This is Will Hardy. Hi, and this is Roy Jones Jr., your co-host. And Roy, we're back again, picking up where we left off on last time with respect to the 45 things that the communists is attempting or wanting to do within a country. And most of these things that we have talked about last week, and some of the other commentary that goes along with this comes from the book The Naked Communists by Cleon Skousen. And it's a very, very interesting book. And of course, you know, you and I were introduced it. I know I was, you may have been introduced to it before. But when General Boykin, I had come to one of our summits, he had talked about this. And, you know, it was so interesting to me that I went ahead and purchased it and found out that a lot of these things that Skousen wrote about in the early 60s has come to fruition.
And what's important for us as followers of Christ first, second, those are citizens of the United States, is to be aware of these things and how they're counterproductive to God's plan for our lives. Absolutely, Roy. And, you know, when we left off on last time, we had introduced two of the four major premises of communism.
So, and we started talking about number three. And again, all this is within the book, The Naked Communists. He says, there is no such thing. And this is what the communists have said.
There is no such thing as innate right or wrong. As one of their leaders pointed out, he declared, and again, I'm quoting, to lie. Is that wrong? And then he goes on to say, not for a good cause. So in other words, he's saying, if you lie for a good cause, it's okay to do it. See, this is what he's saying again.
It still determines the good cause. Again, and then he says, to steal, is that wrong? And again, this was a communist talking about this. And again, not for a good cause. And then to kill, is that wrong?
Not for a good cause. We can that pragmatism that the end justifies the means. That's the theological statement. Exactly. And again, this is what he's saying. It justifies the means. So if you steal, if you kill, if you lie, and the end of what you're doing, killing, lying, or stealing, justify the means behind that, then it's okay to do.
This is what the communist says. So I think, Roy, when you look at this, what kind of mindset would that put a person in who listens to this? Well, then there's no restrictions.
There's no boundaries. In my mind's eye, if I'm that person, hey, whatever I've got to do to get to the end, this end goal is okay. Because just to that statement, the end justifies the means. Well, the end is my objective, or in this case, the goal.
So whatever I've got to do to get to that end goal. The end goal here is to get more countries enveloped in embracing communism and socialism. And we know that doesn't line up with the word of God. So he's saying, you know, to lie, steal, cheat, do whatever it is, thievery, is okay. So see, again, folks, this is the mindset of the communists.
And this is what you will not hear. See, you won't hear what we're talking about when communists or people who embrace that ideology and philosophy, you won't hear that in their speeches. And Will, I think it's important to jump in here real quick, is that we need to recognize the role of the enemy and the powers and principalities in all this.
Absolutely. It's not the individuals as much as it is what's going on behind the scenes or below the deck that you don't visually see, but know as a follower of Christ, we're not against flesh and blood, but we're against fighting against powers and principalities. Principalities, powers, rules of darkness of this world and wickedness that's dwelling in high places. So again, but it takes that individual. See, when these thoughts come to them, then they have two choices, either embrace that thought or reject that thought. That's it.
Right. You know, so when the thought comes and they start being fed these thoughts from the unseen world, then that's your action is to reject or accept. If you accept, now you're opening up the door to what you talked about.
You open it up the door to the darkness. And now you're being fed more and more ideals because you're embracing this thought as your own. And this is this is what the enemy does. And I remember Dr. Tony Evans talking about this, that you have legitimate and illegitimate thoughts. And that's what Satan wants to do. He wants to present illegitimate thoughts. So there there could be something legitimate that you want to accomplish, but you can do it by illegitimate means.
And so I think this is what the communists here is attempting to do. Go ahead and lie. Go ahead and cheat. Go ahead and steal.
Go ahead and do whatever it is you need to do in order to accomplish the goal. And folks, pause for a second here. Think about it. Are you seeing that today? Yes, you're seeing that. Are you recognizing it for what it is?
Maybe not. That's the purpose of this show. And that's what we want to share with you and why we're so passionate about this topic.
You know, we would all agree. I think you could get any any group of Americans, especially those that were raised here for the last 40 or 50 years, and say, hey, how is the condition of the country today versus what it was 40 years ago? And what do you think the response will be? Well, it's been on how you look at that, sir. Well, most people would say it's really it's really not in very good shape for multiple reasons, because we have no moral yardstick. We have no moral standards. It's not the government's responsibility, quote unquote, to worry about morals. Well, the country was founded on morals.
The country was founded on right and wrong. And we're just waving all this out and saying, well, these thoughts that I've got that that maybe I've got a great objective. And Satan says, hey, here's how you can get to that objective. But it's not necessarily the right way to do it. But, you know, to your statement earlier, Will, the end justifies the means. So we get convinced of that.
One of the things we haven't talked about in a while, Will, is the critical thinking element of all this. We have gotten to be such a socially immediate, dependent society that we take everything that we see on the Internet or anything that comes across in a post as accurate and true and true to what? Well, it's not true to God's word most times.
In some places there are, but it's not true. If you'll go and look at it, if you'll say, wait a minute, two plus two makes four. But in here, they're telling me two plus two makes five. But because they said it must be true.
Well, that's not the case. You as a critically thinking society person who follows Christ should say, wait a minute, put the brakes on. You don't have to make a decision or embrace a theology or a thought process just because you read it. And then you move on. We've talked about this, too, Will. The average brain has 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day that go through the average person's mind.
50,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day. If you don't take time to pause and ask the question, does this make sense? Is this logical? And is this the right thing that I'm reading?
And is this the right result that I want? Then you're never going to get to where God wants you to be. If you're always reacting versus being proactive, challenging, questioning, stopping, hitting the pause button. And of course, staying off social media a little bit, you know, a little bit more than we do. I think you're going to be much more in line. And, you know, Roy, it's the key to it is to do your due diligence.
Amen. Go back, research for yourself and don't take things as face value. And see, that leads us into our fourth premise.
And then we're going to get back to to our list here. But the fourth premise that the communists want to present is. And again, this is coming from the book from naked communists.
And I'm quoting that all religion must be overthrown because it inhibits the spirit of world revolution. And what's going on in Davao? I knew that would excite you right there. What's going on in Davao? Right.
All the all the wealth of the world, all the influence of the world. Listen to that, folks. Basically discredit all religion. Because why? Because if the religion in our situation, we're following Christ. If we get that discredited or they get this discredited, where do you who do you think is going to come in with a vacancy, with the absence of something in this case, the absence of Christ or Christian theology and basis and principles? Then what happens? You've created a vacant space.
Well, something's got to fill that space. It's not we're not going to just exist without some level of activity in that realm. Well, guess what's coming in in that realm when you vacate the Christian belief system or followers of Christ's belief system?
What happens will powers, principalities, everything moves back into that space. And then we're being influenced unconsciously at times, just like we've talked about. And I'm sure some folks, light bulbs are going off all over the all over the world with this. Then all of a sudden they see, gosh, I didn't realize that this is what was happening to us. Well, guess what? It is happening.
It is, Roy. And, you know, that that a good point, because it says here it was the feeling again, I'm quoting now. It was the feeling of Marx, Engels and their fellow travelers that the deep spiritual convictions of people. Listen to this, folks. The deep spiritual convictions of the people hindered their acceptance of communist philosophy. Well, I wonder why.
Because the word of God goes against the principles in which they're teaching. Oh, it does. When we get into some of these other goals and objectives, folks, we want you to please, please stay tuned on these next several episodes, because we won't be able to get it all covered today. And there'll be probably three more coming or four to get through all forty five goals of the Communist Party.
And I tell you, it's it's amazing, Will. That's that's so spot on what you just said. The fact that the people's faith will keep them in alignment with Christ.
And then the communism doesn't support or doesn't have an opportunity to come in. Right. Those those beliefs and principles, if a person's faith stays intact.
But we've allowed our country's faith to not stay intact. Wow. This is so good, Roy. I got to continue with it with this from again, from the book. But he says he goes on to say it kept them. And this is Marx and Engels now. He says it kept them from capturing the revolutionary spirit. It kept them from lying and stealing and killing when leaders commanded it. As one of their writers declared, this is a quote from one of their writers.
Religion does not fit into a dialectical, materialistic system of thought. Wow. It's all about control. Yeah. And control and materialism.
Right. Two things that we know are we're not supposed to be in control. God's in control materialism. We're not supposed to be putting our desires and building up treasures here on earth.
We're supposed to be building up in heaven. Right. Exactly.
Those are two to two very direct conflicts with being a follower of Christ. And think about that. What is the American person become as a whole is very materialistic, because, you know, we've got to have the house. We've got to have 2.3 children per family, which we please continue to have children. We need to reproduce.
That was God's plan for us. But you've got four cars in the driveway. You've got a boat. You've got all these things that are sitting there. Is that really what your objective should be?
But we know it's an objective of the Communist Party. So if I've got you thinking down those lines and behaving and doing all the stuff to achieve all those things, guess what? You're not focused where? Not focused on God. You're not focused on biblical principles because I've got you distracted. You may love the Lord, but you've gotten distracted because you're dealing with all these other things. And this is the slow fade as we talked about in the past. This has been 60 plus years ago this book was written.
I got to remind you that. 60 plus years ago this book was written. And think about all these things coming to fruition. It's just amazing that we've been blinded or had blinders on for all of these years. Started with getting prayer out of schools, getting the Bible out of schools. Now we're talking about God at all and anywhere. But folks, this is the other piece we want you to go back and do your critical thinking.
As Will said, do the research. Go back and look at the original founding fathers. Look at the U.S. Constitution. It was signed, I think the last line was in this the day of our Lord when they signed. The day of whom?
The day of our Lord. Folks, don't be misled by all the narrative that's out there about separation of church and state and all those things. Separation of church and state strictly meant that they were not going to tell you how to worship or who to worship. They didn't say they were not followers of Christ. And that's where we've got this confusion. Christ's influence was in the start. Keep it there today.
Renew it. Get back on it. Get into the critical thinking process, Will. And I might add, Roy, that when you talked about the boats and the houses and the 2.3 kids and all that, when you leave this world bodily, somebody else is going to be driving that car, driving that boat, wearing your clothes and all of the like, eating your food.
So this is why I believe we, as the Word of God specifically told us that we should not put our treasures here. Amen. Good job, Will. And folks, we're coming up on, I think, our time here in just a few more minutes.
We're going to close this session out. But while we're chatting with you, we just wanted to ask you, as followers of Christ, and if you haven't made that decision to follow the Lord, maybe some of what we're sharing with you today will spark the heartstring or tag the heartstring on you about the fact that there is something much greater than what we're seeing every day. God created you. He knew you before you were knit together in your mother's womb. He knew you.
Think about that. He knew you. And He loves you.
He sent His Son to die for you. And the things we're trying to share here is not about political parties, not about the policies of our U.S. government. It's about the fact that we've gotten away from God in this country, and we're being influenced by powers other than God. And that's what this whole show is about, is to make you aware of what's going on, to introduce you to maybe something you haven't heard before, but it's facts. These are facts. This is not my opinion. It's not Will's opinion.
These are facts. We're reading it to you the way it's happened. So understand that as God opens these things to you and reveals them to you through this program or anyone else, it's your responsibility and your due diligence, as Will mentioned earlier, to go back and start reading and dive in deeper. And ask God, what is it that I need to do different?
Don't let this program just be something you listened to, said, hey, it was of great interest. You need to challenge yourself, what can I do to be a better follower of Christ? What can I do to make a difference in my community?
What can I do to make a difference in my city or in my state or in my country? One step at a time, one person at a time, we can make a difference and get ourselves aligned to what God wants us to be. Absolutely, Roy, because we're doing this so that, again, to educate you, not to agitate you.
But if you get stirred up to want to take a deeper dive into what we're talking about, then go out and read some of these things and do your research. Research it out and let the will of God be carried out in your life if you're born again. Because what God wants us to do is to make sure that we present Him with the right face that we present Him when we go to church on Sunday.
And when we go out, we need to present that same face. We need to ensure that we're carrying the Word of God and doing those things that God has called us to do as men, women, boys, and girls for the kingdom of God. Nothing should deter you from and separate you from the truth. This is why you hadn't heard me and Roy when we started the program last week talk about any specific organization or political party, and you won't hear that. Because what we're doing is we want you to take the information and then the parties in which you're aligning yourself with to see that they're insuringly doing what the Word of God says. Or if they are capitulating to some of the things that we talked about on last week's show. Yeah, that's great, Will.
And as we go through these additional 45 goals of the Communist Party, that's a great challenge, Will, for all of our listeners. As you hear some of these things say, well, how does this line up with the particular party I'm a part of? And if it doesn't line up, then you should dive deeper and say, wait a minute, this is going against the Word of God. This is going against what my country is all about.
This is going against what I believe in as a follower of Christ. Then you need to make decisions about how you move forward. That's up to you. As Will said, we're not here to tell you which way to go, what to do. We just trust that God, if you truly are seeking God, I mean truly seeking God, and His guidance and His faith in this journey, He will put His handprint all over your decision process.
He'll put His handprint all over your life. But you've got to be totally surrendered to Him and allow Him to speak into you when you start asking these questions. Go ahead and end us out in prayer, Roy.
Yeah, thank you, Will. Father God, we just give you honor, praise, and glory today. We just love you, Father.
We love you for so many different reasons, the main one being that you loved us first, Father, and you sent your son to die for us so that we would have the opportunity for eternal salvation. It's a simple process. We just need to accept your son as our personal Lord and Savior, admit we're a sinner's father, turn away from it, pick up our cross, and start following you. It's that simple.
So if someone's listening and has not made a decision, that's all you've got to do. And the great part about that is your eternal salvation is assured and sealed with God at that point. Father, we just thank you so much for everything you've shown Will and I. Thank you for our friendship, the love for each other's brothers, and thank you for Johnny, our producer. Father, we just thank you for all the things that you do. We just ask that you watch over all of our listeners. Walk with them, Father. Speak into them. Give them discernment when they read their Bible, Lord.
Help them to see the things that are going on in this country that don't need to be going on, that don't align with the Judeo-Christian values that this country was started on, Father.
