Expressions of God’s Goodness - Part 1

God's goodness is expressed in many ways, including His mercy, which is His tender-hearted, loving, and caring concern for people who are suffering, needy, or in distress. God's mercy is not motivated by anything within us, but by His nature to be merciful. He desires to express His goodness through His mercy toward everyone, and He does so in various situations, such as physical suffering or sinfulness.
