Reminder from the stolen goods. 21 now want to hear from you, Sharon posted, call one 800-6843 11 Logan Sekulow coming to you. We are live right now and a lot of people right now are here.
We are live Jordanians. Well, hey we got a packed hour coming up, including just like I thought Bob Vale and Rick Grenell joining us in the next segment will be my bye-bye later the show. Rick Grenell got a lot to cover, but maybe the first thing I want to hear from you about this. I know you're listening to your ready to call. Maybe you haven't got it yet, but you're 20, 21 tax guide for individuals just came out and look at new it's refreshed under the stricture to be, well, there's an interesting there's an interesting portion of it, that's right. When you're trying to decide what you need to declare how you need to make everything sure everything is listed. Will there is a new section that has been added and it is under stolen property. That's right yeah so if you steal property, you must report its fair market value in your income in the year you steal it unless you return it to its rightful owner in the same year. Yes you repeat every stolen property. This is from the IRS.
This is the actual words could find on the website. Right now we didn't Dr. we have added it yet with him between sharing big economy and transporting schoolchildren is to place this ghetto and those that you have the scholarship sale personal item sale of home all those normal standard ones, but the stolen property. If you still property, you must report its fair market value in your income in the year you steal it unless you return it to its rightful owner in the same year, so make sure whatever you stole. This year you're going to Google.
Look at the fair market value of everything you stole, make sure you reported on your income taxes this year. Unbelievable again to feel like you failed as a country with the stuff starts happening. I want to hear from you about this because I'm sure you had your dealings with the IRS where you sit in there.
Think about how how insane it is in having to file your taxes and in the complicated mess that it is already for so many people out onto it. The fact that they are making sure that if you did illegal activity. If you stole property that we install anything that you still are declaring paying your taxes. They'll make sure you are at least doing your part for the US economy, making sure that we are ligature you they get their hair cut of stolen property. The same agency that was targeting conservatives with the Bobo West right is giving you guidance on how to report the income from your stolen property. Think of it in those terms. Yeah it's absurd. It's insane.
It doesn't feel like it could possibly be real and when will you simulate last night the articles it started to come out. I like well this is gotta be from some type of media trust necessity coming from some know overly hyper right wing conspiracy type website you look now. Sounds like ABC news and then you look like, well, let's look at when you send me a screenshot that I looked at the actual website for myself. I pulled it up down that quick guide went through in their it is one of not that many bullet points you is going to rest for this voter easy voter guide voter guides are elements that slip you know IRS tax guide is that elderly may be dozen things listed stolen property is one of them I would hear from you by your dealings with the IRS. Maybe you are actually one of those people who pays your taxes and doesn't steal and if you do steal, you do declare it well.
I'm not so sure is the smartest thief but you said the different agencies they would not interact so good I got this new TV also. It was it was black Friday pricing fair market value highly valued and I know I got 100. The comps are yet because I stole it at 400 but really it goes for 750. I don't know. Give us a call. 100-684-3110 Hanover having fun here, but in the serious world. We joined by Mike Pompeo and the next I would talk about a lot of a lot deeper a lot more interesting discussion coming up but I do want to hear from you with phone calls are screened during this next segment with Mike Pompeo, 1-800-684-3110 and again I appreciate all you support the work of the ACLJ this year as we wrap up the year. Thank you so much you can still do that in the end of the month into the year, giving ACLJ.org the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life reports and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you.
You forgive today online ACLJ only one.
A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission will show you how you personally support the publication includes all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the ministry and what Obama care means to as many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy mission life today online ACLJ/join my senior counsel for global affairs.
You know him and you heard from them the whole year 2021 2020.
But that is Mike Pompeo who is joining us sector about payouts and counsel. I appreciate you joining us again that Merry Christmas avatar just as that is a happy new year, and I'm so appreciate you coming out here to talk about a lot of issues that are very important for new blog that is up that came up during the Christmas season called this Christmas season. Remember those still struggling to celebrate as we know there are a lot of places around the world where just the simple act of celebrating Christmas celebrating the holiday season is no easy task. Merry Christmas to you and everyone at a field in all your well wait. We know that even in pocket. We watched this year were bars were open but churches were closely weekly supper that rest at home as well, but in places like China in the West or in parts of the Middle East. There are people who simply can't practice the faith they can't raise the family the way they want to if they talk about Jesus Christ as their Savior in the way that we are free to do that date, they would run will lift.
We should all keep in mind, and pray for these people and wish that the United States will do all they can to continue to lead and guarantee and crop offer religious freedom and opportunity for this people all across the world as well. Sure you discuss in this blog, specifically Nigeria.
It's something we've brought up from time to time. The ACLJ you fought to bring attention to the persecution of Christians in Nigeria placed Nigeria on the countries of particular concern list what you feel.
That was the right move and what you what happens when a country is placed on this list while the second question is an important one and it heightens American attention to world attention to it makes it more difficult for that country to engage in activities across the world without blemish. What United States has made clear that we are watching how they treat religious minorities inside of the country.
The decision with respect to Nigeria. What was the right one for an awfully long time. Administration suggests turned their gaze away from what was taking place in nature and we want good things for all the Nigeria people who want the Nigerian government conduct some great things in certain places we want and that you are coming to recognize that the country to can be better by protecting religious minorities, not just Christian minorities but but all minority religions if they do that they'll be safe for those people will be safer and their government will be stronger in their place in the international world will be more secure as well as the big country as you well know huge population. An important anchor in Africa and we want good things for the Nigeria people so placing them on the State Department, both the countries of particular concern was an attempt also to bolster that the capacity for the people there fighting for the religious treatment now that the United States would support them in their efforts will though there seems to be a change coming when it comes to Nigeria. That's right, secretary Pompeo the Biden restriction had removed Nigeria from the list.
So, as the situation Nigeria gotten better for the persecuted or is this more the Biden administration.
Just trying to eviscerate any policy put in place by the previous administration actually think it's worse than that. I work it was just the anti-Pompeo or anti-trial by I think this administration has placed religious freedom everywhere in the world. Nigeria is a good example. They placed religious freedom behind the other things that they care about climate change being foremost among them right there that are willing to sacrifice an awful lot of individual freedom and liberty, and religious bid around the altar of their fate. What's become an article of faith, climate change, what they did and Nigeria doesn't represent the factual situation on the ground out badly how the situation has not improved. If anything, it's become even more difficult than the removal of Nigeria from the country of particular concern left will make it even more difficult without simply wanting to practice their faith in five major relation to Nigeria and really the ACLJ in general were kind of uniquely situated to advocate for the persecuted places like the UN.
I know you seen this firsthand, but as we are heading into the end of the year.
Just a day away from 2022 beginning say it's a it's a time of year. People are donating are are giving back are wrapping up their year and there's people and organizations work with organizations like the ACLJ that are there and you been there and when you're there and you see administrations turn their back on on your promises, or are things with what is happening in Nigeria.
I love to hear from your point of view into to share with the audience, why it's important for organizations like the ACLJ to exist in these uncertain times incredibly important, perhaps even more important times when administration left accordingly think that we care about, like protection of human life, religious freedom, the relationship between United States and Israel all things that they feel they have stood for for all of these years. Perhaps it's even more important in these times because that continuity that continued voice. The capacity for leaders, not just American leaders but certainly American leaders to hear from people in America who talk about this issue in ways that are important to them. It may not be the story of the day. It may not be some trial that's going on.
It may not be some big gamble that took place, but this is at the center of civilization.
This is at the center of humanity, and I think the ACLJ borders understand that, and in these times when administration may not be as prepared to defend the things that we all care so much about it even more important that an organization like the ACLJ is out there fighting, raising his voice litigating doing whatever it can to defend the freedoms across the world in the face of administration that if if not hostile is at least passive with respect to protecting rights. Sec. Pompeo, you mentioned in that article in ACLJ.org that were seeing much more religious persecution around the globe. You mentioned the Uighurs in China. You mentioned North Korea and Iran even arise in Haiti when the US fails to lead on the world stage.
Is this just a natural progression course is always been the case that the United States has been this beacon of freedom of religious freedom. In particular, it is enshrined in our Constitution that we talk about the capacity for people to practice their faith in the very founding document that we turn to every day that every country have the benefit of that in the founding document in one United States on the global stage as we were for four years myself and Sen. Bethany Brownback VP that's all of us working, talking about this openly wherever we travel in the world and why we are here to help if United States will simply make the case around the world. There's a chance that things will get better if we don't make all too easy for these terrible regimes: Jeremy, Kim and North Korean thinking in China makes it all too easy for these leaders to say no one's watching let's tighten the screws that clamped down with not allow for any political voices that might somehow overthrow our regime and Sec. Pompeo. We are looking at at this new year in 2022.
What are some of the major national security concerns. You see me facing us. That will be talking with you about on this broadcast allow what we always are surprised in the space but you we can certainly say that she thinking is going to host the Olympics and make himself look like a noble patriotic leader what his intentions are for Taiwan can't be good I think will be talking about that another resident spoke with Vladimir Putin last evening about what's going on between Russia and Ukraine say that that situation will resolve itself in America will be strong and defend it friends and allies in the way that we have committed to him. I also suspect it will continue to see lots of security issues national tradition around our southern border that I would get kind of got pushed to the side in the national security divine the immigration debate when we have open borders of our sovereign border on the South is not a strong you can be sure that the bad guys take notice of that and the rest of our national security risk with that is significant and I suspect in 2022.
That will continue to be the case, that it's your left, in its comments for this year and I want to first thank you for being part of the ACLJ team family coming on the show multiple times a week contributing incredible blogs. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you personally. Publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists.
The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in the history and what Obama care means to serve in many ways your membership is powering the right question for mission in life today online/American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life reports and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous heart wrenching challenge to make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ back to the topic we started with today, which is will you were listening. The IRS put out there quick guide to make it. Make sure you know how to file your taxes this year with Scott Tapscott, 20, 21 for individuals it came out course, there's the normal things like sale of personal lives. I account for that sale of home sees about payment for services prizes even okay maybe what I will little porch. And yes, we will forge why is that you think I think because they always were. We were kids are like you gotta pay taxes on that. I like your parents always likable shutting you from being on wheel of fortune because I like to think that downing the free car you gotta pay to pay taxes on that suburban so of course keep going down the list, dig economy understand a little confusing. You transporting schoolchildren and then you get to stolen property. That's right, this is gift from your IRS.
Let's read about stolen property out. Maybe they don't steal about how Babette about the you get to go to jail though it says if you steal property, you must report its fair market value in your income of the here you steal it that were to be here. You steal it unless you return it to its rightful owner. The same year you what you got it. If you was not hereby used. Also, prop.
Yeah, one day left to return right and one day tax bill. Yeah, I mean if you're like the six interesting right now.
Use notes the holistic Snickers bar bye-bye one return it and how that works. I soon it's been used in not giving legal advice now in good fun. I don't think they're giving legal rights that's very fair so we have a lot of calls on this because guess what I think a lot of you have had some interesting spirits with the IRS over the last only whole life takes about maybe there some there's some logic here been to California online for bed rock that was put back on oldest been back on hold. I have some difficulties there. Let's move to have been all right, let's move to.
It's good to go to Jerry and Rhode Island online to Jerry's reliable Jerry there have been her earlobe and will work it would take about. Thank you for a nice segment with the secretary loved your discussion on how the maximum mandates affect the rank-and-file between Col. Smith and secretary. But how much taxpayer money was used to update that list you just all these new ADL compounds will finally decide to declare the tax people or are you like like now composing that's mother calls about that specifically.
Yes, you do wonder how much tax money is being spent on adding you know ridiculous parts to this tax guide, including stolen property guide. Well it is one of those things you do know that the billable hours got a pretty good well and this is something your dad says about the IRS on the show often is that there and they are institutionally incapable of self-correcting but it is interesting that were reading this about the stolen property because the National retail Federation put out a study that said that about 69% of retailers have seen an increase in organized retail crime. So these are kind of like these flash mobs that go in and and group steel so they can't be stopped or just an individual and then they end up also in some of these locations like California where they said when I can prosecute over certain dollar amount, but we seen this we see in the news there was a big one over a holiday weekend or Nordstrom got attacked by like 80 people that went in and just all things and laughed and was very organized so you have to wonder is IRS sitting around thinking like were missing out on some revenue here because as people need to be paying their taxes on that the same turn. This is the organization within the government that the Democrats are trying to give 80 billion more dollars and 80,000 more agents. The build back better bill fortunately was defeated but Sen. Schumer is saying that he still can bring up the first week in January so they're going to beef up the IRS at the same time were reading absurd things like how to appropriately report your illegal activity. Meanwhile, this is the same organization that this year we saw send a letter to group saying that your Christian beliefs are associated with a certain party.
Therefore, you're not tax-exempt. It's just absurd when they're going to give more preferential treatment and explanation on how to steal better yet and more in line with their organization. Don't steal or save if you steal, make sure we get our cut that's that's just the truth.
All right, let's go hunting some more calls of positive skull 100-684-3110 rapid up the first half-hour. If you don't get us a second. I found a local radio station broadcast live right now on YouTube on Facebook if you want to write their Facebook rumble in the life source. Make sure your sharing telling people about a click that comes up, click, and the like, really helps out more than you possibly imagine. Make sure more people get to see this broadcast again, share like, do all those things would give us a call at 1-800-684-3110 will be here for another half hour recruit L joining us in a couple segments so go ahead and take what he was brought up with. Go to John in New York on line 1 John on their lot work not upon thing also. Now the government didn't have wires or proof that put him away on the criminal side so they use the tax code against them and now when you have the tax code now working with you on this. I understood that it could possibly handle possibly cover bribes also. So if you take from what I understood you don't report that on your taxes then you could get shows is that our system is broken. Just as the IRS is fundamentally broken links you're having to pull these kinds strings to potentially get what they want out of this, which is like you said is sort of the funny shocking side of the title. If that is the true reason, then we need a complete restructuring of the system will end to John's point about they did end up getting Al Capone because of all his illegal activity that he was not paying taxes on. This is actually giving out Capone's of the world the way to avoid the charges. Al Capone got because they end up getting one of the most notorious gangsters in American history that wreaked havoc across this country. They end up getting him on tax evasion because he wasn't paying taxes on the bootlegging in the criminal activities that he was doing so. Yet it is absurd to think that they're giving you the guidelines right here in this document. Publication 17 for 2021 how Al Capone because they have only and that in the tax year.

Give a gift today online ACLJ keeping you informed and now is Logan Sekulow Logan Sekulow rapid up the year in fashion. The IRS favorite people love you guys called in with your comments and thoughts on the IRS because their tax guy came out and that's right right smack dab in the middle of all the different things you need report. Couple things have come to light what is stolen property. That's right between sharing gig economy transporting schoolchildren of stolen property. If you steal property this exact words, the IRS unaltered unedited stolen property. If you still property, you must report its fair market value in your income in the year you steal it unless you return it to its rightful owner in the same year they go you got your friends lawnmower have returned it yet to do that real quick update it. What's the definition of stolen here as well, like if you're borrowing from a friend is that included as it may taxes on that. But if they if you're loading it and they don't know that you inquired it's a gray area. There's also bribes will in here that that's right so bribes it's very short says bribes must be included on your income. There is a section on kickbacks you must include kickbacks side commissions push money or similar payments you receive in your income on schedule one, line 8Z Josie don't know like when your wife is a baby and you just got your present yeah some cash dad Joe.
They want to learn.
You will learn how to anger your pregnant wife just give her instead want to cash in Intel or Siesta reported on by lecture remember the countdown for this summer. I would be at silly here, but it's just it feels silly it feels and say let's go ahead, take a quick call if you want to call it 100-684-3110 was that Judy is calling South Carolina on line 3 Judy you're on the air.
I thank you for informing operator and are rightly thinking as opposed to daily, and you on table thank you for valid ecology had already been laughing about their teaching that the leaking steel and they can't be sure to return here right before got in contact and I think you need to steel bar as they sat on and get away with a four year Vicki think about the illegal that are common in our country there borrowing their homestead borrowing stolen property it saying if you just straight up, get out your will go up and steal Amazon packages on the People's front porches.
Guess what mother hasn't had that has happened to many of our production staff this year. Just what you actually got over that thing first and make sure what you are far off the switch of a likely set secondary market.
Definitely keep a good ledger because if you as a thief get audited and you're like well you only reported that toy train is $30, but we are seeing it on Amazon as a $60 value is a collectors item. His eyes got up and fight hard to get selective magical pixie things are this Christmas with the big present the same as roughly 200 bucks and it's the same to that fair market value. I like were going up to a break here in the next segment. Yes really joined by Grinnell and Iraq honestly has a lot to say, has for the last year with us as a treaty put out just to set you up if you want to give us a call really were taken because of the tax situation would call this to after faculty committee calls again as a tweet he put out know all restated to get a career foreign service officer, the State Department tells me that the US policy on Russia and Ukraine is to not have any distance from the Europeans. Whatever the Europeans want is the by the policy. This is scary. They control him knows it but explained little bit deeper into what he's talking about killing people see some of those words are freaking out a little bit. Maybe they should be freaking out a little bit early taking your calls and questions on air as well.
What hundred 684-3110 again I don't final days of our December challenge be a part of it ACLJ.org's biggest monthly organization tomorrow night doing our final push little fun with Jay Sekulow band New Year's spectacular running live on Facebook and YouTube. 8 PM Eastern time to make sure you join us live the American Center for Law and engage in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those covering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that.
We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 $50 gift becomes 100.
This is time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you today online ACLJ only one.
A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn will show you how you personally.
Publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to as many ways your membership is powering the right question for mission in life today online ACLJ/we are joined by Rick Grinnell for the last of the year Rick. Happy new year and this week about from you.
Just a little bit ago yesterday.
Yesterday evening I wanted to get your thoughts on it may be to break it down for audiences that is a career, a career foreign service officer, State Department tells me that the US policy on Russia and Ukraine is to not have any distance from the Europeans. Whatever the Europeans what is the Biden policy. This is scary. They control him and put knows that I think a lot of people read that Rick they get concerned because you hear a lot of words buzzwords are a bogeyman word you want to be young freaking everyone out.
This is a real topic of concern when it comes to the way we will be treating the situation which made people don't even know about. That's really going on currently with Russia and Ukraine that we actually ritual one second that we don't think Your audio so will get you back in just a second look year where this did not happen. So you want to wrap up your final segment, we decided to marry the prank the end-of-the-year prick.
Gotcha gotcha given. The second will get back to it. The possibly can take a phone call while we wait let's take a quick phone call on people waiting Rick it was just a minute ago to John in New Mexico is on the air, you lucky that there was a time of difficulty got on early okay that's good actually a tax lawyer, I'm normally a conservative, but I'm very liberal when it comes to getting free tax planning advice so stealing a lawnmower, a bicycle is basically inconsequential tax like my thinking is go big or go home and just like you just say it's just one of the line items now stolen property. Maybe you're right, John. The low income tax year for many folks, it may be advantageous to steal something big like a motorhome before the years and I think claimant is income this year like her in a low tax bracket enjoyed the weekend and I'm thinking Red River, New Mexico is beautiful this time of year we turn the motorhome the first week in January and we need your income will be higher in 22 so we all know know that I'm not a tax lawyer and don't depreciate at don't depreciate the asset very much okay every state to call. That's a great call obviously that sarcasm will bit just make sure no one thinks you're advocating for you actually steal property but it does feel that way. It does feel like well that the government is telling you to do it. That's right yeah and that's kind of the absurdity of the whole thing and we actually have ambassador Grinnell now on by phone. So join us yet.
Sorry about that technical problem you looked great fortune become. When I got you on the phone see insanity better. We read that tweet from you and I think people need to kind of as much as we head to the end of the year really know why this is an area of concern when it comes to how the Biden administration is treating the situation with Russia and Ukraine why it's important to us what the concern because now the US polity and what what that mean that the department had instructed through cable a 88 a mandate that all empathy in Europe have that the US polity communicate to the countries where they are in that RUF polity in to do whatever the European want so that we all day. United now look at the reality is that there is power in being united with the European that we have one boy there's no question about that.
But that shouldn't be the goal, the United State and Europe have fundamentally different threat that about a Ron about Kootenai mean, look no further than the German who are clamoring and wanting to have more thing to pipeline from Russia that they don't fear retaliation from the they don't fear the influence of Russia through that pipeline through having too much energy coming from one country like Russia. We the United States have a fundamentally different viewpoint when it comes to Russia. Germany really weird Russia like sometimes they say they do, they would be paying their NATO bell NATO like that to make sure that Russia doesn't go into central Europe and in the rest of Europe but the German who have their plot are not paying their their NATO bell because they don't share the name of that apartment.
Then they don't.
Russia, like the rest of you, and by the way, the thing met with Iran on the European feel like if the Iranians are attacked are not attacked you up and go they want to trade with Iran. So the idea that that we have different priorities, different criteria for threat assessment is a very real foreign policy issue and so therefore when Joe Biden that they quote to the Europeans and do whatever Europeans want and RUF polity when it comes to Ukraine that is out there for the American people, not an American 1st.if they Europe and and by the way out with that that no European leader by either because they are 40 years have watched Joe Biden, Sen., at the vice President of the United States. There is no is that Kelly will thing that he valued the thing that he wants from the European clause and award you want to be liked by the Europeans.
Until therefore, when they they come from day care him into thinking what I want to be a pariah.
I want that in Europe and so I'm going to do it. European plot, which is why current camper Merkel walking out the door. He went to build Biden stopped punishing up north and feel. Can you allow it to have this gap pipeline Joe Biden that yeah okay camper Merkel so that you like me so that as you're leaving. We can be better plan than good friend when you think I'm a good partner. I will do that so heat completely on personal out the move by Joe Biden well and we know today that at his request that Pres. Biden will be speaking with him by phone and this is just one day before the end of the year and there's also supposed to be bilateral Russia US talks.
The first week in January but it's been reported. US officials are saying that present Biden will tell Putin a pathway exist to avoid conflict. I think Vladimir Putin has been pretty clear what that pathway he believes is does after the disaster we saw back in December between the two leaders do you have much hope for this phone call that a pathway will exist to avoid conflict. Well you know what, when Dell Biden that pathway to avoid a conflict of blah blah blah. And he remembered Crimea and remembered all the threats from Barack Obama and Joe Biden -like event that that really bad think would happen. You have really bad. Thank them and and end away and all of that, the idea that is afraid of Joe Biden or think that Joe Biden has a credible threat of military action. He's already taken military action off the table and of course no one wants military action but the beauty of Donald, was that leaders would confidently tell me and they would in a very yawning way they would Merkel or other leaders in Europe with enemy we just don't know what Donald Trump might do and I would smile and I would think inside my head and exactly where we want to be.
We want them to be nervous about what what Donald Trump I do and we want to make sure that they don't know what Donald Trump or the President of the United States. Unfortunately they know exactly what you like to come down on the European side because these instructed our empathy, our policy they quote the European European blah that they are now in the driver seat love that because he can compile your Abraham happened to someone other than the President trumps a genuinely good could maybe consider really need to get our stuff together. Finally, that happened least part. At one point that darn good point. I can tell you unequivocally that it that Abraham would not have happened on the Dell Biden 01 right and alone. Camper Merkel was against it and she voiced her concern and she voiced her concern to Jared Kushner and to me at Donald Trump and we been and we pushed back and we continued with the polity. But the reality is we would have been maximizing and applaud or or good news or door or alchemy that they are from the Europeans. We never would've gone appreciate you joining us for this whole year it's really been excellent to have your opinions or advice in your thoughts and thank you for supporting the work and for telling people to support the work of the ACL.

Cassie live on Facebook and YouTube. Those luggage calls and for the end of the year, give us a call 1-800-684-3110 upside well to send you say another word about your what one of our producers telling me another work just keep saying I can hear what 100 684-3110 that's right 100 684 30 went to get calls and as many as possible. I was beyond Ron Ron Sowell site that's a hard word to lip read. It is a lot of different logical ran well to okay sounds. Let's go to art whose calling in Nevada online one artwork I kick it back to her talk about.
Originally, let's reset a little bit. The IRS put out their new tax guide. The course what was in it. I make sure you report your taxes for all the good you stole over the last year are your earlier yellow then my question would be Windows in some way the IRS by association. Some some one I don't know anything about law.
Maybe just try documentation admitting people admitting that they stole items that you think that you never know anything to maybe abolish the IRS and it's good. I seem R lawyers of the it seems like a very odd thing as well. Like we are going to take our cut from your illegal activity.
Yeah, you mean when you think of it as a mob boss is like okay you're out there doing all your larceny but you gotta pay for protection. That's it feels very myopic. Yeah, just watch the Brady bubble. That series feels very much like substrate out about Prof. I can watch that a free master not at 100-684-3110 bills calling the North Carolina failure on their happy New Year's everybody I'd like to add that the make the comment that the IRS is been broken for a long time.
When it comes to criminal activity. Years ago my we were foster parents moved into the adoptive parent, one of our children actually was claimed by a biological family member prior to us filing our taxes, like two years after we adopted an IRS put the burden of proof on to prove that this child was even in our home for the duration that he was and we prove that he was an this other family was not even prosecuted. No charges all the time and on top of that, that the IRS actually targets adoptive parents because there is the adoption tax credit and it's been reported that 70% of individuals that claim the adoption tax credit so someone who has out of the goodness of their heart or what they felt called to do adopted a child given the child a home in a family and that's an expensive thing to do in this country is very expensive a lot of things going to adoption so there is something where you can file for a tax credit for these expenses you incur. What is the IRS do to reward the families that file for this credit and for taking a child into their home to love and raise they slap them with an audit 70% audit rate of people that except that we know someone personally who did this got audited and actually they found out they overpaid the IRS when it would taxes they were entitled to more money back from it, but they make the families that just expanded their family taken it out alive trying to get that they go through the stress of an IRS audit.
Meanwhile, as long as you're taking the fair market value of your stolen goods and reporting in the same year, you should be good in the eyes of the IRS. No, your other criminal activity is fine to gloss over.
As long as you reporting it to us. We can take our cut). If you have call last time. This is the last call if you're calling 1-800-684-3110, 100-684-3110. Keep it short with your best get Randy in Texas online to your on their I can hear you and portability of the rest. So they go require the people or the victim were stolen from issue a 10 99/600 out threshold your gas and the 1099 to the person who stole your very nice mountain bike yeah they stole it may student make sure that the invoice because if not, can be a problem. The deduction to Dr. stolen property. It sets up so many absurd possibility. People do like this year like I some themes of sure enough, smartest, they may get this document will be kind to it, or their more smart then they're knocking to get other charge in such a way that maybe it that is the question for thieves who are listening, is it smarter to actually fulfill this to do.
We are supposed to do here to get caught or are you committing to its etc. that such a complex people say that the IRS is complicated system they've made it even more so like we are wrapping up today show and had some fun, but this is really the meaning understand this is real. Now, what can we do about this. There a lot of different things we work on it because we see it is ridiculous. Hopefully you see it as ridiculous as well. We have called for the IRS to be abolish.
We have called for restructuring of the IRS is because of real serious deep problems that are related.
This is just face value.
The silliest that's all that it is why the first week of 2022.
We will be fighting against the Democrats in the Senate trying to bring up a different version and then trying to convince Sen. mansion to change his mind on build back better, which has 80 billion more dollars for the IRS to hire 80,000 more agents we want to push back against that because we as is been set on the show many times the IRS is institutionally incapable of self-correcting. You see things like this, which add fuel to the fire of saying that and I think that's why it will be another fight in the new year. I will wrap it up today. Like if you join us live love you do every day on social media, Facebook, YouTube, rumble in, and so on.
