Everyone has a story. Watch yours. I'm so glad that he knows my name.

Psalms 51, 14, and 16. Because he holds fast to me in love, I would deliver him. I will protect him because he knows my name. When he calls me, I will answer. I will be with him in trouble. I will rescue him and honor him with long life.

I will satisfy him and show him my salvation. He knows my name. That's one of my favorite songs and it always reminds me that God loves me and already knows my name, even if I don't feel like I'm worthy or a good enough person to deserve his goodness and his glory. We all have names and people know us by their name. Some of us are not seen in the light of our names, but God sees who we truly are.

Therefore, God calls us by our names, not as people of the world calls us. In the world today, we are known also by a number. That's your social security number. It is very important to know that number and keep it safe.

If placed in the wrong hands, someone can ruin your credit and your name. I'm so glad that he knows my name. Jesus is the sweetest name I know. Now, it isn't important if you know my name. You may call me Charlie. You may call me Anita or you might even call me boss lady or you may not even call me at all.

What is important is that you call on the name of Jesus because there is power in that name. There's healing in that name. Does he know your name today? Do you have a relationship with him?

Are you fully committed? Have you been redeemed, washed in his blood? With all the things that are going on today, sickness, people losing their lives, trouble on every side, no jobs, hurting hearts, I am so glad to report today that he knows my name. Does he know your name today? Do you have a relationship with him?
