You had poll worker after poll worker after poll worker after disenfranchised voter after disenfranchised voter talking about all the fraud that happened in Maricopa County. And it was obvious they had decided before they were going to listen to any of their constituents, because anybody that was there that went through all of that horror show, they were going to go ahead and certify anyway. It didn't matter if four hundred and sixty thousand people's votes were tossed out and thrown away or that votes that were cast were mixed in with votes that weren't cast.
So there's no way to know what was and what wasn't scanned or if something was scanned more than one time. But yeah, let's go ahead and certify that election. So there you go. Oh, thank you very much.

So Christopher Ray suggests that. You and I, we're the ones with the problem. You know, it's interesting.
Yesterday I had Joey Lynn Massaras on. She and her husband have been targeted in a civil lawsuit by none other than abortion Barbie and her clan. The Biden bus situation where the Biden bus actually tried to run some Trump people off the road and then they accused the Trump people of being terrorists. Same, same, same story. You know, different labels, but same story.
Oh, exactly the same story. I mean, Christopher Ray came out basically implying, not even, what he wasn't even implying, he was just flat out saying that there's violence coming from pro-lifers. And he patted the numbers. This is in front of a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. So, you know, this is with senators asking him all kinds of questions about what the deal is with the FBI, apparently abdicating their duty to investigate crimes against pro-life people while at the same time using their power to attack pro-life people. And he basically said, look, you know, there's violence on both sides. You know, essentially, you know, we don't allow violence no matter where you stand on the abortion issue, we don't allow violence. Well, OK, where's the violence on the pro-life side?
Where is it? He claimed that there was. And he said that there's at least 30 percent of all the violence that's being perpetrated around the abortion issue is being perpetrated by pro-life people. Where is the number?
No one bothered to ask the number. So I actually did the math of the 26 false indictments that the FBI put up against peaceful pro-life people the last few months, 26, by the way. You add that to the 73 pro-life pregnant centers that have been attacked, just the pregnancy centers. OK, I'm not talking about the churches and the other pro-life organizations. I'm just saying pregnancy centers.
If you add those together, you get about 99. Well, Christopher Wray said about 70 percent in the neighborhood of 70 percent. Well, what an honest Christopher Wray also said, what an honest FBI director should have said is nearly 100 percent of all the violence that's being perpetrated around the around the abortion debate is being perpetrated against pro-life people by pro-abortion terrorists. That's what he should have said. But no, he doesn't want to say that because he's still politicizing.
He's still he's still pushing the Biden narrative that there's some kind of violence like these people, like pro-life people are somehow violent gang leaders. That's how they're treating us. That's how the FBI is treating us right now. And it needs to stop. I think that I think the politicization of the FBI is so rampant, it's so deep. It goes beyond it goes deeper than the seventh floor of the FBI building. Right. Yeah, it's beyond leadership now. It goes down to the rank and file.
I really believe that. I think that the FBI needs to be fully investigated and put on pause so that we can really figure out what's going on right now, because for for the Biden administration to politicize, to co-opt law enforcement for their own ideological ends totally undermines the people's faith in the justice system. And, you know, we've got we've got some serious issues right now in America that need to be addressed. And it's a Gestapo like, you know, activity that's being perpetrated against the population right now. It just absolutely makes no sense. What they're doing and what they're getting away with doing and that you have, you know, virtually no media coverage whatsoever.
Exactly. No media coverage. I want to say that there's no media coverage aside from what people like you are doing. You know, liberal media. Places like NPR and CNN and The New York Times. What are they doing? What are they covering? They're only covering what they want people to take to hear about the narrative that supports their view of America, a new kind of America.
And that's what you see happening. So The New York Times came out with an article, ostensibly a journalistic piece, investigative journalism, 4000 words, seven pages. I think it was last week. And it was all hearsay. It should have been on some sort of tabloid. It was all just plain hearsay, garbage about how the Supreme Court is basically not doing their job. They're trying to undermine the conservative justices in the Supreme Court who vote against abortion in any of their cases. Specifically, there's a case about Hobby Lobby. It was a case about private organizations, private businesses paying for abortion causing contraceptive of their employees. They didn't want to do it. And the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the business because there was violating their deeply held religious convictions that we are protect all people, including the preborn ones.
Especially the preborn ones, the weak and the vulnerable society. So Justice Alito wrote that majority opinion. Justice Alito also wrote the majority opinion in the Dobbs case. And so they're attacking Justice Alito for what? And they're using hearsay to do it. Essentially, a pro-abortion activist that used to be pro-life came out giving some sort of testimony.
It's not even bona fide testimony. It's just gossip about the fact that one of his donors perhaps at some point had a conversation with Alito over dinner regarding the Hobby Lobby case as if it was some kind of leak. And he didn't even have a conversation with this person about anything relative to that case before it came out. And it wasn't a leak. We're talking about they're comparing a conversation that Alito didn't have with somebody back in 2014 with this Dobbs leak that actually sparked violence against pro-life people nationwide. As if it was the same thing. Like why would Alito even be interested? And they're saying that Alito is the one that leaked the Dobbs case.
Why would he want to do that? It doesn't make any sense whatsoever. But it doesn't seem like they're interested in having people pay attention. Well, I mean the big issue here, and we're going to take a quick break, but the big issue here is they don't care about truth. Truth makes no difference to them whatsoever. They're more interested in their lie. And they're on an agenda. And we watched that yesterday in Maricopa.

All right, so we were talking about, you know, now one of the other things that was a part of this was Clarence Thomas and what he wrote regarding substantive due process, which was the point at which Roe v. Wade was actually overturned. So there were two decisions that were made.
One received, I think, a six to three vote, and one was a five to four. The six to three vote was on the specific issue of the law within the state of Mississippi, right? And then the secondary piece to that, which was the overarching, was the Roe v. Wade overturn, which simply says that the decision about abortion should be left to the states and should not be decided by the federal government.
Exactly. The states need to – that's all it did. You've got pro-abortion terrorists and pro-abortion rabid extremist politicians that insist on their propaganda that overturning Roe v. Wade is going to cause women to get arrested for seeking abortion. It's going to cause – they're conflating the abortion with miscarriage, and they're going to say – they're saying that women are going to die on the operating table if they don't – if they're miscarrying because abortion is made illegal. They're saying all sorts of lies specifically to get people to vote for them. So yeah, what Roe v. Wade did was simply send it back to the states to decide for themselves about what to do with the debate around abortion.
That's what the people want. That's what we saw in the midterm elections. People wanted to talk about abortion. And when Republicans actually did, they won, even though they were being outspent 35 to 1 on abortion-related ad campaigns. So when Republicans though failed to talk about it and hid behind other issues like inflation or crime, they lost.
Or their races were very close and they're still being decided right now. Look, everybody – what the Democrats figured out was that the election was about morality. And most elections are about morality because if you think about money – I know a lot of Republicans care about money relative to the economy and inflation. But if you think about it, morality determines how we spend our money. And so if we're not willing to talk about morality first, instead of you talking about the monetary issues, you're putting the carpet for the horse. So let the people – you have to get comfortable talking about abortion. You have to get comfortable being a pro-life statesman.
You have to talk about why it's important and necessary for the government to protect all people. If we have – if it's true that we are endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights, the foundation of all the rights, the right that presupposes every other right is the right to life, which we did not give ourselves, by the way. We were endowed by our Creator. And so, as you described, a woman might be facing an unplanned pregnancy right now, and the decision that she made had already been made when the relations were engaged at that point, and a life was created.
A life was created sovereignly by God. The decision is now over. Now the question is, how do we move forward?

Get yours today. My topic is off-limits and everything filtered through biblical glasses, and rejoining me, Reverend Jim Harden, Compass Care. We're talking, Jim, about this issue of abortion. There is a pundit that is doing interviews.
His name is Ryan Gerdesky, Ryan James Gerdesky, writes a national populist blog that's apparently gotten quite a bit of traction, did an interview recently with Clay Travis and Buck Sexton, and his latest piece is Midterm Postmortem Finale, and the sub headline is Play Stupid Games, Win Stupid Prizes. But one of his premises is that abortion is a losing argument, and it's not a fight or a hill to stand on. Ryan could not be more wrong. If you just look, if you just analyze the midterm election results, which apparently Ryan has not done, you will find that every single candidate that stood strong on abortion, publicly and aggressively, stood strong on abortion. I'm sorry, when they stood strong on abortion, they're Democrats, pro-abortion Democrats, and they would win if the Republicans stayed silent.
Silence gives consent, and they would win. But if the Republican, and by the way, they outspent, as I said earlier, outspent the Republicans 35 to 1, but when the Republicans simply stood up and showed up and said, hey, it's the government's job to protect all people equally, I am pro-life, he won, and he would win, and he or she would win handily, by the way. I mean, I think about Abbott in Texas, I think about DeWine in Ohio, I think about DeSantis in Florida, and on and on the list goes. You look at Congress, you look at Senate, same thing.
Look, morality trumps money every day, all day. This country is scattered at the edges. We are upside down. We have people that are being nominated for Supreme Court that don't know what it means to be a woman. They can't define what it means to be a biological woman. And you're telling me Ryan is basically saying that we don't want to talk about abortion?
Of course we want to talk about abortion. The job of government is to protect all people equally, or justice is just a sham, a sham. You can't pick and choose who qualifies as a person under the law and expect people to actually believe you have a free society.
I mean, it's absolutely ridiculous. This is the flashpoint of American culture right now, and if Republicans refuse to talk about it because the polls say so, that's exactly what Democrats want them to think. They're basically saying, tell us, Democrats, how you want us to run our campaigns in the future so that we can give you all the rest of the seats in Congress and the Senate. I mean, this guy is probably being paid by the Democratic Party.
That's exactly what I want. If I was a Democrat, I'd want somebody in the Republicans to say, don't talk about abortion, because every time we talk about it and you don't talk about it, we win. Well, you know, two things that he hit on in the interview. One was the issue of abortion, and the other one was the issue of the 2020 election. But you don't have to talk about the 2020 election. We can just talk about Maricopa County and the 2022 midterm election. And you had poll worker after poll worker.
I watched the testimony yesterday, and I've had Michele Swinik has been on regularly. I didn't reach out to her yesterday. I know she is incredibly frustrated because this Board of Elections in Maricopa County came into that meeting having already decided they weren't going to change their vote. It didn't matter how many poll workers came forward and testified to what they saw. It didn't matter how many disenfranchised voters there were. It didn't matter if they violated the 15th Amendment by not allowing people equal access to vote.
None of that seemed to matter. And you had law enforcement there not to enforce the Constitution, not to make sure that the Board of Elections did what they were supposed to do, which actually, by law, the sheriff, being the highest officer in the county, needs to be making sure that the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America are being upheld and properly administrated in his county. That is his job, period, end of story.
It's the oath that he takes. I took the same oath when I swore to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and I called Sheriff Paul yesterday during that situation, and I left him a message, and I said, Hey, I am watching the testimony that is being presented from the podium, and it is testimony of criminal activity that has taken place in your county. And if the Board of Elections chooses to certify this election, they are becoming co-conspirators with a criminal act in violation of the 15th Amendment and in violation of the laws of the state of Arizona, and your officers in that room have a duty to arrest them. And if you don't arrest them, then you have abdicated your role as sheriff, and law enforcement has abdicated their position, and Maricopa County is lawless, and the people of Maricopa County should act accordingly.
Oh, amen, 100%. I think the problem is that sheriffs are not used to these kinds of laws being broken. I mean, when is the last time someone was arrested for violating the 15th Amendment?
I mean, after the implementation of the 15th Amendment, all that kind of activity faded away. But what are they conditioned to do? What is a sheriff conditioned to do? A sheriff is generally conditioned to arrest people for violent crimes, right? They're not conditioned to arrest people for these white-collar political-type crimes. Do they even know?
My guess is it didn't even occur to him. I mean, the sheriffs were simply there probably just to keep the peace, as it were, instead of actually enforcing the law and protecting the Constitution. I mean, this disenfranchisement that went on in Maricopa County is criminal to the core, and these kinds of things need to be investigated.
People need to be arrested. And I think when you talk about abortion and why certain political bad actors are so interested in promoting abortion, it's not because they like abortion. It's because of what abortion gives them. Abortion gives them absolute power. And pro-abortion politicians that they want in office, and they'll do anything to get in office, including violate the Constitution and commit all these kinds of crimes to do so, are voracious. They have voracious appetites for power.
And what is power? What is absolute power but getting to decide who lives and who dies? And that is what abortion represents. It's government deciding who lives and who dies. And if we allow that to stand, if the voters, if the people, if the citizens of America allow government to continue to vest itself with the power to decide who qualifies as a person protected under the law and who doesn't, it's a slippery slope. Who's next?
Is it going to be your neighbor, your daughter, you? Because that's what we're staring down the barrel of a gun called tyranny. That's what we're looking at right now. And Maricopa County is a perfect example of that. And these pro-abortion politicians, that's exactly what they want. There's absolutely no question.
There's absolutely no question. And it is about maintaining power, and it's authoritarianism. It's authoritarianism.
And it flips our Constitution, and it flips our Constitutional Republic on its head. And that's precisely what they're doing. And the only way to stop it is for lawful individuals to take lawful acts. At this point, really, the only way to fix Maricopa County is for the people of Maricopa County to put together citizens' grand juries and begin the process of indictment. And they can reach out.
Larry Klayman is doing a lot of that kind of activity. There's another organization that's doing that too. But they need to convene a citizens' grand jury in Maricopa County. They need to submit the indictments. If the sheriff won't enforce the indictment, then they need to indict the sheriff. That's right. Quite frankly, they just need to indict the sheriff.
And then at that point, they need to begin. Secretary of State Hobbs has committed gross negligence and has committed a crime against the Constitution of the United States of America. And she knows it.
She knows it. This is a rule of law. So our rule, our standard of law, is the Constitution.
And we've got processes and amendments that deal with all kinds of things, including the franchise, the process of elections. And when those kinds of things are ignored, it's no longer rule of law. It undermines, as you say, the very essence.
You're turning everything upside down. It's rule of man now. It's whatever standard the pro-abortion politicians want. Well, yeah, we're going to take a break. But it becomes, folks, it becomes fully subjective.

God bless you. That's the deal, folks, that is so important for us to understand in the midst of this. You know, I believe in where our declaration of independence talks about the slowness of the process to react to this and the necessity. There are still, I believe, tools available to us and that's why I mentioned the Citizen's Grand Jury. I believe Citizen's Grand Jury is a next step for us to take in order for us to be able to re-establish the lawful position of we the people.
But, you know, one of the things I said in the break that was mentioned by one of the women who came and spoke yesterday, she said, look, you know, we are peacefully coming to you right now and telling you, and don't forget, you work for us. But we are telling you, we know that there are irregularities, that there are people who have been disenfranchised, that the Constitution has been violated. We know that you have a financial interest, two of you have a specific financial interest in investment and manage funds to manipulate the outcome of this election. And the one overseeing the election is running for office within the election. So three of you have absolutely no business casting a vote or making any form or decision as it relates to the outcome of this election. You should be sitting at home waiting to hear what the outcome is. But not be the people who are making the final decision on what the outcome looks like. It's unconscionable.
You know, the Republicans are entirely too polite. When it comes to these kinds of violations of law, you know, I look at the Declaration of Independence, and I talked about it at the break, and I compare the time where the Declaration of Independence was written to the time that we're living in right now. And the government at the time of the Declaration of Independence did not have control over medicine. It did not force people to engage in, to violate their own personal autonomy, to have drugs and foreign objects put inside their body against their will. The government had not co-opted education. It did not force the next generation of children to be subject to, you know, over-sexualization and the kind of abuse that they're engaging in right now with respect to genitalia mutilation.
It had not co-opted, you know, the financial systems, you know, in the way that it is right now. But, you know, what's amazing is that we let all this go on. And furthermore, there's pro-abortion domestic terrorists at work, and they're being given a pass because the violence that's being perpetrated against pro-life people is exactly the people that they want out of the way. Because the primary belief that we have as pro-life people is the one thing that stands in the way of a tyrannical regime having absolute power over this country. And here's the belief. The belief is that all people are made in the image of God and deserving of blessing and protection from the womb to the tomb without partiality.
Without partiality. Because that's where dignity comes from. That's where equality comes from. And that belief is what scares the Dickens out of all these pro-abortion Democrats because it basically says, look, if people start to really believe this stuff, we're going to lose control. We're going to lose our power. We're going to lose the ability to raise the next generation. We're going to lose the ability to undermine the family. We're going to lose the – in fact, we might even go to jail ourselves because of all the collusion and conspiracy to deprive these very people of their rights under the law. Whether it be the vote or whether it be equal protection under the law of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Whether it be First Amendment ability to live out your beliefs in the public square. Right. Yep. Well, and at the end of the day, here's the thing. Everything has to begin with life and life begins with recognition of who the giver of life is and that's the creator. And that's what scares them the most because the moment that we turn our eyes back to the creator and we look to him as the source and the final authority of everything that is done and everything that we do, they lose their power.
That's right. That's the bottom line. And this is why I spoke yesterday about the evil and the danger of atheism. And we need to be so very careful here in how we say this. There are certain individuals within the atheistic movement who are acting on behalf of an evil and who have embedded that evil in themselves. There are other individuals for whom that is not the case. And we need to be careful, I am not suggesting that every atheist is an evil person. I am suggesting that again these ideologies and the concept and the ideology of atheism, the absence of the creator, elevates man to a place that man has no business being because man is so fallible, he can't hold that position, and he will not seek purity of justice.
