But how do we become the secular, democratic, nontheistic, top-down country run by a combination of demagoguery and elitism. I would suggest we examine our history at America's founding. We had been oppressed by a tyrant can claimed he actually spoke for God and claim to divine right monarchy in order to set people free from these kind of desperate leaders. One must reconnect the people with the one who grants all freedom and so preachers in the mid-1700s challenge the Christians in America to decide whom they should serve who was there. King was in a man on a throne across the sea, or was the King of Kings Jesus Christ cannot serve two masters. As the founders fermented in this, they began to see the need to create a new kind of country and nation, a valued life and recognize God is the author who'd been set free to liberty in Christ and to pursue abundant life. Oh these workpieces on a board passed to one and not to another. As John Locke suggested, but rather they were a very part of who being American was a concept only understood through biblical glasses as a blood bought son of God and heir to the promise. So why are Christians so $you see we live in a world filled with sin that is taking a stand called God the enemy. We are children of God, heirs to the promise. Ultimately, then, we understand that sin is the issue and the nature of man. The key then is a confession of faith in God through Jesus Christ and asking for forgiveness of sin. I wanted to talk to you by now. Just looking at this this is on the 11 machine gun nest.com that it said that the title of the article is is a bump. Stockman headed to the Supreme Court after appeals court deadlocks and March 2021. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the pump stocks were not in fact machine guns.

The ruling itself was based on the ATS bump stock regulations not being entitled to Chevron deference and we can get into that and if you know because I I think the late euro what that is. In brief, the gunners America made the case that the bump stock does not meet the legal definition of a machine gun.

The six or more than ruled in favor of the gun owners of America and said that they were not well it looks like after an en bloc session. It is with a single judge or smaller panel.

The Sixth Circuit has held an 88 tie leaving the bump stock than in place and so there are some concerns under the ATF's rare breed firearms for their forced reset trigger turning law-abiding gun owners into felons overnight currently allays the legal foundation for regulating semi automatic firearms under the NFA. Your thoughts rather early experimentation I think is very high probability that it's going to go to court for any number one of the most mostly is that the argument our tractor earlier purely legal, at least the argument the courtroom and whether or not the ATF actually has the authority to do something like what they did for years and years and years of court pump stocks have been legal and generally speaking, that they been legal because Congress itself passed laws regulating machine gun and did not regulate bump stock so machine guns or been interpreted by the ATF as a particular type of weapon arrived recently. Of course, in an effort to. I have some restriction national extranet Second Amendment rights in the Arab alcohol, tobacco, firearms, renewal, indicating that pump stocks fell within the congressional definition of machine gun which out-of-court over the years, America spent millions of dollars on legal bump stock and dad. Then all of a sudden the ATF created a specially created a new crime and that are creating new crime and beyond the authority of any particular euro euro are created by Congress Congress. The only people the back create a crime something that's passed by the house passed by the Senate and then naptime by the president can create a crime you cannot create a crime by rule in the in the beer bureaucracy and of course this is what the and the District Court agreed with the lower court agreed with you what the ATF and then they all jerked Kyle out. You can't do it and then the quality and buying the whole Sixth Circuit got together and voted 882 and track the whole of the ATF ruling and say that the they could.

They had that all is only one way to put this to get resolved and that is by the by the spring court and as you mentioned that the issue really was one of the issues was what they call Chevron deference to the case for a long ago that talks about how the courts can rely upon the expertise of a federal agency when it passes a rule and how it interprets the law and the meaning that it gives the its interpretation to a law passed by Congress. And of course the ATF currently reversed all the interpretation that ever been and that that they are not entitled deference that comes from the case of Chuck and so there's a very high probability that impacted will result in court because the struggle can make billions of Americans criminals all by them all by themselves and they have no authority to that of the party impacted.

This is once again the liberal local codes that have a belief that the execution policy is more important.

Follow it's okay to break off you are executed, and this is followed much of the court system as well because a judge is the order to say that the gap bureaucracy has authority that ambitions at this is the trouble with them to a government agency because it's not our representatives in Congress. Legislating unelected bureaucrats picking up they think are good and this is what that court.

There amateur really dangerous thing of the code well beyond the small initial bump stock and besides all that, one of the ways that that court determine what that would Congress does or doesn't want with the authority of the bureaucracy you what I Congress is taken up the issue in the aftermath of that horrible horrible shooting in Las Vegas. There were a variety of bills introduced regarding bump stock in the Congress and the Congress declined to take no action bump stock. I the back of the Congress declined to take action on that indicate that there was no crib congressional intent to change the definition of bump stock to machine gun and this is where I practice a bad bad situation and it essentially you know then you're talking about potentially impacting all semi automatic weapons than right there. Greg Europe potentially talk about impacting all that throughput actually or potentially talk about anything that any bureaucrat decided that they want to make it illegal across all the help but await the decision in terms of: working ATF. Goes well beyond implications well beyond just that just begun punishing. I have decisions noted throughout impact on how you would interpret the various overreaches in terms of vaccines and mandate the implications of what the Sixth Circuit that is there actually affects probably every element of American life. The authority of an agency that criminalize activity that has previously been legal extremely extremely dangerous precedent that can have an impact across across the country are not huge suggestion and I would suggest court must must close up on the inevitable accuracy appeal is more than likely going to come from gun owners of America.
