Live from the Fox News radio's New York City set up Fox and friends saw America's receptive Brian would kill me think about losing everybody of the right nobody here this Tuesday I come to today from Los Angeles out of Berkeley continue doing part of what makes their great back in studio tomorrow, but don't want to miss a minute of the show we have a good power coming your way. Especially because when you think about with its date today did a lot of time. You will back in the big news stories. Other times, is a collection of stories and news stories. We evolved a pronoun with the bottom of the art standing by any McCarthy at the prison heads up to to mourn with the victims of the Buffalo shooting this 18-year-old are so many red flags in this guy's background, including the fact in 2021, he was talking about a murder suicide and was interviewed by state police. Meanwhile, she is still able to buy a gun and his parents all knew he was off his rocker incredible God seems to me's thoroughly preventable, but let's get to the big three stories you need to know.

Brian's is a three number three title 42 is not an immigration policy. It is not an authority that the Department of Homeland Security holds, but rather it is a public health authority in the hands of the Centers for Disease Control, so they make that decision and then we have to respond accordingly.

Unbelievable.

That is, it may work is just an embarrassment is most severe sin that so I labeled by demonstration was allowed to happen at the border at least 240,000 snuck into our country last month. Title 42 is set to expire which could double that number. This would disqualify him for another term. In my mind and damn still going to get blown away. The midterms primarily because of that tale to tell what writing during the conference Teleprompter. If somebody would accidentally lean on the Teleprompter.

It's going to like anchorman is 23 wow Eli Moss calling out the president and who wouldn't, refusing to play dumb that's I describe the emergence of Elon musk and jet phases can pretend they don't know how bad the bite bunch are on the economy, and for this country as they tee off on the idiotic spending and refused to play the villain or Lord actually buys the midterms approach that it is not absolute but went and ill be able to do it.

One of the candidates.

The doctor that you know is running against David McCormick is a candidate of the Wall Street and essentially walk through the BS and we don't want people that are but a sellout to China.

While he did yield somewhat in China, but no visa sellout to prepare for impact the power from the centerline as many primaries are on the docket today will look at the internal battles. As we look to see if the voters are looking for the best of their party or the best candidate to win in November. So this bring any McCarthy right now Andy there's so much to talk about. First off on on first blush. I want to talk about the dorm report is jury selection is underway really great calm about a political perspective of the weekend but with this Buffalo shooter from what you know right now the fact that this 18-year-old who just got a psychological exam and had red flag with the state police in 2021. Should he be allowed to of gotten a gun and if he was.

Is there a problem Brian. He was obviously a problem but I think you hit on what the big concern is your remark before I came on, which is you don't before we start thinking about what new laws we ought about, especially in New York which is more gun laws than probably any place on planet we go to find out did they enforce the laws that were on the books and did they make full use of them on the basis of the neon flashing signs that this guy was dangerous and again there are laws on the books that are known as red flag laws. I guess the best way to explain this Brian is that we all have constitutional rights right we have free speech as were demonstrating at the moment we have felt the fence right privacy right. There is no right you have the absolute including your right to liberty which the government can take away if you commit a crime and they do process improvement you committed the crime.

So with respect to every one of our rights. They can be restricted on certain situations. The government meets certain tasks, so there is a due process available to cut off somebody's ability to own a firearm, but the state authorities have to do it and what I'd be very interested in here is what the explanation is or the fact that they know they had a threat from this kid was serious enough that he was put on the hospital observation for a day and 1/2, I'd like to know what happened with all that.

What was the follow-up of what they do know before we start In 20 new laws that they cannot see how they did with this one way to do it obviously is less maybe 25 mass shootings from Sandy Hook on down. Maybe it's 50 and you just get a bipartisan counsel, along with a gun.

No gun experts in criminal justice experts and you put together that let study to see if there's some commonalities here see this something we can work on because the minute someone says white supremacist Democrats go there we go presence up in Buffalo you have this this black eye weights white people subacute are the presences tragedy in New York a minute I'm in a rush, Waukesha parade steamrolling innocent people there want to celebrate the holidays.

I can go to Wisconsin because too much of an uproar right away.

We see politics into in tragedy. Why do we accept.

Yes, we really don't Brian the reason that the demographic group alike. What should be and what the Republicans would never underwrite the ability of the Republicans to screw it up. But the reason the Democrats are headed for thrashing in November is because of the blowback from all the stuff when I go around the country.

Brian to tell whether it counterterrorism or politics or whatever people really angry is to tears of justice. For example, they don't mind the idea that somebody hit a police officer at the capital that that person should be prosecuted, but they want evenhanded justice across the board and that's what you're not getting here to the point where now when we talk about terrorism every concept like this happens.

We now have to have charitable there were more than enough laws, federal and state on the books to prosecute people who commit mass murder attack. The only reason they're invoking terrorism is political. It's got nothing to do with law enforcement. We have local law enforcement tools we need on the book deal with these cases what they want to do is have the ability to basically attach the word terrorism to an ideology attach it to this murderer, and by derivatively attached to their political opponents at the game and I think people really angry about.

I really hope you're right, I will move to another area which I hope the country pays attention to the trials opened up and in the dorm for his first trial is now front and center there picking summa picking the jury for Michael Sussman, Michael Sussman is the attorney who cities unaffiliated walking to the FBI and gave what we now know was erroneous information about a trump link to Alpha bank after bank being a Russian bank as this thing begins to unwind. First off on the jury selection people are alarmed that you have Hillary Clinton donors and AOC supporters who are actually eligible for the jury. You don't Brian get 12 people and if Washington would you like the most political town in the country so hopefully the judge that not only don't have jury selection that got a jury actually starting with the opening statements and the evidence probably is worth speaking now, but the jury to my mind is the biggest problem dorm you know indicted two cases right before and then there's the false statement case against the guy E. Gordon Janco gave the affirmation.the if you notice in the den tank did Janco trial.

He indicted that in Virginia because there were things that that Janco did that will in Virginia so we got a choice of where he could bring the case. No choice category at Washington theological statement was in Washington but it's not as I've said before, if the government's lawyer dorm, not a home game for him in Washington so assessments can come in and he's going to produce notes that shows possibly that the FBI knew that he was working for the Clinton campaign as he exonerates himself he could muddy the waters for the FBI.

Can you give me an idea of Sussman's defense materiality and with the requirements of the law awful.

You have to prove that the person not only made a full statement, but that was material and what material means is that if the FBI had known the true facts.

They manhandled the information differently or analyze it differently than someone what's up probably giving up on the idea of trying to prove that he wasn't representing the can think of this too much evidence that he was so what he's trying to do is go after what I've always thought of the soft underbelly of dorms K which is normal.

But the and you know I kind enough to mention I wrote a book about the Russia gate thing and the theory and the reason that that was a story and that it was so outrageous was the idea that the FBI was like an open door for information derogatory about because they had decided the bad guys so you have to ask when they really do, and what would going to try to say is, no matter what I said to the FBI. They knew I represented the Democratic Party. They knew I represented the campaign and it inconceivable that they did anything different on the basis of me telling them I was coming to them not representing anyone. I think dorms answer to that Brian is if that's all true, why did you do it you know she didn't think it would make a difference and obviously I think Sussman obviously knew it would make a difference because what he was trading on. And this is crucially important.

He's not just some guy showed up and said I want to do this for the country was on the patriot. He was a Justice Department cybersecurity lawyer who worked for years with Jim Baker in the Justice Department, so he's coming at them.

Not only is somebody saying he wants to be patriotic and help the Bureau. But if someone who was work was basically exploiting his reputation as someone who cares about the security of the United States because he worked at the Justice Department for so long and with people should understand is that this is about well and attorney work frequencies in legal trouble. This is the beginning of setting up trump for failure at the same time, you bring up what we now know is a fake investigation and then you leak some of this fake investigation to the press and say the FBI is looking into a possible link between trump and Russia and banks in the trump you know that the Trump organization and banks and then you leak that to the press of the press begins. Write the story. The FBI has the story. The CIA walked away from the story and becomes a self self perpetuating story they keep adding layers to it, but there's it stands on a on a a straw. It stands on a house of cards because there is no care. Yeah, I think you make an important point here Brian because the second time and approached the government was in February 2017, by which point trumpeted president for about three weeks already.

So the thing is they continue to push this even after trump was in office, you know, they continue to go get the FISA court telling the FISA court underwrote the young trump might be a point that the nation of Russia. They continue to do that, you know, 891 into his presidency, so this was not just, you're quite right. This is not just the strategy to get Hillary Clinton elected all of that would be immediate objective. It was not only to set up trump failure but but to try to maturity failed and as this happens, the sky distinctly single that's the Russian connection skies in Russia know he's the Brookings Institute.

He states I side he has a Russian name with what she knows some great schoolers. He sits around to her, the people they come up with this information that's hearsay and I give you Chris for stealing their stunned, it still puts it in the dossier they can't believe it's in there and one of the guys Chuck: who has linked back to Russia to the Clinton days when Yelton was present. We thought we could do business over there. He kept to contacts and says wait a second. This is none of this stuff is true you know why you putting this in the dossier Nexium. The dossier is a buzz feed it's on CNN. Every hour MSNBC for 30 minutes and it begins to get a life of its own thing. They loop Sections into thinking the two primitive thinking that he can try this case because he worked on the campaign. We stepped aside income smaller and we lose millions of dollars, and so many lives metaphor in solitary confinement Roger Stone in jail and we see all this happening and it was built on nothing and it all starts year.

That's what you pay attention. Yeah, I'm the one guy you know Brian was credibly investigated by the FBI, potential Russian operative Janco think about it, for God's people, but sort for the dossier was investigated by the FBI in 2011 or so because they had reason to believe that he was actually a clandestine agent of Russia.

So the guy who is the source of all the bulk information that where they try to frame trump the agent of Russia was himself investigated by the FBI to be in a clandestine agent of Russia, and they didn't even go out and interview before they went to the Pfizer court the first time was just unbelievable.

So Andy you will what you think Sussman trial. How many weeks is going to be the first time seeing durum outside that headshot walking at the court final minute will have you see this going. I was impressed that they got a jury in one day.

So I think the judge is to move it along. Not a lot of pull approved the full sweep of the big scheme kind of framework pluralistic in the try to keep him narrowed to the full statement so I think we could be done inside a two week and I think the biggest problem from beginning to end is that Washington jury. That's what I've been really worried about the cases is pretty strong. They were able to get some notes that the Congress was not able to get to the back of this case a look at the evidence and then see where dorm goes from here right that's right you will see, not necessarily better. So there could be more charges is Andy McCarthy. He is all over this and believe me, just as dorm case matters if you're independent if you're moderate.

If you just dialing this in pay attention and go back and returned, and McCarthy Sunday, I hope he'll get you up to date anything so much. Thanks, Brian. 1-866-408-7669 we come back your phone calls and then Allen was double challenging conventional thought, and what is your Brian kill made tasks network and on the next Fox News contributor and editor of the transom.com daily newsletter.

We don't want people that are still out to China. I put in taxes to China. They paid hundreds of billions of dollars. Nobody ever got $0.10 from China until I came along, as is a big believer in what I did and it's very important so he's the wrong candidate McCormick or the wrong time, the wrong place. By Kathy Barnett and member dies and David McCormick were going to the latest poll as today's is the big primary day. According to latest poll are basically in a dead heat that is going to Trafalgar which tends to lean right not to would really actually makes it even more relevant. There will try to replace that to me was retiring.

There were a lot of people in ministration were effective at getting things so this is frustration seems just just do not have liked the drive to just get done about that. My space that's my impression. Elon musk, speaking a lot about the administration and frankly he's fed up he sped up with being vilified being left out of the every time they bring up bring up something the green energy they never invite the guy from Tesla because I didn't like and they don't and they're avoiding up like avoiding Thomas Edison. You might not like it but Mandy when the war happens. I asked Thomas Edison to come up with some ideas Henry Ford to get the best of the best at the time of the generation and you put politics aside and say how do we help year and one guy that really tells me Jeff baize also left a liberal by almost all accounts he's going after the ministration the same way. Elon musk is what's behind that tentacle Allen West to see the economic principle sees the wide open border sees what happens Afghanistan and never been sold on Pres. Biden. So it didn't surprise would not surprise you to hear Kim call them to task, but Col. does it surprise you that Elon musk and Jeff Pazo's is doing grinding good morning to you. You know a life there are certain principles of certain things at work and still too close to equal four. And if your pumping a lot of money into an economy you're going to cause inflationary issues on your economy if you are going to undermine your energy independence and yell cut cut off your nose to spite your face in pursuit of green energy that is really not mature then you going to go a bit, OPEC nations, and so I think the people start a look at this to say this is not just about Republican or Democrat or whatever this is about, says this about doing the things that work and so 16 months ago we were in a position where we saw the things that work with our with our energy without for college and now look at what we are, you know, I watched interview with people to JJ about this baby milk formula today and he said that government does make baby milk will okay but used This plant shutdown from Abbot laboratories when you should allow them to to open back up and go back to producing the baby milk after the government FDA found they were clear, but they didn't do that to which we do is the FDA's in charge yes whistleblower came forward yes was a charges legitimate absolutely. So you do is you get this word in September so right it's a it's a five alarm fire in December is brought to your attention in February by by the Congresswoman from upstate New York. She comes forward to solicit this huge problem and then and it may use it. I've done everything better. Make formula. I am not a mind reader would you do is you lean on the FDA to say with this only for companies here and while you get your act. Cleaned up problems is going to take is to take that long. That's fine will lift restrictions would allow other nations to be able to sell us baby formula that will re-examine why only for companies make it and why they make 40% of the entire market. You know we are 43% down that affects overall baby formula that affects 2.7 million babies in your answer is I'm not a mind reader. Have you ever seen a stabbing of a stupider answer.

No I have not, and it begs the question, you know, are they doing cabinet meetings mother sitting down and having briefings about these things and start to talk about solutions instead of just going from crisis to crisis or looking how they can expand upon a certain crisis, a man yellow presence flying off to Buffalo today to use that to shore for gun control of things that nature when in white supremacy but yet when you have the black gentleman that attacked the subway in New York.

I didn't see anyone run into New York City about that you have the workpiece, Wisconsin, where he drove through the Christmas break to see anybody you know Russian bear, or even the grocery store shooting in Boulder Colorado when they found out he was a Syrian milk I was Russian out there so you know when you start to politicize everything thing you really forget about the fundamental principles and how you want to govern the country not try to rule over it, which I think that's what the left wants to do. Yeah, I think is pretty amazing and was noteworthy. I've always been now. Every Monday I play the more who is calling out those protesters and from Supreme Court justice houses. We talked about the stupidity of disinformation is on her being the worst candidate possible and doesn't make me think that he's going to vote anyway Democratic, but he just is speaking, logic, and that's why think that the worst is over. With this idiocy they were experiencing now, although I'm watching it to get suspended by friend, refusing to use a the right pronoun to a classmate. Things like that make me wonder, but I will. I also think in the big picture. American people are fed up with this though this whole huge transgender Porsche of making everybody intolerant if they're not if they're not second general gender fluid I'm done with it. I think most other people are you Jeff.

They are so yeah yeah because they're suffering you know when you're having to make a decision. The PAL cannot pay bills cannot eat when you're making the decision about cannot fill up my gas tank and cannot take my family on a vacation or 01, so they are tired of the date they don't want to hear anymore about I'm not about this and I can explain what a woman is to Jeff Pazo's is looking what's going on right now he hears it was the billionaires to pay their fair share of the problem is people are paying the taxes to Jeff Pazo's claim comes back with this. He says look a squirrel. This is the White House a statement about my recent tweets. They understandably want to muddy the topic they know inflation hurts the neediest the most, but unions because aren't causing inflation and neither wealthy people remember the ministration tried their best to add another 3.5 trillion to federal spending. They fail, but if they had succeeded.

Inflation will be even higher than it is today and inflation today is that a 40 year high. These guys who clearly have another level of of genius they are going to go down in the history books. Yet when things get tough they are. Blame and I just like the fact that there sticking up for themselves. Even though his Elon musk says he's never voted for Republican to me. That gives me the sense that America is waking up. Waking up and again I would say that the fault lies are becoming less about public and democratics about principles about reason this about the things that work in the things that don't work and the focus of the government and what they should be doing instead of going down it is you talked about chasing critical race theory or cultural Marxism or some of these other very insidious ideologies. So when you looking at a group of people who are focused on Marbach or speak instead of being focused on representative democracy and you are allowing certain individuals to go and protest up the homes of Supreme Court justices, but you now your going to demonize and castigate parents who were talking about their kids to school board meetings with domestic cares for hypocrisy is just so blatant right now and I think that the captains of industry like to Jeff Pazo's likely Elon musk piercing in this thing is you're doing harm to us yet we were trying to build businesses were trying to grow businesses were trying to hire Americans you doing everything that is counterproductive.

To that end, so I'm in California now doing something for Fox nation but still able to do the showing of early Bureau must talk about leaving LA and he said this is the reality yesterday cut 70 done together and said okay and said reasonable start building this factory in California right now he couldn't do it because there are so many regulatory agencies and so many litigators in California that want to stop you from doing anything that even if you're the governor of the state you cannot get it done Was nonflammable surety to the land of of of certain taxes, overregulation and litigation and this is not a good situation and really is going to be like a serious cleaning out of the pipes in California right and in for him to speak up matters.

Gavin Newsom did.

It's easy to bear to vilify the governor, but Schwarzenegger found the same thing to not only could be moved because a democratic state, we could move because the regulations and the environmentalists and that's why people go to Texas and Florida to places you've lived in absolutely and think about in California where you know the whole issue about water distribution, or the whole issue about the fires that there have about their because they refuse to clear the underbrush and me when you are allowing the mob to rule in the mob to set the legislative agenda and we will allow a very left this ideological agenda. The takeover defies common sense.

This is what you get. You get California toward you get New Yorker you get some of these other blue state that a failure to me even look at the covert response when you compare most of your red state. Look at want the center. So what they did in Florida supposed to California or New York.

So these things are become a blatantly obvious and again the captains of industry have to know they have to vote based upon sound economic principles so I just went real quick that you are on the war you know Mary Opal looks like there's 265 is it were left evacuated nobody false info that looks like the Russians are solidifying certain gains in that area. Let me know about the NATO gaining two other nations turkeys protesting sites to get rid of turkey. Having said that Ukraine is ordered to surrender the steel plant which means it was Mary Opal, dozens of e-learning fighters are okay out. So now the Russians have a border area for Crimea stretching all the way across the area so they picked up about 500 miles, so they're able to hold the South but not take the port and take the port area. Do you think the Ukrainian should have as a hope and aspiration to push them out of conceivable one or go for talks now because they have had success in car keys and key well when you think about what Russians do in creating that lamp original course taken those of imports that's going to affect the grain shipments of the gone gone out and that's going to be a second and third order ramification for the rest of the world. Now you may have material you may have these areas.

Now how do you hold how do you sustain them. How do you make sure that you could get support to those people that are there because now you got a fight and insurgency and the Ukrainians are not just going to give up the current is not just going to go away and when you look at the logistical supply lines to go down to southern Ukraine along the coast does a very extended not like how you have.

In eastern Ukraine down by the honest region which is closer to Russia so I think that you know without a doubt Russia want to try the Vladimir Putin what's trying to say here. We've got games, but now you going to be able to hold onto these games and you write turkey.

Just think about toilet a turkey at want is not a friend to the United States of America virtually the yeah and swinging feeling are you spending 2%.

They have great air forces. They understand you last a very good meeting with NATO on regular basis and running exercises so they're going to be an asset. They're not going to be a liability. We don't have to convert their arms or build up their economy. So unlike turkey. They say that they don't like the fact that the Swedes support the Kurds to bed we so we support the Kurds so I'm curious to see how this too takes out Col. Allen West.

By the way, the girls got a brand-new podcast out it is is attainable. It's called steadfast and loyal and where do we get it, you can get it on some of the on my YouTube channel right now expanding out the spot about some of the elders and that it comes out every Thursday evening is about an hour and 1/2 hour 50 minutes. Last week we looked at the issue of legal operation of this went well look at religious liberty got you. Sounds great Col. thanks so much. Thank you Brian God bless right 1-866-408-7669 I'll take you closer we come back crying to me Joe glad to hear your Ryan kill me. The more you listen more, you'll know Ryan kill me. Don't know what the heck is going on. Why is one reason why we cannot be over the menuing to intervene. While some accounts banned with no recourse. Apparently, and the reality is put at this point has very far left bias and I trust myself as a moderate Republican in effect.

I have ordered overwhelmingly for Democrats. Historically, overwhelmingly mature, I never voted for Republican just so it's amazing what you must is done. First off I want to buy Twitter and who crazy you know maybe I should think of back and says by okay I got I got the funding well and inject was a foot great by you want some pause users. We have only 5% much room to go through with it and then he makes that statement and there's no statement that he makes is on intent does have intent to it is try to drive the price down and he also is exposing it. I think there's a billion-dollar penalty if he walks away from this mature billing means as much to him as it would be to you and me, but is he also trying to expose it at the same time and weaken it to the point where if he does not do this deal and they do not come around to his terms about exposing exactly what her bots where active users water users.

Please adjust the price we know it's happened to the market over the last two weeks and she really three weeks and see that maybe clearly watching and looking is going to get it in just a matter of for just going through it and secure the financing in which I think he's done. In principle, but now what's left of it. If you must. Says here you know I do. Then I can come down. I don't believe this many users out there.

I think it's much more than 5% bots. I think it's 40% to walk away. Who wants to be on twitter then who's going to waste their time afterwards got exposed by Leland Moss and they decide what I can expose this information to you, which means intended guilt. Sadly, this ain't their only reason you will prove that there's 5% bots on twitter is because there's more. So you must get total power in the situation so they can have a whole bunch of people quit and then it must walks away. The value was going to plummet in this, all Republicans getting it right out of it is a situation you just what he said. It has a left-wing bias, and I've never he doesn't think ever voted for Republican. We have been saying this from day one, but it doesn't matter in less guys like that come out and do what they do. We see what happening with the spending bill back better is Joe Biden's answer to this economy that is sucking wind not growing. He talked to the jobless. He points to low unemployment is a big plus. We'll talk about that for today is to be huge for the present trump.

I really believe, especially when it comes to to Dr. Oz know how talented Dr. Oz is on his feet. We know how convert it.

How conversational is and how much he has the issues down we know that he is campaign extremely hard.

Not like somebody was a multimillionaire 13 year star on syndicated television. Dave McCormick wanted trumps endorsement he has Tom Teo. He has Sen. Cruz. He has hope fix.

I hear so many people around if McCormick wins trump looks terrible if Barnett wins Trump looks awful in the Republican Party as much as I think Kathy's got tremendous potential. The fact that she's out there with a proud voice in a picture on January 6. Regardless how you feel is devastating and general. Why is New York City fresh office set up Fox and friends in South America is receptive.

Brian would kill me thank you but losing everybody at the right Billy Joe. I've been here.

I'm actually 3000 miles away. Los Angeles but but the nucleus of the staff by Eric Pete and Allison are at 46 Midtown Manhattan you listening to this around the country. I hope and around the world, especially in the Ukraine. This I will be joined by Sen. Tom cotton and Cameron Haynes. If you want to be inspired at the center. Tom cotton is inspirational. Cameron Haynes is the one stop shopping. I mean the name of this book tells it all.

Especially if you're looking for that little on the porch over the top of that spring is here: do or how to work hard outlasting keep hammering forward by Joe Rogan.

So let's get to the big three stories you need to know Ryan is a three number three title 42 is not an immigration policy is not an authority that the Department of Homeland Security holds, but rather it is a public health authority in the hands of the Centers for Disease Control, so they make that decision and then we have to respond accordingly right because of the Republican governors had sued the federal government to stop title IV from being lifted. Title 42 from being lifted all the same time the government is begging for covert aid right, title 42 there because of the pandemic. They're telling us they need money because of the pandemic, but they also tell us we have to lift it because the pandemic is over. Right now it's hard to tell what George Frank telephoned her if somebody would accidentally lead him, lean on the Teleprompter.

It's going to 23 Elon musk, unbelievable, hysterical right refusing to play down that I described emerges Elon musk and jet phasers who can pretend they don't know how bad the Biden bunches on the economy and for the country as they tee off on his idiotic spending and refused to play the villain for him, not an absolute must when and they'll be able to do it. One of the candidates at Dr. that you know is running against David McCormick is a candidate of the Wall Street and eventually Wall Street. We don't want people that are going to sell out to China that is present trump doubly and trickling down with Dr. Oz.

Prepare for impact the power of trump is on the line as the primaries are on the docket today in many key states will then look at the intramural battles was bringing Sen. Tom cotton center.

I didn't see you getting involved much in these anointing of candidates during the primary season.

My correct right now is sometimes always known them in past lives. I especially focus on young veterans running for house races or memorials like to be a young veteran running for help tracing the support that so many of my fellow veterans gave Mesa folks like Mike Gallagher or Dan Crenshaw or Jim Banks helped in their first races. Occasional endorsement in a Senate race. Often times it's when the primary well-settled, or all locked up in Washington state. We have a great candidate to me. :-) Everyone on your gram should know about.

But in these large multi-candidate races.

We have many accomplished and distinguished candidates. I can let the voters of the state working out we have five great people running in Pennsylvania and I wish them all well tonight voters in the Republican primary of spoken in Pennsylvania will be eager campaign for nominee to make sure they keep that seat in the Republican column as well well is also a place like Oregon.

Nobody's talking about the tea brown is so unpopular she's term limited out this 19 Republican candidates. What I mean is just gives you hope that some of the state to sobering up, the Democrats are letting their states fall apart. They really are a chance to win a Torah lecturing them fairly Democratic states because voters are just sick and tired of shutdowns and the restriction of masking requirements may be coming back in New York now read in the news. Brian tired of Democrats lecturing parents about what their kids are learning in school.

Her parents should be involved in school and are sick and tired of the crime and the homelessness you see out Los Angeles on almost every street corner you sought last fall in Virginia. Brian fairly Democratic state these days that elected a Republican governor to stop this madness. Many other states across the country absolutely so I know what's going on.

The Ukraine is kind of starting to divide the Republican party. I want you here would center Haggerty said on Sunday.

I certainly don't have anything Ukraine is want to see the one pumping more in that country were not taken care of on the best thing the Biden can do is stop the war that is waged on American industry would lower prices overall that would take the funding away from his war machine against Ukraine and would like our economy to better here. Biden will not do that. Center center credit usually comes when Crenshaw feels different. Who else doesn't have sticker shock to Vladimir Putin. Vladimir Putin has has a military that's been degraded severely, their morale is extremely low. Their supply chains are in critical condition and now he just is realizing that his opponents. The Ukrainians are going to have basically unlimited amount of resources to continue fighting this war. This is an investment in the severe degradation of our second biggest adversary. The Russian military that will not be able to invade other countries.

After this and destabilize the globe that allows us to do something allows us to focus on our actual biggest adversary, which is China. I'm firmly in the Crenshaw camp in the way he laid out his perfect were not fighting there but we can benefit you in a big way and we can let Europe start defending itself with a bulked up NATO what is where you stand on all sides in your party supported this latest bill, but it is a good example of what happens when Democratic weakness contributes to these foreign policy crises that would not be a worn Ukraine. If Joe Biden had been tougher and stronger with Russia last year and had not conciliate it at every turn and giving them concessions. Now there is a war and it's important that we help Ukraine when that work is make a few points about that bill Brian, first off, a lot of the funding goes to our own military to ensure that our troops have the weapons and munitions they need to protect themselves and ultimately to keep this country safe and free, to say nothing of our partners in Europe and the Western Pacific, especially Taiwan.

Second, what were doing to support Ukraine right now it is very similar to what Ronald Reagan did to support Afghanistan when Russia invaded it in the 1980s. Our country depends on beachheads, enlargements of freedom across the old world.

That's why we have treaty allies like NATO and South Korea and Japan and the Philippines and Taiwan. The last thing America can never tolerate if any adversarial power combining the people and the resources of the territory of the world to use against us here in the New World, especially with modern military and communication technology third and final fate that it's not just one recruitment in Europe is watching the rest the world is watching and most particularly fusion paying is watching what happens in Ukraine and he sees the United States and the West altering after a few months and pressing Ukraine the super peace, while Russian troops are still in Ukrainian soil.

He is much more likely to go for the jugular and Taiwan, which, despite born Ukraine remains the most dangerous flashpoint in the world today so yesterday Russian TV distance columnist gave the damning assessment of Russia's war in Russia to Russians how long it's an hour long and said that the Russians are not doing well. They been isolated around the world. Ukrainians are having success and he mentioned the death and destruction and how poorly they've done this could be the beginning of the end.

Maybe for this guy number one, number two might be to go side. Other people start speaking their minds. When you have so I don't question that the Russian military is not performed up to expectations and I don't think he denies that privately and increasingly, people came in the night publicly in Russia. His rhetoric from late February to his military objectives now have a vast mismatch and at best. I may be able to fight to a stalemate in eastern Ukraine and try to consolidate the hole in the territory I have. I don't think Ukrainians will ever except that even if the Ukraine government were pressured by Washington in Roman Berlin and Paris to take such a settlement. Ukrainians living under Russian rule would take that we've seen what happens in areas that Russia sees and then relinquished after the Ukrainian Army drove the male and the Ukrainian people living in places like Her Marriott Ball Are Done after Lujan's Are Not Going to Be Satisfied and Not Going to Accept in the Long Run, Living under Russian Control. So I Think Right Now You Have a Battle That's Going on in the East That Although It May Have Been a Stalemate at the Moment Could Turn into a Decisive Ukrainian Victory in and I Would Send It to Find That Victory Very Simply No More Russian Troops on Ukrainian Soil and That Would Be Did. That Means You Don't Enter into Talks and Secretary Defenses. It's Time for Truths so I Would Say This, Brian. So, Submit Not I Thought You Would Also Not Joe Biden Can Speak for the Ukrainian People May Have a President That Pres. Can Leave the Country and Make the Decisions That He Thinks It in His Country's Best Interest If at Some Point He Decides to Pursue Settlement Negotiations That Are Different Than What You Are.

I Would Propose That Is His Prerogative As the Leader of the Sovereign State.

What We Should Not Do, Which I Worry Some Western Leaders Are Thinking about Doing Is Beginning to Put Political Pressure on Pres. Zelinski to Super Peace and Cut a Bad Deal. While He Still Has Momentum on the Battlefield and I Really Hope We Don't Get to the Point Where We Are Refusing to Provide Them the Armor They Need to Defend Themselves, Not to Conduct Wars of Aggression, but to Defend Their Own Territory. For More Aggression As a Way to Put Pressure on the Super Pace Incredulously Fighting Wards in the Infantry, You Understand What War Brings A Lot Of Horror, but without It. Kill Me Show You Think the Family Going to Give You One Coming up Right Now Podcast Host Backcountry 1200 Randy Buckled Endure Work Ct. outlasting keep hammering Cameron work with Brian. Kill me. Thank you Cameron. Describe what you do what I do is I take my bow and arrow going to the mall and I try to kill an animal that works out agreed to meet Homan.

My family really you don't want to shop now like a good beefsteak but if I can avoid it, and we just survive on solely what I kill wild game meat in the mountain so that is what I do and will. That's all you do. I mean, you also mean you basically train with ultramarathon every day for you. Seems like a physical test and that's why you have the book endure. If people do not have the the the low pulse rate. Did you have in the gumption that you've displayed. Can they benefit from this book is not really about bow hunting hunting book knowledge about. I was a small town kid who didn't really have any direction didn't have much gone good grades or scholarships or simulate athlete.

I was working a lot back, I lived out West in Oregon and logging is the industry out there about one of your choker center which means your work in the wood didn't timber out on it to the mill and through bow hunting this journey has taken me to her now here we are on your show time out of book about how to navigate life, with the chips all the chips down and everything seemingly against you and it doesn't doesn't mean that your destiny is sealed you can do what ever you want and you grew up, was described dropping divorced parents not easy right you did not have the high self-esteem. No, I didn't have much confidence you know my dad was around their divorce was pretty young stepdad issues about no kid relaxed stepdad like her. I didn't help the kid to raise either way, but yeah just knows a hard time but no true adversity. We are become resilient that's happened to me and I just learned how to not, I did need support is needed to chase my dreams stay focused. Eliminate distractions like alcohol, which you not struggle to for a while like my life down stepdad but no if you stay on the course. Over time you can make impact make this a better world.

When you go from there to looking for direction to somebody that this ultra focus.

I think that the biggest thing was what I had some myself on my son Tanner was born still in my 20s I was young I have three kids, but I was like the time. It's one thing to be a loser going out drink on the weekends and being aimless another thing to be a loser dad because now you're impacting somebody else's summary looks at you looked up you looking for guidance. Now that you're a loser and doing that I that was hard for me to stomach. So that was.

I still struggle I still had ups and downs.

But that was really the kickstart I need to get more focused and just be an example and so you went from okay you better example then you took it to the another level. What did you start testing yourself mentally and physically doing yeah just been a journey. The whole time.

You know I I wrote the other day on my social media site is walk in it seem like your life, and my eyes were down the ground.

Also, your eyes raised up like haters in my world was a very big amount looked at the horizon, the mountain tops just literally and figuratively on my well I'll I want to be as bow hunter on how this endurance. What if I get goaded the rugged most rugged mountains have the most endurance and Ron and Bill to do whatever I wanted confidence so that journey I started training for that. So like everybody through the 5K and 10K marathon 50 K which 30 miles then you go up to 100 mile ultramarathon race.

I didn't even know people. Why did that in 2009 and now you know I've done a 240 mile race and so as you go through this and you learn more about your body and what you're capable of and that mindset shares and you want to continue to test your limits and see the shackles on your whole life in your and you realize they were self-imposed. And now you're now I look for the most elite athletes I want to train with them to take something from them that that can help me help my journey led me to Olympians UFC championship fighters David Goggins what one of the baddest man on the planet.

Yet all these incredible people just from that kid from a small all-you-can-eat community shooting a bow and arrow to all this and like to say if I can do it anyone can have any any advantage. You see, your diet will you be you know what you go through how you train I'm reading Abbate Roosevelt right now and he grew up simply kid who got beat up a lot and he said I naturally got scared. But I taught myself to not be scared over and over again. I kept practicing, not being scared to the point where he's fighting a war and not afraid to lead an army into battle because you can learn bravery you can learn courage. You can learn endurance you. Do you believe that obviously that way wrote the book. That's what you do what you do. I have at least one quote like 10. Set the example for somebody man, and I knew others bringing in your capable. Your destiny is in your hands. I mean, you don't have to be what you've always been. You can change have proof of that, and let me do some incredible people at night. I love learning from their journey.

Also sweatshirt come about in the book but what it what a special time to be alive to go to reach and we can talk and talk about this and maybe impact others along the way I know to select a blessed time so we can retains a guest's book is out golden door had to work hard outlasting keep hammering when you quote is interesting as is I you say I like working out of that out of that house. It's like a warm comfortable house really no reason to leave except I don't think anything great happens being warm and comfortable. So you have to put yourself in uncomfortable situation to feel alive. A lot of people try to run from stress eagerly seek a dog picture of the beach from heaven to Corona on a lounge chair and say that's the goal for me.

I could never be the goal, because you have to be moving in a certain direction and I believe that we need a degree of stress in her life do you do you feel the same way yeah I'm not prepared.

Rogue and I talked about yesterday that you go through anything you put yourself in the first condition you train your body, mind, how to how to adapt and how to overcome it. So if you can run $100,000. What is regular every day things that happened that seem like a big deal, but in the grand scheme of things are people thought out proportion because her life is been so comfortable but you learn because of put himself in his heart situation that all the little things you been getting worked up about it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter.

No big deal just about perspective and that's why that quote where I was leaving the house at 245. I like that I like running by through the neighborhood like looking at all these houses are dark. The people in their warm interesting I'm out there grinding like that feeling knowing that I don't have to do this and they they are doing it just gives me confidence that like not sacrificing more. That's one you achieve these goals and to meet a good example of running by when I should be sleeping out in the rain hopefully) you would be better be good and just feel so much power to do it and a lot of people still had to get started. You know, do you think the Nancy Robbins book and start jotting down the what he's doing or what somebody else in your life is doing, who modeled your behavior. Do you remember it mostly. No, I don't really remember that most of it I just sick of feeling how I was. I just didn't like it is you know you wake up and what what my doing what you know. I go to work go pick up some beer on the way home and out this life and art felt so unfulfilling. So one day.

Once I started seeing what people are doing it. The high achievers to change that perspective changed how I the lens through which I looked at the world and then things just kind of self realization just feeling good about myself wanting to change to people looking right now to listen. I don't have the athletic ability or the little bit older, or they just have to be at the bad knees bent, shoulders, whatever it is, physically, then I can be able to do this.

This book is not just about how physically to go bow hunting or become a lumberjack right.

This book is about a mindset so for the pedestrian out there with somewhat of an doesn't have the iron will, that you and maybe Joe Rogan have who wrote the forward to your book to some little things that you do right now to start getting in the right direction.

I've also heard things it whatever you want to do.

It takes about two and half weeks become routine. So there is like a step-by-step you give somebody right now driving in their car they want to begin to change.

I figured it out the door. Once you leave that house to the door you walk.

Everything changes that fresh air on your face with maybe the rain on your head. Who knows what it outside your our bodies are meant to move were built to move a bill for endurance. You know, we might know I wasn't there either. At one time so I understand it might not feel like it, but just get outside and start the journey in and make it a routine just like everything you do everyday routine. In getting outside and walked around the block a few times into that routine and then pretty soon you be going faster so you go a little longer and cover more distance and maybe you'll be jog everyone so I'll start a walk in the street talking the whole time. Still not fast but my recovery more business. Right now you're coming a mile maybe just goes from there that's how I started there was II did short races were. I didn't know if I can finish I quit races before short races that I lack that now but I've been there. I know it takes. You have to get up and start moving make steady improvement each day right and what is failure look like in and how do you judge your success for the new person for me. Review all for me. I feel like it achieved more than I deserve.

I mean, it feels like I'm playing with house money so I'm I did. I don't really deserve to be here. I don't deserve to be talking you so I'm just like, take advantage of this. I've had friends and family who are no longer with us and I I'm living my life to honor their memory and just kind of take each day because I guess that I shouldn't be here. I should be doing this. I shouldn't have people listening to me and wanting advice, but I do so you take advantage of it and make sure my lectures, while what is success look like you just going at it every day for meaning in do you do you have certain days. We do you know what I spelled you know there's I guess it's different degrees of success. So yeah. Sundays might be a small success like maybe getting all about that wanted or maybe I only lifted I did wrong or something, but dwelling on I failed. I just a lot today just one a little less you know I made it. What was the big window wasn't running a marathon anything like that but you just build on whatever momentum did make a move from a positive direction and yeah I mean you can say you can dwell on whatever you want to give you positive or negative and positive and lastly you three kids they did not have to maybe going to grow up in the turbulent life you had that ends up being your motivation, perhaps right did they have you will will today have your endurance track. My kids are better at everything. I am in no they didn't. And I struggle the parents tried my new life was a challenge. It felt to me like competition and I was a little worried about it because you know what my child was rough. It also made me who I am thankful for what I had to go through in mind, I knew my kids want to have that. So I introduce them to more structure challenges to give them a call and just so they were comfortable. The time so they both ran half marathons in there for you both run marathons. My my younger son he broke David Goggin. Just pull up record that David did 4032. My son did 4117 hours and my older son is in the Army Ranger and tough kids and they know I exposed him to challenge and what it meant to push through and you know what life kind of depression the life you put on you. I tried to do that more structured and sometimes I wondered if I screwed up and I was too hard on him but you know we do the best we can. I just know I wasn't. It wasn't a negative alcoholism type exposure to them, so it feels like it worked.

I know I'm very proud of them. I think the and my daughter's Jesus marks on the family so I don't push her like the boy but she pushes another way, academics, and I could be more proud like that they're better at everything I am. I'm very proud and another reason to get the book is people always want clues to get better. That's what your books about always trying to find a better way to the blue people to do things better than me doing and how can I model that behavior indoor how to work hard outlasting keep hammering Karen Haynes, graduations, and all your success. Thank you very much. Thank you for the time you got it best to lock 1-866-408-7669 back with your call. Just of the brain to meet you like you're with Brian until made breaking news unique opinions.

All Brian kill me show back everybody one thing I can tell you there is 2.7 babies out there to give formula to see Dr. we usually have 43% 43% of the matter who you know I don't really I haven't heard anybody effectively say how to make this formula at home.

It's about Abbott labs and Abbott labs has 40% of the entire market for companies control almost hundred percent of the market and we took forever to go Into other countries and now the FDA is ready to green like the Abbott labs over in over in Michigan and then open it up again so I do not know so much about the FDA two years ago before the pandemic and other form EFT after FDA director Scott Gottlieb talked about with the problem is at the FDA.

He did this on Sunday was that whistleblower reports headset head of the office of criminal investigations FDA so does appear to be a sophisticated whistleblower. Remember this division FDA is nine people even fewer people. When I was there, it's grown in recent years, and we made some budget requests increase the size that groups the entire industry in this country is overseen by nine people. This is been in under resourced part of the agency for very long time. That's contributing I think to these challenges, the agencies facing trying to exert more vigorous and more efficient oversight. No kidding and that's why it's taking forever in the present commencing and not a mind reader and the Sprint Sec. saying we've been working on this 24 seven is just a flat number wanted ignorance present again at a touch and number two first staff is not due is 24 seven so that would people to judge as ridiculous comments on Sunday when he was finally pressed on face the nation.

Daniel real quick, Arizona hey Daniel, good morning. Brian, thanks for your time today from I will want to speak to why that psycho had his weapons and armor and I really want. I want to get it down to a back story.

That's a bigger picture strength of the United States as well. Yeah, there's a big deficit in New York State in their talking about the funding, the police, it all really down to writing laws that are that are enforced effective laws are enforced create the scofflaw environment within the state. I lived there for 35 years.

He was armored because the work is legislated itself in the long yes oh well.

I love you like a drill down even further when the state of the state police are talking. What did he say that got him out of the temple he will be okay is clearly was Fox News radio Studio City New York City you opinions and facts with a positive answer.

Brian kill me being here buddy Frank Joe 184087669, had heard around the country and around the world this out to be joined what was going to get a perspective on what the FBI no and as well as a perspective where we are the world challenges straightahead big picture anybody with more international context.

Karen and Ian Bremmer's got a book to back it up really interesting and readable. It's not for the Harvard scholar thrusts so I hope I think you can enjoy that conversation so let's get to the big three stories you need to know Brian's three sponsored by life facts save a life in a choking emergency visit life back down there to learn more and use code BK tend to save 10% number three title 42 is not an immigration policy. It is not an authority that the Department of Homeland Security holds, but rather it is a public health authority in the hands of the Centers for Disease Control, so they make that decision and then we have to respond accordingly. Yeah this is unbelievable on me may work.

This is such an embarrassment is released to hundred and 17,987 people just this month into our country, releasing to the US removed to hundred and 13,000 claims expelled 96,000 at title 93.

Thank goodness Republican governors are suing to keep it in place of the title 42.

Hopefully they win that case. If not, May 23, all hell breaks loose in our southern border. Even more worse. It is right now. Tell what joy Frank Hunter if somebody would accidentally lean on the Teleprompter.

It's going to like anchorman is 23.

Refusing to play dumb that's I describe the emergent below must get phasers who can pretend they don't know how bad the bite and punch are on the economy in the country and they tee off on the idiotic spending and they do not want to be the villains in this mess and they keep saying the billionaires have to pay their fair share of the month it's an absolute must when and if we able to do it. One of the candidate that Dr. eyes that you know is running against David McCormick is a candidate of the Wall Street and eventually walked the instant we don't want people that are still out to China prepare for impact the power of trumpets on the line is many primaries on the dock and he endorsed a lot of candidate they don't have layoffs look at the intramural battles as we see it and what it means for trump in the force these candidates in November will people pick the best candidate or they pick the one that's got to be most effective, and have the best chance against Democrats or the Democrats against Republicans Fetterman, for example, is going to get the Democratic nomination. Prior to his stroke in Pennsylvania. However, they lifted, they lifted Connor Laman thought to some moderate he's very similar to pet to me. Maybe they could sneak and grab that seed away. Maybe hold on to the Senate which is 50-50 but with the vice president goes 5150 obviously so trump is all in for Dr. eyes doing Robo calls he called into his rally yesterday, Dave McCormick, Laura Ingram was just on Fox and friends member Oz was with us last night and he was on with Sean Hannity last night got one.

This is why Pennsylvania's unifying behind me while get a win tomorrow. I have fought for Americans against powerful insiders my entire career, most recently during a covert shutdown which we did together during the pandemic. I fought against the mandates that made no sense you and I got a lot of flak for arguing school shouldn't be closed as I went out to be fired. Is he Actively stop us from talking about these things.

That's a refrain that resonates with a lot of conservatives here in Pennsylvania. Well that's what he hopes and he has about three or four point lead or sometimes a two-point lead. Kathy Barnett moved up rapidly in everyday something else comes out about her some tweets about Muslim some tweets about Pres. Obama tweets that she said she went back to any contact about an adjunct professorship did is not listed anywhere that she said she was in and then her picture turned up with the proud boys on January 6 Sean Hannity tee off on that on television last night and Fred bear inquired about a cut five the pictures to show you next to them.

I was walking outside of my friends and family scenario selling season this information in order to suppress my action from the right very hard to be who I am to be where I am right now and just to clarify, you didn't go into the capital a day. I pray my present walk on the back while you go.

The other big story is who who's going after Pres. Biden because he been so ineffective.

Please tell me one area which is actually ahead of the game. Everything from happening, cranes got a phone 72 hours to Afghanistan. It was impossible to leave without without smoothly. We know he defied all his generals, and Jake Silva never even conferred with our allies never even told NATO how we will point out they defined from news reports so assist disaster on disaster. He's always been related to the point we Democrats are looking past Joe Biden Simone Sanders who left the vice president's office because it's terrible, is a former advisor to Harris now has her on her own show on MSNBC and said this on the New York Times podcast about those who want by now, cut seven I think it is the current president of United States of America got a lot of things that he wants my fair election.

I think members of his party that are whispering in the shadows and on and on background and off the record to journalists. I came on and you don't think the presidency ran for election, put your name on it. They are about to but it doesn't do anybody any good to do it right before the midterms but I thought is so interesting is they keep taking aim. This is Elizabeth Warren and Pres. Biden and the the press secretary taking aim at billionaires who don't pay their fair share. They got the oil and got gas companies that are hoarding their profits is a strawman argument.

It's ineffective and divisive. It doesn't address the problem. What I love Jeff phases.

I don't know but I am in all the success in his vision how we left a successful franchise, successful careers, vice president of Wall Street and said I get this idea one out West and started Amazon and we all know Amazon's were the biggest most successful companies on the planet.

A lot of people hated him because he owns, Washington Post and tees off on Republicans through lot of people think is newspaper. I don't know that for sure.

But having said that, is it safe to say he's not a lefty so he's fighting back in a region what he said in Elon musk again in the eye of the storm on everything when it comes to buying Twitter and then speaking out not being invited to the White House despite him having the greenest car in the most effective electric car electrically driven core in the country that is going to be and I think is now affordable for upper-middle-class and coming down rapidly usually said yesterday on the all in podcast eight is mistress just doesn't seem to get a lot done and you know whatever frustration living from side. I bet there were a lot of people in ministration were effective at getting things done so. This is frustration seems just just do not have liked the drive to just get done better.

That's my space that's my impression, and your pricing was 100% correct because they don't they want to blame Joe mansion not ask people to do things that get China in line when they get China on the phone, they don't estimate do anything Vladimir Putin all those out pushes to get him not to invade did not work to build back better. It fails you have a bipartisan deal.

You sit on it for six months you tell everyone it's okay to go out incomes of the variant you not ready for it. You don't have enough test. What are they doing, they are always late cut nine tell what your friends telephoned her the pastor powers the past. The total number what is the telephoned so I feel like if somebody would accidentally lean on the Teleprompter. It's going to like anchorman is 23 and when he is off the prompter gets himself in trouble because that in there with their answer is to keep away from everything I'm watching in Buffalo and his wife looked so nervous. He's going to say something. She's like pulling them everywhere with a doesn't want to be around the judge other people's relationships with people had no problem judging Monia and Pres. Trump but she's never with them when she's with them. She shouting instructions at him like he's a child and that's a guy in charge of our country who seems to be alone almost all the time so we might meet about Jeff phases so Jeff phases. They keep saying and calling out doesn't pay any taxes that's just not true. Listen, if there's a way for billionaires to pay that to not pay themselves $100,000 and just buy a yacht by taking out a loan on their companies. We know that happens I am not going to go to bat for billionaires, but I am in awe of what they do the jobs they generate. In the with the do for our economy, which makes us different. We have to be able to let entrepreneurs be entrepreneurs let them win. Let them lose train others to follow in their footsteps. So Jeff Pazo's gets vilified because the present United States keeps on saying you gotta pay your fair share uses look at look at squirrel. This is a White House statement about my recent tweets. They understandably want to muddy the topic they know inflation hurts the neediest, most unions aren't causing inflation.

Wealthy people are causing inflation over the administration tried to add 3.5 trillion to spending they fail. But if they had succeeded inflation would be even higher.

He believes it to 40 are high because of the spending and Pazo said flat out that Joe mansion saved his administration by not letting them do it. In fact he said this yesterday. He said Pazo's buyback and referencing the Department of formant securities disinformation board. He said the newly created disinformation board to review this tweet and was the aboveboard saying bring to bring down if that was above it was this tweet you want to bring down inflation. Let's make sure the wealthiest corporations pay their fair share. That said, Pazo's office.

I do know how much I'm paying by the employees. I have other places I rent by the what I do through commerce for my drivers on down that's repays it. He doesn't pay at his own personal wealth. Perhaps they found a way around that you want to address that. It's not good to come from Joe Biden's tax genius. Trust me, 1-866-408-7669 we come back we go inside the door. Report how much the FBI knew and didn't know what it means for the court trial that's going on right now, the jury's been been picked, and there is testimony on Michael Sussman happening today don't your knowledge base Brian show the fastest three hours in radio you're trying to kill me when he was at Susquehanna high school and cockle in his post-graduation project was murder suicide safely respond to a facility. I'm not sure if it was a mental health half their and obviously they go to show the lack of resources that not only New York State has the entire nation as for mental health facilities in the fact that he was important on a mix list. The gun dealer lawfully sold the firearm to this gentleman and slip through the cracks and I can understand the anger from family members because you know that's unacceptable.

Everything stopped in 2020 when he was interviewed for his mental health preferred murder suicide thought thought patterns. He was let out parents didn't do anything, much as scouting missions up to 12 hours trips up to Buffalo this 18 and to be a mass killer John Ya John Yana really joined is now retired FBI guide member, the executive staff the FBI's cyber division, John, when you hear this from what we know so for where was the ball dropped that allow this kilo Hill Brian ball drop in a couple places.

First of all I was evaluated putting a psychiatric hospital.

There should've been some notification putting the system that prevented him from buying the legally gun store owner due to his due diligence and sold weapon because there was no record of anybody who's been in a psychiatric hospital. Time and especially so recently should not be able to purchase weapons. Likewise, this guy was posting stuff right up until this event happened all of that is out there clearly seen by people in social media yet people need to pick up the phone and call law enforcement may not be enough to arrest him based on that, but there could've been intervention. He could've been contacted etc. and you never know what that might have prevented he's doing it with the families probably do your first line of defense and they seem powerless or disinterested. From what we know so far right. The reality is you've got kids, and even if there are already 18 adults are still your kids. You gotta be on top of what's going on. You cannot be proactive.

Most parents today want to know what the kids are doing, and especially when it comes to social media. If you're not looking at that not keeping Your not continuing to guide and direct your children, your being, romance, and this is something that how could you not know what's happening with your child, especially after having been in a hospital for psychiatric evaluation right now yeah mean and that that's the ramifications that you let your to go.

He becomes a killer and spend the rest of his life in prison in your name solely forever, so let me right or right or wrong John you really are gas so Jon, I got a bring to the dorm report how interested are you and what's going on with Michael Sussman right now in capital. This is been a long time in coming. One thing about the storm is.

He has been slow, but thorough. I think the facts are very clear based on what's been released. The question of course is going to be your trying this case and what is generally a very democratic jurisdiction which going to have jurors who are Democrats to be people willing to convict, but I think the facts speak for themselves. So do you believe the FBI was really in the dark to Michael Sussman, walked in there and says they were buddies Jim Baker for years tell you I'm concerned, is an American that this were Russia out the bank is communicating with Trump organization.

This guy could be present. I do really believe the FBI just accepted that at face value and started an investigation will remember there's a lot of issues that need to be addressed here.

First of all, was interviewed by an FBI attorney, not an FBI agent. I think most agents would've slow Constance and asked him serious questions as are the typical agent you see working those of the guys were not political. It's been the administration and leaders in the Bureau that change of direction. The FBI why an FBI attorney will take this one and I'll do this interview was in fact the person that was contacted what the procedure is you bring an agent you happy can sit down. You don't and an attorney is not a sworn agent should not be sitting down and conducting an right difference. Anything you know that Baker knows that some vacancies I get an agent in here not really an investigator, but instead he gets launched and then think it's leaked to the press and they do the circular story investigation FBI wondering got information. Next thing you know where we got we got the mullah report Muller investigation.

My point that the system did not operate as it's close to as it is nine and the responsibility for that aligns with the FBI attorney who broke protocol didn't have agency being knew the subject and was friendly with the subject. That's another reason. If you're a friend of mine you want to come in the office and give me a statement I don't want to be influenced because you're my friend Mike Morgan agents to do the investigation is disorderly conduct had a spotty terrorist John Yana really retired FBI executive staff.

The cyber division. Thanks so much John for talking again, thank you, Brian E Bremmer next talkshow that's getting your strategic failure for Russia and Ukraine was contained and also have the resolve to respond look what's happened was expanding, with one in Sweden overwhelming population poles in those countries are supporting joining NATO NATO was strengthened as a result of it, not just expanding and Russia has 40,000 US NATO troops in Eastern Europe and NATO countries that were not there prides an invasion.

So yes, a major turnaround NATO for sure that his general jacking yesterday talking about things on the ground. You know he's he he does that that ISW, the international study of war, and he puts together a great analysis on a daily basis on what's happening maybe two or three times a day I E Bremmer also over the world. What it means. And so far we would say that's a positive for the West overwhelmingly NATO even to present the racial group and author of a brand-new book this week. It's out the power crisis out three threats in our response will change the world first lien on what's happening with NATO.

There might be something there must be sent there might be sand in the gears.

Turkey says I don't know if I want to except those two countries was that going Foreign Minister came out at the same time and said that this is not final and that there's a way we can work together. He didn't say no. He said I'm not comfortable with it. I'm not positive but yet which is which is assigned for Turkey's economy is falling apart and they want to use this as leverage to get some goodies from the Swedes from defendant and from the other NATO countries, and I suspect quite confident that this will not be an issue. By the time the NATO allies all meet at the Madrid Summit with the need to confirm this outcome and and did you ever you agree to predicting where were going and where the trends aren't seen the long form. That's a lot about your books about but when you have Sweden and Finland. These are two huge assets to NATO correct.

I may not huge economies but they spent a lot of the military that hairnets that very multilateral and orientation, and of course in terms of Finland you get a massive land border with Russia itself. Your general at the beginning of this segment made very clear. This has been a massive own goal huge geopolitical miscalculation by prudent and as a consequence of that. This is precisely a crisis that the West is using to make NATO stronger to enlarge it to make you stronger and more committed to their own defense and and also even to get Democrats and Republicans in the United States to agree on something Nancy Pelosi go that the key has been expressed as all that support Ukraine Mitch McConnell that the same damn thing.

A week later.

I mean seriously because of it, that the West, taking advantage of a crisis that is on the global stage. So we see this general speak out for things defense minister speak out over an hour and break down brushes being isolated how they failed in the field have the military has not added up Ukraine is fought in the gains. The minimal gains they have made, what does that mean the big picture. When the Russians on state news get the real facts. Well, I mean it was very interesting to see that there was a member of Russia one state television actually saying how badly this is going in a part of it is that Newton and the Kremlin are trying to prepare the Russian population for what will be longer.

What will be a lot of young Russian men coming back in body bags and then not appear to give up any time soon but I want to be clear, the isolation of Russia from the West, not from everyone in the world not from China, not in the developing world is permanent. The freezing of their assets the end of their ability to export energy which is getting tighter every day.

The freezing out of their oligarchs and and you know it's not it's not as if China doesn't matter.

Of course China matters. But when you look at Russia's population you look at the infrastructural nuclear trade. It's all oriented towards the west of the country is going towards your so the fact that she 20 country has basically been forcibly decoupled from from the wealthy economies of the world is unprecedented since the G 20 was established really, really big problem and I believe it when we saw Europe. I only started legal when I saw Europe started to wean themselves off natural gas and oil in the Russians in aid inexplicably started with Bulgaria and Poland saying he will win and start to cut you off in Germany. Your next that's forced Italy to go to Algeria and other countries and UAE guys had a white how I said how do I fill the gap when the Russians cut me off, so all the things that we been asking to do bro, you know, obviously the Trump was one of the most vociferous and say why are you using Russian oil and gas you can't depend on them while we tried to defend you.

You see what they're doing and Georgie Sousa doing Ukraine and yet you still depend on them that they're cutting them off something myself this might be prudent. No, that he these are his best customers and that is his best source of revenue. Yeah, I mean of course it's been decades now, whether with Europeans have increasingly not paid attention to their own national security not paid for their own defense. Very happy with the US provided NATO umbrella and said well you know energy is cheaper from Russia. Let's just do that and you're right. Pres. Trump was deeply skeptical. He pushed the Germans in particular, very hard, and Angela Merkel basically said no were not going to deal with is now that Russia has invaded Ukraine the Europeans are taking the cost they are providing the sacrifice we asked them to take on more for how many generate for decades now and now they're doing. They're the ones that are to be spending a lot more for their economies and the Americans are to help sell them no more LNG. For example, they're the ones that Germany's coupling their defense bed and we should applaud it's late. But we should applaud the fact that the Europeans are sacrificing and the Europeans will end up not only as better allies. We will have a stronger transatlantic alliance and a stronger alliance. It isn't just about the transatlantic. We talked about pivoting to Asia and if that means we don't care about Europe anymore. This NATO summit happening in Madrid where inviting our Asian allies to come there coming to so this is actually the beginning of greater integration of all of the wealthy countries in the world that share fundamental values insisted I can't overstate how important you see what you do is a you get a set of play-by-play is a look at the big picture. This is where we were. This is where were going. This is what you should worry about this is what you should not worry about leads us to China and would your book is about. I got through a lot of it is obviously it's well-liked about it too is this is the general public. Your book is not written well for this Harvard professor whose Five people who matches or her intellect. This is written for something even I can understand you.) Christ has three threats in our response will change the world and you talk about the China threat which I brought up Josh Rogan yesterday and I think you respect is reporting specificity left without with China and here's what he said we have to keep our foot on the neck of the Chinese Communist Party so that they can help the Russians as we try to fight the Russians and the one thing that is hundred percent for sure. And this is what I wrote about last week is that cheating thing.

Look at Ukraine and he says okay I'm not to make the same mistakes in Taiwan and that's what we really should be scared about because it in a year or two years or three years.

Whenever he makes his attempt and he will make an attempt to make the same prudent mistakes he's going to have more defenses against our sanctions. He's going to have more force to bring to bear against the Taiwanese and we better get ready for that, we better get ready for that quick I assume you sign onto that, Josh. I like Josh were friends we talk Paramount. I think that the Chinese are watching this crisis very closely and they are learning that pay the West responded a lot more strongly and we will respect paid the Russians really don't have the military capabilities. Maybe we don't. I call it the Chinese have been engaged in a lot of fighting and training on the ground so I think it makes a more cautious about Taiwan or something else I want to say you'll remember.

On February 4 when Putin traveled to Beijing to announce this friendship without benefits which she should pay and I was 20 days before the invasion of Ukraine.

What's been a couple months since this failed invasion of Ukraine and I'll tell you that friendship without limits also looks like it the friendship without benefits.

When the Americans told the Chinese don't you dare break our sanctions. Don't you dare provide military support for the Russians because there will be a cost to you.

There will be consequences. They haven't done it.

I haven't stopping buying oil. They haven't stepped up at all. They haven't started like trying to invest more in Russia to pick up their economy, despite the fact that is desperate for a haven't provided spare parts and supports Russia's military and the reason for that is because the Chinese understand the Russian economies want their shot and they need to keep doing business with the Americans and Europeans.

They don't want to be lumped or tarred with the same brush.

And when she's in pain is talking to Schultz, the German Chancellor last week, and micron. The French credit he saying don't look like Russia like we want to cease fire.

We we want to be constructive with you got. I'm not think we should trust the training at all what I'm trying to say is that this strong unified response by NATO and by the Japanese in the South.

The Australian that's what the Chinese are paying attention to and that's why the Chinese in their actions have been much less aligned with the Russians in the last couple of months than you would've expected that be back when Putin invades Ukraine.

He thinks the West is to be feckless and completely uncoordinated and that he's going to be sitting.

Pretty in Kia with Zelinski either exiled or debt. I hope that is behind the scenes, you would know better than anybody, meanwhile, was to let some of the principles you books as relates to China you write in 19 92,018 US share of the global economy was 26.4% is now 2 to 23.9% to a drop to China share one from 1.6% to 15.8% so they are clearly on the March no doubt about it. So that when you look at the Belton Road program.

How does that play into it and which we be doing about it. While the Chinese the growth of China in the last 40 years is unprecedented in human history there. The second largest economy in the world. They are at technological parity with the United States in many core area of the digital economy.

Artificial intelligence developments, you name it, facial recognition, voice recognition they need to be taken very seriously and if they're investing around the world infrastructure of their trading a lot more with countries around the world United States and that's going to make it a lot harder when we want those other countries to hear Charles.

We want them to support our economic principles so we can't just shut there has to be a response to Belton Road contain the Chinese to stop them from investing that you need to be not just a destination for capital which we are on it. We are still absolutely the place that people want to invest in it.

The safe haven, but we also need to be the country that is investing and trading in other economies around the world and you know the whole idea of build back better world which Biden announced, you know, so that the G 20, there was some of that there but it's so much smaller than what the Chinese are presently putting on the table doing this. Don't think strategically minded it makes it harder. Don't you think our greatest asset is the fact that China is not doing it to build up Zimbabwe or the struggling nations.

They do it and then take some of their assets.

It's basically extortion when they do 1/2 ass job on what they do with her. It's bridges, tunnels, or airports, and you can make those payments. They either take that with a built with a take something else that they want. That'll be our best calling card. We just actually do the job and we don't want a pound of flesh. We are really investment but of course if the choice is China or nobody, then you're going to pick China Shiner the United States a lot of countries out there that will even take a little discount in terms of rate to actually have access to advanced industrial economy. It's not just about the consequences of talk better quality of the structure better manager, more transparency.

Those things matter, but in so many countries around the world. Overwhelmingly the investments that you're seeing are coming from China and no one else's close. If you look at the trade patterns you see that you have to recognize that these countries are not thinking about choices between US and China thinking about this is where the money is not what anyone would make that decision. You can't blame right use of another's debt that was there was that the noteworthy generation go 80% of the world's countries treated more with the US than China 80% in 2018 China was the larger trading partner with 128 of 190 nations. Also, as valuable resources with his boards, including the largest reserves of many strategical valuable materials like rare earth elements, which include minerals used in weapons and vehicles so they have a few things going there direction to two things. One positive, one negative one thing that's really positive that the Chinese have invested so much in the post carbon energy technologies in nuclear in electric batteries and supply chain for rare earth in solar and wind United States in 20 years ago on climate Americans that cared about climate was largely what saved the wail of the trees today Americans looking acclimating the Chinese are going to dominate all of these technologies in less we invest a lot more and that a relationship of trust is about a competition which is virtuous, which is bringing us faster towards being a global leader may be the global leader in renewable technologies good thing to see happen so it's it's useful affect the Chinese are stimulating us to do things that we need to do anyway is useful on the technology side. I worry that increasingly, the Chinese aren't just investing in and exporting things like money for bridges and roads also exporting surveillance systems, data monitoring in a country like Zimbabwe or country like Pakistan, their government is very happy to have Chinese data management systems that not only brings them into the 21st century economy but also lets them monitor anyone that might actually be in opposition figure and cut the country that is a very dangerous thing from the perspective of the US grammar. Congratulations on the book will touch on Fox and friends and hopefully on one nation over the weekend is now out is the power crisis out three threats in our response will change the world in thank you Brett Beckham something new every day try and kill me show you so busy he'll make here and kill me takeover. Is there a moderate wing take over and to people of all political beliefs feel welcome on on digital Townsquare and express their beliefs and shadow band and that we need to get rid of the box and Samson trolls and people are operating a huge bot armies and attempt to unduly influence public opinion so that is a Elon musk and I think he's doing great work. I mean, obviously he's got a big plan and what is now was trolling twitter those guys it didn't want them. They gave into them.

Now he saying I might try wanted anything he wants it, but he wants to make sure he knows what he is buying get a better rate. Absolutely. I know for vacant Ramaswamy schism so disappointed because I didn't think was about the money one musk as it was freedom of speech but I think he also wants everyone to know how bad this product is though if he doesn't buy it is going to be left in tatters. So it's more.

Also I like to think our guest Ian Bremmer things were the smartest, most well read people and with the greatest connections on the planet.
