We're about an hour away. They are hyping us up. Look, I got this. One of the TVs here in the studio. I have on CBS Sports HQ.

And it says early impressions of Cooper flag with the masks. He hadn't even played yet. Like what early impressions is anybody supposed to have? He hasn't done anything. almost went to a championship.

Well, almost won. Almost. Nineteen points, seven rebounds, four assists. He's drafted number one overall. Dallas Mavericks luck into that one.

Nico Harrison lucked into that. Like it saved his ass after he moved Luca to the Los Angeles Lake. It's still one of the dumbest things I've ever seen in my life. And so naturally, people want to see Cooper flag. And the fact that the Dallas Mavericks in an hour from now Are going to take on the Los Angeles Lakers.

You want to know the name on the Lakers? That people want to see. His last name is James, and it's not the 40-year-old one. It's a son. BRONDI BRONNY, who averaged a whopping.

Two points last season. Didn't register uh He's like point eight assists. 0.7 rebounds and uh 2.3, yeah. Worthy of being drafted, I guess. Ask Lebrun, talk to his dad.

But Bronny was good in the G League. He averaged 19 points, 4 rebounds. About five rebounds, four and a half rebounds, four and a half assists. Good for him. Maybe he belongs in the G League.

Maybe he'll get better in the NBA. You would think that that with development, Bronnie James will continue to improve. The expectations aren't where they are for Cooper Flag, obviously. And so today They're people who are paying Buckets of money.

So go sit down and watch these two play. Like Bronnie James is in the same space or category or air as Cooper Flag. Cooper Flag almost took his team.

So hoisting the NCAA championship almost. Cooper flag was drafted number one overall, not 55. A Cooper flag was playing last summer. With Team USA basketball, and he was holding his own Against LeBron's dad, or excuse me, well, he is LeBron, LeBron James Jr.'s dad, LeBron. Bronny is barely in the league.

But because his last name is James. And people want to see what he does. Because Cooper Flag was selected number one, lighting it up in Duke. And people want to see what he does. And they're paying astronomical prices to do so.

Listen to this from the House of Highlights. The price to see Brawny James versus Cooper Flag is more than the NBA Finals. Cooper Flag's Mavericks debut against Brawny James and the Lakers is the most expensive Summer League ticket of all time. With lower bowl tickets starting at $650 and over $2,500 for courtside seats. Coach Kidd plans to play Cooper Flag against the Lakers with hopes of him running the show at the point guard.

As for Brawny, he heads into the second year of his rookie contract with a strong start, scoring 10 points in 11 minutes during his Summer League debut. The Mavs and Lakers will tip off Vegas Summer League, doing so with one of the most anticipated debuts with two stars in the making. Man, who three thousand dollars for that? I guess if you got it and it doesn't matter. I would watch you can watch it in the casino for free.

Okay, you can watch it in the casino for free. And the thing about Summer League is you get one ticket and you can watch multiple games.

So that is good. But why who who else you want to watch after them to? Nobody. Botcha, you paying $3,000 to watch Bronnie James play Cooper Flag? Uh no.

Especially because Cooper flag is going to sit there. In the corner, most likely, and then see all the guys who are not going to make a team check up 30 shots. Oh, my God. He's just going to chill, huh? That's basically what happens at Summer League.

So Am I a jerk? for wanting to see Cooper flag block Bronnie James. No, it'll be a highlight that you actually get care about watching the game. That's what I'm hoping for. I want to see Bronny James go up for a layup.

And I want to see Cooper Flag block it. And people will lose There. Minds. I don't think we've seen Anticipation like this for any summer league game. And besides when Victor Wembanyama played for the San Antonio Spurs, And if I remember correctly, the ticket prices were pretty much In the same range, like, hey, give us $3,000, and you can watch.

The seven foot four or seven five Frenchman Dunk a basketball. That that entire scene was bananas.

Okay, we Remember when Britney Spears tried to touch Victor Wembanyama and like security told her to get out of here? Those are good times. And then didn't someone sue? Get out of here. sued Wembinyama's security for like assault or something.

Oh, did she? I think so. Is she o I g I guess she's okay. We haven't heard about her in a while, huh? Did she get out of that family issue?

Excuse me. Like the family owned her rights and freedoms. Oh, my God. Why? Because she was a child star or something?

Yeah, and then she went a little crazy.

So they got they got yeah, so they they got like control of her Like social media and all that stuff.

Well, this is like twenty years ago. She shaved her head. And then she tried to throw like uh Them giant umbrellas on Sunset Bolt. Those are big-ass umbrellas. She tried to throw an umbrella at somebody.

Do you remember that? No, but I've heard all of the bad stories. Isn't she the one that. Drove a car into someone almost too. Oh, bro.

I don't know. Or is that Lindsey Lohan? I don't know. I don't know. I can't keep up.

You gonna tell me your Paris Hilton story next? They're all kind of similar. Are they? Yeah. Yeah, how about this?

Britney Spears. On Twitter said that a member of Wembanyama's security detail had hit her outside a Las Vegas restaurant. The police said Friday that no charges would be filed. Britney Spears seeks apology after encounter with Victim and Benyama's security. Oh my god.

She says she didn't grab him, she just tapped him.

Alright. You think Wembin Yama knew who she was. Do you think he knew who she was? She looks pretty different. To say the least, compared to I don't know.

Even still, he was born in what is he? He was probably born when she was at the peak of her career. No, no, no, he wasn't. He was probably born when she was uh off her rocker. I called her crazy.

I gotta be careful.

Next thing I know, she's gonna sue me. Is she in her right mind to do that? She got out of. The Conservatorireship. Conserv I can't read that right now.

Conservatorship. Yes.

Okay. Wembenyama was born in 2004, that is after the height of her popularity. She peaked at what, hit me baby one more time? That had to have been nine. That was like maybe two thousand two.

I think so yeah, after that. Yeah, she was cooked. It's 2003. Toxic was released.

Okay. She had one more after that. like the she had like a pop pop like a well, she's pop, but like a more Mike. techno disco-ish later in the two thousands. I don't know.

I just wish her nothing but the best. Let's hope that Britney Spears is not in Vegas. She had a residency out there, right? I think so. She does a lot of things.

Wow. I I hope she's good. Hey, good luck, Britney Spears.

Okay, don't go to Vegas looking for NBA players. And so good luck to Bronny too and Cooper Flag. I'm going to be sitting right here in the studio. Watching. And Bronny, by the way, for everybody hyping this up.

He's played two Summer League games. Game one on Saturday. Against the Miami, he had 10 points, two rebounds, and a steal in 11 minutes. He was two or five from downtown. And then he played two days ago against San Antonio.

And he was the brunny that we know. Two points, one rebound, one assist, two steals, three turnovers in 15 minutes. He was one of our from the field. I hope the guy was sick. I'm not wishing sickness on him, but I hope there was a reason why he was so bad.

Damn, bruh. Yeah, I'm a bad person. I'm hoping that Victor Wembenyama, Victor Wembenyama. I'm hoping that Cooper Flag punches his shot. It's right out of the air.

Just smack it down, man. Not a good summer for the the James gang, or whatever the heck they call themselves.

Meanwhile, we got LeBron, his dad, out here. playing games on social media about Whether he's going to stay or leave or stick around with the Los Angeles Lakers. We got all these rumors that are going on right now. DeAndre Ayton was traded to the team, and he's like, I haven't heard from LeBron yet. It's like.

Maybe he's hanging out with his family. It's a very peculiar situation right now. And then, you know, when DeAndre Ayton was was asked about You know, the Lakers, he talked about LeBron, but there was more emphasis about. How great and transcendent Luca is. Listen.

Yeah, it's almost feel like a video game. Like somebody set it up. I think somebody set this up. But like, honestly, this it's um this is an opportunity that I won't take for granted. You know, Luca is a once-in-a-generation player and I'm happy to be his teammate.

Hearing how much shape he's been in, he's super ripped and I'm finally glad to be on his side while he's doing all of that. And I'm just truly excited. Oh. It's like a v yeah, a Luka Doncich is like a video game.

So he would be. A Nintendo Switch. And LeBron James would be NES, old.

Okay, you got to blow in the cartridge to get him started. And then DeAndre Ayton was asked if he heard from LeBron and Luca, and this is what he told ESPNLA. Not not really yet, but I've definitely got a text from Luca. Um, I know how the off season go. Um, this is not my first road.

People are probably busy and you know, training and having times with their families, but I'll I'm just waiting. I'm just really just trying to integrate myself with the team and get to know everybody. Oh, LeBron James and how important are the Lakers to LeBron? He ain't hit the guy up yet, damn. Jovan Buja covers the Lakers, and he's like, Man, it's not looking good with Lakers and LeBron.

They didn't even announce the guy signing his extension. I think there's a new era here of the Bill Duffy era, and that's Luca's guy and and that's how this situation is is trending. I mean, I don't. I want to be careful with What I say about like Braun's relationship with the front office or the organization, but I don't think it's in the best place right now to be. completely honest.

Um As you know, like there's been no Official statement about LeBron opting in. There typically is a socially forward player of that magnitude. It's just, you know, and then he's had his stuff on social media or whatever he's posted. And there was obviously the statement when he opted in.

So. I don't think things are in the best place they've ever been. I'll just say that. Oh boy. Yeah, he ain't gonna finish in Los Angeles, folks.

He's not. He sees that the team is not all that good, doesn't look like it's going to be good, doesn't look championship good. And he's like, man, I'm old. I'm going to bail. And the Lakers are going to be like, fine, bruh.

I thought that he would end his career in Los Angeles, that they would be semi-contenders somehow, some way, and that he'd go on his retirement tour. He'd make money in L.A., the Lakers would make money. It's not going to happen. It's not. I think it's just a matter of time as to when LeBron James is going to leave.

I don't think it's going to happen. I think he's going to play one more season with the Lakers, and I think he's going to bail. Unless Like they really suck in the season. But I can't see LeBron going, hey, trade me in February. I think that'd be a bad look.

I know how protective he is. of his image and his brand. But I think he's not going to finish his career with the Lakers the same way that I believe that Giannis Atetacumpo is not going to finish his career. With the Milwaukee Bucks? This is just how things go.

We'll see. The JR Sport Re Show here with you coast to coast on the Infinity Sports Network. We're going to take a break. When we come back on the other side, we're going to have a conversation with Keith. Smith.

from Spotrack. It's the JR Sport Reshow, the Infinity Sports Network, don't move. You're listening to the JR Sport Brief. It is The JR Sport Reef Show. on the infinity Sports Not work.

Man, we got Cooper flag and Brawny in 40 minutes. How exciting! Even more exciting, some of these guys getting these big old contracts. Devin Booker, a one hundred forty five million dollar extension, and Jalen Williams, two hundred eighty seven Paulo Bond. There's so much money flying around in the NBA.

To talk about what we've seen in free agency, what we might see the rest of the way. It talks on basketball as well. Joining us right now is Keith Smith, who covers all things basketball for Spotrack, also with the Front Office Show. Hey, Keith, how are you? I'm doing well.

Thank you for having me. Absolutely. Thank you for taking the time and joining us. Just today. We've seen the Oklahoma City Thunder dole out another contract.

They have handed out more than $800 million in contracts to Shea Gilgas Alexander, Jalen Williams, and then also Chet Holmgram. Are you surprised that they lock them all up basically in the same week? I'm not. This was always going to be how this was going to go for the Thunder. They were very well committed to knowing this is time to get Holmgren and Williams locked up because this is when you do rookie scale extensions happen a year out.

Then with Shay Gildas Alexander coming off the MVP, the real question was, was he going to sign now and do a four-year extension? Or was he going to choose? to delay a year to do a fifth five-year extension and add a year a year from now and he chose to get it done now and then here we are you know now they've got their core guys locked up and and uh they things are pretty well set for them moving forward As the NBA continues to make money, revenue increases and and what have you, And we are in the current CBA. What does this mean for their roster moving forward? Yeah, they're going to be dancing around starting not this season that's upcoming.

They're fine with this season, but the year after that, when these extensions kick in for Holmgren and Williams, they'll be dancing around the second Apron probably. And then when SGA's extension kicks in, they'll really be up in that apron territory. But here's the thing: they with other guys on the roster, so guys like Isaiah Hartenstein and Lou Dord, and then further down the roster, guys like Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe. The Thunder are really smart with the way they structured those contracts. They have several of them that decline in value year to year.

They have several that have team options on them.

So they really are set up to kind of control things a little bit more. And what you'll see with a guy like Hartenstein might be, all right, rather than us picking up your $28 million team option, we're going to decline it, but then we're going to sign you to something like a three-year. $40 million deal where you'll get more money. It just can be spread out over years. And those will be the things.

As well as, let's not forget, they have 14 first-round draft picks still coming their way over the next seven years.

So they're in a position to, you know, basically, all right, we had to lose a guy because of payroll reasons.

Now let's go out there and go about replacing that guy with somebody else down the line on a rookie deal. Sam Presti has certainly hit the jackpot in more ways than one. He's really good at what he does. He is. I mean, there are teams that should be envious of the situation.

Keith Smith is joining us from Spot Track. When you think about a team that, well, they're the complete opposite of the Oklahoma City Thunder. I'm talking about the Phoenix Suns today. Devin Booker got himself a two-year contract extension to his current deal. He's making $72.5 million a year.

He'll be there until, I believe, about 2030 at this point. I get it. You want to have a star. What is Matt Ishbia doing? This team, did you have to do this?

Yeah, that's a good question. I mean, they had to, probably not. They probably could have said, hey, let's let this play out a little bit more and we'll figure out where it lands. But I think for the Suns, it is this is a chance for our franchise guy to get locked up on a deal long term. And I think that was what they wanted to do.

Devin Booker doesn't want to go anywhere else. He wants to be with the Suns. I think the Suns are in a position where they want him still there, being kind of the face of the franchise.

So I think we're just in a position now where it is, all right, we're we've already moved on from Kevin Durant. We'll see. It sounds like they're getting ready to move on from Bradley Beal. We'll see when that happens. And we're just going to retool this roster around Devin Booker.

And now, when we go after the next guy, we can at least say, hey, Devin Booker's in the fold for the next five years. And they'll be in a position where they can kind of try to set it up that way.

So I think that's where they're going with this, even if it. It's just locking in even more long-term money down the line. Good luck to them as they try to figure out where they're going.

Well, Keith, let me ask you about where somebody's going. Jonas Valentunis. This man has a two year or two years left on his contract at about ten mil per. And he wants to go out to Greece. Do we know how much money he's being offered there?

And he's currently in a contract. He can't just up and leave, right? He can't do that. Yeah, correct. He cannot do that.

What was reported on the table over in Greece is a $12 million contract over the next three seasons. And some people are like, well, he's going to make $10 million this year with the Nuggets. Why wouldn't he just take that?

Well, it's important to note that that $12 million is likely $12 million actual dollars because in Europe, especially for players of his caliber, the team will cover the agent fees, they'll cover the taxes. The players generally live rent-free wherever they live. Like he's going to clear more money, even if it is over three years than what he'd actually clear in the NBA. But here's the reality: none of that matters unless the Denver Nuggets agree to let him go. In the world of basketball, there's a thing called a FIBA letter of clearance.

So FIBA is the governing body for all leagues, really outside of the NBA, but the NBA works with them. And in order to change teams, With FIBA, one of the things you have to do is you have to prove to those the team that you have adequately fulfilled your prior contract.

Well, in this case, the Nuggets would say, no, they haven't adequately fulfilled anything. You know, he's still under contract to us, even if he's trying to leave and he would not be granted that letter of clearance, would not be able to sign with Panathanite Ghost in Greece, and he'd just be in a holding pattern with Denver.

So it sounds like he wants to talk to the Nuggets and see where things go. It's probably not going to turn in any kind of holdout situation because that'll get ugly. And my guess is it's going to be the Nuggets saying, hey, you're under contract. We expect you to be a training camp on this date here and ready to back up Nikola Jokic.

Well, that'll be a great team if they're able to go out there and do so, especially how they have retooled. Akee Smith is joining us from Spot Track and the Front Office Show. Retooling is something I think the Bucs are doing. And we also heard the comments from Giannis Ateracumpo. He's like, I don't know if I'm going to be a Buck.

I hope so. And not all that confident in what he said. What are your thoughts on the Milwaukee Bucks? They're eventually going to come to a head with Giannis. No?

Yeah, I mean, we'll see. I think Jo Yannis is I think he's just trying to basically play the game without upsetting anybody here. And I think his comments continue to be: yeah, you know, I love Milwaukee. I'll probably be back in Milwaukee. And I think what he's been doing over the last really last couple of seasons is setting the stage for: hey, if I ever do ask out.

Like you need to understand, like, it was only because we got to a point where we couldn't win anymore. And I think he's been kind of, you know, it's like the soft sell, right? Of like, hey, let me set this up in advance. And then when it does happen, you at least, hey, we had a couple years where we knew.

So I don't think he's going anywhere this summer. I think we're getting a little too late in the game now. Maybe it does still happen, but I think it seems like he is committed to, all right, I'm going to be here. I'm going to be with the, I'll be here with the Bucks next season. And you're right, they did what they could to reset that roster on the fly.

It cost them a lot of money long term for Damian Lillard, stretched out over five years at 22.5 million. That's just going to sit on the books and dead money. And that's a little tough to take, but kind of is what it is with that. They get Miles Turner. They made a bunch of re-signings, a couple of smart pickups.

And they think they're in place to at least be pretty competitive in a very weakened Eastern conference.

So, Keith, if I'm understanding this correctly, Giannis is. Pulling the Russell Wilson from a few years ago. Where he wanted out, but didn't want to ask out. Didn't want to, you know, he wants to save face in the process. I don't know.

It's hard, right? It's especially hard with the players who come to the NBA from overseas. Those guys, they equate their home here in the U.S. to it's like their home country almost. And they don't like to jump around.

If you look at international players, they generally stick. They do not move around. They think about all the times there's talks about, oh, Dirk Davitsky is going to move on to a different team just to be competitive. And he never did. He stayed with Dallas his entire career.

A lot of those guys, they make this home and they go. But I do think there's a position for Giannis where I believe him when he says the most important thing to me is winning championships. And I think if he gets a sense that, all right, the Bucs are nowhere close and it's not going to happen, then I think you may see him finally say, all right, you know, hey, we gave it a good run here for a decade plus.

Now it's time for me to try something different. Until that happens, they're going to be under no motivation to move ahead.

Well, Keith, there's so many conversations about somebody else moving around, and that's LeBron James. He has this. Contract that he opted into. Things have been quiet on the Western Front with the Lakers announcing it. LeBron is putting up cryptic posts.

What else is new? Is he going to finish out his career with the Los Angeles Lakers? You know, I don't know. It's one of the big topics, the conversation with everybody in the league. I'll be in Las Vegas in a couple of days, and I know it's already flying around out there with Summer League.

And sometimes, when it's a trade that would have to be that big, involving that many moving parts and that much salary, it takes everybody being able to sit down in the room together in Las Vegas. And that's been kind of hinted at is we might still have a couple more big trades coming in the league this summer, not necessarily LeBron or Giannis, but just more teams are looking to do more stuff here because the league feels pretty wide open. You have a lot of teams that are like, hey, why not us? Why can't we make a run? Everybody knows the Thunder are good, but I don't think anybody.

Hears the thunder, really, in that way.

So, we're going to see, you know, kind of what happens here with LeBron. But I think, you know, with him, it's definitely odd that he opted in. And then immediately the comments were: you know, LeBron knows the Lakers are building for the future. He wants to do what's best for him and the Lakers, which again seems a little bit like, hey, if we decide we want to move, like, don't get mad. We told you, you know, it might go that way.

So, so more to come on that one. And that's going to be, you know, a popular topic of conversation, I imagine, all the way through the trade deadline if he's still on the Lakers then.

Well, we still, like you mentioned, there's so much more that has to happen. We don't have a resolution as it relates to Jonathan Kuminga, Bradley Beale. Apparently, he hasn't been. A separated hasn't come to a settlement on his contract and a buyout with the sons yet. What other shoe is there to drop that you're paying attention to?

Yeah, it's kind of related to the Caminga situation, but Al Horford is still available in free agency. He's deciding between, does he want to play? Does he want to take less money to stay in Boston? Does he want to move his family to the West Coast? Or does he just want to retire and call it a career after a good long career?

In addition to Caminga, we've got Josh Giddy is still available, restricted free agent, Quentin Grimes, Cam Thomas, a couple more restricted free agents. Those guys are just kind of being held by their teams because nobody else has cap space to be players there. The Grizzlies are trying to figure out how to move off a salary or two so that they can complete their renegotiation and extension with Jaron Jackson Jr. And then you've got some veteran guys that are still looking for jobs. Guys like Chris Paul, Malcolm Brogdon, Russell Westbrook are all out there.

You know, and then you got in the big man group, I mentioned Horford, but you got guys like Chris Boucher and Trey Lyle.

So there's still quite a few helpful. Players available on the market. And some of it is held up by these teams that are, all right, well, if we do X, we're going to be hamstrung.

So we can't really offer you a deal today, but let's see where we go. And that's what's holding up, I think, everything right now. Yeah, this has been a real stretched out. I guess it's July 10th. It just feels like it's been going on forever.

It's been a real stretched-out period. You know what I think it is? It was that. We had all those trades early. Um, before the draft, which we don't generally have, and I think that's what's made it feel like you know, free agency started a month ago, even when you know, in reality, it only opened 10 days ago.

Yeah, when we get the news earlier now, not but well, the cat is out the bag. People actually have always negotiated before the fact, but everybody has just fully admitted it now. I'm going to tell you who it is on the other side of the break, but right now it's time for a news flash. Here he is, Rich Ackman. You're listening to the JR Sport Brief. It is the JR Sport Re Show here with you, coast to coast. on the Infinity Sports Network.

888-710-4ISN is the number. That's eight eight eight seven ten. Four I S. N Thank you so much to Keith Smith. for joining us in the last break.

from spot track to take a look at all the Well, all the deals going down and the NBA and the deals that might take place. Saw Jalen Williams get paid today. Devin Booker has gotten paid over the last 24 hours. It's a big deal. And there's still more to come, especially now that everybody has descended upon Vegas.

Bronnie James and Cooper Flack, they're going to have their game. Like it's a one-on-one game, but they're going to play against each other in about 15 minutes. We also talked about the home run derby earlier. Uh in the show. told you that there was one more participant that was needed.

Jazz Chisholm. has answered the building. Jash Chisholm will be the last participant in the home run derby this year. Uh I would not bet on Jazz Chisholm. To go out there and win the home run derby.

He has 17 home runs this season as a second baseman, not too shabby. But especially given his size, he's not the biggest guy. Uh he ain't winning. Botcher, who do you favor winning this thing? You actually said the least likely person to win was my favorite.

So I think O'Neil Cruz probably is the favorite here just because he hits the ball so hard. That You know, he will hit homers if he makes contact. He's just going to be chopping away out there, huh? On a rope, too. I don't know.

You said there was a limit on how many swings or balls they have to hit now. In the past, I would say it would be him just because he can get so many balls out because they can land quicker. He's gonna be out there hacking, just hacking. That's all he needs to do. We'll see.

We got a place called the Chop House here at our Truest Park, home of the Braves. I think it's in right it's in right field. And there's going to be a lot of balls hit out that way. Have you ever been to one of these home run derbies? I have not, but I'm actually afraid for these children.

On O'Neill Cruz bats, 'cause he hits the ball one hundred and twenty three miles an hour. And he hits on the line, too. You're talking about the kids in Alfield that are shagging all of them, right? Yeah. Yeah.

Nope. Damn. Did we ever see a kid get hit yet? Yes, a lot. Oh, outside.

Why don't they have bigger kids out there?

Some of them I think it ranges from like I'd say 7 to like 15, I think it is. Let's stick with the 15-year-olds.

Okay, let's do that. Yeah, I remember I was I went to the home run derby in Kansas City. I can't recall what year. It might have been exactly 10 years ago, I think, Kansas, 2012 or. Or 2015 they they did it.

I was in the. I didn't see anything because I was in like left field of Kaufman Stadium. on on like the terrorists they have back there. I didn't see nothing. I didn't see a damn thing.

I didn't catch anything. I was just out there taking pictures of stuff. I didn't know what was going on.

So. The most I've ever watched of a home run derby has been every year on a damn television. Even when I was in person, I didn't see anything. Jazz Chisholm Jr. is the final participant.

In the home run derby.

Now, before we went to break, As we had a chat with Keith Smith, we discussed Yana Sataracumpo, if and when he might leave, and then the same thing as it relates to. LeBron James, and we have no idea what the future holds for any of these guys. It's like anybody in the NBA is up to be moved. Unless you're Devin Booker. At this point, it just seems like Even after his current contract ends, Matt Ishbiich is going to give him a lifetime deal.

I don't. I think Devin Booker must have like naked pictures of Matt Ishbia because he's just. It might as well be Devin Booker's team. Might as well be. Uh Anyway.

Speaking of where to live, Wh where anybody may live. Michael Jordan. had a house. in the suburbs of Chicago. This house has been on the market.

For twelve Years. Twelve years.

Okay? He tried to offload this house. for almost thirty million dollars. It just sold in December. for ten million dollars.

Yeah, that's that's not what you want. It's not like Michael Jordan needs the money. But who wants to buy Michael Jordan's house? This thing is thirty two thousand square feet. He built it in 1995.

Yeah, he wasn't there long now, was he?

Okay. He's pretty much retired not too long after that, a couple of years later. Seven bedrooms 17 and a half bathrooms. Bacha, what are you doing? How many people do you have to have at your house to have 17 and a half bathrooms?

Thirty, well, seven bedrooms. You can assume two or three.

So does each bedroom have a sub-bedroom? I mean, what are we doing? I've never heard of that. Seven bedrooms? In 17 and a half bathrooms?

Like, are there bathrooms there for the help? I guess, right? I don't know. Maybe one's like a bathtub only. Maybe one's just a shower.

Bruh, it doesn't matter. It's seventeen and a half bathrooms. He had a full size basketball court, a putting green, a tennis court, a cigar room, an infinity pool, and Michael Jordan had it all in his damn house. And now I'm going to tell you in a second what you could do at Michael Jordan's house. But listen to this from CBS Chicago.

If you ever wanted to live like the goat, here's your chance. The Highland Park Mansion, once owned by Michael Jordan, is now listed on Airbnb. The listing calls it an unparalleled experience in luxury living. The home includes a movie theater, cigar lounge, lake access, and a full-size basketball court. The listing requires a minimum seven-night stay, and as you can imagine, it's not cheap.

A week-long trip over Labor Day weekend would run you nearly $121,000. Yeah, you got to pay six figures, and you got to stay there and hit Michael Jordan's house for seven days. They require a $25,000 security deposit. I do not want to be in Michael Jordan's house. Yeah.

If I had Michael Jordan's money, I wouldn't want to be in his house. But there are people who have the cash that that'll certainly go ahead and do it.

So there's a real estate developer who bought the home. back in December. And as a result, for the moment, He's turned it into an Airbnb just to make a couple dollars.

So. Bacha, would you do it? Not in a million years. Yeah. I don't need seventeen baths, I'm good with one.

It's not to live, I'm saying to, you know, if you have a. To have a party, and of course, you got to sign waivers to not do this, and there's a reason why they're not doing it for a weekend because you just have some rich guys that would show up. From Thursday to Sunday, Thursday to Monday, and they trashed the place. You wouldn't stay there if you could for a week? Nope.

I have no reason to. If I wanted to play basketball, you'd go to a private gym, the YMCA. Or if you just want to watch a movie, you go to the movie theater. There's something special. Yeah.

Bachelor party? No. No. It's not where the action is. It's just July 4th week?

Just hang out at Michael Jordan's house for $125,000? Nope. Not for me. Yeah, not for me. I don't care.

These houses are ridiculous. And shout outs to you if you're super wealthy. Thank you for listening. But when you have these houses that go up on a market, that have been constructed for an individual, they they're so difficult. to sell.

Like you have customized that house. And now you're trying to sell it. There's a reason it was on the market for 12 damn years. Who's buying that? Michael Jordan built it for himself.

I'm li I'm not trying to be in Michael Jordan's house. Even if I got if I got that type of money, I'm building my own house, okay? Living in Michael J. They might as well, he might as well rip that down. And I don't know, turn it into somebody else's mansion.

Just sell the property. I don't know. Michael Drew, I think he lives in on a yacht right now. What is Wife and young kids. Good for him.

Okay. 888-710-4ISN. That's 888-710-4ISN. Yes, you too can live. like Michael.

The Jordan. We're going to take a break. When we come back, I'm going to get up and change the station here in the studio. I'm going to make sure that I watch Bronnie James. and Cooper flag, that'll be fun.

Let's see if they get along. I'm hoping for Cooper flag to block. Bronnie James shot. I'm just uh There's a jerk like that, I guess. And speaking of jerks.

How is RG3 involved in another beef? This time with Angel Rees. I'm sick of RG3. I'm sick. He hasn't done nothing to me.

But I'm sick of him. I'm going to explain what the hell he said, what he did on the other side. He just needs to shut the hell up. I'm going to tell you what he said about Angel Reese. Don't move.

Gerald Sport Reesho.
