If we go ahead and open those lines, there they go. 1-800-684-3110. To have your voice heard today, we are talking about some of the breaking news that happened over the weekend. It wasn't that loud of a weekend, to be honest, in terms of what was going on, but there were some interesting tidbits, interesting moments. One of them came out, which is President Trump saying he is hearing.
And those are his words. He is hearing that the supreme leader may not be alive. He said, and if he is, he should do something very smart for his country, and that's surrender. Again, that's what he told NBC News late Saturday night after saying that they totally obliterated every military target but left the oil infrastructure. Uh, on the island, of course, we were talking about the island where a lot of this is happening right now because a lot of people are curious why we decided to bomb this specific area.
That's right.
So, Karg Island is where the key place for Iran when it comes to their oil exports.
So, once again, that industry has been heavily sanctioned by the United States.
So, most of it is going to countries that are either already sanctioned by the United States or just do not care. China is a big buyer of Iranian oil, as are some other countries in the region. India has trade relationships with Iran as well. But when you see that they struck this very strategic place for Iran, but hit only the military targets around it, basically all the protection of it, it is a strategic move to show: one, hey, your economic viability. is very much in danger.
So, if you're going to threaten the Strait of Hormuz, if you're going to threaten to try and exact an economic cost on the United States and Israel, we can do the same thing. At the same time, now that oil export facility is unprotected as they took out the military targets. But it also goes to show that if they wanted to, they could then take out the oil infrastructure. We already know they have bombed refineries and things in Iran.
So that is just another move in this lab to not take out that and create some sort of trade agreement to where there would still be oil running. Right.
Well, it could also cause a big shock if 20% of the world's oil that we know goes through the Strait of Hormuz, if a big portion of that, which is Iran's, is then taken offline, that could cause oil prices to go even higher. Yeah, and let's just be honest. We know that oil prices have gone up. The price of gas has gone up across the country. This was not unexpected.
With what was going on in Iran. I filled up our tank last night. We had a big storm here in Nashville, so I went and filled up late last night. It was over $100 to fill up our tank.
Now we have a large SUV, but still, that's not something that I'm used to seeing as much anymore.
So a bit of sticker shock, but we know that that is what was going to happen. And hopefully, this keeps it from getting even more so out of control. Of course, here in a state like Tennessee, you're talking about a $3 a gallon, $350 gallon, where it's, of course, like the states of California, where it's now getting six, seven, $8 a gallon. There's always those concerns, those economic concerns. But This is, again, still a big moment for President Trump.
This is still a big moment for America and for Israel to do this.
Now, there have been some concerns where. The President has laid out a plan that does feel like a leveling of Iran.
Some of the threats have become a bit more. Um shocking in that sense.
So what do you feel about that? 1-800-684-3110. If it goes from regime change willingly To a forceful destruction, essentially, of this country to rebuild. How do you feel? 1-800-684-3110.
I want to hear from you. Be on the air today. Of course, we are in the middle of our drive right now. I want you to be a part of it as well.
So, if you want to support the work of the ACLJ and Double Your Impact during your Double Your Impact drive, your donations are matched, every single one of them.
So, if you've given already, give again if you can. Every little bit helps. $5 becomes $10. $500 could become $1,000 because an amazing ACLJ support is ready to unlock their pledge. Do it today again at ACLJ.
Or scan the QR code that you see on the screen right now if you're watching, and you should be watching on aclj.org, YouTube, or Rumple. Welcome back to Sekulow. Phone lines are open for you at 1-800-684-3110. We're also monitoring President Trump's having a news conference any minute now. And of course, it is actually on the Trump Kennedy Center transition that's happening, as our friend Rick Rennell will be leaving that position and moving.
We'll see where he ends up. Should be pretty interesting to follow. Hopefully, we see Rick is there already seated, and President Trump will be joining shortly.
So, if there's anything worth going to, we'll cut into that live.
So, stay tuned here. We'll get to that if it's necessary or if you feel like there's anything worth going to. Again, phone lines are open for you at 1-800-684-3110. We are covering the breaking news items over the weekend, and there were a few, one of which is that the President has stated that he's hearing that the new supreme leader, which is the son of the Ayatollah. Uh it may no longer be alive.
Or if he is alive, there's a lot of talks that he's badly injured because we have not seen him. We've seen a cardboard cutout. And that's not a joke. We have seen a cardboard cutout of this person. And of course, President Trump said if he is, he should do something very smart and surrender.
Now again, This is an ongoing conflict with Iran. And I can tell you this: something kind of interesting. I can see our numbers right now. The American people are clearly Getting a little bored. With Iran.
We're able to monitor how many people are watching and listening at the same time. I can tell you, this is one of our biggest shows. And it's not that I'm shocked about that. We actually were discussing that this morning: are you worn out? Already.
With this war, and not necessarily with the war happening, but of sort of the 24-7 coverage. Of it now that the Ayatollah is gone, now that we've had some major changes.
Now, again, it's still a hot war that's happening. uh with Americans and with Israel. I think it's something we should be paying close attention to. But I can tell the media cycle is starting to try to figure out what else to cover. As maybe the attention span of the American people is starting to go.
Well, and as we see now, President Trump is also doing other business. This isn't the only thing going on for the American people. I do want to reiterate what we were talking about at the top of the show, that in a phone call with NBC News, he said about the new Ayatollah, I'm hearing he's not alive. And if he is, he should do something very smart for his country, and that is surrender. And went on to say, I don't even know if he's alive.
So far, nobody has been able to show him. And he said, Iran wants to make a deal. And I don't want to make it because the terms aren't good enough yet.
So I think that also shows the maximum pressure the President is putting on. But there's other things going on. Starting this week, we are going to get into this probably tomorrow and some other days. The SAVE Act is getting some attention on the floor of the U.S. Senate.
It's kind of an interesting play there. We'll talk about that. But there are other things going on. And as we are at this point in this operation. The air campaign is kind of more of the same.
It is constant and continued. That will kind of be status quo until Excuse me. Almost sneezed there. You thought you were getting bored with that. That will be status quo until something else changes.
Either more leadership is killed, or they just give up from exhaustion, or some sort of ground force takes place.
Now, I know we have a call about this. William from Nevada, I think we should go to. And if you want to talk about this, call us at 1-800-684-3110. But William from Nevada, you're on Sekulow. Yeah, I was just wondering why don't they have the curds uh be like the main or first uh uh boots on the ground instead of our military because the Kurds they don't like the Iranian regime and um you know they're dying to you know Keep their mouth too.
So you think they might tell the Kurds? Thank you. Yeah.
So, William, a lot of the reporting has been that that is an angle that could take place. There was reporting that the CIA is already in talks with and mobilizing the Kurds at the time that some sort of ground invasion would be necessary. They're arming them as well as coordinating with them. That is one group that the CIA, both through the war on terror, through the war against ISIS, things of that nature, coordinated heavily with the Kurds because they are very pro-U.S. They have been a persecuted minority, both by Iraq, by the Turks, by the Iranians, all the countries that kind of surround them.
There is a region that people would, that they would prefer to be their own country, being Kurdistan, that is in all three Turkey, Iran, and And Iraq, so kind of all three of those countries have a portion of it. They have been historically persecuted by people like Saddam Hussein, by the Ayatollah, even by Erdogan in Turkey.
So, they are a natural ally because they, one, they want their own independence. They also have very strong militias. The Peshmerga is a very well-known kind of militia and fighting group that we heard a lot about during the wars and the conflict with ISIS. As ISIS began to expand their territory in Iraq, the Peshmerga were very brave and fought alongside the U.S. in pushing back ISIS.
That is an excellent thought. I believe that that is what a lot of the reporting leads to.
However, The air campaign is still not concluded. They are still going after places where they can launch their drones, where they can launch their missiles. And to kind of jump in on that. I think this timeline that has sort of loosely been floated. By Pete Hagseth and by Donald Trump is maybe confusing people a little bit, right?
It's not over because they do keep almost saying we're almost there or it's almost completed or it's concluded. Sure, they have not said it's completely concluded, but I feel like people think, oh, we're wrapping this up. And every time that it feels like, oh, we're wrapping up this entanglement.
Something kind of more extreme, actually.
Well, they also say that, but then at the same time, say today is the most bombing, the biggest bombing we've ever done.
So they are kind of saying both things. That's what I'm saying. It's confusing. Really, what everyone should go back to is kind of what the War Powers Act even discussed is that, you know, there's a 60-day timeline of engagement without any congressional approval. I think that has always been the more likely the 60 days plus then another 30, so up to 90 days of the withdrawal period where there can still be engagement.
And then that's even if they don't try and seek some sort of extension. Um the fact that Everyone was already calling it a forever war before the first week was over, was comical, but also political spin. The the reality is this is a A very capable nation state when it comes to the military and defense apparatus that they had, not only with the regular army, but also with the IRGC, the Quds Force, all of these different sections of their military and intelligence state are very capable and have been for a long time. It is different than even going after the Taliban in Afghanistan, where that was much more an insurgent style, much less capable government structure, as well as the military there. This is a completely different animal, as it would be in fighting a nation state that has these capabilities.
Yeah, I want to state: there's some of this breaking news happening right now. President Trump is yet to go to the press conference, but he did just issue a statement about Susie Wiles, his chief of staff, who has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. He put out a statement saying she'll be reigning in the role and has an excellent prognosis. But She decided to take on this challenge immediately, it says, opposed to waiting. Again, it's not something that usually we discuss or we break down here, but it is sort of the news of the day.
And it just happened as President Trump is now entering. I think they waited, let him put out that statement.
Now he is entering the press conference that is about to occur. And she is seated right next to the President. And then Rick Rennell is just seated to her immediate left.
So she is in that room. They obviously get that statement out. That's one of the things with President Trump, you know, that these things are always planned in a moment.
So, yeah, he was 10 minutes late to this. Why is he 10 minutes late? They're putting out this statement through Truth Social again, announcing that she has early, like I said, early stages of breast cancer.
So, of course, our prayers to her and her family and to everyone, but it seems like good spirits. And seems to be continuing in her position as the chief of staff, being remarkably strong in that. As that is no easy job, to say the least, certainly in this administration, I will say it is, I'm sure, not the everyday job that people. People are used to. With that, phone lines are open for you.
We're heading into a break. When we get back, we're gonna be joined by one of our ACLJ attorneys. President Trump is speaking right now.
So we're gonna review those and make sure if there's comments that we're gonna pull them and we'll go to it live if we need to. But in our next segment, you know, the work of the ACLJ continues. When I talk about the incredible work of the ACLJ, sometimes it means the worldwide effort. We did Global Impact Week last week. We talked about the work that we're doing overseas, and a lot of times it is life-saving endeavors.
happening in mass scale. Or the UN. We have our European center. We have the ACLJ Jerusalem. But sometimes.
You got to go back to what brought you here. And the ACLJ has been supporting the rights of children. who just simply want to either proclaim their faith, share their faith. in public places. Who have had their rights, have their rights actually defended successfully.
over the last nearly 40 years here at the ACLJ. But every so often... There is some school board, or some teacher, or some principal that decides that they are going to go above the law. and they're going to violate the rights of our students. And the ACLJ jumps in and we get back.
We're gonna be joined by one of our ACLJ attorneys, Christy Camagnano, who is going to discuss. The second time that this has happened now to the same student over the course of a handful of years. You're not going to want to miss this, and of course, if you feel like you have a student in your life that's having this same issue, maybe you're a teacher having dealing with these issues, you can always get the help of the ACLJ at absolutely no cost to you at aclj.org. Just click the help button. But if you want to be part of it, because you want to support people like this, Once you go to ACLJ.org, make your donation today and have your gift doubled during the Double Your Impact Drive.
Do it today. We'll be right back. Welcome back to Sekulow. Christy, one of our attorneys here at the ACLJ, is joining us right now. And I always like to focus at least one segment a day if we can, especially when we're during.
These really special moments, these special months where we're able to offer these matching challenges, if you will. This is the double your impact drive right now. If you give any donation, it is automatically doubled. And how that happens is there are ACLJ members and champions. Of course, champions are those that give monthly.
that are ready to unlock. They're matching donation.
So, when you give $20, it effectively becomes $40, so on and so on. And we do this because the ACLJ operates at absolutely. you know, no cost to the client. And sometimes those clients come back around. Because if you are proclaiming the gospel, if you are talking about your faith, if you are keeping that seriously, Sometimes You make a few people mad.
Sometimes you make them mad a few times in your life. And sometimes that happens when you're a kid. Because we know there's some great Proud, loud students that want to proclaim the gospel. That's right.
And I'm actually I'm looking at a blog on ACLJ.org from March of twenty twenty two.
So four years ago to the month We had a second grade student who was, we always talk about you don't leave, you don't abandon your rights at the schoolhouse door.
Well, that's exactly where the administration was conducting a search of this second grader's backpack. And we were able to have a victory. For this second grader at the time, Christy, who was being searched before going into school, not for any illicit material, but for gospel tracts or Christian materials, got a victory there. But hold on.
Now, four years later, she's having a similar issue. Give us some background on this client and what's going on.
So, this sweetest client of mine back in 22 when she was just a second grader had such a heart to want to share the gospel that she would bring gospel tracks with her. And before school and after school and at recess, she would share those with her schoolmates. And she was stopped by the principal when she was coming in, and her backpack was searched. They would remove those tracks because they did not want her sharing her faith with the other students.
So, at the time, we stepped in, we sent a demand letter, pretty harsh demand letter to the school district, and they came back being like, Oh, we're so sorry. Please, please, please don't do anything here. We will immediately remedy this. This will never happen as long as she is not disrupting class time when she's sending out the tracks.
Well, fast forward now to her as a sixth grader, she's a bit more vocal and outgoing, and she is also passing these tracks out before school, after school, during lunch and recess. She's not interrupting the school day, and she was pulled out of her math class by the vice. Principal and told she cannot do this anymore. She then said to the principal, Well, what about all of the students who just had an ICE protest through the middle of the hallways that really did disrupt classes? And the principal told her, well, that was just their opinion.
This is religious speech and you can't do it. I don't know. Our client then asked even further, well, what about my Christian club? You haven't approved my Christian club. And they said, nope, you're not going to get approved for that either.
And, Christy, once again, this is the same school district, different school, obviously, at this point, from second grade to sixth grade. But it's remarkable to me: one, we get a victory in the same district. Which you would think at that point the district would have put a bulletin out to every administration. Hey, we have a law firm that is very capable of taking this on, that has made sure, and we are making sure everyone knows you cannot violate someone's constitutional rights like this. We will find out what the case is, obviously.
But it's even also to me. How high up this ends up going always? That it's an administrator that's searching a second grader's backpack or pulling a sixth grader out of class. And then the other twist is always the things they're willing to tell their students. Not just like we'll deal with this, you know, we can figure this out later, but just don't do it.
But no, the opinion of the students is fine, but as long as you're bringing your religion here, I don't care what the First Amendment says, that's not going to fly at our school. Obviously, I'm paraphrasing, but that just always shocks me what they're willing to vocalize about these things when you would think they would know at this point in time. This is 2026. What the Constitution says and what their role as administrator in those schools are. These are vice principals and principals.
We know that they are required to go through training about the First Amendment, but yet, yes, they're saying that it is offensive to somebody that you want to talk to them about Jesus. But yet, yes, and ICE protest, which arguably is also very offensive, depending on how it's done, that is okay. And we're going to allow people to be offended for that, but not when you want to talk about Jesus. And this is just highly unconstitutional. There is no way to argue that it isn't.
I mean, this is classic students' rights. They don't lose them at the door.
Well, and once again, we already have a victory with the same school district. We are thankful that we got a victory for this student four years ago. But kind of what are our next steps here? As they fortunately know, they can come to us at any time with no cost to them to defend their rights. But what's kind of our next steps for this student as she moves forward?
Yeah.
Her parents are really trying to get this resolved with a demand letter. And so we're going to attach the agreement from the original time that we sent in a demand letter where they promised this wouldn't happen to a new demand letter. But at this point, the teeth are strong that we have a lawsuit ready and wearing to go because the minute the school district pushes back, we've got to go into court. We've got to fight for this child's rights. And so we're getting ready to prepare that complaint along with that demand letter just in case.
Very good. Look, with the ACLJ team, I think you want to understand is sure. It would be great to handle these things with demand letters. I know sometimes it doesn't sound as fun because you're like, oh, you'll get to go to court. You don't get to go have the whole process, the years-long battle.
That is why, though, we've been at this for 40 years almost at this point because the ACLJ team know what the rules are. We have been part of creating the laws that have been set in place to protect these students.
So often, We are able to kind of gently, or not so gently, remind a school board, remind a principal, these are the rights of the students. They can handle it. We can get it done. And often they don't want to go to battle in court.
Now, there are times, and it feels like more and more recently, Christy. That has not been the case, where there have been times now where those court battles have started to heat back up. You're exactly right.
So, what a lot of these schools are doing is they're being bold and they want to go into court. And then, we're actually having to take the case all the way home until we get a settlement. And so, a lot of the demand letters are falling on deaf ears. They're not reacting to them like they used to. And so, we are getting ready to gear up for court, and it's going to be a fight if they don't respond to this demand letter.
I mean, all bets are off. We've got to go hard. And that is why the ACLJ team, especially during these months, like, I want to have the best of the best always available. Christy and her team, of course, Jordan and his team, everyone who is operating in the legal side of the ACLJ, I want to make sure we have the best of the best available to these students, all the way up to, you know. Presidents and leaders of these countries and at the UN and all the different places.
Again, if you're an individual student or you are potentially the leader of the free world, we want to make sure that you have the same level of incredible legal team. And of course, it's at no cost to those students, no cost to those parents, because people like you have decided to donate and support. And look, during these special months, I always like to talk about it, and those are the months that we need to really push hard.
So, in each of you, if you can. Give financially at aclj.org today. You can double your impact. It's the double your impact drive. We couldn't have made it easier for you to understand.
If you give, whatever you give is effectively doubled and tax-deductible, of course. By another incredible ACLJ donor and champion, ready to unlock their donation today.

We'll be right back with more on Sekulow in less than a minute. Keeping you informed and engaged now more than ever.
This is Sekulow. And now, your host, Logan Sekulow. Welcome to the second half hour of Sekulow. Phone lines are open for you at 1-800-684-3110. President Trump speaking right now on not only.
The Kennedy Center and the move at Rick Rinnell, our friend, of course, and longtime ACLJ contributor. He is moving on to potentially another new position. We'll see where Eric ends up. But of course, he is still here with us. He is right now at a press conference with President Trump and a whole board of people, but they're also talking about what's going on in Iran.
Of course, they have elected a new supreme leader. That supreme leader is the son of the Ayatollah, who has not been seen. He's only been seen in cardboard cutout form. Wish that was a joke, not a joke. President Trump doesn't believe he's alive, and he said if he is alive, he should be at this point considering surrender.
President Trump did just speak on the ongoing effort in Iran.
So let's go. Guys, we'll go to that. This just happened moments ago by 11. Our powerful military campaign to end the threats posed by the Iranian regime. continued in full force over the past few days.
They have been literally obliterated the Air Force's gun The Navy is gone. Many, many ships have been sunk. Yeah, they're war fighting ships, but I guess they didn't know how to use them. And um Anti-aircraft is Decimated, their radar is gone, and their leaders are gone. Other than that, they're doing quite well.
That's President Trump, of course. It's almost like his version of Hamilton, just like very slow, but it feels like the way he's like, the ships are gone, the Air Force gone. That's what it feels like. You got to also love his delivery and things like this. If you were, he knows how to get under people's skin.
And can you imagine if you are sitting over there with Iran with all their propaganda machine that they've been pumping out stuff? I mean, they're making AI videos, making it look like they're taking out every single base. And I think actually some people that are podcasters and things maybe even believe the propaganda based off what I see on X. But when he just says things like, I mean, they were warfighting ships, but I guess they didn't know how to use them. And then list all those things, their radar, their leaders, their ships, their aircraft, all gone.
Other than that, they're doing quite well. No other President, I think, could deliver it in that way. And once again, It also shows the power of him being transparent and being out there. I mean, what other President has been that out there? They normally use just their cabinet members and things to give these updates.
But he, at every event, will give you an update and speak.
Now, is he going into the nitty-gritty of the war plans and all that?
Sometimes, but not necessarily here. But I think it also shows you when you see the members of Congress that say they're not being transparent, we don't know what's going on. It just falls apart so quickly because we know that the President is out there making statements and telling you exactly what's going on. And that is something to be said. That's right.
And look, for. Phone lines are open. I do want to hear from you. We don't have any guests lined up for this back half hour. We're going to be moderating President Trump.
He's kind of taking questions and comments, it seems like, about everything that's going on in his world.
So we're going to have a lot more to play for President Trump, but I would like to hear from you. How did you spend your weekend? Did you spend your weekend focused on what's going on around the world? Have as your attention Moved away? From what's been going on in Iran?
Are you following sort of the chaos that is happening online and the split and the fracture that feels like it's happening? But is that just happening? within the sort of conservative podcast world. Is that reality? Because what I could tell you is I see some of my friends posting things that wouldn't that make me very uncomfortable, but the mass majority of people still feel like they are on what I would call the good side of this.
I've not taken the bait into the chaos. But the people inside that media stronghold. have decided to create more division. What do you think about that? I want to hear from you at 1-800-684-3110.
1-800-684-3110 to be on the air and look. We have seen that hostility grown. We've now seen out hostility grow to matters of faith. Of course, against Christians, against Jewish people. And we're defending religious liberty.
Of course, you're in pro-life speech. And look, there were updates on that this weekend as well. How the ACLJ can get involved, and I want you. To take a minute and consider supporting us financially at aclj.org during this double your impact drive. It's your opportunity to double your impact to defend freedom for this nation today and for the generations to come.
Go to aclj.org slash impact. Have your tax-deductible donation doubled today. Be right back. Welcome back to Sekulow. Taking your calls at 1-800-68-430-110.
President Trump right now live is holding a press conference, mainly focused on the Trump Kennedy Center and the updates that will be going there, including our friend Rick Grinnell moving away from the Trump Kennedy Center. And of course, we've had him live with us from there. pretty much every week for the last year.
So we'll see what Rick is up to next. And of course, as he continues being one of our top contributors here, all best, obviously, to our friend Rick Rennell, who's sitting in the room there as well.
So we'll see what comes from that. President Trump has spoken a little bit. About Iran? And we could probably play a little bit more from that. This is about a minute.
So let's play this again. I think there's always good updates what's going on. I think you should hear it from President Trump when you can hear from him. You might as well hear it from the actual person who is creating this news.
So let's hear President Trump. Let's go to Byte 12.
And uh Anti-aircraft is Decimated, their radar is gone, and their leaders are gone. Other than that, they're doing quite well. Uh they've been a terror for No, forty-seven years.
And now, I guess the world through the United States. With the help of Israel, is uh is doing what should have been done many years ago. Should have been done many years ago. Since the beginning of the conflict, we've struck more than 7,000 targets across Iran. And these have been mostly commercial and military targets.
We've achieved a 90% reduction in their ballistic missile launches. and a 95% reduction in drone attacks. Yeah, and he kept going, more talking about what's going on in Iran. Look, a lot of you are calling in right now, some of you with concerns. About this.
Maybe this is far larger than you thought it would be. Let's go to Wallace, who's calling in New York online too. Wallace, go ahead. Hey, thanks for taking my call. No problem.
I wanted to hear your thoughts on this. My concern is that I know what's going on in Iran is important, and listening to some of the Iranian citizens But at the same time We have threats. Within our own society, that can rise up at any day and cause a lot of damage and before we focus on what's going on over there. If we don't take care of what's going on within our own house first, that that could be dangerous.
So I wanted to catch your thoughts on that. Sure, Wallace. Be a little more specific with me. What are you talking about when you say the threats to our country? I'm just making sure that we're addressing what you want addressed here.
Well, we have a lot of Islamists here. We have those that want to push for Sharia law. Which wa which do not align with American law. We have a lot of Communist soldiers here as well. You know, sort of a terrorist south.
No, no, no, I understand that, Wallace.
Okay, I just wanted to clarify and make sure we were we're talking about the same thing. Two things. Number one, I've always said this, I think just because you see it in the media cycle. Because we are very good at focusing on one story right now and not being able to move off of that one story in the media. You know whether that is Iran?
Or whether that was Nancy Guthrie, if you remember, man, that feels like that was forever ago. That was a few weeks ago. still an unsolved crime. The government I would hope. is able to do a few things at once.
And not that these aren't interconnected. When you bring up that rise in terror that's happening on the streets, happening in New York City while I was there, happening in Michigan, happening throughout the country. Sure, a lot of it is directly tied to what is going on in the Middle East and what's going on in Iran.
So as much as those feel like separate issues, In some ways, they're a part of this greater, bigger issue. But I also think we are able to accomplish a lot. Look what happened at the border. Look what happened with Fentanyl. Look what happened to all of these things where things are actually addressed.
Numbers come down. We have some victories and successes, but we never talk about them. We just move on from them.
So I do think that that can still happen. That you don't have to be one of, or you know, just one and done.
Well, and Wallace, to that point as well, the things that you are talking about is, in many cases, are symptoms of allowing the Iranian regime to continue in its capacity. They are the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world. They export that terror around the world. Many of those individuals you're talking about here, you talk about areas around the country that they were having the mourning ceremonies. For the death of the Ayatollah.
We have uncovered here at the ACLJ when they had individuals crossing the southern border during the previous administration. That were what? They were on the terror watch list. And they tried to hide that from the American people under the last administration. But we went forward with FOIA and were able to get to the root of why they didn't want you to know about it because they didn't want it to be a negative story.
That they were Allowing incidentally or on purpose. people that were on the terror watch list to come into this country.
Now, there are many different types of terror groups around the world. Not every one of them is related to the Iranian regime, but. That is the goal when you know the regime says death to America, death to Israel. They are going to try and act on that.
So, when you're talking about some of those problems here at home. If you don't as they say, cut off the head of the snake. Then they will continue to send those problems here at home.
So, at the end of the day, getting rid of that leadership is vital to addressing many of those problems here at home.
So, I appreciate the call, Wallace, because it does all tie together. Yeah, for sure. Phone lines are still open for you. In the next segment, I'd like to take as many as we can. Like I said, usually this is what we do like on a Friday, but today I really wanted to hear from you.
1-800-684-3110. We are monitoring also President Trump's. Current press conference is happening right now with pretty much the lineup of Susie Wiles, who they just announced, by the way, has early stages or stage one breast cancer, will remain in her role and will seek a treatment immediately. Just want to make sure we cover that. And also, prayers to her and her family and to everyone involved in that situation.
Of course, no one wants to hear that, but it sounds like it's a good prognosis and early. I was caught early, so that's very good. They're also talking about the Kennedy Center and Rick Rennell, our friend Rick Rinnell. Whatever he may be doing next, they kind of teased it a little bit. Hopefully, we'll find out more from Rick himself later in the week of what the next step of his journey is.
Of course, always a good voice here on the broadcast.
So, we wish Rick well to see whatever is next. And again, phone lines are open for you at 1-800-684-30-110. I want to take another call and let's open up the lines to Fuad, who is calling from Utah. You're on the air.
Okay. I just wanted to comment again about the Foreign Minister, the Iranian Foreign Minister regarding their tactics. I think it's very telling that they know that they're sitting well if they can play the long game of waiting. That is, they're actually goating the United States to go in forces on the ground. And they know that that's going to cause a lot of issues in the United States.
As a nation, we are divided because of this war, because of the misinformation that you have touched on very eloquently.
However, I think that if the IRGC and the Kurds force are still in place and we take out everything that they have, We have accomplished nothing if the government does not, the regime does not topple. And that's what they're hoping for. They know that they're sitting well. and they can't be touched. Unless they have these Kutz forces and IRGC totally annihilated.
Well, Fuad, to some degree, I understand and agree with you partially. That yes, that is probably strategically what the Iranians are looking for. They would love to draw the United States into a ground war, especially just for the morale of the United States. I mean, that would be to some degree what they could claim is a little bit of a moral victory: look, we did not fall, and yet they had to send in their own troops. One, we don't know the full strategy, nor should we, of the military, because then that would be everywhere, and the enemy would know that as well.
But I don't fully agree with you that if I want regime change there. But I don't fully agree with you that the U.S. could not be victorious of decimating every aspect of their projection of power outside of their country. If the IRGC is a remnant of what it used to be, they have no missile launchers, they have no drone capabilities, they have no one willing to ship that into them anymore, they have no Navy, they have no more planes. And it shows also how quickly, if they start to restock by intelligence, we could take it out again.
I think that that is a big victory because it puts everyone in the region safer and limits their capacity to project power. Obviously, the better goal and better option would be no more Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, no more Islamic Republic framework in the country. But I don't fully agree that it is accomplishing nothing if you've wiped out every single capability of theirs and they're already decreased 95% on their ability to project their power. President Trump actually just spoke about this. And we get back.
We'll hear from him directly. If you're not going to miss that at aclj.org, of course, you can support the work during our W Grandpact Drive. There are still three lines available for you right now. I want you to call in, get on hold. We're going to take as many calls as we can in this next segment.
to wrap up the show today. Be a part of our Monday broadcast, 1-800-684-3110. Of course, spark of the work of the ACLJ. NACLJ.org. Welcome back to Circular.
Get some phone lines open folks, I'll be honest with you. Got like five lines open.
So, I mean, we're going to have to go to Phillip in South Carolina because Phillips right now are only callers. Give me a call. Come on now. Where are you? 1-800-684-3110.
Let's go to Phillip to kick this off. Go ahead, Phillip. How are you? I'm so glad that you guys are on the air. I used to listen to your father in New York.
Thank you. I appreciate it. I Um Trump can act unilaterally, more or less, in foreign policy, and that's why he's able to do things. Unfortunately, in my view, and I want to know if I'm wrong, Domestically, a lot of times he wants to do things, he's overturned by lower courts. He is subjugated to endless stalling.
And and so his his his outlook for the country. His vision is not really able to be put into effect. And I'm just concerned Two years is going to go pretty fast, two and a half years. They're biding their time. They're biding their time, waiting for him to get out.
so they can make another Democrat President. We'll be right back and undo everything Trump did. Philip, not even two years. You got the midterms coming up in a matter of months, and that could pretty much put a halt to almost everything domestically. Understand that.
Depending on if the tides turn. And look, historically, we can probably look back at our lifetime and say, this is usually. When you see a sway. And you're right. We look at these these long we I feel like we look at a very short-term plan.
We look at short-term plans, we start pulling out tricks, we start doing things, they end up backfiring on the American people because it's all played for politics. You forget that. The pendulum will shift again, and you will have a Democrat President at some point. potentially sooner than later. You could have a Democratic House or Senate.
potentially way sooner than later.
So we have to always keep that in mind. In terms of how much a President can actually get done, there are things that he can get done, there are executive actions, there are those things that do exist, but it becomes a lot harder. when you don't have support from the other branches. Here's the other big warning, and I think everyone listening and should take this to heart. As they talk with their friends, their family, the midterms are coming up.
It's already an uphill battle every time for a President. The first midterms are when the other side is able to mobilize. The Democrats this year have a gift that has been given to them. And that is the infighting you're seeing from. Influencers on the right.
Because I don't know many of these people's end game. I don't know really what their point is. But not only are many of them telling you, don't vote, don't vote for Republicans anymore. But also, just they're demoralizing a base in many cases.
Now, I know that's not everybody, and the echo chamber of social media is not reality in many cases. We figure out where the funding's coming from, too.
So, if that happens, well, we'll find that out with some, maybe. But at the end of the day, these things that we've even started to, we normally just ignore, but started to point out the anti-Semitism that's rising on the right. That we are, it's getting more and more disgusting every single day. And more and more people are listening to it. And you're starting to see people say things that are atrocious and you wouldn't expect even from friends and colleagues sometimes in your life.
Not necessarily mine, Logan, you would never. Not to say, but I'm saying you're starting to see this. If you're a colleague here, by the way, and you are feeling that way, I would ask you to please find your way to the door. I believe security will escort you out. Exactly.
But once again, you are starting. To see this rise and the way that. These individuals that are influencers or online personalities are pushing these things. They're also never giving. A solution.
It's not helpful. It is not trying to build America up. It is tearing down from within. And that is very dangerous, especially going into a midterm. Where turnout and margins are the only thing that matter in a midterm.
And if you have a voter decline of just. fractions of a point. you are going to see a blue wave that makes it even harder to regain if if there is a successful Presidential bid in 2028 from a conservative candidate.
So just keep that in mind when you talk to people too. It's like, what are they trying to accomplish? All I see is tearing down of conservative causes. conservative institutions from within. And that's a much bigger battle to have to fight.
And the people on the left don't have to do anything. They can sit back and say, y'all keep fighting. We're going to save our money for right before the midterm and drop a bunch of ads and win handily. All right, let's continue on. I'll try to get a couple of these calls before we end the show today.
Let's go to Anthony in PA. Anthony, go ahead. I see part of the problem is we live in such a disposable, instantaneous society that people think the war is going to be over in 48 hours because they're so used to watching a one-hour TV drama. And the media doesn't help because the media is looking for the gotcha moment and they're not asking probing questions or explaining: hey, it's going to take time to do this or time to do that. Anthony, I don't mean to cut you off, but I'm going to try to get to another call before we wrap up the show.
I don't disagree with you that our attention span is short. I also think there has been a bit of doubled speak. We talked about that from the administration, where they've said, This isn't going to be a forever war. This is going to be quick. We're going to be, this is even a war.
We're going to get in and out of there. It's going to be fast. And then on the other side, the biggest bombing days in the history, there's not going to have more. And when you have both of those, it does become a little jumbled.
So maybe we can get some clarity from President Trump and the admin. Yeah.
Well, and to that point, too, you also don't want to give away your whole military strategy. Geraldo. And right. I don't know. And then you have those problems.
And then when you do say it's not taking forever, we're almost done. That can cause some confusion that the media is able to jump on. Yeah, let's go quickly, Ray. You got like a minute, maybe. Hey, this is a long overdue maintenance of terrorist attacks on us.
A three-term administration of labelers. Allowed this and fueled this. And that was the Obama. It was the same characters under Biden, the same plan. And Colin has dealt with it.
And it's been going on centuries before the U.S. Thank you. Ray, something interesting I discovered over the weekend. I was doing some spring cleaning, was going through some old notebooks, and I even sent a picture of this to you, Logan, that on August 18th of 2011, We had a businessman on the Sekulow broadcast, then just called J Sekulow Live. Donald Trump, before he was running for President, years before he became the President.
And what was it on? Iran. And how badly the Obama administration was negotiating with them, and how dangerous the regime was. He's been clear about this for a very long time. And we have as well.
This is not something new for us. But it also is long overdue from both Republicans and Democrats that have been in office that have said we want to contain Iran and no nuclear weapon ever, but yet they kept appeasing, appeasing, appeasing until they were on the precipice of nuclear weapons. And finally, someone did something about it. We got one minute left of this broadcast today. I'm going to take that minute to tell you it is the double your impact drive.
You've heard me talk about it all day, and that is because it's incredibly important, whether it's our work, of course. Of course, like Will said, nothing new. and our fight. Nothing new it comes to Iran. We have been a part of that.
The UN, we have been part of these discussions for so many years. Hear us talk about Iran. You hear us talk about Nigeria. You hear us talk about Israel, Europe, everything that's happening, of course, domestically, all of the things we're working on right now. I mean, today we're in court in Massachusetts.
You got that student. Second time around, you heard that earlier in the show. Tomorrow, an oral intervention on behalf of Iranian Christians at the UN Human Rights Council. None of this is cheap. None of this can get done without the best of the best.
And the best of the best don't come, like I say, for no money. They only do it because people like you support the work of the ACLJ. And we're able to offer these services completely free to our clients. Exec Pro Life Center isn't going to be able to afford it. That student's not going to be able to afford it.
You're not going to be able to afford it if you need it. But we can be there for you at aclj.org. Double your impact today. All donations doubled and tax-deductible. We'll talk to you tomorrow.
