Watch yours. You are not alone. Even when you are alone, you are never alone. Loneliness is one of the major mental health issues in America today. A lot of people just dread being alone. One has the need for some kind of relationship. That is why God looked at Adam and said, it's not good for man to be alone.

So I'll make a companion just for you. I heard Dr. Jeremiah say once, going without food or water will kill the body, but the lack of relationship will kill the mind and the spirit. During this pandemic, everything was closed. No work, no school, no church, everyone and everything was shut down. Everyone was pretty much staying inside. So unless you had a spouse, children, or close family and friends, you were alone.

Wow. Just think about it. Not having anyone to talk to, not being able to see anyone. Only the person's passing maybe on your street. Maybe you are alone right now. Maybe you know someone that is alone, really alone all by themselves. And then you may be in a state of depression with people around you, but still feeling alone. God is your answer and your friend.

Do you remember the movie Home Alone? Well, do me a favor today. Check on that person that may be alone. Let them know that God is a constant friend and he will never leave you alone. Let them know that they can talk to him anytime of the day or night.

He will listen and know that he cares. And for you that is listening to me today, just know that you are not alone. I'm talking to you and you are not alone. God bless you.
