The following program is recorded content created by the Truth Network. I hope you're all going to have a good time listening on this nice Friday. Just to let you know, I won't be on the air personally. Monday, I can take my wife to a doctor thing, and Luke will be filling in. Luke does a great job. He'll be filling in. We also will be taking off Thursday, Friday, because that's Thanksgiving Day, and then the following day, so Thursday, Friday off. And then back, Lord willing, after that.

Hate mail, please, is what AJ says. We'll see if we can get to some of it. And let's see what else. Hope some of you at least tuned in to the Bible study last night. I thought it was fun. It was enjoyable. We had a good time.

And what else? Well, there's always something else to talk about, but I think what I'm going to do is just ask you guys to give me a call, 877-207-2276. Also found out something and fixed it. The bottom of the CARM website has an office number. The office number, let's just say long story short, hasn't been working right and doesn't go to voicemail.

We don't know why. Anyway, it's all fixed. It now goes straight to voicemail, and then we get an email at a certain place, and we can respond. So it just goes straight to voicemail. So if you have an issue, you want to talk to us, call us up, and we'll then call you back at our convenience when we can't because we're pretty busy. All right.

I think that's it. We've got nobody waiting. Nobody waiting.

877-207-2276. All right. Okay. Let's see.

I'll go back to some new hate mail here. Because there was, let's see. Okay. Well, let's see.

I don't know if it's good or bad. Why don't I let you know, Matt, on your request for response to Thursday night. You minister the love of God with a tenacity of a pit bull.

How do you do that? I love you. That's how it works.

With a tenacity of a pit bull while never losing your key point train of thought. This kind of ministry gives all hope and encouragement to try to press on and never give up because the Holy Spirit brings enlightenment and discernment by the grace of understanding. God's ministry is great with you. Thank you. Through you. Thank you.

Who are willing, if not perfect. Okay. You will never know how many broken backsliders and on fire believers your dedication to sharing the spirit and life of God's word.

There are only a few and none, very few and none more efficacious than car ministry. Look at this. This is in the hate mail thing. I got in there. God bless you.

Keep many of us struggling afloat by grounding anxiety with the balm of the word of God, love, fellowship, just, Hey, I know who that is too. That's a good one. Now I see the last name. So good. Good, good, good. Hey, you know, praise God. Let's see. Um, all right.

Now I'm gonna try this one. Uh, quick comment on Matt's recent debate on total depravity. I'm glad you're constantly getting out there and debating you think, and think you did a much better job defending your position based on scripture. One thing I didn't like though was how often you slapped him with the Pelagian label. True or not. It didn't really help the discussion, but he was Pelagian. I remember that he was a Pelagian. You're Pelagian, you know, and uh, you know, that's not good.

Pelagianism is not good. All right. So, uh, let's see, let's see, let's see.

How about this one? Uh, Ooh, here we go. You appear not to understand science, logic, or ancient history.

Now I got a question. Um, which is it that I don't understand? Science, logic, or is it ancient history? Because he says, you appear not to understand science, logic, or ancient history. Well, which one is it? See, this is the importance of proper grammar and sentence punctuation. Because if he were to say that to me, I'd say, well, which one is it?

He'd go, what? Well, which one is it? You said it's science or it's logic or it's ancient history. Which one do I not understand? Nor do you understand the difference between real history and historical fiction? I don't? Well, I would say that real history actually happened and historical fiction didn't.

I hope that's pretty good. You are not a trained ancient historian. That is true. Just a self-deluded apologist. That's a new insult. That's a good one. You're just a self-deluded apologist out of your depth. God no more exists or is needed than a pink unicorn.

Deflationary theories are just assertions, not facts. Oh my goodness. This guy could not. Oh, look what he did.

He just sent a bunch of links to videos. Let's see. Matt Slick's tag ripped apart once more. Matt Slick refuted.

Matt Slick refuted again. Again and again. Another one. Destroyed.

Destroyed again. Oh, man. Oh, I enjoy that.

Why do I enjoy that? There's something wrong with me. A lot of people are going, amen to that. Let's try this one. Let's see. I wanted to extend my appreciation for your commentary on the Catholic Bible. I read the word daily. Before I begin, I pray that the Holy Spirit will guide me.

I ask and remove the scales from my eyes, et cetera. That's just a generic email. That's okay. Let's see. You have me, the second coming, banned from your sight while you ignored the apocalypse revelation taking place. You know, it's almost as though I could do a comedy standup routine by just reading these things and offering an occasional comment.

But this is good. You have me. There's a hyphen in there. The second coming hyphen. So he's the second coming. You have me, the second coming, banned from your sight while you ignored the apocalypse revelation taking place.

It was taking place right now because I guess he's the second coming. This is a guy named Brad. Oh, man. He's got a website. Let's see. I'm going to click on the website. Let's see what happens. This is fun stuff for me. Come on. Hurry up. Website. Maybe it's out.

Because sometimes they do stuff and then they don't let it. Wow. Seven seals revealed beyond Einstein's theories.

Unified string theory. Okay. Hey.

Wow. God equals good equals seven underscore four, or F-O-D equals six underscore four on planet Nestor. Where's planet Nestor? You know, I want to know. Because, you know, it's going to take a long time to get there. It can't be in our solar system. And so it's got to be outside. So I'm wondering where planet Nestor is. Yeah. Let's see. I wonder if he's a Nestorian.

Let's see. Redefine and proven speed of power. God's thought theory. Conglomerate energy eternal theory.

Theory of Renativity. Albert Einstein reincarnated the 19 requirements, including the theory of everything. Julius Caesar was reincarnated as Jesus Christ. Wow. Hey, how about that? Let's see. Let's see. One of these are things he's got going here.

Revelation five one revealed as beyond Einstein theories has unlocked the apocalypse revelation. Okay. I would say that this is an official example of someone who does not have all his paws in the litter box. I would say his bearings are lacking grease.

His compass doesn't point anywhere. Yeah. Probably some other good stuff. His electrons don't spin.

That wouldn't be good. Let's see. He, Oh, he's spanking the whatever. Not going to say that word out of the world.

Primarily the U S this guy's doing this and spanking what? God natural and hard. Oh my goodness. Yeah.

This guy's got some, he's got some real mental problems. All right. Let's see. Let's try this one. Let's see what this one. All right. How about, let's see. Yeah. I like this stuff. Okay. Wow.

Does the church of Christ ever more year that something slicks world house down? He loses his cool. Much learning has made him mad. I don't know if that's an insult or not.

How do you, how do you, how do you figure that one out? Okay. Carm is the cult because he or she, whoever they are, who preach grace alone will stand alone one day before Christ who preached. You must be born again of the water and of the spirit.

Let's take it. It's out of context in John three, three through eight. I wonder what part of must does not, wait a second. I wonder what part of must does he or she not understand?

Please go back to the first grade and learn must means something. I would imagine Carm also preaches to the damnable doctrine of eternal security. So let me get this straight. You know, this gets me.

All right. So if I believe I'm eternally secure in Christ because of his greatness, because of what he did in the cross, because he paid for all of my sins, then I'm damned for that. See, you know, it's just like, you know, these are the kind of people I'm going to squint my eyes and stare at them and memorize their faces. If I ever see them like you, you belong in the theological pig pen because you don't have it together.

A lot of slob you're offered. Ah, the fool has sent his heart. There is no God.

Carm is a fool to call an apostolic, a cult with his mouth because he cannot do it with scripture. Um, maybe there's a place, a city where they, the government ships wackos and then they, they give them internet access and say, here, go for it. You know, and maybe they stand in hallways. Do you know what I said?

What did you say? Oh, I said his UFO isn't round. You never know.

You never know. All right. Um, let's see. Thank you for the clarification preacher.

I've loved Carm for a long time. Well, there you go. That's good. Let's see. Let's see. Let's see. Okay, whatever.

That's just whatever. All right. Dear friend, loving greetings to you in Jesus name. Thank you for your interest in talking to me. I'm free and waiting for your call.

Please call the act. Um, do unbelievers suffer in hell forever? That's just a, so I think someone misfiled this. Appreciate the succinct description of five point Calvinism.

I have never been a Calvinist all my life. Oh, I have been one, but I probably had never seen this spelled out so well. You're welcome. Uh, let's see. Thank you so much for getting back to me.

I'm sorry to hear about your wife. Okay. Uh, that's something else. It's got, uh, I'm looking for the hate mail. Please make sure Matt's look reads this. From a believer in Christ to another, I ask you to honor this request. Okay, here we go.

We're reading it. All right. Just want to say thanks for what you do, man. Oh, I thought it was going to be an insult, man. All right.

Let's see. I know not every problem of supposed contradiction is easy to solve, and I know it takes hard work on your part, but I love you in Christ for it, for fighting for the faith. Thank you for what you do, brother. You're welcome.

More than you know. I appreciate people like you, and I say a prayer tonight for you. The Lord will help you with that. Thank you very much. Appreciate that. That was from John. My name is Jonathan and I teach a Bible study.

I've enjoyed car many years. Appreciate the humble candor that you use to explain what you believe. Too many love mails.

You know, love mails are boring. Let's see. I would like to thank Matt. There's another one for addressing subjects that most pastors tell evangelists. Evangelists won't even mention such a satanic Catholic church, the word of faith, N-A-R, et cetera. All apostate, heretical, and blasphemous.

Thank you for exposing them. That's right. Amen, brother. All right. Yes.

Oh, man, that's a good one. And we've got calls coming in, so I think what we'll do after the break, we'll get to the calls. If you want to call me, 877-207-2276. We'll be right back. It's Matt Slick live, taking your calls at 877-207-2276.

Here's Matt Slick. Hey, everybody, welcome back to the show. I had a little bit of fun doing the hate mail. People in the chat room love it, and I read another one during the break.

Maybe they'll get to it later. Oh, boy, I love hate mail. Man, I don't know what's wrong with me. All right, let's get to Gary from Georgia. Gary, welcome. You are on here.

Hey, Matt. Do you remember the other day we spoke about the afterlife experiences that were? You said you knew a guy that you knew out of Israel? You said to call back. I don't quite remember. I talk about different topics with different people, but go ahead.

What do you got? Well, I'll just refresh. Yeah, just to refresh, we spoke about afterlife, some people passing, coming back, relaying their stories and things like that. So what about it?

What's up? You said you knew a guy, you said that somebody had an experience that stood out to you? Actually, no, I talked about the blind people. Yeah, not that one, but there was another one.

You said call back. No, but you know what? I don't remember that, but I just remembered another e-mail.

Another person I met who did die, and I had completely forgotten about it for several years. You just caused me to remember. I'm trying to remember. We were at a restaurant.

We talked about it. He was shot, and he saw the Lord. He saw Christ, and he said it was incredible, and then he came back.

Wow. And so he was a Christian. I forget how he got shot. Oh, that's right.

It was an apartment. I'm trying to remember it all. Yeah, I got you one. So things happen. I know that.

Yeah, they do. Wow. Did he give you any details of what he felt? Yes, he did. He said it was amazing, and there were things he couldn't quite remember, if I remember correctly. But he talked about it, and he said it was an amazing experience. When he saw him, he says it was just amazing to be with him.

Then he woke up in the hospital or something like that, or the paramedics were working on him. Oh, okay. So, yeah, I forgot about that. Well, I wish you had more hate now. I was trying to hear about that, but... Oh, I got some more. You kept too much love mail, right? Yeah, well, you know, we have these different email folders that people put things in, and I just went to a folder that I hadn't read before. It's the main folder, and it had a bunch of good stuff in it. I don't want to be narcissistic and how great Matt's look is, that kind of thing. I prefer the hate mail.

I think it's a lot more educational, a lot more enjoyable. And I got another one that's on my screen right now that made me laugh when I was reading it on the break. I don't know. I don't know what it is, but, man, I really get a kick out of hate mail and whack a man. Oh, man. So, yeah, there it is. Well, thanks a lot, brother. I'll keep listening, and hopefully you'll read some more stuff. All right, man. Thanks, brother. Have a good night, brother. All right, you too. God bless.

All right. We have four open lines. If you want to give me a call, 877-207-2276. Let's get to Clay from North Carolina. Clay, welcome. You're on the air.

Hey, brother Matt. Happy Friday to you, my friend. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate it.

You too. Long time no talk to you, I guess. Oh, well, okay. Well, anyway, you know, we know that the midterm elections were ten days ago, and I'm not much of a political guy.

And I really don't care about it because of all the stuff that goes on. And, you know, I'd rather hear people like you and other pastors on Truth Radio, which I'm really thankful to the Lord for. So I've got to listen to this man. I'm thinking he's a pastor last Saturday as I was going to watch a football game.

And he shared some stuff. And maybe you can share the enlightenment to those that are out there, because the reason things did not turn out any better for certain things that were regarding, I guess, politics is because people are in a way stuck in their wicked ways. And I mean, you know, I do, you know, several Bible studies. I know about Revelation. I know about the Book of Daniel.

I know about certain things about Ezekiel and stuff like that. But it seems to me that, you know, people just don't care to hear the truth. They would rather be caught where they are. And so, I mean, if do you think that's happening more and more?

Oh, yeah. They've dumbed down the educational system and they're producing brainwashed leftist socialists. And these are the people taking over. They don't care. What they watch are the Kardashians or whatever latest gossip thing is. If you go to YouTube and you watch videos about Gen Z people, they can't even hardly even tell time.

And it's really bad. There's a lot of videos that show their ignorance and yet they'll vote. And they don't vote out of anything intelligent. They vote because, you know, they want to have something free. And, you know, the Democrats, they're the ones who really love us. They're all brainwashed. So our country's lost.

Our country's lost. You know, the reason I'm asking you this and sharing this with you is because I remember hearing some people that were, you know, doing stuff in regards to getting into the congressional area because they're Christians. But what that means is what they shared about it being things about deception and lying. And this one particular lady basically said that it lines up with things regarding not fair false witness. There's a lot of that going on. OK. Well, let me ask you, did you trust the election results from November 8th or November 9th? Well, you know, like I shared, I'm not much of a political guy. I don't care about that much.

I do. And it's really bad because, I mean, you know, well, I mean, there's some people I know that, you know, that I got to understand from because of what their bios said. And they, you know, like there was like three or four people that were running for certain positions in the state of North Carolina.

And it said that they were Christian businessmen and women. And so you just have that part where people are deceiving each other and lying each other and all that other stuff. And I mean, you know, part of me does, but the rest of me does not trust it. I mean, I would like to.

But because of what you hear people saying when they get in, they don't follow up and I feel that they're not being led by the Lord to do that. Yeah. If that makes sense. Yeah. Yes. You know. OK. Yeah.

I can see it. And I mean, you know, I'm thankful that you do and it's interesting that, you know, you were talking about, you know, the hate mail stuff and you said the love mail gets a bit boring. But no, I feel it's a blessing that you do this because it helps bring out how people really are in their hearts, that they don't know the Lord. They don't know they don't can't see the forest for the trees and they just know there's a better way to do things, that they're lost and they need to be found.

Yes, they do need to be found. But we do need to be very involved with our politics. Amen. Amen. Well, brother, I just want to commend you on what you're doing. And I want to give thanks to the Lord for you because you are a God-given welcome to ask that.

And I'm thankful to the Lord for you. Thanks a lot, brother. Appreciate it. All right.

We're out of here. All right, brother. Thank you for doing what you're doing. All right. Thanks. Hey, folks.

Five open lines. Give me a call. 877-207-2276. Be right back. It's Matt Slick live taking your calls at 877-207-2276. Here's Matt Slick. Everybody, welcome back to the show.

Four open lines. Why don't you give me a call? 877-207-2276. Let's get back on the air with Dionne from Salt Lake City. Dionne, welcome. You're on the air. Hi, Matt. I just don't want to make your program political, but I've got a question that I would sure like an answer to.

Sure. The people on the network just seem to take this as a kind of going for granted. Take what for granted?

All the Democrats and the way they're doing at this point. You mean the people on the radio station here, as you're saying? They take what for granted?

I didn't hear you. I was just trying to understand. Do you mean the people on this radio station, the people who speak on the radio station? The people on the internet and TV.

Internet and TV, okay. They kind of treat the Democratic or the other party as natural. This is the way they are, and this is the way the country's going. And yet, behind the scenes, you only hear a handful of people that say they are trying to force globalism, reset, and everything that Democrats are doing is on purpose.

They're doing it to destroy America. Why don't people on the air come out and be honest and say that? A few do. Tucker Carlson does.

He has some people who say that. Sean Hannity does. Those are the ones I'm aware of. If you go to Newsmax, they talk about stuff like that. On the radio, they do a little bit, just very few.

That's right, very few. I think if the country knew what the Democrats were up to, we might get a different opinion. But two things. Hopefully. 72% of the country thought the country was headed in the wrong direction. The Democrats won the, we didn't have a big wave on the midterm election.

I think we did. I'm an election doubter. I don't trust, I lost my faith and my trust in our government a while back. I lost the faith trust in the Democratic, we're not a democracy, we're a constitutional republic. I don't trust the Democrats. I don't trust the left. I don't trust them. I don't trust the outcome of elections.

It's just as Stalin said, it's not who votes, it's who counts the votes. See, I've known stuff for a while. Have you seen the movie? Go ahead.

Cheers. I wouldn't believe them if, I just never believe them. No, I don't trust them. I don't trust them.

I don't either, but I just wonder why more people come out. I would think there would be a revolution in the United States, overturn the Democrats. Well, they're trying to take away our goods, so that doesn't happen. The President just overrides the presidential thing. They break the Constitution. Nobody stands up to them. Because they're corrupt. They're corrupt. A lot of corrupt people. They're corrupt people. They swear, they swear to uphold the Constitution and then they break, they do whatever they can to undermine it.

In my opinion, a lot of them... I mean, our borders have broken the Constitution. How come we're not living by the Constitution? Good question. Why do we allow it? I don't understand it. Because not enough good men are rising up to say we've had enough.

Well, we just, the world just sits here and acts like nothing is going on, everything is as so, and we're watching our country fall right in front of our faces. Now, in all 16, there was a Christian, whoever it was, I don't remember his name, put out these movies across the nation. And that year we had more Christian people vote, and they claim that Trump won because the evangelical churches got out and voted. Now, I know that, I understand that very few evangelical Christian people got out and voted at midterms.

Why? Are they just saying, well... I don't know. Maybe they believe in pre-Trib rapture and they get out of here, so why bother?

I don't know. Maybe the pastors aren't telling them what they need to do. Maybe they're not getting upset about truth and righteousness. Maybe they're not being taught the truth of the scriptures. Maybe they don't have their minds on the global effect of the preaching of the gospel and the necessity to follow the cross of Christ. Maybe they don't do that. I don't know.

I don't get it. I don't know why Christians don't rise up and say we've had enough of this stuff and unify and move all across the country. But they don't do it.

Why? I think because they follow the blonde haired, blue eyed, Caucasian surfer Jesus who wouldn't touch a fly, wouldn't hurt anybody, wouldn't do a thing. And they're going to get pre-Trib rapture out of here, so why bother? That's what I think.

Yeah, it makes me laugh. You know, Germany was one of the most Christian nations ever was. And yet the Christian churches sat back and let Hitler commit all the crime he wanted. They just sat there and did nothing. That's what we're doing in the US. We're just sitting here doing nothing. I don't get it.

I don't get it either. If I had the position and the power to mobilize Christians to do, I would. I would use my position, I would use my power, I would use my authority to say, Christians, we need to meet at this place, we need to petition, we need to vote, call this number, email this number. You email them letters with like little metal washers in there so that it becomes heavy. Do whatever you can and put a little note on the washer, do whatever you can and you mail it and you talk to them and then everybody, like what I think is a good thing to do, I think that we should start on one month of the year and all the Christians with a last name that starts with an A show up on a Monday at the steps of the capitals and the city mayor offices and with politeness, don't cause any problems and have signs and say we want our country back and do it all over the country every Monday.

And then the next day the people whose last name starts with B, they do it on Tuesday and you go through the entire alphabet and you do this for an entire month and people get arrested, you pay for a fund so people can sue, sue them, sue them back. Yeah, well hey, I'm just a guy named Slick on the radio, no one's going to listen to me, I just give Bible answers. I do know this, that we need to organize, we need to resist, we need to fight back and if we don't, we Christian men don't do it. The men are the ones responsible first before the women and I know that because when Adam and Eve were in the garden and they both sinned, she sinned first, she gave the fruit to Adam, then he sinned, they hid themselves. The pre-incarnate Jesus came to them and said to the man, where are you? That's what he said, to the man, where are you?

He didn't address her first, he didn't say to them, he addressed the man because he's the one who's in that position of authority and he's the one who's supposed to be the protector, he's supposed to be the one who fights. And I'm not saying fight, you know, get in a fist fight with these guys, but we're the ones who are supposed to stand up and oppose that which is unright and which is unholy, which is ungodly, we need to stand up and do this and if we men don't do it, in part it's because we're wimps and because the pastors and the teachers are not equipping and teaching their men how to follow after Christ instead of their wives' desires, their rent and everything else, those things aren't important. But we've got to understand that we've got to be able to stand and take risks and we've got to trust God through it. Will it cost us? Absolutely it'll cost us.

It'll always cost us, but that's what the nature of freedom is in righteousness. It's never easy, but when you get lazy and you let crud roll downhill and it gains momentum, it's very difficult to change that momentum and that's what's happening in society because good men are doing nothing. That's what's happening.

You're probably right, I agree. I've just been asking myself for months, why aren't we doing something? Why aren't we standing up? And I think you're right, we want our country back.

The Constitution is the greatest government that ever was. Why would these elites, or whoever they are, want something different? Because they are corrupt. They're corrupt. Biden is corrupt. He's corrupt. Pelosi, insider trading, corruption. There's corruption everywhere. Where's the billions of dollars going to Ukraine and Ukraine officials and government officials are buying land and buying houses now in other countries?

Why? They're supposed to be going in to fight, right? Why are we fighting their war? Why do we supply that?

It just makes me mad. And we're losing our country and the left is letting the border just open. And I used to live in San Diego and I could speak enough Spanish because I lived down there, grew up down there largely, and I'd have jobs and you had to kind of speak Spanish to get around in San Diego, in Orange County, San Diego, Southern California. And my car was broken into, my wife's car was stolen, and we found out that there was illegals doing this. And I go to the hospital, illegals are everywhere. They're infiltrating. And I'm just saying, hey, come in, come in the legal way. That's all I'm saying.

Just do it legally. But what the left does, they let them come in because eventually what they're going to do is vote socialist. That's what the left is doing. They don't care. They want power even at the destruction of our own country so they can retain the power. They're evil, wicked people. All right.

Why don't the U.S. hear that? We've got to go. There's a break. We've got to go. Sorry.

There's a break. All right. Thank you. Bye-bye. God bless. Okay. Yeah. It makes me mad.

And it's easy to fix. But we have to start it. We have to demand it.

And if we don't, then the left will take over. We'll be right back after these messages. It's Matt Slick live. Taking your calls at 877-207-2276.

Here's Matt Slick. Everybody, welcome to the show. I just want to remind you that we stay on the air by your support. And if you like what we talk about here on the air, then please consider supporting us. Go to karm.org, C-A-R-M dot O-R-G forward slash donate. We ask $5 a month.

It's not very much. It will help us a great deal. And please consider that prayerfully if you would. We'd appreciate that. All right. Let's get on the air with Kathleen from North Carolina. Welcome. You are on the air.

Thank you, Matt. How are you tonight? Oh, fine.

Just hanging in there and doing radio. Well, that's good. You do such a good job. I listen to you all the time. The Lord has truly blessed you and give you a talent. That's for sure. My question is- I don't know if the tell is good or bad, but that's okay.

What is it? I don't know if that tell is good or bad, but I'll take it. Oh, it's a good talent. Yes. It's a good talent.

Yes. My question is, and you guys pretty much summed it up with that last caller, but I was going to ask you how you felt about Christians not voting. I think they're foolish if they don't vote. They're foolish because they're saying, I don't care what happens in politics and let's let the unbelievers gain power over us. And that's foolishness because if they purposely don't vote because of their ambivalence, their apathy, they think it's useless. Then they are not utilizing the God-given gift that they have.

And I believe it's a failure. Now, if they're sick, they can't vote, that's different. But if you just say, I'm not going to vote, I don't feel like it. Okay.

The Bible says, Jesus says, give to Caesar that belongs to Caesar. Go vote and don't complain then if the unbelievers come in your house and say, you can't have guns, you can't have a Bible, you can't go to church. Don't complain at that point. Absolutely. Absolutely.

I agree. Because if we don't vote and we don't vote the right people in who God has put on our hearts to be the right people, then our nation is already fallen. It's going to fall even further and we're going to lose it altogether. Yes, we are.

Absolutely. And that's so scary, man. I mean, I just, my heart just breaks thinking that this nation has failed this far and that it could go at any moment.

You know, if we don't get the right people in office. I'm with you. You know, I, you, I can, I don't know how old you are, but I'm in my sixties. I've seen so much. I've seen what's happened and I've seen in the past, basically two, three years, how fast it went bad. I used to think when I was younger, I'm going to see the return of Christ, you know, the Antichrist and all this stuff's going to happen, I'll see the return of Jesus. And then for a long time I said, nah, it's going to happen way after I pass away.

And now I'm starting to wonder, wait a minute, maybe I will see it in my time. The Antichrist is, it looks like he's getting ready because of what's happening. Unrighteousness, evil, wickedness are just so prevalent and it's all around us. I don't understand how any preacher could not occasionally, you know, not into all the time, mentioned the necessity of us fighting against unrighteousness.

I get, I just get the idea that the, that it's, God's in control, so we need to do nothing. I mean, when God sent, uh, when he freed Israel out of the slavery of Egypt, he had to, he not had to, but he did it by punishing people over a period of time. And then he caused the people to, yeah, and he caused them to walk. They had to walk through the deliverance.

It took a long time. People say, no, they want it right now. Yeah.

So, you know, I have a lot of friends. We would do what's necessary, but too many people just don't. And we have to risk. Righteousness is not easy.

We got to fight against what's happening in our country. Well, you know, I'm, I'm 57 years old and I got saved when I was 28 and, um, um, I lived for God for 10 years and then I backslid for a very long time and then I, I've just recently come back to know him and what a glorious day that was because I, I know, you know, now that you're, you've been out in the world, you know, when you're young, you might give your heart to Christ when you're young at Vacation Bible School, but you don't really, you're so innocent, you don't really know what he's saving you from until you get out into the world. And then once you get out into the world and you've lived it, then you know what he's saving you from. When you actually go to that altar and you actually pour your heart out and you actually ask for forgiveness and then you know what he's saving you from because you've lived in the world.

That's when I consider myself truly saved when I was 28 and, um, and I praise God every day that he waited on me and he brought me back to him and you know that I did go and vote the midterms and I voted for who I thought was right and, um, I didn't, he can trust me. It wasn't, it wasn't the left. It wasn't the wrong people. Um, you know, it wasn't these demons that they have in, in, in politics now. And that's what I think.

That's what I think it is. I think these people are, I think they have demons in them. I think they're part of the crew of the Antichrist. I think when the Antichrist reveals themselves, these people will be involved.

They'll approve of him. Yes. Think about this. The people who are in power don't care about truth because truth and money to them are commodities and it gives them what they desire. And so because of that, they have no integrity. They're open to corruption. They get in control by lies and they're in control and then they subtly work to destroy those who stand against them. We know that's the case.

Then what they do is they free the wicked and punish the good. This, we're seeing this in our culture. It's happening more and more as a young girl. She didn't want a transgender. It's a guy who claims to be a girl who wants to go in the girls locker room in the high school and watch him undress. She complained about it that kicked her out of school. The father who worked there said, well, she has a right to look.

They got rid of him. This is wickedness. What at this point needs to happen is you just sue everybody involved for everything you can get from them.

Everything maximum. And it needs to happen all over the place. This is why we need a national kind of a registry where Christians can support, where we can say, okay, lawsuit there.

But you know what? There are already Christian organizations who are involved with this, lawyer or legal fund. We need to support them, give money to them and so they can hire more lawyers to go out there and do this. But it needs to happen all the time. And when Christians need to be out in front of like, for example, that school with signs saying, what are you doing? You know, you want your kid to go in there, you know, and undress.

I don't want anybody to be like, I'll tell you if my daughter was in there and they said, oh, we're going to have a guy who claims to be a girl now going in there, watching your daughter undress. Well, we, we'd have a conversation, that's all I'll say. Oh, definitely. Definitely.

And we have a conversation that's horrible and it's, and it's every day that you wake up in the morning, every day, it continues to get worse and worse. You're right. And it's going to get worse if we Christians don't fight back.

That's right. It's not a preacher rapture thing. I tell people, don't put your hope in a preacher rapture. I would be glad to have a public debate on the preacher of rapture stuff, not to prove how right I am, but to get people to wake up.

Don't assume that's the right position. If anything, what Jesus says, when you see this run to the Hills, he says, run. And he also says, there must be before the anti-Christ comes, there's an apostasy that's going to come. What's the apostasy of the Christian church and if the apostasy is occurring, I got a good question for the pastors to listening. Are you equipping your congregation for the work of ministry as your job is Ephesians four, eight through 12, read that the job of the pastors, equip the Christians for the work of ministry. Tell me that's what we're supposed to do is that's what's happening. Or are you teaching them how to be comfortable at home and just pray?

Don't do anything. Are you teaching them, Hey, as a pastor and elder, I will be out in front of the abortion clinic on Saturday at such and such a time. I'm going to be out over here, join me, needs to happen.

I know for sure. I would be standing right there in front. I'd be right there with them telling them not to, that is just nothing but murder, straight up murder and you know, God, God is not going to, he's not going to wait forever to come back. No, he's not. He's not going to wait forever. I mean, I'm surprised he's waited this long. I'm really surprised he's waited this long, but he's waiting until that last person gives their life to the Lord, gives their life to him. That's what he's waiting on. He's getting, he's trying to give everybody a chance.

He's wanting, he's wanting everybody to have that chance to say their story. Well he's patient, that's for sure. Yes he is. Yes he is. That's right.

He's good all the time. That's right. I hate unrighteousness.

Now that I've become a Christian, I stand firm on what Christ says. That's what I want. Yes. Yeah. Yes.

That's it. Oh well. Thank you Matt so much. You have a blessed evening and you have a nice Thanksgiving. You too.

God bless. Thank you. Okay. All right. Well let's jump on the air and get to Courtney from Atlanta.

Courtney welcome here on the air. Welcome. How are you doing Matt? Fine. Going fine. So what do you got?

Beautiful. Yeah. One simple question. Well actually two questions now that I think about it. So question number one is Jesus auto theos or ase and number two. One at a time.

One at a time. Okay. Yes Jesus is theos. Yes. This divine nature of Christ is ase. Okay.

Beautiful. And number two, do you, should we be limited in explaining our theological constructs to like reform scholastic language? I'm not sure what you mean by reform scholastic language so I can't answer. Well like the reformers, they begin to elaborate further on doctrines and connections and things of this nature. Like should we be limited in light of, in light of some of their terminology and trying to explain some of these issues or these theological terms? I can't answer because I don't know which terms you're talking about in reference to what. So I can't. They can vary.

So like the communication of the properties. Oh there's a break. The communicati we don't want to, yeah these are important doctrines along with the hypostatic union and you know refuting the historianism, eutachianism, these are all important things that they talked about and we're out of time. I'll be back on there on Tuesday, next week Luke will be taking care of this show on Monday. Okay so call back then. Okay? Gotta go buddy. Have a great weekend. Alright. Hey folks. Have a great weekend everybody. We'll talk to you later. This is another program powered by the Truth Network.
