Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed paperwork ordering the expulsion of a Cuban diplomat who rushed the podium when our United Nations ambassador, Mike Waltz, was speaking. If you missed what happened, this was just the other day when you had UN ambassador to the UN, Mike Waltz. He was speaking about all of the private luxury holdings of these Cuban government officials.
And the Cuban foreign minister, Bruno Rodriguez-Priya, charged the podium. Watch this. I appeal to you to listen to me. And I'll ask everyone. And I'm the representative of the United States of America.
Back up. Back up, ambassador. Back away. This isn't Havana. I'm suspending the meeting.
You're not going to intimidate. I'm suspending this meeting. Do you understand who you're dealing with? This is America. Back up.
The rule is clear. This is the substance of the speech. There are no procedural. You can bring people if you want. Please sit down.
Sit down.
Now, the clip, Waltz was talking about all of the ways that the Cuban government officials have enriched themselves. and he was just laying out facts with receipts from the podium. And it was at that point, I love that he didn't yield, first off, because it wasn't just the foreign minister, it was some of his toadies that decided to rush up to that podium. I mean, that's crazy. They accused him of lying, and that's when Waltz was telling them to back away from the podium, back away from the podium.
and then it escalated into a shouting match, as you saw there on the floor. It spilled out in the hallway. It was crazy. And they were talking about not only what this is how all of these leaders, they're people live in poverty and they live in luxury. And this is the intimidation that they that they push for.
This was I've never seen anything like this.
So Rubio was like, he's out. He is this guy's he's we're not going to tolerate this anymore. And this is actually so we played 15, correct? That was cut 15. Marco Rubio said that he was signing the paperwork on this and the guy is going to be out.
He's not dealing with it. He is absolutely not dealing with it. And they were trying to intimidate not only Walt's, but also his staff. They tried cutting their microphones. And wow.
Watch this. Just before I came on tonight, Secretary Rubio signed the paperwork to eject the diplomat that thought he could, the Cuban diplomat, the first secretary of their delegation, who shoved and tried to assault one of our American diplomats. He's gone. He is going to be on a plane to Havana within the next 24 hours. You lay a hand on an American here in the United States, President Trump, Secretary Rubio and myself, we're not going to stand for it.
Do you know some of the stuff that he showed when he was up on the stage? He literally showed off the Cuban regime's Rolex collection and he was showing off all of their like eighty five thousand dollars on one of these watches. and he was saying this is while the people in cuba sit in the dark while they sit in the dark this is what the regime is doing now think about it beautiful beautiful country gorgeous country amazing culture they could be oh my gosh they could be like the caribbean vegas i don't know however you want to put it they could be this is wild watch this though this is why they got so mad One of the reasons. Reagan's warning about corrupt Cuban elites still holds true, and it started many decades ago. Let's start with Castro's two Rolexes that he proudly wore.
You're looking at the great revolutionary. What's on his wrist? Two Rolexes worth $40,000 in today's money. According to the regime's own statistics, that would pay for 55 years of an average Cuban wage. It didn't just start with Castro.
This is the current Cuban president. Also with a Rolex on. Oh, I love it. Oh, my gosh, I love it so much. And so that the Cuban delegation there, they were the ones who were just trying.
They were hitting the desks and trying to make noise. They were acting like little tyrants, little commies. little commies. There are pictures of the Castros posing with seafood, abundant, smoking, super expensive cigars, living the life. And the Cuban delegation sitting there stomping like brats because they were upset that all of these receipts, because these, as Cain rightfully notes, these are luxuries that Cuban citizens are disallowed.
They're not, they can't even have medicine. Hell, they are not allowed to have any of these things. And so this is, he was calling them all out. And Rubio has, they signed these documents and now they're out. Rubio said, this is not going to happen.
They're being yeeted back to Cuba. I mean, you, first off, you're in the United States and Mike Waltz is right. You don't put a hand on an American diplomat. Secondly, you're in the United States. When you enter in the United States, by God, you're going to treat members of our government, and I don't really care what side they're on, you're going to treat them with respect.
You're going to be nice. You're not going to stomp like toddlers when they're making legitimate points backed up with receipts, and those receipts are photographic evidence of the exact things that he's talking about. Or you can get out, because you're in the U.S.
now. And that's what, you know, we always joke about F.U. money. Like J.K. Rowling has F.U.
money, right? Bill Gates has F.U. money. Elon Musk has F.U. money.
So does Mark Zuckerberg. The United States has that essentially on the world stage. Don't find out.
So you also have this.
So after Rubio did this, this is very interesting. Rubio has not been on the campaign trail. And he is a major asset. I know for a fact that many in the GOP have been trying to get Rubio on the campaign trail.
Now, I have talked, I'm going to just tell you, if Rubio is trying to, as a strategy, downplay any kind of hopes for 2028, he's doing a really good job because he has every single top name operative convinced. at the RNC. I spoke with a number of them and every one of them. Apparently, there has been attempts to convince him otherwise.
Sounds like a lot of attempts, but he is disinterested in running. He's very, very good with geopolitical issues. He is really, this is his moment. This is his time. And he, it's very interesting to see someone be ready for the time which they're called for.
And he wants to focus on that. He wants to focus on the diplomatic efforts. And in his perspective, apparently what's been said is that he does not want that to hurt or in any way colorize what he's doing on behalf of the administration overseas. He thinks that POTUS has enough people in his cabinet, that he's got enough people in office that can do that campaigning domestically while he takes care of the foreign policy business for POTUS internationally. And I get that.
And in some ways, yeah, he's actually right, considering the state of things in the world. But he did appear in Texas. And this is POTUS. This is cut one. POTUS invited him on stage.
Now, this is when they were in Corpus Christi, when they accepted the first shipment of all that Venezuelan oil. First time he's been on the campaign stage this cycle. He can't even talk yet. People are cheering. He's just standing there.
Our enemies are weaker, our country is stronger, and our people are safer because Donald J. Trump is the president of the United States. Thank you. That's all he had to say. And he's out.
One and done. And I mean, if he look, I'm going to just tell you this. If this is part of his strategy to to seem aloof, which makes people want it more if they think they can't have it. Then it is probably one of the most brilliant political tricks I've ever seen. Because he's got everybody convinced.
I mean, big name operatives like people who have been kingmakers. we were in i'm not going to say who because that's the only reason they tell me stuff because i don't say who've told me but we were in the big old suites in the rnc and i made a beeline for everybody who know i i i don't i go always go for the people who are in the back who know the secrets that's exactly who i make a beeline for every time and i know a lot of these people because of my grass work stuff that i did during the tea party and all that and um they were one of them in particular was it's the way that they shook their head. They definitely gave the impression that they have tried and tried and that it's not happening. That's, you know, now, like I said, maybe it's a ruse. And if it is, it is a damn convincing one.
But you saw the popularity there. And he got up and he said that he is just focused on the business of the administration. And he wears a couple of different hats. I mean, it's a joke, an ongoing meme online. And I get it that he wouldn't want to jeopardize that because he's dealing with some entities overseas.
Some of them may not be willing to kind of work with the Trump administration.
So you got to be good cop, bad cop. And I get it that it might disrupt that strategy.
So that could be on also just Occam's razor. That's the easiest explanation, and that's what it is. But still, but still, it's very interesting to watch the public reception of him. And I've heard from tons of top fundraisers and bundlers in the GOP that have all said their dream is to get Rubio on the campaign trail because he raises money like nobody they've ever seen. Just saying.

So, apparently, this story from The Independent, Now, this is a British publication that has a Floridian reporter, but they said that Americans are being forced to skip meals because grocery prices are skyrocketing. Are people actually skipping meals? I mean, I do intermittent fasting, so I only eat twice a day. But they said half, according to the survey.
Now, I have not looked broken at the survey. It was done by a financial firm. Grocery prices, they said, have risen 28 percent. Ground beef has risen. Coffee has risen.
And they said that obviously it's having a major impact. But is it really to where people are actually skipping meals? That's concerning because I read different things, different places. It kind of depends on the bend of the publication.
Well, this isn't going to help. Three pounds of crab legs.
Sorry, 3000 pounds of crab legs. You're like three pounds, whatever. 3000. How about that? Stolen from the back of a tractor trailer in a Philly cargo heist.
Man, you better keep that on ice. They're investigating because thieves stole tons of cases of frozen snow crab. The driver called police at 4 a.m. saying men had broken to his trailer while he was sleeping. He told police he saw six men loading the cases into a pickup truck.
When he got out to confront them, one of the thieves chased the driver down the street. They took off in multiple vehicles. They made out with two pallets. They contained 50 boxes, 30 pounds each, total of 3,000 pounds, and stolen seafood. I can't even imagine how much you think that is.
They don't have a price in here, but I'm curious. 15 bucks a pound is a lot. Yeah, that is a lot. Yeah, so they're still investigating it. Oh, yeah, it does.

He's at a campaign event. He's dropping in just to give us an update on what's going on. And first off, my friend, I saw that you recently traveled to go and visit with our troops stationed overseas in Jordan. And you had a pretty epic photo of that. And I love what you said, because you said that it was one thing to talk about standing by our troops.
When you're in the U.S., It's an entirely different thing to be overseas standing with them. First off, God bless you for doing that. Tell me about that experience real quick. Oh, it was a pleasure. That was actually back during the 4th of July.
So I got a call from some of our friends at the Independence Fund and CENTCOM. And basically they said that they were trying to find people that'd be willing to go over and entertain troops for the 4th of July on the military, excuse me, not the military, but America's 250th birthday. And they're having trouble finding people. A lot of people want to get paid. A lot of people just didn't want to be out of the country on the 250.
And to be honest, I didn't want to be out of the country on the 250 either. But neither did all of our troops deployed in Jordan, I'm sure.
So it was easy for me to say yes. It was one of the best trips I've ever taken. All of the guys out there, the men and women in uniform, they were fantastic. Just had a fantastic time. It was awesome.
And I'm glad we finally got to release that video. I mean, it's amazing. I mean, what a fantastic experience to be able to go and celebrate Independence Day with the people who have helped make that happen as well. You've been crisscrossing your district, talking to voters absolutely everywhere. You're at a campaign stop right now.
From what I saw, and I don't like doing prognostications because it makes me nervous, but you have a lot of momentum. I'll say that you have a lot of momentum and it looks like, you know, people are really responding well, especially and I'm not going to give your your opponent a name check. You know, you can only play the chick card so many times and usually all of them are ridiculous and it's all nonsense. I have never seen a lazier campaign against you in my life. Let me just say that because you're sticking to the issues and all your opponent wants to do is talk about how she's a woman.
yeah um she's i'll put it this way there's a reason why you know the dnc is playing in this race now uh they're spending millions of dollars from dc california new york i mean that lovely gentleman up in illinois pritzker oh he's dropped over 800 000 i think in my race maybe a million at this point um you know because if there's anybody knows who knows what west texas needs. It's the Democratic governor of Illinois. But the reason why, if you look at any of the money that they're spending in my race, there's a reason they're not putting her face on anything. There's a reason that they're not pushing her forward as a candidate who's got all the ideas and all the answers. We're really excited that she's our candidate.
It's all just slandering me. They're just trying to toxify me because they know it's impossible to make her look good. She's clueless. She really just doesn't know any of the issues. She doesn't even know how many counties are in her district.
She didn't bother Googling District 23 before deciding to file the run for it. Wow. And she was also I know she was trying to let me just explain something to everybody here.
So our friend Brandon Herrera, who's running for Texas's 23rd congressional district, he's financing his own campaign. He takes grassroots dollars. He does not get billionaire money from people like multibillionaire J.B. Pritzker, who, by the way, fled to Florida after he locked Illinois down. This is a real one of the most the realest grassroots campaigns I think I've ever seen.
And, you know, when I look at what you're offering, like actual solutions, you're not just talking 30,000 feet above the issues like you're talking about, OK, this is how we can improve energy for Texas. This is how we can improve, you know, gas prices and border issues and et cetera here in Texas. She's just talking about you. I went through her entire timeline. I went 32 tweets back, 32.
They're all about you. Every single. She built her entire campaign around just talking trash about me so much to the degree that she forgot to have a platform. And it was very obvious during our debate. They asked, I think the moderators did an amazing job of asking for specific policies and legislation that we'd like to see pushed forward.
And I stuck to the issues on that because I actually have legislation that I want to push forward to solve all of those individual issues or to at least attempt to. And she didn't have anything. The only thing she said, if you look back at every single answer she had, it's, well, this issue is really important to me and it will be a priority. Like, OK, well, that's not an answer. Like, that's that's how you play politics and just kind of like, well, this is really important.
It's like, I know that's why they asked the damn question. Yeah. Yeah. That's like why it's why it brought why it came up. We're talking with our friend Brandon Herrera.
He's running for Texas's 23rd congressional district here. And you're right there in a border area as well. I was looking at the closed border and how it has dramatically reduced Texas's crime rate. Is that still because I know now that we have a closed border and, you know, voter, I will say, our independent, conservative, libertarian minded people tend to sort of get apathetic. Like we think this is done.
Box check next thing. But you still have to maintain it. Is that still a priority issue for the voters that you're talking to? Oh, 100 percent, because we were really ground zero at it.
So Texas District 23 is about 22%, I think, of the entire state of Texas. It's almost a quarter of the state. It is the biggest border district in the entire country. It's just south of San Antonio to Eagle Pass, all the way out to El Paso.
So we were ground zero of that. Every time you turned on the news, you saw Texas District 23 when people were talking about the border crisis. And you have people like my opponent that are saying that they want to return to catch and release, that they want to reopen our border. Like that is just absolutely insane to anybody who lived here, especially the people who lived in these border towns, who saw it firsthand. Everybody here has a story of how, you know, they had to hide with their seven-year-old daughter in a deer blind while they were on their own property because illegals with rifles are crossing through.
Or 75-year-old women are checking the mailbox with a revolver because they don feel safe in their own property anymore That what the Biden border crisis brought us And if we not careful we go right back to that And the people of my district know better than anyone That not that not a thing we can do and survive Yeah And this is one thing that Texans everywhere and even outside of Texas, if you're not in this congressional district, I mean, think about the crime rates and what we've seen with whether it's illegal immigrants getting CDLs. And we can trace back a lot of this to the point of entry at this most porous, formerly most porous, you know, ground zero, as you were saying, entry zone for the southern border. I mean, we since the border's been closed, we saw like a double digit drop in crime in Fort Worth. Saw it in Arlington. I mean, oh, my gosh.
And we're also seeing reduced drug encounters with regards to law enforcement, drug seizures, because there's not as much coming in because everything's been shut down.
So this has been huge. She would reverse fight to reverse every single one of those and have people. I think it would be worse because I think that people, you would have the cartels, Brandon, that would probably be mad because they'd been shut out this entire time. Yeah. I mean, they've been looking for alternative revenue streams and we would be giving them basically every, the keys to the kingdom directly back.
I mean, our crime really has dropped dramatically. Maybe that's not something people see up in Martha's Vineyard, but for people who are right here on the ground, seeing it, seeing the home invasions, the car break-ins, the rampant theft, the rape, I mean, the murders, This is real people. And people kind of they contextualize it or they kind of rationalize it different ways like, oh, well, but that's not everybody. And, you know, there's a lot of people that, you know, we have to have empathy for. It's hard not to have empathy for people that just want a better life.
But the tangible thing is American politicians job is to make sure that Americans are the ones that have the better life. We need to put our people first. Of course, you know, we're happy to help people where we can, but we have to put our people first. And when they're being raped and murdered in the streets, that's not America first. Exactly.
And that's every other country can put its citizens first. Every other country can demand that every other country put its citizens first. But for whatever reason, the United States, they frown upon us when we advocate for our American citizens' interests above those of everyone else. And we say, no, no, no, there's a different process due to you than the due process for our citizenry. absolutely and again apologies sorry i'm like it hasn't been obvious by now we're we're running ragged i know you are of course i'm i'm like a little under the weather but uh i can't afford to do a james calarico and disappear for 13 days you can't nobody where i am you can't well i'm gonna what i'll do is i'm gonna let you get back to your event but i'm gonna ask you one last question what do you need from any viewers out there right now to help get you across that that that victory line, that that that finish line, the threshold to victory?
Well, we have a new ad that's coming out. I'll be posting that actually on on X later on today. We're going to try to get that seen by as many people as possible, because I think it points out, you know, the ridiculousness of my opponent, frankly.
So supporting us at Brandon Herrera for Congress dot com donating there would be great. But realistically, I need good co-workers in D.C. We need to get Republicans all up and down the line, up and down the ballot. we need to get them into office. And so we need to do that by turnout.
We've had really good last couple of days of early voting turnout for Republicans in the state of Texas. We're hoping to have a really big red surge on the actual election day itself. We have to keep going. We have to make that offer. If you have family members who are disabled or maybe elderly and they have issues driving and maybe that's too much of a hassle for them, make the offer.
Make the ask. Hey, does Thursday work for you? I can pick you up and I'll go with you to the polls. We'll grab lunch after things like that. Simple things like that.
If everybody at home does that for one person and their family, church or neighborhood, we will win this by a mile. And you should, because this would be honestly, I know we got a lot of, you know, very strong Second Amendment supporting lawmakers in Congress. But to have a not only Second Amendment supporting member of Congress, but a truly firearm literate member of Congress. That is like, you know, my birthday's in September, so I know it's a really long way away.

It's time for Florida Man. Man, I have never heard of making a deal like this. A Florida man who was accused of murder, he decided that he was going to offer the police his confession. We're going to need that photo of this fellow, too. Definitely going to need a photo of him.
He offered his confession to police in exchange for a Philly cheesesteak, fries, and a Pepsi. All he wanted was a Pepsi. The Florida man is accused of killing a woman that he allowed to stay in his house, and he said that he would offer the court, he'd give everybody a full confession if he was granted a meal of his choosing. Robert Kessler chose he represented himself in court. And he said, per the New York Post, he's on trial for the murder of this woman, Stephanie Krohn-Overholt, whose, oh, this is horrifying, whose dismembered remains were discovered in a bay near Kessler's home.
Now, in a video obtained by Law & Crime, Kessler surprised the court by asking the judge in his case if he could give a confession in order to forego a trial and save the taxpayer. He just wanted, don't you cheer that. No, there he is. Oh, I thought you were saying, yeah, that's right. I mean, does that not look like a guy who would literally say, I'll confess if you give me a Philly cheesesteak, fries, and a Pepsi?
For those of you listening terrestrially, imagine Doc from Back to the Future, but crazier. And in an orange jumpsuit. That's what you got. The judge was stunned and asked for clarification. And so then the guy, wait a minute, there's more.
Then the guy goes, okay, well, you know what? Add some onions. That's not what the judge meant, but this is what the guy's like. He's like, yeah, well, you know, maybe add some onions, mayonnaise, and a 20-ounce Pepsi. That's it.
And he said, he goes, and I'm also willing to take punishment of life in prison. I don't think that that's how this works, dude. You don't go, well, you know what? I'll work with you if I get it. The judge was trying to tell him, my dude, this is not how the judicial process works.
like I can't give food to people for them to enter a plea and the judge was like you could you could be you can be wrong a thousand ways and I guarantee that you will have lunch today but I can't guarantee what it would be and then Kessler goes well the deal's off the table now are you kidding me he's negotiating this is like the this is crazy so um yeah I feel like this is not going to go well for him. But he's like obsessed with the Philly cheesesteak and the fries and a Pepsi. That's I don't know. A man was blocking a sidewalk also on a mattress and he's facing several charges. Oh, man, this is gross.

So this, shockingly, was not in the villages. The Florida man was arrested a few days ago because he got into a fight over pickleball. What did you say, Cain, that old people are not innocent? Collier County Sheriff's, the guy's 73 years old. He got into a fight with a dude over pickleball, and it was a dude and a woman, and the dude shoved the woman.
And when she turned around, he shoved her in the back and she fell into some bushes, according to a witness. Then so they were at like a pickleball event at the Oasis Club. And someone had I guess they had snacks because somebody had a slow cooker. And he apparently grabbed he grabbed a slow cooker that was involved in this and the whole assault.

It's time for Dana's Quick 5. This is like a terrifying, this is a completely terrifying story. A child was mauled by a wolf at a German wildlife park. Baby's in critical condition. That's a child's an eight-year-old girl.
She was attacked. Everybody under 10's a baby to me. I'm like, you're a little baby. Anyway, eight-year-old girl was attacked by this wolf at a popular wildlife park in Brandenburg on Wednesday morning, according to BILT, the German newspaper. They said emergency services went to the scene.
They had to deploy a rescue chopper from Berlin to airlift the eight-year-old to a trauma center. And they don't know why she was in the enclosure or what had happened. They think that she was part of a special program where visitors can pretend to be zookeepers and feed animals. I want to know who on the staff there was like, let's bring the kids in to feed the wolves. And did they mean like give food to the wolves or like feed the kids to the wolves?
I really want to know how that happened because they said that that's most likely, at least that's what's being speculated in the press.
So who had that bright idea? Popular music is losing both its heartache and its happiness.
