I don't even know why. I don't know how to define that. I wouldn't know how to define that.

I wouldn't know why I would want to know how to define that. Okay. And they're doing this to your kids. Crazy.

All right. Well, there's a new crazy. I am so I'm angry. I'm just straight going to tell you the word of God says be angry and do not sin.

I don't think that it is a sin to be angry when when evil is doing what evil is doing right now to Americans. Okay, I am telling you right now if if the British were doing this if the British were doing this to Continental Americans and they did by the way some of this garbage they actually did but you know what you know what the Continental Americans did when the British did this kind of stuff. They went and got their comrades and they got them free. They broke them out.

You think the demons don't know when you go out of your house and you're not prepared. You think they don't jump into some criminal and say hey guess what we got a target over here and they know that you're not ready. I'm telling you the truth. Demons will be watching what you're doing to see if you're prepared and then they'll go find the criminal that's looking for a victim and that victim will become you. Because the demon knows you're not ready the criminal doesn't have a clue. But the demonic knows you're not ready. Don't walk out of your house without arming yourself and being prepared. I'm telling you don't do it. We're in we're in that place right now.

Because if you're going to love God go to church follow the Constitution support constitutional issues you have now been declared an enemy and they have an armed army that is prepared to come after you. It's kind of weird. But no, it's a good film. I think we cover a lot of what you were talking about in the opener there because it's got the video of the FBI acting a fool in people's yards, military going after citizens under false pretense. They're arresting people saying that they were involved with the murder of a police officer.

That doesn't exist. That's a lie that they're telling law enforcement trying to get some of these people that are being arrested killed because these cops feel like they're doing the right thing. Because that's what they're told. It's kind of like the day on January 6th. The cops were doing what they were told but they were put into an impossible situation with horrible odds and expected to perform. It's like we even say in the film, I'm glad that the ones that performed nicely and well did or it would have been a lot different day. It's been so skewed and so jacked up, the whole narrative. We were talking about Congress and Senate doing their due diligence on this and coming out with some battle scars to let us know that they're in the fight. And I look back at last January 6th on the year anniversary, they allowed Nancy Pelosi to have her big charade about January 6th. It's still under investigation by the very J6 committee. How can you have an event based on something that's still an open investigation and how can no one scream and kick and scratch about that in the first place? She even said she was trying to get her narrative in the history books.

She's working with the historian, making sure their version is in the books. And I'm thinking to myself, you're tainting the jury pool for the whole country, for the whole world for that matter, by holding an event and saying all these lies. So I don't know how they let these things pass. It screams of uni-party, it screams of protecting themselves. I want to real quickly, I want to play, this is exactly what Senator Ted Cruz said.

I'm going to play just a piece of this and then we'll come right back to you. But this is what Cruz had to say. And it is an anniversary of a violent terrorist attack on the capitol where we saw the men and women of law enforcement demonstrate incredible courage. You never use words. And then Tucker Carlson calls him out for having made those statements.

Carelessly. Which I'm glad that Tucker did. But, you know, Senator Cruz, and I like him. I do.

I like Chip. I don't dislike them, David. But I do believe that they are carrying water for the wrong side of this. And the word of God specifically says in Romans 1 about non-action and condescending to this is agreeing with it. And just like with sin. And God's word about that is very finite. There's no squirm.

There's no wiggle room. And it's just like caring for the prisoner and the orphan, the widow. We're supposed to care for the prisoner. You can't shun them.

And I'm not talking about just the day six guys. I'm talking about we're the most jail population in the world. We have issues on our issues about our prison system, about the justice system, the judges, the courts, the attorneys. This is just a symptom. And unfortunately the left looks at it and says, now y'all are going through what we're going through.

Good for you. See what that feels like for a little while. This is a perfect opportunity for everyone to come together and say, we're all sick and tired of being sick and tired.

We're mad too, Eddie. And that's one of those positions that it's what you said is action. And until people take that action, listen, Cruz is glorifying police that murdered four innocent civilians that day. Now, Judge Scalia said he was the most articulate and well-educated attorney that had been before his bench.

He loved his style, but he screwed up Trump's paperwork too. And you remember what Trump said during the, I guess, hold that spot. We've got to take this break. My very special guest, David Summerall, BloodyHill.com. You were talking to us about, I guess Senator Cruz had been involved in filing some documentation with regards to a part of the election. Because in all fairness to him, he was one of the Senators who said, hey, there is election fraud, there's issues here with the election situation. And he was one of the ones that, on January 6th, we were anticipating, in the Senate at least, was going to kind of hold things up and say, okay, look, there needs to be more, you know, more conversation, more investigation, what have you, relative to... Until somebody broke a window. Well, yeah, yeah.

Well, and you have to look at that and know that that's all set up. That was part of the set up was to create a scenario so that they could browbeat these congressional members and Senators and come out with their narrative, which they did, the Uniparty narrative. But it was so violent and so horrible and such an attack on our democracy that they were back in business in two hours. I mean, back up running, let's get this thing done. Let's knock it out of the park. Where's the bombs? Where's the pipe bomb? Where's the scare?

Where's the threat? Where's the cleanup on aisle seven? If it was...

If it was truly an insurrection. Yeah, all this trillions of dollars of damage that was done that day, they swept up with a broom, guys. You know, they put it into a trash bag and carried it out. That's what I'm talking about.

A couple pieces of broken glass. What is it, $7 million of pain? You know what I'm saying? So it's ridiculous. And that was an excuse for them not to object to the certification.

There were a lot of things going on. But Cruz, remember he had an ugly wife? And I don't mean that in the physical sense. I mean, when Trump called him out and said, your wife is ugly, and everybody was mad at Cruz for not going over there and punching Trump in the face. You remember the whole controversy? Well, he wasn't saying she was physically ugly.

She was an ugly person. She was on the board of some horrible organizations and had to step down for Cruz to do what he did. Beto comes in the race and almost beats Cruz. Are you kidding me right now? Rolled in on a skateboard and rolled out saying, I almost beat Ted Cruz for Senate.

Now that's ridiculous in and of itself. It's the further lie of the fraud here in Texas. You'll see this governor's race is going to be horrible. People aren't expecting what's going to happen. And I hate to be a bearer of bad news, but Beto is running for governor, guys. Nobody's happy with Abbott.

Beto has his own app that helps register voters. He's in the basement, just like Biden, but he's hoping change, just like Obama. Seems like the worst of both worlds for us. The worst storm. And it is horrible, but I'm going to tell you, here's the other side to this. Okay. The other side to this is, is you got to ask yourself, do I want somebody that's going to sit next to me that is going, that is going to pretend like they're with me until, until I fall asleep, until I drift off like Abbott and then, and then, and then kick me out the door and let me get run over.

Or do I want to know that the guy, do I want to know that I don't want that guy driving my car and not let him sit in the driver's seat and, and, and at least I'm at war with who I, with, with what I know I'm at war with. I do not know. Look, it's a no.

Here's the problem because, because Texans decided to sit out the primary because they decided to, to, to just go along with this. Oh, look what he's doing this. He's doing this.

I got friends of mine that are like, no, you're not. No, you don't understand. I'm telling you, I have been on the front lines of this for the six years that he's been in. I've been on the front lines of this ever since I got to Texas, even as an attorney general watching what he did. And you know what he did? He laid a big fat zero egg.

Okay. He filed a whole bunch of nonsense paperwork. Oh, I filed the most cases against Obama, except that they were zero cases that were dismissed at summary judgment. At summary, they were dismissed. They were all thrown out because they had no substance. It's crazy.

Isn't it crazy? They were nothing. They were, they were zeros. They were just paperwork that was filed.

It was a paperwork machine that did nothing. It sounds like Trey Gowdy or, you know, any of these idiots that get up there and say, I'm going to do this and this and this, and I'm brilliant. I'm the hero and I'm the savior. And then they talk a big talk, walk a big walk, and then they go work at Fox news or whatever. And that to me is, is really, I don't know if it's the symptom of the, you know, whatever, but that's where the problem is for us because we're not represented.

There's nobody that I can think of that sounds like me and says what I would say and has my best interest at heart or is fighting for our people like they mean it. Look, even the people that are on our side know that poor people were murdered by the Metro and Capitol police that day. Murdered. And when you die, when someone takes your life from you, that's murder. They need to sort that out. And yet no charges have been filed. None of our officials have reported these crimes of murder. Now, I don't care about the broken glass and the pepper spray and the paintball pellet, you know, all that stuff. I don't care about the pushing and shoving and the screaming and hollering. And even if, which I have not found anywhere in the government's database, that Officer Dunn was accosted with the N-word, I've searched for that.

But even if the N-word was used that day, I'm sorry, people. It pales in comparison to murder. So our officials need to declare that to the authorities. They need to fill out reports, however that looks, and say I'd like to report a murder. I'm an official. It's my duty. And if I don't report a murder, then I go to jail for three years.

That's what I'm saying. Let's just clean house. We're sending notices to all Congress, all Senate, all judges, all everybody we can think of that's an official. And we're giving them affidavits and we're saying, look, here's what happened that day. These people were murdered.

Here's some sworn statements. Now, you need to declare those. You need to report those. And if you don't, you're warring against the American people.

You're on the bad team. You're helping perpetuate this problem by not seeking justice for these victims. And we'll hold them to the fire. And that's what the people need to do. Listen, like I said before, bro, we got mad about a tax on T last time and we're not mad about our gas situation right now. We can't continue to be soft and think that they won't roll over us. Look what's going on.

And as much as I don't like the bad guy that's lukewarm sitting in the chair over Texas, I've seen what Biden and Obama did to this country intentionally. And I don't know that Texas can really stand for what Beto would open the gate and take the guns. Look, if Texas goes, as I've said for the 11 years I've been doing this show, if Texas goes, we lose the country. Period.

End of story. We lose the country. And the problem is that we are a shade of purple right now as a state and people don't realize how purple Texas has become. The fact that Texas is one of the leading states where these drag queens are showing up and doing what they're doing. If you start looking and sifting through the articles, you're going to discover that the majority of these, you know, situations that are arising are right here in Texas, predominantly around Dallas. And what people don't realize is that Dallas has one of the largest LGBTQ chambers of commerce in the country. In the country. What a mess.

Okay? A little town like Kerrville was one of the very first towns to have what they call PFLAG, a PFLAG group. And this was before Obergefell. This was before same-sex marriage was made the law, quote unquote, of the land by nine unelected jurists. In a case that Clarence Thomas has clearly outlined, substantive due diligence is not a legal premise. It doesn't even exist in law. It's been bogus for 50 years and it's what was used to establish the Obergefell decision. And that decision is going to be challenged very soon.

I don't know. It's almost like impeaching Trump for causing a murder that he didn't cause that wasn't a murder by the people they said that murdered him. Look, I mean, we're in the same position with that. The police are responsible for Sick Nick's death, but the people got the blame and the people are doing the time and the people are putting harm's way because of those lies. And the American public is the only one that's going to save themselves this time guys. It's not the politicians.

So when he walked out of the cell, we're talking about Ronald Colton Maccabee, a J6 prisoner and this is what happens to him. They're forcing him to take meds, forcing him to take meds. And so he walks out of his cell without a mask because he's going to take meds.

They've put the cart 25 feet from his cell instead of putting it in front of his cell, which is really stupid, but that's what they did. And so this woman, Crystal Lancaster starts yelling at him, put your mask on. And he's like, I'm going, you know what I'm doing? You're the guys that are getting me out of the cell and you know what I'm doing?

And she sprays him with this oleoresin capsicum spray, which is like bear spray. And then they start beating him. And this is how they treat human beings.

David? Yeah, all part of the program. Shocking off, you know, we've heard everything that they're trying to do to prosecute these people and get them to trial. I mean, you hear this side from the jail that these prison guards are not just your stereotypical American prison guards for the most part either. They're bringing these people in from places that know how to hurt people, that, you know, it's really bad. And then they're telling all these people that these are white supremacists. They're the most hateful people on the planet.

And, you know, unfortunately, they are in a bad spot because of those things. Now, the guys that have been around any of the regular prison population, they understand real quick that these are not the guys they've been, you know, made out to be. But the guards are relentless in their pursuit to hurt and punish these people. They're looking for an opportunity to engage with them and put pain on them.

Look at Ryan Samsel. He has been beaten numerous times, lost the retina in his eye, shoulder dislocated, thrown in, handcuffed for three days in a cell, no medical. That kind of treatment is just happening. I guess Americans are cool with that, you know, because nobody's doing anything. And, you know, for me, I consider and I had a friend with an idea and I think it's a brilliant one. He said, what if we just started walking toward D.C. Or, you know, my thought would be go to Florida first, get those guys out, go up to, you know, Virginia next, get those and then stop by D.C. and just see how many people we accumulate along the way. Could we have, you know, 50,000 or 100,000 or a million people by the time we get there and, you know, just tell them, hey, let's keep this peaceful and get our people out because the alternative is really bad.

And, you know, I think that's kind of to the point that we're getting. We've got to take our country back. These representatives, I guess the moral of the story is they don't represent us and they're not out for us. They're out for them. And I think when both sides, the left and the right, finally understand that and buddy up, you know, it's going to take a little teamwork because the enemy of the government has grown so big.

Like Goliath now, it's going to take both sides of us to really fix it. And understand, we're not, again, and you say this in Bloody Hill, we're not anti-government folks. We're not anti-government. We're pro-government. We're a pro-constitutional republic government.

I'm just anti-criminal. And we see the Pelosi's and the criminals and the Graham's and the, you know, you can pick one right now. They make money on the stocks. They make money on the relationships. They laugh at us. They spit in each other's face on the House and Senate floor. And then they go to dinner and each other's kids' weddings and graduations and they laugh and cut up and they're best friends. And they've been doing this together for 100 years.

You know, that's the thing. There's no term limits. The fact that there are no term limits should tell everyone on the left and the right.

And we can agree with that. We should campaign with the left and we should say, okay, guys, we want term limits and we should all approach them and say, okay. But we need, but I'll say this, but we need staff turnover, not just representative turnover. Because if you change the name on the door and you leave the staff there, nothing changes.
