It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man. Alright, so first up, we've got, I don't know where to start. We've got a video. This is crazy. Do we have this video? So, it's a Florida man who's getting arrested.

It's in Southwest Miami-Dade. I can't play. Can we actually play it?

Are we safe to play it? No audio. Okay, no audio. If we're going to be safe and not have any audio. Okay. So, it's. It's censored. It's censored.

Okay. For the first time, we are seeing body camera video when Miami-Dade police say they were assaulted by a quadriplegic man. A case so unusual, even the judge at first appearance seems surprised.

I have truly never seen a case like this. It happened May 1st. Police were called to the Southwest Miami-Dade home of Brian Amasta.

Also known as El Valiente, his stage name when he's performing music. According to the report, Amasta and his mother, seen here in red, were involved in an argument. But when mom is put in handcuffs, this happens. When we interviewed Amasta back then, he told us this. They claimed that I hit them with my wheelchair. Did you? I absolutely did not. The report stated that you spit at an officer. Right. So I have, I suffer from acid reflux.

So I normally spit and I spit like totally different direction. But this is the video. Amasta also told us he felt humiliated during his arrest because he was separated from his motorized wheelchair, which he says was damaged when it was put on a flat bed. You see one officer appearing to text someone, joking that they were going to put him on the tow truck.

Officers later seen inspecting their legs, Amasta charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer. Yeah. So there you go right there.

So that's one Florida man. Yeah. All right. So that's OK. Good. Yeah, we got that. Glad we got that one in.

Oh, my word. A Florida man got revenge on an in-laws neighbor. The nightmare neighbor cut down his mom's trees. So he got revenge. It's a it's a British Florida man who apparently got mad over his mother in law's neighbor. They cut down a bunch of palm trees that separated their property.

And so he formed a privacy hedge. And so they and it was for their pool. What do they call those? The the little the lanai? Is it like a lanai? Is that what it is where they have the glass thin pool? I don't understand. It's a Florida thing. And so they basically are cutting down all the grain around each other's property.

That's that's what and there's like different videos. I can't we can't actually show the well, we can show part of it, but don't show the part where they say the blankie neighbor. Got to be careful with that one. So he built a 68 feet of planter, a planter box boxes. And I guess trying to dare the neighbor into doing something there.

So I don't. The planter boxes look great though. The planter boxes do look great. I have to say they look very nice.

So I don't know if that was like intentional from the neighbor that cut the trees down or what but like it ended up looking very nice. So we have this we also got the Florida man who I got the Oh gosh, I don't want the people at the adult store. And I really don't want the people who got into who literally who went to Taco Bell husband and wife went to Taco Bell, and they end up getting into a fight and they threw the entirety of the contents of the bag of Taco Bell at each other.

During the fight, and the woman because she was seen by police throwing the burrito at her husband's head was the one who got arrested. Hi, I'm Matthew, a theater major at Hillsdale College. Here's Hillsdale President Dr. Larry Arnn with a Constitution Minute. The great Abraham Lincoln described the Constitution as a picture or frame of silver built to guard or protect an apple of gold. This apple of gold was the declaration of independence and its principle of equal rights for all. This principle of equal rights, Lincoln said, clears the path for all gives hope to all, and by consequence, enterprise and industry to all. There are many today who seek to limit or distort this great principle by employing a distorted definition of equality and equality of condition or outcome, regardless how people live their lives. This distortion of generally accepted lead to an America less prosperous and less free. To learn more and get a free pocket Constitution, visit Constitutionminute.com. This Constitution Minute was furnished by Hillsdale College. It's going to be the most, the biggest change agent in the next 10 years, mostly good stuff.

But will we get it right? You know, social media, we're still arguing about, hey, we shouldn't have let young kids use it as much. And how do you balance free speech and versus crazy stuff that, you know, got people not to take vaccines, for example, I don't know, maybe just realize that not everyone agrees with you on the issues of government injections, Bill Gates, and then also don't raise morons. I mean, you don't have to have the government handhold you and tell you that's not real if you have a brain. Welcome back to the program.

Bottom of the second hour, Dana lash with you. It's so easy to figure out what's fake. And what's I mean, it is I mean, yeah, sometimes we joke and we're like, Oh, my gosh, real life is so crazy. It's not it's, you know, it's indistinguishable from satire. But you really do know what's the difference? Come on people. Bill Gates doesn't think that you do.

He thinks that everybody's dumb, and they can't tell the difference. And you really need the government to be able to tell you that's a fake video. By the way, I did. Speaking of AI, which is not totally great yet, by the way, AI is weird looking, there's always something off, right? There's always something off. And there's always one of the things I my youngest son who hates AI. He was remarking on the blankness of everything that's created with AI, like art and everything else. It is flat and soulless.

It really is. And in substack, they have a feature now where you can generate AI images. And I asked AI what it gave me a number of completely bizarre images. I asked AI what I looked like I literally put in my name.

I put in my name that was the prompt Dana lash and it should if you're watching the simulcast it showed me with a gun bigger than a little mini tank I'm in. It looks like a Mario Kart character. Like that could be Princess Peach in a tank. Oh my god, I'd play that character. That's a 50 cal, isn't it?

That's an 11 decal. And then it would have it showed me so that's me apparently in a little tank. And I really want this now.

I really feel like I need I need the little tank. I don't know. It's just fascinating to me. But it showed me all kinds of weird images. There was like one where it had the scope backwards, like, you know, the Navy, the guy the Navy officer, but it also had like the barrel backwards of like it was I guess it was supposed to be a Glock and then it would have like, I'd have an extra finger. And then there was one image where the trigger was in here.

Like an actual human ear. It was the weirdest thing. It's so bizarre. And then when one of the images was me with three arms, and various guns that don't exist in each arm, you have the right to bear arms. Yeah, but three of them. Why not? You know, as many as you want.

I mean, I look like was it General Grievous. So AI is not you know, but like how Gavin Newsom, he was acting like he was coming to the defense of Hollywood and the actors and voiceover artists and saying I'm going to make sure that no one can use your likeness. And, and I understand different contractual disputes and things of that nature. But he's banning parody in California in addition to plastic bags. So I, I don't think that you need the government to do that. I think that you need the government to regulate speech. You have to have free speech because that is that's one of the ways that the people hold the government accountable. And when the government doesn't want to be accountable, it doesn't want you to have free speech. It doesn't want you to have the free ability to be able to point out its shortcomings, and where it is not doing its job per the Constitution. They don't want to be told that stuff.

And Bill Gates is out here. Well, you know, they we should have regulations on crazy stuff like info that makes people not want to get a vaccine. What info? You mean the fact that it didn't actually inoculate you?

What about that? I mean, if you weren't actually immunized from it, you could still actually contract the virus. So what crazy information that makes people not want to get the shot that didn't actually prevent you from contracting the thing for which you were supposed to get this injection for in the first place? What's crazy? Is it crazy to point out that truth? Or is it crazy to just what?

I don't understand his his measure here. Crazy stuff that means people not want to get it. People don't want to get injected with something that a, they don't even know what's what it's about.

B, there's no long term studies on it. See, I get it that it was a weird time and everybody was trying to rush stuff. But there were a lot of consequences to this.

And there were a lot of adverse effects to this that the government also didn't want to address. And is it crazy to point out that they didn't want to talk about the adverse reactions? That's not crazy. That's legitimate it there.

There are tons that actually happened. But apparently, you're not supposed to talk about that. This is what they're trying to shame you into thinking that if you disagree with the status quo, then it's crazy. You don't want to be like those crazy people that ask questions. They're trying to appeal to this, this belief that people really want to just be homogenous and behavior like the Borg. Everybody just wants to be in lockstep. The left really believes that that's when everyone is supposed to be the happiest when everyone is controlled.

Equal happiness for everyone. That's what they believe. That's what this Oh, heaven forbid you be like one of those crazy people that asks questions.

What do you mean the injection that doesn't actually prevent you from contracting the virus like we said for over a year it would? You're crazy if you point that out. That's crazy stuff.

We need regulations on that. Or how about ivermectin, which is a therapeutic? They tried to misrepresent what people were saying about it. And they were claiming that those who were talking about its therapeutic uses were claiming that that it cures the virus.

And they acted like that was crazy. But they were literally out there touting an injection that was supposed to cure a virus, which by the way, that's not how viruses work. You just acclimate you don't stop and kill you don't cure the virus.

You you're you have to acclimate. And they were acting like it provided some sort of immunization when it didn't that but that's not crazy. What do you what? How about the craziness of lying to people over and over again about this?

How about shutting down the whole damn economy over a lie? If you want to have a discussion about crazy stuff that should be regulated, it's not the people who should be regulated. It's the damn government that needs to be regulated.

It's the P-15. Tell them Dana sent you. And now all of the news you would probably miss.

It's time for Dana's quick five. So wealthy Gen Z'ers are leaving California, according to a new study. They're leaving. They're defined as people who run households under the age of 26 if they bring in more than $200,000 a year.

So they're classified as high earners by the IRS because of their age and income. And they said that wealthy Gen Z'ers are leaving and they're going they're leaving West Coast entirely. A lot of them are going to.

In fact, this is there. Where are they going? Where's the New York? They which is blows my mind. Why are they going to New York, Florida, Tennessee, Colorado and Texas?

Those are the top five. I think you go to New York because maybe if they want to live in the city, you know, if they're they're young, they don't have kids. Maybe they think that's where to go. How weird is that, though? Those states saw the biggest influx of top earning Gen Z household.

New York is number. That's so weird to me. But that's what it is. The same, you know.

Also, a couple other. Of course, it's not going to pull up. It may not pull up. Let's see here. You have to forgive me because I had everything freeze again and I'm not able to pull anything up. So what do I have on there?

Throw it up. I there it is. Oh, this is like what was the movie with Keanu Reeves? Speed, wasn't it?

This is a. So police chase. They chase this hijacked bus.

And this is literally speed with Keanu Reeves. They chase a hijacked bus in Los Angeles and it had hostages on board. The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority had hostages on board, according to them. There was a shooting victim on board as well, according to KTLA. Then they surrounded it yesterday in downtown Los Angeles and they were able to get people out.

And they don't really say anything about the perp, only that they were able to take them into custody. And that's kind of it. We have more of the show coming up. Don't go anywhere.

Stick with us. Now, I wanted to share this story with you. It's a culture story. I promised.

I hate everything. How does a dog gender fluid? That's a rhetorical question, because it's not dogs are not gender fluid.

OK, they're not. So there's this gender fluid dog. Well, the owner says that the dog is gender fluid. The dog is not gender fluid. Yeah, the dog is not gender fluid. So the owner is mentally ill. OK, got it.

Yeah, the owner is stupid. It is a gender fluid dress wearing Datsun named Pablo. There's apparently a fight with this lesbian couple. Is it a lesbian couple?

Lesbian social worker Lizzie Pitt was accused of voicing transphobic views. Oh, it's her colleague, who is Pablo's owner. Pablo identified on a Zoom call.

This gets dumber. On a Zoom call, identified his Datsun as gender fluid and then had the animal in a dress. This is animal abuse.

Pablo is named after a Brazilian drag queen of the same name who campaigned against Bolsonaro. The Datsun has his own Instagram account where you can watch its owner abuse it by putting dresses on and saying that it's gender fluid. And so he apparently was talking about this and someone said your dog is male. And then he said the group was silent and shocked and he felt it was an attack on his personal choices and his lived experience.

If you get on a Zoom call and you say that your dog is gender fluid, you're a female copulatory organ and you ought to be relentlessly and publicly ridiculed until you feel as though that you must exclude yourself from polite society and go hide under a rock somewhere until you can behave better amongst people who clearly have more brain cells than you. But the thing is, is that he literally decided to litigate it. Say they had a legal battle and taxpayers ended up paying, and this is in Britain because of course, they ended up paying like 63,000 pounds. He was so butthurt over this that he literally litigated it.

This is in Britain. This guy was so upset that someone said your dog is a boy. Your dog isn't gender fluid. Your dog doesn't have the same brain damage you do. That he decided to litigate it. This guy decided to litigate because his dog can't be, your dog is a dude. He's got a willy. He's a dude. And the dog doesn't, the dog eats feces. It doesn't, it licks his own butt. It's not going to, it doesn't identify as gender fluid. That's a fake thing.

Now you're forcing your damage onto animals, which is animal abuse. Now they, she actually, the woman, Lizzie, she actually had to go and meet with the bosses. And she and another lesbian colleague apparently weren't, do only lesbians work here? They were reported for their quote, really aggressive tone. And they were, they were both deemed to be non-exclusive and transphobic. This guy really had his feelings hurt. So they, they fought back and then they, he, she accused him of harassment, and then she ended up winning.

She ended up winning on recovering all of her legal costs because she suffered, she said, because of her beliefs. So this is wild. They said that they, I mean, they, this is, this is just wild that this is happening. So yeah, that's, that's an actual story. Can you believe this?

Kane, this is where we are. I feel like if I was the judge in this case, and someone came up to me and the case that I had to decide was whether or not this dude had his feelings hurt because some lesbian criticized his, his fake status dog. I feel like I'd be like, you know what? You're guilty firing squad.

And they'd be like, what? No, no, no. You're guilty of just being annoying death by firing squad. Take him right now. Take his dog too. Save the dog.

Take that guy. I mean, this is, this is exactly what the left has created. It's, this is their creation. We're watching like the bubbling over of their creation.

I hate everything. This is where we are at in life. All right, we've got more on the way. I told you this was a real story. I tweeted about it, or put it up on, is it tweet? Can you say tweet? We need to find like I posted about it on X, I guess. Thanks for tuning into today's edition of Dana Lash's Absurd Truth Podcast.
