This is the Truth Network. Kingdom Pursuits, where you hear from ordinary people instilled with an extraordinary passion. Together we explore the stories of men and women who take what they love and let God turn their passion into kingdom pursuits.
Now, live from the Truth Booth, your host, Robbie Dilmore. Wow, what fun we have today. We have quite the lineup is God. I'm always blown away by. The folks that God sends our way here at Kingdom Pursuits.
And to start off with, we have Jonathan Benoer, and he is a big part of an event that's coming up that I'm really personally very excited about. It's called the Power of Testimony and Divine Intervention Event. It's going to be on 9:12 to kind of. Commemorate the 50th anniversary of 9-11, but also there are 50 true stories of God's miracles, and Jonathan was a part of that book. As am I.
In other words, it was a really, really neat book that we all kind of wrote our story and. Daniel Fizzina put them together into this book that has become Pretty well known, and you know, the story of my healing from cancer. Jonathan's, you've got a story about another healing, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. God is uh unending in how he just kind of shows up and just works miracles.
It's pretty incredible.
So, yeah.
So, yeah, you are one of the speakers at this event coming up.
So, tell our listeners a little bit about it. The event itself? Yes, sir. Yeah, so it's gonna be uh you know, Dan's as you had said, Dan's book. And it just actually just won a bunch of rewards when he transferred over to an audio book.
So it's really just gaining a lot more. Traction lately. And it's going to be an incredible event with just probably about, I think, about 10 speakers. It's going to be an all-day event. They're going to be serving lunch in between.
It's just going to be a remarkable time of hearing how God has just stepped in miraculously with incredible almighty power and just into everyday people's lives and just transformed things, healed people of cancer, brought people back from the dead. And it's just crazy, crazy stuff that only God can do. Oh, it's absolutely beautiful. And where is the event being held? The event is on Long Island at Shelter Rock Church.
I just forget they have multiple campuses.
So I just I forget which campus. I think they have four or five campuses. I I don't remember which exact campus it is, but it is at Shelter Rock Church in Nassau County on Long Island. On Long Island, New York.
So, have fun. You could go on September to New York, right? That's a lot going on. September 11th in New York. You go to Long Island and take part of this event.
Again, really, really cool from my perspective. uh Jonathan, is that when he did the audio book I know in my case I narrated my own part of the story. Did you do yours too? They actually did not. They actually uh they got someone who ha who actually did a pretty good job of imitating my Long Island accent apparently.
That's funny. I mean, it's pretty pretty impressive. But anyway, I know in the in the audiobook there are several of us as well as apparently narrators that that narrated the story, but I got to do my own. It was really fun and and I I listen to some of the other stories. It is really, really a remarkable book.
It's Divine Intervention. If you go to kingdompursuits.com, you're going to find links to all that there. And so, next up, we got Sam Blumenthal. And I've had Sam with me a few times. He wrote Once Upon a Time, a collection of short stories of those trying to find their way home.
There is volume one, volume two, but now, Sam, volume three. Yeah, yeah, thank you for having me on again. I really appreciate it. And Sam, where are you calling from at this point? I'm calling from Charlotte, North Carolina, which is where I grew up and where I was gone for a while, the school and graduate school, but been back uh for most of my life living here in Charlotte.
Yeah, and I re as I recall, you have a phenomenal education, don't you?
Well, phenomenal. Yeah, I was a PhD psychologist, and I practiced for over 30 years as a. Clinical psychologist.
So, yeah, it was yeah, a a phenomenal, I don't know, but uh, yeah.
Well, you know, part of our education. It's in walking with God for, you know, as long as you did as a psychologist, as you said, you heard all these stories. As did. Interestingly, Daniel put those together in his book, and your book is along a similar line, right? They're different stories.
Well, they they are. And so, yeah, I was like I said, I was a clinical psychologist for over 30 years. I I grew up actually not super religious, but practicing Jewish, liberal Jewish, Reform Jewish, and then came to Christ when I was 45.
So and now I'm 71, so it's been over 25 years now. But so that changed things. I was Freudian in background. Uh what was fascinating as I started to learn about Christ is how much he talked about unconscious motivation and divided hearts and how much people are in denial and all kinds of stuff, stuff that Freud talked very much about. Um So it was it was kind of in unusual preparation for for understanding the gospel in a deeper way.
Isn't that cool? I remember that so well in talking to you before that. God teaches us all in some unique ways. And I think one of you guys have your radio on because I can hear myself in the background. But Um Yeah.
In other words, I came out of the car business. And I ended up doing the Christian Car Guy show, which led to Kingdom of Suites later. But in other words, he's got a game plan that that he he's teaching us. And so my education's significantly different, but 40 years in the car business is an education, I can assure you. No, it it definitely is.
And then g from the very beginning God used stories. I love people's stories and I listened in my consulting office to people's individual stories. But then I've always loved movies and stories. And dreams. I was a Freudian dream guy.
And from the very beginning, God used Stories in my life. And so I eventually started writing my own. Right, as Jesus used parables that we... are part of a story and part of the way we orient ourselves, right? is into the story that we're living.
And unfortunately, we often want the story to be different than it is. That's your denial idea, right? Yeah, there is something about stories, and it's interesting when Jesus had something more important to say. He often told a story. And there's something about a word picture that just is so clear and convicts us.
Very deeply, and you remember it too. You know, you don't, you remember it better than. Uh one, two, three.
Something that's just factual, you know. Right. And so to whet everybody's appetite on story, right, Jonathan. Your healing was Within your pancreas, am I right? And you also had some other addiction issues?
Yeah, yeah.
So uh at the individual healing w is the was the, I would say, the absolute catalyst. Um Uh for It was the absolute careless wood Drew me ultimately to Christ. I grew up in a Christian home.
Well Christian mother and uh but in my 20s I had developed pancreatitis and it was idiopathic. uh no known cause and I wasn't a drinker sometimes when younger people That can cause pancreatitis. Is that what idiopathic means? You don't know what caused it. No cause.
They were stumped. They were absolutely careful. my mid twenties and they were as a healthy guy and and and there's uh There's acute and there's chronic pancreatis. Acute is whether people get it in waves, they have it for two days. Um and then it goes away.
I had chronic and it w it was month after month after month. where it was just constant. I was in and out of the hospital. From what I understand it's intensely painful. It's literally like you're being stabbed.
It's the most, it's, of course, never gave child birth, but they say it's worse than that because what happens basically is the pancreas. basically is digesting itself. That's basically what pancreatitis is. It's basically almost eating itself. It's so brutal.
And uh I was trusted to be In constant pain in and out of the hospital, and they would test after test after test. And they could not figure out. They were dumbfounded. I remember I had a young Jewish doctor. And she was sweet and she took care of me and she's had a real heart for my case because she had never seen someone my age and my kind of my health.
have this with no known cause and so she really Threw everything she could at it, but could not figure out what was causing it.
Well, as I can tell by the music, we gotta go to a break. And of course, you can see we're loaded with stories today on the Kingdom Pursuits. And of course, we got. To play some shenanigans here in a minute on Once Upon a Time because we got this whole theme. We'll be right back.
You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Welcome back to Kingdom Pursuits, where we hear how God takes your passion. And uses it to build the kingdom. It's very fun today. We have.
The power of testimony in so many different ways with divine intervention. That's a book that both Jonathan Bernard. Benor, I put the R in there, sorry. Jonathan Benor and I are. In that amazing story, as well as Sam Blumenthal's Once Upon a Time, a collection of short stories for those trying to find their way home, as often we all find ourselves there.
So, speaking of Once Upon a Time, Nick. But now I love One big Oh yes it is. Have fun.
So I know Sam's played this before, but I don't think you ever have, John.
So, the way this works is, I ask some pretty much dad joke riddles. You try to answer them if you can. But then I'll end with one for actually the audience, and you guys don't answer that one.
So. And they can call in and win a prize.
So, to begin with, and Nick is an expert, he's done this for years, and he's pretty good at figuring these out, but. Often, you know, it's a challenge. Speaking of once upon a time, I want you to think about what would the end of this story be.
So what's the end of the story? Once upon a time, there lived a king who was only 12 inches tall. He was a terrible king, but What's the end of the story? But he was I have no shot, I know. I'll give it to you again.
The once upon a time, there was a king who was only 12 inches tall. He was a terrible king, but. He was a great ruler. Oh, God. Oh, my God.
I thought I would have said if he was a bad king, I would have said a good king. I would say he had a short temper. That's a good one. He was, yeah, he made a great ruler. There you go.
And so.
Next one up is: Do all fairy tales begin with once upon a time? That's the question. Do all fairy tales Begin with once upon a time. And which do not?
Some begin with, if elected, I promise. Ha ha ha ha ha. Yeah. Mm-hmm.
Well, and last but certainly least on this Piggly list. Yeah. Once upon a time I was accidentally made a priest. What was that? Once upon a time, Nick, I was accidentally made a priest.
What was that? Did I get you on all three today? That's pretty good. I don't usually get that good. That's okay.
It's a clerical error. I told you it was the least. Of course, with all that said and done, you know, we want to give you guys listening today a chance to win. And so.
We got this last one for you. Again. What's the once-upon-a-time story in the Bible? where the Holy Spirit himself begins the once upon a time As the host. Maker.
Fine. 866-348-7884. What's the once-upon-a-time story? in the Bible where the Holy Spirit was actually The hostmaker. 866-348-7884.
And if they can answer that. Nick, tell them what they'll win. Absolutely, yes, you'll be winning a prize from our Kingdom Pursuits Prize.
Well, if you know the answer to Robbie's Riddles, you have a chance to win an action Bible. We have Narcam, we have your back scratchers. If you know the answer to Robbie's Riddles, 866-348-7884. Yeah, we don't want you to miss out on this. Gospel back scratcher becoming more and more popular as Kingdom Pursuits goes along.
Maybe. You can scratch somebody's back at the same time, share the gospel with them. It's got all the beads on it, the whole enchilada. All you got to tell us. Once upon a time in the Bible with the Holy Spirit The host was made.
Where do you find that? 866-348-7884. So. Oh. Getting back to Sam I I'm This is volume three, right?
You got volume one, volume two.
So as people pick up. Volume three, what are they going to get this time they didn't get before?
Well, yes, it's a good question. The stories are all very similar, but they all vary a great deal.
Some are like a contemporary setting. I I tend to write a good number of stories like in the fifties and the sixties when I grew up, uh I could somehow Gravitate back to that, but some are in the future. There's a One of the stories in the current volume is called Space Invaders, which is about an actual alien invasion for real.
Some of them are fairy tales in the past.
So a little bit of everything, really. And so these are fictional stories, I take it. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. No well, you know, but in but in the very best fiction, um, they they're all the they all, you know, have real realistic elements.
I do have a a number of stories where the basic setting and the characters Our contemporary characters, but supernatural things happen. The Holy Spirit shows up. In supernatural ways, redemptively in people's lives.
So wow, that's beautiful.
So Yeah. As you're writing these stories, right, you're obviously. in prayer and talking with God and sometimes I know from a lot of Creative work with the Lord. that often he surprises me with something that really makes me think. Was there one of those stories that he just grabbed you?
It's almost you I have a good friend who's an instrumental pianist, and his music is all scriptured inspired, and we talk a lot. And it's kind you sit down and you have something that I've got a basic idea. I kind of know what the basic theme may be. Think about what could be the setting, the initial character. But then it's it just kind of.
You're hoping the Holy Spirit shows up and begins to fill in the blanks.
So it's really kind of an exercise in trust and surrender. But it's a it's such a faith builder too, right? I can't believe how many times I've started a project and he just shows up in miraculous ways. Yeah, no, I had a friend who was a fiction writer in the very beginning. I spoke with him and he he said he said, Don't quit.
Most people quit. It's hard. But if you stay faithful, Yeah. I can't imagine being a writer and not knowing the Lord. You know, if it was just about writing stuff or whatever I wanted to write or.
trying to write successful books. Yeah, I I can't imagine what you know, the Holy Spirit just makes it No difference, you know. Oh, I'm with you. I can't imagine doing radio and not being radiation. I can't imagine that.
Yeah. So. Jonathan, what what what do you do for a living at this point? At this point, I am a house painter. I was painting houses for 30 years.
But I'm also a pastor, associate pastor. I was in youth ministry. uh full time for maybe fifteen years. We traveled a lot. I had a strength exhibition Team.
I did a lot of that as well. Yeah, yeah, we did it. We yeah, a lot of stuff. That is awesome. And so how did you meet Daniel?
We actually went to the actually the first church I was a youth pastor in. Uh he that was his home church at the time. Really? Uh his parents were there, yeah, uh in Mastic, Long Island. uh Grace Lutheran Church, still there today and uh that's how I actually met Daniel.
Really? I've known them for a good long time now.
So, yeah.
Yeah, I I met him at the NRB like I met Sam. Years ago. Um I interviewed him and of course at that time I think he was just starting a different radio show. Um but anyway, when we left our hero, Jonathan, you were in the midst of a lot of pain, and at this point in time. Right, you were seeing the young Jewish doctor.
We left the story right there, my friend. Yeah, yes. Young young Jewish doctor at that point, you know, I up until that point I had lived a pretty wild life. I was uh s sold a lot of drugs. I grew up in a home with no dad around and I just really kind of was Gravitated towards legal activity even at a young age.
Started breaking in neighborhood houses at like 10, 11, 12 years old. Uh, started selling drugs in my teens, but my mom was a believer, and you know, especially up until probably about 15, where successfully dragged me to church every Sunday. Uh, and I and I believed, and I was had, I had. Uh legit belief. in Christ.
debating uh Fellow drug dealer friends about the existence of God. I mean, like, I had never had a doubt about who Jesus was. I just at that point in my life was just nowhere near serving him. Uh and then when I ended up in the hospital and they just really could not Put their finger on it. And I tell people all the time, it was the first time in my life as a young man, I couldn't talk.
Yeah. will buy my way out of the situation. I was stuck. And I remember going up to the it was a Stony Brook Hospital on Long Island in Stony Brook. And I remember going up onto one of the the roof and you could just overlook at the sky and I just remember praying, like, you know, what everything I had chased and valued.
obviously at that point was dung. Uh it really, you know, when you're in that kind of situation where they're telling you, listen, we can't fix you, and people with chronic uh pancreatitis live terrible lives. I mean, she was very stormy. Yes, look, if they we can't fix it, she goes, 10% of people with it will die because they're so malnourished. And and and the other the other 90% live terrible lives.
They're they're hooked on painkillers. She was very, very blunt. That's why she was so aggressive at my age, trying to find out what was wrong. I remember going up under the hospital roof and just saying, Everything I chased is, you know, it's almost extra about meaningless. And at that point, I turned to Christ.
Well, we're going to find out what happened then when we come back. We got a whole lot more kingdom pursuants. Plus, if you have an answer, we're the Holy Spirit, right? He had something to do with the host. 866-348-7884.
We'll be right back with a whole lot more divine intervention. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Welcome back to Kingdom Pursuits, where we hear how God takes your passion and uses it to build the kingdom. Today, so fun. We have Jonathan Benore and Sam Blumenthal.
Jonathan is with the Divine Intervention book, and of course, the big event coming up on 9:12 on Long Island. Again, you're going to find out more about that on kingdompursuits.com, as well as be able to order the book of Divine Intervention or order the audio book, which is. Really, really spectacular. I got it just the other day. And then we have Sam Blumenthal and his book, Once Upon a Time: A Collection of Short Stories for Those Trying to Find Their Way Home, Volume 3.
And again, you can just go to kingdompursuits.com and order that book. as well. Again, those are fictional stories as opposed to divine intervention, which are um the actual people wrote out their testimonies, right?
So, Jonathan, you wrote this whole thing out for Daniel when he originally put it in the book? Yeah, absolutely, yes. And so, I guess we've left them all hanging long enough through two breaks.
So, you're up on top of the hospital, you are praying. And uh God showed up. How did you know God showed up? How did you know that that was an answered prayer?
Well, because I what happened was I went back down, went back into my hospital, you know, bed, and just kind of uh was sitting there. And then the next morning I woke up. And mind you, for months, months and months before this, every single day is massive. chronic pain. And I woke up and I my sto I felt nothing.
It was it was l it was a little odd. And I remember my mom came and visited and she sat down with me and she were gonna release me that day, 'cause there's only so much they can do. They test you, they get you on IVs, they get and then they they send you home and And I I went home and I and the whole day went by and no pain at all. And I uh the next day we go to day two.
Now I'm not saying anything to anybody, no pain at all. Day three, my mom's like, You want to just go get a bite to eat? Um and I ran out with my mom and I I remember looking at my mother and I said, Mom, Well, I think And I was afraid to say it because I was a young guy. I didn't understand the gospel and I was superstitious.
So I was afraid to verbalize it because by verbalizing it, I thought it would come back. I can remember. Yeah, and then I remember, and I said to her, I think God healed me. And she looked at me. Dead in my eyes.
And she said, I believe he did. And that was it. And I remember Three days went into a week, to two weeks, to three weeks, and I went back. And I had a follow-up with the doctor, the Jewish doctor, who was phenomenal. And I walked into her office and she said, How are you feeling?
And I said, Doc, It's where at that point it's probably three or four weeks with no pain. I said I have no pain. She goes, What? And I said, I think Jesus healed me. And I remember the look on her face because she was so sweet and she goes, and she literally just said, maybe he did.
And that was it. And that was it. Ailment that came that was idiopathic, no known cause. They had no clue how it came. But God used it in such a way to stop me in my tracks, to kind of like root me down to see what's important for life and for eternity.
And in that, he broke my heart for him. And then literally miraculously healed me of something that I should not have been healed from. I mean, really, it should not have just went away. And I remember even months after, months after, months after, constantly scanning and probing my midsection, waiting for maybe pain would come back. And it never came back.
It was a complete and absolute miraculous healing that God had done. And at that point, the whole trajectory of my life was radically transformed. How many years ago was that?
Okay, so that was. I am 51 years old now. I was 24 years old.
So is that 27 years? Am I doing my math right? Right. 34 years old. Seven yeah, yeah, twenty-seven years ago.
So mine was in nineteen ninety six. Right? And this is 2026, so it's literally 30 years ago. And I and if you read the book T Divine Intervention or get the other book, You're gonna find I was healed from lymphomic cancer. And like you.
I'm always looking, you know, and You know, I had a man come over That was worked to the dealership I was working at, and he prayed over me. And all these tumors went away within two days. And they were like, like you're talking about something that was obviously like there, there they are. You can't miss them. And now they're not there.
And what in the world? This is supposed to be a deadly form of cancer. And but I can't tell you the times that I've get the least little thing in my skin. And I'm like, uh oh, here we go again. And so I get it.
I can imagine like, oh my goodness, that that that once you've had that scare, Right? That that that's there. But, you know, how neat that you can go get this book, The Divine Intervention, or get the audio book and find out Sam's story. But again, if you have a chance, if you're in New York on 9-11, what a time to be in New York on the 50th anniversary of 9-11, you know, to attend this event out on Long Island. Again, it's at the Shelter Rock.
Church that Daniel Fizzina is putting on. But getting back to Sam and your and your Book um How long ago did it come out, Sam? This this came out just the end of July, very recent. And so There isn't really a prerequisite to get one and two before you get three. Um Mm-hmm.
Is there? Or is it better to get one and then Perfectly fine with me if you buy all three and you can read them in what other what order you wish. Yeah, so in listening to the t y both of your testimonies, you know, what God taught me pretty early is Yeah, people, um That ain't gonna do it. Tim Keller and others in the Gospel Coalition, I think we're The first to start talking about the Bible is really a four chapter. story, creation, fall.
the beginning of redemption through Christ and then eventually the restoration Of the whole world and what God showed me in my own life, and then in stories. Essentially, that's God's basic story, and it's four chapters. But almost any story that you hear and the kind of stories that people write, and the stories that we're drawn to They're all really very much the same.
So, you know, the garden before the fall is in the past, but that's who we are and how God made us. And then the fall. has has uh really tainted and corrupted all of us, but then through the power of the Holy Spirit. Redemption can come, and sometimes it comes quite dramatically, as in both of your stories. Um But The the basic story that that most of us are drawn to in books and movies and whatever is like Ebenezer Scrooge is maybe a really clear example of somebody who was just lost in their own narcissism and self-hatred and difficulty.
But God shows up in a redemptive way In touches his heart and tenderizes his heart. And Causes him to be repentant for how selfish he's always been, and then begins to change. is hard. And that's that's the That's like almost every story. that all stories, right, rob their power from the gospel.
Or, I shouldn't say they rob it. They don't rob it. They borrow the power from the gospel. And it's what will draw you: is that something that really you can't explain short of God. um happens that drastically changes the story.
Um Yeah, and you know, and I would say it a different way. I would say if if God is exactly who He says He is in the Bible and He created all of us And he created our heart. Then deep down in our hearts, we all know we know the truth of him. We may we may fight it. We may never acknowledge him in our lives.
But I believe that. And deep down we all know him. And then when storytellers write stories, and the majority of these storytellers don't even know this God. Look at the stories they write, and it's like what they really know down deep inside comes out. It can't help but come out.
Because it's really, and we all need God's redemptive grace one way or the other. And we all need these stories, right? And uh That You know, we watch TV or whatever that's just kind of, it messes with your brain. But, you know, I have found recently if I go to bed at night, And read stuff like this that's good, godly content. Oh man, do I sleep better?
And oh man, do I wake up in a different place. We'll be right back with a whole lot more divine and once upon a time. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Welcome back to King Pursuits, where we hear how God takes your passion. and uses it to build a kingdom and during the break someone called in.
with an answer to the riddle, and nobody had ever gotten the wrong answer in the history of Kingdom Pursuits. And and they said that it was somewhat Pentecostal that that's, you know, how the Holy Spirit was involved with the host of them.
Well, As always. That is right in its own way, especially when you hear that again, you know, when you think what came on the day of Pentecost was a great wind.
Well, fascinatingly, if you look at the 33rd Psalm. And you look at verse 6, and this is worth, in my opinion, This is the once upon a time in the Bible because you have the once upon a time in the beginning. That is Genesis 1:1. But then in John 1:1, it says, right, in the beginning was the word.
Okay. But Here beautifully in Psalms 33, it says, By the word of the Lord were the heavens made. And all the host of them By the breath. of his mouth. That's the Holy Spirit.
And so when you think about that verse, not unlike Jesus' baptism, you kind of see all three. of the Trinity involved in one verse. Like You think about it, God the Father imagined what the earth was going to be, but the word itself that came out was Jesus. and then the host by the breath, right, which is the wind. That's kind of a neat A neat verse, something to think about.
Didn't want to leave you hanging as far as what I was thinking, but I'm so glad for the call. But I wanted to give our guests a chance to Jonathan, you knew you were going to come on today. I'm wondering if there's something that you felt that you wanted to get shared today that you haven't had a chance to share. No, not really. I mean, I think, you know, my heart is, I'm sure, with a a lot of men, is that you know, as far as Christian strength in in men itself is you know, this young generation of men needs strong examples uh not bully examples but strong examples of of men who love God and are and are manly.
And I think that um I love the fact that there's a I feel like there's a shift in the church where we're seeing more men stand up, we're seeing more men take accountability. Because let's be honest, there's nothing more glorious than a good father and a good husband. Really. I and no matter what you achieve in this world, That tops everything. And I love that you brought that up because it reminded me that I was supposed to promote Nikita Kolov, the Russian nightmare himself.
One of my favorite people in a man's man is going to be speaking Tuesday night. To anyone who wants to come to Pinedale Church in the area of Winston-Salem, 6 o'clock. Nikita Koloff will be speaking to their men's group on Wednesday night at 6 o'clock. But Tuesday night, I'll be there. Dr.
Carson will be there. Nikita is going to be there. Again, if you want to hear what. Jonathan just explained. Uh uh what a man and again you couldn't Find a stronger man.
Mm. And he was the professional wrestler. But oh my goodness, once God got a hold of him and showed him what a real man was. You will be shocked at his testimony. I guarantee you.
It's absolutely amazing. Thank you, Jonathan. I'm glad you reminded me because I needed to mention that. You're very welcome. And so Sam, same question.
What did you want to make sure you got said today that we have not said? But you know uh My motive in writing the stories is, uh, you know, primarily just to Um try to be obedient and honor what I think God h you know, his Inspired me to do, but I hope my stories, but really any story that when you You read a book or you watch a movie in particular. Um Don't think that God can't always use any story to speak to you in very specific ways, too. We all struggle with sin in general, but we all. we all you know, the the the term besetting sin has kind of gone out of use these days.
Couple of major idols in all of our lives that we have: things that are big that we struggle with, things that we really struggle to want to see at times, but we'll be much better off if we let God help us with those things. And over and over in my life, God has used stories to clarify that for us. And He'll use any author. I mean, there are some stories and some movies that are just utterly depraved, and there's not anything of value in them, but most stories. have redemptive elements in them and they can really inspire you and very specific ways and God will speak to you through them.
Right. Oh, absolutely. And it's what's really cool is you talked about Is that We are in denial in so many different ways.
