Breaking news to Jay Sekulow, the Supreme Court for churches in California will talk about that and more today on Jay Sekulow live in Washington DC, one for your questions right now called one 806 843-110-1800 68412, and now your host below Jay Sekulow secularize, you know, the supreme court or should the New York ban on gatherings and places of worship, churches, synagogues, was unconstitutional. They take the next step two in California as well. It is an order that came out of just this morning actually comes from portfolio. My hands were people's very short on Facebook periscope parlor wherever your you're watching and it says the application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Kagan and by her for the court treated as a petition for writ of search and the September 2 order of United States district court for the Central District of California is vacated. Case is remanded to the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit with instructions to remand to the district for further consideration in light of the case at a New York Roman Catholic diocese of Brooklyn versus Cuomo or Cuomo lost a New York lost that case trying to ban houses of worship for having again their services in person services. This is a huge win for all religious faiths it in the California and I think it's in the signal to the whole country. Now I because we at Sundance report specific just to something happening in New York they apply what they did in New York that very broadly insane if you try to even the similar thing California can't do it. We also have one Illinois I would follow brief there. Still, it's gonna come down exactly same way and that is not because it is because specifically of the addition of justice.

Yes, what's interesting here is we have a case in California that's directly impacted by this we represent Calvary Chapel of Fort Bragg, California nonprofit church and River of life church we sued Gavin Newsom.

We did this with as American Center for Law and Justice with our friend Robert Tyler from advocate for faith and freedoms we both file that and we been waiting for an order from the court, bear what is interesting now in light of the decision last week 5 to 4 and then this week and what's so fascinating about this. This application was presented to Justice Kagan and it was Justice Kagan who then referred her to the court. The court then said that the application for injunctive relief and alert to stop the prohibitions against the churches is treated as a petition for certiorari even though judgment had not been rendered.

That's unusual in the petition is granted. The September 2 order of the United States District Court for the Central District of California is vacated.

The case is remanded in light of consideration Roman Catholic diocese of Brooklyn versus Cuomo which was decision last week Harry, this is a really good sign for religious freedom, absolutely. So if you look at today's order and if you look at the November 25 order by the United States Supreme Court is clear beyond question that the Supreme Court is creating a pattern in strong support of religious liberty.

Indeed, even if you look at the November 25 decision involving the Roman Catholic diocese of New York versus Cuomo.

It's important to keep in mind that that decision will with respect to religious liberty is even stronger because both justice Roberts and Justice Breyer who voted in the minority, strongly supported the notion of religious liberty, and they even believed that Cuomo's restrictions likely violated the first amendment. So you gotta see that you got a supermajority now in a sense very committed to religious liberty. And while this is significant and it is very significant as these other cases but I think they can be summarily handled. I think this is Jordan's exactly how to handle this is exactly why you need to be supporting the work of the American Center for Law and Justice, 28 you get these lawsuits in and across the country.

As we done it represent the church in California.

In Illinois I because it wasn't just it's not just specific to what happened in New York, the court is now saying what happened in New York this what could happen in every country but you have to bring us a challenge. That's the key is got a state that is shut down in person worship God to bring us a challenge of will then instruct the courts use our reasoning out of the case in New York and open back up these place of worship witnessed a lie because I want to talk to our Facebook and YouTube audience about this so don't go away.

We got a lot more head on radio back in a minute you can stay with us, the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith.

Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do.

Simply would not occur without your generous support in our matching challenge today make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you.

You forgive today online ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question for copy of mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow life is secular. We are take your phone calls.

We hundred 64, 31, two, that's what he hundred 684-3110 I got a lot to talk about here.

First of all, if you're just doing this you need to know the Supreme Court because of the confirmation of justice Amy Cody bears the Supreme Court justice Baird has shifted the court remembered, I judge, Chief Justice Roberts was part of the court's majority denying the appeals of places of worship when they were fighting back against these orders to shut down and have no in person worship and he was with the liberal afford liberals and he still is with the 3 Liberals He Downsides Way that what it was that the court was in it eight justice, or there was Justice Ginsburg was there was that. With that the four liberals now is with the three Liberals, but justice Baird has changed the makeup of how the court sees religious liberty is specifically the First Amendment. We saw that in the case.

New York now in California and were going to see it across the country. No more will these governors be able to trample on the constitutional rights of Americans and of one of those rights. Of course, is the right to worship and of course to the free exercise of religion and ending again.

They are saying that these these these rulings by the governors eating spy governors to randomly decide who can go in person who can't cannot do that to place the worship they are specifically protected under the Constitution that that that is a huge shift in the court. So again it took the confirmation of justice Baird to get that shifted. That's how important that getting that nomination through and done was that it was so important and were already seeing the ramifications of Donald Trump got three justices confirmed to the Supreme Court of the United States and basically 3 1/2 years and then hundreds in the lower courts so you got talk about lasting legacy.

I mean this is a lasting legacy.

Now the question is going to be a fan on this or some variant nominations for right now. I saw this morning that there is nomination going, what's the latest on that. Then we talk about some of the election situation yet. Nominations actually been reported out of the Senate Judiciary Committee as we speak. Jay's two additional nominees. By the way, including the replacement of her justice Baird on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals all the way up to the very end of the term date.

The Senate Judiciary. Our committee and the Senate floor are processing these nominees as we speak. H 229 federal judges that it been confirmed that numbers going to go up and I would just say it very clear and we sit on the broadcast all-time judges and justices matter, but in this case, J, it's literally the difference between a win and a loss, and whether or not churches across this country are to be treated on even par with restaurants, bars and nightclubs. That's how important judges and justices are look this is a this is all I can say that this is a really great decisions very good day for the Supreme Court is a very good paper religious dreams. A good day for the church is the day present right now is talk about present from and that is the ongoing litigation battles. There is a case file now in Georgia another one that's been filed yesterday. Cleve Mitchell colleague of ours has filed a lawsuit there, alleging violations of state law as well. Wisconsin now has two lawsuits filed Arizona. Of course, during the reporting that this morning. This is a big this is an very interesting development in Arizona. There is a reeked, the judge ordered a recaps a specific kind about these are ballots that come in and something happened to Mike in the mail.

They got toward rip something or something happened through the machine and showed the porkers correct them to the best of their ability so that your vote counts. While a inch and they they've just reviewed 100 and out of the hundred of this may sound a small but out of 100, when you're talking about tens of thousands will start at this number up to out of the hundred were corrected to vote for Joe Biden that should've been clearly voted for Trump to out of the 100 so the judges ordered our view of 2500 more in Arizona like this and you can begin to start doing the math.

If there was some systematic way, where if if it was they could somehow try to put the vote some other way that would show not only illegal conduct, but it is fraught on the behalf of those election workers and it certainly illegal so that is it. That is what I what I said as a Newsmax this morning before we were on air in and he said what were seeing is not so much that these are worsening new cases probably are also seeing the fruits of the original cases were filed alleging illegal conduct by the states.

It all started with the stay at a Pennsylvania Greg said this, you can't.

You can't take in these late in coming ballots can't violate the laws are on the books without changing the loss. You didn't do that. So you can just do it by executive fiat at the state level so putting a stay in place that states still in play. I was in the say the interesting thing about that is an course where you represent the President of that and we intervened in that case was originally worn. A party that stay estate in place now for a month so the initial stay that was issued by Justice Alito has stayed in place. That tells me you know it's it's hard to read tea leaves on these things and Derek explained courts try to keep the status quo kind of situation to see what develops you over the next week or 10 days. I think that precisely correct and the key issue here is accuracy.

Accuracy in voting.

So if we take Jordan's comment with respect to Arizona.

That is a very very important decision because based on the results of 100 boats. We now know that there was a possibility at least if this carries forward that that's a 4% boatswain because it's too boats that should've gone to Trump what actually went the other way.

So that's a 4% boatswain that's enough if it carries forward and other precincts to change the outcome in Arizona. They Cleve Mitchell just sent me a note that they are filing today has not been filed yet, but the one in Georgia. In addition, the ones of Artie been filed is being filed sometime today that she that's the plan. And then of course you in Nevada. Rick Cornell's team will be joining us later broadcast. They got to review that the machines getting to review the machines themselves and in Georgia three counties. The judge said you cannot delete the information on those voting machines. Those three counties are you got Gwinnett and Cobb. They went to Biden in Cherokee, which were to Trump so there can be a review of those now that there they're all being thought out. Now you've got state saying we don't want you had that review Nebuchadnezzar majority slaves. I will know how that process is working in our data is actually going on around Georgia. The states coming in and saying we can't allow you to review it because that would allow use the proprietary information so they try to fight back Republican dieter information Republican Gov. Martin Republican Secretary of State, who by the way, Republican secretary state you know it finally got him to say, you know, maybe there was fraud here yet a son passed away and his son is gotten that's in the past we got three different voter registration pieces in the mail from the group started by Stacy Abrams. The intent taken over by what Warnock and now he's looking into when there's runoff it affected him is not looking even look into it was the Presidential election. This is getting those winds on television. Yeah, this is this is that that would make me sick because it only matters to these politicians when they see it firsthand. They don't believe anybody they don't want to look then they always will look the other way and the truth is now are seeing a mechanical states at Sylvania Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, that's clearly enough to be outcome determinative you and Pennsylvania course it's amazing this is what the secretary of state said there something that came to our house yesterday. We got three of them all from the same organization. Since my son Brent and Jay Roethlisberger, who passed away two years ago. Okay, so now I feel horrible about.

That's terrible. And the fact that they sent it to his son shows you what how these are fraught with drug limit. Make a very clear statement on Georgia because I think this is important. We have a National Election Taking Pl. in Georgia when everybody be aware this this is a national election. This is not just picking two senators and to represent the state of Georgia. This is control of the United States Senate. This is the equivalent of the Presidential race. It's a branch of government release affable branch of government that is literally at stake during the selection, and I know there's some in Atlanta. Some lawyers I know saying don't vote personal.

You have a constitutional obligation to vote.

That's number one vote you will tell you to Buffalo but you need a boat but understand what's at stake, whether Republican or Democrat or independent. This is the control of the United States Senate that is at play here. So when reckless statements are made about not voting because I don't trust machines look were doing everything we can and will do on election integrity issues. As with the ACLJ1 of the things we do. But then this idea people need understand in Georgia. What's at stake here for the rest of the country but yet so much as in-state damages say this very clearly the side that unifies the swiftest and the most effectively is going to win both of those seats because look there some idea out there right now that you can go a couple more weeks and tell people not to vote and then at the end you'll tell them to vote J mobilization on the ground right now to get on the fence voters motivated to get people who are registered, registered to vote date. This is win that election will be once on the site again. The side that unifies the quickest and the most effectively. J when both the seats I Georgia I cannot stress enough I met.

I was very discouraged when I heard people I know lawyers I know in Atlanta yesterday saying don't vote this at this is absurd.

Don't abdicate fight me. My gut is the presence fight until the bitter end here. We are litigating whereby Mabel got J still standing at the Supreme Court of the election. I can't tell you how it's good to go.

It's an uphill battle. We all know that odds are against us. Can anything happen. Sure could go the other way you but I would tell you this abdicate a branch of government because you don't think that the Georgia officials were tough enough during the Presidential election which I tend to agree with his ridiculous is a very bad response to a national election and that's what this is. I think what people he values his some actors in this mess in their legal work is bad not truly true conservatives.

They came on board with Trump. They were that they could've been Democrat they don't get it. What they're saying and understand the makeup of the student how that would change everything or stop everything if you're buying got it. Only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable and is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to question your free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ.

The work we simply would not occur without your generous take Courtney in her matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family.

You forgive today online ACLJ hundred 684-3110, 1-800-684-3110 let's go ahead and take a call on Nellis, it will not care to New Mexico online, for he care welcome to Jay Sekulow live figure that out loud that government are the map that this Karen are like Walmarts in the stores open your community blows those kind stores frequently mean individual standards princes are amusements open bowling alleys, gyms, are they open now okay she's rolling back some restrictive because the increase in covert look. It should be. What good goes from Walmart and Sam's and Costco should go for the church. That's my view it's a simple test.

It's the Walmart Cosco test. I'll call it. It's that simple and secure what it takes is it takes one of those churches to to file that challenge having contact us at ACLJ that are/L maybe at your church.

Specifically, because what the Supreme Court is set up his base. He said bring us your case. Remeasure latest quickly rented handle it quickly for you and you can have in person worship and the that the governors can do this.

I've been out New Mexico. During this lockdown. Karen is right. It is a is almost hard to imagine how lockdown places like Albuquerque are when the basically the only people you see on the street are front-line workers like like when there's a share of doctors in terms but but again that we were months into this and like you said, he could still go to Walmart you still go to the grocery store you can go to church.

This reporter said no more to that no more to that and you just got to but you have to bring the challenge to the court. She's got to get that you got to get the church in New Mexico. This is what will bring the challenge we will challenge the state and it will quickly get to the Supreme Court, and they will be victorious they will win they will win with just a paragraph from the court and that's all it will take yet we just filed a brief in a case could be Romanian Pentecostal church and logos Baptist Church against Gov. Pritzker in Illinois. Let me table the beginning we said review is necessary here for all the reasons set forth in the petition for certiorari. Additionally, Amicus argues, that's us urge this court to grant summary reversal of the Seventh Circuit ruling that order 32 did not unconstitutionally target religion by limiting religious worship to 10 persons while imposing no limits with respect to other activities in the same churches, so a church could have a community meeting Harry with her restrictions but not attend.

Limit if it's a church service.

Though it's a time limit Supreme Court's going to clearly mouthing that. Is there any doubt where the ruling on this. I mean no I don't think so, but I also think that these rulings by the United States Supreme Court should be perfectly obvious to a competent governor they cannot discriminate against religion.

It's clearly protected by the United States Constitution, but they failed to understand that. Let's go and take another call Galileo in California online. Three. Haley, the welcome to Jay Sekulow live calls are qualified iron facts. And got a man at building.

I think they should take from the church and working to keep their people parking fee and I have my mark. One more and let me someone others were 76 I think the Supreme Court has made clear, and is making a clear line by line, sentence by sentence in case by case that there is not a First Amendment exception for churches during a pandemic that they have to be treated like other buildings, other facilities in the numbers just cannot be made up by these governors who said you have a 10,006 seat arena. Harry will go back to lay limit 10,006 worship center which you currently have 10 people or make sense. So on the face.

Many of these restrictions are absolutely absurd but consistent with your point is a factual matter in the case involving the Roman Catholic diocese in New York that churches and the synagogue. They have maintained all precautionary measures and they have operated at 25% or 33% capacity four months with out a single outbreak of the coronavirus, exactly. So the coyote tells you where this is Layla your last comment we go will I might not. Bel Air and she paid attention, the lady helping out care. I am not and I motivating them to get kicked out and my daughter with elaborate your daughter needs to do is go to counseling is not to be outcome determinative, but you can report that your local election precinct. That's what you should do a situation I reported to your local election precinct, looking toward. It seems to me you been following this really closely that it shipped is not just fraud allegations. Now it's violations of state law. Right.

That's the issue. Specifically, its in Wisconsin 220,000 votes come in mail involves coming in was under Wisconsin law, those people can be contacted if they did something it took two and 20,000 had errors that marked the forms right under Wisconsin law, they can cut the fish to be contacted and then if it's up to them to come in and correct that instead in Wisconsin with the lawsuit alleges is that the porkers just fix it form. That's what the law says is not fraud, it's illegal conduct that's that's that violates the laws of the state of Wisconsin but then also implicates voters around the country is if you allow those 220,000 illegal votes to be counted where the law wasn't followed your disenfranchising people who voted not in Wisconsin and other states because you're allowing illegal votes under their state law so it also then brings in federal issues as well. Of equal protection and due process.

So I think what you're starting to see now what you're starting to see now is that these lawsuits really focus. Lawsuits are focusing on when you had state laws in place and they were just completely ignored and courts are going to have to determine is that okay are you that is. This is going to be okay for this election cycle and what kind of precedent does that said because we talked about protecting the integrity of the election. What kind of precedent does that set for future elections. The Georgia Secretary of State. It's a sad story, but the truth is he's been a horrendous Secretary of State.

But here's the trip to Georgia voters. There's a lot of bad refs. They make bad calls during games the players to walk off the field and quit. They still try to win. That's what you need to do in Georgia, your conservative bad you gets you had some bad refs there were still fighting them in court and their even admitting they were bad now they're admitting that there could be fraud in their state. Finally, you don't walk off the field don't follow the advice.

These these actors who are just popping up never been involved in politics before do not follow their advice quality advice people understand how the balance of power works how Washington works and whether or not you like a new great deal whether you want a tax hike whether you want the most liberal nominees all get a pass or if you want to check on that power.

If it comes that to go and vote in Georgia stay on the field. The piece of loser. Just as I walk up as I like the rest be right back on Jay Sekulow lives fortworthaclj@aclj.org but again don't be that loser kid stay on the field when the game is the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow live and now your secular Jay Sekulow like this Jordan secular. We are take your phone calls would hundred 61, two, that's what he wanted so big with Supreme Court you knew about the wind out of New York.

The court five force Anoka Cuomo and state you cannot impose these restrictions on in person worship. Whether it is a synagogue or church or another place of worship. There is a constitutional right there in the First Amendment and you cannot trample on that that is now now involves California so California similar challenge. They get the order in that this is against nuisance versus Cuomo, now Newsom. This is all it took was for him for the second time half a page so if you're in the state. Now we we represent church in California risen church in Illinois, the Supreme Court us is making the indication very clear publicly that they're not there.

Not trying to do this like state-by-state case-by-case basis. There saying nationally.

You cannot tell churches to do this, so if your church brings the case against the governor in your state has one of those lockdown rules was know in person worship. The Supreme Court is striking those restrictions down nationwide that you have to the screen court to do that has to do it state-by-state that got it. Had the cases brought in owner will bring Avenue out of Illinois now and at the lot of other states or to start doing that to but remember that every state that's done this either.

It's it's the new Sims is the Cuomo's, the New Mexico is the bluest of blue states. In summary abasement just I just on the comments west by said that in Minnesota yes from the other day. Some casinos most of the people there are elderly and their operating about 60% capacity. And those are operating the church and if 10 people.

This is absurd. This is now. We also need to say that obviously the addition of Amy Barrett as Justice Barrett has made a big difference on the Supreme Court of the United States. We know that we gotta stay in place from the Pennsylvania litigation on the election.

That's still in place.

We must stay in place for the financial records of the President that is still in place. That's been a month and fan we know today that nominees to fill Amy Barrett spots are being discussed or maybe even voted on yet a spot that was vacated in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals that nominees being voted out of committee and the intention is to confirm him on the floor of the Senate, maybe as soon as next week. Jake, I would add just maybe one thing to your substantive discussion about you. This is what we've argued from the very beginning that a First Amendment restriction should be the last to be imposed, and the first to roll back but Jake is on people understand this very clearly.

There is also a strategic, tactical reason why we've argued all across the country. It's for this exact scenario. So when you get one good ruling in New York a R ruling in California, it's ready to go. That's why you spread out that you meant what you make good legal strategy good tactics he can get this nationwide impact me to say something we've been arguing this case before this recording.

I states before Duckett. Let me repeat the number in the 80s and the 90s and the 2000s in the 2000 and now the 2025 decades that merely part of five decades a month at all, but for four full decades and in five going into the fifth decade. It's been precedent upon precedent and then as justices shipped things happen cases you'll argued in literally in 1990, where they said you cannot discriminate against the church's viewpoint or the positions are advocating in public access those same principles are what's now being applied. Eric right here to that during the coronavirus absolutely and your analysis is very spot because there are up to 20 lawsuits involving houses of worship that are pending and could be affected by the Supreme Court's decision making, particularly last week and then it has followed up on that decision. With today's decision involving California, which is a great reason to support the work of the ACL days we start our December final month of the year matching challenge to ACLJ.org you double the impact that issues he could see having a big thank you to everybody.

November again and month they facilitate important because there's so much work to do across the country of so many issues and so much battles we have to prepare for is attorneys to care for best and worst case scenarios. Often times the worst case is in your hearing for the most as we find out in court. The election will set the pair for what would happen if Georgia went blue.

This integration would happen if Joe Biden takes the oath of office in January we have to be ready for that.

The ACLJ support our work record now specialized ACLJake joining his next American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who, through their faith, uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you.

You forgive today online ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you personally. Publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow this Jordan secular joining is now special advisor Rick Grenell specialize in asking for policy, but of course he's been very involved in the effort set up to protect election integrity, specifically in Nevada and in Nevada in this new order came out that there could be these look at the could inspect the voting machines. This actually goes the voting machines issue that people talk about who wanted to talk to Rick about that that because this is key because the machines have been kind of the leftist Kazakh conspiracy theory conspiracy theory and sure there's been some out there that are kind of wild on the Internet but an a judge actually said look into it yet.

So judges are interesting because Rick and we had a judge in Arizona now say we are look at some of these ballads, you had a 3% correction rate of 4% is very calculated were vultures going to prison for about 100.

Now we've got so they want them to look at 2500 will you and your team went in in Nevada to seek access to the machines. What was the and you got an order what's been the result so far that we should be able to inspect the machines we presented our case and the judge said yeah let's let them go look at the machines and and the balance and team went in there yesterday and basically, the government gave a mature, they didn't allow him to inspect the machines.

So we've gone back to the judge to say when a minute. This is not like your orders that you know there's a lot of complaints about you know, bring your claims of fraud for word and will look into that and yet what we are finding is when we do, there's not a lot of looking into and and let's remember that the the boats. The balance the envelopes. All of this information is being held by the government by Clark County officials in the Nevada case and so we don't have access to the perfect information the government's and they have a responsibility when we raise these concerns to look into it and they're dismissing it out right in there trying to run out the clock so I was about this exactly was an essay so you get an order for access and then the axis to give you is not productive because you said it's a tour of the facilities which does not really tell you what you need. So then the question is not back to court, which it sounds like you are to get the access specifics of the judge S is like none I know they get to check the machines they get to look at the calibration of exchange they get to understand the machines so that takes two or three more days and are inching closer and closer to December 8 and ultimately December 14. That's what's going on there. It sounds like what you got a team that staying on top of it because I got the situation Arizona new lawsuit being filed in Georgia, and Wisconsin. We still have the state from Pennsylvania.

The Supreme Court, so there there's a lot going on there.

But let's get into this other might want one on this because the people are successor.

Rick said that you get to go back to the judge to say hey wait, we didn't order us to get a tour so we could get into these machines and that's what you're going back to the judge to get to that that these experts can review them so that we can have experts in the field of artificial intelligence and data processing to be able to look at the details and look again.

I can't emphasize enough that this is the Harry Reid machine in Clark County. They know how to delay the individuals in charge.

The voting in the register voters wheat we tried to play it again and judge allowed us to depose certain people and to seek the information. The judge said go ahead and depose 15 people. He was one of them that we wanted to depose that the register voters. He literally is been staying in this house, avoiding us and delaying us for many days again pushing on this deadline.

They know the game. We were only able to depose him yesterday after trying to serve him for five days.

They know what they're doing when they try to run out the clock here and so I think that it's not fair when people say well I don't see any evidence of fraud when we don't have the balance of the envelopes to prove any of this.

We have the suspicions and the affidavits from people coming forward is to our government to be able to come clean. Be transparent so that we all have a a belief that the election is credible and I think well or finding is that the government is trying to avoid these discussions there trying to wrap the company just give you one quick example here and we want to move on but you know County commissioners race in Nevada was thrown out by politicians who said we don't have faith in this in the in this election. It was too close and there could have been fraud and Celeste throw out the whole race we began to use that information with the judge to say luck there's one race on the ballot the same ballot where Trondheim is on that was thrown out hundred 58,000 balance in Clark County by the Democrat-controlled register of voter and county commissioners because they didn't have faith in the local election been fair, only to find after we started using it to say when an entity throughout one race. Why not throw out all of that, they scramble and on Tuesday politicians said you know what, let's just call this race and say that the guy who wanted one and they didn't check they didn't do anything different. They left from saying that the race was, not able to be used we should do a new one because of potential fraud and flipped into immediately saying that Democrat line and let's move on and there's no fraud there. They didn't check for fraud. They didn't do anything different. They just politically change their mind on the rents you served Rick as the acting director of national intelligence. In addition to the ambassador to Germany Bill Barnett change the status of John Durham from US attorney to special counsel. How do you view this in light of that investigation and simply focusing more laserbeam public focusing on crossfire hurricane that was the spine of the trunk campaign. Yeah, I'm glad he did this before the election he made clear that it was done a couple of weeks before the election so that the outcome of the Presidential election. This was a move that Bellmawr did not, it was necessary. I think having transparency in Washington is a really good thing and and have been agencies that are blessed to not over classified information to share, so that the public can learn exactly what happened, especially in this Durham investigation I think is really important to protect her and protect the integrity of this process and by the way, it's only helpful Republicans and Democrats to see the truth and have more faith in our government institutions. No one should be afraid of greater transparency and if you are afraid of greater transparency than that suspicious you Ricky on this point.

Specifically, people have with his anything to happen here when is anything to happen here in Wheatley that you had that Adam shifts of the in the past. That said you if you try to fire special counsel to the present trouble just reinstituting independent counsel of the campfire them. There is the risk, of course, that if Joe Biden get gets in. They could try to remove a special counsel, but it is fraught with a lot more of political ISA political damage MSA Joe Biden witnessed. He wouldn't do that. And of course Adam Schiff will shift on that shift to shift usually does, but I think it is just it's it's for our folks out there. They've been waiting and and I think you know from being on the inside of these in the Intel world that it is is very difficult even for these prosecutors to get the info out because you were not running up the clock before I think the same thing was happening with a lot of these agencies try to run out the clock under what I think fundamentally important for states to have an independent system, the rule of law where people can petition an independent judiciary and go to court and challenge the rules of government and and to be able to have an individual stand up to the government in an independent that is fundamental right, and it's something that we in America should be very proud that we have. I am concerned that were rolling with our prosecutions more political and that would include Durham in their my concern is, is that Durham investigation needs to be completely free of politics that that he needs to be free to look at the information and decide independent a lot of people who know him, I do not know him but a lot of people know him say that he is a very good prosecutor that he's independent so I want to give him space and not have political pressure from either Republicans or Democrats for him to hurry it or to write something. I'm just as frustrated as everybody else that it's not coming but I've got to be be able to make decisions and place towards greater independence not have political system we are because you know a lot more than we know. You know a lot more going on with that that would not be appropriate but you know a lot more than will ever know.

Now, finally realizing there was potential fraud and so he's finally looking into that group that was started by Stacy Abrams the taken over by Warnock for for illegal activity. That's the words he used fraud now so I again that was after Bill bar statement. After all, this is a new secretary state whose basically called everybody crazy and said all right hurting my feelings stop hurting my feelings as a public official.

Now he say that they're investigating fraud.

Surprise, surprise it is like Rick said there was.

It was fraud for the Democrat election in Clark County, Nevada hundred 60,000 votes out of the results towards the President. Let's go ahead and take up Paris online to a pair scarred from North Carolina.

Welcome Jay Sekulow live there a lot of people that are praying for you all.

Our country play in part, that legal pain I'm more of a statewide question in regard to Gov. what we consider uncomplicated knowledge in order and I know curcumin is not that they wanted and that the mail how to find legal representation like them to look at Calvary Chapel in California to get swallowed up by the system or representing them and now the Supreme Court orders that directly impact them harvest Rock Church in California did not get swallowed up by the system.

The Supreme Court decision and order in their favor. Elam wrote remaining a Pentecostal church and logos Baptist Church in Illinois. They get swallowed up by the system. They just got a great order from the Supreme Court of United States, so go to ACLJ.org tour helpline and get those churches to fill it out and we can get the representation because Harry these, the court is making it clear here on this religious liberty issue.

They could not be clear, absolutely. And the court is simplifying the cases because it issued a major order last week in the New York case and now it's following that up with one paragraph orders in California.

More likely than not with respect to the 20 lawsuits involving houses of worship that are currently pending. The Supreme Court can issue a some summary orders with respect to those cases, and as new cases are filed. Guess what, then, district courts and Courts of Appeals.

They will catch on to what the Supreme Court effectively has said and some of these cases can be settled. Perhaps without ever going to get to the United States Supreme Court.

I think as we do now is we just take the court order and we march around the country so folks if you got issues on this in your church and you try to figure how you been a function contact us ACLJ.org help you do it right online fan Bennett in Washington with covert things are still moving people need understand that our teams are fully engaged, yet still moving. In fact, the President has been active on this today. Jade still engaging with Speaker Pelosi still engaging with United States Senate looking to move another package another stimulus relief package by JI.

I just want to echo something you said you get a minute ago, just in case people mention this human you mention the states of California, Illinois and New York.

Can you think of more unfriendly jurisdictions brightest this decision that came down is now applicable California, Illinois and New York. Not exactly red states day notice is less than thrilled with the Supreme Court is not, they would've tells me Amy Barrett is a force to be reckoned with and let's Justice Alito Justice Thomas corsets and capital are now the center of the of the of the of the powerbase of if you will, that the conservative movement on the court. Conservative judicial philosophy makes John Robert Goodman the been perpetual dissent here. I don't know. I think it might be on the religious liberty issues like this where you have a federal constitutional protection should always trump state actions always thicken and now finally out. You don't we have a five judge five justice majority who agrees that the free exercise clause actually means something that something new since 1970.

You know this is a big big wind farm in California on my three hey Barbara, welcome Jason Gladwell of the day, Barbara, go ahead. Earlier Supreme Court also protect California, the Constitution protect them. They call the nonessential news and we are done with family have over 800,000 signatures to recall handling 1.5 were done with handout and the Constitution protect small business is clear, exercise clear sing of this we have the free exercise clause of the First Amendment and business is not your small business largeness, I think, though, there is a there is a claim to be made to this court now that we see how their their their ruling on the on the, the issue of religious franchise religion is that if you allow these big-box stores basically to beat up on them. But if you allow the jury allow grocery stores to open and let let people in the store if you don't allow Walmart open let people in the small business should be treated the same way and and and there's equal protection claim to be made there at the federal level. I think that's exactly right. So would not be under the religion's lawyers first met Ms. no it's not as clear-cut but here I think there's a legitimate equal protection argument that could be made by the small businesses.

I think your precisely correct. I think Jordan's analysis is spot on its clear beyond question that in many jurisdictions. The states are treating different businesses differently and so in some states there making arbitrary and capricious decisions with respect to which businesses are called essential and so to the extent that that's going on, then that provides a legal and constitutional basis to challenge the decision in federal court, and I certainly would applaud smaller businesses women if they challenge state decisions that basically allow large businesses to operate and perhaps expose hundreds of people, if not thousands of people per day and then their central small business owner. Guess what you need to stand out yet. I think you're actually right Ari. Let me encourage you to do this, support the work of ACLJ we are in the very beginning of her monthly challenge for December and the amount you donate to us ACLJ.org is matched and its mats until December 31 so unbelievably great month of November December's had a great start for your support.
