God has given parents a book as to how to raise a wise son, a wise daughter, and avoid raising a fool. The Bible teaches that a simple person loves simplicity, lacks understanding, and is easily led. A scorner delights in his scorning, defies instruction, and despises the good and the godly. A fool hates knowledge, rejects wisdom, and ridicules righteousness. Parents must begin early to train their children, continue wisely by teaching them the book of Proverbs, and pray continually for their children's spiritual growth.
