Got breaking news: The Omar investigation takes a bizarre twist. Keeping you informed and engaged now more than ever. This is Sekulow. We want to hear from you. Share and post your comments.
For call one eight hundred six eight four three one one zero. And now your host, Logan Sekulow. Welcome to Sekulow. We are live, and phone lines are open for you. Will Haynes in studio as well.
We got a packed show. We have one of our legal team from the ECLJ, the European Center, joining us, and then Jeff Balaban from ACLJ Jerusalem. Because obviously, around the world, a lot is going on. But we do have an update. One that took me a while to even understand what we were saying here.
Okay, I'll be honest. Went through my team, kind of in an endless loop to figure out what the discussion point was. And this is a a new update in the Elon Omar investigation, as we now know that the feds have what they are claiming is DNA evidence that could prove. And again, I don't even like bringing this topic up because it just feels like a ridiculous. Conspiracy theory, but again, like all good conspiracy theories, occasionally some feel true.
And the DNA evidence they believe could prove that Elon Omar committed immigration fraud by illegally marrying her brother to bring him into this country.
Now the claim is that they were not related, and that this just was her husband at the time.
However, now apparently there is DNA evidence that may say. Otherwise, again, this feels like something from morning television that you would have heard, or something from that your grandmother used to watch in the middle of the day. To find out who is related, but here we are, Will, with a federal investigation. That's right.
So when you saw these headlines start to pop up late last night, and it says, you know, Department of Justice and federal investigators have DNA evidence now in their possession about this sitting member of Congress.
Somebody called Maury, right? I mean, that's what it sounds like. As you mentioned, it sounds like daytime television. It sounds salacious, but this was kind of the the. I mean, it is salacious, yes.
This is the been the long theory and kind of quietly whispered about theory is that. She helped try and get what was her brother a green card by listing him as a spouse in immigration documents.
So therefore, these would be fraudulently filed documents. It would have implications both for her own immigration status as well as the individual who she was claiming as her husband. That the feds believe may have been his brother, her brother.
So what the DNA would go to prove is that if the DNA matches the And her that they have in their possession that then these documents were fraudulently filed and that they were lying to federal investigators for immigration status.
Now, once again. This is things that are are being released to the press. These are leaks. We don't know really because we don't have direct statements about what even the full purpose of this investigation is, or what precipitated it at this time, or why the raid happened at that time.
However, we do know that that was a warrant signed off by a judge to go into her home, as as you discussed at length last week.
Now we're finding out that not only is This DNA evidence. They had an interview with her sister that followed the now. When you say her sister, legit sister, according allegedly, going into the DNA test. I don't know if they had to. I think they both took a DNA test.
Also, by the way, we saw images of her sister. Fifty percent. They could be twins. Like they, there's no way it's not her sister who they interviewed, but not her twin. This is.
I don't believe it's her twin. We can that DNA test. We'll. It'll tell you. It will tell you.
It'll tell you they're identical twins. But as we look at this, there is a lot more unfolding. It clears that they are moving forward with this. This does sometimes feel like one of those situations where, oh, you hear about this. Is it going to be another one of those things that they say they have it?
They make a high profile case and it goes nowhere. We don't know. But at the end of the day, they are moving forward with a case against Ilan.
Well, it'll be interesting to what the ramifications are from this. What are the consequences of this kind of action? What could it be?
Well, the. Got that. We get back. Also, like I said, there is chaos throughout Europe. As we know, Paris under a curfew.
We know that other countries in Italy and there's lots of issues happening. Of course, with these protests, we have an office in Europe that we've had for over 25 years, the European Center for Law and Justice. And in a few segments, we are going to go live to our offices at the ECLJ.
So you're not going to want to miss that. Christoph, one of our legal representatives there. We'll have a lot to share about what's going on in Europe.
So you're not going to want to miss that later on. Jeff Balaban, ACLJ, Jerusalem, packed show though. I want to hear from you. Limited time for calls today, so call in now. Welcome back to Sekulow.
A lot of you are tuning in just now, so I think we certainly have to recap what's going on. If you do want to be on the air today, one eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten. That's one eight hundred. Six eight four three one one zero. We got an update on the Elon Omar investigation.
Another bizarre twist. Another headline that I had to reread three or four times to even fully understand. I really had a call with Will today, Dolly, because I think there may have been always a bit of confusion. Which you have a situation where Elon Omar doesn't deny that this was her husband. Correct.
She denies that this was her brother. I, for some reason, in my head, in a lot of times in this story, I've thought the reverse.
So we have to remember that that's what it is.
So when they say they found DNA evidence, the DNA evidence will be: can they link the DNA evidence of Elon Omar with this person that was her husband to prove that this was immigration fraud?
So while it sounds salacious when you say we've acquired DNA evidence, there is a reasoning behind it, and makes a little bit more sense when you break it down. That way, however, that is what at least has been leaked, saying that what the investigation has obtained. They said they are planning to use the DNA evidence to try to prove again that she committed immigration fraud.
So this is different than the allegation of the original raid, which was we were originally told had to do with immigration paperwork from when she was a child, that her father. Had misrepresented, and I think that is a much feels like a much less charge because if you're a kid, you don't know what's going on. You don't know that feels like we're stretching to be honest to do something. But if you're talking about this, this is a very different scenario, and it's one that, if they can prove again, it kind of shows another one of those conspiracy theory moments that happens to become a potential reality.
Well, and once again, are they looking for a pattern here that the whole family was consistently getting people over here, using the immigration system and fraudulently filing things to get more and more members of their family over to the United States?
So, yes, the salacious headline about. It being a brother and a marriage and DNA is what makes it bizarre. But at the end of the day, when you boil it down, it's about the paperwork that was filed and the ways that people try to game the system. Not just if this is the truth here, if this is what they are able to prove in a court. Because remember, in the United States, and as a good thing, everyone should remember: you are innocent until proven guilty.
So, and I think it is still a a large lift in any.
Sort of case like this, these things get complex when when records from from other nations maybe are not as complete or as as well documented. Especially when you're talking about when she came over as a child, things of that nature that could be less you know convictable than maybe something where you're an adult. You make a choice. You you are saying someone is a husband specifically for the purpose of getting them a green card or naturalization, and so that's what lies at the heart of this this entire conversation. It isn't the salacious side of it.
It just makes for crazy clickable headlines. It is the fact that thank you. Yeah, if you are boiling it down, did she? And there were other layers to this as well. Did she try and use instead of saying "This is my brother, I'm vouching for him"?
Can he come over and just try without any ties to the United States, get a green card? Did they try to use the marriage connection to get him to the United States, which would be fraudulent? Let's take off. This is a sitting, you know, member of our government. Let's take us put that to the side.
I would not be shocked if this is a very common occurrence. It is a very common in terms of of trying to get people into our country in a way that is expedited. That is a very big portion of Homeland Security investigations when they are dealing with people that are trying to use the even if the person is a born American citizen and trying to bring someone over here that they're saying they have a marriage to. That is investigated very heavily through the process of naturalization. Or green card, or even visas, to get someone over to the United States.
You got to provide like photo albums, exactly, because there is a lot of people that will even, you know, a illicit business where saying, "Let's get married. You can pay me X amount of money. You can come to the United States. You can get your green cards, and then we dissolve the marriage." That is something that happens way too often to try and exploit the rules and to get people to the United States that have maybe. Money to pay, but maybe not the right ways or the documentation or the right visas to get here and stay here.
So it is something that is investigated often.
Now, here's one other thing that keeps popping up with this as well, because we obviously see that they are pushing back. The Omar legal team is pushing back, saying they went beyond the scope of their search warrants and things of that nature. The federal government, yeah, that's not part of the deal. If they want to get a conviction. Here, if they believe it, and they have the evidence, and they can get there.
They better play 100 by the book because you know what you don't want. You don't want Jack Smith 2.0, but from a Republican side, you don't want them going in there and all of a sudden having a sitting member of Congress. And whether you like her or not, she is an elected member of Congress at this point. You don't want the federal government going in and then all of a sudden having every Democrat member of the House's phone records because that's what we fight against right here at the ACLU. That's what we try to uncover and showcase is that you cannot go be.
Beyond the limits of the law, especially in these search warrants, especially with sitting members of Congress, the speech and debate clause needs to be respected, even in this case. No, isn't there though? You can definitely investigate members of Congress, and we've seen members of Congress go to prison. Isn't there also though, if they if they find evidence that commits that they're committing another crime, then they're not searching for that still can be used? I believe right.
I mean, there are so they found DNA evidence just in this.
Well, and I don't think the DNA would go outside the scope. They collected DNA. She's saying is that when they went into the house, that the the magistrate judge put very specific limitations. You better hope that the federal government act, and they they push back and said, "No, we followed them," and that will be fought out in court. But I I do want our audience to even remember, we don't want the federal government.
To do what Jack Smith did, so we have to make sure and say that they need to be accountable to the people. That if this is something that they they obviously had enough evidence to show a judge to get a search warrant, they had enough probable cause for their search warrant. Stay within that, play within the rules, and investigate. And if you can convict, that is the role of the government, not to go on a witch hunt like Jack Smith. Let's go take a phone call.
Let's go to Robert in Maryland. Robert, go ahead. Yes, I wanted to ask you if it turns out to be true that the DNA evidence links Representative Ilhan Ilhan Omar to actually marrying her brother. Is that considered a deportable offense, where she can be deported out of the United States of America for committing immigration fraud?
So, Robert, what it appears, based off what we're hearing, and once again, all of this is just effectively leaks. I mean, yeah, they're not coming out; they are planning, they are getting it to the press, but this isn't a press release from the federal government.
So, we don't know what what they have, what they don't have, what will be presented if they will go for an indictment. We'll find that out very quickly, I'm sure. But if they are able to prove and get a conviction on immigration fraud, there is a process for denaturalization if the crimes were committed before or during her naturalization process.
So I think that is what the key is going to be. The other thing is that I believe the. The male in question here that they are trying to decide whether or not was actually the brother. The deportable offense wouldn't necessarily be that she was necessarily married to her brother. It was the lies they were telling to make it seem like he was just a spouse in trying to get these this green card.
It appears that he actually got pushback according to reports during his interviews. Yes. About his marriage, when they were looking at the information and they were going down the list, and when they got to that, he actually withdrew his application for green card because of that line of questioning.
Now, if they were still filing it, even if he never got the green card, that could still be that is still fraud. They still filed fraudulent documents. When you read any federal government form you're you're filing, it says under the penalty of perjury, you're Lying to the federal government if you're filing a false document, so there are ways that if and once again we have to see what the case is brought and what a conviction would be. But if it was immigration fraud that was related to her naturalization process, there is a pathway to denaturalize someone in that instance. But if it was not related to hers, I don't believe there's a pathway just to say you can be denaturalized if it's someone else's immigration.
That you're trying to help and you commit fraud. Hey, listen, there's a lot of you watching right now. If you're brand new to this broadcast, you've never seen us. We do this show each and every day, 12 to 1 p.m. Eastern time, live on YouTube, on Rumble, on all different places, and of course across the country on radio stations.
But if you're brand new, I'm going to ask you to join with us, subscribe, be a part of this YouTube channel, be part of the Rumble experience. There's so many of you watching right now. I know a lot of you have to be brand new, so welcome. I appreciate you clicking on the headline. I know that we always will try to.
We're not going to mislead you here with the titles. We're going to bring you in. Let you know we're doing that. Being said, we are going to get back to this topic, and I want you to call in on it one eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten. I don't want to turn a blind eye though to what's happening in Europe right now, and we have a unique situation here at the ACLJ is that we have the ECLJ, which is the European Center for Law and Justice.
It is based in France, based in the home of the European Court of Human Rights. And we are going to have live in the next segment one of our incredible team members, one of our incredible legal experts. Christoph from our office in Europe, but we will get back to this.
So do not leave. We'll get. We're going to talk about what's happening in Europe for a segment, and then we're going to take a lot of calls and comments. And we want to keep this conversation going on this topic.
So don't go anywhere. But again, phone lines are open for you at one eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten. It's about three lines open right now.
So if you want to get on hold to get on the air, we're going to have a lot of guests on, a lot of conversation.
So right now, be a good time to go ahead and get on hold. Again, that's at one eight hundred six eight four thirty one Ten, and we will be right back with more on Sekulow. Don't go anywhere. Welcome back to Sekulow. Phone lines are open for you at one eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten.
We'll get back to the conversation. If you're just joining us right now, and you see the headline, we are going to get to that in the next segment. But I did think the ACLJ and the ECLJ team have a unique opportunity to discuss what's going on around the world right now, and of course, dominating our media coverage right now is what is happening in France. It is something that we have seen through the. Eyes of the media, but I wanted to bring in one of our team members from the ECLJ, Christoph, to really give us an understanding of what it's like to be on the ground and what we're maybe not seeing, Christoph, including where you are in Strasbourg, a little bit different than being in Paris, but again, not so different in terms of the the way that that city and that area.
Has appeal to the entire world just based on the courts and everything that are based there.
So just let's just hear an update from you. We are seeing you know the vision, the visuals of terror in the streets, burning buildings. But what is it like on the ground? Yeah, thank you for having me. You are seeing what is happening.
I mean, it's the reality. At the CLJ, as you said, we're in Strasbourg. We're in the city center, and we're just a street across from the university hall.
So this is the place where the demonstrations end or start.
So for the last few weeks, we've been seeing the demonstrators, these high school students demonstrating. And I can tell you that it started with this. The violence was present at the beginning, and it's just increasing. And simply put, what you're seeing right now is yet another step of a steady decline of. Western civilization and of our country, because it's fueled with lawlessness.
It's supported by the scholars, by many politicians, and it's a very sad. It's the like the disregard of private property and so on.
So, if I may just get back to how it started, it's just high school students who were fed up with teachers not showing up, with the lack of teacher, but. Guess what? The teachers are not showing up because they are a bit fed up of teaching to immature, violent young people, especially in the suburbs of Paris, where you have a lot of people with a North African background. And so we lack teachers.
So students demonstrate, and they are supported by the radical left, which sees this as an opportunity to do have a revolution, of course, to. Antagonize people and to riot and to do revolution.
So they they clearly teamed up, and I've seen from the windows of our office the demonstrations, and I saw a lot of Palestinian flags, of course, and a lot of A.C.A.B. words, anti-police statements from the demonstrators, and so you really have the radical left and the the I'd say yeah people with a. Migration background, teaming up to just destroy what France is, destroy the public order. Christoph, one of the things you brought up, you brought up the the falling of Western civilization in a in a way, and the the historic values of Europe of France. One for our audience, it's we're very thankful that you could join us today and that you're able to to bring this report firsthand from France.
Not a lot of other organizations have that ability to bring people on the ground to talk about what's going on. We see what's on the news. We see what's being Reported, but being able to hear firsthand is very important for our audience. But I think that tie even as well, Christoph, that some call it the the red and green alliance, where it's the Palestinian pro Islamist meeting with the pro communism, pro socialism kind of radical left, and they come together. And this is the chaos you see.
It's something we've seen creeping in American cities. We see it in. New York, we see it in Los Angeles, in the major cities around the universities. Very similar. Do you think that the Americans that are watching this broadcast should take this as a warning of what can happen when these two ideologies mix and see how toxic and violent it can become?
Absolutely, and the the key thing is university and scholars. And I can give you again a very practical and concrete example, thanks to my colleague Nicholas Bauer, because he's working at the ECLJ, but is also a PhD, and he is giving some lectures at the University of Strasbourg. Just a two-hour lecture, but the University of Strasbourg is of course blockaded. Because of these demonstrations, and the headmaster of some schools in the big university of Strasbourg tried to stop these locks and the blockade, and they had a meeting, and you'd be surprised, of course not, but most of the teachers. Are supporting the blockade.
Are supporting the revolution. Are supporting the students, and they want prevent other students to work to study. They are in favor of the the right to revolution, and they disregard the right to study. The fact that students paid to the fees to to study this year, and so they had a motion to vote the. Reopening of the university and most of the teachers voted against.
They voted for the blockade. And Nicholas Bauer, our colleague from the ECLJ, was one of the very, very few speaking in favor of order and of the real constitutional rights that are to study and to respect the property of others. And so I'd say in the U.S., it's a pretty Much the same in this regard, it's the influence of the university, the influence of the scholars who are really promoting the anti-capitalism and anti-property right. I mean, it's in France, it's tax the rich. It's all the fault of the rich.
We should just tax more the rich, and people would be happy. That's their solution, and they're really pushing for that. Yeah.
So as you can tell from Christoph, it. Is largely the same. It's a lot of the same rhetoric that we see here, we see around the world. But also, Chris, I've only got about a minute here. This is not necessarily new in France.
It has just been a creep that has gotten stronger and stronger. I remember going there twenty-five years ago and starting to feel these things happening. Then it's now just at a boiling point. Yes. So Emmanuel Macron is at the end of his reign, if I may say.
So he's very weak, and on on Sunday he showed he was very, very weak because he was about to declare the emergency state, but he realized that he would not have enough resources to implement it.
So we just have a curfew, and they don't have a real program, and they don't have a real strength, nor any real will to address the. These violence to do something for the people, and I will. It's well. That's why I said in the introduction that's it's really steadily collapsing, and it's very sad for our country.
Well, I appreciate you spending some time. I know it's late there in our European Center for Law and Justice, but I wanted our team and our audience. To see what you're doing there firsthand.
So again, we always appreciate you coming on. We need to have you on more and more because our ACLJ. When you support the work of the ACLJ, you're also supporting the ACLJ. You're also supporting ACLJ Jerusalem. All of the international work we hear you hear about.
In some you hear about, in some you'll never hear about, and that's okay because this work is worldwide.
Now, when we get back, I do want to hear from you.
So if you have a question or comment related to what Christoph was talking about or our previous topic, obviously talking about the Elmar investigation, either. Of those phone lines, three lines are open right now at one eight hundred six eight four. Thirty-one ten. That's one eight hundred six eight four three one one zero. If you don't get us on your local station, by the way, thousands right now are joining us live on YouTube, on Rebel or on ACLJ dot org.

This is Sekulow. And now your host, Logan Sekulow. Welcome back to Sekulow. Second half hour of our show coming up. Jeff Balaban, ACLJ Jerusalem, be joining us a little bit later.
But between now and then, I want to hear from you. Phone lines are open at one eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten. If you missed it, or you need to, you need to go back and listen to that interview we just had with Christoph from the ACLJ, the European Center for Law and Justice, on the ground there in Strasbourg, France. You see what's happening there. I'm going to ask you.
We don't talk about that team enough. Say a prayer for them. Pray for that team. They're doing good work. You know they're talking about you know the collapse of their country.
So again, that's no simple terms there. Go ahead and say a prayer and and if you want to support, you can support as well. Again, when you support the ACLJ, you're also supporting the ECLJ and our work around the world. I do want to get us back on topic. You know, a lot of you are joining us right now, and I want to hear more about the Elon Omar investigation.
As now, we've taken a bizarre twist where they say, according to some of the Leaks that have come out that they have now acquired DNA evidence that could prove that Elon Omar committed immigration fraud. Again, it sounds like something out of morning television. Doesn't sound like something that you would potentially hear on what we talk about here on the show. But this is where the conspiracy theory becomes a little bit closer to reality, as there have been always the claims.
Some people may have laughed him off and thought this is just a ridiculous Republican talking point, or conspiracy theory talking point that she had married her brother and brought him, and it was all immigration fraud. Again, that's not that shocking in the fact that this is probably very common occurrence. What shocking is, of course, she's a duly elected official to the United States. She is part of our our governing board, if you will, of of the country, and maybe she was involved in immigration fraud.
So now we're going to get this a little more details because now they say, well, they've they've DNA evidence of Elon Omar. Maybe they do as well as this potential brother slash husband, and they can match that and they can move forward with this investigation.
Now there's going to be a lot of pushback on that. There's a lot of calls coming in about it as well. Let's go to Brenda who's calling in New York. Brenda on line three. Go ahead.
Hi, how are you? I just want to say a comment. The stuff about Elon Omar. I mean, I hope it's not true. But you know, it doesn't shock me because so many people get married just to get the residence.
I mean, I've heard of people using children's dead certificate and bringing them from other countries, and so it's not. It's like a system. That's I guess the system has to be checked out. She might be an example, but at the same time, it's that the system is broken. I think that's right, Brenda.
I think we need to look into all of this. That's where I said you almost have to remove who she is from this information, because if you were to tell us any person had done something similar to this, I don't think any of us would be shocked in the sense of if you are trying to have immigration fraud to get someone, someone your loved one, into the country, into the United States of America, where they can live a better life. I think no one would be surprised that you would go to this kind of length, and I'm sure it happens or is stopped all the time. You know, I'm sure many times a year. This is at a common occurrence.
The difference is is who she is and who she is right now.
Well, and even to that point, I mean, it's so I know firsthand through family members that that have live abroad and got married abroad, and even just for they still live abroad, but still having tourist visas for their spouse is actually a very difficult path because they make sure it is a legitimate marriage and also that you're not. Coming here on a tourist visa to overstay.
Now, is that a hassle? Yes. Why is it a hassle? Because so many people are exploiting the system. It wouldn't be a hassle if it weren't for a reason that people are abusing the system to try and either come here and overstay a visa or to lie in order to get someone a green card.
So that that's the nature of the things. Is that they are trying to push this further and try to fix the system. I think. That's part of what this administration's goal is, but I think looking back, remember this allegation is from 2009, so that would have been during the Obama administration. Not as much immigration talked about then per se, but that was the beginning of a shift in the way that immigration was handled in the United States.
That maybe people thought under this administration it will be easier to get away with this, but. We're going to see what they find, and we'll have to be patient to some degree because the DOJ isn't the one broadcasting what's going on at this point. That's right.
Hey, phone lines are open for you. Let's keep it going. One eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten. If you want to support the work of the ACLJ and this show and our incredible legal work, do so at aclj. dot org.
Because of your donations, nothing is behind a paywall. Because we're able to pay our staff, pay our team, have the greatest media team, a legal team available. No cost to our clients for their legal work. All because you support.
So help us continue. That we'll be right back. Back. Welcome back to Sekulow. A lot of you are tuning in right now, so we're actually going to try to take as many calls as we can, not only in this segment but the next segment.
So we're going to take a call. We're going to try to get through them because a lot of you are calling in right now. We're going to move Jeff Balboni, ACLJ, Jerusalem to tomorrow because we see this is obviously connecting with you, and we want to make sure that we always keep you, the audience, first in mind. And we appreciate obviously your support as well. Of what's going on, we have some calls coming in about the situation in France.
We're going to take. Those as well, but let's go ahead and jump to some of those calls because so many of you have called in. Let's go to Susan in Arizona. Susan, go ahead. Hi there, I'm a 79 year old American citizen, born and raised in Pennsylvania.
I cannot get on a plane to go visit my sick sister in Denver because I don't have a star on my ID. But this. Idiot can run around the country and be a member of Congress, and she's not even a citizen. Who do I get to sue?
Well, Susan, we appreciate your calls. There's some we need to correct a little bit there, but you're not entirely wrong. She's currently a naturalized U.S. citizen, and that is why she's been elected in in Minnesota as a member of Congress. She was using that to allegedly, right?
She tried to bring in other family, right?
So that is where what appears the crux of this investigation is. Is is that they are using whistleblowers? They are using government records. They're now using what they obtain from a search warrant and allegedly now DNA evidence to try and and see through this investigation either prove or disprove the claim if she as a naturalized citizen. Weaponized that against the system, so to speak, to commit fraud to bring other family members in to the United States.
And how did they do that?
Well, the allegation, as far as we can read from the reports, are that it was a brother trying to bring a brother to the United States. And so, instead of saying this is my brother, the easier pathway is saying this is my husband. Of which it appears. Also, that once that was pushed back on on the alleged brother, he withdrew his entire claim against trying to get that green card. He took his application out of the system.
He was never granted citizenship. Lives in the UK.
Okay. Yeah.
All right.
Well, I think we had. See, these are sort of the. I'll be honest, and I think for a lot of you, probably too, is you maybe didn't put a lot of weight into this because of how kind of outlandish it seemed, and maybe in my head, I thought that maybe he had become a. This and this was someone, but I did always wonder. You know, we didn't really talk about his current whereabouts.
Well, and that was always kind of it was the salacious thing. It's been a rumor on the internet for a very long time. Clearly, there was reasons why this was a rumor. There are a lot of facts, but not all rumors are. But most people also just.
I'm even seeing in the chat. I assumed it. We knew it was her brother. She has always pushed back on that claim. And said that no, this was a husband.
They are no longer married. See, I had it flipped in my brain too, which is I thought they acknowledged that they were siblings. They did not acknowledge that they were ever attempted to be married. Got it. And I don't know why in my head it was flipped because it was so prevalent that everyone just knew it was her brother.
It was her brother, right? We knew it.
So now that it's flipped the other way around, it is a bit when they when when they said DNA evidence that was the headline. I could not come up with what we. We're talking about here and why this was at all prevalent. Why? Yeah, we know.
And like, what in the world are we? What are we testing here? Like, I couldn't figure this out. And then we're like, oh no, it's because they they don't claim to not be married. They claimed to not be related.
And I was like, oh okay. See that? I feel like it has been always very easy to know if. To find out if someone was related, right? Maybe even harder if they're married in a different country or what it could have been.
Phone lines are still open for you at one eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten. T here is a call coming in about what the situation in France. I think we need to take that one too. Let's go to Wendy in Virginia. All of you, or most of you, watching on YouTube, which I appreciate.
So many of you are watching on YouTube right now. If you are brand new, hit that subscribe button. We do the show every day. Wendy, go ahead. Yeah, I you know they're saying that the the students that are protesting, but I feel like this is an opportunity for for some to crawl out of the woodwork.
Like the the immigrants and join in just because it's something to do, or they're getting paid to do it. And I had saw on a post where someone was saying that they were targeting yes store owners that were Jewish and bypassing Muslim-owned stores. I heard that as well. Through yeah, Wendy, I heard that as well. A lot of that stuff it does end up in my feed.
I think that you know when chaos breaks out like this. Yes, it's an opportunistic moment for a lot of people when you see the movements that are uprising to then turn them into you know we're going to loot these stores we're going to do this we saw it happen in our own country as well taking sometimes what are well-meaning protesters and turning and well you may not disagree with them they're not violent protesters and turning this violent or this opportunity into a violent destruction sometimes for your own personal benefit stealing looting selling items that kind of thing or in this moment yes creating a list of saying. Let's make sure that we take out Jewish stores and look. That is not uncommon right now. We're seeing that in our own country right now.
Jewish-owned businesses are targets. We know this. It's happened.
So whether the list is true or not true, we know it's happening because we have seen it happen.
So, Wendy, I didn't even question the fact that if it was real or not because I have seen it. We've seen it firsthand in our own nation that these Jewish stores or restaurants or whatever it may be are being targeted.
Well. And windy to that point as well. Yes, the they're talking about where it originated and when you have also some estimates from days ago that the amount of rioters were north of eight hundred thousand across the country. It's not eight hundred thousand students, right? Like, so you can go ahead and and assume it is a very complex web of different types of of groups and things that are joining in.
But I think also what we shouldn't Lose sight of is that the radical left. Is anti-Semitic. They hate the Jewish people. They are going to target the Jewish people. We have seen what has been the adoption by the radical left, by socialists in this country, of the cause of Palestine.
I put that in quotes as kind of their rallying cry and their banner, even if they don't fully understand what they're what they're fighting for. It is just an excuse to hate more Jews and to do it publicly.
So I think we think back to that speech that Marco Rubio gave. He had that ministerial where he brought in members and diplomats from European countries in June, and some people gave him flack for it. Where he said, "Radical leftist terrorism is going to take down your countries. It is going to happen here in the United States. It's going to happen in Europe if you don't stop it." It was prophetic what he was saying.
That's exactly what this is. And they attach themselves to causes, and they they become strange friends with radical Islamist and jihadists and the North African community from Algeria and Tunisia and Morocco that are very prevalent in France to further these goals of destruction of Western civilization.
So, to your point, yes, you see Palestinian flags. That doesn't even necessarily mean that they are traditional Islamists. It could just mean that they are Marxists that have taken that cause and they are fighting together to bring down Western civilization. And that is seeing across the board in the United States. You're seeing it in France.
You see it in England. You see it everywhere where they are getting a foothold.
So yes, it isn't just students at that point. Many of those could be leftist students. You can't discount that. But you also have to be clear-eyed about what the goal is. The goal isn't at the end of the day getting better classrooms.
At this point, it is a much bigger issue. And as Christoph said, and I encourage you, if anyone missed that, go back when this show is over to about twenty minutes in to this broadcast, and you'll hear from Christoph. And he's very clear that nexus is what he is seeing, and has seen for a very long time. Right? Maybe a little bit gets lost in translation here or there, but I think.
That's when we're trying to give you a bit more of an understanding of what he was talking about. Phone lines, by the way, are open. We have taken so many calls that now we have three lines open.
So if you're waiting to call in, we were completely full.
Now we got three lines open.
So right now, as we're going to head to break here in just a minute, I want to take as many calls as I can because I love hearing from all of you. I love hearing your thoughts, whether it's what's going on Europe or obviously with the Omar investigation or any of these topics that we've touched on. I'd love to hear from you right now. Give me a call at one eight. Hundred six eight four three one one zero.
We had a push that we were going to do, just ask you to sign a petition today about Israel. We haven't been able to get the Israel topic really in the front of your eyes. We're going to do that tomorrow. The petition is available. You can do it at aclj dot org slash sign.
But I understand. It's a little bit different than the topics that we have at hand right now.

We're not doing that here. We want you to engage and support, and that's only though happens because you do financially support.
People donate, which is amazing. It's not a requirement. But it's certainly appreciated. It's how we keep the lights on. Go to aclj.
dot org today. Phone lines are lighting up. We got one open still at one eight hundred six eight four three one one zero. Call in right now if you still want to get on the air today. Welcome back to Secular.
We've got a few lines open for you. We lost a few during the break, so if you want to call in, you can still have an opportunity. One eight hundred six eight four thirty one ten. Some calls coming in about Omar.
Some calls coming in about some other related topics. Of course, what's going on in Europe. If you want to be on the air today for any of those topics or more, give me a call. If you need you know help, support. One eight hundred six eight four three one one zero.
Only ask you to be kind to our phone screeners. You'll make it. Don't curse. We're still on some terrestrial radio.
Sometimes you gotta you gotta be careful there. Will that's right? Let's go to Eric, who's an ACLJ champion. What? I mean, he's a champion.
I know he gets to go the front of the line. Yeah, front of the line, Eric. Fine. You got you'll have plenty of time.
Okay, George, don't go anywhere. Eric, go ahead. Hi. I believe that Omar's not going to get convicted because of jury nullification. If you look at the venues where this case will be had.
In Washington D.C., the administration is very unpopular. In Minnesota, she's got a lot of support.
So I can't see anything happening. The most of it happens to get kicked out of Congress. It's not doing any jail time. That'd be pretty big if she got kicked out of Congress. I mean, currently in a race to be reelected, it's the midterm.
Just and that's actually some of the criticism is the fact that they, you know, raided her home, used a search warrant this close to an election. There, there is valid criticism there. I mean, obviously, we didn't like it when the opening and closing the James Comey. Apparently, she's virtually uncontested. Yes.
No. No. It's correct. She's not going to lose that seat. There.
There's. I would say zero chance that she loses her seat in Minnesota. But the criticism, I do think, is valid. I think that we have to be fair and say that we didn't like when James Comey was opening and closing and opening and closing things against Hillary Clinton before the 2016 election and exonerating her in public view. We didn't like what they did in 2024, trying to run out the clock and trying to get.
Criminal search warrants and things in that, trying to play with the timeline to mess with the twenty twenty four election under the Biden DOJ.
So I think that those criticisms are fair. It is odd timing. She's not going to lose because of it, but it does. If you're trying to say it's not political, it does give off a political vibe. All right, let's go, Eric.
Thank you for calling. By the way, Eric's an ACLU champion. That's someone that gives monthly.
So someone who says automatically like a membership says, I want to donate every month. We appreciate those. I do give them front of the line access. Whether Will likes that a lot or not, let's go though to George in New Hampshire. George, go ahead.
We're gonna give you some time. Yeah.
Hi. Very good to get through to you. I appreciate you going in depth with Ailhan Omar investigation, but I just wanted to make a comment about Jack Smith, and you just take it as a given that Jack Smith is this a terrible. Malcres, who was Miss Crean, who was abused his office by by getting phone numbers of senators. I know that was a big deal, but let's not forget there were eight senators that voted against approving the 2020 election, and the five of them voted for both on both sides: Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz.
Teddy, Tommy Tuberville, you know there's and there's two others.
So there's reason to investigate the Senate. There was something going on there.
So, George, one, I will say, I don't know how long you've been watching the broadcast or listening to this on on radio. We've gone over the Jack Smith stuff for for years now.
So Logan doesn't like when we get into it.
Well, just because it's because the the list of egregiousness is is insane. Yeah, we're not just taking that as a given. We've laid it out pretty clearly. But I do want to ask you a question.
So bear with me here for a minute. You. You told the screener that Trump did collude with senators to steal the election. I want to ask you very specifically about one senator: Did President Trump collude with Senator Cory Booker from New Jersey to steal the 2020 election? Yes or no?
Obviously not.
Okay. Okay. So take that. Then Jack Smith. Ignored all safeguards of a special counsel in the Department of Justice, and got in violation of the speech and debate clause.
The communications, the private communications of the sitting Democrat senator from New Jersey, Cory Booker. And distributed them throughout his entire office, him and 44 other members of Congress, many beyond Karen Bass, the current mayor of L.A., who was a Congresswoman at the time. He disregarded the law and the Constitution blatantly over and over and over again.
So, yet we have laid out for a long time all of the malfeasance of Jack Smith and Logan doesn't want me to relitigate it. No, no, no. This is different. Is the most Egregious example is that you look at it here, and you see that no, it wasn't just the eight senators that he did the toll records and he had the court hide it so they didn't know, and then the phone companies were not sure because they were just given a phone number. He played games.
He played fast and loose with the Constitution. He was a bad actor. It's even questionable if the special counsel, you referred to it as his office. It's not an office. It's an appointment, but he.
Was acting as an officer, but yet was never confirmed by the Senate.
So no, he shouldn't have been there. Everything he did is tainted. And I go right back to that Cory Booker question. Obviously not, Cory Booker. Obviously not, did not collude with the President.
However, the special counsel reviewed a sitting constitutional office, a senator. Of the United States, elected by the people, his private communications with the White House. Why? Because he felt like he could, and he bypassed a filter team, and he gave it to his office. And I think Cory Booker should be just as outraged as I am right now, because that is how you destroy and tear down our Constitution, and we're not going to stand for it.
So we're going to keep calling out Jack Smith. We're going to keep saying what a bad actor he was, because we saw it, we lived through it, we know as a. Continuation of Russia Gate, and we know that it failed. And you say he hasn't been found guilty or liable of anything. He hasn't been charged with anything.
So no, of course he has not been found guilty at that time. But it's also sometimes constitutional violations aren't a direct statutory violation. That's why Congress gets oversight, so they can put in place laws that if you violate it again, you go to jail next time.
Well, that's going to do it for today's show. Thank you, Will. There's a standing ovation in there. You get Will on vacation for a week, and you wind him up, and you get a good caller. George, look, I appreciate you calling.
Okay, thank you for calling. Thank you for for doing. Apparently, he's not pleased. Is he talking? He's screaming at the phone screeners now.
They're okay.
Well, you know what? No thanks, George. You know we gave you a lot of time on the air today. Not as much as Will. He got a follow up.
He got a follow up, and you got a a good monologue. I loved it. That being said, we're out of time.
So, Christy, unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to get to you today. But for all of you else, I want to say thank you for watching. No, it's been a packed show. We're able to pivot the show and actually open up more phone lines to all of you today for calling in, and I appreciate it. I'd love to do that more.
