Because there's no one to report it to here in America. Mehmet Oz will be owned by Erdogan. I'm going to say it again. If he is the one that ultimately wins this election in Pennsylvania, Erdogan will put a member of Mehmet Oz's family next to him at a military parade in Turkey, sending a clear message that I own you.

Alright, my next guest is is very familiar with these kinds of issues. And we want to talk about another very, very serious situation. And we have put this up as an article on our website.
It's entitled Top Secret Recording War Mobilization Meeting of the Southern War Zone of the PLA Guangdong Province in the State of War. I welcome Scott Eulinger. China has declared war, Scott. Right.
Thanks for having me back. Well, I read it, I read it. And I think my interpretation of it is that this is not this is not a declaration of war. But what it is, is it's a meeting of civilian and military authorities to court, like basically to coordinate future actions.
But that in itself is foreboding, because why Why do they have this meeting now? You know, and so, you know, it's China's something I follow pretty closely now. And I think it's a conversation worth having, because especially nowadays, Russia and Ukraine is sucking all the all the air out of the out of the room, right?
And it is. And even though we we we've talked about this before, we sympathize with the Ukrainians against the Russians, etc. However, the Biden administration is definitely using this. And in fact, they have always been very, they have always been very much wanting us to perceive Russia as the primary threat, and not paying attention to China. That's the Biden administration.
But that is not true. China is, is the worst threat by far, because Russia in the end only has an economy the size of Italy, and China has the second largest and some might argue even the first largest economy in the world. And so they are a significant threat. Russia, despite what we're hearing is on the wane. They are fading out, but China is not. Which is why Putin is pursuing what he's pursuing, because he has to pursue Ukraine, he has to get control of the agriculture in Ukraine. He has to get control of Eastern Europe, he has to break the Western hold on Eastern Europe. Because he's drowning, because as you said, they are, they are back in that mode of beginning to fail and implode. And that's why they're having to lock their people up.
So their people don't come out and actually talk about what's really going on. Go ahead. I'm sorry. That's right. That's exactly right. And so we're going to look at China the same kind of way. Now, the problem is, if you look at all the history, you take the 10,000 foot view of history, countries get into problems, wars are started when leaders perceive that they are running out of time.
Whether it's real or not, it's perceived. Putin feels he's running out of time. That may be because of economic problems in Russia, demography.
There are going to be a lot fewer Russians in 20 years than there are right now. Or it could be his own personal health. So when you have a leader under pressure, the DLC is running out of time, there is increased danger. And there are signs that that is also that is very much a potential in China as well. Now, another thing I think our listeners tend to think is that, you know, look, we concentrate on our own problems. And Lord Almighty knows we have a lot of problems. But people have to remember that just because the United States has massive problems does not mean everyone, every other nation does not have massive problems as well. Russia has massive problems and China has massive problems.
Let's talk about a couple of their problems. The Evergrande crisis in China. Now, 40% of the wealth in China, if I'm not mistaken, is based on real estate. But what they're having right now, but you see, people don't invest in stocks.
They don't have 401Ks over there. They invest in real estate. Real estate is imploding in China. And so China is going through a severe economic crisis. This is, of course, you know, the communist party, they do nothing but lie.
They put out all kinds of great economic forecasts. But that is not the truth. There are great economic problems within China. And there always have been.
And every year there are hundreds of demonstrations and thousands of strikes that you never hear about. So that's one thing. So Xi is under a lot of pressure that way. Another thing is that Xi is in power. But unlike Putin, Xi actually has, there is an opposition to Xi within like the Central Committee of the Communist Party.
There are different factions. I forget their names, but there are different factions within the Chinese Party that want to see Xi out. Now, I don't know if they're going to get their wish, but what I'm saying is Xi has to be careful about pleasing a certain constituency, maybe even more than Putin does. And so some of the things he's done that basically Trump called China out. He was alarmed at China, as I have been for many years. And Xi was under a lot of criticism for that because they basically said, look, we have been stealthily preparing to be the world power for a long time. And you kind of pulled the cat out of the bag. And now everyone is kind of on to us.
So there are certainly factions that want to see Xi gone. And so that is a factor. Other things that are going on. China has been building up, they're very paranoid, but they've been building up a lot of food stocks. They've been buying up natural resources all over the world. And they've been warehousing a huge amount of food at this moment. Now, they were preparing for world inflation and things like that. And that's good. But where do we get to the point where they are preparing for some kind of a war?
Now, I don't know. But again, these are like all sides. Another thing that we want to talk about is their nuclear buildup. China is going through a massive nuclear weapons buildup.
That's unprecedented. You're building scores of new missile sites in the Western deserts of China. And so the question, why is that? Well, we have to remember that all of our nuclear treaties are with the Soviet Union slash Russia when the world was basically bilateral. The United States, our whole nuclear force structure is predicated on the size of Russia's arsenal. But if you put Russia with China in terms of the number of nuclear missiles, our strategy starts to break down.
Right. And so this is something that U.S. nuclear planners are going to have to look at very seriously because the possibilities of China and the United States ganging up on the U.S. in the nuclear sphere are or exist. And we have to prepare for that. So all of these things are going on at the same time. Another thing, the continued lockdowns in China. And they seem to make a lot. They don't make a lot of sense to the average person. OK, so think about this.
China successfully exported, probably by accident, COVID-19. And they were not called on. That's certainly going to embolden them.
I don't think I would contend. I'm sorry, Scott, but I would contend that it wasn't necessarily accidental because when you. Oh, yeah, you're right.
I mean, you're right. I mean, it may not be accidental, but the most important thing about that is that no one called them on. Right. Absolutely.
Whether it was an accident or not, no one called them on it. That's showing them the result. And then also. Yeah. And then, sir, also their control of the quote unquote supposed answer, which was remdesivir and and, you know, all the documentation clearly shows that remdesivir actually accelerates the allergic portion and creates more fluid in the lungs. And so we lost a lot of lives and continue to lose lives by the use of a of a drug that China has the main patent on and money is funneling back to China. And and they're the ones that that actually own the rights to to the quote unquote solution to what they released. We're in we're in the music.
So I took it back for a second. Scott's got more for us. There's another part to this relative to China that we'll talk about. And that is their declaration of what they call unrestricted warfare. And I've talked with the Epoch Times representatives, Nan Su and others about that.

He'll be with us here shortly. All right. So here's the deal. We're talking about China. We're talking about the China threat. And, you know, Scott, I mentioned going into the break, unrestricted warfare is a part of what, you know, China is focused on. They have the chips.

Well, so, you know, in a way, a lot of Americans are shocked that like the Germans are so dependent on, let's say, Russian energy. Now, I saw that happening from the very beginning when I was in the CIA over it.
And how come I recognize that as a 30 year old and other people didn't vote because they didn't want to recognize it or they were being paid to not recognize it, et cetera. Right. What I'm saying is that is no different than America's dependence on pharmaceuticals from China, because when the day comes where there is growing conflict with China, we are going to have some real problems, much as the Germans have energy problems.
We may have problems with other things. By the way, the other thing to remember, China does produce chips, but the thing to remember is that Taiwan is the world champion of producing high tech chips. And that is another main reason why China covets Taiwan, because the Chinese constantly steal secrets from the Taiwanese. However, again, the nature of communism, the nature of mad, they don't have the innovation that the capitalist Taiwanese have, so they cannot lead them or the United States in any technologically meaningful way. What they can do is steal an industrial base from you, but they can't innovate. And so that's another reason why they want China, but the bottom line is that the Taiwanese factories are working 24-7, and they cannot satisfy the worldwide demand for chips.
And so that's why you're going to wait a long time to order your F-150, because of the chip problem, exactly. So China is a massive threat to the world's way of life. They're becoming very assertive and bullying in the southwestern Pacific, and a lot of countries are concerned, not just countries like Australia and India and Japan, but other countries, a lot smaller countries like Indonesia or Malaysia or Vietnam. These countries are very concerned about what's happening. And China shows no signs of having learned a lot from, let's say, the Russian conflict in Ukraine. They acknowledge that the Russians have really come up short, but how much has that affected their ultimate plan to eventually invade Taiwan? No one really knows.
Right. Well, and you certainly got the impression that, you know, we got to remember that there were meetings that were taking place between Russia, China, well, Russia, China, Iran, Russia and Iran. Biden has Russia still negotiating with Iran on nukes.
I mean, how stupid is that? But Russia, China, Iran and Turkey, because the meeting between Russia, Iran and China actually happened at the Iranian-Turkish border. And you have to believe that for that to have taken place in that location, Erdogan certainly had to have been aware of it, if not having representation or even being there himself, potentially. And these meetings have been going on. They've been creating this alliance. Erdogan is reported to have said that the joining of them to NATO was his biggest regret. Right.
And it also underlines the problem we were talking about before. Every country is going through tough times right now. There is a leadership vacuum on this planet right now, whether it's the United States, Russia, China or Turkey. All the leaders of the major countries, generally speaking, are a disaster.
There isn't, I can't even think of a single good world leader in like the historical sense. It just isn't. Turkey's got massive problems in and of itself. I have friends who were in the Turkish intel services. They were bounced out years ago because Erdogan kicked out anyone who was who was not, you know, a true blue Muslim.
Right. And so, you know, but they're dealing with the Turks are dealing with, you know, 30 percent inflation a year or worse. I mean, their inflation is positively debilitating. You complain about pumping your gas in the United States.
