Naked products do not treat, reduce, cure or prevent disease. Welcome to Chosen Generation with your host, Pastor Greg Young. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people that you should chew forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous life which in time past were not a people but are now the people of God which had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

And now, Chosen Generation, where no topic is off limits and everything is filtered through biblical glasses. And now, here's your host, Pastor Greg. And welcome to the program. Great to have you with me. Thanks so much for being here.

I know you have a choice of where you can listen each and every day and I thank you for keeping it tuned here to Chosen Generation Radio. Well, I just am going to let you know right up top. I was deathly ill yesterday afternoon and evening and into the night. I mean, just really sick.

Chills and fever and all kinds of stuff. So I'm going to try to hang in here for the program today and then I'm probably going to just get a little more rest. And I feel terrible because I missed the guest hosting the TECN, the Exceptional Conservative Show last night. I was just, folks, I was too sick to do it but I've got an intro piece that Ken put together and I know he spent a lot of time working on it.

So in the next half hour, I'm going to go ahead and play that just so you can see it because, well, because I didn't get to play it last night and I feel terrible about it. Okay, three-hour program now, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Eastern, three-hour program right now. We welcome all of our listeners across the country that are tuning in and we're grateful to have all of you on board.

And I'm not going to go through everybody that's going to be here and what they're going to talk about because I discovered on the first day when I did that that I ended up eating up about 10 minutes trying to get all that in. So I do have Rebecca Owus, who's the director of research for the Center for Family and Human Rights, David Lowery, Project 21 Black Leadership Network, T Rose, staff writer and researcher for Free Speech America and News Busters, and Bill Federer will be with us as well, and Rick Manning will talk about our Independence Day. But joining me now to kick things off, and I'm so thrilled that he was able to adjust his schedule. He's been with me on Wednesdays for a long, long time now. And I'm so pleased that he's able to be here to help us launch Wednesdays on the new time. I want to welcome David Shostakis. I was going to say candidate David Shostakis, but I can't say that. But David Shostakis is with us. He is our constitutional originalist.

And you can pick up his books at his website, shostakis.com. David, welcome. Thank you so much, Greg.

It's great to have a chance to launch Wednesdays for you right now. This will be nice. And now that I am no longer a candidate officially, because of course the election was last Tuesday, a week ago Tuesday, and despite a lot of help and a lot of wonderful things that happened and the 150,000 votes across the state of Illinois that people gave me, I did not get the Republican nomination for Attorney General, but I've yet to change my little home studio. We'll get that taken care of. It'll probably be gone next week and we'll replace it with something else. Well, that's kind of like when you hang your Christmas lights and then you're just kind of feeling Christmassy.

And so you leave them up, you know, it's kind of like, I liked it, it felt good, so I'm just going to leave it up there. But I think that, and we talked about this a little bit in the green room, I think that the message that you were bringing and the concerns that you were sharing and the solutions that you were bringing that are a part of that campaign are still incredibly important for people to hear and hopefully for somebody to actually step up and do something about this. You know, that's accurate because, of course, in Illinois we have an elected Attorney General, but there's also an elected Attorney General across the country in 43 states, Illinois plus 42. And there's still some primaries coming up where people will be having to make decisions and they should understand that when there's an elected Attorney General, the elected Attorney General is not responsible to the governor or the government but responsible to the people. And I feel very good of having carried that message around Illinois and now I think many, many people have a better understanding of how that is designed to actually not be a function of moving forward government policies but rather being a check on government overreach. And people don't understand that that's something built in to state constitutions where there can be a check on government overreach. So I'm happy to have brought that message forward and hopefully any number of people.

Again, in the 42 other states you can see where we do have a good Attorney General like Ken Paxton and Jason Mieris where they're doing good things for the people regardless of the fact that theoretically they work for the government, but they've been elected by the people and turned that forward. Well, and that is something I've been really trying to get through as far as messaging especially this week because of Independence Day is that we, the United States and our founders, they broke that chain that had been placed on everyone, every person of faith really, going back to 1 Samuel when the Israelites said, we want a king. And they were warned, this is what a king is going to do and if you read that list, my goodness people, it is, you know folks, it's exactly what God told us was going to happen if we had a king. And unfortunately, we have individuals in our government today that seem to be viewing themselves as kings or queens as opposed to viewing themselves as representatives of the people. You know, I would think that we might be able to bring that home with the idea that there's a word that came into our lexicon in the last two years and that was mandate. In American law, there is no thing called a mandate.

It doesn't exist. That's something that's issued by kings to subjects. In a republic that is made up of citizens with elected representatives, elected representatives have no authority to mandate anything. And this is something that they've tried to instill upon us, while this government mandate this and this government, there is no word in American law, there is no concept in American law of mandate, so it was all made up. And these kinds of things when they're getting to the Supreme Court are having problems. I mean, you know, several of Biden's quote-unquote mandates, vaccine mandates and things of that nature, the Supreme Court of the United States of America has said, sorry, Joe, but you can't, you know, like, for example, children being mandated to get shots. You can't mandate those things and the Supreme Court is, thankfully, standing up. And even, you know, the liberal justices in some instances have voted along with that to say, no, that's just outside of the bounds of the American Constitution and American jurisprudence.

That's exactly right. We don't have that concept. That was something that we wanted to get rid of. The way actually you're talking about independence, we're back to the Declaration of Independence, and among the 28 grievances that Jefferson outlined during the course of the Declaration of Independence was things where the king was ordering stuff like soldiers to be in people's homes, like exporting people from the colonies over to England for trial. These were mandates that were coming from the king. And so that was, of course, we call them grievances, but it was basically a list that would defend the right of revolution, that if the government does any number, X number of these things, that people then have a right to either overthrow the government, as Jefferson put it, to alter or abolish the government. And we have a number of those 28 things going on at the moment, and we need to take a look at Jefferson's list at what point we have the right to alter or abolish. And I know that that scares people, but by the same token, those of us who are ahead of this, we have an onus on us to be engaged in this process for those that are coming up that may be too young to understand it at this point. Maybe too young or maybe, unfortunately, uneducated by our system, by our government schools that do not want to teach something like, oh, I don't know, the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration of Independence is, I believe, our purpose not taught, because in fact it is a document that defines when a government has overstepped its bounds and gone beyond its legitimate ends. And a government school is loath to teach the concept that the government has now been in a situation where it's overreached or gone beyond its constitutional authority. It's interesting, too, because these kinds of conversations and concepts, obviously, are something that Marxists like to use to overthrow republics like ours or democracies. So we also have to be very careful that we don't allow the language to be stolen and used for abusive purposes with groups like ANTIFA and the BLM and different groups like that, different socialist groups that have come up. We need to be very careful as well that we are defending the right side of this position.

Yes, we do need to be careful, and again, I can't stand up. I was scheduled on the 4th of July to do a show on WGN radio here in Chicago, which is the largest station in Chicago, 100,000-watt station. It goes out to six or seven states. And that was preempted, of course, by the horrific events where seven people were killed and dozens more injured by a shooter in Highland Park. And so the coverage of that preempted the show, where we're going to talk about the Declaration of Independence, the things that went into it, the sacrifices made by the signers, by the idea that they were actually committing treason against the king when they did this and they were in little danger of having their heads chopped off. Right. We're going to take a little break. When we come back, let's get into that here in our second segment, because it's an important fact that needs to be addressed, that these individuals really, they laid their lives on the line in order to create a more perfect union.

And that's a really important thing to understand. We'll be back with more. You're listening to Children's Generation Radio. I'm your host, Pastor Greg. And welcome back to Chozen Generation Radio where no topic is off limits and everything filtered through biblical glasses. And my special guest is former candidate for attorney general in the great state of Illinois. And our constitutional originalist, originalist, I got it right. Our constitutional originalist attorney that has been with us for golly, several years now, right?

Right. So you said June 7th, 1776? Yeah, that's a date that most people are unaware of, but without what happens on June 7th, 1776, there's no 4th of July essentially. There's a fellow by the name of Richard Henry Lee who is a little or almost unknown founding father, although he played an incredibly important role. And he was the one that introduced to the Second Continental Congress the resolution for independence. And the back story on that was that nobody would say the word independence in public or in a public place.

They might whisper it over a beer at City Tavern or something like that. With the exception of, oh in Virginia, give me liberty or give me death. Patrick Henry.

Patrick Henry, with the exception of Patrick Henry, nobody would say independence because it was committing treason against the king. And there was a variety of terrible things that went along with that, including having your head cut off. And the interesting thing about that is, you know, I've been involved in criminal justice for a long, long time.

And while there's many draconian penalties in the law, very seldom does somebody get the worst possible penalty that's available. However, these guys actually knew people who in fact had their heads cut off. Dr. Joseph Warren was John Adams' personal physician, his physician for his family. But he was also a general in the Massachusetts militia and a leader in the Massachusetts legislature.

And in the aftermath of Bunker Hill, Dr. Warren's head was in fact cut off. And so when these guys talked about their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they weren't kidding. Well, and this is and this is why I think and I, from everything that I've been, you know, really reading and studying on this, that there was a difference because even with John Locke, and there was some friction between Locke and the founders relative to, Locke had some great concepts, but he still was saying that it was that God gave them life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. So even if God gives it, if you say that God gave it to me, if anybody gives it to you, God or man, then someone can take it from you.

Do you follow what I'm saying? And so the founders, I really believe, believed that it wasn't something that God gave them. And it is, semantics do matter in this. It was literally in them. Life was who they were. Liberty was who they were. The pursuit of happiness was, that's why they called them inalienable rights. Because the only way you could take those away was to rip their heart out. Period.

Yeah, absolutely. And that, of course, is something that the King of England strove to do. And that is why on June 7, 1776, when Richard Henry Lee stood up and presented a resolution to dissolve the legal binding between the colonies and England, that in fact only John Adams joined them with a second that day, and the legislature, the Second Continental Congress, did what the legislatures have done for as long as legislatures have existed, and that's refer this idea to a committee. And nobody else joined Richard Henry Lee and John Adams out on the limb of treason and independence on June 7, 1776. And it took another almost month before, essentially July 2, when they ultimately voted on that.

July 4 is when they issued the declaration, but July 2 was the actual day that they voted for independence. And it's really important to understand that they were scared. Well, of course.

Right, right. Well, I mean, even William Wilberforce, and I've talked about this as well, Wilberforce was over in England at that same time, pressing for the abolition of slavery. And he was warned by his friend who became the Prime Minister, you need to settle this down, and whatever you do, don't align yourself with the Americans and their revolution. Because the English, the UK, Britain, and their parliament believed that part of America's plan was the abolition of slavery. And that was going to dramatically impact their economics. And so it's important, I think, to understand that that was a part of what the founders, that was a part of their vision was to abolish slavery.

You're absolutely correct. If we have time, we'll come back. We'll talk about Jefferson's draft of the Virginia Constitution, where he put that in the Virginia Constitution. And we do have time and we will come back and I appreciate it because I have some time available in the next half hour and I appreciate that you can be with me to do that. We will be taking a quick break. We'll be back to talk about that because a lot of people have attacked Jefferson and said, oh, Jefferson was a slaveholder and so on.

And you just brought up something that's critically important to understand, which was Jefferson's efforts to have slavery abolished in Virginia, where it was a constitutional issue and not just some mandate. We'll be back with more right after this. Hi, I'm Tim Scheff, a certified natural health practitioner of over 40 years. I went under issue to a product that changed my life. I'm your host Pastor Greg, my special guest joining me, David Shostakos. And excuse me, just to let you know again, I got really, really sick yesterday afternoon. Fever and chills and sweats and more body aches than usual and ended up in bed for basically from about, I don't know, one o'clock yesterday afternoon until this morning more or less. Finally was able to get past lots of prayer. Also, you know, all natural stuff. I used my chronic colloidal silver and I noticed that that helped to turn things. And then I used some quercetin as well. So whatever it was. And then some allergy medicine because all of this stuff is designed to trigger your allergic immune system.

And that's what it's designed to attack. And so knowing that there are things that you can do, but I have to tell you it was a battle. But thank God, here I am today, but I'm still feeling a little drained. So we're going to press on.

David Shostakos has agreed to stick with me for a little bit of extra time and I'm very appreciative of that. And David, we were talking about Thomas Jefferson and his efforts to undo and abolish slavery. And he is very most often attacked and criticized, you know, as one of the founding fathers that was a slaveholder.

And so therefore he's a bad and an evil person. And I want to say they tore down one of his statues. It seems to me recently that that took place in, of course, Jefferson's hometown in Charlottesville, Virginia. His birthday used to be a holiday in Charlottesville. They got rid of the holiday honoring Jefferson's birthday in Charlottesville.

That was very, very sad. And what people don't look at is the entire historical record and the context of the times. But two important things about Jefferson. While he was in the midst of writing the Declaration of Independence, there was also a constitutional convention going on in Virginia to set forth what the Virginia government was going to look like after independence. And Jefferson had drafted his own thoughts, his own version of the proposed Virginia Constitution.

And in fact, he had made arrangements for a longtime mentor and friend that was traveling back to Virginia for the Constitutional Convention there by the name of George Wyeth to transmit his draft of the proposed draft of the Virginia Constitution. And it included some provisions regarding slavery, one of which was that with the adoption of the Virginia Constitution, there would be no further importation of slaves into Virginia. And also that children born of slaves would not be born into slavery. These were a couple of provisions that would allow slavery to essentially just sort of die off. There would no longer be new slaves coming in. And so the slaves that were existing at the time as that generation would expire or be removed, then slavery essentially in Virginia would have become abolished in a kind of orderly fashion as opposed to a brutal, brutal war. And I assume that the Virginia Constitution that he wrote was not adopted?

Yeah, it was not adopted. It was not adopted in Virginia because for any number of reasons, not the least of which is he was stuck in Philadelphia writing the Declaration of Independence and not in a position to go to Virginia and defend his concepts of what should be adopted in the Virginia Constitution. But this is 1776 and what I think is the greater contribution was 11 years later with the Northwest Ordinance of 1787 that was adopted by the then Confederation Congress. Jefferson wrote the first draft of the Northwest Ordinance and the first draft of the Ordinance that ultimately became law provided for the abolition of slavery or the non-existence of slavery in all the new territories that were acquired from England in the aftermath of the Revolutionary War.

Those territories became Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, part of Minnesota, and Ohio. Those territories became all those states and those states provided the backbone and the muscle for the North to win the Civil War. Jefferson was responsible for slavery not existing in those territories that provided the ability of the North to in fact win the Civil War. So Jefferson is so consequential in the abolition of slavery that of course everybody that wants to rewrite history or wants to vilify our founders and get rid of our heritage overlook the fact that probably ultimately Jefferson's contribution to the abolition of slavery in the United States is one that was really, really instrumental in the end. Which is why Frederick Douglass put in special notes in his book that Thomas Jefferson was one of his inspirations for the abolition of slavery.

Yes, yeah he did. It's a shame that people don't put things in the context of the times but Jefferson was always moving toward that goal and he was trying to do it without a bloody Civil War. He was trying to put it in those kinds of things where it would kind of die off of its own legal status and so it's just a shame that they tried to rewrite our history and avoid the things that are uncomfortable to the narrative that people put together. So these were great men of course when you talk about the old white guys that were in charge of founding and everything like that. Ben Franklin was probably the richest old white guy, the richest and the oldest of the group, but he was also the founder of the Pennsylvania Abolition Society. And that was one of the major movements of the day that continued to get it abolished in some existing states like Pennsylvania. And so these guys, they knew the disconnect between all men are created equal and the existence of slavery. They knew that those things were untrue, they couldn't exist together and they set in motion the legal status and the philosophical status that would ultimately lead to the abolition of slavery. And so it's just, it's horrible that we try and tar and feather, or that there are people that try and tar and feather these guys as rich old white guys.

The richest and the oldest, like I said, Franklin never owned a slave in his life and set forth the abolition. It's also important to understand that in relationship to how the left uses manipulation in media in order to create hate and bitterness and divisiveness and division. And this is one of their greatest tactics is to create that kind of mindset or attitude that we should hate one another because of the color of skin. It's really abhorrent. It's just terrible.

It is horrific, but this is part of their game. It absolutely is. I was blessed in my own personal experience to actually have grown up on a beer truck, Greg. I delivered beer in every neighborhood that you could possibly imagine in Chicago, made up of every demographic. And people, it didn't matter whether they were black or brown or red or yellow or white or whatever, everybody likes a nice cold beer every once in a while. That kind of taught me at an early age because I started delivering beer when I was 16, 17 years old during the summer times.

And it taught me at an early age that there essentially are no colors. Everybody wants the same thing. Let's put it down to that denominator, enjoy a cold beer, but everybody wants their kids to be safe. Everybody wants an opportunity to progress in life. Everybody wants the government to provide that kind of environment where they can do things like that.

Where essentially government fulfills its prime duty and that is to protect the inalienable rights. That's why governments are instituted among men. During the course of the last year, I had an opportunity to speak at black churches and Latino churches. In fact, I was endorsed by the Illinois Latino Pastors Association and I didn't have to tailor a message.

I didn't tailor a message. I didn't go into a black church and say, oh, this is what the attorney general's office is. It will deal with issues in the black community in this fashion. I didn't go into a Latino church and say it will deal with issues in this fashion. No, this is how it's structured and it's structured to deliver these principles and these kinds of things from the government to all people. Equality of law, not equity of law. There is a distinction between equality of law versus equity of law and a distinction as it relates to how we address each individual.

The law should be the same either way. Which brings us back to the Declaration. I always try and talk about trying to press upon people that there's 55 words in the Declaration of Independence. That if we knew those, everybody knows we the people in order to create a more perfect union. They have us memorize that.

Preamble of the Constitution is interesting and kind of a mission statement, but it really doesn't define America. We'll talk about that here in just a minute. We're going to take a quick break. We'll be back with more. You're listening to Children's Generation Radio.

Look, I am for marriage between a man and a woman. I am for life from conception. I am for following the Bible and I believe that our founders started this nation on biblical principles.

I am in support of our military and believe that America should play a role in world security. I believe our Constitution was intended for a moral people and that the Bible contains the only true moral code. I believe we are all born sinners and that God in His grace and mercy sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins and that if we will confess our sins, He is just and righteous to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I believe salvation is not just accomplished in a little prayer but that it is found in how that transformation is lived out. Jesus is to be the Lord of our lives and we should follow biblical precepts. This is not legalism or works but a life lived out in love and honor towards the one who died for my sins.

Faith without works is dead and is no faith at all. I believe that we will fall and that we need to have a repentant heart and that God will ultimately bring us into perfect action through Jesus Christ, spirit man perfected and soulish man in progress. I believe that we are not to live in guilt and shame when we fall but we repent and get up and move closer to Jesus. I believe that if our nation will repent and turn from wickedness that God will heal our land.

I believe that as a Christian I must occupy till He comes and that to call evil wicked and to warn about those evil acts is a part of the mandated Christianity. That to love also means to be willing to take the risk necessary to confront a friend with the truth in hopes that their heart will be turned because their life matters even if it means in that moment they will possibly hate me. It means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth and that I can never sit silently by while evil attempts to conquer the world. God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life. That does not make me weak but strong, not silent but bold and not fearful but courageous. Therefore if you are my friend while we may not fully agree know that I share what I share because I care.

If you strongly disagree with these beliefs they are not debatable for me and you can if you choose unfriend me. I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see and ears to hear that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and that God not man gets to decide what is truth, life and the way.

God bless you. Welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio where no topic is off limits and everything filtered through biblical glasses and my special guest David Shostakos. And I'll let you know coming up on the program in the next hour, hour number two. Rebecca Owus is going to be with us, Director of Research for the Center for Family and Human Rights. And we'll be talking about the importance of family in a society and in a culture and especially the newness of life, the protection of the unborn. So we'll talk about that with her. And then David Lowry will be with us, Project 21 Black Leadership Network, National Center for Public Policy and we'll be talking about the Joe Kennedy decision and how do black Americans, how do conservative black Americans respond to that?

How do they feel about the right to be able to pray in public? So we'll get that coming up for you, hour number two. All right, Mr. Shostakos, so I was going to see, I have the preamble up here. Maybe I could read that really quick and then pass the torch back to you?

Absolutely. So we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That essentially is the preamble, am I correct?

Well, when we refer to the preamble, typically we talk about the preamble to the Constitution, which is what begins, we the people, in order to form a more perfect union. These 55 words that you just shared are often talked about as the American creed that Jefferson used to define an American. Of course, in both Catholic and Episcopalian faith, there's something called a Nicene Creed.

We believe in one Lord, the Father, the Almighty, that defines what it means to be Catholic or Episcopal. When it says we hold these truths to be self-evident, that's the same kind of thing that defines the beliefs that are necessary to be an American. Unfortunately, we do not teach that whatsoever. If people learned that, instead of we the people in order to form a more perfect union, it would be so much harder to slice us and dice us into these little demographic interest groups. We have provisions where, of course, law enforcement and military and other folks are required to take an oath to support the Constitution, but they don't go out and die for that. They die for we hold these truths to be self-evident.

Those are very important. And if you want the backstory to that, try creating the Declaration of Independence. The whole story, a good chunk of that creation is in my book, Creating the Declaration of Independence. And it talks about all that talks about Richard Henry Lee that we touched upon and John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, what was going on there. So I encourage folks to learn this, make it part of them and teach it to others. Well, and teach it to your children. I mean, you know, our youth are being indoctrinated to believe that America is bad, that America is evil, that America needs to be destroyed or changed or what have you. And that's where I was talking about earlier, David, that, you know, you talked about the 29 issues that were put down by our founders, right?

Was it 29? The grievances, yeah. Yeah, the grievances and that those grievances were significant enough that they said that they had passed or eclipsed the point at which you could live with those and they refused to stop behaving in that way.

And so the point of that is, you know, when we look at where we are today, there are many of those that are taking place right now. And there's a warning there that says we cannot be hasty in the disillusion of a government just because of some grievances. We need to have the ability and this is part of the First Amendment, right? To be able to peacefully come together, peacefully meet and then in addition to that, to be able to redress issues with your government. Absolutely.

That's right. You know, everything in the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence is the inspiration and the Constitution is the execution. The Constitution is more a mechanical document while the Declaration of Independence is the inspiration. And so you cannot understand the Constitution unless you study the Declaration of Independence. And it's part of a three act play actually. The first act being the Declaration of Independence, the second act being the creation of the Constitution, the third act actually being the adoption of the Bill of Rights. And it's kind of a three act play that you have to kind of digest them all together. And it's unfortunate that there's all kinds of people that say, well, I carry around a pocket Constitution or whatever.

That's really nice. But understanding that the President serves four years and the Supreme Court serves for life, that doesn't give you the essence of what the Constitution is. The essence of the Constitution is to execute the ideals and the aspirations of the Declaration of Independence.

And so, oh, by the way, you mentioned that just as a side note, I know we're going to wrap up. As a side note, people say inalienable or unalienable. There's something called an original rough draft that Jefferson wrote. And inalienable is scratched up, unalienable is scratched up.

Jefferson and Adams, and frankly, could never actually agree on whether inalienable or unalienable was what they wanted in that phrase. All right. We got to jump. Here we go. Oh, wait, no.

I'm early. Just a second. Okay. No, we got to look. We got one more minute, so we're good.

We're okay. This is a side like that confusion about inalienable and unalienable. If we have it today, it was something that Jefferson, Adams, and Ben Franklin debated while they were actually involved in doing the Constitution, or excuse me, the Declaration of Independence. They could never agree on what was the proper word. What do you suggest is the difference between unalienable versus inalienable? I don't believe that. I don't believe there's any difference.

Some say potato, some say potato. Yes. I got it. Well, and so let me make my final point as we're closing out.

So my point was this. We don't want to be on the wrong side of the reason why we would want to destroy. The left wants to destroy our Constitution, our Declaration of Independence, the founding documents, and the ideal of who and what America is. They want to destroy it.

We want to get back to the foundation of what it is, and we'll be back right after this. These are domestic terrorists. The 6th was all deception.

The level of sophistication. Hacked it. People were putting on Trump stuff beforehand or taking it off afterward. It was members of our own government. He's been an FBI informant for a number of years. In January 6th, I said, are you working?

And he said, yes. This is treason. They want to criminalize dissent. The FBI.

We have a federal search warrant for the property. Come out. I open the shutters that had the battering ram. I hear pull. Then they told me to come out. A whole bunch of red dots all over my chest.

They're hunting down Trump supporters like dogs. I just walked into a crowd of people. We've been screaming. We've been fighting.

Now I want you to play with me. I spent the next three weeks in jail. They put me in a cell, by my cell, total solitary confinement in a cell not much bigger than a walk-in closet. FBI. Guns drawn.

Hands up, hands up, hands up. Put your hands on the wall, hands on the wall. This is psychological warfare.

It didn't have a battering ram in it, but what it did have was a turret on top. He was pointing his gun at all my neighbors, ready to pull up anytime he needed to. They handcuffed you. They handcuffed you? Yes. 147 days since my wife was murdered. I've got to be her voice now.
