all the times that people tried to Go at Trump for anybody that he knew.

Now, granted, you know, having lunch with Kanye and then he drags Nick Fuentes with him. Good grief. That was a nightmare. Uh but They way that they would put it. It's like, well my gosh, then he's personally endorsing every aspect of the and I don't even think he knew.

It later came out, he didn't even know who Fuentes was. Kind of that was a major fail on behalf of his first administration, by the way. But This thing with Hassan Piker. is not even in the same ballpark. If you're unfamiliar with this dude, he's what I guess a podcaster.

He's the only reason anybody knows him is because he's. Uh His family's rich.

so they can buy everything. And his uncle is Chunk Uger.

So his uncle gets him into commentary. And this is the style, I mean, he's a Nepo baby who had a very privileged lifestyle. And he's a fake communist. She says he's a communist. I don't understand how he is a communist when he's a millionaire.

He's a millionaire communist, which doesn't make any sense. He has been campaigning, though, for a number of Democrats. As we lead up into midterms. And he's been at events with Illinois O'Marr, who happily gets photos with him, a number of other Democrats, and none of these people. Uh they don't shy away from him.

They don't shy away from him at all. I mean, they actually defend the association. And he has said some. Insanely vile things. I mean, he absolutely supports Hamas.

I mean, verbatim, he has said that he does. I mean, the stuff that he says. Uh he I I mean I Just a just bad. He's even endorsed the murder of political opponents. Democrats love the guy, they love him.

So he streams on Twitch. People have been kind of mocking him, but The difference between like him and some of these others He's the one who's invited to. The after parties at the Oscars.

So he's on the red carpet. going to the Vanity Fair Oscar party, which is a really hard thing to get into. Not even just because you're even nominated doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to get in there. They're very picky about who they allow in. And he was on the red carpet for that.

He has been in, he's been at UFC events. He's been at all different kinds of stuff. Bad dude. And although, you know, UFC's not bad, but he's a bad guy. He's just he's my point is that.

He has been really mainstreamed. And I think he has a very good PR firm. I mean, clearly the family can afford it. He comes from an incredibly wealthy family, something that he supposedly hates as a communist, but he loves the perks of it, which is how communists usually function. And They can buy access to events, which is press.

That's why you have these celebrities that turn up at these store openings and all of this because they are leeching off that press to get press themselves. It's all a PR move. And he goes to all of this stuff. He gets the invites to everything. He mingles with celebrities.

They appear on each other's podcasts. He was on the New York Times one. By the way, the episode where the woman was talking about stealing from Whole Foods, this wealthy woman who writes at the New York Times, is the same episode that Hassan Piker was saying all of this stuff. We played the audio for you earlier where he was discussing how it's totally fine. You know, you can call for the murder of people like that executive if you just, you know, basically you just don't even have to like them.

You know, they're a big, bad company. And he was talking, of course, about that United Healthcare executive who was shot by that Luigi Mian Gion, who is in jail now. And that he could maybe see why that was because United Healthcare is so bad and healthcare is so bad. And then he goes into this miles wide, inches deep analysis of healthcare that was created by Democrats whom he campaigns for. They were the ones who pushed to federalise every last bit of it.

And that's one of the reasons why it's such a it's we have I mean, we we took a good health care system that had its problems and we made it a horrible health care system with more problems. And so They're Sanctifying violence. They're endorsing. Violence, if it achieves the end, means achieve the end, right? That they justify ends justify the means.

So, if this is what they want, then. This is the way to get it, no matter how violent or depraved it is. Just to it, it's but that's who they're that's who they're palling around with. They have a love affair with this guy. Who is really one of the the worst and it's dangerous stuff.

I mean, think about this stuff. They've got you had a potential terror plot directed at a Houston synagogue that was thwarted. In Britain. Only 4% of British Muslims think al-Qaeda were responsible for 9-11. And they're also, remember, part of their court system that they had to change to recognize marriages between first cousins because it's a very popular thing to do in the Pakistani diaspora that's coming over and other Muslim nation diasporas that have come over.

It's a very that's actually a a popular and a legitimate thing to do in some of those countries. Two French soldiers were killed this week by Hezbollah, but you didn't hear anything from Emmanuel Macrone. Who will not sanction Hezbollah as a terror party and was upset at the United States because we would not include Hezbollah in the ceasefire. Whenever you hear people say, well, Lebanon should have been included in the ceasefire, take out Lebanon and put in Hezbollah because that's what they mean. Lebanon's own leader said, They don't speak for us.

We are not part of this. They said that.

So don't don't let the media try to Remake the narrative. Just take out Lebanon and put in Hezbollah because that's who they wanted to be part of this.

So This is a crazy thing. I mean, we saw this coming from Democrats for a long time. We knew that. This was ultimately what the party was going to be, and everything but name. And that's where they are now.

Well, you really wouldn't, I mean, think back to like the 90s. Would you see somebody like Hassan Piker be so? Warmly welcomed and celebrated within their party ranks? Yeah.

Now you would not Yeah, he's Lorraine says that he, oh, he 100% buys friendly press, and he's referred to it as terrorism insurance. Like when he says stupid things. Oh, did he buy a ticket to VF? I think you even have to be approved to buy a ticket to the Vanity Fair party. And then they have different levels inside the party, apparently.

Have he never been? I wouldn't know. I just know what the influencers say online and what's reported. But wow. And he was photographed and he was there with celebrities.

But this is how they try to mainstream him, they wash him. In they launder him in all of these associations to make it look like: look, they're friends with this guy and they accept him. with his beliefs.

So you should probably accept him with his beliefs as well. It is a way of disarming anyone who would object by making the threat seem as though it's less threatening than it actually is. But he used the term social murder. This is... And he's praising Marx and Ingalls.

I mean, you heard him praise Ingalls in that soundbite. But the idea that People like Mangion and others, because the executive was guilty of social murder by way of working for an insurance company. That makes That makes it morally acceptable. That he can be accused of now a new thing that they're trying to create, social violence. But if you condemn Mangioni for carrying out actual violence, then you're the person who's wrong?

And what's more. Are you saying that because you didn't like the profession of the victim? that the victim should not be afforded the kind of care And uh deference that mangioni is given That that's what they're arguing. The victim is not afforded the privileges that Mangion and others have been received. The victim hasn't even been afforded the defense.

that his killers have been given, that his killer was given. But that's not social violence. That does not. Suggest to a wider public that such violent actions are okay if done in the name of. Preference?

That's a very Maoist ideology because that's exactly what Mao promoted. That is it. I mean This all leads to death. That's what he's promoting. This is this Red Green alliance that we've been telling you about.

You know, you have the red communists and then you have the green Islamists. And They don't even work in the shadows anymore. No, what they've decided is that the left can be out and very, very blatant about where they stand. and the people who are going to employ subterfuge will put them on the right. and make it seem as though here are people on the right that are having a change of heart.

and they're advocating more for Islamism and and for communism. And they do this by backing big government policies that actually are leftist, et cetera. And they don't want any kind of alliances with anybody that may threaten the domination of Islamism. That's what you're seeing right now. with Podcastistan, our partners, our friends over at Noble Gold.

We're taking a closer look at a common form of lung cancer that accounts for 85% of all cases. And Janet Freeman Daly. And I've been living with non-small cell lung cancer since 2011. Non-small cell lung cancer. It's a diagnosis that changes everything, and yet the conversation around it too often stops at the biology.

and misses what patients are actually living through every single day. There are some things you used to be able to do that you can't do anymore. It's easy to become depressed when you're dealing with all those losses.

So mental health plays a really big role.

So, what does it really mean to advocate for yourself when you're living with non-small cell lung cancer? Listen to Health Discovered on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. One thing about the locker room, it's a mix of everything. Different races, religions, backgrounds, opinions, all of it. And yeah, you argue, you joke around, you disagree constantly.

But when it actually matters, you've got each other's backs. No question. That's just being a good teammate. And honestly, that shouldn't stop when the game ends. But right now, hate is rising across communities in different ways.

And Jewish communities are getting hit hard by it. and hate doesn't stay in one place. It spreads.

So this isn't about agreeing on everything. It's just about showing up for people. The blue square is Is a simple way to do that. Just saying, yeah, I'm not cool with hate, go to bluesquarealliance.org. Grab one, share it.

It's not complicated. Just be the kind of teammate you'd want in your corner. Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash with you. Getting you set up. For this week, and uh, we got a number of things to get into, including um.

Oh goodness, Democrats versus Republicans and Islamism and all kinds of crazy stuff. Guys? Everything's gonna be okay. Do you know why everything's gonna be okay? Because Prince Hurry.

Here has called for Trump to end the war. And he says that Ukraine. needs to be supported because he went to Kiev. And he says that they need to be supported. He's on there as his I'm not a royal, royal tour.

This is cut 18. President Putin. No nation benefits from the continued loss of life we are witnessing. There is still a moment now to stop this war. to further to prevent further suffering for Ukrainians and Russians alike.

and to choose a different course. I am not here as a politician. I am here as a soldier who understands service. As a humanitarian who has seen the human cost of conflict, and as a friend of Ukraine who believes the world must not grow used to this war or numb to its consequences. I'm not going to talk about his service because, well, we've had people on who served with him.

And there were a lot of British soldiers who talked. Take it for, but the allegations were that he never actually really saw anything and that he was protected the entire time, and he played Xbox in his tent. Because he had to have protection around him, use the you know, son of the queen or grandson of the queen at the time. I don't know how much of that is true. But I do know that There Is a lot of those types of comments from not random people, like people who put their names in.

their years of service public and they say this.

So I don't know, you know. I d why is he even doing this?

So you've got the king that's supposed to come over to the United States, and normally everybody would be like, oh, what a nice little formality, etc. But they're actually really, Britain's really hoping that it helps to restore relations between the UK and the United States because Kirst Starmer has just barn-burned everything down. And apparently, POTUS gets along with their king. Apparently they have a good rapport, so they they get along. And Trump has said nice things about him and said that he's still welcome.

It's just wild that there's that. There's a lot of. Influence apparently happening there in parliament where they're putting a lot of expectation on that visit that that somehow will help mend things. But I don't know how. How well you can mend it because Kier Starmer is still there, although I'm sure he, I don't see him winning a reelection.

The king will be there longer. Goodness, I I The king doesn't get to make those decisions. It's parliament. I mean, they have a. you know, a a a constitutional monarchy.

So I don't know how much influence that ultimately will have. Because I would imagine anything that King Charles does is going to be completely undermined by Starmer either that or very next day.

So then you have Prince Harry who comes in. Prince Harry, a notorious leftist, Who's called for? He's apparently backed all the criticisms of Israel after October 7th. Like, how dare they get attacked? And Uh his wife is the uh Z list.

game show suitcase girl who charters a private jet and does like a um Assassination tour where she goes to she went to the mass shooting in Uvalde and had a camera crew following her from when she gets off the plane to when she goes and lays flowers down. They got really mad at her when she was at Bondi Beach this past week. They did this quasi-royal tour, even though they're not even considered part of the royal family anymore. And she apparently wore a blue and white striped shirt. to the site of The terror attack that happened on Bondi Beach, where you had an Aloha snack bar guy open fire at a Jewish event.

And I didn't think about it at the time. And then I saw people going, why was that the shirt that she wore? Because it looked similar to the prisoners' uniforms in Auschwitz. I mean, I don't think it was intentional. I think she's just an idiot.

But that's what happens when you do these sorts of public events and you don't have the public relations acumen. Or you're just not a smart person and you don't realize these things. Uh it was stunning. And then what made it worse is that she had on her um It's this app that You it's like I guess the l uh what is it what is it called? Uh Like it, know it, or whatever.

The little thing that influencers use on Instagram, where if you like what they have in their house or what they're wearing, then here you, you know, you go to the little link in their bio and it lists all the stuff and they merch it. They make money off of those referrals. And so there's a similar app that they introduced. for their trip to Australia where she's like merching all her lucks. She's an investor in the company, apparently, that does it.

And so here she is on Bondi Beach wearing what is similar to an Auschwitz prisoner shirt. At the site of a terror attack where an Aloha snack bar guy opened fire on a Jewish event. You just 'cause she I don't think, no, I don't think that she did it on purpose. I think that she's just that stupid and doesn't know. She just wants to have her pictures taken, guys.

That's all. She just wants to be famous for what? Just for famous. It's famous sack. That's Worldwide Privacy Tour.

I Some were wondering, well, is him saying this, is this going to mess anything up for, you know, this maybe first steps in reconciliation between the United States and the UK? No, because he's irrelevant. He's the whinging ginge. He's completely irrelevant in this. And What I don't get Is, and that's why I'm addressing it, because there were people who were bringing it up like as though he had that kind of influence.

POTUS can't stand him. Do you know when they were there at the funeral for the Queen and Biden, the Bidens were there, this is when Biden was president? They asked. They asked the Bidens, hey, can we get a ride back to the United States on Air Force One? They asked them that.

And the Bidens actually refused the request, which is shocking, but they did. Can you imagine being that much of a grifter that you beg the President of the United States, can I get a ride back? Because they thought they were going to be besties because they're big lefties, you know? And his last point on this, just to underline his hypocrisy here, because he's criticized Trump. He's said that our free speech is stupid.

He's gone after our First Amendment. This guy. But The other thing too. Because he's after he's criticized POTUS and all of this stuff He's like got a lot of like charitable there's a lot of charitable Offenses like his African charity, apparently. There, some of the people involved in the parks charity there have been accused of beating and raping people in local tribes.

The charity that he founded for his mother, apparently, he got run out of because they were using it as a PR firm. all of this crazy stuff. I don't know, but I also question why he was able to go to Ukraine when he filed a law. Like his lawsuit in the UK. Is that he and his game show pr uh commie wife Want to have A-list level security despite the fact that they're not A-list and there's no legitimate credible.

I mean, there's nothing there, nobody cares about these two. But he'll go to Ukraine, he'll go to a war zone. Make that make sense. It's so weird. I don't get that.

But I don't need to have a British guy who thinks that, well, I married an American actress, so now I can opine on all of your politics here. We fought a war around 200, getting close to 250 years ago, to not give a rat's ass about what some British. you know, spare prints things.

So Zip it. You don't nobody wants to hear that here. A few other things.

Okay. I'm going to save 23, Steve, because I'm going to need the intro. We're going to have to have the intro for that because that's going to be. That's going to be the sound bite of the week. I'll give you a little taste.

Virginia State Senator was saying that he knows a little bit about rural America because, y'all, he watched Dukes at Hazard. Oh yeah, 'cause he watched actually, you know what, we should probably talk about it now 'cause we got Chip Roy coming up.

So go ahead and get Cut 23 ready for me. This is Virginia State Senator Lamont Bagby.

Now imagine You telling Black America that you know about Black America, you know the struggles, you watched Roots. You get it. You saw that. You I mean you you know. This is cut twenty-three.

And listen. I almost took. Here's simple. Worth. the other side saying that we don't understand.

But I grew up watching the Waltons. I grew up with With OP. I even watched the Dukesahaz. I think I know a little bit about rule. America.

And When I think about While we are here. We're not just here.

So he knows a little bit about rural America. He he watched Dukesahazard. He watched the Waltons. Oh man, Whalen Jenning's so good. Just a good old boy.

That's all. Never meanin' no harm, man, tellin' yuh. No, he knows a little bit about it 'cause he watched it, y'all. Can you imagine saying that to any other community? Oh no, no, no.

I know all about the Asian community, I see. I mean, saw Milan. Yeah.

I know all about Yeah. I know all about the Nords up there, the Nordic communities. You know, 'cause I watched that show called Vikings. You know, I watched it. I know all about it, right?

Or, oh, I know all about you, you French people. Because Ratatouille is a personal Favorite of mine in the film. I mean You know, or it'd be like me going, oh, I know all about Puerto Rico. I mean, I love Desposito. I mean, it's great.

You can. Why would you? Why would this guy do it? And I got the impression that as he was saying this. Because I love watching people's faces, especially if they're saying crazy things, because I want to know how committed they are to it.

And I realized after watching this a couple of times, At one point. In it, he, I feel like he realized, oh, what am I saying? What? Like, how that could be. Misinterpreted.

And he just was like, I gotta stick it anyway. I just got it. And he realized it for like a half second. And then he and then he you saw the choice happen. I'm just going to commit.

I got to commit. I'm going to see it through. What else am I going to do here? Oh no. And he just kept on going.

Oh man. Like Hillary Clinton said so famously, I ain't in no ways tard, right?

So famous. All right, we got. We got more on the, yeah, like Juan says, I know all about the Ozarks because I watched the Ozark show on Netflix. Exactly. See, you're an expert now.

It's exactly like that. That's what one of our bosses said at our meeting yesterday. Yeah, oh, I know all about it. I've seen Ozark. I know all about it.

I mean, The Waltons, my family loved the Waltons. I kind of remember it. I was little when it was on. I just remember there was a guy named John Boy, and they all were sad and poor. I just.

I don't remember anything else about that show. It was. Wasn't that? You don't even know it, Steve. I can't even ask you.

Kane's not here. He would be my frame of reference. But it was. I was born in the 90s, so I don't know what I can help with. It's like it's the sad and poor show.

I'm like, but it was a family where they were all, something desperate always happened. And I just remember when my family would watch this show. My aunts, we would all be in my grandma's house, and my aunts would be watching it. And there was someone always crying because something sad happened in the show. I don't know, man.

We got more on the way. We got Congressman Chiproy's going to be joining us shortly. And yeah, it's the Steve, I deviled dog dare you to say what you just said. I'm not a no. They get there.

They type these great comments in Slack, and then I'm like, oh no, they don't want to, no, they don't want to talk about it. They don't want to do it. All right, we got to get moving. All right, folks.

So, I want to tell you about something that actually works. This is the world's number one expanding garden hose and their newest upgrade. It's the pocket hose ballistic. I like anything that has the word ballistic after it. I don't have time for cheap, stupid equipment that fails after one season.

I am done fighting with it. I'm done with the kinks, Eric Swalwell. I'm done with the tangles. I'm done with the leaks. I'm done with all of it.

It's a waste of money. It's enraging.

So that's why. The pocket hose ballistic, that's why you need to have this thing because it's built different. I could beat somebody to death with this. It's made, it's reinforced with a liquid crystal polymer.

Now, you don't know what that is, but you do know what it's been used in before: bulletproof vests.

So, that means, my friends, the strength is real, real durability, no nonsense. It's not going to mess up your garden. It's not going to like tie a knot around you. If you're tired of replacing your cheap hose every year, this is your fix. The ballistic is lightweight, it's super easy to handle.

And I like what comes with it. It comes with the pocket pivot.

So, no more fighting the spigot. And ladies, it's gold. Where it moves, you move, you move, it moves. It's so simple. It's smart.

You're done. For a limited time, when you purchase a new pocket hose ballistic, you're going to get that free. You see it right here: 360-degree rotating pocket pivot and a free thumb drive nozzle. Just text Dana to 6430s. That's Dana to 64000 for your two free gifts with purchase.

message and data rates may apply. When I first heard the words You have lung cancer. I was in shock. This week on a special episode of Health Discovered. We're taking a closer look at a common form of lung cancer that accounts for 85% of all cases.

Um Janet Freeman Daly. And I've been living with non-small cell lung cancer since 2011. Non-small cell lung cancer. It's a diagnosis that changes everything, and yet the conversation around it too often stops at the biology. and misses what patients are actually living through every single day.

It's not complicated. Just be the kind of teammate you'd want in your corner. Congressman Chip Roy, out of the great Republic of Texas, and you know he is running for AG as well. I first off. Kudos on the name for the act because that was probably one of the more cleverer ones I think I've seen in the past 10 years.

And very well done. I rem I mean it wasn't at one point Congressman, wasn't communism kind of criminalized in the United States at one point? Like, when did we get So comfortable with saying, yeah, let's let all the communists and socialists come in. That's fine. When did that happen?

Well, Dana, I hope I'm coming through okay. I'm on the campaign trail, and signal's a little weak here on two cell bars. But we, you know, the current law, okay, current law has provisions that say that if you're affiliated with the Communist Party or if you're distributing communist literature, putting out communist propaganda, that you can be rejected for admission into our country and/or you can be removed/slash denaturalized if you became a citizen, which we would say is under false pretenses. You came here and you're trying to distribute Kaz ideology.

Now, the Supreme Court. upheld that in 1952. And so, people who just say categorically that this is, oh, this is unconstitutional, it's a violation of free speech, et cetera, it's not. The court has upheld it. We, as a sovereign nation, we can decide who we let in.

And so I felt obliged to add additional categories that I think are directly trying to undermine our way of life in Western civilization. Islamism being at the top of the list, Marxism, socialism, the Chinese Communist Party. I think we need to be very specific. I'm happy to amend or tweak this in some way if we all look at it and going through committee. But I wanted to lay down a marker.

That says very plainly and clearly that we, the people of the United States, not only should we pause all immigration, like my bill that I introduced in the fall, but we should make sure that we're not admitting anybody that is adherent to an ideology whose purpose is to undermine our way of life. I mean, it's just insanity. We've allowed 5 million people in from majority Muslim countries since 9-11. Only an insane country would do that after being targeted and attacked like we were on September 11th.

So we've got to fight that and we've got to change our laws.

So that's why I introduced the legislation. Talking with Congressman Chiproy on the MAM Donnie Act, which is, when you spell it out, such a clever name. Because this is the way I look at it, because you always have the capital L libertarians, which I get it. I'm fine with these individuals having these viewpoints, but I don't share that, the idea that it's not harmful to national security to import. within our borders an ideology that is expressly An enemy of Our American jurisprudence and our way of life.

And that's how I look at this. And I'm assuming that that's sort of the perspective that you had when crafting this proposal, because otherwise, people are saying, well, it's against free speech. It's against the, I mean, I feel like that's a separate issue. Kind of talk to me a little bit about that, because that's been like the thrust of some of what I've seen in terms of disagreement.

Well, you know, importantly, we just have to decide who we want to live with. What kind of a country do we want to have? You know, just like take your house. local community, right? Who do you want living in your house?

Do you want people who Are diametrically opposed to your way of life, the rules, the laws that you adopt. The answer is no. And we used to recognize that as a country. And that's all this is saying. It's not violative of the First Amendment.

The First Amendment is here to guarantee and protect our rights as Americans. And if you're a guest here, then you're the beneficiary of the protection of some of those rights. But we choose who we want to come here as our guests or choose who we want to admit as citizens of this great nation. That's it. It's that simple.

And by the way, I refuse to be afraid to say out loud that I don't want more Muslims and people adhering to Islam here in the United States. I don't because it's a radical ideology that is a political ideology that has at its roots, by the admission of many of the Imams in the state of Texas today, the Muslim Brotherhood Memorandum, other documentation, that it is a stated objective to wage jihad on the West and to use our own political tools to carry it out.

Now I just don't know why I would give them the bullets to shoot me with. I mean, I definitely understand that viewpoint. I mean, it makes sense. I mean, the people who criticize that, though, did they not also bring up, for instance, Qatar? You can't be a Christian and be in Qatar.

I mean, you can be a Christian, I guess, if you're a part of their 99% slave labor. And if you live on the outskirts of Doha, go way out in the desert in your unmarked, nondescript buildings and very, very quietly say your prayers and make sure you don't talk about Jesus to anybody outside of that building. That's never. I mean, the peop the sovereign countries where these people come from, that's never questioned in reverse, which that's what I think blows apart their objection to all of this.

Well, I said something yesterday that I or earlier this week that triggered some people. Usually means it's something worth saying. And the gist of it was: because everybody was complaining about DHS funding, and they were saying, Well, we're having to spend all this money to go fund TSA because Democrats won't fund it.

Well, that's correct, and we should be talking about that and our need to get DHS fully funded. I don't think we should be isolating ICE and Border Patrol, that's a different issue. But I said, remember life before. Islam. We didn't need TSA.

Like before Islam became a worldwide phenomenon and we're pushing and airplanes brought people to the United States and we started dealing with attacks, hijackings, and so forth. We didn't need TSA. I remember getting on airplanes. Like, Danny, you remember getting on airplanes. You just went to the airport and got on an airplane.

You didn't have Sharia here either. You didn't have honor killings like you had in Irving, Texas, and half the community defending it. Correct. And look, this is what we deal with. The top 20 terrorist threats around the world are all Islamic.

Like, can we just go ahead and just state the obvious and recognize that the Judeo-Christian foundations of Western civilization that led to the Declaration, the Bill of Rights, and the massive growth of prosperity and freedom and equal justice under the law for all people? Men and women. Black and white. And look, we've had to go through struggles over the history to get there. But that's the reality of the benefits of Western civilization.

And the march of Islam is a direct affront, and it is in fact a war. And I'll say this. You can't win a war that you don't acknowledge exists. Exactly. I mean, that's Sun Tzu 101.

That's well put. Congressman, one of the other things that came out for if anyone on the left wants to talk about racism, they can maybe talk about Southern Poverty Law Center and the way that they were paying individuals. We're talking millions of dollars to stage and, I mean, not just, they didn't just plan it, but they funded it. And helped execute it, according to the indictment that was released by Todd Blanche, which talked about them literally supervising even the racial content of social media posts of some of these informants. I wanted to ask you about your legal perspective on this, because Southern Poverty Law Center is saying, no, no, no, it's not like that.

These were informants for us. Because we were worried about our safety, so we pay these people to inform us. But they're not a law enforcement agency. And what are they informing on? I mean, they're planning like chaotic violent rallies.

What are they informing on? I don't think that argument flies. Yeah, it doesn't really pass the smell test. And you know, I'll say I held a hearing. As the chairman of the subcommittee on the Constitution, where I invited a witness from TPUSA, our friend Tony Perkins from the Family Research Council.

You remember when they were shot up by somebody because of the SPLC hate map? I'm pretty sure I'm on that hate map now, Dana. We had a good hearing exposing the absurdity of the Southern Property Law Center. And now we've got the indictments because of exactly what you just laid out, the fraud that was Charlottesville. But here's where it gets more interesting.

They did this, they perpetrated this fraud, and then they raised money on this fraud. And then now let's go look and follow the money and let's go look at the vast array of the networks. It's not just the Southern Poverty Law Center. Right, there's a massive set of organizations that we need to expose. It's one of the reasons I'm running for Attorney General.

On day one, we have lots of power in the Office of Attorney General to look at the books of nonprofit organizations that are carrying out this threat to our civilization, whether it's the Soros-funded DAs and prosecutors, that entity called the Wren Collective, Arabella, all of those groups, whether it's the 600 organizations that Amy Meck and the Rare Foundation talk about that are advancing Islam in the United States and in Texas, whether it's the groups that are standing for open borders, often in the false name of Christianity, they're trying to push open borders that endangers us and migrants and funds cartels. All of those need to be looked at. We need to follow the money. SPLC is one of hundreds. We need to be much more aggressive on it.

I do know I'm working with both the DOJ and the Treasury Department, the Treasury Secretary. They're investigating. They're looking at a lot of it. We need to be much more aggressive there, and we need to have more hearings on Capitol Hill. Do you think that there's going to, I mean, I'm sure there's, because you had a grand jury.

I know you had Hakeem Jeffries say that it was an illegitimate indictment, but I don't know how they can say that. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong on this. That means they impaneled a grand jury and that those members, those jurors listened to any witness testimony, looked at the evidence and still found probable cause to issue this indictment. That sounds perfectly legitimate to me, Congressman. Yeah, 100%.

And I can promise you at the U.S. Attorney's Office, if they were pursuing an indictment in Alabama, which is where this was brought, that they had a case. Look, I was a federal prosecutor. You didn't go in the federal system in particular. You didn't go in there and try to go indict somebody just for grins.

It takes work and you've got to make sure. And the federal judges do not like it if you have a flimsy case. And so, you know, they brought forward clear evidence. And, you know, this actually matters a lot. And I think that's a starting point.

But we need to go further than just looking at just the initial SPLC issue. Last quick question for you, Congressman. I know the Save America Act. I know that now Republicans were looking at trying to figure out how to get DHS and ICE funded. Where does voter integrity, where does all this stand right now?

And what are your thoughts as to why this is getting so hung up in the Senate? I think, you know, I said a minute ago that you can't win a war that you don't acknowledge exists. I think that pretty much summarizes the United States Senate. And look, Hakeem Jeffries yesterday, or maybe it was the day before, I think it was yesterday, after what happened in Virginia, he basically went to the microphone and said that we're at war. They get it.

They act like they're at war and they're trying to undermine everything about our way of life. Virginia is the tip of the iceberg. I promise you, Democrats, when they get control of the House and the Senate and the White House, they will absolutely nuke the filibuster. They will pack the court. They will make DC a state.

They will carry out a radical agenda. They will tax bullets, guns, they will come after our Second Amendment rights. They will define hate speech as anything under the sun. For me saying that Islam is incompatible with Western civilization, they'll want to cart me off to jail. I'm telling you, it's coming.

And we are acting like it's 1970 or 1990, even, and the Senate is just sitting there doing Senate things. We should not have a 60-vote threshold. It's fake and it's jamming up not just the Save America Act, but we're having to go through hoops to fund DHS, to fund ICE and Border Patrol. We're letting Democrats call the shots and we're going to isolate ICE and Border Patrol. It's the dumbest damn thing that I've seen in a long time.

We need to actually get on offense, fund DHS the right way, get Save America Act passed, force the talking filibuster or amend the rules. Let's go and let's try to deliver and make sure we keep the majority in the fall. Because right now, it's in doubt because we're not on offense. Get on offense. Look, we're winning.

The president's doing a great job. Big Beautiful Bill, tax cuts, Medicaid reform, the Green News scam subsidies that I got cut. And by the way, a leftist PAC is running a million dollars of ads against me because I delivered on the Green New Scam subsidies cuts and they want to, quote, end my political career. You know, leadership matters and the left knows who's leading. Donald Trump is leading.

There's a few of us in the Freedom Caucus and the Senate, Mike Lee, others that are leading, but the establishment and the swamp creatures want the status quo and it's inexplicable. It is. And boy, I mean, I wish that Republicans in the Senate particularly, I wish they would understand that the reason that their approval is shaky right now. Is because of that inaction. If they just did what they needed to do, midterms would be so much easier and we all wouldn't be wringing our hands over it.

Congressman Shiproy, I know we'll have you back again soon. It's good to see you. Have a great weekend. Travel safe on the trail. Thanks, Dana.

Best to Chris and your whole family. I'll stop off at West for some kalachis in your honor on the way home to Austin. Yes, yes. Love kalachis. Thank you so much.

Good to see you. Folks, I knew that I had turned into an adult when I got excited about laundry detergent. I didn't think I was actually going to get excited about laundry products, but here we are.

So I don't know if you've heard of laundry sauce. This is legit what I use. And I have this one. They sent me because I've been purchasing this for several years now on my own. And the French saffron is like my absolute favorite.

The bergamot is so good. And I love that I don't have to think about any of it. The smell alone is next level. I mean, this is one.

So this is the Indonesian patchouli. And at first, I was like, I don't want to smell like a hippie. But then I opened the box and it's amazing. Look how bougie this is, too, by the way. Kane, have you smelled this?

I haven't. Do you want to eat one? I'm kidding. Oh, gosh. Oh It smells so good!

This is like what clean is supposed to smell like, and everything is so soft and it's so nice. I have eczema, and I have no problems in using any of their stuff. But here's like what really sold me. I mean, first off, you have these pre-measured pods, right, that you just saw, one and done. There's no guessing with it.

But also, um, I really like the scent-boosting chips that they have. And you can get it in the Australian sandalwood, the Italian bergamot, the Egyptian rose, French saffron. I mean, clean, warm. It's just the greatest scent ever. But, like I said, you don't have to overthink any of it.

The pre-measured pods, the scent chips, there's no mess, no guessing. It's super easy. And they have all of these extras with it. I mean, you have the dryer sheets, you have, like I said, the scent boosters, the liquid fabric softener, and your clothes feel incredible. And the dryer sheets, Which I have here, they just lock absolutely everything in.

I mean, it smells clean and soft, and that you actually care about your laundry. All the guests in my house, they love the way everything smells. And I know I'm not the only one, by the way, because apparently 90% of people feel the same way after they switch to laundry sauce.

Now, here's the deal: laundry sauce just landed in Target, or you can say Target. You can find it in select stores, or you can do what I do and grab everything online, including the boosters and the conditioner and more. And for a limited time, all of you out there, you have the hookup. Take 20% off of your entire order when you use codana at laundry sauce.com/slash Dana.

So that's 20% off. Everything at laundry sauce.com/slash Dana using promo code Dana.

So, upgrade your laundry game today. Seriously, you're going to actually look forward to Laundry Day. When I first heard the words, you have lung cancer. I was in shock. This week on a special episode of Health Discovered.

We're taking a closer look at a common form of lung cancer that accounts for 85% of all cases.

Listen to Help Discovered on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash here. We're at the bottom of this first hour.

We're just getting you set up. For the weekend.

So you know the lay of the land and also a couple of things which to watch.

Now, here's one thing which looks like it may. already be resolved? That's one of the things that I was looking at here. I saw this last night. Um From James O'Keefe, who apparently Had His firearms confiscated yesterday.

In This Ah, it re it was an enforcement of red flag law. And one of the other, I mean, there were some details about it.

So apparently. O'Keefe had hidden camera footage that showed This I guess board member, a one-time board member of or of Project Veritas. Remember, they had a very acrimonious split. Showing that this board member who was saying that he would kill O'Keefe. And calling him one of the most evil people that he knew, and using a photo, and I'm looking at a synopsis of these.

This the details and the summary. Using a photo of O'Keeffe's book Breakthrough for target practice and showed bullets. in the through the heart area on the cover. I'm assuming that that person meant bullet holes.

So after the video was published, some of the audience members reacted angrily and made threats, third parties, and made threats and harassing comments towards said board member. Board member filed then a domestic violence stalking petition in Miami Dayed, leading to an ex parte temporary injunction against O'Keefe, and that's a red flag. Uh So I read earlier Just this morning, that it looks like this may have been reversed. Which that would be good news because this is red flag law that's that's really ridiculous. Apparently, a judge.

has Reversed this. Judge Marie Mato overturned the firearms prohibition in Florida. There's an order forthcoming. And they said that they told him this morning you could pick up your firearms in West Palm Beach at the sheriff's office. They said that they were deleting the prohibitions on his rights.

This is I I said this On X. This is you can think Rick Scott. for Florida's red flag laws that allow this. You absolutely, Rick Scott was governor at the time, and he was a huge champion of the red flag. Laws.

This is red flag laws. This is what happens. you it allows for this Based on the details here, I'm shocked that any judge would issue a red flag order on this at all. Because you're talking about third parties. Commenters, like people in social media.

Do you realize what a dangerous precedent that is to set this? I mean, it has no legal bearing. That's a very dangerous precedent to set. What someone, what a third party says. I mean, in fact, there was a case.

That involved the guy Wolf of Wall Street and their early era chat rooms that had to do with finance and trading. And it ultimately ended with a court's decision that. The proprietor of a website, aside from deleting for You know, death rights or anything. I mean, they don't even really have to do that. They're not responsible.

The proprietor cannot be held liable for what commenters say. And so there was already a court decision on that, which this would not have had it had progressed further based on that alone. There's no reason, there's no way this would go because you're talking about a third party, not the principal against whom you're filing the order. And that's what, I mean, the person that he filed the protective order against wasn't the one that was making the threats. It was, I mean, allegedly the people in the comments.

And again, there's court precedent that you do not hold anyone in comments, third parties, you don't hold someone responsible for what a third party says online. That's insane. But What's more is that this is due process, inverted. This is what red flag law does. It is the lowest standard of proof applied.

The penalty is rendered. And then due process is inverted. to guilty until proven innocent. There is not a single red flag law in the United States that doesn't do this. In fact, this is literally why it was created to do that.

So the people, including any Republican, That tells you. That You That red flag laws, oh, no, they're fine if they, you know, if they protect rights. They don't protect rights. The whole purpose of the red flag law was to lower the threshold of proof. To invert due process and to enforce the penalty before you even have your day in court.

And by the way, the ex parte process means O'Keefe didn't even know. that he was even party to this until the penalty was rendered. That's what red flag law does. In fact, it's like that in every every state again, another every state I because I have read every red flag law that has ever that has been passed in this country. There is not an exception.

Every single state. That has red flag, every area that passes red flag. There is not an exception. There is not a single red flag law. That doesn't completely destroy due process.

Again, it is the absolute nature of red flag. That's why it was created to bypass due process. That's the whole reason.

So He didn't even know. He was just he finds out when the penalty is rendered. That's insane. So I'm sure that there's, and this sounds petty, and that's the other thing with red flag. You know, with Florida, again, all of these, I think there's only one red flag law that actually has one level higher.

This is the lowest standard of proof that's applied. And I It can be anybody that applies it.

Someone can make a false complaint on you, and that's that complaint, the veracity of that complaint. proven until after the person that is being petitioned is punished. That's insane. That's red flag law.

Now apply that to everything. Imagine that precedent, especially with the bastardization of red flag. And this upturning of speech. Juan was showing you some of the video there. That I guess that's when.

Is that when he was going to collect his things, Barr? What is. Oh, his lawyer's coming in. Oh golly. There's a l there's a big of a little bit of a lawyer parade there.

But that is some of the video that was in Palm Beach because people were saying, We can't believe Florida. Look at that, it's in Palm Beach in Florida. And The uh Yeah, they're walking in there and you can see I guess I don't know how many of the of their of his firearms that they had. I still I'm shocked that any judge actually enforced that. Uh I mean that's just...

Crazy. But this is all because of a third party. A third party. I that People who were watching, I guess, the video that he had released of this board member. And Then you and then the judge said, Oh, well, other people reacted to it, and we're going to hold him responsible for the reactions of these other people.

I mean, I mean, look, so this actually, by the way, the immunity for this, and this is why I don't want to get rid of Section 230, I just want to amend it. The immunity for that is in Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. That's the only thing that needs to be remedied there is to include the editing of algorithms to promote certain content over other content. That should be clarified now because algorithm is editorializing just as much as a newspaper editorial page editorializes.

So, that court case that involved that Wolf of Wall Street ended up being protected under Section 230, that you cannot. Website proprietors generally cannot be held liable for the speech of others, regardless if that speech is obscene, regardless of whether or not it's defamatory or objectionable. It doesn't matter. They can't be held liable. And so if you're looking at, This was probably, I'm anticipating it was on YouTube, so it was probably YouTube, and then O'Keefe said, You still, you can't hold either of these entities responsible.

I can't believe a judge signed on to this because it's just as much a violation of the CDA, Section 230, as it is Second Amendment rights. Because you're holding someone else responsible for it. That's like you on it. It would be like someone in the chat, in the show chat. Saying something Uh defamatory.

And then the person about whom they said something defamatory then turns around. goes to court. Or says something threatening, goes to court. Gets an order to come to my house and seize my personal property because of what some people on the internet that I said. Doesn't matter if you know them or not, doesn't matter if you've even seen their comments, that's irrelevant.

That's exactly what How this was applied, and they used red flag law to do it.

So, this sounds like a very far-left judge that signed off on this order in the first place. Just wild.

So It looks like it was reversed. But If you have someone who is using law enforcement, and who is weaponizing. And this is why people were people like me have all one of the biggest criticisms that we've had of Red Flag, in addition to everything else, is that you can use it so punitively, so petty. You can really use it to get revenge on people. I mean the At threshold four.

Uh uh proof is so low.

So low, you can use it. And because anybody can do you could a work, a co-worker, someone you know at work that maybe you don't even know, maybe they got mad because of something you said, they can make a claim against you. Go to a judge, they'll issue. Again, lowest standard of evidence required, they'll issue the order. and then you would have your property seized.

And you would have to hire a lawyer. And you would have to go to court, and you would have to fight, and it would cost a lot of money, and you would have to take time off of work. And oh my gosh, you would have to do all of that just to clear your name, because that's the other thing that these laws, not a single red flag law, provides any kind of relief for the petitioner when falsely accused. They don't, not their legal bills, nothing.

So That's red flag law. And now you're seeing it because there were Republicans that were defending this. There were people in the conservative commentariat that were defending this. I hope they feel cowed now, because that's what red flag is. It's dangerous.

As we do so, the folks won't make the program Possible is our friends over at Chapter. Chapter wants to cut through the noise and the confusion that is.

so pervasive when you're dealing with Medicare because if you're you're on it or if you Are you about to start the process? I was in shock. This week on a special episode of Health Discovered. We're taking a closer look at a common form of lung cancer that accounts for 85% of all cases. And Janet Freeman Daly. And I've been living with non-small cell lung cancer since 2011.

Grab one, share it. It's not complicated. Just be the kind of teammate you'd want in your corner. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five.

So, a DC Metro bus caught fire inside of their 9th Street tunnel, and apparently the whole thing is still closed. That had been incredibly unfortunate. The metro bus, thankfully it was only the driver that was in it, uh, caught fire. I mean, not thankful that the driver was in it, but that it wasn't a full-packed bus. They said that uh EMS DC fire.

So I can't even imagine. Steve, how bad does that mess traffic up? It does a lot, and on top of that, that's right under the um. National Mall.

So you could see like black smoke yesterday like billowing through the city. It was crazy. Ooh, wow. That's, yeah. DC traffic is already so bad.

I can't even imagine.

South Georgia wildfires rage, impacting Statesboro with smoke. Uh I mean there's been a lot l I mean that's kind of Massive wildfire, thick smoke across the state. People have been cleaning up after that.

So you have the Metro bus, DC, the fire in South Georgia, and then tornadoes in northern Oklahoma. This was, they were leveling a whole bunch of, these things, the photos of this are stunning. They impacted Advance Air Force Base. Several tornadoes struck north central Oklahoma. That's the only thing that I don't, I mean, it's a.

They're very dramatic landscape, and I love Texas' landscape. But these are two of the things because we had tornadoes in Missouri, and I feel like I. I've seen way worse tornadoes and been nearer to them in Missouri than in Texas. But man, the tornad, every tornado is big here. Every tornado in Oklahoma is big.

But there was only minor damage to that Vance Air Force base, and they said that they were canceling classes on that base because there was a little bit of damage. But man, this is a crazy story, too. A U.S. Special Forces, this is one of our soldiers who was involved in helping to capture Venezuelan President Maduro, is arrested for placing a bet on the raid.

So he was a part of the operation that he was betting on. This guy is accused of placing a $32,000 bet on Polymarket. That he would be out by January and pocketed $400,000 after. Uh he was captured. And then this indictment alleges he was involved in both the planning and execution.

So He's active duty at Fort Bragg. He was taken into custody and he's facing five charges. What gets me is that the amount of money that went into training this guy was probably. Obscene, and now it's all gone because he chose to do something stupid by betting on polymarket. Which, you know, I love the confidence, though.

That's one thing I do want to see in my soldiers: that kind of confidence. We get a lot more on the way. Stick with us.

The pocket hose ballistic. That's why you need to have this thing because it's built different. I could beat somebody to death with this. It's made, it's reinforced with a liquid crystal polymer.
