Oh yeah, why not? Let's make sure that we keep them there. We'll get into Pennsylvania Supreme Court here in just a minute and a good ruling just came down late yesterday regarding wrongly dated ballots will not be counted. So that's a good piece of news.

Some not so good piece of news is the efforts by the current Catholic synod to embrace the LGBTQ agenda. And we'll talk a little bit about that coming up in the program today as well. But let me get to my very first guest who I so much enjoy when we can get things kicked off here on Wednesday mornings and he's wearing the Chicago Blackhawks jersey. So Bobby Hall and Stan Makeda, Stan Makeda, Eric Nester, Renko Pierre, Pilat, Glenn Hall, yeah, Tony Esposito, later on.

Esposito, there you go. See that was another one who came through when I was watching the Golden State Seals. Okay. Yep. Tony Esposito later on his, later on his book, we also mentioned a couple of Boston Brewers Bobby Orr, yeah, Bobby Orr was one and Tony's brother Phil Esposito had been, oh, I forgot about that. Yeah. Boston Bruin as well, you know, of course, I grew up in the days when there was only 16s and my goodness did we not like the Boston Bruins. Oh no, that was a major, I remember that was a major, major rivalry, no doubt. Oh yeah. No, it was a, it was a fizzy, it wasn't just, wasn't just a sport, it was a physical thing. You know, they, we had an enforcer by the name of Brian Watson that used to go around and kick everybody's behind if they wanted to mess with Bobby Hall. I heard interesting, interesting phenomena. Yep.

Let's see. So yeah, they were, okay, so California Golden State Seals were a professional, a professional hockey club that competed in the National Hockey League from 1967 to 1976. Okay, very short, short-lived franchise.

That's maybe why they were outside my personal. It could be, yeah, because if I'm not mistaken, then they went, they were gobbled up or they, or they, or they moved, I don't remember when that were, but they, they moved out of the area because like I say, I was a, I was a big fan of that. I grew up in the Bay Area, big, big, big fan of the, of the Seals. Now they were the San Francisco Seals in the World Hockey League, which you were remembering up until 67, from 61 to 67. And then they became the Cleveland Barons for a short. So that's where they moved. They moved from California to Cleveland and they lasted two years in Cleveland. And then that was the end of that. No wonder I don't remember.

Well, you know, there, there you go. So no, so I, yeah, my, one of my, my next door neighbor, Rich White, his sister worked at the Oakland Coliseum and she had something to do with the personnel, but, but she brought home, you know, not brought home, but they came to visit. So I, you know, she had players that came over to our next door neighbor's house. So I got to meet Carl Vagnier and, and a couple of other Golden State Seals. And I got to meet when the Oakland A's arrived in 1968, I got to meet Chuck Dobson. And then several years later, my mom was working as in a pediatrician's office in Hayward and Dick Green's wife at the time, Kim brought their kids to that office and my mom and Kim became friends.

And so we became good friends of the Greens. And during the season, we would all hang out together and they would come to our house and we'd go. And of course, you got to remember that back in those days, you know, the ballplayers weren't paid, you know, a hundred thousand dollars minimum and you know, millions and all that kind of stuff.

So, you know, they lived out in Livermore, you know, in a very common apartment complex kind of a situation. And but I got to go to World Series games in 72, 73 and 74. The three years the A's won, we as a family were guests of the Greens at those home games at the Coliseum. And and, you know, for a kid, what, I was 10, 11 and 12.

So I mean, that's that's like kind of living out your life's fantasy right there to, you know, be able to hang out. And so I've got autographed baseballs from the 73 and seven or seven. It's either 72 and 74, 73 and 74. I've got to look. Right, Dick Williams signed one and Alvin Dark, who was the manager in 74, was the signer on the other and then the teams, Reggie Jackson, Raleigh Fingers, Gene Tennis, Bill North, Campy Campanaras, Don Mincher, Jim Catfish Hunter, Vida Blue, Blue Moon, Odom, yeah, all those guys. So I've got all their signatures on baseballs. Wow. Okay.

That's incredible. Well, then I will just we'll get to the other stuff in a moment, but I will tell you that we open with a hole in Makita. I have a hockey stick that in fact has all those black rocks, Makita and Hall and Nestor Renko and Pilatin Hall. And so I've got a hockey stick with all those guys. Cool stuff. Yeah, that's awesome. Yeah, no, that's so neat. Neat, neat, neat. All right.

Now, lots going on when it comes to election and election integrity issues that are taking place. I don't know. Can you talk about that case that you sent me? I can talk about it.

I can talk about some of it. Okay. Okay. Because there's a situation that maybe people have been seeing some headlines regarding this investigation out of Georgia that is where they're still trying to pin something on President Trump, spin off from this alleged, well, not the alleged, but from a phone call that he made to the Secretary of State Brafansperger, asking about the accuracy of the count and et cetera, et cetera.

And they're saying that Trump was interfering with the elections. So the impaneled in Georgia is something that's a unique legal creature because it doesn't exist anywhere else in the country. Okay. And it's called a special, at least Georgia law calls it a special purpose grand jury. But it does not mirror what grand juries are around the country.

Okay. Or elsewhere in Georgia actually. Grand juries, generally speaking, are citizens that get together and they hear evidence and they decide whether or not to charge somebody with a crime. They decide whether or not to issue an indictment. This special purpose grand jury in Georgia has no authority to indict anybody.

Okay. It has no authority to bring any criminal charges. And in most of the Georgia cases that interpret what this particular legal creature does, they refer to it as a civil investigation. And that's what's kind of interesting is that the news plays out that what's going on in Georgia is some sort of criminal investigation. Well, number one, this special grand jury has no authority whatsoever. I would liken it kind of like to a legislative committee, you know, that a legislative committee can investigate, they can issue subpoenas, they can take testimony. And then they can issue, they have no authority to see to it that somebody is prosecuted, they have no authority to bring criminal charges.

So it's a very interesting creature that doesn't exist anywhere else in the country. And even though they call it a grand jury, it does not fall within the general legal definition of grand jury. So the, I can talk about the procedure I am involved in this case.

Okay. But you can't talk about, right, and we're not going to, there's articles that are out there regarding situations that are a part of this, an election worker, you know. The backdrop on that is all public information at that point. The ballots that were pulled out of some kind of a suitcase, and there's some, there certainly are questions with regards to it, you know, that the Raffensperger and them are saying there was nothing, you know, nothing to see here, there's nothing going on here. But there are certainly questions about why was there a suitcase full of ballots that was there that was on camera pulled out from underneath a table, how did it get there, where did it come from, and you know, what's the origination point of those ballots? Yeah, that's also, apparently it's an, that's an interesting thing. The important questions surrounding that incident are also part and parcel of this alleged special grand jury's investigation, so as you say, there's news stories flowing around regarding Ruby Freeman, who is the worker, the election worker at issue in these videos. And people can look it up, but there are some news, there are some news stories about that.

But I think when you read the news stories, the news stories don't tell you something about the legal status, because Georgia calls what they have a special purpose grand jury, but people should understand that this special purpose grand jury has no authority to initiate any criminal prosecution. Okay, so I have no problem, just by the way, I'm going to say this on air. I've said it and I'll say it again, because look, words are important. The left uses words in media, in social media. Mark Zuckerberg is learning a very hard lesson right now, by the way, about how important it is to be careful what side of the fence you jump on, and if you jump on a side of a fence, that you may pay the price.

His stock has dropped 52 percent since it was discovered that he became so heavily involved in the 2020 elections, 52 percent. Here's the thing, and I mentioned this too, I'll throw this out to you, David, because as a constitutional originalist, these words mean something in your world as well, very much so. The purpose of the government of the United States of America is one-fold and one-fold only, its sole purpose and all of its power and all of its authority is given for a purpose, and that purpose is to defend the rights of the citizens of the United States of America. That's its sole purpose, our rights to a national border, our rights to keep illegals out, our rights to a society predicated on a rule of law, our rights to a society predicated on the laws of nature's God being used and enacted and followed within, again, our society.

All of these things are the rights in addition to the ones that are enumerated in the Bill of Rights. And so when the government, quote-unquote, stops fulfilling that role, they have abandoned their right to claim to be the government and they have become tyrants. And that is how they are behaving like tyrants.

I mentioned to you as an example of that the J6 defendants and several of them who have accepted pleas predicated on immense pressure. They cannot travel on an airplane, on a boat, can't rent a car, can't rent a hotel room, can't use Airbnb and shut them off completely, they've publicly said that, can't potentially get a loan at a bank, buy a house, buy a car, many employers won't employ them, just straight flat will not give them a job. So here's their left then with this option, go live under a bridge and separate from your family because if you don't, your family and you are going to all live under the bridge and ultimately starve to death. I'm not, there are many patriots out there and I don't, to those of you who are under this kind of assault, I want you to know that God has your back, there is hope and there are people out there that will help you, don't give up, don't give up, don't give up. But folks, we need to understand that what I just described to you is not the defense of freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom to come together and redress your government peacefully which is what these individuals were doing except for perhaps about 100 to 150, most of whom are running free right now and the innocent people are the ones that are actually being prosecuted for the most part. Alright, I'm sorry, but I mean that's why I'm saying we can't give them the word government because then they make us sound like we're the revolutionaries, we're the ones that are out of control and we're not, we're very much in control and under God and in line with our constitutional purpose. You know Greg, the opening of what you're talking about really and the way you put it actually what you described was two successive paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence because of course we have the situation everybody's familiar with regarding the pursuit of life liberty or excuse me, life liberty and the pursuit of happiness but the next, the following phrase of course is that governments are instituted among men to secure those rights. The paragraph after that is whenever the government fails to do that it becomes the right of the people to alter or abolish it. So that's what you were talking about and what you described in terms of the government and the people and when they're no longer acting as a government, it's all in the Declaration. This is why nobody, if you will, government runs schools and never teach it. That's why they don't teach the Declaration of Independence because the things that you just described are the concepts that you find in the Declaration of Independence. And we're going to have to take a quick break, thank you for that, we're going to have to take a break. David's going to follow up on that because there's the next critical key to making sure that we secure those rights and we put an end to this tyranny is in the elections that are going to happen next week, so critical, so important and it's integrity.

And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio, where no topic is off limits and everything filtered through. Biblical Glasses, my very special guest, is David Shostokos, who are talking about describing what we're doing and what we're battling and as David so eloquently connected what I was sharing about the Declaration of Independence, our understanding of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, and David, I credit you with having really helped bring clarity to the 9th and 10th Amendment and the reality that the rights all belong to the people. And again, you know, we the people have created this Constitution, that's the preamble. And there are specific outlined purposes for why the Constitution was created for the general welfare in order to institute justice, in order to institute tranquility in our society.

All of these things, and every single one of these things is unturned, and I wrote down here, God is a lawgiver, God instituted laws to keep civil order, lawlessness is ungodly, punishment is to bring about the fruits of repentance, and chastisement and correction are for the health of the nation. And you know, I think those are critical issues, and I'll expand on those I think probably next hour. David, you want to talk about elections. I want you to talk about elections, because that's how we secure we the people's rights in the institution of government is through electing the right people.

Yeah, the whole, I just say, I don't want to be a broken record, but we don't, we never pay attention enough to it. But even the situation regarding elections, you can find the answer in those two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence, because of course it says that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the government. And it's by elections that we determine what the consent of the government is.

Without that, we have nothing. So I can never enough tell people to read, study, take a look at the Declaration of Independence. I'll mention again at the moment my one book about creating the Declaration of Independence, if you want to primer on it, but the things that you talk about regarding elections, everything goes back there. We have, I'm very encouraged about what's happening right now, Greg, in terms, I know this is a very unhappy moment because of our, or at least my friends, Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are in jail in Texas, apparently for not revealing a source.

And they are now, in addition to everything else, they are certainly journalists and have First Amendment protections, and so I do not understand, not that I'm involved in or study that matter, but this is certainly an infringement on the First Amendment regarding what my understanding is and what's going on with those folks. And again, this is why I refer to tyrants versus government because this is tyrannical behavior. Let me add a couple of quick scriptures and then throw it back to you again to reemphasize about elections. Proverbs 11.1, a false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but just weight is his delight. A just balance and scales are the Lord's, all the weights in the bag are his work. Unequal weights are an abomination to the Lord and false scales are not good. And Proverbs 20 and 10, unequal weights and unequal measures are both alike and abomination to the Lord. These illegal elections, these unequal elections, messing with the elections, in God's eyes this is an abomination and those that commit such acts are abominable.

Go ahead. That certainly is strong and moral, moral underpinning for accurate elections as anybody could possibly make. I did mention before that I'm a bit encouraged. People seem to be more in tune, more working. You see more volunteers for poll workers, you see more trainings. There's an organization here in Illinois called the Illinois Freedom Alliance that now this time around they're only a year and a half old and they will have trained poll watchers and election judges for 80 counties in the state of Illinois and some of their training grew off of the experiences of people in Virginia in the Virginia elections and some people from Virginia came to explain what they did in terms of having what they call eyes on every ballot and those are this eyes on every ballot program is something that's been adopted by citizens. See that when I talk about the Illinois Freedom Alliance we're not talking about the Republican Democrat parties, we're talking about the citizens that are interested in having elections that people can can rely upon. In protecting and defending their own rights which is their right as sovereign citizens sovereign citizens because it's we the people who elect a representative republic to represent our interests in making decisions on a a federal level on a state level and on a local level and that is what has made our system so strong.

Well and one of the places where people have been asleep however has in fact been turning over elections to the government which ultimately spawned the tyrants and but now there's there really does seem to be an independent movement of citizens that are not associated directly with any particular political party but are more interested in seeing to that these things take place properly and that's that's among the encouraging things and I know about organizations like that in Arizona and Virginia and I personally am involved with the folks in here in Illinois I'm going to be on a what they call election day war room where you know when with some other attorneys when there's the if and when there's complaints around there we can respond to them and if need be walk into a courtroom and ask a judge to correct whatever mishaps are going on in polling places there are people that I now know that are now monitoring the processing of mail-in ballots that didn't happen before right nobody nobody thought to do that they just trust the folks that were in charge and now there's people that are monitoring so I think we're making some great progress by having having citizen groups not affiliated with the political parties taking election integrity into their own hands great folks I mentioned that the Illinois Conservatives Union here they're doing the same thing and David would you would you say that this is you know because you know President Trump gets a lot of grief for what he said about election integrity coming out of 2020 but would you would you say that that his unwillingness to stop pressing this issue has in part caused this larger motivation of people to say hey wait a minute you know maybe we need to take a look at this and get involved when we do when this is this is in the beginnings of what's necessary to straighten out the problem and no and I would suggest that we have President Trump to thank that he was in fact the inspiration for people that take a closer look at what was happening in their backyards in their counties with their clerks with the machines with the processes with the with the mail-in stuff with the things that are counted after election day people people really didn't take a close look at what was happening and and that and everything everything since 1993 with motor voter that allowed people to register at Secretary of State's offices or when there are DMVs everything since then has been an injury to the security of elections and it's all happened without people being aware that it happened they are now aware they are now keeping their eyes on it there's so many so many holes in the dike you need a lot of fingers to do that but we're building the people are building the fingers and it's really encouraging right you know one of the things too that is a part of that declaration of independence that you spoke of when it talks about you know that we have a right we have a duty but it also says that you know we have to be very slow relative to our actions and and folks this is everybody talks about conservatives and a radical right and all this part of the conservative mindset is is we believe that the right that ultimately people will make right decisions even as much as I as a pastor know that the heart of man is wicked and evil and there's no good thing that dwells in him without Jesus Christ's intervention that's the truth man is sinful but I believe that because of the nature of our country as a Christian nation and this is why that's so important because as a Christian nation we as a people have a conscience and so we are patient to wait for that conscience to reveal itself rather than just immediately tearing down that's why our Constitution has lasted while all of these others around the world have burned and fallen over and over and over again our form our government has remained intact for 246 years that's why and I believe that it can continue to because as you just said the good news here is is that the conscience of the people is beginning to awaken and that's 69% that just recently came out and said that religion is important to them that their faith really means something to them they are rising up and saying wait just a minute this is God's country and we're not going to give it away so easily and that brings tears to my eyes I'll be back with more right after this roof break my passion is the fight for freedom my father fought for a war war two defending our country today we are no longer fighting with guns instead we are fighting an ideological battle for control of our country by contributing to causes that support your constitutional rights I am Patriot Mobile. these these different issues Scotus also was looking at an affirmative action case yesterday any thoughts with regards to where you see that going I don't know which kid there was there's actually two pending I don't know which one I was personally in court yesterday but I do think that there was no really it appears as though they're going to revisit this back you versus California from excuse me in the early eighties that was allowed for allowed to allowed for race to be considered as part of the admissions process and there's no reason for them to take a new case because that law was fairly settled unless they want to unsettle the law and so that's kind of good in which case it would seem as though they're taking an approach that they're going to go back to the idea that the Constitution is colorblind and that would be that would be a step in the right direction every all the as far as I can as far as I'm concerned it seems to me that all these things that are surrounded with racial definitions do more to divide people by race than they do to assist with overcoming historical race problems. Well and again you know one of the arguments that that our mutual friend David Lowry was making was is okay you know the other side is is you end up with quotas so okay I'm gonna I'm gonna allow for 10% of minorities in my business and when I reach the 10% then I'm not gonna I'm not gonna give minorities a chance anymore that's not fair as much as saying I'm going you know I'm going to give priority to a minority because I because I have to have a certain balance in either direction it it it creates it's not the American purpose and it certainly doesn't apply to our Constitution or you know wherein all men are created equal and and and those statements all right shift gears to the kids and and the pornographic material pornographic material if it was handed to these children on the sidewalk in front of the school would be clearly identified as an illegal act and the perpetrator would be arrested what in the world do we have to do to stop all of this destruction of the conscience of children in our schools where's the where where is the constitutional I don't know actually is a long tradition of parental primacy in the in the in the United States Supreme Court and other courts around the country that say that that parents are the prime prime movers in terms in determining things regarding their children's upbringing there's this been this ongoing effort to have the states supplant parents and take control of these things I'm working with a woman that's running for state senator named Kathleen Murphy or excuse me Kathleen Murray so kill me for that and if you go to that should be done around the country to see to it that parents are back in control that the government the state if you will as opposed to the government is not in charge of making critical and crucial decisions in their children's lives including at what point and at what time they should be exposed to and educated on sexual matters you know that should be within the control of the parents and it should be in programs not opt out so that the parents are well advised in the event those kinds of Kathleen's parental bill of rights and they would be applicable anywhere in the country and I suggest that there's a parents USA has decided to back her with this and they're a national organization okay you know and so that's another place where we where the people have to take control and said say no the government is it doesn't take a village Hillary you know it takes good parents and maybe they're extended families that's what the government what they've been doing for so long is working to destroy families and family relationships you know the whole process where they will pay people money for children where the government pays money for children as long as there's no father around you know there's there's been policies going around to destroy the family and now the unions and the people in charge of the Education Department are beginning to take even broader steps and at this juncture it looks like the mama bears are now about to revolt on those levels and I suggest that a good step would be like I said the ideas that come from Kathleen's parents bill of rights and I
