Let's see, I need to change that little piece of information and, nope, not there. And then go over here and find this little piece of information and we'll go over here. Welcome aboard hour number three, hour number three. If you missed any parts of the first few hours, well, all I can tell you is, wow, you really missed out because we, wow.

Some really, really neat stuff. Cheryl Chumley was with me. We talked about election integrity. We went back in the history, by the way. Do you know that the last time, the last time that the Democrats didn't say that the Republican president was not illegitimate? They said there was a legitimate election of a Republican president. Guess when that was, Ken? I have absolutely no clue. 1988.

What? George H. W. Bush is the last time that the Democrats said that the Republican that was voted in was a legitimate president. Since the year 2000, the Bush, the first Bush or the second Bush, George W., since the year 2000, anyone who was born. So if you were 18 in the year 2000 and you voted for the first time in the year 2000 at 18, today you are 40 years old.

If you are 40 years old or younger, you have not lived in a time when the press and the Democrats accepted the results of an election. Think about that. Wow. 40 years old.

Okay? And you would have to be, you would have to be 44 and 18, you would have to be 62 years old. So anyone under the age of 60 has not lived with a Republican president that the Democrats and the media accepted as legitimate. Under the age of 60, Ken. That's just...

Right? Because in 1988, if you were 18, you voted for the first time, plus 4 is 92, plus 30, so 34, so it would be 50 years old, I guess. 34 and 18 would be 52. So under the age of 50, I apologize, so 50, but if you're 50 years or younger, still, that's a huge, huge number of the population.

Yeah, it is. There are more people under 50 than there are over 50 in the population in general. So at the age of 50 or under, you have been bombarded with the message that Republican presidents are illegitimate. You have been bombarded with the message that any action taken by a Republican president, that means Clarence Thomas, illegitimate. That means Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, illegitimate. John Roberts, illegitimate. That means every conservative member, even, I don't remember when Alito was put in place.

I'd have to look that one up. But this is what it's saying is, is that these individuals are not legitimate members of the court because the president that put them there was predominantly illegitimate. Thomas is attacked because Thomas is supposed, and it was proven that he didn't, he didn't do anything. But it didn't matter because the media has said that he didn't do anything to deserve the attacks. Right, to deserve the attacks that he took. So he was put in under George H.W.

Bush. So he would be, so he was nominated by the last, quote unquote, legitimate Republican president. But they call his nomination illegitimate because of the, well, and because of the attacks that were placed against him during the proceedings.

That's right. That what turned out to be the false accusations of sexual harassment and the individual who brought those forward was completely and totally discredited as fraud. And yet that continues to persist.

Well, the press did not retract eyes so that the average American would know. The truth. Well, and so this really aligns with what I had suggested that you and I should talk about with this spirit of deception, lack of discernment, the twisted lies of the enemy. And, you know, one of the things that's a part of your great training, victory over spiritual conflict, is understanding how the enemy takes sound waves and twists them so that when you hear them, you don't actually hear what was really said. You don't hear the truth.

It's, you know, you wouldn't believe it unless it happened to you and you could prove it. Well, unless you had another witness in the room, because even if you, you're like sitting there telling the person, look, I swear I didn't say that to you. That's not what I said. And you know, you know you didn't say that to them. And they're sitting there looking at you and going, I heard you say that. No, I swear I didn't say that. I heard you say that.

I'm going to hate you forever. Wait a minute. No, you don't. I didn't say that. Greg, what would happen if you had world leaders communicating and the enemy was able to literally twist their words and they didn't speak up and share that? Wait, wait, wait, wait.

You know, President so-and-so, Premier so-and-so. That is what I said. Wow. Imagine, I mean, this is how world wars begin. Absolutely. So there's a spirit of deception, perversion, division, rebellion, and it's worldwide.

Yes, sir. I mean, it's very strong in America. I believe that most all of the work of the enemy is happening in America because this is the last bastion of freedom where there's actually a legitimate number of followers of Jesus Christ. So, you know, you go to Europe, you have a completely, completely different environment than you have here in the United States for people who don't travel, that don't just go on tours.

But people that actually go live among the people as we do, Sylvia and I do when we travel, we spend time with the real people and we find out, we discover what's going on. That spirit has already gone full circle in every European nation and pretty much every Asian nation. And so what you have is this last bastion and it is created with the help of the pandemic, so much fear.

There's what I see a general malaise over the citizens of the United States. A lot of this is subtle, it's so subtle, but it's so powerful and it runs very deep. This deception, this worry, this doubt, this falling away that's happening in the body of Christ right now, it is moving at full speed. And the word says, hey, guess what? That day won't come until the great falling away. So Greg, we have to be really, really, really smart and ask ourselves, what's going on?

Have I lost my focus? Am I looking to just sit back and say, I just know that things are going to become the way they were? Well, if you're waiting for that, you'll be waiting until you die. It ain't going to happen.

And then you're going to be asked when you die, what did you do about it and why didn't you act? And it's because we have, I think it was John Eldredge said that we had been raised up in a comfort culture for at least the last generation, if not the last two, maybe even three. And when you are raised up in that culture, you just expect the wave to keep coming in as it does when you're on the seashore. You don't expect a tsunami. What we have been given is a tsunami of evil.

It's really scary. We don't need to wish for old times as those circumstances changing will then make us happy or open more doors. No, we have to actually make it happen and recognize that the enemy is the enemy. Amen. The enemy is the enemy. We need to recalibrate.

Excuse me. We need to recognize that so many of the thoughts we're getting today are from the enemy because he's so active, so powerful, working so subtly among the populace, especially the Church of Jesus Christ. Amen. Amen.

No doubt. We have about 30 seconds before we're going to go to that break. But you and I are both in agreement.

We're talking during the break. We both are convinced that times are going to get worse, not better. But the Word of God says, Matthew 16, 18, that the gates of Hades will not prevail against God's church. And we know what the Word says, first round, that greater is he who is in us than he who is in the world. And too many people have been giving up on God and staying home after the church and, you know, listen to partisan politics. Some have moved on to a culturally acceptable faith, which really is no faith at all.

A lot of them, like you and I, are fed up with religion, but on taking the effort to find a fellowship that preaches and teaches the real Word of God instead of religion. You see, some people think God isn't seeing or hearing what's going on. Well, boy, he not only sees it, but he's responding because he recognized that the United States of America has become a Babylon. It isn't the nation that he originally created. And I think, again, I love John Eldredge.

He's a friend. He said that this whole falling away thing has gained social momentum. And this is Satan's plans for this day and hour. And that Christians don't want to fight or go through the hard times to save their nation, their freedom, or their way of life.

Folks, we aren't going to get it by osmosis. So we need to pray right now and ask God the Father to send his angels, send his truth by his Holy Spirit to followers of Jesus Christ to get out of their shoes and into the – excuse me – get out of the pews and into their shoes to actually become an army, to actually stand up and speak like that strong witness that he has created us to be. Father God, I just pray that you will give people courage. You'll give them strength.

You'll give them boldness and they will come out of that malaise and recognize the enemy is the enemy, but greater is he who is in me than he who is in the world. I'm not going to spend all of my time seeking to please man, seeking to fit into what the fake secular anti-God media wants me to believe, wants me to do, wants to take control, wants the church to sit back in the canoe and let somebody else do the rowing. No, Father God, I pray that you will build pullers at the oars and that we are going to rush to that finish line.

We're not going to sit back lazy and weak. We are not a lazy, weak church. We are the church of Jesus Christ and he has all the strength. He has all the power.

He has all the might that dunamis that we need. Father God, I just pray that you will fill people's hearts, souls, minds, their spirits, their emotions, their bodies, everything with that power and that strength that only you have to speak the truth and to receive it and fight as good soldiers of the faith of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth who came in the flesh, we pray. Amen. Amen.

We welcome the Hill Country Patriot Radio audience and the Matt Long show, and we welcome the man, the myth, and the legend himself, Mr. Matt Long. Matt, good to have you. Thanks for being here. Always a pleasure.

Always a pleasure, Pastor Greg. Thank you. Absolutely.

Absolutely. So Big Bruhaha, retired Army general suspended from his mentor job for mocking Jill Biden. And so here's what I wrote, Matt, and just tell me your thoughts on this. So the Daily Mail writes that it was offensive, what he said, this is high paying, he made offensive remarks regarding the first lady, okay? So I wrote, what's offensive is fake news that doesn't think a woman who last month did not know what a woman is, being angry that with this revelation, she's devastated women can't kill women anymore. That's offensive to me. Yeah, I'm telling you, right? It's offensive.

What's offensive about that is killing babies, killing women is what's offensive to me. But yeah, the fact that he lost his job over this, didn't he? Yes.

Yes, he was dismissed from his position for what they called mocking her. Well, you know, I was always growing up, when I was a teenager, you would hear the line, these kids today, they got no respect, what's this world coming to? Next thing you know, cats and dogs are gonna be sleeping together. And you know what? It's all coming true, isn't it? We are living in insane times. And especially when people are objecting so heavenly to a Supreme Court decision that all it did was move the choice back to the people and back to the states. And the insanity and the junk fake news that's coming out of this, Pastor Greg, and options. You mentioned yesterday, there was talk about providing abortions on military bases, because that's federal property. So they could come into a military base in Texas and perform abortions there and just invite the public onto the military base for abortions. And have you found that rumor to be true or anything real to that?

Or do you have a fear of that actually happening? My understanding, and there was a follow-up article in the Epoch Times about that, and from what I understand, what the Pentagon came out and made the statement was, is that under conditions where a woman's life is at risk or there has been a rape or the doctor has determined that the abortion is medically necessary, that the military bases will continue to provide those services, which they say is something that that's the guidelines that they have been following all along. Nothing has changed with regards to those guidelines. So now, the other side to that is the question of what does the doctor decide. According to James Thorpe, a friend of mine who is a gynecologist who works in that field, the percentage of women who have life-threatening pregnancies that require that kind of an intervention is a minuscule number.

I even saw one guy, and I can't verify for sure, but he said that he was a gynecologist that had been practicing for 30 years, and in 30 years he never performed one of those procedures. You know, Dr. Ben Carson came out a couple years ago on that when that was being discussed, and he said the very same thing. He said that it was so rare these days. He said we have the ability these days to save the mom and the baby, which we have not been able to do, say, 20 or 30 or 50 years ago. And so even Dr. Carson came out and said, listen, this is so rare as to almost be nonexistent. And so there's a little bit of the more fake news that we get that we're going to let women die.

The other one I think is probably the worst from the ectopic pregnancies where people have said, oh, they're just going to let women die. No, every state has an exception to that, and it's just how do we get the word out to people that none of this is actually happening? Well, you know, it's the same thing, and I talked about this in my first segment with Sheryl Chumley about elections, okay? Do you remember the last time that the press and the Democrats said that a Republican was legitimately elected president? I'm not sure. 2016 was stolen, remember? No, no, no, I know, but I'm just asking. Can you remember the last time that the Democrats and the press said that the Republican that was voted in as president was legitimate? I can't remember. Honestly, I can't.

I couldn't even tell you. I understand, because it was 1988 and it was George H.W. Bush. That's the last time that the Democrats and the press agreed that there was a legitimate president that was voted in that was Republican.

That's it, 1988. So if you are under the age of 50, you have not lived in a time when Democrats accepted the results of the presidential election that were not in favor of a Democrat. And they're not accepting the decision of the Supreme Court now. We've got DAs all over the state of Texas in our metropolitan areas who are saying, we're going to ignore it. We're going to disregard what the Supreme Court is saying.

We're just not going to do that. What do you think Texas' answer to that should be and or is going to be? Well, I hope that Texans in those areas are going to, by their vote, remove those district attorneys from their places of office. I hope that Ken Paxton is going to take a stand and say that they are now illegitimate and enforce the full weight of the legal powers of the state of Texas. But it's interesting to note that in Arizona, where they had the act conception bill, they wanted to put that through and a stay was put on that in Arizona by a federal judge. Now, if you read the rest of the story, what you understand is that the bill is written to what many consider, even those that are a part of that, saying it's a little bit ambiguous. We need to tighten up our language a little bit more.

But it's very similar to bills that have been passed in places like Georgia and Alabama and a couple of other states across the country as well. So, this is going to be an interesting go on. But I think the point of this is, and the media is not going to let this go out, so you and I and others like us with our platforms have got to continue to educate. And I know, you know, 11 years I've been doing this program, we both have been at this grassroots thing for a long time, and we came in behind people that had been doing this for, you know, at that point probably seven, eight years before us. And so many of them said, we're so tired of the education, we need people to act.

Well, I understand that. But when you have what I just pointed out as the truth, everyone under the age of 50 has been inundated and indoctrinated to believe we haven't had a legitimate Republican president. Man, that kind of scares me for what comes up in two years. There's a whole lot of speculation. We don't even have time to go into it, but is Biden going to run again?

Is Kamala going to run for band? I'm telling you what, they are running circles on the Democrat side. They have completely lost faith in their own guy, and now they're frantic. After seeing 2,000 mules or after knowing what 2,000 mules is about, can anybody trust the next election?

Sixty-four percent of Biden's own party suggests that he not run in 2024 and that they need to find another candidate. Wow, that's a pretty strong message. And that's in the New York Times.

A New York Times poll. That's stunning. And you know they're going to lean toward the Democrats, so that's wild. Yeah, it really is. Matt, God bless you. God bless Texas.

It means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth and that I can never sit silently by while evil attempts to conquer the world. God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life. That does not make me weak but strong, not silent but bold and not fearful but courageous. Therefore if you are my friend while we may not fully agree know that I share what I share because I care.

If you strongly disagree with these beliefs they are not debatable for me and you can if you choose unfriend me. I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see and ears to hear that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and that God, not man, gets to decide what is truth, life and the way. God bless you.

And I'm moving a couple of things around here to kind of, yeah, there we go. I don't know, something like that.

Let me tell you this also. I've had to make some adjustments. We've had to make a few changes.

And the majority of decisions and the changes and the things that we've been doing are predicated on economics. And I hear people say, well, you know, listen, if God wants you, then God will provide. Folks, God doesn't just drop money out of thin air.

It doesn't just fall from the sky and then, oh, look, there you go. Pastor David Lowery and I were talking about ministers and planes and what have you. And I agree with him.

I also agree. I mean, there was a man named R.G. Lucerno who had a business, but he also bought a plane and he used his plane predominantly for ministry. And he would fly around to different places where he would preach and minister and then fly back to his factories. I can't say, you know, does a pastor need a plane?

Maybe. Maybe he needs a plane because he goes from place to place to place to place to place. And sometimes it might be more convenient to have a plane to do it rather than a vehicle to drive in.

I get it. In other terms, it may be better to drive. I don't know.

Maybe that's the case. I don't have the ability to do either right now. My physical limitations are such. Now, if I had a traveling vehicle, if I had a handicapped van so that I could roll the chair up into it, my motorized chair that I was blessed with that Rick Manning actually was the gentleman who helped to pay the difference so that I could get that motorized chair and I bless God for that. Where I go, I go based on donations.

Where I go and not based on donations like you got to pay me to come there, but based on donations based on I don't have the funds to get there. The carpet that I roll around on in my house is the carpet that's stained with the blood and the body fluids that have been there over the course of the five years of recovering from this accident when I first arrived here from the hospital. Because I can't afford to change the flooring. My bathroom floor, well, there isn't one.

It's just the wood. I got donations and the donations paid for the overhaul that got done, but there were some things that came up that cost a little bit extra and so the floor didn't get done and the company that we paid for the floor, the man that we paid, my wife paid in cash and he got into a car accident and hit his head and forgot that he got the money. And since we didn't find a receipt, we lost that cash.

Oh well, those things happen. There's no point in going to suit over it. No point in anything else.

We just plain lost the money and so I don't have a floor. These are life that we live, life that we go through. I don't ask for funds for generally my life expenses.
