The Biden administration is facing scrutiny over the release of emails from Joe Biden's time as Vice President, which may contain information about his dealings with Ukraine. Meanwhile, Vivek Ramaswamy's comments on Taiwan and semiconductor independence have raised eyebrows, and Florida is dealing with a surge in crime and a tropical storm. The National Archives is being called to turn over documents, and the media is struggling to understand the implications of the Biden emails.

We have requested the unredacted documents. And it's very important because we believe there may be some redactions as to who was copied. on those emails where Joe Biden was using a pseudonym, particularly in the case of Ukrainian policy, Stuart.

So this is of the utmost importance to our national security. Not only was Joe Biden using pseudonyms, he was copying his son On some of those emails that pertain to Ukraine. When we had, prior to the pseudonyms becoming public, a transcribed interview with Devin Archer, who was on the board of Barisma, the corrupt Ukrainian energy company, along with the president's son, he testified. That The owners of Barisma. We're squeezing Hunter Biden.

To call Washington to get help to fire the prosecutor, Shokin, who was investigating Barisma for corruption.

So, along this same time period, we found a pseudonym. where he copied Hunter Biden. And it would lead one to believe that this was Joe Biden's way of copying Hunter Biden to say, okay, send it to the barisma owners and tell them help is on the way. And five days later, Joe Biden flew to Ukraine to begin the process of firing the prosecutor in exchange for American tax dollars in the form of foreign aid.

Well, and we know well all of that happened because that Deebag went on stage and bragged and laughed about it. Yeah. That is something. I mean, they just knew that nothing was going to come of it. They knew.

We could just sit here and laugh and act like you know talk about How uh untouchable we are. That's what they did. Welcome to the show. It's Tuesday. It feels like a never-ending Monday.

From because of all of the primary stuff and everything else, oh my gosh. It's good to be with you. Start your, well, we'll get your Tuesday started off correctly.

So that was, and first off, you can listen to Coast to Coast. You all know the drill. You can stream the radio show, all that stuff.

So he sent What is the count? How many Over 54. I don't know if, okay, I'm gonna just say, I don't know if I've ever sent 5,000 emails in my life. I have more than that that I don't read. Because I just don't I hate emails.

Hate all of it. I hate being contacted. I just, I'm such a, you guys think I'm such an extrovert. I am very situational in this. But this dude sent Five thousand.

of these emails. when he was VP using a different name. Hmm. And the National Archives and Records Administration. has 5,400 of these messages.

He used at least three of these pseudonyms, these other names. What was it? One of them Bob Peters? Bob L. Peters, everybody.

And he sent a lot of them. to Hunter Biden. You know. He the guy never talked to about his business.

So now people are demanding that the National Archives turn everything over.

Okay, I have a question that I don't think anybody's asked.

Okay. Uh Actually, it's a multi-part question. Cain, who who does the National Archives work for? Do they work for the American people?

Okay, yeah, the American people. Here's what I thought.

Okay. W what happened to Mara Lago? They rated And Uh-huh. After they already had conversations. And and who was it that was mad and basically ticked off the raid?

That would have been the National Archives, yeah. Correct.

Okay, so here's a smart question. Do we raid them now? Is that how this works? That's actually a good question. Do we go, do we raid the National Archive people?

And if so, how does that work? I just, you know, I've got questions for a few million friends that are listening. Just curious about this. Do we so can we do that? Is this something we can do?

Sounds logical. Two-way street. Can I also volunteer to take part? I'm just curious.

So, wait, so the National Records Administration, if They don't like the speed at which Trump is working with them, they're going to rate him. But If we want something and they don't want to give it. Then that's what, tough cookie?

Okay, raid, raid, raid, raid, and all of let's raid him. I'm just saying. But they have all these emails.

So what would end up happening is that Now Uh there's been a suit filed trying to force them to turn all this stuff over. I don't even know why. I don't know why they even had to file a lawsuit because If it's not classified information. The National Archives Administration Has no reason at all whatsoever to keep it. In fact, they can't.

If it's non-classified, they got to turn it over. They don't get to just sit on it.

So what's the holdup? I mean, I don't know why. That's taking them so long to do it.

So, this, there was a thing over at Just the News that said the National Archives and Records Administration acknowledged that they possessed potentially. Potentially. up to. You know what that means? It means there's more.

5,400 emails. Again, how do you send that many? Connected to then Vice President Joe Biden's his many names and his different accounts that he used to forward government information and discuss business with his son, Kraki McCrackhead, and others. That's according to the Southeastern Legal Foundation.

So they're the group that filed suit. And they said that he used Robin Ware. Robert L. Peters and J.R.B. Ware during his time in the Obama administration.

Okay, I got a full stop again. Do you remember? I feel like Chris Farley in that one skit when he would talk to famous people as the overexcited reporter. He's like, Do you remember when you did? Yeah, but do you remember though?

Stories that were written about Trump when they found out that he had sent he was trolling reporters using a different name. Right. Mhm. And it was always like some form of Baron, which is apparently name he loves. He named his son that.

They I mean how much content did they get out of this can Oh my gosh. Weeks.

So where is this at? Great question. Robin Where? R-O-B-I-N. Robin Ware?

What a dumb name. I'm sorry if that's actually your name out there in Radio Lane, but it's dumb. Robert L. Peters. I mean, that's even goofier because the L.

Like that makes it legit. But the JRB wear, that's his initials. Yeah. JRB wear during his time in the Obama administration.

So they haven't turned over anything yet. I mean, people have been foying the. Archives people. The archives people are like, Yeah, we've got these documents. What of it?

They have not turned anything over. Again rayed. You raided, we get to raid now. That's how it work that's how it works, right? Can I organize the raiding party?

I'm really good at organizing things. I'm really good at organizing and planning like parties and stuff.

So, can we do that? I would love to plan a raid. That would be so fun. Can we? Not even I'm like only like 40% joking.

So They said that they priorit they're using it. They're also the group is also saying that there's you know you're not providing a lot of information. You know, you're not telling the media anything. The New York Post said that, yes, you know, these are all the they confirmed all this. They said, Yes, this is all.

These are all thee. The names that Biden used during the period in question.

So it's our okay, so the archives people said, yeah, we got the emails. We know that they're not. Classified, so there's there's no reason why they got to be sitting on them, right? I mean, you don't need to be sitting on them.

So why haven't they turned them over? Oh, you know what? I know why. It's because it's D different. Hmm.

I mean, it doesn't necessarily make it a criminal action that he sent them. But the fact that nobody wants to cooperate And show Any of this, that makes it seem like there was one committed, right? The cover-up is always worse. I mean the cover-up is always worse. Just saying.

So I don't know if anyone in the press has been demanding why the National Archives people are covering this up. Because it sounds like a cover-up to me. That's what they would do. I'm gonna go full bore on that. But where are the MSNBC peop where's Rachel Maddow talking about how, oh my goodness, the very fabric of this republic is at stake because the archives people aren't turning this over?

The same people that raided Trump for doing what they're doing now. like dislike how he stored the documents all you want to. They had already been talking to the archives. And they got raided.

So, this, I mean, how long is these requests have been out for years on this stuff, apparently? And these emails, five thousand four hundred of them. Since he was VP, oh my gosh, or h during his time as VP, that's quite a lot. And no one wants to report on it. All of a sudden, the media entities are super non-curious.

It's pretty pretty amazing that how that works. We're going to talk more about this. We've got a couple of other things that we're going to be hitting too. Because In addition to Everything that's because there's more ongoing stuff here. We also got to get into the store yesterday.

How how much tin foil did you have on, Kane? Looking at some of the developments here. Yeah. The UNC Chapel Hill. this armed and dangerous Wuhan Physics graduate.

This is a weird story. It's a weird story because of all the connections and I just don't believe in coincidences anymore. I don't believe in a single coincidence as it relates to anything that is even remotely associated with China. And I'm I've just have just got some some questions because this guy He was in a particular part. the building in his area of study.

This um individual Apparently he was he was also educated. at uh school in Wuhan. He's the name suspect. I don't like saying people's names. You guys know how we do this.

And I I'm it's very odd.

Some people are saying that it sounds like uh a case of Espionage gone bad. Because of where he was, the area in which he was in, and also because he had studied in Wuhan. And it just I does that seem, I don't know, are you tinfoil? Do you got your tinfoil hat on? Is that what you're kind of?

Yeah. I kinda went down a rabbit hole. Yesterday. on some of that stuff. I'm not going to lie.

It uh it does bring up some questions. But he was he was uh apprehended. And of course, you know, I I just I did notice that, um There wasn't uh the push in the media kind of dissipated. Did you see how they were describing him as a mostly uh white Asian man? What does that mean?

Can we just stop there for a second? What? What is a mostly white Asian man? If he's mostly white then he can be pigeonholed as a white supremacist. If he's mostly white.

So is he like white adjacent, I guess, if he's mostly white? Asian guy. It's just weird. It's just a weird story. It was a weird thing.

It was a weird story.

So I don't know. There's a lot of questions that come up about this guy. This because he was in a lab. Was it in a lab? And there's just some, we're going to explore this a little bit throughout the show because there's some questions that come up.

And I don't want to, I'm only going to talk about the basics. I'm not going to get into a ton of speculation on it. But thankfully, law enforcement. we're able to act and take this guy into custody. But this, and the UNC faculty member who was killed, he was killed by his co-worker, and this guy.

The guy was on his um Physics PhD course. But he had it, he killed one of his associates, and it was in the physics lab.

So he's been charged with first degree murder. Uh the the student. And it was his academic advisor that he killed. And they had authored, I don't know, a handful of academic papers, et cetera, together. And it just seems odd.

I'm sorry, it's odd. It's odd. It's really weird to me. When he was part of a physics research group. The guy who he killed was his advisor, and he was being, you know, he was being taught this, and It's in the physics lab and I just I don't know.

I just, I got some questions. I think a lot of people do. Also, some of the other things, we're going to get into some 2024. Yeah. I um I really need Vivek Ramaswamy to for at least Longer than two weeks, or at least in the same, let's just start with the same interview.

At least try to hold one consistent position. in a singular interview. Because he's trying to remember what he said about Taiwan and China? By the way, note, because I think anyone that would assume that I was a neocon, you'd have to duck because I take that as a fighting word. I take that as an invitation to punch you in the face.

I mean, I have draft age kids, so step down. And that's one of the things I've been consistent on throughout my entire political career. But I don't know why he is being allowed to say one thing. And then, when he's quoted on it, accuse everyone of smearing him in the media, and then try to recraft it. He spends like a week trying to recraft it.

We're going to talk about this because this isn't about nation building and it's not even about military. It's about this dude's just most basic. Lack of knowledge about this area that he thinks if he just speaks in an authoritative tone that he can be taken seriously on it and just say whatever he wants to say. It's just ridiculous. We got to talk about this because he did a big mistake last night.

As students begin heading back to school, do you think they'll be learning about the founding principles that made America the freest and most prosperous nation in history? Will they learn that our unalienable rights are God-given and not granted by government? Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's history? Alabama wants to be the first state to execute a prisoner by making him breathe only nitrogen. Good points to Alabama for being creative. Let's see. Two male, this is the dumbest story ever. Two male mountain lions starved to death in the wild after they were moved from California Mountains to the Mojave Desert.

And like the environmentalists had no idea that that would happen. They like they rescued these mountain lions and then killed them by leaving them to starve to death. That deserves its own segment. In other words, if you're saying as long as Taiwan semiconductor chips will help them, but after that they're on their own. No, actually, Sean, and that's again how my position has been caricatured. I will remind you and everybody else that right now the United States. I'm listening. No, it's not what I'm saying because Well, I'll give it to you very simply.

Right now, the United States' policy towards Taiwan is a one-China policy. Donald Trump was derided, he was made fun of, for daring to pick up a phone call from the Taiwanese president. The United States of America right now does not even recognize Taiwan as a nation. I view it differently. I am clear that we will defend Taiwan.

I'm the only politician in either party that has the honor. I'm 28. And then I would resume.

Well, I would resume the current position of the United States as After we've achieved semiconductor independence.

Okay, so. Uh You guys know I'm paid to have opinions.

So here we go. Welcome back to the show. Daniel Lash here with you. This is one of the dumbest things that I've ever heard, and I didn't even have alcohol, the benefit of alcohol to kill the brain cells with it. This is Vivek Ramaswamy, and my friend Sean is grilling him on this because his position doesn't make any sense.

First off, Here's the issue. What he's saying now in his interview is quite different. From what he told another friend of mine who has a radio program. It's quite different from what he told him. I mean, in this, he's trying to say that.

Uh, no, I never said as long as they provide us with semiconductors, but then after that, they're on their own. I didn't say that. He liked flipping it in the actual interview. What he had said. And he'd said this repeatedly.

He has said, in one interview, he said, I'm being very clear. I'm quoting the transcript. He talked to a friend of mine in an interview, and he said, I'm being very clear. Xin Jinping should not mess with Taiwan until we have achieved semiconductor independence until the end of my first term, when I will lead us there. After that, our commitments to Taiwan, our commitments would be willing to go to military conflict will change after that because that's rationally in our self-interest.

So that's one sentence. The second part of that sentence sounds insane. Uh the second statement He had said he was talking about Taiwan 2028. He had talked about surfacing these SSGNs. He says, quote, we're going to bring them to the Indian Ocean, etc.

We're going to load them up with tomahawks, blah, blah, blah. He goes, that commitment is only as far as 2028, by which point I will have led the United States of America to achieve semiconductor independence, and we will not take the risk of war that risks American lives after that for some nationalistic dispute between China and Taiwan.

So those were his two quotes prior. That's literally exactly what he said. His problem is he doesn't understand the region or the tensions in the region. I would love it if it was all kittens and sunshine and it was just about semiconductor independence, but it's literally about maritime status quo in the second most with the second most important trade route in the world. I mean, the entirety of the South China Sea.

And for the people who share one tooth and one brain cell amongst 10 of them, the drive-bys, let me make this very clear. Noting this is not the same thing as saying, oh, I demand we have military intervention. My point in bringing this up is to illustrate how he has no idea what in the hell is going on in this region. This is not a learning on the job type thing. And I am pretty damn fed up.

We have enough rat bastard people in the media pulling enough smear jobs on good people out there. I have had enough with a candidate getting out there, sticking his foot in his mouth, and then saying that you accurately quoting the words that he literally created with his voice box pushed out of his throat, through his lips, into a microphone, through a camera to millions of people across the country. That when you quote him accurately upon having heard that, that it's the media smearing him. No. We're literally quoting what you've said.

We're literally quoting what you've typed and tweeted. There's a big difference. He cannot go for two weeks without flipping on something.

Now, here's the other thing about this: in addition to it not just being about semiconductors. Where does this okay? He goes, Yeah, I'm gonna lead us to semiconductor independence. Oh, just magically in a couple of years? How?

Not a single one of these cats have been saying that have been saying this have said how. How? How are you going to do that without some big ass type Solyndra government intervention? And this is the guy who's talking about mandatory national service for everyone and demanding that people who were born here and who had ancestors who've shed blood here take a citizen test.

So I'm just curious. How? Pray tell. Are you going to do that in just a few years' time without having massive government interference? Never never really have said that, right?

I mean, this is not like buying a company and then pumping, dumping, and then selling it off. I mean, it's this. Not like that. This is different. My other point on this.

Because I don't think he had heard of strategic ambiguity until one of his advisors told him this week. Because he says, yes, well, we have strategic ambiguity. You all know what that is. Strategic ambiguity is we pretend that Taiwan is its own entity without saying the words that Taiwan is its own sovereign nation.

So it's kind of like you're triangulating a little bit. It's weird, and it's, you know, it's kind of Republicans and Democrats have both done it. It makes Stephen Yates infuriated and a lot of other people because apparently just recognizing Taiwan invokes the wrath of China and, you know, the big scary leader who got terrified of a yellow cartoon bear. I don't know. But You that's that's the strategic ambiguity.

And so He says that, well, we'll have, we're not going to have any strategic ambiguity. We're going to send all our warships there. We're going to surface our subs. We're going to load them with all these stuff, all these missiles, and we're going to threaten the hell and get militarily involved in Taiwan and go right up to, you know, really going into a full-scale hot war, hot conflict. And.

Uh we're gonna go right up to the hot the hot line. That's it. And then, when we get our superconductor independence, which how we do that, I have no idea, and I've never actually articulated that in any interview where I've gone on and on with my prepackaged remarks. Then, what we're going to do is then we're going to take all that stuff back, and then we're going to leave Taiwan alone, and we're going to revert back to the strategic ambiguity.

So, wait a minute. Let me get this straight. You're gonna Recognize Taiwan as its own entity. Until we magically get these the semiconductor independence, right? And then You're going to go, oh, wait a minute.

No, we're going to go back to that. We're going to close Pandora's box and wrap it all back up nice and neat. And you think China's just going to go along with that? Is that is that the general understanding here? And they're just going to go right along with it.

Really? This is The dumbest response to a foreign policy question from a political candidate I've ever heard. I'm going to tell you something. You don't have to be a military expert. Or even a foreign policy expert to understand as an educated citizen in a republic in which you have every right to know about and take part in.

Never ever be cowed into thinking that you've got to be one of these experts to understand some of these huge issues that are facing your nation because that's what the people who want to present themselves as the new noble class, they want you to believe that because it gives them more power.

However, there's a difference between that and not knowing anything. I I'm just shocked by this. Like, what is the, so you're gonna go back to straight. Can you think? After We literally Build up.

A troop presence in that part of the world. And we say, and we recognize Taiwan as its own entity. And we got, and then we, and then we magically get our super con well, magically. Then we're going to be like, wait a minute, just kidding. And then we're going to take it all back, and China's going to go, okay.

Yay! And then it's gonna be fine and go back to the way it was before. That's just that's literally what he's saying. That's his plan. And it doesn't make sense because That means our chip independence would have to be reliant on stuff from China.

What? It's crazy. I'm sure they're going to overlook all the other previous stuff and still work with us on that. They'll never do that. Hmm.

Yeah. I mean, I just would like for him, I will say, I'm getting to the point where I dislike him as much as I dislike Mitt Romney in 2012. And if you listen to me on Air 2012, who boy. Every Republican hated me. I was like, I am not, I am not at all.

I mean, I told you, my late friend, dear friend, and my former boss, Andrew Breitbart, and I got into a knockdown drag out about it. And that's why, one of the reasons why he was so mad when he went on stage at CPAC and he was saying, you know, it's either us or them. And he was yelling because he told me before he went on stage, he was like, You listen to what I'm gonna say. And he never prepared his remarks. He's like, You listen to what I'm gonna say.

And he went out and he was telling everyone: you know, you either have Romney or you got, you know, Barack Obama. What's your choice going to be? Is it going to be the statist or liberty? Your vote is liberty or statism. Pick your route.

And I get what he was saying. But I had a lot of people mad at me for that. But I will say this, and I can't, I get now, I'm madder because I feel like this is making me say something remotely. Even though it's it's accurate, I don't want it to sound nice about Romney. I mean, at least when he flip-flopped on a position, he held it for a little bit.

You know? I mean, at least in the same interview. This is my problem with this guy. And then he goes out and says, Oh, well, everyone's lying about me. Dude, no one is lying about you.

You literally say this stuff, and then you spend. Then you go back and you workshop it with your team and you spend all damn day on Twitter attacking everybody who dared to quote your own words as being, you know, a neocon or bought off. You're the guy who literally still has active contracts with CCP companies in China. You're the guy who literally still has a stake in the company that you helped, that you founded and you helped create their big product of the database for COVID surveillance and you tried to sell it the digital passport. You know, you're the guy who's still involved in a lawsuit over mRNA tech and you're telling us that we're bought off.

You are literally, I don't think he's a stalking horse for Donald Trump anymore. I think Vivek Ramaswamy is a stalking horse for big pharma. This is not a learning on the job type thing. And I'm going to add this. Pointing all this stuff out for the people who don't know what the blank a neocon is doesn't make you a neocon.

It just makes you educated. To say, yeah, when you take away strategic ambiguity and you build up, you have troop buildup in Taiwan. And you start giving them weapons? Which, you know, they want to buy our weapons now. We could be doing that now.

But Vivek Ramaswamy hasn't mentioned that because I seriously doubt that he even knows that that's happening or has occurred previously. I mean, what are we going to do if all hell breaks out in the South China Sea? What then? And then he sits here and he acts like we're gonna hold China over a barrel of her oil. Really?

China invited Iran and Saudi Arabia to BRICS. Does he know what that is? Does he know what that means for the petrodollar? Does he know what that means for America's power and influence as it relates to gas and oil? This is ridiculous.

Why in the hell are we pretending like this guy's a Republican? Get mad at me all you want, but I'm saying what a lot of people don't have the balls to say. Tired of it. We've got I've got Draft age kids. I'm paying Uh butt ton in taxes every year.

Everybody's broke. Our dollar is in the decline. We are no longer independent for our sources of energy. And we're farting around with learning on the job? You know, if this was like 30 years ago, fine.

You know, maybe that's something the United States could withstand. The United States cannot withstand the Republican Bader O'Rourke in the White House. I rarely get this ticked off. But I'm at my limit. And I'm at my limit with people who are so terrified of their own audiences, whether it's in talk radio or on cable news, to say the obvious.

These people are never going to be honest with you. They're going to tell you what they think you want to hear. Shallow and vapid. Like I said, I've never cared about making friends. But I do care.

About Toddler stomping in another war because we have someone. Here's Even more ridiculous in some aspects.

Well, I think the podiums, I actually think Vivek Ramaswamy may be on the level with Joe Biden in the White House. 59% death tax? No one's gonna talk about that? You're gonna sit here and cite a social a known socialist? as like your inspiration for some of your economic policy?

Eastern on DirecTV Channel 347. Mm. Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of the United States. Sector of Homeland Security, a guy who took the job Thank you for taking the job, pal. He forgot his name.

He forgot his name. That is Alejandro Majorkis. That is who that is. You know, the guy who was displeased with how quickly or how slowly the not NGOs, the non-government. uh uh contractors That We're partnering with border security.

Actually, it was doesn't it go through HHS? Like the refugee? It's weird how they have it set up.

So He was upset with how slowly they were processing these kids that had been brought over illegally. Um That guy, really? One of the guys who's made it really, really worse. A lot worse.

So one of the things that I've noticed, we're going to talk about this here coming up. In the case of Georgia and in the case of DC with Trump, isn't it kind of weird? That but Yeah. Of these Districts, both of these judges, they were picking. The day before Super Tuesday is when they wanted the trial.

Is that weird anybody else? Yeah. Literally, one whole different court in Georgia, another whole different court in DC. They both won it the day before Super Tuesday. Is that weird?

It's beyond weird. I mean, yeah, I mean, it seems, you know, seems pretty odd. We're going to have a little discussion about that. I just, I think that more people should be asking why do they want that day? I mean, you know, Super Tuesday, day before Super Tuesday, it's just really weird that they both want that day.

Huh Imagine that also Couple other things. This uh We got law and order. We also have, going to get into whistleblowers with the military's. Rates, there's some information about myocarditis that whistleblowers are now starting to speak on. And How many emails?

Joe sent with a fake name, I really think it's probably going to be more than 5,400. Really? I just I don't even think I've sent I've not sent that many emails in my entire life. And a lot of it he was sending them to Hunter, and it was about business, you know, the stuff that he said that he never. Actually, sent anything on.

You never talked to him about any of it. We're going to get into all of that and more. Don't miss second hour on the way. Stick with us. The Secret Service is paying $16,000 a month now to stage near Hunter Biden in Malibu.

Who's paying for that? That's a question for the Secret Service.

Okay, Hunter Biden is reportedly selling art to pay for his $15,800 a month rent in Malibu. How can you guarantee that people are not going to be buying this art to gain favor with the president? That is a question for Hunter Biden and his representatives. I know the White House buyers got a job from the Biden administration. Can you guarantee that there's a lot of people who are going to be able to do that?

I hear your question. I'm not going to get involved in this. That is a question for Hunter Biden's representatives. But we know that from a Hunter Biden associate now that he sold the appearance of access to then Vice President Biden. Are you confident that he has stopped doing that?

That is a question for Hunter by annoying. If somebody is selling the appearance of action, that is your, I don't know, how you're perceiving that from testimony by Dr. Archer. He's not a good person. I am just not.

Peter, I'm just not going to get into this. I'm just not.

So. This testimony, since the last time that I was in here, Devin Archer talks about how he and Hunter Biden tried to profit off the Biden brand. What is the Biden brand? I'm not going to get into it from here. I'm not going to get into it from here.

Mm. Well, that's I mean, then what are you there for? Because it's literally why you're there to get into it on those things to get into it. Welcome back to the program, Daniel Lash here with you. Top of the second hour.

That's Corine Jean-Pierre. Who was talking with Peter Docey yesterday? I loved the Malibu question. Loved it. By the way, you can listen to the radio program Coast to Coast.

You can stream it. You can watch the Simulcast, Channel 347, Direct TV, YouTube, and Facebook as well. I told you that Where was this at? Was it at Shashokane? Is that where it was?

I'm trying to remember. When I was at I think it was, I was at SHOT Show and I had um I was at a booth for uh it was a booth appearance. It was like one of our uh sponsors and uh for the radio program and There was a gentleman who came up. And I knew immediately. I knew that he was former military.

Because sometimes you can tell, especially like if they're, I think anybody under the age of 50, it's very easy to tell. But He also had his badge, and he had his name, and then he had Secret Service underneath it. And then, under secret service, because when you wear your name tag at SHOT Show, which is an industry show, so it's not a public thing. Thing that you can go to, it's where it's done by the NSSF, and that's the organization that represents the manufacturers. And so they get together and basically it's where they show buyers And they have like a whole military section, law enforcement, civilian, you know, survival all these.

And they show buyers like retail and all that stuff what they're coming out with so that they can prepare for the next year. And they have a lot of Hollywood people. Mostly it's like uh armorers and, you know, prop masters and things like that that come out too. Because, you know, obviously there's, you know, that relationship with film.

So anyway, long story short, was at the booth and this guy comes up And he's got, you know, everybody's got their tag, their badge. You have to show your badge to get in on every floor. And it has your name. Whom you're with, what entity or organization you're with, and then where you're based.

So it had his name, it had Secret Service, and then underneath it it said Malibu. And I immediately I immediately pinned him as he's with Hunter Biden's detail. And he was very nice and very cool. And I knew this because how many stories have we talked about? Hunter Biden's lived in Malibu for the entire time that Joe Biden's in the White House.

And no one's ever been able to figure out why. It's not like he has any pressing business interests there. I mean, the gallery at which he shows his work is in New York. His family's in Delaware. It's weird that he's in Malibu.

He's their nouveau rich, though. That's where they think all the rich people go. Remember, what is it? That. Uh what did they say, wealth whispers?

So he he's in Malibu 'cause he thinks that's where all the rich people are. He drives his Porsche.

Now that's where he is. And he had rented a house in Venice Beach. And I had friends who lived in Venice Beach, and not a grand as a house that he rented. And then he left and went up into, like, the hills in Malibu. And that's when he had the big two mansions.

The one that was next to him, which was like, what was it, like $20, something thousand a month? That was for Secret Service, and we had to pay the bill for that taxpayers. And he had the one next door.

So that's how we knew all this.

So he comes up and he has a has my book and has a copy of my book signed. He seemed very. It was either super like-minded or he wanted to. I don't know. I always have.

So I have you know you have your good angel and your bad angel? My bad angel's Kane with angel wings, a la Cartman with a tinfoil hat on. And he's going, they're just checking you out. That's what you, that's what you, the little angel you were saying. Cain, did you know that?

They're just checking you out. That's what that is. It's accurate. And I asked him straight out, I said, Oh, I go, you know, you're in, I told him, I said, I, you know, I appreciate what you do. And I said, so you're based in Malibu.

I go, I said, I guess you're on special assignment there. And he goes, yes, he says, I'm a member of the, how did he say it? Uh part of the detail, four member of the first family is what he said. And I'm like, ah. And we both knew.

He knew that I knew, and I knew that he knew that I knew. Like mm Hunter Biden. And he seemed like a very, it was just, he, he. Didn't betray any position as he should have. You know, d he didn't betray any position that he had on that.

But the fact that he was there And it seemed like he was there. I mean, he wasn't there in a professional capacity. That tells you something, right?

So I was like, oh, okay, all right. Uh, it was very nice to meet him. Got a picture with him and uh and he turned his name back he turned his badge around real quick, which was smart. I mean, he's you know, he knows what to do. But uh that was very interesting.

So I thought he's he's one of the gentlemen out there who's on that detail. Because they have a team of them and you know they rotate them out. It's like you have like basically like two teams essentially. And he's back in Malibu and is What what actually surprised me what Deucey said? is that he sells his paintings to pay his lease.

Do you believe that? I don't think that's accurate. I mean, I'm not saying that I think Ducey's wrong. I'm pretty sure that that's what the White House said. But I don't think that's the truth of it.

I think quite possibly there are buyers for his horrible art. In order to fund? How dare you make fun of baby infant sweet Hunter Biden's macaroni necklace art? There's a few napkins I've spit on. I never got to sell him though.

But there are people that um will buy This art because I think there's some money laundering going on. Insurance to fund whatever you know, the Bidens are into. I mean, I've looked at it. What is the is it the spirograph? Or whatever that thing that was real big in the round.

I don't know if I remember that. Yeah. I mean it looks like that. It's like I swear he uses that. He just like sits at his little Tykes craft table and does that.

50% more spit. That's what he does. It's just the weird. He thinks he's like the new Jackson Pollock or something. Dude, you're not.

You're you're literally flabby. middle-aged crack addict. And you are a Nepo baby, and you think that you're entitled to everything. Golly, the messages that he had with what was it, his cousin, and he was talking about, um. Oh my gosh.

Who it was it's the daughter of Nelson Pelts. Who married the Beckhams kid? And Nelson Peltz, he was the guy who. Apparently, he helped clean house on the Disney board a little bit. He was pushing back against the Wokery, too.

He's a big Republican in Palm Beach. And these what the emails between Hunter or the text between Hunter and his cousin. And they were talking like he's going to get, he's going to, he wants to get with Nelson Peltz's daughter. Like they would let her anywhere near this guy.

So gross. Like, how highly do you think of yourself? Because she's like 20-something years old. She's like, very pretty. She marries a Beckham kid.

And billionaire daughter, and he's telling his cousin, you guys remember all these texts? Like, I vomited inside my mouth a lot. like reading the story. This is what I had to do for my job. I think I'm gonna report it to HR.

It's abusive. And the cousin's like, yeah, if you get the mom, then you get the daughter. If you can convince the mom, then you get the daughter. I'm like, do you. Do you people think that no, they're no, no, no, they are not on the same level as you, okay?

The Peltzes are not on stop it, Bidens. Come on. For the love.

So gross. But he's That's a lot of money. It's at least twenty thousand dollars that you have to pay for Secret Service. to stay there. And that's a serious thing because they have to have their own, they have to have their comms, they have to have a lot of stuff.

They have to have and if they don't have the infrastructure there, they got to build it. I remember at Rancho del Cielo, I was up there with Yaff. Uh and that was in the Santa Inez Mountains. The Reagan's Ranch. It was the very Humble.

It's a very humble, modest ranch with just a handful of rooms. It's not a mansion. He laid, Reagan laid the patio himself. He put the fence up himself. He literally did all the ranch work.

You know, mucked out the horses, stalled. I mean, he did all this stuff. And Secret Service had, they didn't have the infrastructure for what they needed, and they had to build it there. They had like a whole outpost and everything, and they, you know, we toured all of it. It was really impressive.

But, I mean, if they, you know, they got to put all that in Malibu. And hasn't he switched mansions since he's been in Malibu?

So he was in one mansion, and I think he switched to a different mansion, which means that Secret Service had to switch to a different mansion, too. Mm-hmm. Why is he in Malibu? He doesn't need to be there. He's doing it because he thinks that that's what rich people do and he thinks he's rich.

That's really the thing that gets me. This is not a wealthy family. They fleece taxpayers. And that's where their money comes from. Joe Biden merches out the VP's office or the president's office, and then he gives this money to Hunter, and they trade influence, and that's how they make their money.

It's not because they got a particular skill set. Heaven knows they don't. Except for B. Esserie. But They trade out on that influence, and that's how they get their money.

And then they actually convince themselves that they got their money because they have some sort of marketable skill or they are that attractive in the workforce, and therefore that entitles them to this. They like to look at themselves as the new Camelot. The way that they talk about their family in emails and in texts and everything else. without any sense of self-awareness is one of the most cringe things I've ever seen. I mean, it just oh my gosh.

The Biden family, the Biden name. Oh my gosh, please. You're taking someone else's stock down a couple of points just by hitching your name up to them. Oh my gosh. Ugh, Grifter Incorporated.

That's what they should be calling there.

So they should be calling their business.

So Florida is bracing for a tropical storm, Adalia. That's one of the things that we're watching. They said that the What is it, the bend, the area that this hurricane is going to, they have not had. A hurricane goes into this area, or I've not had a hurricane in this area for what, like 100 years or something like that? That's why they say it's Storm of the Century.

I mean It's that's it's they said it's going undergoing explosive strengthening. Fifteen foot surges. I love this headline. This is so funny. Guys, please be safe.

The headline goes, Hurricane Adalia, Tempest undergo an explosive strengthening to 125 mile per hour Category 3 storm as morons take selfies at Key West. Oh my gosh. Please be careful. Do not do that. People were told in 22 counties they got hit with evacuation orders to leave their homes.

And the it the it's gonna hit tomorrow. They say that by the it's expected that by the time it reaches land, Uh it's gonna be five miles below Cat 4. Man. Oh, I hope people are careful. And now, all of the news you would probably miss.

It's time for Dana's Quick Five. According to The Guardian, a live worm was found in an Australian woman's brain in a world-first discovery. She complained of forgetfulness and depression. Ugh. It's a worm, a round worm that they normally find in pythons.

And the neurosurgeon, it was eight centimeters long, and I'm done with the story. It's disgusting. She had a lot of symptoms. It's gross. Oh, I can't do it.

Oh, that's it. That's that for that story. My mouth is numb talking about it. It's just horrible.

So gross. Also, Eminem sent a cease and desist. After Vivek Ramaswamy tried to rap with Lose Yourself. And I'm waiting for Wooly Willie to send a seasoned assess to Eminem because of that beard. You know the magnetic thing that you drag the little shards of metallic bits and you put them on Willy Willy's bald face, right?

It's the same thing. It's the same. Come on. You know that he did like beard. For men, or something like that, beard growth for men.

It doesn't even look natural. Stop, doesn't. Laughter can heal a broken heart, like literally, according to a cardiac health study from the New York Post. They say that scientists in Brazil set out to prove that laughter therapy can improve cardiovascular health and ease symptoms of heart disease. And in fact, that is what they found.

They said laughter therapy can be implemented in institutions and health systems for patients at the risk of.

So, comedy, basically, right? Which is why we need comedy. This, let's see, this mask study that was published by NIH. suggests that in 95 COVID masks, may expose the people who wear them. To dangerous levels of toxic compounds.

And these toxic compounds have been linked to seizures and all kinds of cancer. They've been linked to cancer, all kinds of stuff. It was a very quietly reshared study from the National Institute of Health. It was this spring. It suggested that the masks will, and it was done at Jeanbook National University in South Korea.

And they looked at two different types of medical-grade masks. They said that these masks release chemicals and that they're eight times the recommended safety limit of what they call TVOCs or toxic, volatile, organic compounds. And when you inhale it, it's linked to health issues like headaches and nausea and then the prolonged and repeat exposure. That's really been, that's even worse. It gets into, it gets serious after that.

Very serious.

So this 5,000 pilots, according to MSN, are suspected of hiding major health issues, and most are still flying. This has to do with, some people are saying it has to do with the Federal authorities were investigating 5,000 pilots suspected of falsifying medical records to conceal that they were receiving benefits because some of it has to do with heart issues, too. I was hearing that from a friend who's. Yeah, that's what the pilots almost say. But they say that there's some things that make it unfit for them to fly, and they're hiding it, although you're required to disclose it by law.

Speaking of law, coming up, the AG of Missouri. He won in court defending against puberty blockers. We'll talk next. To catch up on all the headlines in Crazy Wokery, download the Dana Show podcast and get Dana's perspective on the Dana Show. Welcome back to the program.

So, a judge ruled on Friday that a ban on Experimental surgery for minors and hormonal abuse. Can take effect.

Now, if you read the press, it says, oh, it's a ban on gender-affirming health care. And it sounds like these poor kids are being denied basic health care. But that's if you conflate what healthcare is to what we're actually talking about, and they're entirely. Two different things, it has nothing to do with informed consent either. And of course, this is down to the hard work and fighting spirit of Missouri's AG, Andrew Bailey, who joins us via Skype.

Good to see you, sir. Congrats on this victory because this is huge. And I think this is, I read an editorial and I was trying to find it.

Someone said that this is really kind of one of the bigger shots across the bow of this grab towards kids and this experimental surgery. Yeah, huge win in the fight to protect children here in Missouri, but also in the entire nation. I mean, I think the mood nationally is changing on this issue, and a lot of it is because warriors in this space are shining the light of truth on the lies of the left, just as you're doing. I mean, there ain't no health care about it. Don't let them call it gender-affirming healthcare.

This is nothing more than sterilization of children, gender mutilation in pursuit of a woke left-wing ideology. There's no medicine or science to back it up. And that's why it was so important for us to go to court. Put on the evidence, make their experts own the fact under cross-examination that the studies they're relying on are based on weak science, that they ignore the studies coming out of Europe showing that these are dangerous procedures, the pills are dangerous, the drugs are dangerous, the surgery is irreversible, it has long-term negative health consequences. Make them own that under cross-examination for the entire world to see.

And that's part of the winning strategy we were able to put together to deliver this win to protect kids. That's one of the interesting things. There are several that came out of this case, too, because everyone, I think a lot of the American left really idolizes how Europe does things, but Europe doesn't. This is not something that they go. They don't get into the hormonal abuse.

They don't get into the experimental surgery and demand that people provide this as the left is trying to do here at taxpayer expense. Very different. And that came out in court. Yeah, absolutely. And, you know, again, being able to expose that through the process of the rules of evidence of the judicial process was really important.

That's really part of the winning litigation strategy. We were able to partner with like-minded state attorneys general, many of whom have, their states have passed bills similar to Missouri's SB 49 in their states previously. And these attorneys general have had to defend those bills. And so, you know, we're able to take lessons learned: what worked, what didn't, what would you have done differently, what would you have done the same, and weave all that together into a winning litigation strategy that involved cross-examining the other side's experts, but also putting on our own evidence.

So, for instance, we put on our own expert who testified that the entire Medical Health Association is treating gender dysphoria differently than any other diagnosable ailment in the DSM-5, any other mental health condition you wouldn't race towards hormonal treatments. You would use psychology and psychiatry.

So, why would we be using hormonal treatments here and doing this differently when there's no medicine or science to back it up? Matt, completely true. Talking with Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, this huge court victory. And it was interesting, too. I was reading the judge, I mean, essentially said, you know, that there.

There was no demonstrated, or at least the opposition here, the people who really wanted this, they wanted the band to go away. They weren't actually successful in showing. How this was some kind of compromise of a constitutional right. They didn't show the success on, you know, they were trying to challenge the law on this, but they were not showing that they had a constitutional basis to do so. I mean, I don't even know how they could try to argue that this is somehow denying someone something, especially when it's a minor, and especially when, as we talked before last week, there's no long-term anything to show that this is, I mean, you're creating a situation where you need perpetual health care.

Yeah, absolutely. It's more dangerous to the patients than helpful. And certainly, our expert opined as to that. Our expert said that in instances where youth with gender dysphoria are treated with puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, they're actually more suicidal more likely to commit suicide.

So it's not helping kids, it's harming kids. I would also point out that to your point, though, yeah, the plaintiffs, the ACLU, and Lambda Legal want the court to find that there's an equal protection right to sterilize kids. That doesn't make any sense. It flies in the face of the text history and tradition of the Constitution and 100 years of equal protection clause jurisprudence.

So, again, huge win. You know, I think this creates a blueprint. We've drawn up a winning play for other states to use in the future and are happy to pass that on to states that either are waiting in the wings to pass bills similar to Missouri's SB 49 or state attorneys general who are about to go into court to defend their state's law. First state in the nation to successfully fight back against a preliminary injunction at the trial court level on this very issue. And I would see, I would think a lot of other states, as you said, I'm so glad you're sharing the blueprint for that because really, This is ultimately, I think, the way to wage the battle on this is state by state through the AGs.

Yeah, and you know, again, some of the evidence we put on, I think, was really compelling. For instance, Jamie Reid, the whistleblower from the clinic in St. Louis, testified.

Now, this is a woman who I've said all along has a lot of reason to be trusted, has a lot of credibility in what she's saying because look at her motive. She's someone who self-describes as a progressive, who believes in transgender rights and was willing to put her name on a sworn affidavit, subject herself to the penalty of perjury, but also was willing to come to court and testify under oath and be cross-examined by the plaintiffs. That's a powerful witness. It's a powerful witness. Detransitioners as well, victims of this system.

who are willing to come in and be courageous enough to share their stories as a warning of caution. You know, and how they're serving life sentences because of how they were victimized by this system. And again, that's powerful and potent information that gets into the public domain. We put it all out there in open court. The judge listened to it.

The audience had a stunned reaction, and the media can't hide from it. Yeah, one last quick thing on this because you brought up a very good point here when you were talking about the detransitioners. Media always. Runs to the youth that say, Oh, I want to go through this. I want to, I'm trans, I want to transition.

But then, when they have like a change of heart or as they mature and they realize, oh my gosh, what I did really wasn't informed, and they change their minds. And there have been a number of these detransitioners who have done so that were media darlings five years ago, and now they can't get an interview anywhere to talk about the horror reality of this. I mean, they set themselves up for a lifetime the way that I've read, every single one without exception, a lifetime of pain, a lifetime of prescription medication. They are horribly uncomfortable. They're dealing, still dealing with this, and they might have to have more surgery in the future.

And I, you know, this might be kind of rhetorical, but I mean, you found that as well with all the witnesses that you brought up, there was not one without exception that's not going to have to live a life of pain or a constant, you know, a medicinal regimen as a result of this. Yeah, that's absolutely right. Certainly, that's consistent with what the experts have told us. That's consistent with what's been coming out of the studies in Europe, far to the left of America culturally, that have curtailed these procedures. And unfortunately, that's what the victims, the detransitioners that we called to testify, stated in open court.

And again, powerful evidence, powerful testimony, compelling. The court in paragraph 10 of its order said there was no medicine or science. There was no consensus on the medicine or science, and the evidence created more questions than answers. Thus, there can be no consensus on the standard of care. This isn't health care.

It's woke left-wing quackery masquerading as medicine. And we got to call it out and shine the light of truth on it. There you go. Right there. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey.

Appreciate your fight on behalf of our kids. Thank you so much for this. And thanks for sharing the blueprint on it, too. Other AGs should follow your pattern here. Hey, thank you so much for having me on.

Of course. Good to see you. Thank you. That's a, it's huge. I was reading, to this point, I was reading this story the other day where it said, and this, it seems almost kind of.

It seems almost trivial, but think about it in the bigger picture here. It was this story of Jessica Simpson, she has an 11-year-old daughter. And she Took a picture, it was like up on Instagram somewhere, has her 11-year-old daughter in the picture with her, and her 11-year-old, Is wearing like a face full of makeup, and I know a lot of kids wear crop tops and all of this, not the most appropriate, but she added up on Instagram, and all of these people descended on her. Oh gosh, it's so inappropriate, which, yes. You know, I don't think 11-year-old needs to be wearing a full face of makeup, et cetera, and wearing a crop top and all this stuff, but.

What gets me is that how much do you want to bet? That At least half of the people who are screeching about that. Are also the same people who would have no problem. and characterizing This experimental, whether it's surgery or whether it's this hormonal regimen, medicinal regimen, I mean, make you oh, big pharma in perpetuity. as a result of this quote unquote transition.

how many of the how many of them do you think honestly, like they they defend that and they tha they have no problem with that. That's what gets me. I mean, you'll have these stories where like, oh, a celebrity's kids in makeup or something like that. It's like on Daily Mail or they'll see it on Instagram and everyone loses their mind, but There's more outrage on something like that than this. That's what gets me.

I read this story, uh one of the earlier, I guess, poster children. for transitioning now as a as a young adult. And it's a woman who wanted to be a man. And she said that she is, she thought she wanted to be a man, and her parents went overboard in affirming her. Her mother did.

I think it's the moms are nuts. Mom went overboard affirming it. And She was describing, I can't, it just makes you. It's like one of those stories you're reading about what she has to deal with, and you're just like, oh, you're so physically uncomfortable. She was saying that she, All the pain that she has to deal with, and how using the restroom is a huge ordeal.

And she's constantly either uncomfortable, she has bladder issues now, and she's struggling with all this stuff. She's on prescription medication that she's gonna have to take every day for the rest of her life. She's detransitioned, but she was also, she also had already had the surgery. And It's just horrifying. To read what she has to go through, she's not even 25.

And it's horrifying to read. how what she has to go through every day as a result of this. How was that? better. How is that better?

How is it compassionate? I mean you're The stuff that they create, like the phallus that is created, usually from like your thigh meat. And attached? It's not workable. I know it sounds, you think that this is the stuff, that's actually what they do.

That's what they're talking about. That's what they do. She says she's physically uncomfortable all the time because of it. I mean, I that's not and and when you were reading what she was saying, she's so angry because she just feels like she was led into it be and without, you know, her anybody warning her of what she could possibly be dealing with in the future. That's what I'm talking about.

That's not informed consent. Yeah, it just is crazy. It's crazy what they crack down on kids about and what they want. Like, for instance, We have a story that we're going to be talking about. A kid wore a shirt that had the Gadson flag on it.

And was kicked out of class in Colorado Springs.

Well, it was a Gadson flag patch. And the school said that it has origins with slavery. And this little boy. It's so adorable. He's like still young.

His backpack is. bigger than him. We're gonna talk about it coming up because I wanna go to war for this kid. I want to go full-on war for this kid. He is so adorable.

I mean, he's golly, that little backpack, his backpack dwarfs him. He's so, he's, you know, he's a little kid. And he just you know how kids have patches on their jackets, on their on their backpacks and stuff? He has a bunch of patches on his backpack, and that was one of 'em. And so they were trying to say that it was associated with a hate group.

And they they kicked him out of class. And then he took he, and then after he was kicked out of class, he asked his mom to take him to the news station. That's actually amazing. We're going to talk about this coming up because he didn't actually break a rule. I don't even understand what they're trying to say.

A military authorized flag has some sort of origin. These people are morons. They have no business teaching your kids, much less making these ridiculously ahistorical, illiberal statements about origins of flags with which they're entirely unfamiliar. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man.

A naked Florida man was arrested after attempting to break into some Kissimmee homes in Florida. uh a bizarre naked Florida man. He pressed According to WFTV, a homeowner woke up. To now, remember the last one we had was a guy on our front porch. This is a whole different naked man on somebody's brain cam.

He's on the back patio. He's different from the fellow last week.

So they wake up. Check the ring camera, back patio door, and there's a naked man on the back patio. And um Um He's involved in some activities. What? Of a solitary sort.

What? And The This wasn't apparently the first place that he did it either. He was in someone else's backyard. On the same night, and those people also called authorities.

So, authorities got two different calls about this guy, and he was captured. Uh Giovanni Alagaraz. And he was he tried to run away naked in the neighborhood. That doesn't sound like that's a fun thing to do. But yeah, he was taken in.

He was taken into custody. I mean, not once.

So the guy that we had last week was in the front porch. This one's in the back porch. I can't believe I have to sit here and differentiate because there's that many, but here we are. All right. Can we just, I don't know why this is needed.

But Floridians are advised. And we're praying for everybody in Florida, by the way, with the hurricanes coming. Floridians are advised: please do not wrestle the armadillos unless it's necessary. I love how that caveats onto that because they're talking about leprosy. You know, armadillos carry leprosy.

which I literally didn't even know until like, you know, it's uh Hansen's disease. And apparently this is something that They're still like they're every year. I think they have to tell people this, but they're like, look. you know, there's some Just stop it unless it's necessary. Unless you got a cat, you get it off of something.

Just leave it alone, is what they're telling people. But they suggest that it's endemic, this disease. In Florida. This isn't the first year that we've talked about this, or the first time we've talked about it. I just think that's kind of interesting.

Unless it's necessary. Unless it's necessary. That's all y'all need to know. This. A Okay.

Florida man was arrested and charged with killing his sister over an electric bill.

Okay. Orange County Sheriff, they said that Roby Severe, that's his name, of course it is, he admitted to killing his sister after he engaged in an argument with her over the electricity bill. Uh i he uh Killed his 40-year-old sister, Miguel Brown. And he was arrested, taken into custody, and he admitted to it, according to Local 10. He said he did it.

And didn't really seem to show any kind of remorse. He also faces charges of first-degree murder and aggravated battery, according to the Orange County records. I just feel like there's probably a number of different ways to solve that problem. Also, a couple of others here. Um No.

No, I'm not going to do that one. Not uh Not doing this one either. Uh well, do I want to do this one? The same Is he clothed? Hang on, I just gotta check.

Okay, so these this guy A Florida man faces a strangulation charge because he choked his brother over a travel expense. What? I don't know. That's just what the story is. This guy's facing charges of felony domestic assault.

He got mad that him and his brother were arguing over travel expenses, Broward County, and they responded to a report of an alleged domestic battery. And this guy had been beaten up by his brother and strangled. It was an 80-year-old versus, I think, like another 70-something-year-old.

So, does the whole like. Charges against the elder because isn't it like a crime against somebody over 60 or something like that? Does it come into play when they're like both over 70 and they're just curious? Stick with us. We got a whole other hour on the way next.

Does the White House see any connection with the changes that the Florida governor has made in teaching about African American history to the kind of violence that we saw in Jacksonville? That's one of the dumbest things that I've ever heard, a reporter asked at this White House press conference. yesterday saying, Well, you know, the changes in teaching on Black history in Florida to that. This guy apparently is clueless that Florida actually has mandated. Teaching on black history with the Stop Woke Act.

But does this guy really does he so? Does this reporter think that um Graphic pornography in cartoon form in children's books, like literal children, like under the age of 16 in their libraries. It's a real thing. That what does that have to do with black history? Yep.

Creeper. Welcome back to the show. Dana Lash here, top of the third hour. I'm sorry, but if you're asking this type of stupid question and you're pretending that this kind of pornography that's in kids' schools. Is actual education.

Are you a pedophile? Because that's what a pedophile would say. For real. What do you mean? I mean, so they're sitting here, they're actually thinking that.

By Not Teaching kids how to use strap-ons in junior high and elementary school because that's what was included in at least two of the books that were pulled. Because parents were like, that's a little age inappropriate. I mean, sorry, but if you're not going to be able to listen to Wu-Tang in elementary and junior high, then how in the hell are you going to be listening, like, reading, you know, the age-appropriateness is the point. But I mean, that's what the so is he is this guy saying that not being able to teach kids about strap-ons and uh graphic sex in elementary and junior high, that that caused the Nazi to go and shoot people? That's what he just said.

That's what he said. I don't really want to know his name, but I do. That reporter. But that's that's dumb. That's what I would have said in return.

But I'm like, wait, so you're telling me that you think that teaching always, you know. What I would, I hope that in the future, Republican administrations have just copies of those books and those photos ready to go. Because I want to see how many networks can't show the images that you show up at the podium of the stuff that they're saying is actual academic. Like, bring the big giant stack of books with all the stuff in it. and just, you know, throw it up there.

Just throw it out there. Just have a big old poster board. You couldn't even show it. You couldn't even show it. We can't show it to you.

We'd get in trouble. We could pull it off direct TV. I just I'm just curious. That has nothing at nothing to do with it. That's what they've been.

They're trying to. Do This thing with Um Republicans were very successful last election, and in Florida, particularly. Republicans were very successful because a lot of black parents were kind of fed up with everything being closed. A lot of people all over the country, it's why so many people were going to Florida and all families, and particularly minority families, they didn't like the CRT stuff. They didn't like that.

They wanted actual education. And so you had a lot of non-traditional Republican voters that voted Republican the last election. And Democrats are desperately trying to figure out how they can drive a wedge in there. They, because remember, Joe Biden said that you're not authentically black if you don't vote for him. If you don't vote Democrat, that's what Democrats have been telling minorities for eons.

You're not authentically a woman. You're not authentically gay. You're not authentically whatever, anything, you know, black, Asian, whatever. Actually, I don't think they care about Asian Americans. You're not any of those things unless you vote Democrat.

They want to own and have a patent on the identity politic.

So that they can use it. claim it as their voting block. And as Kane noted, the Jacksonville killer left school in 2020. And also, the Jacksonville killer. I mean this Yeah.

Dude. Uh Had been involuntarily committed. There's all kinds of stuff. But I just failed to see. How removing those age-inappropriate books makes a Nazi go shoot people.

I fail to see. I mean, are you telling me that strap-ons are just like, that's part of the authentic, you know, black culture experience? I'm just curious, Kane. I mean, you're dying over there, but. This is what they're saying, but they don't have they like, go ahead and say it.

This is what this content is. This is what it is. This is what they're talking about. Show them the graphic. cartoon sex in these books that they expect junior high and and uh uh elementary to read and be like, oh, wait, what I mean, they didn't even have black characters in it for crying out loud.

Several of the books just featured actual like penetration with like with white cartoon characters. What's that to do with black? history. Parents are like, can we not have that in sixth grade? That'd be great.

I mean, we're just trying to get the basics of algebra so they can start that in seventh. Can we just not? Instead of learning about how to do taxes, boys can have a vagina. That's what schools are teaching. Like to learn how to do my taxes.

Boys can have periods. Like to I'd like to learn how to bank and understand finance. Women can be dudes. That's what schools are teaching, it's the dumbest thing ever. Speaking of schools, I got to share this story with you.

This makes me so mad. I'm just, oh boy. If this was my sweet precious little baby boy. The sweetest little boy He is so sweet He's got his little hair cut. Look how big his backpack.

If you're watching the simulcast. Look how big his backpack is on his back. God love him. He is so adorable. So he had a patch.

He has a number of patches on his backpack, and he had one. Little bitty one. Little bitty one, and it was a Gadson flag. And This Kid was they they tried to get him in trouble with the with the dress code. They were trying to say in this email.

The rationale for determining the Gads and flag is considered an unacceptable symbol. Uh they said that It had to do with white supremacy groups. It is a military-authorized flag. And they said that it's associated with hate groups, and then they linked to this. Let me pull this up.

Some stupid piece. written by some moron over at a website that I don't even think is accurate. I don't I don't think this is a real ed r a real website. It's still goofy. Uh y this is like trying to they really try to cherry pick his reasoning here.

And they link to this thing where they say, oh, this. This Gu is this guy? Let me pull this up.

this freelance Editor Jeff Ingalls. This is who this is. And They claim that it's oh it is uh it's a hate symbol. And it's related to Um uh white supremacy groups, patriot groups, I guess because they're trying to look at like what, patriot groups, as though that's like the same thing. They're trying to conflate them.

And Saying that this was his evidence, like this is what I, you know, it's a symbol of intolerance and hate. Here's, you know, et cetera.

So this this little boy, he's so adorable. He wanted to stand up for his beliefs, so he got kicked out of class. And then he asked his mom to take him to the news station. The news station didn't want to do an interview. The director.

We're saying that the rule that they claim that this boy broke Quote uh It had to do with any a piece of clothing, accessory, et cetera, that had to do with drugs, tobacco, alcohol, or weapons or something. That's basically what they were saying. Yeah. It's because they it It has to do with their politics is what it is.

So there's video and documents. Like they took video. He's a seventh grader. It's Vanguard Secondary School. His name's Jaden.

And they took video. They were in this meeting with the principal, or this is the assistant school counselor, Nicole Longhoffer. And they were saying, no, that's that Gadsen flag. It's associated with white supremacy and slavery in the slave trade. And Vanguard Secondary School is part of the Harrison School District 2 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

And They said that Jaden has to remove the patch. From his backpack, or basically, he can't go to class. And then they said, Well, you can just take everything out of your backpack and carry those things around yourself, but you can't have that patch on. It's a military authorized flag. And they literally said on video, we can't have that, it's a very long video, they said that they can't have that flag around other kids.

That's what they said. They can't have that flag around other kids. It's just it's, you know. And the parents corrected her. They said, it's literally one of our standards.

We flew it. in the War of Independence, for crying out loud. It literally had nothing to do with slavery. But this more ronic School doesn't know the difference apparently between the Gadson flag and the Confederate flag. They have no ideas about any of the flags.

I mean, the Gadson flag, a military authorized flag. You guys know it, the yellow flag with the snake, no stop on snake. And it's the it's lit I mean it was A military standard. It's authorized. It flew during the Uh War of Independence.

Oh my gosh. It was named for a brigadier general in the Continental Army. Charles Gadsden. And it was a b I mean the whole point of it It was it was at the the the thirteen colonies uh unity. The unity of the colonies.

And the whole point of it was a message to the British saying FAFO. That's the whole point of the flag. Don't violate. our individual liberties. That's the point.

Or the single rise up. That's the whole point. That's the point of it. It had nothing to do with slavery. Oh my gosh.

But that's not what the school was saying.

So they cited the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and they said we've determined the Gadson flag is an unacceptable symbol. How much you want to bet, Kane, the school's teaching about uh genderqueer? And all of the other books. There's like a million titles, by the way. If you had a rainbow patch, he'd have been.

Oh my gosh, yeah.

So they There's, I mean, I'm just, it's infuriating. This is so infuriating. And they I mean This is, I think, a violation not only of his free speech, but it's also abusive.

Now, Jared Police weighed in. Jared Police. Tweeted. this morning, quote, obviously The Gadson flag is a proud symbol of the American Revolution and an iconic warning to Britain or any other government to not violate the liberties of Americans. It appears on popular American medallions and challenge coins through today, and Ben Franklin also adopted it to symbolize the union of the 13 colonies.

It's a great teaching moment for a history lesson. Jared Police said that, so good on him for saying this. But I think they need to come down like a stack of bricks on that school because that's ridiculous. He's a Democrat.

So good on Jared Police for saying that. But this is insane. This kid, I feel so bad for him.

So now. They're trying to get the word out, but the NBC affiliate didn't think it was a good enough story. But he was kicked out of his class. Twelve year old Jaden. Kicked out of his class.

So What I mean, I feel like this s these educational uh officials. I feel like these teachers and this Counselors are too stupid to be in an academic environment in which they're in charge of children. This is just abusive. Good on this kid for standing up. You know how many kids are just I think are too afraid to do that because this is this is what you're conditioned to do.

You're conditioned to be too afraid to speak up. You're conditioned to be afraid to stand up for yourself and your beliefs. Otherwise, you'll get canceled.

So this kid was in the right. Good grief. This is a case of homeschooling or private school if I ever saw one. Ridiculous. Just ridiculous.

I'm glad the parents stood up for him. Man. Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine. Can't even imagine. All right.

And now, all of the news you would probably miss, it's time for Dana's Quick Vive. San Francisco's Nordstrom, or Nordstream, if it's KJP, they've closed after three decades in business because of all the crime.

So much crime. An eerie video showed the store is left. But you know what? There's nothing scarier than like an empty like mall or shopping thing, there's just something about it that's just... Like very five nights at Friday's-ish.

This is very creepy. Super creepy. Picture it like the mall hunt.

Okay, I'm getting away from. Anyway, they said that they've got such a rise in crime, homelessness, and drug use, they just can't keep it open anymore. Good job, Democrats. Yoofoo, UK chaos is to last still for days. Stranded Brits are warned that the disruption is going to keep continuing this week.

Despite the network failure being remedied, 500 UK flights were canceled by air traffic control on one of the busiest days of the year. They said it's absolute chaos. Heathrow by itself is absolute chaos.

So I can't even, it is like one of, it's a Rube Goldberg machine. It's not an airport. It's the weirdest airport I've ever been to in my life. Warren Buffett may be bracing for a recession. That also rising gas prices are hitting inflation-weary Americans, Wall Street Journal.

Has the report on the cost making life harder for businesses, and they've been trying to very carefully manage their budget and inflation for some long for some time now. I told you. Oil is going to go up. This is going to really create a mess for the Federal Reserve. By the way, they're trying to control inflation.

Told you guys this was gonna happen though. Didn't I tell? I said, right, Kane? I said it. I said it was gonna happen.

You're still gonna see climate oil. And Yeah, that's what if only we could have our own sources, you know, it'd be it'd be amazing if we had our own sources. Warning as footage appears to show mountain lions roaming in Pennsylvania.

Well, as long as they don't take them or relocate in the Mojave Desert like those other goofballs did and kill them. Police in York County, Pennsylvania have issued a warning to residents after they spotted two of the big cats in the area, Spring Garden Township. Their police were dispatched. They said two of the large cats were observed in the yard. Apparently, they got video footage of it as well.

The sighting isn't word of mouth. They have multiple video clips of people who see them in their yards. And some of them say, oh, it's one person said that's a house cat.

Okay, if you think that's a house cat. I mean, that's a big honking house cat. Oh my gosh, that is not a house cat. That's a giant cat, anyway.

So they're telling people to be aware for that. All right, we got a lot more on the way. Don't go anywhere. Bottom of the hour.

Next. Between Twitter, Facebook, or any of your social media, there's a lot of information out there. That's why your lovable curmudgeon is here to help you make sense of it all, live or on demand. The Dana Show. I want to ask you: last week on the show, we had Senator Kerry, and this week and the week before, we had Senator Edwards.

And my question for you is. Of all the Democratic candidates out there, Why should I vote for the one with the least political experience?

Well, you shouldn't, because I have the most political experience.

So this place that's a this is exactly what 2004. We got to talk about this whole thing here because that was Vivek Ramaswamy who was asking a question of uh Al Sharpton at this tw uh 2004 what was it, like uh MSNBC thing. And I thought that was very ironic, the question that was asked. But that's not even my thing. You know what was crazy?

Pete Budig was there. He also got up and asked a question later. We don't care enough about him to run it. Yeah, the uh uh I guess he's transportation secretary. I don't know what the hell.

What does he do all day? I don't even know what he does all day. He was there also.

So you had Pete Buddha Judge and Vivek Ramaswamy at the same Democrat. thing. That's weird, dude. They're both there asking questions. That's weird.

Right? Kane's like, this is some Soros stuff. Is it you said?

Sound just like that too. It's exactly what you said, isn't it? Did uh. Pete, uh, did Secretary uh Poot Booty Judge get Soros money too? I think he did.

I think so. No. That is weird that and I know Soros backed Uh the transportation secretaries poop booty judges like his campaign or something at one point when he was trying to run or he like don he donated to him when he was mayor of South Bend. Not when he was Vice Admiral of the canoe fleet at Camp Wimpetonka, but. I That's just too much for me, man.

It's too much. It's weird. This is weird f weird to me. I don't know. Both of them there, the same thing.

It's weird. Just odd. I don't know. I wanted to play this soundbite 2 as well. This is, where's this at?

We got.

Okay, so audio soundbite 16. Crigampierre was asked about These stories that are coming out of Afghanistan about Afghan girls who can't go to school, they can't all of these freedoms that they had won are now gone again under the Taliban. And she had no idea how to answer this. I mean, their suicide rates are going through the roof. Women in Afghanistan are killing themselves.

She has no idea how to address this question. Listen to this. It was so awkward. But seriously, what is the message that the administration has for the millions of girls in Afghanistan who can't go to school because the Taliban won't let them?

So, look, um The President has always been very clear about the importance of girls, not just here in America, but globally. Being able to live freely and be able to go to school and get the education. Um Uh and so Words. Words from my mouth. And we have been very clear in laying out our concerns, such as girls' education, with the Taliban.

We have been consistent with that. We have been very clear of that. And so we also remain laser-focused on trying to support and assist the Afghan people without bolstering the Taliban. I feel like I would be a good hype man. At a uh Democrat.

Like facetiously. for a Democrat press secretary when they get into a bind. You just go out and you repeat the words that they're saying, you know.

Sort of like um A more nuanced flavor flav, right? But you know, politically speaking.

So when she's like, you know, we've been clear and consistent, you just back up like clear and consistent, they both start with k. Uh-huh. She had no idea how to address that. She's looking at it like, oh, they've, you know, you can just hear her thinking, oh my gosh, words, make them come out. I'm not sure if I can do it.

She's trying really hard. It's weird, dude. It's weird, right? Yeah. with the kinder, gentler Taliban.

Remember our partners. Oh, my gosh, can you believe this? They're banned from schools and universities. They're not allowed to work. They can't really do anything.

You had women who grew up. Under the Old government that was backed by the U.S. And now there's a ton of them. Taking their own lives, and it's not a small statistic. They said that suicides.

by women in Afghanistan have skyrocketed. They're in absolute despair. Yeah, you think? There was one woman who was prevented from becoming a doctor, forced into a marriage with her cousin, who was a heroin addict.

So she took her life. More women than men. It's like one of the few countries where more women than men commit suicide. Usually it's actually men who commit suicide more than women. But It is Yeah.

I it's horrible. She didn't want to live in that kind of That kind of world. Absolute surge in female suicides. Good job, Biden. This is that time we need that Kamala meme where she's on the phone calling him, We did it, Joe.

This is horrible. But the limitations, the data from doctors at public hospitals and clinics. They said it's it's a rise in both suicide attempts and uh successful suicides. And it's all due to the rampant domestic violence and rollback of the the women's freedoms so they can't I mean, they can't even leave their house anymore. I mean, they've brought back such strict Sharia rules.

That you know, now you you I mean, previously they gre they were in a country where they could go and get an education. They could get a job, so they could provide for themselves. and didn't have to be pushed into an unfortunate union. uh like this one woman with her heroin addicted cousin. And it gave the women a little bit more freedom.

And oh my gosh. And now that's.

Now they're back to where they were. Got to leave your house with a man, has to be a blood relative, your hu your husband, blood relative. Your son. Can't go out and do anything.

So, yeah, these women are killing themselves. They don't want to be abused for the rest of their lives. I mean, this is horrific. Uh it's We were told that that it was a, I mean, they literally presented the Taliban like, oh, no, no, they're different. They learn from their terrorist ways.

They're no longer terrorists any more. But didn't they roll through Afghanistan telling all these villages on WhatsApp uh either surrender to us or we're gonna kill all y'all.

Well, yes, but What? We don't even know what WhatsApp is. What? We have no clue. We're just Asinine.

Absolutely asinine. But that's they did. That that's That's it's just it's just so uh just so horrible. She couldn't even answer it.

Well, I just don't know. I am here. Yeah. Some media malpractice. And I saw this today.

This is the Associated Press. I'm gonna pull this up because this was one of the first things that I saw today.

So they have this guy, Steve Peoples. He's a Uh reporter with the AP.

So he's going in on that whole racial thing, and that the Nazi who went out and shot up people at a dollar store did so because he was a little bit of a dollar. He got upset. that educators were prevented from teaching elementary and middle school children about graphic sex without parental consent. That's what the Parental Rights and Education Bill was. And then furthermore, you also have the Stop Woke Act, which actually mandated teaching of uh black history.

So anyway, this reporter gets in. He goes, quote, Ron DeSantis scoffed when the NAACP issued a travel advisory this spring warning black people to use quote extreme care of traveling to Florida. And just three months later, DeSantis is leading his state through the aftermath of a racist attack that left three African Americans dead. Black leaders in Florida say they're outraged by his actions and rhetoric. Full story with, and I'm like, okay, what do you mean, full.

I read the story. I think that if you're going to Claim. that some one's rhetoric or anything that some one said is responsible for this. that you're responsible for at least providing one example. Right?

One Example Uh The rhetoric. Just give me something. Doesn't even have to be a fully completed sentence. Just give me something. Because I read this piece.

It's going to be a minute of my life that I can't get back. I read this stupid piece. And There was literally like they did not Linging. Give Anybody I mean, there's not a single example that they gave of rhetoric. It's other people calling him a racist, but nothing but he's actually said or done.

This is Democrats freaking out and they're trying to motivate black voters in Florida because they think that if they just baselessly scream, so-and-so is racist, that that's going to motivate them to go out and vote Republican or vote Democrat. Uh as opposed to uh them voting Republican because they've you know the policies from that administration have been way more advantageous for them. For everybody. That's just shameful. It's so shameful because You are, it's incumbent upon you to at least give one example.

I read this whole stupid article, not a single example given. Insane. And that's what the AP ran.

Now one last bit of audio as we 'cause we're getting moved up here. The whole situation with vaccinations, audio soundbite two. Let's go back to Kane's favorite person in politics. KJP. Because now they said that they have an updated vaccine.

For mid September, listen. The president said in Tahoe that he had tended to believe, decided to recommend everyone get the new vaccine. When is he going to decide finally?

So as I think you've heard from the FDA and CDC, they've made an announcement on the new vaccine.

So certainly they said that they will have an, there will be an updated vaccine September, mid-September, I believe.

So we know that, as you all know, vaccinations against COVID-19 remains the safest protection for avoiding hospitalization, long-term health outcomes, and death, which is why we are going to be encouraging Americans to stay up to date on their vaccines. What? No. It's going to be an updated one for mid-September. It's the safest protection for avoiding a hospital.

Notice how they changed their language. Because it doesn't prevent transmission.

So now they're talking about it like it's a therapeutic, which is really what, I mean, it's not even that, I don't think, but. Yeah. It's the safest protection for avoiding hospitalizations. I thought it was the safest thing to prevent transmission. That's what you guys said for two years.
