The Biden family's corruption and dysfunction are on full display as Joe Biden's mental fitness is called into question. Meanwhile, the administration's policies on inflation, debt, and national sovereignty are causing concern. The situation in Ukraine and Russia is also a topic of discussion, with many questioning the motives of Zelensky and Putin. Additionally, the issue of crime and trafficking is highlighted, with a focus on the need for justice and accountability.

Thank you, Lord, for making sure that we live in times that are fascinating and frustrating and challenging. And I mean that because it means that God thinks he can trust us.

Well, he doesn't think. He knows. He doesn't think things. He knows things.

So he can trust us in these times, and we need to be able to trust ourselves to make sense of what is being done to us. You know the phrase in vino veritas. The idea is, you get a little drunk, and the truth comes out. I don't make fun of dementia, I make fun of the fact. That we're to pretend that the figurehead Biden isn't addled by dementia.

And sometimes in dementia veritas, Uh this is Joe Biden. He's with the uh A group of dignitaries, we're told to say, the Prime Minister of India amongst them. Listen to what comes out of the figurehead's mouth here in clip number one. I was just thinking Uh the anyway. I started off without you.

And I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared. Did did you hear that?

Now of course They're doing the mask on, Mascal thing. But comedians do this. Comedians do the well, I was making political commentary, but I know that offended people, but I was joking because I'm a comedian. And then later, it's well, just because I'm a comedian doesn't mean that I shouldn't be taken seriously when I do political commentary.

So, in this case, of course, we're told that the figurehead was just kidding. But there's something true about people's lifelong patterns. And when you've done something for life, there are things that you remember how to do, and that can be done, that can be communicated in a positive sense. I remember watching a documentary about a guy who was a concert pianist and a composer and a brilliant, brilliant piano player. And they were interviewing the man who was at his breakfast table.

when he was struggling to pick up a cup of tea. You know, a little tiny little T T handle, struggling with the utensils. and shaky. And they took him into the next room and they sat him down at the piano. And when he sat down, his posture changed.

He sat straight up, and he was the maestro again. And in a very positive sense, you saw that: okay, that part of him is still there. It's the part that still lasts. My mom's second husband.

Well, actually, third husband.

Sorry, mom, but he. Had That same thing happened to him when he danced, and he suffered deep dementia. But when he danced, he was once again John who won European dancing contests. And that that went on well into his late stages, as even as he neared death. They could dance.

Biden can grift. It is a lizard brain activity for the Biden family to grift. This is how Hunter did the grift during the grip. Of his methamphetamine addiction, which we're told to believe no longer exists. And it's being peddled as a consistent excuse.

His own lawyer says, hey, look. Things that my clients said, even if they're verified. Under the when he was under the grip of a addiction? Those shouldn't be considered. Byron York at the Washington Examiner.

Has gone through some of the things on which Hunter Biden was not convicted. Wasn't even really charged. The list here, voluminous as it is. in my opinion, still doesn't get to the core of the issue. And the core concern, the core question I have.

So, Barbara New York writes about the fact that in this story of unpaid taxes, it eventually got up to like $2.2 million that Hunter didn't pay. He didn't bother to file many years. He filed late and didn't pay in advance. I get to write a big, big check. the end of this month to the IRS and I know if I pay late they're coming at me.

And he just didn't bother to do that.

So it got up to this point where it's about $2.2 million. And normally You don't get to run a balance like that with the IRS. But lo and behold, he's rescued from Hollywood and a guy named Mike Morris comes in and he effectively pays this money and it's characterized as part gift and part loan and therefore he doesn't have to pay taxes on this. But that's not even the biggest part of this. He received Hunter Biden.

A biblical number of money, $666,667. Not quite the last six, but the first three count. When he got this money, And it came from a Ukrainian energy company. He sent that, Hunter Biden apparently sent that money to. To a Chinese company run by one of his associates, and then that company loaned that money to Hunter Biden.

So, the way this works is you take your paycheck, you give it to your wife, and then she loans it to you. And hey, nobody has to pay taxes, and you don't have to pay it back.

Next hour, I'm bringing a friend of mine on who does my podcast with me on Fridays. I have a podcast at the ToddHermanShow.com, two and a half hours of content every day. And Zach Abrahams, Chief Investment Officer of Bullwork Capital Management, he and I chatted last week, and he turned me on to all the investigation that goes on with firms like his every year in audits. And Zach's not here to say, hey, don't do that. He wants fiduciaries like him held to account and held to strict standards.

It would be a better place, if a better world, if that was the case. Or if people paid big, big, big penalties when they don't take care of their clients.

So he's going to talk about the comparison between firms like his and this web of 28 LLCs that the Bidens ran. The judge in the case of of um of President Trump. And this is related. Let's not pretend it's not. We'll get to this audio as well next hour.

President Trump caught on audio, recorded surreptitiously, handling classified documents that President Trump said, hey, I didn't declassify these. I could have, but now I can't. We've known this. It's been in the transcripts. We've talked about this, in fact, in the podcast, and it's been addressed on Dana's show.

And we've known this, but now they have the audio. Look at the timing of the audio. It comes out. As we get audio of Biden the figurehead saying, Oh, yeah, I sold state secrets.

So Judge Cannon Has gone back to special counsel Jack Smith, who is a Trump-hating fanatic, and said, No, in fact, I'm not going to hide from the jury the information you want me to hide from the jury. I'm not going to hide witness names. I'm not going to hide that from people. I'm going to have this be an open court hearing. It seems like they want Cannon to recuse, and they're trying to push that to happen.

At the center of all of this, as I go back to Hunter Biden, is this question: what did you sell? Are there still deliverables expected? Is your figurehead father to this day carrying out the business deal you put together, the bribe you took? Because the CCP doesn't just come and claw their money back. Or the Ukrainian officials, they have other ways to threaten you if you don't pay.

Kevin McCarthy. Says that he is going to look into impeachment, not of Biden. They want to run against him. That's the calculus.

Sorry to be cynical, but that's the calculus as I see it. In clip number three here, McCarthy says that they're going to begin this on July 6th over the IRS whistleblowing testimony here in clip three. Yesterday I laid out very clearly by July 6th, because of the allegations from the IRS, because of the whistleblowers and the DOJ, Garland, what he is saying and what David Weiss are saying privately are two different things. And if it comes true what the IRS whistleblower is saying, we're going to start impeachment inquiries on the Attorney General.

Well, it is. Because as a matter of fact, it shows that. And so it would be great if you had... Call your panel. You've got the whistleblower.

Yes. You've got the Attorney General. And you've got the U.S. Attorney. Listen, they're telling us.

Yeah, but what's interesting is the IRS whistleblower that has no political background took copious notes, can tell you the date, can tell you the people in the meeting.

So we could bring six other people in. And the U.S. Attorney, you said this here, but the Attorney General said something different, said you had all power and you did not. That's key in getting Merritt Garland in front of. Questioners in an impeachment hearing is key, so long as they ask what was Hunter Biden selling, what were the deliverables?

Because Merrick Garland will say, oh, ongoing case, et cetera. It's not. They've now pretty much pushed this past the point where they can go back at Hunter Biden, but they can go at Joe Biden. It is illegal to take bribes if you're influencing. The foreign policy of the United States is an unregistered lobbyist, and it's traitorous.

It's treasonous. If Biden right now is carrying out those deliberals, that is the most significant. national security risk I could ever think of. And remember this: this is Merrick Garland's defense. This is how he defends himself by attacking us.

You'll hear this in clip number two. Do the American people have cause to be concerned about the integrity of the components of this Justice Department and what do you have to say about how they're acting? I certainly understand that some have chosen to attack the integrity of the Justice Department as components and its employees by claiming that we do not treat like cases alike. This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy and essential to the safety of the American people. Nothing could be further from the truth.

You've all heard me say many times that we Make our cases based on the facts and the law. These are not just words, these are what we live by. They are the foundation of the way we make these decisions. Big. Agents of the FBI, as well as the DEA, the ATF, our deputy U.S.

Marshals, every day, often at great personal risk, protect the American people and secure its safety. Our cases are based on their work. I could not be more proud to work with them.

So we're putting the country at danger. By having this discussion, people who've ever been around narcissists, particularly in a clinical setting, will be familiar with the acronym DARVO. Darvo stands for deny. Attack, reverse victim and offender.

So you deny you're doing that. Oh, there's not none of our cases are based on politics. None of them. Uh in fact, uh we're the victims here. Oh, y you guys are making our our agents less safe.

But by having any skepticism, you're making America less safe. I forgot the attack part. Oh, yeah, we're not doing it, but right-wing lunatics are, and we're the victims. Starvo. Disney has learned a thing.

about losing money.

So, what are they going to do? We'll talk about that next. It's Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana Show. When you see judicial rot running rampant in American companies embracing insanity and wokery, you got to fight back, starting with the way that we spend our money.

So, for years, big mobile companies have dumped millions into leftist causes, and you know, we just kind of took it because another option didn't exist.

Well, now one does. Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, and they offer dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks so you get the best possible service in your area without the woke propaganda. And if I may be so bold as to offer another alternative, go to DanaLash.com and subscribe to her chapter and verse newsletter on Substack, Dana in written form, and a chance to share that stuff with friends. Great way to draw people into her show. It's Todd Herman Feeling in for Dana. And now we roll. The quick five.

And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. Disney has lost $890 million on their last eight films.

Now, for those of you who still obey numbers and believe in numbers, and that's debatable because numbers are racist and sexist and they're transphobic and they're horrible and mean and they're literally Hitler. That's nearly a billion dollars.

So the company is of course changing course. But sick, they're not. Uh the new Star Wars film has fa has cast The first so-called transgender actor in a role hiring. A um Man who pretends to be a female and a YouTube personality in one of the starring roles. They cannot get it and they don't care.

And there's something that's deeply disturbing about all this: in the background, you have companies like BlackRock and ESG, or BlackRock, and Vanguard, and State Street, and Rise Capital, et cetera, saying, hey, do what's right. If you take some stock losses, we'll be there to backstop. I think that, I mean, I don't have that proof. But nothing else makes sense or willing to take these losses like this. and quadruple down.

In San Francisco, I saw this video. Oh my goodness, I worked in San Francisco for years. I used to go eat lunch in this mall. It had a great Indian place. It's in fact the first Indian food I'd ever had.

ATT, Westfield Mall, Nordstroms are all leaving San Francisco. They're out. They can't stay because they can't keep product on the shelf because it's instantly stolen. And when people put this product behind plexiglass, you saw this thing in New York. A guy took in a blowtorch.

to get it out.

So, San Francisco, of course, is going to quadruple down on the same exact policies because the job is to destroy the cities. I can't make this clear enough. When you are fighting a cultural revolution, you intend to have discomfort, you intend to have destabilization, so you can come and say the only thing that will save us is the strong, strong hand of. Cammy Harris or Gavin Newsom. That's, guys, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that is the plan.

I can't imagine being this poor man. He's a janitor and he is is working In a lab, in a at a university, the a Polytechnic Institute. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and there's this beeping sound. Babe. Babe, just and it's gotta drive him nuts.

and he's probably thinking something is broken.

So he went to turn off the beeping noise and in the process caused $1 million in damage. to the facility.

Now, of course, he'll probably be punished for that because he's not a government employee, at least not at the federal level. But $1 million in damage sounds like a lot until you figure out that the Pentagon regularly loses $666 billion or something? Where'd that go? We don't know.

Well, let's move on. There is an animal rescue. Later. Uh well, leader at former. She, um Had?

A problem with dogs. In that she collected dogs and she treated. Treated them very, very poorly, so much so that when they went to her home, they found 146 dead dogs that had effectively died locked in their cages. Her name is Barbara Wibble. And there is a hoarding thing that people get with animals that hey, they're better off with me than anywhere else.

Very, very sad that this happened. And of course, now this organization is separating themselves from her. But there is a chance at revenge.

Now, revenge belongs to the Lord. Let's remember that. But I don't know that that applies for animals. I don't. Animals may be allowed to get revenge.

Because that applies to us, God's rule. At Cutz Town University, There's a problem with with it with aggressive cows.

So, if the cows find out about these dogs in this fake defender of animals, Do the cows go into action? Because I'll tell you this: if you've ever been around a cow, they're pretty peaceful animals until they're not. And if they ever figure that out, that they could team up together, we could be in trouble. We'll come back. Todd Herman Infer Dana on the Dana Show.

Hey, it's Todd Herman in for Dana. And that wouldn't be as funny if it didn't provide such a fantastic visual of someone in a parking lot and pulling open the phone and saying, okay, just listen, just for one second, please, please, I beg you just to listen.

It's fun to fill in for Dana. It's fun to be with you, and thank you for putting up with a guest host. And you can find my podcast at the ToddHermanShow.com. People who have spent any time around me or have heard me on the radio for years or on Russia show where I've filled in, God rest you, Maha, know that I have an incredibly hard time not falling into tears. When I examine or talk about the bravery of people who serve in our military.

Um It and it it annoys friends of mine. I it it it gets to them. Like dude, it's just our job. And my response is often: dude, it's just my honest response to how you do your job. And maybe you feel the same way.

So this is a preface to where I continue to stand, on the war between Ukraine and Russia. Because at the center of all of this is for me the concern about the uh the troops who are over there. And my regard for them can't can't go higher. Because they do as they're told and they take orders and we all know We all know. That between us and incredible forms of physical evil stand them.

Between us, of course, and eternal evil stands God Almighty and the armor of God. and I pray that upon our troops. The figure had Has pushed back on the suggestion that the West had a role in this recent turmoil in Russia. Coup attempt, non-coup attempt, who knows?

So we're to believe this. that we will spend what will turn out to be a couple hundred billion dollars. It's going to turn out to be if it's not already there. to fight on behalf of Ukraine. And this doesn't count NATO, et cetera, on official dollars.

We're willing to do that. We're willing to step right up to the line that Senator Biden, before he was demented, said, Hey, if you want Putin to respond with physical force, take a NATO country right up to his border. And please, I beg you to not come to me and say, yeah, but Ukraine's not a NATO country. It's a de facto NATO country. Right now, NATO's fighting on their behalf.

It is a NATO country, and I'm not here to defend Putin. And this goes to the heart of my confusion about this because I can't defend Zelensky. I would love to have someone explain to me how it is that I should have this clear image that, well, no, I mean, Zelensky is our guy. He's the sort of leader that we stand with. And if you go through the checklist of things, I can't get there.

Maybe you can. And this mercenary, or this soldier for hire, or soldier for whatever you want to call him, non-official troop, whatever you want to call him, contractor. Pergozin has said that I didn't agree to transfer Wagner to Kremlin control, I just showed how weak it is.

So Putin's making this argument that now the Wagner Group is now going to become regular army, come under control of Putin, and the guy who runs that outfits, Pergozin, is saying, No, I didn't agree to that. What I've shown is how weak the Kremlin is.

Well, I mean, in point of fact, he probably did show that. Because he's alive. And the unpopularity of Putin, I don't know that we have a lot of view into that, but let me ask you this: do we have a lot of view into the popularity of Zelensky? And a side-by-side analysis is where this falls apart for me. For instance, We're told that Putin is very, very bad.

very, very evil because Putin blocks free speech.

Okay. I'm a proponent of free speech. I believe that God considers words very, very important. In the beginning, the word was with God, the word was God. I think he finds words very, very important.

In the book of Genesis, he didn't Snap his fingers for light. He spoke, Let there be light. I think that free speech is a godly pursuit. I believe God is also pro-accountability. Right?

There's things that you can say and get in trouble.

So I'm a big proponent of free speech. But Zielinski's not. It's a tie. Zelensky is seizing media. And it's not just him.

And gosh, this goes to another level of my disconcern or my concern and feeling a mental divorce, a. cognitive dissonance, if you will. I see that Citibank and Google. They're going into Ukraine, and you know what they've built, guys? They've built an app.

In Ukraine. And this app has some amazing functions. You can go there and get your government money. Sign up and get your government money. You can play a war game.

You can play a drone war game. on this app. You can get your COVID payments. They're still paying people to get injected with the mRNA. You can get your payments.

You know what you can do? You can turn in your neighbors. Because they might be collaborators. This is effectively the same app, They tried to roll out in states like Washington, and there were websites for turning in neighbors. But here's the point about free speech: it also comes with your own media feed.

Courtesy of Zelensky, Citibank, and Google, because you know they want us to have the truth.

So, Zelensky and Putin on free speech, it's a tie. Zelensky is arresting. political opponents, well not arresting, but shutting down political opposition parties. Putin does that.

Well, so does the figurehead, come to think of it. He arrests political opponents.

So that's a tie. Putin invaded Ukraine. Fair. Selensky wins on that front. There's actual Nazis in Ukraine.

And that's not me talking, that's the New York Times. before the switch went off and all of a sudden Ukraine was our Or our country. Zelensky was our guy. The New York Times investigated actual, for real, ideological, we want to bring the Nazi Party back people in Ukraine, but all of a sudden that switch went off and we're told: no, in fact, that never happened. That was never the case.

And you can compare this to recent history that the party's undertaken with us. Oh, you never had an immune system. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You thought you had an immune system? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

The only way we've ever fought off disease is with vaccines. There's no immune systems. How can I say that? Because these same types of people said there's no such thing as herd immunity. What is herd immunity?

It's a bunch of people who have immunity. A herd of people So I cannot decide. Why would I back one of these people?

Okay. Putin is killing civilians. All right, that's a big one. I don't stand with that. I don't stand with murder.

So Zelensky wins that round, but does he? Because if you look at what has gone on in Ukraine with the literal Nazis. They're not that friendly of people, okay?

So it's not on a broad scale. Does that make a huge difference?

So we have troops over there. I can't. Talk about this stuff without them, and they should be the number one question in all of this, should be them. At least we have this. That the United States is going to keep up weapon shipments to Ukraine, another $500 million package that's come through.

So maybe, maybe, maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way. Maybe I'm looking at this as a contest between Putin's evil and Zelensky's evil. Maybe I should put that aside and say, okay, you know what this is? This is American values. Got it.

All right.

So the Biden Regime. deeply values National sovereignty. All right, so they're living to the Biden proclamation that we will be defenders of national sovereignty. Except for Taiwan. and the borders between the states.

and such. But on Ukraine. It's all about national sovereignty. It falls down everywhere you look, anytime you look for a comparison. Human rights.

Right of self-determination.

Okay, once again, I bring up Taiwan.

Okay, no, but human rights in terms of Putin taking over entire towns, imprisoning people in their own homes, and saying, you are now Russian citizens.

Okay, now do the Uyghurs.

Now do the $150 billion. Trafficking industry, largely sex trafficking. Incidentally, if you've not seen the movie Sound of Freedom, well, you can't. It's out July 4th. This is the movie with Jim Caviesel.

Please go see it. I was blessed to get a uh A pre-screening of this. They do such a good job of exploring a dark, dark topic. But they never enter, they never become the darkness.

Somehow, the light shines through that movie. It's extraordinary.

So, is it that? Is it human rights on that level? No, that falls apart. The disturbing question in all of this. Is Biden paid to do this?

See, we have to ask this question now because of the way money flows to Hunter and then to the big guy. And I hate this conversation because then we need to ask who else got paid and who else is getting paid. I had retired Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin. Come on my podcast. You can get it at the ToddHerman Show.com.

And the retired lieutenant general told me on my program. That the United States is compromised by the Chinese Communist Party all the way to the tip-top of the Pentagon. I was shocked because I asked him. Are we compromised by the Chinese Communist Party to the top? And the general said, Son, the answer is yes.

You know what? Anyone else calls me son? I can't stand it. But Somehow, all generals should address people as son.

Well, I should say real generals. The real ones. It's Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana show. We'll come back. Have you heard of the Daniel Pack?

Penny. Fact, that next. Abolish the IRS, national reciprocity. She could go on forever, but she's only allowed three hours of the day on air to talk to you. Download the Dana Show podcast on your preferred podcast platform to take us with you wherever you go.

The Dana Show. Hey, it's Todd Herman in for Dana on The Dana Show. Wouldn't it be fun if we could all get an opportunity to sit and chat with people like Dana? Have you ever had an opportunity to sit and chat with someone that you, I mean, that my daughter turned me under the phrase Paris social relationship. I didn't know what that meant, but it is a feeling that you have a relationship with someone because you've watched them or you've listened to them through the years.

And at least speaking for me, Um that's sort of a mutual thing. You know, if you've had a podcast, and I call a podcast family or radio family, when I meet people. It's interesting because people will say, sometimes people get nervous, which is mind-blowing and humbling and weird, and they forget to say their name. Oh my gosh, you're Mr. Herman.

And my habit is to say, hey, can we start over? Hi, I'm Todd, and you are. And to have their name and address each other as what we are, which is friends from afar.

So, if you've never had that opportunity or you have, you know what that means. And Dana does such a good job on the show of being that conversational person. When you listen to her, doesn't it feel like you're sitting there with her and you're in this conversation? I would like to talk to Daniel Penny. He is the retired Marine who, of course, has now been labeled a a terrible murderer because he defended a train car full of people from a guy who had been allowed to self medicate himself into It's almost a state of schizophrenia if you didn't already have it.

And you can get You can make yourself deeply crazy by too many drugs. It's called drug-induced psychoses. And Daniel Penny, of course, is going to go on trial, and we are to ignore the fact that a woman who happens to be black said, no, he was defending all of us. There's now a Daniel Penny effect. That's being observed in New York City where people simply are not going to intervene.

and some of its fear There's a case where a woman was was being slashed. Uh And no one stepped up to help.

Now, okay, granted, the guy's got a knife, but there's also the fact that your sister's being murdered.

Now she lived. She bravely chased this guy. Uh to get footage of him That's a brave act. And at the same time, she was pleading for help. And no one came to help.

See, society has this decision to make. Do we want people who are willing to step in to do that if they are characteristically that way, or if they believe no greater love has man than to lay down his life for his brother? If they believe that, or they have that character, or they are the sort of person that God designed to be okay stepping into a circumstance like that? Do we want them to act, or do we want to demonstrate to the world that, no, we accept this sort of behavior because you see, you will get the behavior you accept. Which is why it's fun.

on the other hand of the emotional spectrum to see what's going on at Starbucks. There are about a hundred and there's workers at about a hundred and fifty stores. who've gone on strike. Because these stores have not been sufficiently enthusiastic about Pride century.

So in some cases, the contention is that they banned so-called pride decorations or that they were not sufficiently enthusiastic, they didn't sufficiently wear the dunce hat to say I got it wrong. In other words, the struggle session was not successful. And Starbucks pushes back on this and said, no, no, no, no. Local leaders, local store leaders, they have leeway to do this. We're not aware of any stores that have banned this stuff.

Howard Schultz, and I should say this every single time. When I was a young guy getting started in business, because in addition to doing radio and podcasting, I've been an entrepreneur most of my life. I I I effectively stalked Howard Schultz. I mean, I didn't follow him around, but I effectively stalked him and worked enough with his admin to try to get on Howard Schultz's schedule and just was very, very persistent and read about him on a consistent basis, what he was doing. And so he knew I was calling.

He kept getting these messages. I would only call once a week. And one day I called, I blind dialed. This is a trick you used to be able to use. You'd take the admin's phone number and add either a 1 or a 5.

And often that would lead to the principal.

So this was, and I figured he would be working late at night.

So I called late at night, not late at night, but like 6:30, 7 o'clock at night. And he picks up the phone. I I hear Hart Schultz. I said, Mr. Schultz, my name is Todd Herman.

I've been trying to reach you to have an informational meeting. I promise to take no more than half hour of your time. And he picked up the phone. He goes, Who is Todd Herman? Why does he keep calling me?

Why should I take this meeting? I said, Mr. Schultz, I'm deeply interested in the fact that you think you can take a coffee company public. You guys wait a minute. Who told you that?

No one. I've just been watching what you're doing. He goes, You can be in here tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. You'll have exactly half an hour. Done.

He spent an hour and a half with me. He was an unbelievably giving man.

So I just want to put that out there: that I think Howard at the time was a very giving man. I have no reason to believe he's not. He does not want unionization in Starbucks. For things like this.

Now, he is a big-time Democrat, but not an insane Democrat, certainly not in favor of riots, etc. But he is a Democrat, and I would just have to say to Howard Schultz, Mr. Schultz. This is What you vote for? There's no light.

There's no daylight. Between the people who want to take your company away from you, and by the way, your homes, and by the way, your money, and if you won't turn that over, your life. There's no daylight between that and people who want to take your conscience, sir.

So, that heart that you had for young people, that heart that you had for honesty and And being a tough love type guy, you have a half hour, 7:30 in the morning. Could you bring that back to our society? We come back. What's the comparison between how people like Hunter Biden are treated and honest business people? You won't believe the comparison.

Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana Show. Today is a day the Lord has made, and these are the times in which God has decided we shall live. And this is going to be live radio at its most hair-raising. Unbelievably dangerous.

Well, it's not because, of course, no one is going to be harmed. I have a conversation on a weekly basis with a dear friend of mine. I consider him a brother. He's a chief investment officer of a company called Bulwark Capital Management. And you can get him at knowyourriskradio.com.

And we are right now going through the tech process of making sure that Zach and I are going to have this conversation. And the reason I wanted to have him on is because Zach is a chief investment officer of a company that obviously handles people's money prior to retirement. He and I were talking about the Biden scenario. and Hunter Biden. And the 28, the web of 28 LLCs.

And Zach described to me a process they go through it. I understand it to be every year. of an audit. where they comb his life to see that he is not Using money poorly, well, not even poorly, but illegally, or giving, getting walking up to the line. Of anything that could be seen as corruption.

We could do this. For politicians, we could do this with their investment entities. We won't. We clearly aren't doing it with Hunter Biden. We clearly don't do it with a lot of very powerful people, but folks who want to play by the rules, they do do this.

So I'm hoping that the tech has worked out and that I'm going to welcome Zach to the program. Zach, when I say hello, I hope I hear you say hello, Todd. I am here.

So, Zach, welcome to Dana's show, and I observed the slightest bit of difference. Between how you at Bulwark Capital Management are treated with a yearly audit and how the Bidens are treated. Is there a little bit of daylight? And can you talk about what you face every year? Yes, it's a bit surreal.

First of all, thank you for having me on and a big Santa Dana and her show.

So a real treat to be on with you guys. But It it's it's it's a bit amusing. I mean, if it wasn't so Troublesome, I think amusing would be the right term. Um because to watch this shell game go on and to watch the excuses and the You know, all this stuff kind of getting paraded around, and you know, let's with with let's withhold judgment. Um we're just held to a completely different standard in the financial industry.

You know, I'll give you an example. This is kind of a small one, but It is tight enough. to where when we're trading accounts, I have had regulators go back through and look at trade receipts to ensure that I wasn't giving myself or direct family members Preferential execution, which means if I bought a big basket of stock at $55.35, that was the average price. right? And let's say some of it was bought at fifty five dollars and fifteen cents, Some of it was bought at $55.65.

I better give the $55.65 stock to me and my family. and my clients better get the fifty five dollar and fifteen cent stock. Right, like that's that's how that's the granular level that they will get down into. And when you've got a situation like this, Where you see LLC set up like this. they would be it wouldn't even get to an IRS situation or a tax situation.

The regulators would be all over. I've had them flag stuff like that before that was completely normal, right, but just had the potential of impropriety or the potential of a conflict of interest. And they're all in it. I mean, yeah, to sit back and watch the way that they dance around this. And then look at the scrutiny that we're held to every single year.

It's mind-blowing. And you're not a lawyer, and we make that clear on the show. You make that clear, but she also said something else, and I concur. Look, I have an LLC, and I have a subchapter S, and I know why I set up my LLC. It's to get a fast start.

I don't know if the business is going to stick around. I rolled it into a subchapter S. And I know this gets very esoteric and geeky for people. And LLC just means a limited liability corporation. With this web of 28 of those, you said something about.

Look, I mean, really, the only reason to have that is that you can kind of shelter income because the figurehead has said, oh, we released our personal taxes. We're completely transparent. But when we were talking about this, you were saying, look, if someone sets up a web of 28 LLCs, one of the reasons for that might be what?

Well, so yes, great question. But so think about just the title of it, right? A Limited Liability Corporation.

Now when you're you heard some people make try to insinuate you know, bad dealing on the part of Trump because Trump used LLCs for every single one of his properties. I chuckled when I heard that because every real estate developer does the same thing. And that makes sense when there is an asset and a liability. Meaning, if you had a real real estate empire, okay, you would take each individual property or each individual hotel and you would put it inside of its own corporate entity. And the reason that you would do that, in the event that something went wrong financially or whatever with that one property, you wouldn't want it to infect the other properties, right?

You'd want it to be isolated in that one LLC.

So when you're talking about substantial assets and most important, substantial financial liabilities, Having a series of LLCs, it doesn't raise any flags. But when you're just talking about financial transactions, Which is what's happened here. Right, there's no there were no substantial assets. It's not like Hunter Biden owned a fleet of trucks at some point or owned a couple of commercial properties. Right?

Right. Right. These are just payouts.

So then when you show me a web of LLCs, Again, I'm not alleging a crime. What I'm saying is that there is no purpose for that. Other than collusion or You know, not in the criminal sense. Again, I don't want to allege crime because I don't. But I'm just looking back at these types of transactions, the only reason you would have multiple LLCs is for the smokescreen.

There's just no other reason. There's no other reason to complicate it because you're not shielding any assets from potential liability. Does that make sense? Right. Yeah, it's a great explanation.

And so let me take it to a blunt street level. This is why, if you ever have seen the scenario where a disgusting pimp is with the disgusting John, and the John wants to give the pimp the money, the pimp says, oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Oh, no, wait, don't give that money to me. You give that to the girl. Don't you give that to me.

Because he doesn't want, I didn't sell that.

So the pimp is the LLC, right? And so we call these pass-through entities. In business, something set up like this is called a pass-through entity.

So we've got about what do we have, about four minutes left in the segment, about three minutes left in the segment, Zach.

So let's expand this conversation a little bit because it seems to me we should be able to have a similar level of scrutiny to, I don't know, I'm just picking this name out of the hat and I'm not alleging that she's ever done any insider trading, but it's possible that Nancy Pelosi, you know, has built, it's quite possible that she's built a half a billion dollars in wealth or insider trading. And in fact, you know what? I will allege it. In my expert opinion, she's a disgusting inside trader. And look no further than the Nancy Pelosi stock picker on Twitter, which is an amazing asset.

She's an incredible trader. Shouldn't we be able to apply the same sort of scrutiny they apply to you to the trading activities of politicians and office holders? Yeah, yeah. This is one of the things, this is kind of one of my favorite things to point out to young people. uh and just follow along for a second where I where I look at him and I go, listen.

You've got this situation that is as simple as white and black, right? Which is. insider trading, it is not illegal for members of Congress to trade on inside information that they otherwise would not have any access to had they not had that seat in Congress. And if you want to know what's wrong with DC, just look at that. Look at the fact that that rule can't pass.

Think about, or you know, or the fact that they can't pass any legislation to override that. Neither party wants to support it, regardless of what other jawboning that they put out there. This would be a very easy thing to get rid of. And yet, we make it so it's not, nobody does get rid of it. We don't change the law.

And we just give these people carte blanche. To illegally trade our, and just to be clear, Todd, it's not like me saying illegally like it's pseudo. If I did what the people in Congress do every single day, I would get put in jail. Right. So, if you had insider information, so let's say that you were involved in an inside discussion with the company, perhaps you're looking at you're being brought in to advise on an acquisition.

So, an MA activity, a merger and acquisition activity, and they bring you in because you've got a great business mind. Oh, wow, they're going to acquire this. I'm buying. If you went and did that, boom, you go to prison. I am witness to, and I've told the story before, so I'll do it short, uh, quickly.

I saw Barney Frank give insider trading information to a room of about 300 DC power players. I was second up speaking after the retired congressman, who also, by the way, was a sex trafficker.

Well, in one individual case, he took advantage of a young man. I shouldn't say he was a sex trafficker, but took advantage of him using congressional funds.

So Barney gives a speech.

Someone asks him, Should we buy Greek bonds? And Barney said, as of today, Greek bonds are officially too big to fail. And I got up and acted like I was trading on my phone. And I said, let's hear it for Barney Frank and insider trading. And the room applauded into applause.

And then some guy up front got, hey, he's making fun of us. I go, you're darn right, I am. This is why people are right to hate DC. Zach, I appreciate you coming on, brother. Oh, no, yeah, no, 100%.

Couldn't agree with you yet. Yeah, that's why we hate it for sure. Right. You can get Zach's radio program at knowyourriskradio.com, and it's a very, very good one. Zach is the Chief Investment Officer of Bulwark Capital Management, dear friend of mine and a brother.

Thank you, brother. Appreciate you. Thanks for coming on Dana's program. We come back. Speaking of good guys like Zach, how about a bad guy like Larry Fink?

YouTube, Facebook, or DirecTV. If you're looking for the number one afternoon host in the country, you've found her. Download the podcast every day to catch up. The Dana Show. It's an honor to fill in for Dana.

It's Todd Herman. You can get me at the ToddHermanShow.com or two and a half hours. Let me say it a different way. Two and a half hours. Not content.

That's so cold. Two and a half hours of freshly prepared thoughts and commentary. And my podcast is a little different than some might expect if you've heard me on radio for years. God at the Center, Conservative Politics at the Edges. When I get out of my own way, but a lot of times I can't get out of my own way because of what's going on in our world.

It's. It's something that has to be discussed. And on that phrase, I've come to view life this way: that there's no such thing as a secular event. I mean, if you believe in God, God owns everything.

So, my view of things is to put God at the center of all things. There's a different view from some people like Larry Fink. And Larry Fink will. I don't know if he knows this. We should contact him.

He'd probably dig this. Probably dig this a lot. Hey, Larry. You get to lead off on. The quick five.

And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. Yesterday on this program, I played for you some bits of an interview I did with a legislature out of South Dakota. Carla Lems, I've talked to one of her colleagues, Brandy Schaefbauer. In that state and five others, billionaires backed by this guy, Larry Fink, are going around using eminent domain to steal over 100 family farms.

That's just in South Dakota, to run a pipeline, a carbon dioxide pipeline through many states. And the governor of South Dakota has refused. To comment on this, say anything about this.

So Larry Fink does lead off the quick five. He's announced that he's ashamed. to be a part of the Environment, social justice, and government, a governance political debate. This is so good. Finally, he's awoken to the fact that ESG is not good.

That to take a balance sheet, something that's observable and falsifiable and mathematical, and replace it with something like this, ESG is not good, except that's not what he means. What he effectively means is, he is ashamed to have been caught using ESG to further rig the financial system in his favor. Because, wouldn't it be great if BlackRock didn't have to provide any financial returns at all to their clients, but instead could go to them and say, well, you know what? We built a carbon dioxide pipeline. Oh, don't think they don't intend to make money out of that.

$170 billion a year, calling this a commodity?

Now, of course this is all about the weather, because as you know, we're all dead. Every single one of us has expired right now. We're in purgatory from a Catholic view, or well, I hate to say it, but hell from an evangelical view. because of Greta Thunberg's prediction that that would happen. I tend to believe we're still alive.

And yet, we're being told that extreme heat means two-thirds of North America could suffer blackouts this summer. How could this happen in the most technologically advanced country on earth? Because we have 100-year-old electrical facilities. The key facilities. We've got eight key substations in this country.

By the way, if one of those substations was taken down, oh, I don't know, with people shooting into it. Could put the country into a blackout for not months, not even a year, but perhaps 18 months. Maybe we shouldn't move everything over to electric. But if we don't move everything over to electric, how are they going to be able to threaten to turn off the switches, which they would never do? Ever.

That would be like a vaccine passport or something. The Swedish government has figured this out. They've said, more nuclear power, please. Because they're noticing, hey, look at that, there's a lot of blackouts. And they don't want that in Sweden because I assume in Sweden, I've heard it gets cold.

In fact, the sound of music proves that. Who needs science? I've got the sound of music. Britain Britain has learned that wind power is not that reliable, as they see a series of rolling back outs. And it's funny because the wind sometimes doesn't blow.

So they want out of the wind power scam now. And that swindle, wind, though, itself is clearly not a joke. There was some people on a Royal Caribbean cruise. Yeah. And if you've not seen this video, it's Nuts.

Independence of the Seas cruise ship was just going along, and this insane weather rolls in, and the ship is rocking back and forth, and the captain's having trouble getting, I think, the ship headed into the storm, and those things take a while to turn. That is item number two on why I will never go on a cruise. Item number two. Item number one is that cruise ships are, in fact, floating motels. From which there is no escape until the captain says, We're going to allow you to board here or there.

Why would I want to float around in a motel prison? Don't get that. People are questioning Biden's mental fitness. How could they do that? Gosh, we'll dig into it.

It's Todd Herman InfraDana on The Dana Show. Between Twitter, Facebook, or any of your social media, there's a lot of information out there. That's why your lovable curmudgeon is here to help you make sense of it all, live or on demand. The Dana Show. Hey, it's Todd Herman filling in for Dana.

So she's not here, but there's always a presence. You should subscribe to her podcast on Apple, wherever you get your podcasts. That way you never, you can go back and listen to the best of, you never miss anything. It's a great way to consume Dana's program. I want to get to this in a second.

There's a Penn State professor who is showing us part of the way to respond to what is being done to install racism into this country, racism as a virtue, which is a unique. It's unique to cultural revolutions. You could take Sololinsky, pick a target, isolate it, cut it off from a support base. That works with individuals. It's not as potent with groups.

But then again, what we're undergoing is a Maoist revolution, not an Alinskyite revolution. Olensky was about tearing apart, but not in that same way.

So we'll talk about this because this professor is taking a brave and good move. As a white man, and I know that's very offensive, the phrase white man in and of itself is offensive. I wanted to just offer something because Valen. Who is producing today and I were having a little discussion on the sidelines, and it's about public speaking. It's about a trick.

Because it's easy for those of us who do this for a living to forget that it is utterly terrifying to a lot of people. to speak publicly. And look, God gifts us all in different ways. You want to see me terrified? Put a balance sheet in front of me.

Yeah, I've run businesses, but I still I I honestly emotionally lock up and panic. I do breathing exercises, and I'm not kidding. Ah Calming exercise is okay. I need to talk finances.

So we're all gifted differently. I was just sharing with Valen this little trick. that you can use. You know, no, it's not picture the room naked. That's a that's a Brady Bunch thing.

I don't even know if that works. But it's this. Admit it. Tell people in the audience, I am. terrified.

This isn't something I do regularly and I'm afraid. And so I just I hope you'll stick with me in this. And what happens is this psychology kicks in of people going, oh yeah. I would be afraid too. And so they begin to mentally root for you.

And then they also give you this grace. A friend of mine who has been, gosh, in combat. on three tours. He's an Army Ranger. He's a survival expert.

He teaches survival. to the best of our special forces. He gave a speech for us a few years ago, and he was. terrified. And it was just so shocking to me because I would never think of him as someone who could be afraid of anything.

No, and this guy's will tell you, look, bravery is not. Absence of fear, it's what you do with that. He did the speech. And people were drawn in and rooting for him. At the end of that speech, he said something so profound: he said, That sucked and I'm really glad I did it.

Okay. Because, right, you face the fear.

So, if you can take that trick and store it away, and there's some other advanced tricks. I was telling Valen that I got tired of giving the same presentation time and again and answering the same questions when I was at Microsoft and we were launching a product and I was at this event with chief marketing officers and CEOs. And I got up and did a little act. I said, Hey, this isn't. Microsoft's faults, not a software issue.

I just want you to know I made a mistake, and now there's a problem with my PC. And I'm going to have to do this by memory.

So no notes, no PowerPoint.

So man, I'm hoping you'll stick with me. And the room sat forward. These very powerful, rich people sat forward, and they're rooting for me. And I go through the thing at the end, they gave me a standing ovation. And then this lady who worked for me and my team came up.

She goes, Hey, we could just rebuild your PC. What's wrong? I go, Oh, no, I didn't say it's broken. She goes, You did? I said, No, no.

I said, There's a problem. The problem is, I left it in the hotel room because I didn't want to use it. I'm tired. I wanted to just do it this way.

So, you can draw people in in all sorts of ways. It's important to have these tricks because of what we face. A lot of us are going to have to get better at public speaking. That's you. You're going to have to be better at public speaking.

Because information is only potential power. It doesn't become power until you put it to use. Here's an example of something that you may want to go talk with people about and use some of these skills.

Okay. There's a professor at Pennsylvania State University. His name is Zach. Di Piero. And he was told.

He's an English professor, by the way. The teaching the English language is white supremacy. It's a religious cult. He has sued the school for discriminating him against him on the basis of race, as you'll hear him describe here in clip number six. Employed by Penn State University, Abington College from August 2018.

to August 2022. And throughout that time, I'd say in steady Increments. With more and more frequency, more and more intensity, I observed and experienced. Racial discrimination. Harassment Retaliation.

free speech suppression, and then that ultimately resulted in my constructive discharge last summer. I would say that Penn State. knowingly and intentionally. created a a so-called Anti-racist hostile work environment on the basis of race. And so I'm doing this.

This happened to me. But it's not just about me.

So It's important to me, I think, that Penn State get held accountable for not just violating. My civil rights. But the civil rights of All the other faculty, staff. Administrators and even students. The facts of this case are so egregious and disgusting.

How dare you demean anybody? Uh based on their Natural characteristics that they have no control over. I got put in an affirmative action office meeting where the associate director told me that there's a problem with the white race. I was told to be an academician. told to broaden my perspective.

I was told to continue attending anti-racist workshops until you get it. And at the end of the meeting, I was offered a phone number to seek mental health support. What did they ask me to get? What is it? I'd have to think that it probably means, as a white individual, I'm somehow responsible for all of the injustices and suffering currently in the world.

And in the history of the world, I think there's sort of this almost a religious. Cult-like environment where you have this original sin. In this case I need to repent for that. Since I need to keep going to these things, keep doing the work. You know, and I feel like.

And I really do mean this. I think they were waging a psychological war campaign. and they're trying to break people and they almost broke me but they didn't No, he's exactly right. It is a psychological campaign. That's why it's called the struggle session.

It is designed to break you.

Now, he is partially right in calling this the new original sin, whiteness. Here's a distinction that's really, really vital to understand: he's using there the original sin, of course, biblically speaking. He's using that as a metaphor, apparently. Uh In the case of the Bible, the redemption is actually offered. You actually are washed of your sin.

In the case of the critical race theory, if you're white, you never are. You are never. ever not evil. You are never cleansed. You have never had redemption.

You have mitigation. But that mitigation is based solely upon works, works on behalf of the party, works on becoming that which hates you. You can never be fully washed. or accept it You could only be used. And the fact of the matter is, in cultural revolutions, eventually you also go against the wall because people who do these things seek only power.

And we all have to get better at speaking about this. And here's, like, I was talking about speaking tips. Here's one for these struggle sessions. I was in a, it wasn't quite a struggle session, but they wanted it to get there. Uh at a place I used to work.

And they brought in one of the race hustlers. And the race hustler did the race hustle thing. And I raised my hand, and this is a risky technique for some, but it's called sometimes it's called the Colombo close. If you've ever watched old TV, you'll remember Franco Colombo, a detective. He would always wait to the last minute.

To really solve the crime. And he'd be headed out the door and he'd turn around and go, Hey, one thing that really bothered me: why did you park your car in your neighbor's garage instead of yours? And everybody, oh, wait, we're good. The detects walking out. Then it's the, oh, wait, he knows.

So, this is a little Columbo technique as I raised my hand. And I said, this is a fascinating discussion. about whiteness. that you've offered. Can you help me understand?

blackness. What is blackness? And there's this chill in this room. And the lady, the race hustler, looked me in the eye, And my estimation of the look in the eye was I see you. Because I know I was looking her in the eye, and what I was thinking is.

I see you.

Now between us There is some exchange of emotion. There's this, we're all plugged in, we all come from the same source. And there has been proven in fact. In experiments, that if you put two people in a room together and you have them look eye to eye. for a long time.

If you separate them into different rooms, into soundproof rooms and no lights, if you play music for one person, the other person can sense it. And we had this sense. And what I was thinking about her is you are an empty fraud. And what she was looking at me is: you are an absolute threat. And so her solution was That's a great topic for you and I to discuss one-on-one.

Let's break for lunch.

Well, that's one way to do it. We come back. Walking into the studio, Holding a Florida man beer is none other. than Florida man himself is Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana show. To catch up on all the headlines in crazy wokery, download the Dana Show podcast and get Dana's perspective on the Dana Show.

Hey, it's Todd Herman in for Dana on the Dana Show. And I do suggest you go to Danalash.com and sign up for the chapter and verse substack piece that she writes, a newsletter, a free speech platform, an actual free speech platform.

Next hour, this audio that's shockingly. Apparently, the Department of Justice decided to release, shockingly, at the same time that we're learning so much about Hunter Biden, and equally shocking, at the same time as we found out that Americans think that the figure at Biden has no mental fitness.

So weird the way that release came out. It's obviously fortuitous. But you would never think it had been timed because then the DOJ would be corrupt. And if that's the case, well, then we're putting Americans at risk. And in fact, at that point, you become a Nazi and a literal one.

For even saying that. That's effectively what Merrick Garland has suggested. Let's bring him into the room. He's outside, he's holding a can of Florida beer, and some highly caffeinated iced tea. and s and skittles and such.

Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome Florida, man. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man. If you're a police officer or a first responder, would you please go home and write a book in terms of excuses?

And things that people say, or ways people accidentally admit to crimes, or just encounters like this, and which is worse. In an encounter like this, a guy in Florida, a Florida man, as it were. was involved in a a high speed car chase. He was arrested, and thank God the cops were there and that this guy is under control now. His twenty two year old Stephen Peterson from Port Orange sped away from a scene of a hit and run.

In Flagler County, after driving into multiple vehicles and then running on the track of Old Kings Elementary School, under the running track. And a Florida Fish and Wildlife Officer witnessed this. And they caught up with this guy. And when it got trapped the car got trapped by a concrete barrier. Police officers commanded the driver passenger to exit the car, but both of them refused.

This is from theExpress.co. When they're removed from the uh vehicle, Officers found out that the driver was wearing only his socks. And a small bright colored covering around his waist. Notably, Not underwear. And I hate to be suggestive or.

Well, suggestive. Small. Covering around this waist. I'm not saying anything with that. I'm simply pointing out what the news article says.

It makes a point of saying it was a small covering. I don't even know what that means.

Now, if you're a cop or first responder, you probably face a ton. Of excuses. I have dear friends I don't get to see a lot. In fact, gosh, it's been years. He is a deputy sheriff.

And it's now, this is a possibility. This possibly occurred. Back in the day, in a very rural part of Idaho, where we would be putting only ourselves at risk. And it possibly occurred. that my friend, now Deputy Sheriff, may have had A beer or twelve.

And he may have made a U-turn in front of a police officer, And gotten pulled over and then said, and sincerely said. To the cop. I thought the sign said no, you turn. And the cop said, Is that because you've had a few beers? And you know that moment where you freeze and you think, do I tell the truth?

And he did, he said it might That might be the case. The officer said, I will give you the opportunity to park the truck in that parking lot and you can walk home. And no time did we say that's going to take two hours because we took him up on the opportunity.

Now, this, on the other hand, in Florida. Yeah. This guy's a Florida man who has admitted that, yeah, he went and punched a homeowner in the face. And why would you not punch a fallen owner in the face in this sort of rip off? This guy's name is Keith Sherman Jr., 39, and he's breaking into a home in Ocala.

And despite giving the cops what he seemed to consider a reasonable explanation. The explanation was Uh This guy ripped me off on the crack cocaine purchase. And apparently, it was a buy one, get one free offer, a BOGO, as the young people call it. Isn't that what it's called? Buy one, get one.

No, that's a no, what is that? Buy one, get one, BOGO.

Sorry, I don't speak young person. And he said to the police, he ripped off my crack cocaine. Apparently, it didn't weigh what it's supposed to weigh. And shockingly, though, the police did not say, hey, we'll go get you that discount. Do you have the coupon?

Is it expired? Because a lot of times a coupon will expire. Or is it on your phone? If it's an app, well, we can't help you. One more Florida man.

Decided his defense attorney was not doing a good job.

So he sent a strongly worded letter through the court saying, I want to be a. I want to be Represented by someone else. He is, by the way, a double murder. I doubled murderer facing sentencing. And instead of a strongly worded letter, he thought the better course of action would be to elbow the defense attorney in the face.

And this was a very good thing. This was not the same. As something good by the court. Flipped off a court camera, insulted this child's mothers involved in this. And the defendant, Joseph Ziegler, 61, will be going to a place where he's probably been before, but should make himself re-familiar with the fact that you go elbow people in the face in the big house.

It doesn't end with more time, it ends with. great physical harm. At least it does everywhere but Florida, that happens there, right? Said Herman and for Dane, people don't think Joe Biden is mentally fit. Today is a day the Lord has made, and these are the times through which God has decided we shall live.

And in times such as these, as it says in the book of Esther, we have to make choices. We always do. And a decision to not decide, of course, is a decision. I think God is creating for us the easiest, hardest to fail power. Pass-fail test in history, in other words, the easiest to pass.

And I think the patterns are all around us. I don't know the soul of the Biden family, and unless you know them, you don't either. But we can look at some patterns. And the patterns I think are very, very distinct. Jill and Joe's relationship, when did that begin?

Was it when she was a babysitter to the family? We've seen the pictures of her seated on his lap. I'm not here to say that that is the cause of all the apparent and very real and evident dysfunction in that family because sometimes. Great parents make mistakes, and sometimes great parents have kids go off the rails. It happens, and yet there's this pattern.

And that pattern is that this relationship began under circumstances like this that are at least probably ungodly, if not distinctly so, and in cour of course then beyond that dysfunctional. And it's funny how the ungodly is so often also dysfunctional. It's almost like there's an instruction kit to life. Yeah. And from that then, You have a family where there is ha been apparently Again, patterns.

Hypersexualization. And you have, of course, the figurehead Biden's daughter talking about this, and it's very, very tragic. I feel deeply sad for Ashley Biden. And if I allow myself, I can feel sad for Hunter Biden, but he's also a criminal, a thief, and a walking and breathing national security risk to this country, and a griffin, a con artist. And bad things happening to you as a kid do not indemnify you from making better choices as an adult.

Maybe it's just being an old man, I have more sympathy for Ashley. Who's talked about fearing her father getting into the shower with her rampant, rampant dysfunction? There's also Doctor. Jill Biden, who is not in fact a doctor. and what many people view as mental abuse.

or elder abuse.

Now she knows How the money flows. Uh there's a lot of things about Jill. One of them is not that she's stupid. She knows how the money flows. And it's evident to me that she leads Joe Biden around by the hand.

And there's a couple of very, very domineering women in the White House. Anita Dunn is one, and Jill Biden is another. And I point to patterns. Recently, the figurehead Biden was giving a speech or and pardon me, he was in a photo op with the the Prime Minister of India. And if you've seen this, it's both pathetic and instructive in that Joe Biden wouldn't stop holding the Prime Minister's hand.

Even as they're walking. It is the instinct of a man who is often led around by the hand. And yet we are to believe that, of course, he is clear as day on all the decisions that we are told he is making. No doubt he can be propped up for a debate, and there's a lot of things you can do to prop a person up for a couple of hours, a lot of things.

some of them legal, some not. None of them ethical. Not in this case. NBC News has found a very low Americans very low confidence in the mental fitness of figurehead Biden, as we'll hear in clip number four. The story of the last four years is still true today.

And in this poll, the best thing for a Biden reelection campaign continues to be the presence of Donald Trump. Just 20% of voters believe this country is heading in the right direction. 74% say the nation is on the wrong track. Let me tell you something about this moment. We have had this sustained period of 70%, about a year now.

The last two periods in the history of this poll that we've had this kind of sustained negativity about the direction of the country was before the 92 election and before the 2008 election. Both of those changed the party controlling the White House.

Now, let's get into more of the poll. Biden's job rating sits at just 43 percent, about where it's been since the withdrawal from Afghanistan. 53 percent disapprove. A full 68 percent of voters, including 43 percent of Democrats now, which is twice what it was in 2020, say they are concerned that Biden does not have the necessary mental and physical health to be president. That's a big shift.

And it's also encouraging because I think God just is unveiling truth for a lot of people and showing people, hey, you know that temple you guys call DC, that's that's that's. That's not a clean temple. And in the case of Biden, the figureheads, when Chuck Todd makes that case, only the presence of Donald Trump could allow the figurehead to win this. That's not true. That's not true.

What he means is, only our decision to continue to demonize Donald Trump in ways bizarre and in ways that in fact prove that Biden is everything that they pretend Trump to be That's that's what's happening. That's why that dynamic exists. Truly, President Trump sometimes is very much his own worst enemy. Truly, sometimes he is someone who has an instinct to put himself at the center of all things. When sometimes, tactically speaking, it's better to be on the just a little bit down low and let Biden just destroy himself as is happening.

But the media won't let that occur. And by the way, if it wasn't Donald Trump, remember they made Mitt Romney into a guy who murdered people by buying the he murdered a guy by buying a steel plant because when he bought the steel plant, the guy got cancer, therefore, Mitt gave him cancer. And that's Mittens Romney.

So that's the actual analysis, that's the actual subtext to this.

Okay. You go by a side-by-side comparison. Anytime you do this with Trump, you come up with a discovery that what he is accused of doing is so, so small in comparison to what we know to have been done. Let's do this. In a miraculous turn of events, and almost like it was timed.

The CNN has come upon some audio of President Trump saying something we already knew he said. We already had the transcripts. I've read this on my podcasts countless times. Quoted it, discussed this: that, look, if the president was handling classified information in this way, that's a bad idea. That that's I I don't want our national secrets handled that way, do you?

And once again, if you compare President Trump and what they say about him to the greater picture, you'll come back and go, wait a minute, why are you going after Orange Man and not General White Rage? And I'll tell you what I mean here in a second.

So, this is President Trump in surreptitiously recorded audio as he is handling what he himself describes as secret information. We'll hear this in audio clip number eight. I think we can probably get it. I don't know. We'll have to see.

Yeah, we'll have to try to figure out a president. I could have de Tlesa. No, I can't. But this is... Yeah, now we have a problem.

Isn't that interesting? Yeah. It's so cool. And you probably almost didn't believe me, but now you believe me. No, I believe you.

It's incredible, right? No, no. Hey, bring some coach in, please. By the way, you think that bring some Cokes in, please, is left is accidentally left on? Hey, that's funny.

Because it goes back to their attacking President Trump for drinking Coca-Cola, but not Hunter Biden for taking math or his dad, allowing him to have access to classified documents.

So it's simply the audio of what we knew existed. And again, bad idea. Don't do that.

Now do we punish presidents for doing this? Former presidents no, only orange men. Julie Kelly, who has become indispensable, in my judgment, to what should we call this the sanity movement, the liberty movement, the reality movement, the America movement. She's done the best coverage Bar None about Gen 6. Bar None.

Heroic coverage. I've had her on my podcast, and she's a very, very thoughtful woman. She points this out. about that piece of audio. Will anyone ask General Milly Why he was involved in a pre-January 6 planning session.

and then immediately classified his correspondents So it was hidden from investigators and the public? Indeed, that's an interesting question. Why would a general be involved in that? Why would that occur? Why would he classify it?

Why did so many agencies suddenly lose? They're text messages. As if they were wiped like, I don't know, like with a cloth. Why did General White Rage get away with stating That he, in fact, called his counterpart with the Chinese Communist Party to say. If the elected civilian leadership of this country decides to attack you, I'll give you a heads up so you can more effectively kill American troops.

Did someone get paid for that? This is Representative Tom Tiffany. Who reminds us where this all got started in audio clip number five? Let's sum it up. Vice President Biden and President Obama knew about it.

Hillary fabricated it. The FBI orchestrated it, and the media sold it. to the public and it's still out there. The question is who watches the watchmen? The FBI has become a Praetorian guard here protecting the nation's capital but not the people of the United States of America.

It is going to be up to us as Republicans and solely us as Republicans starting on this Judiciary Committee to get accountability to the FBI in the United States of America. And for us to get accountability, we will have to get accountability first from the Republican Party. It's good news that Kevin McCarthy has begun to speak the language of impeaching Merrick Garland. It is DC news. But they don't want to have to go after the figurehead Biden because they prefer to run against him.

Me, I prefer to have a guy. Who's not Demonstrably sold to foreign entities as commander-in-chief, even if that means Cammie Harris. who's probably sold but in different ways. She's Well, let's not get into that. I'll find myself in deep trouble if I were to mention Willie Brown.

Not with Radio America data, just in general. We'll come back on the Dana Show, Todd Herman filling in what happens when a biology teacher teaches. And you know, biology. Catch the Dana show noon to 3 p.m. Eastern on DirecTV, Channel 347.

Hey, it's Todd Herman. My honor to fill in today for a Dana. Thank you to Radio America and the team in the studio, and Valen and Kane, and everybody who helps out getting this done. It is time now for the quick five. And now, all of the news you would probably miss, it's time for Dana's Quick Five.

Yeah. So there's a college professor, and he was teaching biology. His name is Dr. Johnson Varkey. Man, that's a professor name.

If I was named Dr. Johnson Varkey, I would go around telling people my name. I mean, my name is an utterance, Todd. It's a sound. It's not a name.

It's one syllable. It doesn't even, well, no, it means fox in Irish, but who knows that? But if I was Johnson Varkey, wouldn't you go around making a big deal about your name? Varky, that's Johnson as a first name. That's cool.

So he was teaching about the human reproductive system. At St. Philip's College in San Antonio. St. Philip, would that be a Catholic college?

And his lawyer writes: when teaching the human reproductive system. Dr. Varki also stated that human sex is determined by chromosomes X and Y, and that reproduction must occur between a male and a female to continue the human species. In the course of teaching human anatomy and physiology, he made these statements in every class for 20 years without any incident. But this time, however, four students were seized.

With shock and a fence, and they couldn't help themselves, and they walked out.

So, what do you do? I mean, you obviously go to students and say, well, that's a fail because you're not attending the class, but instead, they fired. The biology professor. Great question for people who champion stuff like this. Here's a great question for them.

How would that work if everybody did it?

So how did that work? For instance, You take your car in to get the tire. Fixed. Got a flat tire. And the guy from the car shop comes out and says, Yeah, that tire is flat and it's got a hole in it, so we can't pump it up.

It's gonna have to be a new tire. And you take umbrage and walk away, shocked at that statement. They fire the guy?

Okay, but then the next guy comes along and says, Yeah, but I can't fix I can't fix the Oh, that's right. That's what they want. No speaking truth. A California school district administration, or administrator, was sued. After he said He wanted to bring conservative staff to the slaughterhouse.

His exact quote was: That's why we put a rope on some of them and take them to the slaughterhouse. The Vice President of that district said about people who oppose Division, exclusion, and insanity. Oh, I'm sorry. diversity, equity, and inclusion. When he said this, Institute for Free Speech filed a lawsuit against the administration on behalf of Bakersfield College professor Damon Johnson, said it is being targeted for investigation after speaking out about this.

I don't think you should go around. Saying you want to take people to the slaughterhouse for things they say, and yet. Silence is violence. Your silence on behalf of the highly, highly marginalized people who believe they are the opposite sex. That is literal violence.

You are literally killing them. You are literally committing genocide when you don't use pronouns.

So, in point of fact, in the mind of this vice president, It's probably just defending life by threatening to take it. The American Public or American Library Association. shocked that Kurt Cameron Apparently shocked that Kirk Cameron gets to go about, you know, talking about books. And hey, look. One thing a library doesn't need is books.

They're putting out a guide on how to disrupt conservative events. This would be the same American Library Association who several years ago determined it was vital and important that men who are otogonophiliacs, meaning sexually aroused by forcing people to believe they're women or conning them into that, very important that they twerk in front of kids while reading. Oh, good news. Elon Musk. has dec decided to halt the censorship of people who are gender skeptical.

On Twitter, meaning people who recognize the fact that men are not women and women are not men and never can be. Also Elon Musk's mother. has stepped in. And she's gotten between he and Mark Zuckerberg. and said hey No violence.

Work it out like men, hug it out, argue with your words, use your words. I can't even believe I'm about to speak this sentence. But I would actually have to bet on Zuckerberg in this fight. I don't know what's going on with him. But jiu-jitsu and CrossFit and And by the way, he's not a joke at that stuff.

CrossFit at least. I don't know how he was doing a jiu-jitsu. Be interesting to talk to him. What changed? What changed?

Maybe realization that There are a lot of people who might have reason to come at you. It's Todd Herman Inferredana on The Dana Show. Catch the Dana show noon to 3 p.m. Eastern on DirecTV channel 347. Hey, it's Todd Herman filling in for Dana on the Dana Show.

And I do a podcast which God has blessed into often appearing in the top 30 of news and opinion on iTunes, top one half of 1% globally. Really, God blessed me with the chance to fill in for Rush Limbaugh over 100 times. That's truly how that got built.

So if you want to subscribe to that, I would sure like to welcome you to that. There are many, many things about the Biden family. We've talked about at the top of the hour. Gosh, it's fun to say that again, because on radio you can say top of the hour. Podcasting, you have to say at the beginning of the episode, which sounds cold and awful.

There is the Biden family corruption. There is the Biden family disorder. And at the heart of this, I sincerely have a question, so many questions. Does Joe Biden really love his kids? I I I gotta think he does.

I see him weep for Bo even as he I don't know. Lies? That Bo was killed in combat, or is this something he's convinced himself of, that Bo died in combat, rather than from cancer? And even the most destructive and toxic parents can, in fact, feel the emotion of love. But not in a godly sense.

Not in terms of being patient and kind and never boastful, never proud, never angry, none of that. Or can they? I don't think so. I think the pattern shows that it can't. Anna Navarro.

Of course, she has a paternalistic view of government and a paternalistic view of the figurehead Biden. Here she is talking about the scandal involving Hunter and the money from Ukraine and China and God knows where else. And of course, that key question of what did they buy, this is her view on it in clip number nine. The Hunter Biden story, the scandal, the this, the that, it's also the story of a father's love. And Joe Biden has never and will never give up on his son, son Hunter, and will never treat him lesser than.

And so he is a father first. Take it or leave it.

Okay, lesser than. That's an interesting view. I will never treat his son as lesser than, but there is an Hebrewic saying. And look, I stand guilty. I I I accuse myself, I find myself guilty.

of sometimes doing this or maybe often doing this. When you are lenient but should be firm, You'll eventually be cruel when you should be kind. This is So you see this leniency with Hunter. Or do we see cruelty? And incidentally, is Joe Biden capable Of enforcing limits, and I ask this because does Joe Biden see any limits?

I want the babysitter. Not my wife. I'll take the babysitter. Does he see any limits? But but I want fifty million dollars.

I don't have any marketable skills other than grifting and And being a politician, but I want $50 million.

Well, we can get that for you.

Okay, would you get that for me?

So, does he observe any limits on himself? Does he think there should be any limits? Certainly, not in terms of government power. He doesn't think there should be. That's self-evident given the policies that Joe Biden has been caused to back, and I think instinctually wants.

Because why should there be any limits on him? Who, in fact, could ever? A limit upon the great Biden. Legacy. If only there was a God.

So Joe Biden has been caused. And when I say that, I mean it. He's not in control of his faculties. He has been caused. To back A $42 billion.

Investment. Um Universal Internet access. For just a second. Join me in thinking about The list of everybody you know who lacks. and internet connection.

Please. I was in uh the separate country of Seattle. And it is my habit to talk to people who are drug addicted. And under the boot of that, and it's my habit. If they're not raging lunatics or in the mid of a psychotic rage, it's my habit to make eye contact and to talk with people and to treat them as human and to try to have some kind of exchange.

I did this just the other day with a young woman on the streets in Spokane. I'm doing this from the studios of KSBN AM 1230 in Spokane, and I appreciate the team letting me do this in their studio. A young woman, and I talked with her, I got her name, it's Megan. And she asked me for money, and I said, Hey, how about food? And she was very gracious, accepted the food.

But in Seattle, I did this with a guy. And I legitimately didn't have cash, and it's my habit to not give cash, it's to give food or help or something that they can't monetize and then shoot into their veins. And I said, I don't have cash, but I'll give you this food. I get this food. He goes, Hey, hey, hey, I got Venmo.

I got Venmo. I got Venmo. And he pulls out a phone. I got Venmo. You can Venmo me.

I don't do digital currency.

So sorry I can't do that. He had internet access.

So, the figurehead wants to is unveiling, and he's found apparently $42 billion for this, has coined it. I thought Congress did that. There was a time where Congress, and I like that time, that was a fun time, where Congress was the people, they set the budget and then the Senate approved it. And then the president got to spend part of it as prescribed. And he also gets to present a budget for his vast separate country of administrative states and take that to Congress and they can approve or deny.

But now Biden just went into Obama's stash, which Obama left in the White House with the Obama phones and said, hey, here's $42 billion through universal internet access. Why? Why? Because of course they want universal internet control. Because again, what should be the limit on Joseph R.

Biden? He wants something, he takes something. That sounds a lot like Hunter. But but But I want To use all the bodies of all them. Young women, and in my judgment, in photo after photo, the bodies of girls.

Kids. It's what the photos show to me. I want, so I should have. I have appetite, therefore I should pour into it. You have Biden.

I want to control that. People are paying me for this. And again, the operative question for the entire Biden regime, all of it, is: who's paying you to do this? Exactly, what did they buy? What are the terms?

When do we get out of the deal? Because he didn't just sell the country, he sold us into this. Just as I think he sold his kids into this. Future. Or this now, this present.

And yes, I saw Ashley get up on stage. With her dad. And the complication between abused children and abusive parents is well known. Abuse kids want very much to believe, but my dad loves me. Why?

Because the alternative is my dad hates me, or my dad is indifferent. And guess what?

Sometimes for some people, that's more painful than a history of having been abused by their dad. And I know that's hard to understand.

So why wouldn't Biden want to control? or internet access. Why wouldn't he want to set up competition? To free companies, and by the so-called free companies. Because by the way, they're not going to rebuild the infrastructure.

This money's going to get handed out. It's going to go to the cable companies and the ISPs and then the people who run Joe Biden get to say, oh, by the way, when you take your piece of this $42 billion, you can't go out and have Dana Lash on your networks. You can't allow a free speech platform like Substack. You can't allow people to use their internet to download the Todd Herman show. What are you?

You can't. No, you took our money, and you think that the people who run these networks aren't going to walk up walking on their tongues, licking the boots to say, give us that. Because long, long, long ago, big companies stopped being companies. They became cartels. And they love this business model of forcing people to purchase products they don't want from companies they don't like at prices they can't afford for services they don't need.

And in this case, nothing would change. You think you're going to get cheaper internet? No, in fact. There are even proposals, you've seen these, to charge white people more for internet than sainted BIPOCs. But then again, I'm just thinking out loud.

I don't have any patterns to point to. To say they would want to control us.

Well, other than this. The corrupt Department of Homeland Security. which allows people to pour across our border. In fact, As Marjorie Taylor Greene so aptly demonstrated. The Department of Homeland Security, which gives illegal immigrants an app.

So they can know which border or which ports of entry to go to.

So they don't have to stand in line to illegally enter the country. That same Department of Homeland Security. That is forcing officers to take these illegal immigrants lest they would choose to be fired. In my judgment, they should all quit if they're told to do this. To secret illegal immigrants around the country, not even obtaining any verification of who they are.

Oh, and by the way, if they have kids with them, are those kids being trafficked? We choose not to know. Yeah. That same Department of Homeland Security has outlined Their digital ID initiative.

Well, not for illegal immigrants, for you. Me? And this would involve the ability to travel. To emigrate and to come back home. It involves our citizen status, citizenship status, employment, residency.

And More Dot Dot dot. What would the more be?

Well, how did we begin this segment? Appetite. Appetite that will be never satiated but always filled. A dysfunctional appetite. I want the babysitter, so I'll take the babysitter.

But you're married. Yeah, but the babysitter is so cute. I want the fifty million. Yeah, but that's bribery, but it's fifty million. I want the control, but it's unconstitutional.

But that's just a piece of paper, like my. Like my marriage certificate.

So there's a lot to the Biden Klan. None of it. In my judgment none of it And by the way, I know there's probably a great big huge forest of sinful logs sticking straight out of my eye right now.

So I'm pointing out the spec in theirs. but none of it appears godly to me. We'll come back with Today in Stupidity. It's Todd Herman Inn for Dana Lash. Whether you just want to stay informed or just hear her vent about all the ridiculousness in the world, make sure to download the Dana Show podcast wherever you get your podcasts.

Great suggestion, big voice. I agree with that. You can also go to danalash.com, sign up for the chapter and verse newsletter, and get Dana in writing. It is time to celebrate. Is that what we do?

Or do we bemoan it? No, you know what we do? We take pleasure at the pain of others. Wait, that's wrong.

Now, let's just have fun with today and stupidity. Where do we start? How about this? The FDA has decided to create a path for psychedelic drug trials. What we need in the United States of America is quite clearly more people under the control of medication.

Right now, as it exists, Pharma has succeeded in putting about 90 million Americans. On meds of some sort or another, a lot of them are psychotropic. Those are made largely in China. It's a good thing that China's not gonna wait until the war starts and to say, hey, you know what, we're gonna go ahead and stop making antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds and ADHD meds, and we're gonna just put you on cold turkey. Also, we're not seeing any bad effects of cities having people completely under the boot of, oh, I don't know, marijuana, which at high doses can lead to psychosis.

I said at high doses, I know there's people who micro-dose and toke a little bit here and there. I'm not a fan of that. I wish you wouldn't. But The FDA trialing psychedelic drugs. Coming in after Silicon Valley, where this is a common thing, micro-dosing, it is, and everybody knows it and they don't talk about it, but it is.

It's a stupid idea. Does Nancy Pelosi know What she's actually saying in this sound clip. Does this actually, does she actually have a sense of awareness or self-awareness here in clip number 10? There certainly should be term limits. There certainly should be surveillance.

And if nothing else, there should be some ethical rules that would be followed. I had one justice tell me he thought the other justices were people of integrity. like a Clarence Thomas. I'm like get out of here. Wow, wow, wow.

Are you okay? All of us? That's Nancy Pelosi speaking of the need for term limits and ethical rules. You know the theory of antimatter? Nancy Pelosi is Antiethics.

She is the very living Dare I say Breathing Although wait Have we seen her in a mirror? Have we seen her draw breath this has she breathed on Amir? Would they check that out? Let's say. Not living, breathing, because we don't have any proof.

How about She's the very animatory Example. of the need for term limits in Congress. And Clarence Thomas's ethics How much did that refrigerator cost where you sat all Marie or stood all Marie Antoinette style? with what was about forty thousand dollars or so of it's not that fifteen thousand dollars of ice cream behind you during the lockdowns as you were yum yum yumming it up and then going to the hair salon and getting a blowout Without a woke mask? And then it was our fault for entrapping ethics and term limits out of the uh The speaking hole of Nancy Pelosi.

Stupidity This is from a homeless task force in the separate country of Seattle, Washington. This is the co-chair of a board on homelessness, Shaney Colston, referring to a three-time child rapist as what in clip number eleven? Thomas Whitaker Raven Crowfoot is a sex offender, a repeat sex offender, and I have had bad experience with him.

So I'm going to touch you off because we can't disclose people's personal business here, right? And although that's public disclosure, like we have no right to out anybody in this space.

Okay, okay. I thought thinking about it. That's just not okay at all. And I won't stand for that as the co-chair. We're not here to discover people's backgrounds.

And actually, I'm glad that if that is the case, that he's here because sex offenders are another population that is most vulnerable that don't have housing. He, she has touched me.

So if there's a meeting where he's... Christina, you need to take this to the police then. Christina, I have. I have. This is not the quorum.

Stop, Christy. Christy, stop. As the co-chair, I'm telling you that you cannot talk like that in this meeting. I will not have that here. If anyone wants to talk like that.

you will be muted and being removed from this meeting. Board member or Public or not. This is about equity. And everyone. Everyone deserts housing.

Okay, so this child rapist was found, according to media reports and police reports, to have raped girls ages 13 to 17. Oh, by the way. Geographically, where did that happen? In homeless camps. What is he going to be responsible for on this board?

taking taxpayer monies and building homeless camps. Gosh, I hope he doesn't go all Harvey Weinstein. Oh, you need a place to sleep? Oh, I could help you with that. Do you think he'd do that?

I truly believe this. That we are told biblically to walk in the light of Christ. Because when we walk in the darkness, we stumble. I think when people choose spiritual darkness, That they find themselves walking in actual darkness, and if the voice of that woman screaming at the top of her lungs in defense of a child rapist. Is not a sign of someone deeply, deeply spiritually captured.

I would be at a loss as to find one that is. It's Todd Herman. My pleasure to fill in for Dana on the Dana show. Please go be well, be strong, be kind. Make every effort to be right with God.

We'll talk to you tomorrow. Yeah.
