Being people of the Word, people of the Spirit, and having godly character are essential for spiritual health and a thriving relationship with God. The Bible is the foundation on which we build, and it gives us the fundamentals of who God is and how we are to live and please him. We need to be grounded in the Word, and also people of prayer, worship, and intimacy with God, with godly character being people who have integrity, walk in purity, love, and self-control.
