This is the Truth Network. Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is set for one floor. Introduced purse. Lithuania, he weighs 100 and What's he thinking? The Russian Nightmare.

Nikita Koala. Welcome to another episode, QA with Cole Off, The Devil's Nightmare. Welcome back, QA with Koloff. Questions and answers.

So much fun for me to do these shows because I get to hear from you or get to answer your questions, and I just never know what they're going to be. Like, for real. Like, there's no scripts to this. It's just all organic. And so, if you ever want to be on QA with Koloff, you just got to go to Koloff.net.

And send in a request and say, hey, I would love to get a personal phone call from the Russian Nightmare and be on that show. With me today, all the way from Augusta, Georgia, the Peach State, is Neil Broach. Neil, welcome to QA with Kolov. That's good to be there. And I'm coming to you from North Augusta, South Carolina.

Oh, man, my mistake. I always get confused. I hear Augusta. I automatically think of the Masters Golf Tournament.

So, my bad, my bad. North Augusta, South Carolina.

Now, somebody's out there going to have to Google that and go, is there such a place? Where is that?

So, we'll leave that as a suspense. Let's leave that as a suspense.

So, well, great to have you with us today, and I'm excited to see what questions you have for me. But before we get there, let's just talk for our listeners a little bit about who Neil Brooch is. Give us a quick snapshot of who Neil Broach is.

Well, Neil Broach was born and raised in Graniteville, South Carolina, 50 years ago, as of April the 5th of this year. A union electrician out of Augusta, Georgia. I work out a Savannah River site. Uh what people know it as a bomb plant. Um, happily made for 15 years as of yesterday.

We have five kids, blended family. I attend church at CSRA Worship Center in North Augusta and just loving life, man, loving the Lord. Just happy to be on this show. I'm grateful for the friendship that I have with you, Nikita. I mean, it's.

God's been good.

So did you so let me ask you.

So were you I might already know the answer to this question, but were you a wrestling fan growing up, Neil? Yes, sir.

Okay. And I'm wrestling. Wrestling. Come on. I was just saying.

And, you know, Augusta, North Augusta, of course, you know how many stories I've heard about the Bell Auditorium? Did you ever go to a live match at the Bell Auditorium? Every Monday night, Bell time, seven o'clock. Come on. Come on.

Ringsider magazines. Harley Race, Wahoo McDaniel, Steve-O, come on, Stan Hansen, yeah. Like Jack Mulligan. Oh my gosh, you are bringing back some names for our listeners. They're going to be so pleased, especially our wrestling fans.

I got a dear friend down there. I think you've met him, but Brian and Jamie Johnson. Brian would tell me his dad, now these days I think have long gone, but his dad would drop him off at the curb. He goes, I'm 12 years old. My dad would drop me off at the curb, give me money for a ticket, go in, and he says, I'll be back at 10 o'clock to pick you up, son, and roll up to the curb and pick him up.

He'd jump in the car and away they go. He goes, every Monday night. Every Monday night. I'm like, that's amazing. Oh, my gosh.

So, wow.

So, all right, let me ask you this then.

So, did you ever think in your wildest imagination that you and the Russian nightmare would be best of friends? Never. If you would have told 9, 10-year-old Neil that I had the relationship that I have with you with Nikita Koloff, I'd have, man, please, I'd have told you you was on something. No way. You'd be because back then, you were bigger than life back then.

I mean, to us kids, you were like, man, look at this dude here. He is just killing our guys, man. This person is killing us.

So were you like many Neil that they loved to hate me? Especially when I was a bad guy. No. No, actually it was 'cause I I already liked Ivankoloff anyway.

Okay, okay. Yeah. I just liked his style. He was just brutal. He was he was a bear.

He was the bear. He was the Russian bear. Yes, he was. The Russian bear. I mean, and And then Yeah, you got then you come on the scene and then between you and him not only the tag matches, but then like your matches with Magnum and You know, the four horsemen and that whole genre, that whole breed, that whole era.

Yeah. Yeah. It was. Yeah. Brings back some great memories.

Brings back some great memories. Yeah, you couldn't tell us Wrestling wasn't real back then. Wrestling's not real now. It was real back then. I agree.

I agree. You know, back then, cage matches was a chain-linked fence. It wasn't steel bars. It was a chain-linked fence. That's right.

That's right. You do have some fond memories, don't you? Oh, God, yes. Yeah. Oh, that's awesome.

That's awesome.

Well, let me fast forward here a little bit.

So, you got the blended family. You're out there in the marketplace. You're out there working. I know you're very involved in your church. You've got different ministries that you and your bride, Candy, there, are involved in.

Congratulations, by the way, on 15 years. That's amazing in today's world. I know you're involved in the pregnancy center down that way, as well as other men's ministries, men that you're ministering to. And you're a man camp alumni. And more recently, you came to the first ever man camp reunion.

What would you say if you took a minute and were to address the men and or the women out there with a special man in their life? What would you say to them? Regarding man camp. Yeah. Go.

Um there There's all kinds of excuses why we can't go but find excuses to do the things that we really want to do. if you make it a priority, right, then then you go, right? Yeah, pray about it. Ask the Lord when you feel the unction, because you're going to feel it. God's not going to tell you not to go to man camp.

I don't believe that. Go. It will change you as a better man. It will change your whole outlook, your marriage, your whole lifestyle. Would it be fair to say the four or five words I hear the most at the conclusion of each camp are these words?

This week was life-changing. Would that be fair to say? Oh, yes, sir. Yeah. Yeah.

You know, and it is kind of funny, all the different reasons reasons why guys give me why they can't take a few days off, work, or get away and just center their gaze on the Lord for a few days. But for those who do, not 100% of them, but for many of them, you know, it really is life-changing. And, you know, your encouragement to go, you know, go to mancamp.info, go to mancamp.info and check it out. You're going to see some great testimonies on marriages being restored, transformation of physical transformation. Guys, we got one guy in particular to date's lost 120 pounds.

God convicted him of his health. Just back and forth. There's some real incredible, incredible stories and testimonies. And so just check that out and see if that's something that would be of interest to you. And if you're a law enforcement or military, first responder, a pastor, we have scholarships available for you.

We're going to make a way. We're going to make a way. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Nikita Koloff here, and I am excited. Did you hear the huge announcement, the big announcement?

Well, all that said, Neil, let's fast forward here and move on to what questions you might have for me.

So if you're ready, let's roll with your first question. All right.

First question is: when you broke into professional wrestling and the gruels and trials of the road, just the traveling, the overall traveling from point A to point B. trying to get there to to do each event. Do you think that helped you once you came to Christ and God called you to the ministry and you've traveled all over? Do you think that, in a way, God led you down the wrestling path and all the traveler to help equip you for what you're doing now? That's a great question.

In fact, the short answer would be yes. That would be the short answer and might add emphatically, yes. And when I look back and I think about, in fact, just recently, I had a mutual friend with us, Richard Bell. You probably know that name. Oh, yeah.

And he was traveling with me, actually kind of down your way. I was coming down to speak at a men's dinner, like a wildlife game dinner or something. Anyway, somewhere down there in South Carolina, and we're headed towards Greenwood.

South Carolina. And I just looked at Richard, I said, Man, 40 years ago, when I was on my way to the Greenwood Civic Center. Maybe to wrestle a Ric Flair or a Wahoo McDaniel or Blackjack Mulligan or one of the Rock and Roll Express or the Road Warriors or Whoever else, stone cold Steve Austin, never in a million years did I figure I'd be driving that exact same road, not to entertain fans. But on my way to share the gospel, to share the good news of Jesus Christ and how He transformed. My life.

And so, yeah, I jokingly sometimes Neil says, God set me up, man. Like, he, you know, he's got a sense of humor. And he's like, watch this. I'm going to send him into this wacky, crazy world of wrestling. And then he's going to leave it.

Surrender his heart to me, and then we're going to use that wrestling platform as a way to draw people in. To hear his transformational story and win other people to cry.

So. Yeah, just wow. That's a big wow for me when I think about that, Neil. That's a great question. Great question.

The second one is: would you say. when you were wrestling. When you came down to Jim Crockett promotions, they gave you the identity that you had for Raffle. Correct. Which set you which sets you up on the platform.

Correct. And I believe it was October 91 or 93. Jesus gave you your true identity of who Nikita Koloff was? October 93. Yes, sir.

To be more specific, 17 October 1993. About 11 months after I left wrestling. Yeah. Again, so yeah, to expound on that, so I had this persona, the Russian nightmare. Right, persona for all those years.

And upon departure from wrestling, realized concluded, I could tell, I just knew something was still missing. I couldn't put my finger on it. I had all the success in the world of wrestling. Championship belts, travel around the world, experience things I never in a million years again would have dreamed I would have ever experienced because of that profession, and yet suddenly realized something's still missing. And of course, what was missing was a personal relationship.

With Jesus Christ.

Now, like many, Neil, I believed in God. I just didn't have a relationship with God. The story of Jesus had never made the 18-inch strip exactly from my head. Down to my heart, as Romans 10:9 and 10 says, You know, confess with your mouth, yes, but also believe in your heart.

So that's the real key to this whole journey with Jesus. And once I had that revelation, that aha moment, and went to that altar and surrendered my life, oh my gosh, I mean, it's just never been the same since.

So Wow. That's amazing. Yeah, it is. Go ahead. The last question I had, it it's about man camp.

It's kind of a two part question.

Okay. How did you cross paths with Jerome Stratton? And when Camp Littleike when was the first Camp there and Did you know after that first camp that that's where you were going to continue to have?

Well, what what made Camp Moonlight the the center of the man camp for down here.

Okay, great, great questions. Part one, part two. Part one, how did I meet Jerome Stratton? He'll tell you he's the caretaker, not the owner of Camp LeLight. He'll tell you he's the caretaker because he said God owns the property.

He just manages it for the Lord. The Lord directed him there from Florida many, many years ago. I met him through Pastor Tony, Pastor Tony Evans, down in. Uh, in Atlanta, Georgia, Pastor T was doing kids' ministry. Jerome does a lot of uh youth camps and children's camps in the summertime.

And so Tony did children's minute, would roll in with his family and do puppets and all kinds of things for the kids there at the camp. He introduced me to Jerome. That was back in about 2011, maybe 2012.

Somewhere in that area. And it was not long after that that we did our first official camp there. And it didn't take long to realize that that's where we needed to be. 100-acre plus property. Jerome has been gracious to build things that we need for outdoor activities and those sorts of things.

And so that is, you know, that's just home. We have this amazing relationship with Jerome. And that's home for us. And so, you know, until the Lord directs us somewhere else, that's where we're going to be. Little town called Royston, Georgia, for those wondering.

The home of baseball player Ty Cobb. They have a little Ty Cobb Museum there. But for now, until Lord tells us something else, that's where we're going to be every spring, in April, every fall, in October. And again, you can go to mancamp.info and check it all out. You know, hope that we see one of you out or more than one of you out there in listening land.

Show up, and he says, How'd you hear about man camp? You say, From the podcast, from Neil Broach's interview. I'm like, Amen, praise the Lord. That'd be cool. All right, well, Neil, I appreciate you carving out some time.

I know you're out there today in the marketplace, but you're able to carve out some of your lunchtime to spend with us. And I really appreciate that. I appreciate you, appreciate your service heart, your love for the Lord, your love for your family, and really your love for the camp and what we do. And can't thank you enough for all of your support. Thank you so much.

We can't thank you enough for being obedient and doing what God laid on your heart to go after the heart of men because if you hadn't been obedient, I would have never got the opportunity to come there and been able to serve there. And we thank you for being the mentor as a guidance when we meet it. And you're always there when we need somebody to talk to. You never shy away from a phone call or a text message.

So we appreciate you and just want you to know that. Thank you, Neil.
