My passion is the fight for freedom. My father fought for a World War II defending our country. Today, we are no longer fighting with guns. Instead, we are fighting an ideological battle for control of our country by contributing to causes that support your constitutional rights.

I am Patriot Mobile. That was a shooting gallery up there. I could hear the tremble in his voice. She suffered a very severe being. The video is pretty graphic.

Justice for us seems almost impossible. It's not fun to watch somebody die, and they knew she was in mortal peril. They did not ask the hard questions. Why was the Capitol intentionally unsecure that day? The FBI had information about security concerns before January 6th. They're out for blood, and they're getting it. They appear to be winning. Were the actions of the Capitol Police out of line? Were there violations in use of force?

Now I describe it as an inside job. I'm ready to do whatever God calls me. There's an old Chinese saying my ancestors learned before the Communist Party took over our country. The family is the essential unit of human society, and that you must have honor and defend your family. But it's not always easy to do.

When the regime gives the order, you have to kill. My heart was pounding. I felt my body bouncing and twisting on the floor. They put numbers on our shoulders, then separated us into rows of even and odd numbers.

I was number nine. My brother, he's still in prison, and my sister, she was sent to a labor camp without a trial. But there's one piece of evidence they haven't been able to destroy yet.

I left everything behind. If I can't expose what they did to us, then all of our suffering would be for nothing. Welcome to Chosen Generation with your host, Pastor Greg Young. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people, that you should shoe forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light, which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God, which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. And now, Chosen Generation, where no topic is off limits and everything is filtered through biblical glasses.

And now, here's your host, Pastor Greg. Look, I am for marriage between a man and a woman. I am for life from conception. I am for following the Bible, and I believe that our founders started this nation on biblical principles.

I am in support of our military and believe that America should play a role in world security. I believe our Constitution was intended for a moral people, and that the Bible contains the only true moral code. I believe we are all born sinners, and that God in His grace and mercy sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins, and that if we will confess our sins, He is just and righteous to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I believe salvation is not just accomplished in a little prayer, but that it is found in how that transformation is lived out. Jesus is to be the Lord of our lives, and we should follow biblical precepts. This is not legalism or works, but a life lived out in love and honor towards the One who died for my sins. Faith without works is dead and is no faith at all. I believe that we will fall and that we need to have a repentant heart, and that God will ultimately bring us into perfect action through Jesus Christ, spirit man perfected and soulish man in progress. I believe that we are not to live in guilt and shame when we fall, but we repent and get up and move closer to Jesus.

I believe that if our nation will repent and turn from wickedness, that God will heal our land. I believe that as a Christian I must occupy until He comes, and that to call evil wicked and to warn about those evil acts is a part of the mandated Christianity, that to love also means to be willing to take the risk necessary to confront a friend with the truth in hopes that their heart will be turned because their life matters, even if it means in that moment they will possibly hate me. It means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth, and that I can never sit silently by while evil attempts to conquer the world. God is my everything, and Jesus is the love of my life. That does not make me weak but strong, not silent but bold, and not fearful but courageous. Therefore, if you are my friend, while we may not fully agree, know that I share what I share because I care.

If you strongly disagree with these beliefs, they are not debatable for me, and you can, if you choose, unfriend me. I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see and ears to hear that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and that God, not man, gets to decide what is truth, life and the way. God bless you.

God bless you. Hi, I'm Tim Shep, a certified natural health practitioner of over 40 years. I want to introduce you to a product that changed my life. The product's called Vibe, available at cgrwellness.com. I thought I was on a good nutritional program before I discovered Vibe. I was taking the traditional vitamin and mineral tablets, wasn't really feeling any different, so I tried Vibe. Vibe is an all-in-one vitamin and mineral supplement. It's a liquid multivitamin. It's cold-pressed, whole-food-sourced, non-radiate, gluten-free, and has no pasteurization. Vibe is like fresh juicing without all the work.

It supports four areas of the body, cardiovascular health, immune health, anti-aging, and healthy cell replication. Vibe is available in a 32-ounce bottle for home use, or a very handy one-ounce travel packet for life on the go. The first time I tried Vibe, I had more energy in about 20 minutes. I started thinking clear.

Negro products do not treat, reduce, cure, or prevent disease. Hey, this is Pastor Greg. I just want to take a minute to walk you through how to sign up at CGR Wellness. So you're going to type in www.cgrwellness.com, and that is going to take you over here.

And the first thing you're going to do is you're going to come over here and you are going to, we're going to shrink this down so it doesn't get in our way. You're going to go right over here to create account. And it is going to offer you the opportunity to create an account. You've got to type in an email address. So we're going to type in an email address.

It'd be good if I put a good one in there, right? There we go. And now there is a window that pops up. Now when this window pops up, here's what you need to do. You need to just X out, just close that window. Okay.

Just close that window. Now we go over here and we'll use a strong password and then we'll put in our name and we'll put in our last name and then we'll put in our, an address and the city. And we'll choose our state. And we don't need a phone number.

And it wants us to make sure that we're not a robot. So we'll do that. Wow. Okay. And we'll create the account. And now the account's been created.

Now there is a share code. I don't remember what it is right now, but it doesn't really matter. Now you'd go over here and type in Vibe. It's your first product you're looking for. And there is the fruit and veggies, a superfood liquid multivitamin.

Click on that. And, and you're going to order. I recommend that you order two and I'll tell you why. If you order two of them and add those to the cart. Now here comes the cart. Now you're going to get your second bottle for half off. When you type in chosen gen radio, chosen gen radio and click apply, and that's going to give you 20 bucks off. Plus you're going to unlock free shipping.

So now when you get your order, you'll get no shipping charge, two months worth for the price of a month and a half. And then you can go back over and you can securely check out, put in your billing information and so on. And you're off to the races. So that's how you do it.

Nice and easy. Again, cgrwellness.com. When that little window pops up, just X out of it. You don't need that cause you're going to get a $20 discount.

Once you completed the form and created the account, go to the top, click in vibe and then go. Now I use vibe, resvante, ultra shot, the EPA fish oil, the flex. And I also use, this is your, your apple cider vinegar, and this is your ashwagandha. I use those as well.

I'm going to run through this really quick with you. Again, Omega 3 and then these products up here, your vibe, your resvante, the ultra shot and the flex. Those are the ones that I personally use every single day. I can recommend each and every one of those to you and just assure you that they do a great job.

They've made a gigantic difference in my health. All right. Welcome back to Children's Generation Radio where no topics off limits. And there we go, everything filtered through biblical glasses.

And well, the laughter you heard is really as sarcastic and as false of a laugh as it actually sounded quite frankly. And that is because we are, well, first of all, let me welcome Melanie Collette to the program. Melanie, welcome. Good to have you. Thank you, Pastor Greg. Thank you for having me.

We had some technical issues with Zoom and really just in brief, it's because organizations like this, and I'm hoping that they don't do something like that to me because they sure they well could. Let me try to get that to come into focus. I'm over here. Focus on me.

No, it doesn't want to do that. Who me? No, the camera.

Oh, I was about to say, am I not looking for Coquille or Greg? No, you're great. I'm blurred in the picture. It's like Zoom camera is... Yeah, let me do this. Okay.

It is a smidge blurry. And now let me... There we go. Now we're clear. That's better. That's better. Man. So anyway, Zoom was giving us all kinds of fits today, and Melanie in particular, and so we were trying to get that all straightened out. I apologize.

No, no, no, it's good. Well, you know what? The Holy Spirit had told me I needed to play the I believe and get that on there because I had been neglecting to get that on there as much as I needed to. And it's important for folks to understand that this is an outreach of Faith Harvest Church ministry. And our goal here is to help people realize that God has a specific biblical truth about everything in the world.

There's nothing that scripture doesn't touch. Sexual relationships, marital relationships, your job, how you should do your job. Maybe the Bible may not say, okay, go be a janitor. But it says, if you're gonna be a janitor, be the best janitor or go be president.

But if you're gonna be president, go be the best president. And here are the principles that you should work by and live by and act by and so on and so on and so on. And those are all tied to... And so it's important to understand and why we believe what we believe is why we do what we do. And that's what Chosen Generation is about.

1 Peter 2.9. We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy people, his own special people. And we have been called for such a time as this. All right, Melanie, let's get right into this.

We're gonna have to go really fast, but I wanna get into this. I know that you do a lot talking about money and finances and looking and forecasting and helping people to kind of get a handle on BRICS, which I'm sure you know about what BRICS is and the Brazil and Russia and India and China having come together to create essentially an entity to compete with the Western world. Which is obviously very smart on their part, but very dangerous on our part.

But I think the reason that they decided to unite and do that basically like most of our enemies with the exception of, I guess, India, uniting so that they're, because they're strength and uniting. But I think why the countries who are not our enemies decided to get on board is because they are recognizing the weakness of the dollar. And that should be, you know, setting off alarm bells for Americans everywhere. The problem with America, if you wanna call it a problem, is that we are so wealthy in so many ways.

The poorest people in America are nowhere near as poor as poor people in third world countries, for example. So we're very preoccupied with our material things and what we're doing, and we're not really paying attention to things like this. We're going after the dollar, we're trying to take care of our families, and we're not looking at this closely.

But this situation has been on the radar, I would say, for at least over a year, was the first time that I heard that this was going to go down. And now that they've united and they're going to be doing things together, that is really problematic for us, dangerous for the dollar. And what it will mean is that we will no longer have the most powerful currency in the world.

And that is all problematic. To that end, you know, you've got, and this is, CNN reported this August 24th, 2023, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Iran among six countries that have been invited to join BRICS. And again, as we said, BRICS is Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. It was formed in 2010.

There was a kind of a big push. And the reason in particular that you had countries like India, I mean, Brazil had gone, at that point, had gone socialist. Russia, common sense.

China, common sense. South Africa, you know, a lot of people don't realize this, but Nelson Mandela was a communist. And a lot of, yeah, Nelson Mandela had had communist leanings.

Yeah. He was, he was, he was a Marxist and, and, and a lot of people didn't, didn't, didn't realize that Nelson Mandela was, was a Marxist, but, but yeah, that's, that's, those are, those are his leanings. So here are six moments from Mandela's Marxist past. And this is an article that was written actually on HuffPost. Here are six moments from Mandela's Marxist past that you won't hear on CNN.

On HuffPost of all places. Right. Because you would think that they wouldn't throw shade on Nelson Mandela.

That's wild. No. So much of the US resistance stem from Mandela's affinity for Marxist ideas and his longstanding association with hardline communists. Long standing association with hardline communists? Yes. You know what this reminds me of though?

It reminds me of how in the United States, we don't talk about the, the racist leanings of say FDR or, you know, FDR was a communist. Right. And a super racist. Yeah. And there are tons of them that we never talk about because we just celebrate them. Yeah. Well, I, I don't celebrate FDR. Well, as a matter of fact, I'll tell you just kind of, we're just kind of shooting the breeze here.

Why not? But so, and I've done some genealogy tracing, but my, my dad had told me for years that they were in Hawaii right before World War II broke out. And I actually found the ship on American ancestry. I found the ship passage that showed that and the Hawaiian census. And he told me, he said that just before the Japanese attacked, two things that he knew to be facts happened.

My grandfather was a civil engineer for the United States government and an inventor. And he was, they were all there at Pearl Harbor, stationed at Pearl Harbor. The Japanese, one of the heads of Japan was given a behind the scenes tour, top secret classified everything exposed of Pearl Harbor before the, about six months before the attack.

Grand, I mean shown everything, where everything was, all of it. So they knew, that's why it was so devastating. They knew exactly where to attack because they were shown.

Now, who know, I can't speak to intent, but my dad always felt like it was intentional. Right before, before the attack happened, a large proportion of the civilian population was evacuated from Pearl Harbor. My grandparents and my father were among those that were evacuated. Before the attack happened. And I now have the evidence of them because they had to go by ship.

And I have the evidence of the log where it shows them when they went to Hawaii and then when they left Hawaii and the census that shows my grandparents and my dad being on the island, just the census that was taken right before Pearl Harbor. And he always contended that FDR, because FDR's communist plan wasn't working. We weren't coming out of the depression. And so the only way for that to happen was for us to get into a war where everybody went to work. War, unfortunately, is kind of one of the top three ways. It's the unsaid stimulus plan of a lot of governments is to get into a war. Now, here's the thing to understand today. We can't get into because we can't get in.

I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday about this. The problem is we can't get into that kind of a war today because Obama, well, starting with Clinton, but Clinton, then Bush, then Obama gave away all of our ability to produce and manufacture by giving away our control of the essential elements necessary to manufacture. We used to control 29, I think it was 29 of the, I think there's 32, but something like 29 of the 32 necessary essential elements for the creation of anything and everything from from Mattel plastics to cars.

We were the number one purveyor of all of those items. That's why we could gear up and manufacture. We now barely have control of one and the rest of them are all controlled by what many people consider to be our greatest enemy and that is China. They hate the United States just that much. Well, the problem with China, and then we're going to be out of time, but the problem with China, I'll just put this out here, is China's economy is severely faltering.

It's a false front. China right now is building, they have a lot of building going on over there, but if you actually went and toured what they've built, they have built empty buildings and it's crazy when you stop and think about it. They are the most populous country in the world, yet they have all these buildings that they've built and no one living in them because no one's working. The majority of their population is still living in rice fields in abject poverty. Why?

Because communism doesn't work. That's right. That is right. And they have a number of other problems.

Their population is aging because of their brilliant one child policy laws that they had killing up to 400 million babies in the womb. Just horrific. Terrific. Alright, here's a homework thing.

What I'd like you to do, Melanie, if you would, because I know you'll be back with me next week. Take a look at this BRIC situation and I'd love to get your analysis on it in relationship to the money talk perspective and how can people be protecting and what do we need to do in talking to our representatives and our government about changing its policies? Because one of the things, and David Wormser and I talked about this on Monday, we have made our allies, we've treated them like enemies and we're forcing them to run to our enemies because we're not a friend anymore. We're not, not only are we not a friend, but they're no longer incentivized to hang with us because we're destroying our own economy. We're clearly on the brink of destroying our own, own country with our immigration policies. How, how can you not see, how can you not just look down the road and see what, what economic danger and quite frankly, political danger. And as far as our Homeland Security danger we're in due to this immigration immigration policy, I should say lack of immigration policy.

It's horrific. All right, we're going to take a break. We'll be back with more Children's Generation Radio. Texas representative Steve Toth is with me. Rick Manning will be my co-host. We're going to talk about AG Paxton's acquittal and, and the rhinos, the Bush, Rove, Cabal, Koch, Cabal that are still trying to take out our attorney general and turn Texas purple.

Back with more right after this. So up next, we have clean slate. When you have different things like cancer and different diseases that are autoimmune related, it can really help with inflammation because you're helping clean the body.

Clean slate is a formula that's made from a natural orthosolic acid that basically is put into a formulation that's naturally occurring that uses different processes from polarization to heating, to cooling, to different types of catalysts, which will go in the body and really help communicate to get rid of those things that don't need to be there. People don't understand why there's so many autoimmune disorders, but our environment's toxic. The land, air and water have changed. We've been exposed to nuclear war.

And the issue is if there's a nuclear bomb or there's pollution or there's war in one country, it actually affects everything up to the stratosphere. So we're all connected and we've really got to clean things out. You can pick up your clean slate today at cgrforlife.com. That's cgrforlife.com.

And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio, where no topics off limits and everything filtered through biblical glasses. And folks, it is my sincere pleasure, first of all, I want to welcome Rick Manning as my co-host for our segment today. Thank you, Rick, for being with us.

He is the President of Americans for Limited Government. And I want to welcome Steve Toth to the program. And I was beginning to, and Steve remembers this, but Steve was the very first representative that I met some 10 years ago when I went down to Austin for probably one of the first times that I had been down there. We moved here in 2011, moved back to Texas in 2011, so the 2012 session. And literally, Steve had to kind of sneak out to see me and we had to sneak handwritten notes because Joe Straus was looking for any representative that wasn't towing the line and was going to bring retribution. And Steve, he ultimately did initially with you because he changed the boundaries in your district to try to make it so that you couldn't stay in the house.

Yeah, thankfully though, by redistricting time, we got that fixed though under new leadership. So how have you been? Hey, well, for a guy that got in a fight with a truck and won, I've been pretty good.

Died four times, went to heaven three times and saved my daughter's life. So there you go. There you go.

Yeah. God is good. Yeah, God is good.

God is good. And we got a reprieve here in Texas with regards to the Senate. I'm sad to see that we didn't have more representatives wake up to the truth of what's going on, but give me your perspective on that and the Dade Phelan, Andrew Murr, the ball action that took place in the house. I think Andy Murr and Dade Phelan basically asked every one of the Republicans to walk the plank for them. These guys were told that there is irrefutable evidence. They were told that there is a chain of abuses and criminality that would come out. You need to trust us.

They were told you need to stick with us. They were told there's just so much overwhelming evidence. This is an issue of integrity. This is an issue of maintaining the integrity of the Texas House.

And we cannot allow this to go on to have a statewide elected official that is abusing office, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. We're told that there's so much overwhelming evidence. We're told that we know things happen now that it will move over to Senate.

We're going to have subpoena power to be able to pull bank records, to be able to question people. Greg, it was supposedly overwhelming and there was nothing. It was a total lie.

It was a total scam. What does this do to the integrity of those individuals that did this and to Texas as a whole? Does this do damage to the Republican Party, do you think? Sure. We're completely torn up right now.

But I'll say this, and I've been asked this a number of times. I don't believe that this is a divide between the grassroots, Tea Party, conservatives and the establishment Republicans that have been in the party for 50 years. I think we're more aligned than we've ever been. I think we're together on this. 80 plus percent of Republican voters, 82 percent, I think, and that was a Tribune poll, said that Republican voters strongly are behind.

Can I think if that poll were were put put out the right way and it was a good survey instrument, it was a good sampling data, that they would come out 95 percent. This is really about the Washington, about the Austin cartel. This is about the power brokers in Austin that have wanted to remove Ken.

Why did they want to remove Ken? Because the AG's office has always been a stepping stone. It was a stepping stone for Greg Abbott. It was a stepping stone for John Cornyn. And they're afraid that the most popular statewide elected official now will be the next governor. They don't want Ken Paxton to be governor. And they, yes, they sure as heck want P in there as the attorney general.

Sure. Right. They want to carry on the Bush legacy. They still believe that the Bush legacy is alive and growing, going strong here in Texas.

Well, Pastor Greg, if I could just. Yeah. But for those who are who are aware of what we're talking about, the attorney general of Texas was impeached by the House of Representatives in Texas. And there was a trial in the Senate and he was found not guilty in the Senate. So Ken Paxton is the leading conservative attorney general in the nation and a powerhouse vote getter who just won reelection in November. And the House Republicans, the speaker who has a Democrat Republican coalition to make him speaker, basically went after Paxton to try to take him down politically. Is that is that a fair synopsis, Representative Toth?

Yeah, Rick, it really is. In fact, one of the articles of impeachment. There are 16 articles and one of the articles actually went down twenty eight to two, which means that you actually you had 18 Republicans and 10 Democrats that that rejected it. One of the articles they needed a two thirds majority to on any one of the articles, any one of the 16 articles they sent, 21 over there, five were rejected by by the Senate, leaving them with 16. Not one single article even got a majority.

They all went down 16 to 14. So not only did they not get two thirds, they couldn't even get a simple majority. And the evidence, the evidence for his defense was was overwhelming.

There were two. We normally don't think of evidence having to be for his defense. Usually the prosecution has to offer evidence. Yeah. And it's until proven guilty.

Right. That's what we used to believe. We had two senators. Yeah, we had two senators, Steve, that voted for prosecution or voted for him for the articles of impeachment.

Do you have a sense as to what it was that that would have motivated that? Because I watched the trial there. There was to my to to my eyes view, there there was literally just no evidence that was presented. And in fact, one of their key witnesses I thought was pretty significantly embarrassed when when you consider why they did what they did. I mean, it was it was pretty obvious. Yeah, it wouldn't be proper for me to give you Kelly Hancock or Robert Nichols names on this.

So I won't. But let me let me just say that I think that there are more than motivated by the swamp to roll over on Ken. I know that Nichols has always hated Ken Kelly has to. And this was this was just a classic vendetta on their part to go after Ken. Nothing more than that. Well, let's just apply this. You know, I want to put it into context a little bit, because we have our own little impeachment thing going on in Washington, D.C. And, you know, the and effectively what the Democrats are saying in D.C. is what the people who supported Ken Paxton said in Texas and found out in Texas once the the briefcase was opened and there were there was no evidence against Ken Paxton of having done anything. But how? Talk to us a little bit about evidence and the difference between evidence is presented that's impeachable versus evidence, you know, kind of just conjecture or things, just stories or narratives that seem to have driven the Paxton the Paxton inquiry, the impeachment of Ken Paxton. I'm trying to get a compare and contrast between what yeah.

So what let me let me tell you what kind of share with you if you both had a chance to watch this. They tried to in one breath say that there's this long train of abuse of power. But then in the next breath. Rusty Harden wove a thread. Through the entire trial of Ken not trusting the federal government, Ken being convinced that the feds were out to get him, which, you know, as Rush Limbaugh once said, you're not paranoid if they really are out to get you. And they they really have been out to get him.

It's going all the way back to 2014, 2015. And they've been trying, you know, they've been trying to prosecute them. And on fraud charges for securities.

Well. They've taken him to a civil court. Where he, you know, was more than happy, he could have put the civil proceedings off until after the criminal proceedings, because, like, no, I wanted I want this to come out. You know, in a civil court, there's a much lower burden of proof in a civil court. You're not afforded the the right to self-incrimination, protection from self-incrimination in a civil court. You know, you get to take the Fifth Amendment in a civil court.

I'm sorry. In a civil court, you know, you have to take a stand. And so typically you would put a civil proceeding after a criminal proceeding.

If you were guilty, if if let's let's clarify that if you had done something wrong, you would not want the civil case to precede the criminal case, because in the civil case, the evidences to prove you guilty would come out. And Ken said, no, I know I'm innocent. So let's do the civil proceeding first and let let let's let all the chickens out of the bag and let's show how how bad these guys really are.

And by the way, let me just add to what you said. A conspiracy theory is only that until you determine that a conspiracy is in place. And in this instance, there has been a conspiracy to attempt to try to take out Ken Paxton and Ken, just like the ones against Donald Trump, Rick, that you and I talk about frequently. This is an attack against all Americans. And that's what we better understand about what they're doing to Ken Paxton.

He just simply happens to be the guy that's been carrying the biggest bat and been able to do the greatest amount of damage to their cabal. But here's the here's the point, Greg, is that throughout the whole case, Rusty Harden kept saying, Ken Paxton's paranoid of the feds. Ken Paxton's paranoid of the feds. Well, you know what? Yeah, I would be too.

You would be too. And so if if this proved anything, his motivation, they never proved that he took a dime other than a lunch. They proved that that this guy paid for his lunch once or twice. They've never proved that any money that any favors ever changed hands.

There was no quid pro quo. Ken, I believe my summation based on what Rusty Harden proved to the world was that Ken believed that this guy was absolutely being prosecuted. Nate Paul was being prosecuted unfairly, unjustly by the feds. And Ken thought, if we can look into this, if we can investigate this, we can prove that that he is unjustly being persecuted by the feds. And I think in some ways it was you know, it was kind of a way for Ken to say, look, they've been doing the same thing to me.

If he could prove it that they were doing it with Nate Paul, then it would some way show that, look, they've been doing the same thing to me. Steve, let me ask you, if I may just interject and ask a quick question. Isn't part of the role of the attorney general of the state of Texas, is he not also supposed to be defending citizens of the state of Texas against federal persecution that is unjust? Wouldn't that be part of his role? Yes, I believe that is, I believe that's correct. I believe that's correct.

Absolutely. There was also a charge against him for helping this individual against a nonprofit foundation, which was in Austin. And you've got several reps that are doubling down now and saying it's his responsibility to defend the interests of this nonprofit. Well, that's not what the Texas, that's not the way that the attorney general's office is set up. It's set up to defend the interests of the people of Texas for a nonprofit. And this nonprofit is an example is just a pattern of abuse and scandal that goes all the way back to when Greg Abbott was the attorney general.

Rick. So in essence, and just kind of making a fine, not too fine a point here, Ken Paxton got into trouble because a citizen of Texas came to him and said, I'm being unfairly prosecuted by the federal government. He said, I'll look into it. He looked into it. And as a result of that and whatever actions were taken thereof, as a result of that, the the people who are represent the establishment in Texas, the George Bush cabal sat there and effectively said, OK, well, you've now crossed the line because you're standing up against the U.S. attorney's office and we're going to come down on you.

And oh, by the way, we don't we're really mad because you won the the attorney general election in November and against our favorite son, George George P. Bush. Is that kind of it in a nutshell? Yes.

Well, can I add to that as well? And and, you know, and I'm hoping that that this individual was bamboozled, but it also came out in in the cross examination that Jeff Matera seemed to believe that he went to the FBI and said, hey, FBI, Ken Paxton is on to you. I mean, that's essentially what he did. He went to the FBI and said, hey, FBI, Ken Paxton is on to you.

He knows you guys are up to something and and you better watch out because Paxton is going to investigate you. Yeah, that that was really just for me, that was one of the most disturbing things was that. It was one of the few chances where we'll ever get we'll ever have to really do a bona fide investigation of the FBI and what they were doing.

And initially. Initially, well, I don't want to go into it because I can't I can't confirm it, but let me just say this, I think we've blown a golden opportunity really to look into what the Federal Bureau of Investigation was doing in the Justice Department. And, you know, I don't know that a chance like this is going to come along again soon.

Well, Steve, I would suggest is sorry, Rick, I was just going to say, but it's still doing this hasn't stopped. I mean, they're still kicking down doors on individuals that that were at the ellipse in in in January of twenty twenty one. They're still kicking down doors of individuals that were standing around on the grounds of the Capitol. I mean, they're still doing this right now, right now. And they have come out and clearly said, by the way, if you talk about the criminal actions of the Biden family or you talk about Obama or you talk about Hillary Clinton or any of these folks, you better watch out because three o'clock in the morning, they may be kicking your door down to just because you talked about it. Exactly.

Go ahead. Let me just go with the obvious ramification for other attorney general attorneys general around the country. There are a lot of good Republican attorneys general who are taking on the federal government in a lot of ways.

But but the message has been said, am I am I overstating this? The message is said that if you if you look into the, you know, the FBI and the DOJ malfeasance in those agencies and allegations of abuses of power against citizens of your state, if you look into that, we're going to look into you and we're going to we're going to do everything within our power to to take you down. And it's in the state of Texas, they were able to manipulate to manipulate the situation to be able to get Republicans. To lead the charge against one of their own, someone who is just elected, just elected attorney general of the state.

Let me let me just say this guys to wrap. When Republicans win elections, we take office. And unfortunately, that's all we do. When Democrats win elections, they seek to change the world. And that's what they're doing right now. And so occasionally we elect people like Ken Paxton and a small group of members of the House and Senate that want to right the ship, that we want to push back on the left. But unfortunately, we have to battle people within our own party first to be able to do that.

And so right now we're battling Andy Murr and Dave Phelan, I think, honestly. And and it's it's very sad. He's he's really let the state of Texas down.

He's defrauded the United States of one of the best attorney generals in the United States that has been fighting for every other state. It owes all of us an apology. Yeah, well, well, the Republicans, well, the Republicans who were behind this, who put up with this, will they pay a political price at the polls?

Can't help but believe otherwise. Well, the Republican Party as a whole pay a political price at the polls, having a potential impact on congressional races in the state? No, I think the people that did this will pay the price. I think that this is angered the grassroots. I think it is angered establishment Republicans that supported Ken.

And we're more more unified than we ever have been. I don't think this is going to hurt congressional Republicans that have been on the right side of this. Speaking of those, Chip Roy came out immediately and suggested that Ken Paxton should have resigned and left office when these charges were initially brought forward and when the House impeached him.

Do you see any ramifications relative to that? I had no idea that Chip said that. I'd like to see the statements. Very disappointing. I'll send it to you.

He sent out a long Twitter and a text and released a statement suggesting that Ken Paxton should immediately resign. But I'll get that over to you. Yeah, it's a challenging, sometimes interpersonal relationships are challenging to work through. But Representative Toth, I appreciate you bringing clarity to this. Is there any message that people who live in the other 49 states should take from this because this is a nationwide problem. Any message that they should take from it and lessons that we should take from it in terms of how we should be holding our elected officials accountable, setting up expectations. If you were going to give somebody the 60 second, this is what you should learn from what we just experienced. What would that be?

Being an educated citizen. I had someone call my office just yesterday and speak their disappointment that I had voted against impeachment. They said, you know, after all, the Tribune said this and the Houston Chronicle said that and the Wall Street Journal said this. And I'm like, seriously, you're going to get your news from the Wall Street Journal now? Well, Wall Street Journal used to be very conservative. Well, it used to be. You're right.

Did. Used to be. But it's not anymore here in the Houston Chronicle.

The trip has never been conservative. Look up to the link. Watch yourself.

Get your own. I mean, we live in the information age. There's absolutely no reason for people to get their news from liberal news sources. We're going to have to wake up and start being actively pursuing the truth because we're not going to get it from the mainstream media.

We're not. And you've just said why I spend my time working with Greg on this chosen generation radio and on the on the television network that that we're on, because the fact of the matter is people have to be able to expose the truth and break through the barriers that the Houston Chronicles of the world put up. The Austin Statesman Review or whichever newspaper in Texas you choose to pick on. And fact is, that's why we appreciate you coming on and helping set the story straight. The Paxson story for people across the country is kind of confusing because it's, you know, Republican on Republican violence.

And it doesn't make a lot of sense. But I think when I think the attorneys, Paxson's attorney was named Busby when he declared that the George Bush or that the Bush dynasty or whatever he called it was dead, is the final kind of statement on this. Is that the conclusion you draw in terms of what's happening in the Bush dynasty? Is it finally kind of winding to an end?

I think it was sure dealt a pretty severe blow. Well, let's hope so. Because I, you know, being one has been fighting this grassroots fight here in Texas, as you have as well. We've got to hold on to Texas. And I think just to Rick's point as we close out, you know, doing this to Ken Paxton and watching what happened in Texas, if you think about it, Texas is the red state bastion that all conservatives look to.

So if you're an attorney general, and you're in some other state, and they start sending warning signs to you, you look at Texas and you say, my gosh, if they could do this to the Attorney General in Texas, what might they do to me in Virginia, or Tennessee, or even Florida? That's the concern that I think we all need to have and the battle that we're in. Gentlemen, thank you so much for being with us today. I greatly appreciate it and for getting this truth out. You bet. All right, we'll be back with more.

Hour number three straight ahead. We'll talk with MRC about news busters, the fake news process and so on coming up. We'll also be having a conversation with Dee Dee Logison about persecution and Christian persecution coming up as well. Rick, as always, thanks for being here today. I greatly appreciate it. Absolutely. Take care. All right. God bless. Bye bye.
