Hi everyone, so glad you're here. It's the Brian Kilmeat Show. We have a lot to discuss today, this hour. Chad Bronstein's gonna be with us, co-founder and president of Real American Freestyle. He's teamed up with Fox Nation.
It's real wrestling. You know, the wrestling you see, and you see the PAC stadiums in Iowa and at Penn State.
Well, they have nowhere to go and they're done if they don't make the USA team.
So, what do you do? Former league. I think it's a great idea. Fox Nation's going to have it. One of the creators is going to be with us, Chad Bronstein.
His partner was Hulk Hogan, just passed away tragically last month. It's going to be a lot of dedication to him. We'll talk about that. And David Ignatius is standing by. Few better people in the country to talk to to find out where we go from here in Ukraine, Russia, as well as what's happening in Gaza.
So before we get to David, let's get to the big three. Number three. I'm meeting with the Ukrainians this week, so I will be meeting with them this week in New York, and that's a big signal. My own opinion is that the president is going to be needed at the table to finish a deal. Yeah, I think so.
Russia rockets, Kiev again, 14 die. Trump begins to plan post-Gaza rebuild in the Oval Office yesterday. Jarek Kushner there, so was former Prime Minister Tony Blair. It's going to take a lot to turn the page on both. Number two.
Navy yard has kind of been a hot area. I would see fights break out. I welcome it. I think it's a great idea. I have noticed that they have been cleaning some of the graffiti off.
D.C. Crackdown, get some respect from Democratic mayors for a public safety surge of resources. The progress is too great to ignore. Should the president bring the crime show to Chicago, Philadelphia, I say, what about New Orleans? Start with some Republican governors.
Start doing work in those cities and then put so much pressure on Democrats, they'll have to let you guys in to do the same work you've done in D.C. successfully. Number one. The coward that shot these victims took his own life in the rear of the church. That coward has been identified as 23-year-old.
Robin Westman. No prior criminal history. That we know of senseless death and trauma as deranged killer targets children, Christians, Jews. Uh and Donald Trump. Most of all, those kids who were just in church.
What do we know about the killer, the family, the school, and how do we stop the next attack? That seems to be the refrain we go through all the time. But the last two major shootings had to do with transgender killers. With us right now is David Ignatius, columnist for the Washington Post. David, and best-selling author.
David, welcome back. Thank you, Brian. First off, where we stayed last night, Kiev was hit by it looks like drone strikes, fourteen die. Where are we at in this conflict?
So where we're at is that we have an American president who's trying to make peace. Uh Have a Ukraine that says. It's ready for negotiations, ready to sit down. You have Europe that's strongly supporting. the President's effort coming to the White House to say so And you have a Russia that is not only refusing, to meet for direct talks with Ukraine, but is hitting Ukraine harder than ever.
Last night's strike on Kyiv. Was among the most direct near the city center. You had, by my count, 15 people, it may be 14, but they were hitting an apartment building. The reports that they may have hit buildings belonging to the European Union and the British Council. those ought to be off limits.
In other words, you have Putin pushing harder than ever, and in effect. You know, giving a one finger salute to the President of the United States, and I think it's time to do something about it. And one of the suggestions you have is: there's long-range missiles and make Russia start paying the price. President put it on Truth Social last week: you can't win a war by only playing defense.
So go ahead.
So Brian, after thinking about this, as we all have for a long time. I think it's time to say to Russia, We're going to start giving security guarantees now. We're not going to wait for the war to end.
So people have been talking about him. Civilians in Ukraine need guarantees now that they're going to be safe. The front line is going to continue. for as long as this war does. But there's no no sense That innocent people living in cities far from the conflict should die.
So I'd like to see President Trump. lead an effort to say, that begins now. You go further than that. You could just say, the rule here is reciprocity. You know, we'll do, we'll do, we'll encourage Ukraine, help Ukraine and do what Russia does to Ukraine itself.
It's just like, you know, that's the way it works. But short of that, something with defensive It protects Ukraine while the negotiations go forward. I think would be a strong strong sign from the president that he really means it. And I think you'd have a lot of support around the world. But I just feel, Brian.
After the failure, really failure of the Alaska Sun to move the ball. Time to do something that's different, that shows the president means that when he says time for peace. I heard the The strikes on the energy sector in Russia were so targeted, so well thought out by Ukraine that there's actually rationing inside Russia now. And they basically sit on oil and gas. Have you heard that?
Yeah. Heard that the Ukrainian strikes are increasingly effective at Russian refining. But not so much that they're stopping the Russian war machine. And I do think it's time. Uh there are uh Weapons that we have, that the Germans have.
The Germans have weapons that can reach all the way to Moscow. They're called Taurus missiles. The British have a missile called the Storm Shadow that can go. About three hundred kilometers longer than most of our long range vessels that we would supply.
So they're ready to send those weapons in, and they can be targeted with great precision using. US uh satellite intelligence. And again, if Russia insists on continuing this war that it started, They're going to have to pay a price and they just have to make it more expensive for them. Yeah, the other thing I think that we need to do is Take Russia seriously. They say they have security concerns, they're worried about their future.
Okay. Listen to him. Nothing, nothing wrong with that. President has said that from the beginning. you know, we got to have to include Russia in a community of responsible nations.
That that's a reasonable part of this too. Just just time to get a little more balance in this fight. I hear you. I want you to hear, see, this is the difference. You know, the president put out in True Social last week: how can Ukraine win on the defensive?
And then we find out at the Colonel Wall Street Journal that the President, as in the spring, since the spring, they said, with the attackums, don't hit inside Russia. And then I asked General Petraeus what he makes of this. And this is what he told me, CUP 32. It's contrary to the Pentagon policy. This is another case where it appears that.
Uh the Pentagon is Carrying out policies that conflict with President Trump's inclination.
Now, I can understand why they would limit. The use of certain long-range systems against Russia when they think that Russia might still be willing to make a deal. But that should be very clear not to be the case at this moment, and I hope that there will be a review of that policy.
So could there be, from your reporting, a difference between what the Pentagon's doing and what the White House wants? I'm sorry to say that I think the answer is yes. I think General Petraeus had it right. The people who issued the guidance that limited the offensive strikes by the Atakums. were operating in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, but it the reports that I've heard were that the their guidance was not cleared by the White House.
I mean, I have to be honest, President Trump himself goes back and forth. One day, you know, he he wants to it, you know, go on the offense the next day he He's taking a walking away from the negotiations. You know, it's a confusing policy. and it needs clarity from the White House direction. I've been encouraged that Vice President JD Vance seems to be more convinced that the Europeans have a point in saying there's a real Russian threat here.
But it's got to be a consistent policy. Whatever's going on in the Pentagon has got to be fixed. From everything I hear it, Brian, you have probably better sources than I do. It's just something's something's not right. And we we have an outstanding chairman in general, Dan Kane, from everything I know.
But the but the but the Secretary of Defence still. office of Secretary of Defense. has to align itself better with what I understand to be White House policy. I hear you. You know what?
I was encouraged too, because I really believe that Ukraine did zero wrong. I don't believe that NATO expanding is anything more than Eastern European countries wary of being swallowed up in the Soviet orbit once again. And Ukraine did not deserve any of this. And even though they're not a perfect democracy, I don't know who is, they were getting there. Uh and they fight, they might be the finest pound-for-pound fighting force in all of Europe.
I think they are.
So, having said that, I'm excited that the That the Republicans in support of Ukraine giving them weapons is up nine points. since Trump took over. Why do you think that is? I think people are just, they can see with their own eyes that the president who's made ending this war top priority is just being given a cold shoulder by Putin, who's arrogant. I mean, the fact that the Russian foreign minister showed up in Anchorage, invited by the President of the United States.
with a t-shirt with the initials of the old Soviet Union. our our enemy in the Cold War, I I thought was just a gesture of real contempt. Um and uh you know, I the um President Trump's learned a lot since he came into office. He thought this would be easy. He had a theory of the case.
He did have a good relationship with President Trump. Poudini thought this would go smoothly.
Well, Turned out that was wrong. you know, I hope he's learned the lesson. When I hear you explain this, You know, I think people in the White House listen to you, Brian, and I hope they hear you, because the evidence is pretty clear for all of us. President is right. It is time to stop this war.
But it turns out that to do that is going to be more difficult than he thought. I don't think it's going to take forever. It's but it's gonna take us that the United States is going to seriously work with these brave Ukrainians. to help them fend off uh an i illegal invasion?
So listen to this farcical statement from that very man you were talking about, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Cut 29.
Well, I would say that those who are sincerely interested in understanding what is going on. uh would know, should know by now. that never ever Russia deliberately targeted Any sites which are not linked. the military Uh abilities of Ukraine.
So he says no, they never proved to him that they're hitting civilian targets. I mean, it like what it does he think we're idiots? But I I've seen that that that's a lie with my own eyes. And um you know, it offends me uh the is a morning after 15, 14. People died, some in apartment buildings in Kyiv.
to hear those kinds of statements. And we're expected to swallow them And again, it ought to make people angry, and the person who ought to make angriest of all. is a guy in the Oval Office who's been trying to make peace. And the thing is, and when he goes when you come in as a fresh start, we know there's baggage with Putin, we know there's a history of deceit with Clinton and Bush and Obama and now Biden and him. And you go in there and go, Yeah, that's them, it's me.
And people might go, that's politically, that's not a great thing to do, Mr. President.
Well, I don't care. I'm going to shake things up. And he goes in there.
So he gave Putin a way to save face an off-ramp with an immediate. And it would probably upset a lot of people in the West, maybe some Republicans and Democrats. Immediate way to revitalize and transition his economy. You saw all those businessmen that came on that plane with Russia. You know that Exxon was, you know, Exxon says: this is the plan.
If you guys could just stop fighting, we'll go back in there.
So he gave them everything. They could say, I got land out of this, and Russia could say that it was a great thing that they did that. I got twenty percent of the country. Ukraine gets their security guarantees and they begin to transition their economy, and they don't necessarily need an enemy in the United States. Why from all your knowledge of this region and what you know about Vladimir Putin?
Why do you think he didn't take that off ramp as of now. Like, what what am I missing? Because Brad, it would mean giving up his desire to basically be able to. dominate Ukraine. and have it be Under the I want to say the boot Under the dove tab.
the hegemony of what Russia in all if he settles as well. I mean he After three years, he has not even taken the province of Donetsk. And if he settles now, he essentially has A million Russians have been killed or wounded. for this vain, arrogant idea that Putin had. That that the Ukraine Wasn't a real country.
So I think he doesn't want to settle because the settlement would be an admission of defeat. Um President Trump's tried to make it easy for him. to welcome him back. You get something that a lot of people criticize. Inviting Alaska, rolling out the red carpet.
And, you know, Putin was so arrogant, so vain, that he thought he could just ignore the president. and just continue as before. I just hope that's registered with the White House. I have the sense that it has from the statements. coming out um but uh You know, if if if if w we do walk away and let Putin have his way in Ukraine, more people die.
Yeah. folks just trying to fight for their country. It's really going to be, I feel, a legacy of shame for all of us, for our country. It's not what the United States does historically. and it's no time to start now.
You know, the one thing that's happened, and people said in the first term, President's anti-NATO, he's like, no, well, NATO's not pulling their fair share. They're not giving 2%. And we remember the famous table when he's meeting with Stoltenberg, and Kelly's on his right, holding his head, and he's saying that they got to start stepping up. And Stoltenberg kind of liked it because now all of a sudden they were paying 2%.
Now they're going to get a coast of 5%. And lastly, now all of a sudden, Germany realizes they have to build up their defense. I saw today, David, that Germany might have a draft. I mean, that never would have happened if Russia didn't invade and we didn't have a president that demanded that Europe step up. Uh I agree with both.
You know, I I think um Europe sees the threat. It's immediate.
Some Europeans tell me that they feel they're already in a war with Russia. They're frightened. They're frightened, I'll be honest, in part because they worry the United States isn't standing with them anymore. I've seen moves by the President to to reaffirm his commitment to NATO to say we'll be with you if you stand up. in they're going to bear the burden in Ukraine and support Ukraine, but we're going to help them.
But there's a huge difference. And Europe Is waking up to a frightening reality of facing Russia maybe without the support of the United States. That's the part we got to help them with because that, as I say, that's a much more dangerous world. Absolutely. We got to build more ships, too.
We can't go to Europe and just focus on China. We'd love to, but we can't. David Ignatius, thanks so much. Appreciate it. It's great talking to you.
Okay. Yeah. I love to talk about one-time have you on and talk about what peace looks like, but we're not there yet. Back in a moment. It's Brian Kilmead.

I want to read along with David Ignatius. I mean, the context, if you look at what he's done over his career, people think Washington Post. You know, the Washington Post tends to be always very anti-Trump. I get it. And he's on MSNBC, and I understand it.
But the thing about him, though, he gets facts. He takes those facts and puts them into novels. And in terms of the war on terror, he's a must-read. And his contacts overseas and his context of seeing the wall fall and covering working for the Washington Post. In the 80s, when the wall comes down and you go from Reagan to Bush, and then to see.
Russia trying to reconstitute the Soviet Union. He doesn't have to read that. He lived it.
So that's why I think he's really important, and it's very hard to say goodbye because his contacts are great. He's not just ranting, it's not Trump's a terrible person. He sees the merit in what Trump did. He sees the unorthodox foreign policy as a positive. He sees the results with NATO, even if you wouldn't have approached it the way President Trump approached it, maybe he wouldn't.
He sees the result, NATO gets it. And because NATO's worried that they might be on their own, they're really building up their military. You know, we would have loved to have not spent billions of dollars on our military like they've been. But now they got to. From the Fox News Podcasts Network.
Hey there, it's me, Kennedy. Make sure to check out my podcast, Kennedy Saves the World. It is five days a week, every week. Download and listen at FoxNewsPodcast.com or wherever you listen to your favorite podcast. If you're interested in it, Brian's talking about it.
You're with Brian Kilmead. With my partner, I said, you know, Let me call Eric because there's something here. And we said... These guys don't have a chance to continue their professional career. Amateur wrestling is a sport.
You start when you're four, five, six, seven years old. You wrestle through high school. If you're fortunate, you wrestle in college. If you're really fortunate, you may even get to an Olympic level competition. But then generally it's the end of the road.
And what Hulk Hogan saw wasn't the end of the road, it was the beginning of a brand new one. And in his mind, because he always thought so big, it wasn't just a new road, it was a super highway. Freestyle wrestling, amateur wrestling at the collegiate level, Olympic level, we're all familiar with that, but there's nowhere for those athletes to go once that career is over, and this is going to give them an opportunity to make a living doing something they love.
So it's exciting, and Fox Nation is going to be airing it. And Chad Bronstein is co-founding it. He's the president of Real American Freestyle. Where do these great athletes, these dedicated athletes, go when they are done wrestling? If they don't make the USA wrestling team, they're finished, they're through.
And that's what they were used to. But why not have a chance to touch, to test your skills when you're in the prime of your athletic career, arguably between 21 and 30? And that's what's going to be happening. That's what's going to be happening Saturday night. That's August 30th.
It's going to be coming to you from Cleveland. Tickets are on sale right now.
So let's bring in Chad. Hey, Brian, how are you doing? Great to see you, Chad. And first off, I thought we were going to be able to see you on Zoom, but if not, we'll try to get it up.
So, Chad, hearing Hulk Hogan's voice, and maybe just reminds everybody, this was what you, along with him and your nucleus there, were the ones who came up with this idea. Yeah, it's it's uh Hearing his voice is, you know, it's kind of crazy to think he's not with us, but his voice will be a part of this league for the rest of the league. But he, yeah, he, I mean, Brian, we actually came to Fox and Friends first to launch with you. I know, and I saw how enthusiastic he was. And people want to know this is real wrestling.
I have great respect for professional wrestling, but that's a script. There is no script.
So, first off, Chad, in analyzing this, you're a wrestler yourself. Why did you believe that there was a Why do you believe to this point there's been no Real professional wrestling. I think people have attempted it, Brian, in the past, early on, and they did a team format. And I think it really what we're creating here is more of an exciting format, matches that you wouldn't see in the typical NCAs or the Olympics. We're putting on real matches that are going to create excitement.
But the team format didn't work back in the day.
So we're very we're much more going like a UFC format where we're picking the cards, putting the thought into the personalities and the athletes. And you even said 21 to 30. We actually have two 38-year-old wrestlers wrestling on this card.
So, it's coming up in Cleveland. It's going to be Saturday night. Tickets are on sale right now for Real American Freestyle. Hulk Hogan Tribute is going to be involved in that. Saturday, the coverage begins at 7 p.m.
Eastern Time. You got to get it on Fox Nation, it's the fast-growing streaming service in the country.
So, we're finally going to have it. It's going to be 10 matches, including Olympic medalists, NCAA champions, MMA stars. You know, a lot of the most successful wrestlers, excuse me, fighters in the MMA were fundamentally wrestlers. How do you grab the success of UFC, which by the way, wasn't instant? This league was almost out until Dana White came in and the Fertita brothers.
How do you grab what have you learned from UFC and how do you bring it to real wrestling?
Well, I think that the UFC did a great job of creating entertainment and educating the audience of MMA. I think for us, you know, we have to do that same thing. We're not competitive with the UFC. We're not competitive with the WWE, actually. If you look at us, it's a good wrestlers who can wrestle all year round.
So if you're Bo Nickel on our card, you have two fights a year in the UFC.
So it's actually good for Bo to continue to wrestle in our league, keep his name out there, keep the competitiveness. But for us to be successful, Brian, we really have to showcase the characters and their personalities and really get, you know, bring the mainstream audience to the wrestling audience. You know this, Brian, because you grew up with a lot of people in the wrestling world. Wrestling fans are fanatics in the sport we're in, in the freestyle wrestling. We got to bring in the other audiences to start to understand this sport.
And we do that by really creating this, you know, bringing Eric Bisch off in, really developing these characters and the content and promoting. The UFC has done. They've done a great job of promoting their business and creating that footprint, that empire of. I just They're off like McGregor's and John Jones's and Juliana Peñas, etcetera.
So, realamericanfreestyle.com is where you go get tickets. It's a real American wrestling. There'll be a tribute to Hulk Hogan because his personality and his fame helped make this become a reality.
So, a couple of things. You have women on the card. I think that's important. Women's wrestling is big. But what's going to be different if I go to an NCAA match, I could expect to see one style.
How will this be different? I mean, will there be sides? We know about the octagon in the UFC. We know about the ring in boxing. What are you guys going to have?
So in terms of the mat, it's going to be a standard mat, right? Because we just got to keep it for the wrestlers so that on this first couple of cards that they're used to these the specific format. But what's going to be different is you're going to see a lot more throws. You're going to see some a few rule changes. You're going to see a lot more excitement.
in these matches. And I think so for the different the differences are going to be the rules, right? There's a few different rule changes. There's potentially dangerous rule on freestyle wrestling where they stop it. There's no stoppage in our in our league.
Can you explain that again? What do you what do you think? In freestyle wrestling in the Olympics, they they could stop a potent in the mid of a th someone actually attempting a throw, they could stop that throw. We're gonna we're not gonna have that potentially dangerous call. That's interesting.
All right. Uh, weight classes, all right? All weight classes. This is going to be the first ever RAF belt. Which is really cool.
We actually used the guy that designed all the Hulk's belts.
So, you know, this is gonna be a format where the winners, some of them will win belts, and then we're gonna follow on. With a big announcement for our second event. But there's gonna be a constant format where we're gonna have in matches every month. And then we're going to launch a contender series, our own contender series. We're going to have at least three to four matches a month.
All right, so you got Wyatt Hendrickson, Bone Nicol, Kennedy Blades, Sarah Hildebrandt, some of the names that are going to be on this roster. But you're going to start a whole situation where it's one-on-one, it's not teams, it's weight classes.
So are you at the point where you could say, okay, these are the two best wrestlers in that weight, the winner is champion? Because it's almost as if we're back to John L. Sullivan, the first ever heavyweight champion. Nobody had the belt before him. Are you going to crown the champion, the winner of that first match, and then let the chips fall where they may?
Yep, that's the idea. You got Wyatt Hendrickson going up for the call it main event, co-main event with Bo Nickel. Um in those two matches, they'll be uh championed. That will be that will will take home the RAF belt. And then we'll create the formats on how we How we get to someone facing Bo for that championship.
If Bo wins, how they face Bo for that championship out.
So, how many do you think you'll be able to do another one this year, another event this year? No, we got it. Ryan, we get I I'll tell you, I'll come on your show and tell you. You'll know the spot where we're going to do the next one because you have some friends that went there. But it's going to be a big event.
We're planning on doing our next one November.
So, November 8th.
Okay. And we're going to follow up on right in December. Um and then we're gonna we're gonna have probably two smaller events. For for people that are trying to make the cards, the main cards.
So, like at smaller events at casinos, uh, that won't be the you know, the size of this first event or uh this the event at November eighth.
So, what's the feeling in the wrestling community? Because there was a worry, for example, I remember the NASL launched. They said the American audience is going to want more scoring.
So, they moved the offside line to a 35-yard line. And the FIFA body, this is in the 70s and 80s, went crazy. That's like, that is not soccer. We will not sanction this. And now they make sure that if FIFA makes the world body makes a rule, the MLS has to stay in line.
Are you trying to stay in line while making it more intended? making it more exciting with USA Wrestling. Is USA Wrestling supporting you? Yeah, USA Wrestling is supporting us, but we're really focused, Brian, on building this league to be successful. For the fans and for the wrestlers.
So we're kind of going down the path with USA Wrestling supporting us, but our path to create success. We have to change the game for wrestling. Both men and women, you mentioned women is the fastest growing sport is wrestling for youth women, both high school and youth.
So we have to deliver so that this pro league is there for a long time. And eventually, these wrestlers have the opportunity to make the kind of money you would make. Going into the UFC or to the PFL or to boxing.
So I feel that we're going to continue to evolve this. We're going to do international events. Hulk Hogan is the commissioner of this league and always will be the commissioner of this league. Hulk has a huge fan base in India, Japan, and other markets, right? Wrestling is massive in Russia, India, Japan.
There's a huge freestyle wrestling community.
So you'll see us going international as well going into the next year. But we're gonna create a lot of excitement. I think the production quality this first And we're excited to have it on Fox Nation, but the production quality is going to be there, which in wrestling there's never been, I would say, an eight-camera. View of wrestling where you can really see the whole motions, the movements. You know, right now you'd see a GoPro on a mat when you're watching wrestling.
Understood.
So Verhulk Hogan, you know, he's not only an icon, he's your friend. How how are you handling this?
Well, it's been really tough. You know, myself, Brian, you met Vo and Nick and everybody. It's been tough, right? We have Real American beer and Hulk called me three to four times a day. And obviously, his voice is, you know, his voice when you talk to him, he's super always enthusiastic.
And it's exciting to, you know, talk about business with him. And you've gotten to spend a lot of time with Brian, so you know what I'm talking about.
So it's been tough, but he was an ultimate workhorse, right? He always was ready to move and travel and do things.
So, you know, I have his message in my head saying, brother, the show goes on. And so that's kind of how we've been moving over the past weeks. But it's been very tough. And it's kind of, I woke up at three in the morning last night and just was thinking about him because he was really excited about this.
So it's weird to be in Cleveland and not have Hulk with us at this first event. Yeah, it must be, especially with his presence felt, and he's going to have a major, his profile will have a major role in your production. It all starts at 7 o'clock. Tickets are available in Cleveland. Yeah, plenty of time to drive there.
If you want to support wrestling, that's done, if you've wrestled at any level, it's done so much for you in your life, go ahead, make the drive this Labor Day weekend and certainly watch on Fox Nation. Thanks so much, Chad. Thank you, Brian. I just want to say, Brian, we appreciate all your support since we launched this league. You've been great to us.
So thank you. Absolutely. I'm pulling for you. Wrestlers are some of the hardest workers who get the least glory in all of sports, and hopefully that changes with your new league. Chad Bronstein, thanks so much.
All right, you got it. When we come back, we'll take your calls: 1-866-408-7669. Brian Kilmeichio. Learning something new every day on the Brian Kill Me Show. It's the Will Kane Show.

We are rejecting. The occupation By the military of our cities. That's actually fighting for our democracy. That's what's required in this moment. When we fight back, Against tyranny.
The people united will always prevail. Stop attacking our cities to hide your administration's failures. We will not back away. from our community. That has made us the safest major city in the country.
We need the National Guard to assist us and prepare for fire season, not for an inappropriate development, inappropriate deployment where they are just guarding a building that is not under attack.
So that is Karen Bass, Michelle Wu, and you recognize the ridiculous, embarrassing mayor in Chicago, Brandon Johnson.
So let me just give you an idea. The President of the United States evidently is Preparing to go to Chicago, it seems. He's also told Pete Hexeth on Monday sign an executive order to split off a division of of the National Guard and let them focus on police work and rounding up crowds and suppressing violence and things to that nature. A little bit more police-like. But when they talk about Chicago, they keep saying crime is going down, crime's going down.
It's still obscenely high.
Now, I'll give you In terms of going down, murders are down 50%. That's good. It's still over 500. Robberies are down 11%.
Well, that's good. Burglars are down 8%. I guess we're done here. No, you're not. How about carjacking up 80%?
Misdemeanor theft, up 62%. Felony theft, up 46%. I should say this. I had that wrong. Burglary is up 8%.
This is a huge crime problem in Chicago, but it was so heinous during the pandemic. It looks like it's trending down since.
So what you should be doing is saying, Mayor Bowser, when you came out and were so against Trump going in, although she was a bit more mature than these guys, about going in. At least you admit now, three weeks after, with one murder in three weeks, with no homeless encampments in the entire town, with National Guard members scrubbing down walls and medians and guarding monuments, and with crime down across the board, even she had to admit It's worked. Cut nine. We greatly appreciate the surge of officers that enhance. what MPD has been able to do in this city.
The difference between this period, this twenty day period of this federal surge, and last year represents a eighty seven percent reduction in carjacking Okay. 87% reduction in carjackings. She went on to say, I don't like ice. I'm just paraphrasing. Uh I don't think ICE is doing a good job and we don't need the National Guard.
But what they did is they got uh the Border Patrol agents and they also have FBI fanned out across there and they are about nine hundred short Of cops in DC. Do you know what they're short in Chicago? Between 12 and 13,000 cops. If I'm the mayor, I don't care what party I'm in. You guys, Mr.
President, on your dollar, federal dollars, you're going to come in and help me out? I got an election. Right now, I got 26% approval rating. I'm going to find a way to make it my deal that I worked with Republicans in order to fix the city. And I'll find a way to maybe what's worse comes to worst.
You go down to 20% approval rating. And in the end, do you have any lives you saved? That's pretty much, I thought, why you get into this.
So, this Jamal Green was a Chicago mayoral candidate. She has a different take. She's a Democrat. This is what she told Fox News Digital, Cut 14. We have no place to sit back and allow the lawlessness that's happening in the city of Chicago.
A 72-year-old woman was just shot in front of her senior citizen facility. Children are being shot going to school each and every day. We have lawlessness going on all throughout our neighborhoods. We don't have time to act like we don't have a problem to play politics because we know if there was a Democratic politician in the White House that was saying these same things, they would be jumping up to work with them. And when you say the National Guard should not be used on city streets, oh, excuse me.
The Democratic Convention came to town. You were so worried about the violence overflowing and literally bleeding into the convention. You had thousands of, let me see, I have it here somewhere. Oh, National Guard throughout the city. And then when subway crime was perceived, and it's still out of control, perceived to be going through the roof.
Do you know what Governor Kathy Hochul said we don't need the National Guard did? She got the National Guard out. You know where she put them? In the subways. Do you think the National Guard trains in subways?
No. Do you think the National Guard trains doing police work? No. But what they do is they provide a law enforcement presence that allows law enforcement experts like the average cop, lieutenants, the investigators, to go out and fan into the troublesome areas. and maybe increase the response time with 911.
Dude, you see how it's all related? But 80% of you In this country, 80%. think that crime is a major problem in the United States. To me, Democrats got to look at that and said, we got to figure out a way. to work with the president on this.
Let's see. From the Fox News Radio Studios in Midtown. Manhattan. It's the fat. this growing radio talk show.
Brian Kilmead. All right, from 48th and 6th in Midtown Manhattan, heard around the country, around the world. We're ready to close out the summer with a big show today. This hour, I'm going to be joined by Katie Miller. She is the wife of Stephen Miller, advisor, was advisor and spokesperson for Doge, as well as working with Elon Musk for a while.
She's got a great podcast, hosted the Katie Miller podcast.
So she's going to be joining us in Go Inside Washington, Inside the Trump team, which is extremely, man. This is an impactful administration. Whatever you think, if you're opposing it, I feel bad for you. If you're with it, it's even hard to keep up. It's hard because you move from issue to issue.
So before we get to Mark Thiessen of the Washington Post, Fox News contributor, let's get to the big three. Number 3. I'm meeting with the Ukrainians this week, so I will be meeting with them this week in New York, and that's a big signal. My own opinion is that the president is going to be needed at the table to finish a deal. Okay, that is Teve Witkoff, who needs some help.
Russian rockets kieved last night as Trump begins a plan for the Gaza rebuild when this war finally gets to an end. In that region, we'll talk about it. Number two. Navy yard has kind of been a hot area. I would see fights break out.
I welcome it. I think it's a great idea. I have noticed that they have been cleaning some of the graffiti off. That is good. Graffiti is good.
And oh, yeah, by the way, they're also stopping crime. The DC crackdown gets some respect from a Democratic mayor for the public safety surge of resources, and progress is too great to ignore. Should the president Ring the crime show. To Chicago, Philadelphia. I say, how about New Orleans, Republican governor?
How about in Tennessee, Memphis, Republican governor? I'll explain. Number one. The coward that shot these victims took his own life in the rear of the church. That coward has been identified as 23-year-old.
Robin Westman. No prior criminal history. We gotta find out more. Horrific, senseless death, and trauma as a deranged killer targets Christians, Jews, Donald Trump. Most of all, children.
What do we know about the killer, the family he's from, the school he went to? And how do we stop the next attack? Mark Thiessen joins us now. Mark, we've seen a lot of horrific school shootings, sadly, since we've known each other. But somebody showing up from the outside of a church and just shooting inside, hoping to kill kids, you can't get more evil than that.
No, you can't. And this guy was the sky was clearly. Mentally challenged. I mean, I watched the video of him. showing his weapons.
And it's like he's possessed. There's something terribly off about this. But I'll tell you, I just find so offensive. The the mayor of Min of Minneapolis dismissing people with on their pray uh, you know, their thought uh, their prayers. It's like these kids were pray he his point was, these kids were praying.
Exactly, yes. They believed in prayer.
So did every so did the whole school. To dismiss that is just disgusting.
So we got we obviously we had this was a deranged person. You know, one of the things you always find in uh in a lot of these cases is that the family kind of knew there was something wrong and they didn't do anything or they didn't report them. And this this parent apparently, you know, helped the uh helped her her her son change. Change his name and his gender legally.
So there was clearly, this didn't happen overnight. She knew there was something wrong with this kid and didn't report anything.
So I think that's, we have to find these people before they carried out these crimes, and families are essential to that because they're the ones on the front lines who know what's going on with these kids. I want to get to Ukraine and Gaza, but I do want to finish up one thing, and that is this is the second time we've had a transgender person open up. on a Christian school. We had one that took a year and a half to get the manifesto, maybe longer. And it turns out, same person, no one ever brings it up.
They don't want to bring it up. And now the same thing here. All the other channels think it's I guess they're trying to find a way to buy. If you look at Jen Saki's posts, find a way to. Uh blame Trump.
Even though he's talking about cracking down on crime. But I want you to hear what RFK Jr., the HHS secretary, just told us. I asked him, do you think the transgender drugs, which I know nothing about, could be causing psychotic behavior? And this is what he said: Cut 7.
Well, there are black box warnings on some of these psychiatric drugs that warn about in their clinical trials that they saw suicidal and homicidal ideation.
So, you know, we are going into that with an open mind. We're looking a lot of these studies have not been done in the past because of. of HIPAA regulations which protect the privacy of patients. But it's something right right now that we are looking at. We need to look at it and we need to explain why all this violence is happening and we need to look at every possibility.
Yeah, that's one thing about The way Trump looks at everything, why not have a fresh set of eyes? Why not try something? That's the way he's looking at it too. I mean, he's looking at a major he's got a mini crisis on his hand. He's got four or five resignations and a woman who refuses to accept her firing.
She's suing back as the CDC director. But On this He's going to look at it. He doesn't care what you think of him. Yeah. I don't I mean, it's obviously something to look into.
I don't know anything about the drugs that are used to treat transgender, so I can't speak to that. What I can speak I mean, one thing we do know is that trans being transgenderism, the in a gender dysphoria is a mental illness. I mean, I know it's not politically correct to say that, but it's a mental illness. If you think that you're not the gender that you are, by definition, you're mentally ill because you're the so your brain is not identifying with your actual true gender and convincing you that you are. Often when there's one mental illness, there are other mental illnesses connected.
So there's nothing intrinsic about transgenderism that that causes people to get to commit violence, but it it's it's a sign that they're that they have ment mental uh mental health issues. And some and often mental health issues come in, you know, in bunches.
So, you know, that's something to look at as well. All right, let's talk about what's happening with Ukraine last night. 14 people died as a rocket key, very close to their version of Embassy Row. We know that the Ukrainians are making some progress blowing up the refinery capacity of Russia, but they are not slowing down. Read between the lines, Mark.
Well, first of all, this is a big middle finger to Donald Trump. I mean, they they just struck a kindergarten. You know, Trump has been talking for weeks about how he has a great conversation with Putin and then he hits a nursing home. He has a great conversation with Putin and then he hits a hospital.
Well now they he they literally targeted a kindergarten. This was they this they hit a kindergarten. There's no military purpose for hitting a kindergarten. There's no military purpose for hitting a British or diplomatic facility. And at some point.
you know, I think I think we've got to come to the conclusion that, you know, Putin's actions And his words are two different things. And we have to start following his actions because he is not interested in ending this war. And he's right now, he's not taking Donald Trump's threats very seriously. He took him seriously enough to sort of have the summit. And sort of say the right things.
He's trying to avoid the implications of this. But I think this should be a final straw. This should be the moment where the Trump administration says, look, this guy is not interested in peace. We've got to give him an ultimatum. That the he if here's what if you if you don't if you don't stop targeting civilian neighborhoods and stop this fighting and agree to a ceasefire and negotiate an end to this peace, We're going to there's a bill in Congress.
We're going to impose secondary sanctions immediately. I'm going to ask Congress to pass the bill that Lindsey Graham has put together that has, I think, something like almost 90 co-sponsors. And imposing sanctions on Russia. And we're going to take the gloves off of the Ukrainians and allow them to use the weapons that we're giving them to strike into Russia. Because a lot of these strikes are not coming from Ukrainian-held territory that the Russians have, they're coming from Russia.
And it's f you know, it's it's not Offensive to, it's not escalatory to take, it's defensive to take out the Russian capability of carrying out strikes like this. And I think Putin has to start paying a price. For defying Donald Trump. Absolutely. Because it sends a very bad signal to the world.
What do you think he's going to do? Wha who, Trump? I think I look, I I one of the things I know about Trump is that he always does what he says. He may do it he he wants to give peace a chance as long as it's possible, but at some point you've got to come to the conclusion. I don't believe that I've never believed that Putin wants peace.
I think that Trump could coerce him into agreeing to peace because he's imposing the costs. But he doesn't want peace. He has to be forced into peace. And so at some point. You've got to bring the hammer down.
And make him pay a price. And that's the way you get him to the negotiating table and end the war.
Sometimes you have to escalate to de-escalate, right? Um and I think that the time has come to escalate, to de-escalate.
So I looked at the Washington Post column today from David Ignatius. He says, Let the storm shadows fly in. I believe they're from England. Our attack'ems hit into Russia, Moscow, whatever. Go long distance.
Make them begin to pay the price. 100%. But again, so we've got a policy. I mean, one problem we have is that Bridge Colby at the Pentagon is kind of undermining the Trump policy. You know, he cut off weapons to Ukraine and Trump had to turn the weapons back on.
Trump just tweeted out the other day, you got to go on the offense to win a war. Biden was incompetent for not allowing the Ukrainians to fire into Russia.
Well, it turns out that Bridge has set up a policy that we're denying them the intelligence they need to target Russia. We have a policy of not letting them use those weapons. That had been reversed at the end of the Biden administration.
So we inherited a policy where the Ukrainians were allowed to strike into Russia, and somebody at the Pentagon reversed it. I don't think Donald Trump did that.
So, you know, I think we've got a problem where there are people inside the administration who are not quite in line with Donald Trump and what he's trying to do. And we know it because it's harder for him. Because we saw Elbridge Colby as a commentator. And he says China is our problem, not Russia, and we should not get involved in that war.
Now he gets the job as deputy defense secretary, and he's in control of allocating assets. And he's not doing it. If I'm looking at the Truth Social post, it says you can't win a war just from defense. You have to be able to go on the offense. And the Wall Street Journal has the story about them not shipping, you know, not allowing attackems to hit into Russia.
And now the ones that are hitting, they're making themselves. They've come up with their own long-range missile, these Ukrainians.
So that's got to change. I mean, once President Trump's alerted to this, whether it's you or somebody else, I believe if it's not his policy, he will change that policy. I agree with you 100%. I mean, look, Bridge Colby is the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. It's an important position, but nobody elected Bridge Colby.
You know, they elected Donald Trump. And I think one of the problems is that a lot of people seem to think that they're that they're you know, and the they're they're idiot people who are in this sort of with the restrainer camp of the foreign policy, which is really isolationist. seem to think that they're in in line with Trump. And he's not. He's not in line.
They're not in line with Trump. Trump isn't an isolationist. An isolationist would have never taken launched Operation Midnight Hammer. An isolationist wouldn't have killed Qasim Soleimani. He's a believer in using the threat of American military force.
and American military might to coerce. nations, that's the reason why he didn't get us into new wars. is because everybody knew he was willing to do it. And so, you know, with this whole, I think there's a problem of people undermining Donald Trump's policy inside the administration sometimes. And that's problematic because it's undermining his efforts to end this war.
So, Mark, when we talk about the meeting yesterday in the Oval Office or at the White House with President Trump, with Ron Dermer, who's representing Netanyahu, who's an advisor to him, Tony Blair, Jared Kushner for the day after the war. In Gaza, do you believe that this is something that's going to be workable? Have you heard anything about it? I like that people are planning. But I want that day after to start soon.
Yeah. I want the day after to start soon, but I want Hamas to be destroyed first. right? And so the the and the I you know, all these people who are running around blaming Israel for the suffering of the Palestinian people. You know, I just saw a video yesterday of the of the new A barrier that Egypt is building on its wall with Gaza.
They've got a wall that makes the Trump Wall on the southern border look like a schoolyard fence. I mean, they're not the normally the Way you end the suffering of people. Like, for example, in Europe, they've taken 5 million Ukrainian refugees. Because the people who are living in the war zone fled and went there, and they're being and they yeah, exactly and and their neighbors, yeah, a lot of people thank god they didn't take more Syrian refugees in Europe because that's got a whole host of other problems. But countries in the region took in Syrian refugees, but for some reason, Egypt and Jordan they don't want Gazan refugees.
Hmm, I wonder why. Because they don't want to import Gaza's problems into their country. And so they're but they're not letting those people in. You could feed every Gazan and protect them from military strikes if they were in Egypt. Because last I checked, Israel isn't striking Egypt and they're not striking Jordan.
That's how you normally protect refugees during a war. What they're doing is they're for they've literally. Put a wall around Gaza and forcing the residents of Gaza to stay in the war zone. In danger and not allowing them to escape so they can't be fed and they're in the line of fire. And then they blame Israel for the suffering of the Gazan people.
It's ridiculous.
So, Tony Blair's Institute for Global Change did a poll, and it looks like the Gaza Palestinians reject Hamas. They don't want them governing them at all, independent from Israel. But they can't do anything. It's like the mobs in my neighborhood, they have the guns.
So, unless you can get rid of Hamas, the Palestinians can't get what they want. My last point to you is this. If uh Steve Woodkoff said that Hamas accepted the deal that they offered a few weeks ago. Why are they not? Why is the deal not done?
Yeah, why are the hostages not being released? It's very simple. The the war could end tomorrow. Release the hostages and surrender. It's literally that simple.
That's the reason the war is going on. That's why the reason why the people of Gaza are suffering. All right. Mark Thiessen, thanks so much. Have a great weekend.
Take care of you too. All right. You're next. Then Katie Miller at the Bottom of the Hour Inside the Trump Administration. And more.
You'll listen to the Brian Killmeat Show. You're with Brian Kilmead. Breaking news, unique opinions. Hear it all on the Brian Kill Me Show. We cannot incarcerate our way.
Out of violence? We've already tried that, and we've ended up with the largest prison population in the world without solving the problems of crime and violence. The addiction on jails and incarceration in this country, we have moved past that. It is racist, it is immoral, it is unholy, and it is not the way to drive violence down.
Meanwhile, this guy got elected, but he used to say, and I'm sure he still believes to fund the police. He was asked, would you take 5,000 more cops if they would pay for it in the federal government? And he said, no, I'd rather build housing. Rather build housing. He's 12 to 13 cops shy.
And he keeps saying crime's going down because our programs are working. Yeah, homicides are going down. Misdemeanor theft is up 61%. Motor vehicle theft, that's carjacking up 80%. Felony theft up 46%.
Robberies are down 11%, but burglars are up 8%. Nothing's working. You're terrible. They know you're terrible. You got 26% approval rating.
But he has a meeting today to brace themselves for Donald Trump sending in the National Guard. Instead of embrace, They say, brace yourselves. And I'm sure they're going to go out of their way to make sure the National Guard don't feel comfortable. And the President's got to be aware that they're going to be going into an adverse situation and not just in the South side of Chicago. As was brought up to me today by a local activist in that area, a Democrat, She said, instead of Governor Pritzker walking down the south side saying how beautiful it is, why don't you put him into the challenging areas of Chicago without his detail and see how comfortable he felt?
And the answer is: he'd never do it and he wouldn't be. All right, Katie Miller next, Brian Kilmicho. The fastest three hours in radio. You're with Brian Kilmead. The thing that I try to do, and maybe this is like a good advice for husbands and fathers, is I try to take a couple of hours every day and make them as sacred as possible.
And yes, if like a war breaks out, then sometimes you have to cancel even the sacred time. But we've been pretty good about making sure that I have at least a couple of hours with my family every single day. And sometimes that means I'm on the phone until 3 a.m. or sometimes that means I'm back in the White House after I put the kids to bed. But just have Have that sacred time that you protect.
But you turn out the phone, you tune out work, and you just focus on your wife and your kids. And that's worked very well for us. And even this job, it's possible. And that is the vice president. Obviously, he's going to be speaking with Will Kane a little bit later today, but he spoke with Katie Miller.
And Katie is host of the Katie Miller podcast. She was an advisor and spokesperson for Doge from January up until May. She served as Deputy Press Secretary under President Trump at the Department of Homeland Security from 2017 to 2019. And most importantly, she joins us now. Katie, welcome to the show.
Thanks for having me, Brian. It's exciting to be here. Yeah, it's exciting. What is it like knowing J.D. Vance so well from the day he was brought on and from the time he was a senator?
And then you got to sit down, and I think Laura Trump is almost the same way. You know the story inside and out, but to try to get personal with him, do you enjoy that? It was really fun to be able to have these relatable conversations, the window into his life that I know and I'm familiar with, but it's exciting to be able to bring it to the rest of the country because. He is just like every other dad in America, a working dad who works long hours. still trying to make it home at night to have dinner with his kids and be a present parent.
That's really hard. And what I'm hoping to do on the podcast is be able to continue to have those conversations. with people across the spectrum, whether that be in politics, business, Sports. And be able to show that window that we are all similar no matter where we live in the country, no matter what we do.
So aren't you dealing with the same thing? I mean, you and Steven have the situation, you got high d demanding jobs, and you also have the family? That's what really inspired doing this podcast: I felt that there wasn't a place for conservative women to have a podcast when you are. folding laundry and cleaning the dishes. that I found that shared my morals and values because too often now we are told that here's why I don't need a man or here's why I'm waiting to have kids and here's why I need to make my career happen.
Before I have a family, and my own experience has shown that I was a communications director to a vice president. I had three kids, Brian, in four years. While Stephen was working for President Trump, he's one of his longest-serving aides, as you well know. And then I was a senior advisor to Elon Musk and President Trump at Doge. And I found that having a family makes my life better, and that's what I hope to inspire other women to be able to do on the Katie Miller podcast.
And what you wipe out, like when people ask me, and it's harder for definitely harder for a woman than a man, just the way everything's set up. But for me, I just wipe out hobbies. Like when people say, oh, do you play golf? No, I'm not really interested in playing golf, pickleball, racquetball, whatever. You just try to stay fit and go home.
When you're not working. Stephen can relate to that. But even when someone asked him what his hobbies are, he would probably say golf. And then you ask him when the last time he's played, and he said before President Trump announced he was running for president in 2015, 2014. I mean, now he is the world's best dad.
We have a family that makes it work. I mean, Stephen is at the White House. He leaves house at 8 a.m. He's home by dinner, hopefully, at 5.36. And he's the one tucking our kids into bed every night.
And I also have a full-time career, and he's my biggest supporter and my biggest champion. And you know It is something where we go through what is very similar for every other family across the country: we're both hardworking parents trying to make it work in today's society. But we believe that having each other and having our children is what makes our life richer.
So this week's episode was with Senator Katie Britton, Alabama, the youngest female senator.
Next week is actually with Joe Gebia, Monday nights at 6 p.m. He was just. Not um Appointed by President Trump to be Chief Design Officer of the United States, and he's the co-founder of Airbnb. People want to work for President Trump. because he is an inspiring figure.
Who is just trying to make our country better? And I want to be able to show what conservatives are doing and how we're making our country a better place to live and work. You know, I just don't know the volume and velocity of everything President Trump is doing with the staff, obviously. Oh, by the way, there's Sean Duffy. He is going to be taking over Penn Station.
He took over Penn Station.
Now he's going to take over Union Station. Look over there. We're now having a situation where we might be handling the crime in Chicago the way he's handling it in D.C. And at the same time, when it comes to legal immigrants, you have a situation where we've picked up thousands of criminals while fighting the smaller battles in Maryland. It's amazing how many oars are in the water where we're not used to this, especially the previous four years.
No, I think what is the biggest difference between the first President Trump's term and this one and how successful we are is that the entire Cabinet likes each other. They like working together. JD said it on the podcast, the Vice President did, is that, you know, oftentimes even when they get home, they're up working again until 10, 11, 12, 1, 2 A. M. because they're all excited to keep going.
If You know, I hear it often at night, but if someone calls each other and says, hey, let's mobilize to make DC safer, here's what's ro going on in DC, they all are on the phone doing conference calls, figuring out how they can break the log jam to accomplish what President Trump sets out to do every day. Getting safe streets. When's the last time we've had a homicide-free DC? You know, I took my daughters through Union Station to take a train to New York last week. Stephen's like You know, you guys can do that now.
Before, I wouldn't bring my kids in to see the monuments because I was scared of a carjacking. And thanks to President Trump, we can do that again. And why is that? Because President Trump this time has picked a cabinet that likes to work together, that all has his best interests and the country's best interests at heart. And here is that DC mayor yesterday cut nine.
We greatly appreciate the surge of officers that enhance. what MPD has been able to do in this city. The difference between this period, this twenty day period of this federal surge, and last year represents a eighty seven percent reduction. in carjacking so And I mean, she's got to toe the line. She also said, I don't like ICE and I also don't think we need National Guard, but she loved the surge of resources.
But for a Democratic mayor to say that, while the other mayors are so scared that the President's actually going to send the National Guard in, is noteworthy. This is a mayor, though, Brian, who as recently as a month ago didn't want to help recruitment and retention of MPD officers in DC. And now here she is because her officers are so excited and so happy to see President Trump step up and give them federal resources. triple, quadruple their manpower here in DC, that now she has no choice. but to be so grateful for the action taken because she has seen what it's done to her city.
And I think other mayors, when they see how President Trump is going to help make their city safe and their police forces, are going to be in favor of this and their workers. There's no choice but to but to be supportive. Uh no doubt about it. Are you still with Elon Musk? No, I don't work for Elon anymore full time.
He's a great man, a great leader. I hope one day to see him and President Trump together again. Um but This is something where I felt like to do the podcast and be able to reach conservative women where they are.
So that way we have an audience for 2028. We also in 2024, President Trump do a ton of podcasts, all reaching center-right conservative men. We need to build that audience. for a future for conservative women. You know what's interesting, Katie?
They did a story in the Washington Post and says there's really six different factions. Of MAGA. It's no longer conservative or liberal. I think those two phrases, those two words seem antiquated. Do you believe within MAGA?
You know, you got the Joe Rogan, he seems like a great guy. I'm never really political, but I'll be involved. You know, the Charlie Kirk with the younger generation. You have more traditional conservatives. Very few are holding out on the outside now.
You know, Mark Thiessen or somebody like that. Do you find that MAGA is broken up with different factions, and do you guys break it up that way? I don't think President Trump breaks it up that way. President Trump is whatever is for the betterment of our country. I think.
MAGA is something that is an all-encompassing movement, and we have become a bigger tent, right? Everyone talks about, oh, how do you expand the tent? President Trump's done that because he speaks to people where they are. People want safe streets. They want to close our borders and be able to take care of the Americans here in our country before we put illegal aliens first.
I mean, you saw that with With what, everyone going after Obrego Garcia saying, oh, we should take care of the illegal aliens and keep them here. No, send them home. That's what we promised to do. I think too often now we're coded into conservative or liberal, when in reality what we're talking about here is do you support the betterment of our country or do you not? I mean, Brian, how much of a joke is it that every word in the English language these days is coded.
If you work out, you must be a conservative. If you eat healthy, you must be a conservative. If you like to know what's in your food, you must be a conservative. When did being a healthy individual become a conservative or liberal ideology? You know what's interesting?
That used to be associated with Democrats. They used to be the natural ones that also were against free trade. They didn't want any part of it. They wanted to be tough on China. And now you have a president that says to RFK Jr., go wild.
We should be looking into what we're eating. Take on the big food companies of the country. Examine how effective these medicines and vaccines are. And you have somebody with the fresh look that for in the past, that's the liberal mindset, but they're more at home with this version of republicanism. Yeah, the New York Times the other day went after conservatives because they say, why is it in vogue to be able to say, oh, I'm skinny and I'm healthy?
It's not a conservative ideology. It's called doing what's best for your body and having preventative care instead of health care. We should be having healthy care for Americans where we tell them. How to eat better and what is good for you in the grocery store. That is not an ideology, that is taking care of ourselves.
So we're here to make each other better for the future, to have healthy children, healthy families.
So just one of the wider topics, but I think it matters. You have Melania Trump, who I guess the cover was about to be put on the cover of Vogue or Valerie Fair, excuse me. And this new editor comes in and says, you know, I'm probably going to put her on the cover. And then you had all these anonymous staffers say if that happens, there's going to be a massive walkout. What are your thoughts when things like that come out?
I mean, you're with a party and a group that just got won every battleground state, won the Electoral College, won the majority of the votes in the country. Yet, A editor has to battle his own staff if he wants to put the first lady on the cover. It just goes to show you who controls The legacy media that is forced upon Americans every day. It's not. It is certainly not organic.
It is contrived. It is meant to influence you. And unfortunately, the people controlling that are all of one mindset. They're all of one ideology. Others need not apply.
And that's the sad reality, and that's why podcasts became a big thing, Brian, is because how do you reach people where they are without being going through this liberal filter? that are centered in New York. and and Los Angeles. Right? Like look at the DC Center of Legacy Media.
Those are all liberals. forcing their ideology down your throat. Right? Peter Baker, who famously lives in Northwest DC, is saying, oh, how safe it is in DC.
Well, he doesn't live in the real DC. These are New York Times journalists. who are only saying their elitist ideology, not those that relate to everyday Americans. How do you feel? Was it an intention, or is it just Donald Trump saying I'm bringing the cameras today, for the President to be this available, this much?
like for example, the three hour Cabinet meeting yesterday. He the day before, he had two long press availabilities, lasted over an hour. When you guys were trying to get back to the White House, strategizing what happens if we win, Was this part of it? That's all President Trump. President Trump is the most transparent figure.
President.
In American history, he really does mean it from his core. It's why you see him on truth every day communicating directly to Americans. He doesn't need the filter. And what does he say? Our cabinet, as I said to you earlier, Brian, all really likes each other.
So why not show everybody what's really going on? Show them what a cabinet meeting is. How great is that? Joe Biden, how often does he do that? Never had a three-hour cabinet meeting live on TV.
And you know what the difference is between this term and the last term is President Trump is having fun again. He is making governing fun again. He is making it great to be an American in DC. Look at the Oval Office, right? He's upgrading our infrastructure.
What is government for if not to upgrade infrastructure in our country and keep us safe? If you saw he's asking the DC he's asking Congress for more money to upgrade the infrastructure and the roads in DC. He's upgrading the Oval Office, whether that be gold, the cabinet room looks beautiful, putting a ballroom into the White House. These are things that nobody would do because it's not popular, but what he's saying is I'm going to do what's right. And I'm not going to let public opinion dictate what I know to be right, what I know that people elected me to do.
Because for far too often you listen listen to that legacy media that is trying to spin us one way instead of doing what he knows his voters want him to do. And he's going to be hosting the Kennedy Center Awards too. Yeah. I'm excited to see Sylvester Shallone at the Tenney Center Honors. I know, that'll be fantastic.
You know, is that true that Tom Cruise, do you know if Tom Cruise said no? I don't know, but I read somewhere that Tom Cruise had said no, only for scheduling constraints. It wasn't any other reason. But I can tell you as someone who lives in DC, it's beautiful to see every night the Kennedy Center lit up in red, white and blue now instead of whatever the cause de celeb is of the day. It is Great patriotic city to be in, and it is once again clean.
And I can bring my kids, and I really would encourage other of your listeners to come to DC and see what is our monuments where they're turning on the fountains again. I know how much Doug Bergham, Secretary of Interior, has really put in his own time. you know, into making our capital great. It's not like that in every other European city. It is covered in graffiti.
And it's like, why don't we want to be proud of where we live? Absolutely. Katie, how do we get your podcast? Katie Miller podcast is available on YouTube, Spotify, X. Rumble, Apple, anywhere you go to Spotify, we are.
Please follow, like and subscribe. That is the most important. And I'm also on X. I'm Katie Miller. All right.

The talk show that's getting you talking. You're with Brian Kilmead. Have a biochem midterm today, but. Taylor and Travis just got engaged due to this information I can't focus, you all can't focus, classes cancel, get out of here. We gotta go out.
We need time to process this information.
So that is a real class in college. And that that wasn't a joke? University of Tennessee. And that this is a cultural class? Bi biochem, he said.
So they had a midterm and they had class. And it wasn't a joke. This isn't for television. This isn't for radio. That's real.
As far as I can tell. But I don't understand is how do you have a midterm already at the end of August? Right. And what maybe yeah, it doesn't make any sense. Yeah.
That's why I think might have been putting up to it. I I am a little shocked, but you can't Be critical of people that are so emotional about these two getting together and still not be critical of people who are sports fans. Like Texas is gonna play Ohio State, and you're gonna go watch that team. Let's say Texas pulls off the upset and beats them on the road. There's gonna be some fans crying.
That's a great point, Brian. Right? So you can't, you got to be us. It's like what you care about. It is.
What was really interesting, the New Hates podcast with Taylor Swift, which I'm sure you listened to all of it. They go through the comparison. You know what? I should listen. It's actually it was a great listen.
I listened to the whole thing. They really come across as normal people, all of them. But the comparisons of like having the concert versus like your game day, there are so many comparisons, just everything is a different word. And just like you said, like the emotion of them being engaged versus the emotion of the two sports teams. It's the same thing, just different topics.
Right. I if you just told me I just used to drop me. Let's say I was up stuck in stuck in the. Uh stuck in a capsule and they just said I'm going to put five performers on the stage. And you tell me who is the top performer?
I would say She's okay. Fifth. But have you ever been to one of our concerts? No, but I mean I've seen footage. It's not like she's a great dancer, you know.
Oh, like you she's a great person.
Well, it's not like she has this great v voice. Right? I mean, is it just it's a good voice? I think it's a good voice. She's a great voice.
I've never been to a concert, but I know it's quite the production. But her lyrics are truly the magic, right? Right. I know somebody, and I'll tell you in the break. who was very male-oriented.
Cried. Yeah. I'm Janistine. Join me every Sunday as I focus on stories of hope and people who are truly rays of sunshine in their community and across the world. Listen and follow now at FoxnewsPodcast.com.
From High Atop Fox News Headquarters in New York. York City. Always seeking solutions, never sowing division. It's Brian Kelmead. Hi, everyone.
Thanks so much for listening. We've got a big hour coming your way. Jeff Lacks is here. He's a CUNY professor of law, really fighting to alert everyone to the anti-Semitism raging on campus. We hope we turned the corner.
Does he feel the same way as the fall semester is about to start? UCLA holding out. But it looks like Harvard, they're going to settle on some type of deal. Paul Morrow standing by after the horrific shooting in Minneapolis yesterday. We're still trying to find out more about the shooter.
So many questions. Let's get to the big three. Number three. I'm meeting with the Ukrainians this week, so I will be meeting with them this week in New York, and that's a big signal. My own opinion is that the president is going to be needed at the table to finish a deal.
And he's got to be there the whole time. uh russia rockets kiev and they hit actually embassy row Which actually is something that is to me a big middle finger to Donald Trump. How much longer before we say, okay, I get the message, now we're going to change the rules and start upping the pressure on Russia? Number two. Navy Yard has kind of been a hot area.
I would see fights break out. I welcome it. I think it's a great idea. I have noticed that they have been cleaning some of the graffiti off. Yeah, you think so?
DC Crackdown and Spruce Up get some respect from Democratic Mayor, and the public safety is noticed by all. Why not, Mr. President, go into some Republican governors, even though the cities are run by Democrats, get the cooperation from the state, and go in and clean up New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Memphis. Number one. The coward that shot these victims took his own life in the rear of the church.
That coward has been identified as 23-year-old. Robin Westman. No prior criminal history. DC crackdown, get some respect from, as I mentioned, excuse me. Um Let's senseless death and trauma as deranged killers targets Christians, targets Jews, targets any anti-any pro-Trumper, and most of all, children.
What do we know about this killer, the family, the school, and how do we stop the next attack? Keep in mind, the shooter never got inside, got to the outside, barricaded to keep everybody in. I assume his horrific goal, sinister goal, was to keep shooting on the outside and not allow people to run. Paul Morrow joins us now. Paul, you're a lawyer, retired NYPD inspector.
Have you ever seen something quite like this? No. What could possibly prepare you for something like this? You know, You see these mass shootings and you just say to yourself, God, What a broken toy, what an evil person. And you know, having just covered the Brian Kohberger case, I've come out of that saying, okay, it is a genuinely evil person that just seems to be devoid of any feeling for His fellow human beings.
And then, somehow or other, you come up against this and say, you know, there's no bottom to this when you see his writings. His ambitions, what he was looking to do. He wanted to target children. This is really, really a very new thing, in my opinion, in our culture, really.
So here's Brian O'Hara yesterday cut one. The coward that shot these victims took his own life in the rear of the church. That coward has been identified as 23 year old. Robin Westman. No prior criminal history.
As to the weapons used to perpetrate this horrific attack, There was a rifle, a shotgun and a pistol. All three had been lawfully purchased. by the shooter. At this stage, we believed that the shooter had acted alone. There is no indication of other suspects directly involved in carrying out this attack.
So he was the Robert Converted to Robin, his mom signed paperwork at seventeen. At twenty three he's a mass murderer. He bought the guns legally, so there's nothing that we could see in his background that would be a red flag. Paul, I know you're working this. We know his mom worked at the school.
We know he went to the school for at least a year. We know his dad had a residence a half mile away. What could you tell our audience? You know, there's not much. I wish I had more.
The only thing that I can pick out so far, and nothing has broken since you and I spoke this morning on Fox and Friends. Is that the police were executing search warrants on three residences?
Now, When a police chief gives a press conference like that and is talking about something like legal process, like search warrants, he's going to be quite precise. And it's just straight. Fuck me. That he actually had said we're doing four search warrants, one here at the school, and then three others at residences. And so I just said to myself, Well, where did he live?
And so. There is this reporting that he lived in this particular house. The New York Post has photographs up. It doesn't look to me like that is where he lived. It could turn out that way.
But we're hearing three residences. I'd like to know what those other residences were. I'd like to know his living conditions. We know now his parents were divorced. And one of the things you got to ask yourself, as again, you and I spoke about today, is he seems to have.
no employment footprint. And so I'm wondering there as well: did he ever work? Did he ever have a job? Was he going anywhere in his life? What you're looking for here, not for the purposes of blame.
I want to be clear about that. You know, I don't want to put it on somebody here without any evidence, et cetera. But what you do want to do is try to learn as much as possible so that you can highlight if there were red flags. And so maybe people are sensitized to it and we can prevent the next one. And you know, these things do get prevented.
People do get help, and you very often won't know about it. You're not going to prove a negative. But somebody who's in real mental distress who has uh ac access to guns Somebody steps up and says, You're going to lock the guns up. I gotta get this kid some help. You'll never know about it.
But we really do need to highlight that and harden our schools and places of worship as targets because. This is a new law, and this is the kind of thing that inspires copycats. And here's what this guy wrote: Israel must. Fall, burn Israel. Six million wasn't enough.
Uh some other anti-Semitic phrases kill Donald Trump rip and tear, kill Trump now. But he wrote it on his magazine cartridges, he wrote it on his weapons, and he made sure it was all displayed before it was put away.
So he wanted all this record, and then he timed his manifesto to come out on YouTube.
Now Paul, why would Minneapolis say, see everything as we see it? And they haven't released a tape, but it was out there. And they told us about the YouTube situation. And yet in Tennessee we had what how do we wait, two years for the manifesto? Is that a decision made by politicians or by police police chiefs?
But I don't No, police chiefs are not going to have the um the authority. To say we're not releasing any of the evidence. This is going to go up the chain and then it's going to go into the courts. As the various news outlets petitioned to get that stuff, and at this point. I see absolutely no reason Why a, if need be, redacted version of the manifesto could be released.
As long as you redact if there are some privacy issues relative to names of people he might know, underage people and stuff like that. Sure. But you know, and again, not to invoke Koberger, but it's going on in the Koberger case as well. There's a battle going on right now. For the release of crime scene photos and other stuff.
And in that case, I'm on the side of the victims. I see no reason why we need to see any more about that case. Let it go away and let us all forget that bum. But I feel for the families. I'm with them on that.
In this case, however, The shooter is dead. He has no expectation of privacy. I don't see anybody having standing to keep that. Secret. And the news outlets should get it.
If there is an articulable reason to redact, then do so. But we should start to get the contours of this thing. And again, it's so the public knows to keep an eye out for the warning signs, and so that police agencies. Houses of worship, schools. Know what to look for to harden the targets, because very clearly this is not going away and it inspires copycats.
because this narrative has developed And a lot of it does come out of progressivism. I mean, you know, you can't miss the fact that this guy has. Of checks every progressive box, including the hatred of Jews and the Free Palestine stuff, he's very clearly. imbibing stuff from TikTok that's telling him this is the way you should feel. and you should be outraged by it.
And any response is okay, is acceptable.
So I want you to hear Jamie Reid. He's a gender center whistleblower, cut five. But what we have right now is an ideology that is preying on. Vulnerable young people, young people who often have serious comorbidities. And what happens is they are not getting the mental health care that they need.
And instead, everybody is affirming and focusing on the trans identification. This young man was suffering from Multiple, probably, delusions, but it becomes really hard for anyone to pull that apart when you have a state that is affirming his delusion that he could somehow become a woman.
So They think this there there's something there. I mean, we've been debating this back and forth, but I think that's worthy of looking at, don't you think? I do. I actually was tweeting about that last night in a fit of peak. And of course, hit a nerve because.
Look. If you had almost any other demographic, and let me go all the way the other way, if it was young men wearing MAGA hats, who had committed six, seven, eight school shootings in a row. I am not saying that every trans person is liable to do a school shooting. But how can we ignore the fact that we've had such a line-up of trans people Who have taken to doing this? Clearly, there's an issue.
Is it medical? Is it a copycat thing? There's some sort of cognitive aperture there. that this gets into. And at this point, to me, it's undeniable.
And again, It has become more than just, hey, we have people who are confused about their gender. Whereas, you know, in the past, throughout all of recorded history, genuine iss issues of gender dysphoria. Are like 0.0001 of the population.
Now, suddenly, it's become in our schools, once again.
something to aspire to. as in an achievement It's become cool to these kids, certainly, especially in certain zip codes in, let's say, California and other places. And as a result, you have celebrities. You and I were talking about this, he had celebrities. who have two, three, four kids, all of whom are transgender.
It defies the odds astronomically, and it becomes a virtue signal.
So, of course, if you're transgender, the gender dysphoria, the question is: is that a psychosis that should stop you from buying weapons?
Some people say, of course not. Other people say, of course, it is. I want you to hear what R.F.K. Jr. said when we asked him two hours ago on Fox and Friends as HHS Secretary, Cut Seven.
Well, there are black box warnings on some of these psychiatric drugs that warn about in their clinical trials that they saw suicidal and homicidal ideation.
So, you know, we are going into that with an open mind. We're looking a lot of these studies have not been done in the past because of. of HIPAA regulations which protect the privacy of patients, but it's something that right now that we are looking at. We need to look at it and we need to explain why all this violence is happening and we need to look at every possibility. So he's saying it, and he's HSS secretary, so he's going to ask the questions.
Yeah, and again, thank God I have to say, and once again, you and I were covering this today. Thank God for the Donald Trump administration. which had just the intestinal fortitude to come out here and call BS And gave everybody top cover to openly talk about the common sense things that we were all talking about to each other. in private. Because it's undeniable at this point.
And again, just to reiterate, I'm not saying that if you are trans or confused about your gender identity. that you're going to be a school shooter. But at this point, to deny reality is to deny that the sky is blue. We've had a series of these, they're on very, very heavy drugs. I mean, talk about a fundamental aspect of somebody's personality, somebody's.
Uh identity. in order to f change that physiology, Especially in, let's say, a puberty era. You are really, really messing with nature, for lack of a better term. Of course, it's going to have unforeseen consequences, especially when this stuff is pretty new. especially at scale.
You know, we've never seen it at this scale, and I just got to go back to the fact that it has become something to aspire to. The teachers just, you know, can shove it down the kids' throats as it is a cool thing to do. It's become Something that sets you apart in a great way. And what's so tragic about it is it can be irrevocable when you make certain changes to your body. And when you decide to regret it later on, you don't have a whole lot of options.
Even the shooter in this instance. I said, according to the recent reporting, That he or she, because it looks like maybe she was thinking about going back the other way. because uh saying that I am tired of being trans And I brainwashed myself.
Now that is this person, the shooter's words, not mine. And so when you have those instances like that, you have to say we've got something very serious going on here. And even if it is physiological, the culture is certainly not helping. I did not hear that follow what you just said. That is new to me.
I did not know that was on that tape, too, or any tape. Paul Morrow, thanks so much. I know you'll follow this story. I appreciate it. Thank you, Brian.
1866-408-7669.
So get on board. Tell me if you want to talk about that. We also are talking about a few things, including the President's crackdown on crime. Would you like it to come to your city? Don't move.
Increasing your intelligence quotient. What the hell did you just say? It's Brian Kilmead. Hey, I'm Trey Goutde, host of the Trey Goutde Podcast. I hope you will join me every Tuesday and Thursday as we navigate life together and hopefully find ourselves a little bit better on the other side.
Listen and follow now at FoxnewsPodcast.com. He's so busy, he'll make your head spin. It's Brian Killmead. No, it has not caught us by a surprise. Again, I cannot comment on personnel issues, but the agency is in trouble and we need to fix it.
And we are fixing it. And it may be that some people should not be working there anymore. And a lot of people decided they didn't want to be working there. And he did fire a CDC director, and she decides to get a lawyer and not quit. This is unbelievable.
I think it's pretty unbelievable. You know, when someone says, I don't want you there anymore, even though she went through the whole process of getting confirmed, which is a position that never in the past yet to be confirmed on, but it turns out the director of the CDC, slamming Kennedy. I don't want to resign. Doesn't like her name is Susan Monroes. She doesn't like his stand when it comes to vaccines, I guess.
And there's all types of drama there.
So she's gone. And then this Demetrius Dakalos, he's gone. He decided he does not, because the decisions come easily. I deeply value the work, but he doesn't like working for the people. This Deborah Horry, the chief medical officer, chief medical officer, she's gone.
And this David Jennings is gone. He's in charge of infectious disease. And he's the director. They just don't want to be a part of somebody that's going to question everything, including the vaccines. One thing that I think is 100% right on, they do not want to make the COVID vaccine mandatory for kids.
Aren't we pretty clear on that? It's pretty clear. If you don't have underlying circumstances that would jeopardize your health, You're not going to get it.
Meanwhile, the President I think the RFK is doing a great thing in adding this. Putting a religious exemption back in play for it comes to vaccines in schools. Number two, he's also making medical students take nutritional courses. Right now, and this is something for Kelly and Casey Means wrote in their book, and they're both working for the HHS now. They say that doctors do not take nutritional courses, they are clueless.
They send you to nutritionists, or they pretend like they know. And there's too much other things, so it's no big deal. Also, next month, he brought up. That autism is front and center. He believes the number of autistic.
Americans The way it's uh gone up astronomically over the last few years. As being I guess a catalyst for it, or there's some reason for it, whether it's environmental, whether it's the vaccines. He says, I will have an explanation for the rise of autism. In just a few weeks. And I found that interesting that he was willing to answer that question, but not specifically and say here's the reason, but they've most most in the medical profession find it outrageous that they're blaming vaccines for autism.
But The protests are so Uh or or so So loud, you wonder why is everyone getting so angry just by asking a question? A vitriarch, I should say. Jeffrey Lacks is next. We're going to talk about schools as we're about to get underway, and most of the college institutions are starting. Is anti-Semitism on the back burner?
Or is it done? after these major institutions were forced to pay big-time fines. This is Jimmy Fala, inviting you to join me for Fox Across America, where we'll discuss every single one of the Democrats' dumb ideas. Just kidding, it's only a three-hour show. Listen live at Noon Eastern or get the podcast at foxacrossamerica.com.
Information you want, truth you demand. This is the Brian Kill Me Show. I am not against having the number of law enforcement officers we needed. That means police officers. That means working with local communities with police officers.
Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa. With police officers, this is what Bill Bratton said to police. Wait, real simple thing, Sean. Bill Bratton said to me, Bill Bratton said to me. The way to create safety is by bringing police and community together in common cause.
Okay, you're not going to be able to do that. You can't do that with the military. You cannot do that with the military. I only defund the police. Again, wait till he gets to office.
If he does, and I think I think he will be very clear about keeping people safe. I really do. That is the worst mayor you can imagine, except for if Momdami gets elected. That is Mayor de Blasio on with Sean last night, two nights ago, talking about the reason to get behind Momdami because he talks about affordability. He's also anti-Semitic, doesn't like who wants to arrest Prime Minister Netanyahu when he comes here.
You know about all his socialistic tendencies, including The rent control apartments, and I think doubling the corporate tax, which will cut, which will chase corporations out. And believe it or not, he looks like he is going to get elected if everybody stays in the race. With me right now is Jeff Lacks, Cooney Professor of Law and Columnist 2. Jeff, your thoughts about Mom Damii's rise. Oh, it's horrifying.
And, you know, I wrote an op-ed a few weeks ago about how these three. You know, this is why people hate politicians, Brian. Let's be honest. You have three guys who have zero chance of beating Mamdani if they all stay in.
So, if they really all care so much about New Yorkers as much as they say they do, they need to get into a room. Who should leave?
Well, Curtis Lewa. Atoms. And leave Cuomo and Cuomo.
Well, then, who will be left? No, no, no, no. I'm saying they need to get together and pick one guy to support.
So who do you think they should pick? I've in my op-ed, I didn't take a position, but obviously the polls say it should probably be Cuomo. At this point, beggars can't be choosers. We've got to stop the communist. He's not a socialist.
He's a communist. And I know you know this, he's cost. In legal fees, $60 million. And the state has to pay $60 million because of his antics as governor. From the killing of the uh senior citizens to the allegations of sexual harassment.
Yeah. It's a horrible situation. If I had a vote, I would vote Sleewa. I wouldn't even think about it. I don't have a vocal 'cause I'm in Long Island.
Right. But There is, we are in an unpre, you know, you said that, you said it correctly a few seconds ago. The probably the second worst mayor in the history of New York was on with Sean Hannity. It wouldn't even be close. Mamdani wants communist policy.
When he says he wants to seize the means of production, that is utter and complete communism. It doesn't work. Look what you just had some guy on. I forgot. I'm sorry.
I forgot who was in the 10 o'clock hour. You were talking about what's going on in Chicago. It's horrific. It's a failure. The Chicago Tribune did an op-ed telling New York, do not do this.
Because Brandon Johnson has been a complete and utter failure. He has the lowest approval rating of any politician in the history of the United States. Yeah, and he's earned it. And he's earned it. He's earned that.
He's earned that lack of respect.
So anti-Semitism on the campus rose up horrifically during Biden. He didn't say a word. It was Speaker Johnson that went to Columbia and was speaking up. Democrats, Chuck Schumer, didn't say a word. New York Jewish Democrat.
Yeah. Now we have. I think Harvard's about to write a five hundred million dollar check. I think that Columbia took over two hundred million dollars, promised some reforms. Are you optimistic that the rage of anti Semitism on campuses will not be existent in the fall?
No, I think it's going to continue completely unhindered, especially in New York, especially if Mom Dani gets elected, because he's going to rubber stamp all this stuff. He's already said that he supports this kind of horrific language, globalize the intifada. Oh, they're going to lose federal funding. Right, right, right. They're going to lose.
Yeah, but you're asking me if I think it's going to have an actual effect on what happens on campus. I don't. Do I think that because CUNY has, listen, the administration at CUNY is itself anti-Semitic. It's not like they're just, we're not asking them. There are other campuses where there's a lot of anti-Semitism going on, and the administration is just not doing anything about it.
CUNY, the top administration, is anti-Semitic because we know for a fact, for example, the top discrimination leader at CUNY is Sally Abadala. I've been talking about her incessantly for three years. She's the former director of CARE Minnesota, the most extreme chapter of CARE, of all the CARES. And she was the head of the BDS movement at CARE Minnesota. She's in charge of anti-Semitism at CUNY.
Exactly how does that work? And who hired her, the chancellor? And he's been defending her ever since.
Well, that's your college. That's that's the entire yeah, but it's the biggest ur it's the largest urban university in the entire country.
So when you see Harvard, Columbia, Brown writing checks. Uh, and Harvard, they say it's going to pay 500 million. I talked to a professor yesterday from Harvard, he goes, No, no, we know we're writing the check.
So they have to do that. They got to put in certain types of reforms and they're going to be monitored. Do you think no matter what they think, they are going to quickly crack down because they don't want to lose their grant money? Yeah, don't get me wrong. I do think what Trump is doing is having an enormous impact on the universities, the administrators.
I'm just referring to the lunatics on campuses who are organizing these rallies. Do I think that it's having an effect on administrations? Absolutely. We've seen it with Columbia. We've seen it to some degree with Harvard.
They're still fighting it. And we see that UCLA is actually suing the Trump administration. And UCLA had a big win last week. Not in reality, but it was kind of like, you know, it just looked like a win where the judge actually upheld an injunction where Trump has to give some of the monies back from the grants that were taken away from faculty members.
So there is a lot of ongoing litigation. I think what Trump's doing is great. I think what I really think, Brian, is that they need to bring in Lyndon McMahon and the DOE and the accrediting agencies because they're the ones with the real. Trump can't do everything by himself. And that's what he's doing.
He's thinking out of the box. I love what he's doing. I think he's done something no president would ever even conceive. The way he thinks is to me so unbelievably in his mind, how do I fix it? How do I fix it?
Yeah, and I think the way is through accreditation, because all these schools' accreditations are being violated. And if you threaten them with taking away their accreditation, that is how they operate. They're taking away a business's right to hop. And of course, he'll sue back, and then they just go rifling up the courts. Keep going, keep going, keep going.
They're going to end up in the Supreme Court in most of these cases. But I mean, I look for that. I just have hope that if. The schools know that they're going to lose money. Not so much they'll lose prestige because there's certain people who love the fact that their college is anti-Semitic, love the fact that they're standing up against Israel.
But if they know they're going to lose grant money for things, studies that's going to sustain them and maybe play into salaries, that could help.
So hopefully, we'll turn the corner there. When you talk about the policies, and people say you could be critical of Israel. and not be anti-Semitic. Can you do two things? You I'm critical of Israel.
I don't like that they're a socialist. They're a socialist country. I hate that. I think they should go more towards capitalism. I know many Israeli people, many of my friends live there, many of my friends who used to live here moved there, have fled to Israel from certain places in the world.
Which is itself horrible and scary for Jewish people. And that's part of why Charles Kushner wrote that letter to France. But. I criticize Israel all the time. We're not talking about criticizing Israel.
We're talking about saying things and doing things against Israel, like accusing them falsely of genocide. No country in the history of the world, Brian, has ever been found liable by the International Court of Justice for genocide. Even in Darfur, Darfur, where 300,000 civilians were massacred. Even they weren't prosecuted for genocide. Why?
Has Israel, what Israel is doing worse? No, Israel has legitimate reasons to go into Gaza. Why? To knock out. Was it Trump who said this?
That, no, I'm sorry. It was B.B. Netanyahu who said, would we have left Nazis in Germany after World War II? Brilliant statement. No, we would not have.
That would have been insane. You don't leave Nazis there.
So why should Israel leave Hamas in Gaza? Right. And they just did a poll. Tony Blair's company did a poll, and people, the Palestinians, don't want Hamas to govern them. Yeah.
So and he was just in the Oval Office yesterday along with Jared Kushner, Ron Dermer. and some others about ways what would Gaza look like the day after. We know President Trump already had an idea, and he said this in February, and people lost their minds. Cut thirty three. I'll tell you, the way to do it is my plan.
I think that's the plan that really works, but I'm not forcing it. I'm just going to. sit back and recommend it. And then the US would own the site. It'd be na own Noha Mas.
And it'd be developed, and then you start all over again with a clean plate. Another way of doing it, but I don't think it would work, would be to do it. with people there. But I just don't see that working. I mean, it's been.
It's been so many years, so many decades of of killing on that site. That is one dangerous place.
So What if we took it over? He basically said, everyone said, forget it. But Egypt's building a huge wall to make sure the Palestinians are going to be able to get it. They don't want them. They want no part of the Palestinian.
But they caused unrest when they got there. That's right. And they also caused unrest in Jordan. They basically get kicked out of Jordan's job. Jordan doesn't want them.
Jordan is in the PA, and Gaza is Egypt. And neither one of them, they could easily take in the refugees. Taking the population, take over Gaza or sorry, the Strip, the West Bank. And they don't want to. They have no interest in that.
But Trump's a developer. Trump thinks like a business developer. It's fascinating that idea to build, you know, to build. Listen, Gaza actually, if they did with the money what they should have, Hamas and the Palestinians would be a gorgeous Gorgeous country. What do you sources say?
How many of Hamas fighters are left? Oh, I mean, I don't know how many are left, but what I keep hearing from everybody is that every time one gets assassinated, five more pop out, which makes you really question: well, who is that? That's obviously civilians are stepping up, coming into Hamas. And you said something very interesting a couple of seconds ago, which is that the Palestinians, so the Gazans don't support Hamas. But that's only because they're suffering.
They are suffering. Let's not deny that. There is definitely a lot of civilians that are dying. It's urban warfare. John Spencer speaks about this all the time, about how difficult urban warfare is.
The average ratio of civilian to fighter casualties in modern urban warfare is nine to one. In Israel, it's definitely nowhere near that. We don't know exactly how much it is, but you're going to have a lot of civilian deaths. The reason why the Gazans don't support Hamas is because they are suffering. All right, Steve Woodkoff came out.
And basically said, we offered Hamas, give me half the hostages back, and then we'll give some Palestinians, and we'll have a 60-day ceasefire. And Hamas said no. And then they said yes. Do you know where we're at that? Would that be a supp that be a plan do you think people would support?
Half, and then, yeah, I mean, Hamas knows these are the last pieces they have to play. They have no cards left. And Trump has said that many times. Trump said he knew that this would happen once it was down to 20, and no one really thinks there are 20 alive left. And so, what is Hamas gonna do?
Hamas knows they're finished. Once the hostages are gone, Israel's gonna go in and they're gonna wipe out Hamas.
So, I listen, it's very sad. I wish they could go in and get the hostages. I wish Hamas would just lay down their guns. This thing would be over in a minute if they laid down their guns and they gave back the hostages. This whole thing would be over.
There'd be no suffering anywhere in Gaza. And, you know, the question is: who steps up? Who's the government in Gaza? That's the real question. Who is it?
Yeah, it's not the Palestinian Authority. They said they've recognized some gangs over in Pal in the Gaza that they're giving some money to to keep them safe from Hamas. But it's just an absolute mess. Jeff relax, thanks so much. Have a fantastic semester.
I know you're not gonna I would say stay in trouble, but I'm told you you're never gonna stay in trouble. No. And over at Cooney School, a professor of law. Thanks, Jeff. Thanks for having me.

As you know, you know, Washington, D.C., we have been absolutely ravaged by violent crime and President Trump is fighting back.
But who's there? It's George Soros and other extremist groups who are mobilizing and bankrolling protests to fight back against policies that are going to keep our streets safe.
So time and time again, we see George Soros and other groups are the ones bankrolling these extremist protests across the country.
So now the President's going to look to investigate what George Soros is doing and his son Alex because they've been undermining. I mean, if they're not going out of their way to go left-wing judges who are anti, who are pro-criminal, they're putting together protests. That hurt this country in every way. I mean, just precise the evil personified. But are they doing something illegal?
That's what Caitlin Sunderland says, America's for Public Trust, says absolutely. And hopefully they'll understand and feel some pressure and they're going to be examined for what they're doing to the country. But I think what the President's doing and what happened in San Francisco when they recalled Boudine, and they put a new person in there. They they got got ahead and got rid of that left-wing mayor in San Francisco, and things began to straighten out. They elected a Republican, Los Angeles as a DA.
Things began to straighten out. Hopefully, they'll wise up in real life. Alvin Bragg's a train wreck. And get rid of him. But people are starting to straighten out and understand how much they're hurting this country.
And what the president's doing, and I think I'm seeing more and more Democrats are urging. Other Democrats to not go against him when it comes to law and order. 80% of the country says that crime is a major problem in their life.
So, why would you push against Trump? Senator Scott Brown wants to be the next senator from New Hampshire. He was a senator in Massachusetts. And said this about the crackdown. He is actually battling.
He's got the nomination to cut 17. Look at President Trump, what he's doing in D.C. with the crime. I mean, we are grabbing it by the horns and cleaning it out. You've been there.
I used to live there. My car was stolen and vandalized when I was a U.S. Senator, and it got worse and worse and worse. And thank God he's doing it because that is the shining light. That is our capital.
And to get all these people off the streets, and at least the mayor is finally saying, hey, thank God. I would encourage every Democrat mayor to say, hey, listen, sir, can we have your help? Because in Minneapolis, the police are underfunded and they're overworked. And in Chicago, there's killings all the time. I don't care.
I don't believe a word that the governor says. Just say, yeah, sure. Can you help us, sir? Can you help us? Like, what is the big deal?
Are we upside down here? Can't we just stop the crime and get back to, as you referenced, as Horace said, like the normal behavior to make our country safe and secure? You know who also feels like that? Jamal Green. He ran for mayor of Chicago, lost, but says we need the help.
He told Fox Digital this. Cut fourteen. We have no place to sit back and allow the lawlessness that's happening in the city of Chicago. A 72-year-old woman was just shot in front of her senior citizen facility. Children are being shot.
going to school each and every day. We have lawlessness going on all throughout our neighborhoods. We don't have time to act like we don't have a problem to play politics because we know if there was a Democratic politician in the White House that was saying these same things, they would be jumping up to work with them. So, yeah, and by the way, that Democratic politician is Barack Obama, who's trying to put together a museum. Keep in mind, this guy has not held office since 2015.
He still can't get his museum standing up. We're talking 10 years later. He went on to say this: cut 15. If there was a Democratic president in the White House, This was President Obama, the charismatic man from the city of Chicago. then every level of government will be jumping up to say, yes, Obama, we need some help.
But because this is Donald Trump, they're going to hold their cars to their chest and say we don't need you in chicago Well, I'm here to say we do need you in Chicago. Maybe not the National Guards, but all of the other federal departments, we need every arm of government.
Well, the National Guard's going, and I believe they're training special units to handle a lot of the crowd control that maybe you don't get at the boot camp when you become a guardsman. You know, they're supposed to be able to do everything. They don't need to be cops necessarily, but need to have the ability to be cops.
So they're getting a special unit as an executive order was put together Monday. I look for them to move in there. The president just put it on Truth Social that Chicago has got to be addressed.
