we heard it from members we heard from Debbie Sabado saying the autoworkers are voting Trump. She said that yesterday we needed we need to really work on. That's in Michigan Democrat Congressman Florida say Hispanic vote, black voters not going all Biden so we better better get people out to the polls so the mail and I did just does not look like it worked in the battleground states because once you start having early voting in person. It's tighten everything up and that election day voting is to favor traditionally does Republicans got a lot more coming up for you on Jay Sekulow live challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free of constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines projecting your freedoms and rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work support. We remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you. Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing from a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable voice.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called will show you how you personally and includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, when Obama care means many ways.

Your membership is empowering the right question mission life today online/Jay Sekulow library to start taking some your phone calls in the final segment very heard record now on our team about where he predicts if the election were held today. I say that because so much can happen in four days so much can happen in the world in our country in four days. So I think it's fair to say exactly what will happen on Tuesday but I think you're from our team tradition we called you kind of all made our own personal calls on the Friday before.

I think I'd add to this team do they think Republicans can't keep control of the city that is mean, it can be by 51 but do they keep control of the Senate will do that in the last segment of the broadcast.

I want to start taking some your phone calls. Now let me talk to Lance in Minnesota online one Lansing for hold longer on the air. Good house all year and so like when Dell spoke. There was a lot of people there. There was a lot there was a Somalian woman. There should probably about 40 years old and over 50% of her community are going.

Love Donald will probably pretend that you know during the Q&A and down there.

They also mentioned notified us that the Court of Appeals here in Minnesota rejected the did to extend the vote count decision came in. That decision came in last night US Court of Appeals said that a attempt to extend the date on which mail-in ballots would be counted was unconstitutional that one back to the federal court and the federal court state court distinction thrives good. There is a distinction between the federal court in the state court in this agreement is just yes according to the chief Chestnut there is a distinction I think Justice Cavanaugh on the footnote would agree with that. I don't know what Justice Barrett said she is not involved in that case, but I think there is a distinction between that and then that's pretty clear and also I find interesting lesson. I know you been in Georgia and and and I want to get everybody's can take on this. I think the African may African-American male vote is all that will still be majority Democratic. There will be another one of those like S timer goes up for five percentage points, which frankly can win a state not seen it. Rasmussen this morning says that if the election were held today, 31% of black voters will vote for President, Chuck, that is the highest I think in US history-US history. So we will have Harriet break and excitement Okay so what you want to get his take on that to then what what you think that saying is you say so. Michigan, the caller yeah that numbers even close.

J would be a landslide and it would even be close and you look at states especially like Georgia and Michigan. Actually when I was listening to her to Rick talk about the minority vote there. I actually think Michigan is one of these places where it could have a huge huge impact last time around present Trump only got 8% of the vote. And even if that only went up to 10% J that's a 25% increase in Michigan.

Specifically, you're seeing very strong support both for President Trump and also for John, James is running in a very close Senate race there. So I think in Michigan for sure there's gonna be at your pretty dramatic uptick among African-American voters voting in the Republican ticket and in Georgia J.

I mean if if the movement is even a pointer to Georgia is nowhere close to competitive and if that happened, not ever say to receiving enough people like a little Wayne put out tweets sitting next to present Trump say how great it was to meet with them this platinum plan for African Americans is wonderful he will get it done. Same thing from ice cube and so again I we talk a lot about Hispanic males. I think African-American males as well, and talk about Wisconsin till you got for Green Bay Packers quarterback. I mean, just a famous course across the country. Brett Favre tweeting on his endorsement of present Trump today that hasn't that has a place in Wisconsin.

I mean, I specifically and giving it when you see this kind of action for you see this kind of momentum start building. I think that again. Listen to the replay. David Axelrod yet. Listen, listen, David Axelrod, he's been joyous about the selection up until now by 26. The other thing you notice if you look deeply into these numbers is that where the falloff is appears to be among African-American voters and and that is a concern that is an understatement by the justice reform plan.

The fact that the present headset price zones. Yet the enterprise zones that I get it right with Tim Scott worked with present Trump.

He's done all of this and then get all the Democrats say is you black if you don't vote for me and the guy who said that was Joe Biden acting like you know using slang like this is that this is what doesn't work and I think the black voters realize especially that males the black vote to know what like we got nothing we get from the covert. I was at that impact the was good and that Lundy's small business owners. Yet this hall is racism.

People talk about in riots.

We don't want to be there and we want law in order to write will when a small business is burned down because we happen to be in a minority area. What happened with Jordan to pick that up in Atlanta. We have the riots in the protests. The I Wendy's was burned down in an area off Interstate 75 and Southwest Atlanta, a black owned business was being burned down and the police couldn't even of the fire could even get into put the put out the scenario that just had been reestablished around right just cleaned up in the last 10 years and you had African-American on black-owned businesses. Small businesses in these areas being burnt to the ground that that doesn't help the black community. Of course this is what so ridiculous. Of course there are going to be anybody thinks that any particular racial group Hispanic, black, Latino, whatever it might be are monolithic in their voting just what we live in the United States of America and in the United States of America. Monolithic voting really doesn't happen on Fox news this morning and of course she's part of a large group of black voters for President Trump and she said the Democrats have a proprietary attitude towards the black vote as if they own the black vote and you look at present, Trump not only that the platinum plan and the things he's got coming up for the black community, but also what is done already. As for criminal justice reform in those kinds of things which never happened under a bite, absolutely not. Obama Biden fan never got even touched criminal justice reform yet know nobody. No individual, no community wants to be a political pawn. Everyone would want in elected official.

Whether you voted for them or not to actually reach out to listen to your concerns and then to try to do something about it and Jordan talk about the comments that VP Biden has made recently. I think it has been pretty revealing inside the community that yeah you know, maybe we have had a long time of voting for people that then don't give us an audience. Don't give us a seat at the table and the President has done it. You know J you mentioned the crosstab of African-American males and that's where the greatest uptick is happening but look it's all upside is for a Republican ticket when it comes African-American females because traditionally, Republicans haven't been able to make inroads into that crest crosstab at all and and I think that's can happen this time and again like I come back to this in places like Michigan or Georgia. If you get a one or two or 3% uptick it changes the election, just that switch from last time around you your rights as follows 164 3110.

That's 100-6431 10 Marion California online to marry welcome to Jay Sekulow live like question that you're selling now if their Democrat Republican independent. I think my Paladin yet and I'm really concerned that my ballot telling them that I'm a Republican something soon so Mary that's why you get the data from some state. Some states track.

If you are a registered Republican.

You actually have to be party registered to be an independent. By the way, 20% once in Florida that come in are but you you have to register my party usually is because those states require you to be registered by party to vote in that party's primaries. Some states allow you to choose which primary what about any given both you can voting Democrat one year in Republican primary next year.

So that's how they know that if you know if Joe Smith turned in his ballot and he's from here if is he registered as a Republican. Such a Republican ballot or if if someone else of their Democrat and I think that's it. That's how they track. This is not polling. These are actual numbers of people who are in every state as it doesn't mean that they voted Republican's visit Republican registered doesn't mean they voted Republican, Democrat, especially for Joe Biden because there's a lot more Democrats who just haven't changed registration. The vote Republican than the other way because more people have been joining the Republican Party over decades used to be the Democrat party was verbally control the country so I get that's whites on every state we can get those numbers but it states like Florida. I we can't wait to be taken a break come back within a do I get up our predictions and I Harry Hudson will be joining us by phone as well and will be taking the rest of your calls as many as we can.

Jay Sekulow Lysa before we finish out today we will go around the horn and I mean my dad to to Andy to West to Harry very got it from Rick Grenell from our team the President. He predicts victory because of the blue-collar road, especially happening in the Rust Belt and what he's seeing around the country, which is just the enthusiasm and he is literally at the rallies you're seeing on TV. He's pumping up the crap he actually on today's broadcasters of the ACLJ was able to reach you throughout this entire Rick will still be joining us throughout the whole election type but were able to break some electric rebel who is literally leaving the stage of the 2030 40,000 person event pumping the crowd up and then joining you live on radio with an update on front of the truck campaign directly. We were able to bring him in to the broadcast on a regular basis right pieces for the ACLJ.org is got a new one up today called anonymous revealed another radical left mainstream media hopes. That's because your support.

The ACLJ say that you know how many times and I called in from just leaving the Oval Office. Rich called interview called an upper meeting at the White House and the same thing and and your support of the ACLJ keeps this broadcast on the air and we are to be broadcasting election night 9:00 PM Eastern time. They'll be joining with us to and last time we were able to make some pretty aggressive calls within the been right. I will see what happens on Tuesday night but let me, I would ask Harry Hutchison this and Harry's doing this by phone today. Harry let let me ask you this.

There are reports and a lot of them now that African-American males black men are skewing towards the President and a much higher percentage.

This time than last time affect this time and any other time. What is your sense of that anonymously.

That's a game changer electorally.

Well my momentum among African-American males for several reasons including the fact that Democrats have traditionally taken the boat of African-Americans granted without delivering any benefits. So if you look at all of the large cities in America.

Most of them have been suffering for decades, poor schools, high crime, you name it and the Democrats keep claiming another chance and we will deliver next time.

I think the clerk got out and therefore there turning to Pres. Trump is exactly right still get the numbers Tuesday night already seen those numbers going up and are you ready grant because that was go to Linden, Idaho on line 3 Linda Walker Jay Sekulow live in my call right now this election not only for our country, but other countries around the world and I know that there's prayers going out for the reelection of our President, and I do believe that to happen, but I do have a concern. What if we lose the Senate to the Democrats. We lose the power what will happen to change or White House counsel's office because you have to be fending off what we saw a little bit in the House of Representatives you can see it in the Senate. But remember Pres. Sabina Wright also writes you see a lot of new legislation. You know you start looking towards foreign-policy foreign-policy executive action which Pres. Obama, the plaintiff of the executive midterm elections can turn things around for your final two years in office, but I think it is very hard to see the President waiting in the Senate, not remaining in Republican control evens on the young with 51 votes. I just look at the states. It's hard to see that happening when you said something really important. If it did happen.

I don't think it's going to be if you did in the world of foreign policy issues which are front and center and back on the attention they deserve in the media like the whole reordering of the Middle East West that that kind of situation can move because that's squarely within the Presidential authority. Yeah, absolutely.

And Pres. Trump is proven inspired of nasty place in the house which will not cooperate with him on anything that he has the authority and the will to impact foreign policy and to bring about changes and in achievements that no other administration is not particularly as it relates to her ran to the Middle East and to trade was also given a jury will mention executive action. Harry also on the economy, there are things that can be done will. Going back to making sure that individuals continue to get benefit by the unwillingness of the Democrats to cooperate in providing needed benefits to individuals who are laid off from work because of the coronavirus. We have already seen a massive increase in the and economic growth that was published yesterday and record grow and if the Democrats attempt to thwart this President. The President will indeed take aggressive action right now. Let me, I go right to the cells can remain in Texas online. What is great question for our panel Rene Walkley Jay Sekulow life, wondering what your work with the banquet really nailing valid. For example, with content they said that they election day North Carolina gets rulemaking collected 93 and I have not ruled with the liberals on the merits really was a decision on the merits, just as Thomas did not want X but I think they reviewed. We said we could do that after the election is anything with three or four days out of the leg overseeing is in all these cases, this is it's bothering the Democrats more than Republicans in Pennsylvania, for instance, Rene. Every ballot that comes in late is being marketed relate and segregated because the Supreme Court is saying we have not pass judgment on whether or not those ballots will be able to even be counted correct so there's, so I don't want everybody to get confused and the over the procedural move on to stay which are difficult to get in the substantive decision. If in fact a decision, the court would hear the case in front of the Supreme Court basically is saying is true near election to make election day to make a ruling on the substantive merits of the case within a stay overnight in this organist.

They are hands down action before we get into that and segregate the balance as we said in some jurisdictions, but that doesn't mean that the Supreme Court will not there after take action.

I was go to Joe's for the Arkansas Allied six just voted Jay Sekulow live a quick question would with the election Tuesday night ever reach a point that Trump would take the electoral college. The election will be called no more votes to be counted and it's over.

No more votes we can count every vote.

Of course, and the electoral, I look at things like this you could see in an North Carolina, for instance, where the way they worked there greatly prescreen their votes ever coming in. So when they flip a switch and you start seeing both you can see the early voting coming and not from the people that went in early, voted, but the mail in ballots and then maybe then the early voting, then the actual one so you could start behind in North Carolina and then go up Pennsylvania kind of the opposite Pennsylvania to be the live voting that took place that they then they add on the other so will see. I think we can have some really good ideas that night I got a make time for right to make their predictions will go around. A guy will start with Dan Bennett who is in Washington DC. Stan your prediction to get off the election were held today.

Take out all the craziness that can happen the next three days because a lot of votes are already in it. Only seven states allow you to change your vote. If you voted early so most people if you voted, that's your vote.

You can look it at up to find out your low state that your prediction journals in the present with 295 electoral votes to 50-50 Senate and both Georgia Senate races on runoff on January 5 Harry, I think the President will do slightly better than estimate, but will be very tight. I grew up in Trafalgar Pole. He says the President will be Michigan with 280 Electrolux, the President will win the President when there was any way and watch the house of representatives are. Here's Jordan 296 electoral votes for Pres. Trump ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms and rights in court in Congress and the public of the American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life-changing work, member today ACLJ
