Brett Favre is the NFL's all-time iron man, and also an all-time American patriot. He joins to discuss how he views President Trump and how the NFL has evolved since his playing days, while Charlie weighs in on the atrocious lawfare Favre has faced at the hands of a rogue Mississippi prosecutor. Kristan Hawkins of Students for Life takes red state Republicans to task for not standing against radical pro-abortion ballot measures in their states.

Hey everybody. Hall of Fame legend Brett Favre, an American patriot, joins the program as I also isolate a big injustice in Mississippi as the Letitia James of Mississippi by the name of Shad White, who's acting like Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis, is trying to go after American hero Brett Favre.

Complete nonsense. You're going to love this. Email us as always. Freedom at CharlieKirk.com and also a very hard to listen to but important conversation and advertisement with Kristen Hawkins, Students for Life of America.

Email us as always. Freedom at CharlieKirk.com. Buckle up everybody. Here we go.

Fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. In just a second, we have the legendary Brett Favre joining us. But I have to get some things off my chest first. I got to talk about some things that Brett may or may not be able to talk about. And, you know, we talk a lot about lawfare. We talk about how people are targeted by government agents and government agencies. And this is a story that you guys need to know about.

We expect our government officials to act in the public interest. Do you think that in the state of Mississippi, a deep red state, a great state full of patriots, we wouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense. But this sort of targeting is not immune in Mississippi to the favorite son of Mississippi and our next guest, Brett Favre.

And if it could happen to him, it could happen to anybody. The story is chilling. We talk a lot about Letitia James and Alvin Bragg targeting Donald Trump. Let me talk about what's been happening in Mississippi below the radar.

If you don't know about this, you got to pay attention. It's all about this guy by the name of Shad White. Several years ago, Shad White informed Brett Favre that a well-known Mississippi nonprofit company had used federal welfare funds that it received from the state to pay Brett for an endorsement and advertising work that Brett agreed to do for the nonprofit.

No big deal there. Even though Brett had nothing done nothing wrong, he did not know the source of the funds. And Brett had performed services for the nonprofit.

He returned all the funds to the state of Mississippi. Brett returned the funds, no questions asked. And because he had done nothing wrong and did not ask for a release of any claims or anything else, Shad White publicly congratulated Brett for his upstanding and generous conduct. However, for purely political reasons, similar to Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis, White then later turned on Brett. The state, led by Shad White, sued Brett for the money that he'd already returned. That's really bizarre.

How do you even do that? White knew that suing Brett would attract widespread publicity, and it has. In fact, the publicity has made Brett persona non grata in many circles and has damaged his ability to make a living in the state of Mississippi. You see, Shad wanted that publicity because he's a very ambitious person like Fannie Willis.

He wants to be the next governor of Mississippi. In other words, he decided to try and advance his career by improperly destroying American patriot and great man Brett Favre. Now, White recently has written a book about his efforts to go after Brett.

Yes, you heard me right. He wrote a book. He's trying to personally profit from going after Brett Favre. Where is the crime? What is the issue?

Do you see a pattern here? As state auditor, he's the one responsible for auditing state agencies in Mississippi to ensure they are running properly. Talk about the fox guarding the henhouse. Now, after he was sued, Brett asked the court to throw out White's ridiculous lawsuit, seeking funds that Brett had already returned. But before the court ruled on his request, the state dropped its original claims and sued Brett for something else altogether. Now, they claimed that federal welfare funds, the state transferred through its state nonprofit to another state entity. Southern Miss University, Brett's alma mater, were used to put up some building on that state college's property.

It's all very confusing. And they claim that this was done for Brett's benefit and therefore Brett's responsible. And if a building the state owns paid for state money really belongs to Brett.

These are ludicrous canes. Claims no different than we've been seeing in the law fair type chapter. But again, in the deepest red state, Mississippi, they're not immune to this. Now, to bring these ludicrous claims, the state isn't using state attorneys. Instead, they retain private lawyers and believe it or not, the same kind of funds, federal welfare funds, to pay for those private lawyers. Now, there's no way Brett could be responsible for any of this.

Every relevant state agency and numerous public officials and lawyers had specifically approved the transfer of funds to construct the building. It's all out in the open. And yet state auditor Shad White is trying to blame retired quarterback, non lawyer, American patriot, private citizen Brett Favre. On top of all this, Brett and his lawyers, while they're doing everything they can to possibly defend Brett in court and have sued Shad White in separate case for defaming Brett and having very limited ability, limited in their ability to publicly protect his reputation because of a Democrat elected judge has put a gag order on his parties and lawyers.

Now, no public official should have the power to unjustly attack a private citizen. It's wrong when Letitia James does it, and it's wrong when Shad White does it. And we have a message for Shad White. A turning point action and all of us here. We've been watching you.

We don't like what you're doing here. And we're going to make sure that you're not elected as governor of Mississippi and you do not have a political future if this nonsense and this garbage continues. American hero like Brett Favre is now, we have to stand by him. You took a risk by going after Brett and the American people are waking up to this and we won't stand for this type of lawfare.

So we'll see it on the campaign trail, Shad. Joining us now is Brett Favre. Sorry, Brett had to get off my chest. And NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre.

And as a Bears fan, Brett Favre. Brett, I just want to say you've caused me a lot of misery in my life. It was my pleasure. It was your pleasure. I'm so glad. Somebody had to do it, Charlie.

Somebody had to do it. I got to tell you, I was trying to think what year, what year specifically you were at Green Bay. It was early late, late 90s to what, like 2007, 2008? Ninety ninety ninety two.

Two thousand seven. Yeah. So basically my most formative years of being being a Chicago Bears fan. So just kind of looking at the landscape of the American culture, American politics right now, you know, you speak out about these types of issues. You love the country. What is your your belief of the kind of where America is right now?

We can fall and fall to our death or we can step back off the ledge and regroup while we still have an opportunity. And yes, it's been well documented that I like Donald Trump. I believe in Donald Trump. That makes me conservative.

So be it. Do I agree with everything that President Trump says or does? No, but I can say that about everyone. Is anyone part of it? I'm perfect. Absolutely not, including myself.

Far from it. But I believe, I mean, I believe 100 percent in my heart that Donald Trump cares about this country. And I look to a couple of things on why I say that. First of all, I mean, really think about it. If you're just kind of in the middle, you don't really pull for this side. You don't really pull for this side.

You're looking for something. Why would Donald Trump want to become president? He's had everything he could possibly ask for. He's at an age where you would think right off into the sunset.

Enjoy your life. But no. He doesn't take a salary. Not that he needs one either way, but some people are greedy.

Doesn't take a salary. And he's taken a bullet. And quite frankly, that has made him strong. I'm talking about him individually. I think the consensus across the country is he's pretty tough, whether you like him or not. He's pretty resilient, whether you like him or not.

But I think that he really, really cares about improving this country and leaving it in a better place than where he initially got. And so that's kind of where I think we are. I love that. And Brett, as someone who's taken a fair amount of hits and I mean, you were always legendary for no matter how hard they hit you, you'd always get back up. Just speaking as an NFL player, a man, the reaction when Donald Trump got shot. I mean, it was one of the most remarkable things I've ever seen. Well, it's one of those moments that you, I and everyone else will remember exactly where they are when it happened. I was in Vail, Colorado. We were doing it by my wife, several friends. There was about eight of us. And we were actually doing a long bike ride called Triple Bypass.

There's like 5,000 riders. And prior to going out, I was watching the rally. And I'm preoccupied with different things. I put my eyes on the TV and hear a little bit, see a little bit. And so I glanced up when I did, I saw him dive to the ground and I was like, what the hell is going on?

Is this live? And lo and behold, it was the assassination attempt. Honestly, I think for about three hours, I was numb. Like, did I really see what I just saw?

And is it real? And then I got to thinking about it after it kind of set in. And I'm like, they will do whatever they can do, whatever means possible to steer this election in the next four years in their direction. And that was obvious.

So really a sad time. Stand for conservative causes and put America first by switching to Patriot Mobile today. You'll get the same nationwide coverage as the big providers because Patriot Mobile operates across all three major networks. Plus, they back their service with a coverage guarantee.

That is PatriotMobile.com slash Charlie, PatriotMobile.com slash Charlie. 321 starts. I'm sure there's some days you didn't feel too well. You had to suck it up a little bit. You could say that there were several moments where I would say there was three or four. I mean, there's a lot of times I was hurt, but I would say there were three or four different times where midweek I was like, there's no way I'm playing.

I wanted to play, but there's no way I can play. One and probably the most obvious one would be a broken thumb on my throwing hand. I remember that, you know, who would even consider trying to throw with a broken thumb? But, you know, I think my success after injury, you know, in the game immediately after, it seemed like I played better than any other time in my career. So when I played hurt, I played extremely well for whatever reason.

And that enabled me to, well, first of all, convince the doctors that I could play and secondly, create more confidence for me that I could do it while hurt. So, but yes, it's sort of a, now as I look back, I go, like two things I think about. I'm like, how incredible was that that you, you know, in today's game, 321 straight starts.

And then the flip side is, were you out of your mind? You know, you're feeling the repercussions of those 321 games. And even though you're like Mike Holman's favorite firm for me, he called me John Wayne because I was, you know, in his mind, you know, tough and, you know, whatever. But now it's like I wake up and that little voice says, hey, John Wayne, remember when you were John with worn out head button and, you know, you said it didn't hurt.

You're paying for it now. So it is what it is. You know, I loved every bit of my 20 year career and had a lot of fun, played with a lot of great teammates and a lot of great memories. Yeah. And it's just, again, one of the toughest athletes ever to play. I remember separated shoulder, busted thumbs.

I mean, I remember all sorts of crazy, goofy stuff there. And you fought and persevered through all of it. You look at the league today and you look at what you went through and you're paying some of the price now, I'm sure, physically for that. And you're looking at the league. Do you think the NFL runs the risk of being too cautious when it comes to player injuries?

No, I really don't. I can't say that I agree with the NFL and a lot of things they do, but I do think, I think it would be unfair for me to say they are not taking the necessary steps. I think it's for lack of a better term, I think it's watered the game down a little bit because you think of football and you think of hockey, you think of fights, you think of checking a guy into the wall, you think of big hits.

It wasn't that long ago in some respects, but in others, it's a long, long time ago when your team in Chicago would play the Giants, it would be a six to three, just knock out, knock down, drilling out. And those were, you know, every once in a while, one of those games is good. It's good. It's good for football. It's good for the fans. Yeah, everyone wants to see scoring. But two great defenses, two stellar running games, and it's a stalemate. It's down to the finish.

And I bring that up because those days are over. And so you're going to see more of a wide open. We want, you know, the league, their mentality, I would think, is we want a lot of scoring. We want a lot of the wow factor. You know, in comparison to other sports, we want a home run grand slam.

We want the three point shot of the major 360 dunk. Or, you know, we want excitement and we want the star players to be on the field each and every week. I can't say that I don't agree with them. I just I guess what I'm saying is it's a new era.

There's a cost to everything. And, you know, it was probably more dangerous and harder, obviously, when you played. In some ways, it was more raw and authentic.

And it was it's just a different sport. Brett, we're out of time here. I just want to say we support you 100 percent. We'd love to meet you. And thank you for supporting President Trump. And my hope is you'll make your way up to Wisconsin and convince your Packer faithful to make the right choice. So thank you. Gosh, I hope so.

I hope so. Thanks for having me on. God bless, Brett.

Hope to see you soon. Thank you. Joining us now is one of my favorite pro-life warriors.

She's just been terrific and really heroic this last year, especially last couple of months. Kristen Hawkins, president of Students for Life of America. Kristen, welcome back to the program. Thanks, Charlie. Thank you for all that you are doing right now. We're we're trying our best here.

So, Kristen, I've been wanting to have you on for quite some time. We have all this news to discuss. I want to first dive into this ridiculous and quite honestly sinister fact check by ABC News, where they say they say that there are no post late term abortions don't happen. And then they say that they say that there's no late term abortions, essentially. And then they say there's no abortions after birth, both of which are not true. I want to play the tape and I want you to factually respond to this place.

Play cut one forty five. I did a great service in doing it. It took courage to do it. And the Supreme Court had great courage in doing it.

And I give tremendous credit to those six justices. There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born. Madam Vice President, want to get your response?

That is not what a debate moderator is supposed to do. Kristen, what is the truth here? Well, I mean, the truth is there are nine states plus Washington, D.C., that have no limits on abortion. This means late term third trimester abortions happen.

Last night I was at Ohio University. I personally called Dr. William Hearn's late term abortion facility in Boulder, Colorado. You all can Google it yourselves.

We're right on the Web site. It talks about the third trimester abortions he commits. And I already scheduled an abortion there with his facility. These abortions happen and because they're happening later in the pregnancy, children are being born alive and then they're being left to die. That is why we have attempted for a number of years to pass the Born Alive Infant Survivors Act in Congress, which Kamala Harris voted twice against, which would make it a crime for abortionists not to give a child oxygen and call the EMTs. And so this is fact. We know this happens. The CDC themselves has admitted this happens. They've admitted there's over 11000 abortions that happened in late trimester abortions last year in 2023. We know personally of many abortion survivors who were boarded late in pregnancy.

So this is absolutely happening. Is it the most common abortion, Charlie? No, it's not. But it's still happening. And Democrats want to just rewrite the narrative and say this is all lies.

But it's not. I mean, Minnesota had a law where you actually had to record the babies who were born alive and had to record that to the state. Tim Walz signed into law legislation that said abortion facilities no longer have to record this information. But while he was governor, before he signed that law, we know from the state of Minnesota, at least eight babies were born alive in late, late term abortion facilities in the state of Minnesota. And they died gasping for air.

Minnesota also removed the requirement to provide life saving, life saving care and just called it to just change it to care, which can basically mean whatever. So this is again, Chris, in this video right here is one of the most amazing videos. I hope our audience just drops what they're doing. Watch and listen to this. OK, this is Kristin Hawkins, who just so you're on a campus.

Is that right? Debating a pro-abortion activist. And they said there's no such thing as late term abortions. What was the context of this? I was at Northern Arizona University having a table. You had just been there. So they were all riled up because I think we met there by a couple of days. I was also from the transgender dorm, which you added complexity there.

Didn't realize there. This woman was debating me telling telling everybody who was watching that I was a liar, that late term abortions don't exist. And so I called up a late term abortion facility in a state, Maryland, the state of Maryland.

And you will hear what exactly they did. This is such a powerful video. Play cut 126. I just turned 32 weeks pregnant. Am I able to come in for an abortion ASAP? Can I still have an abortion at 34 weeks? Sure.

Five minutes. Yeah. I just found out that she could have Down syndrome. I can still have the abortion right, even though she has Down syndrome. Yes.

So we just have to do it. It doesn't matter. That's late term abortion, ma'am. That's abortion and the eighth month of pregnancy. That's discriminatory based on someone's genetic code.

She just confirmed she would commit an abortion on me with my child who's viable and can live outside the womb. Well, Kristen, that video's I mean, again, it's that it's the parallax, which is they say it's not happening, but it's good that it is. That's right. And they they when it's I did this last night on the campus and there were 100 people in the room. Half of them were protesters. And it was fascinating. You could hear a pin drop. I thought for sure they're going to start shouting at the abortion facility.

They were intrigued. And I would say mortified to learn that this was actually the truth, that late term abortion facilities do exist in our country. And that is why we have got to do our job in the pro-life movement within the conservative movement to call ABC out on this B.S.

and to back up President Trump and what he said at that debate, because, you know, as we all know, he was debating ABC, not so much Kamala Harris most of the time. But we've got to back him up on this, that late term abortion is real in our country and fantasize is real in our country. And I know we like to think that we are the most humane country in the world. We give all this money away and humanitarian crises across the globe, yet we're killing our preborn children and more should be required of us.

So we've got to spread the word right now that this is the reality and this will be our reality in every state of the union. If Kamala Harris and Tim Walz win and the Democrats keep control of the U.S. Senate, they have made it very, very clear they want to pass the Women's Health Protection Act, which would force legal abortion with no limits in every state taxpayer funded. More babies will be born alive, gasping for air, and there won't be anyone to help them. The abortionists will not even be legally required to treat them. That is why you've noticed, Charlie, in states like California and Colorado, they've changed their laws since the end of Roe. And they don't just say abortion now, they say pregnancy outcome.

And they've changed the language to be so deceptive because the lawyers are saying when you say the word pregnancy outcome and you had an abortion, even if the baby is born alive, as long as the baby is dead, you still have fulfilled your pregnancy outcome. So I want to just give everyone a disclaimer that this is not a pleasant minute that it's about. So if you're not don't want to listen to it, I'm giving you a heads up.

But this is about Kamala Harris and Tim Walz of babies that were gasping for air. Very hard to listen to. But this is an advertisement you guys are going to be running and it's necessary.

Play cut one forty nine. Students for Life Action is responsible for the content of this advertising, not authorized by any candidate or candidates committee. That's that's hard to listen to. Kristen, for any parent, I was inspired to write that during the DNC convention as a mom of two kids with cystic fibrosis. Listening to their breath is very important and something I did a lot when my babies were infants.

And I can think of no worse sound as a parent than when you hear your child struggle to breathe. And that is the reality of infanticide in our country. This is the reality of what late term abortions produce. Children who can live outside of the womb.

If they were born down the hall, down the street, they would be given every protection as long as their parents said that they were worthy of life. But if they're born inside an abortion facility, we say that's the intended pregnancy outcome. And I think America needs this reality check right now.

That's why I wrote this commercial. We produced it. And our goal is to get it on primetime cable news networks as soon as possible, because America needs to see as the voters need to see as voters who are on the fence. Pro-life voters who may be considering sitting out of this election cannot do that.

They have to be held responsible. And I want to I want to make because there's look, you and I both wish the country is more pro-life, Kristen. Right. And but there are millions of us that are pro-life and pro-life voters. What is your message here? About a minute and a half of people that say Trump is not as pro-life as I would like to be.

I hear that. But what is your message then to that voter that might be staying at? I'm going to stay at home because Trump's not as pro-life as I am. We have a job as pro-lifers, as Christians to limit evil, to do the maximum amount of good we have. And when it comes to voting, we are not voting for a preacher or a priest. We're voting for a politician who's going to help advance our goals. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz will attempt to shut down the entire pro-life movement as they've done before, as she did as a general at the pregnancy resource centers. We must not be fighting just for our mere existence or First Amendment rights.

We have to keep moving the ball forward. We must keep saving lives. When you look at the number of children who are going to die in a Harris-Walz administration versus a Trump-Vance administration, it is clear I morally cannot justify not voting for Donald Trump because more babies will die if Kamala Harris is elect.

And this is why we're going to the airwaves with this commercial and why we're hoping we get this crowdfunded as quickly as possible if folks go to studentsforlifeaction.org slash TV. I could read headline after headline here, but this was mentioned in the debate by Kamala Harris that in states that do not have abortion facilities or where it's illegal, women are having miscarriages. They go to the emergency room and the emergency room refuses them care.

What is the truth here? That is a lie. The Association of American Medical Colleges, AMAC, actually has fact checked this and has said, quote, every state has an exception that allows for an abortion needed to save the life of a pregnant person. To date, no physician has been criminally prosecuted in any state for providing an abortion that was due to a medical emergency. There has been a lot of stories, as we know, reported of women being denied miscarriage care. That is inaccurate. Every single pro-life law on the Abortion Prevention Act in a state specifically says nothing in this law affects miscarriage care because that doesn't make sense.

Right. In a miscarriage, a child has already died. The one of the things we are seeing, though, there was a case in Texas where a woman went to an emergency room having a miscarriage and she believed she was being mistreated because she knew Texas was pro-life and they didn't offer her immediate emergency surgery, which actually isn't the standard of care for miscarriage. And so now you actually have people, young women who are confused about what the standard of care for a miscarriage is. For many women, it is not an emergency surgery. It's sometimes a pill. It's sometimes laboring at home to pass your deceased child. But every single story in the media of a woman who has said she's had to go across state lines to get a medically necessary abortion or was forced to travel for an abortion has either been proven to be misleading or false.

Yes. And yet they use that repeatedly. And I can't imagine a lie, lie, lie, lie until you accepted this truth. So I can't I can't quite see the doctor ever refusing medical care if someone is bleeding out, for example. That's what they're saying is that women have to go into their cars and bleed out alone. That's what they're saying.

No, I mean, if that's what they're saying, that's what they're claiming. If you go to an emergency room and you're pregnant, you're having a miscarriage, you're septic, you're having an emergency with your pregnancy when you're still pregnant, your child's still alive and they refuse care. That is dereliction of duty.

That's negligence. Every hospital has a medical ethics board. Every state has a medical ethics committee. So when a law is passed in the state about abortion, the ethics committee, usually it's a state organization, will create the guidelines for the hospitals, for the physicians.

If a physician is confused about the state law, he or she can go to the hospital medical ethics board, to the hospital administrators. But there are no pro-life laws that say that a woman should not receive life saving care because obviously we're pro-life. We don't want women to die who are pregnant. That is an antithesis of who we are. Right.

Of course. Kristen, very quickly, can you give us a state by state breakdown of where abortion is on the ballot? What are the action items to educate our audience? I know Prop 139 in Arizona. There's like Amendment 4 in Florida. Just kind of give us a quick overview.

A minute and a half remaining, please. You go to AbortionBallot.com. You will see every single state that abortion is on the ballot and there'll be a flyer.

You can download an unbranded flyer that has the amendment on it with red line, like a teacher red line, what it really means. So you're looking at Arizona, we're looking at Florida, now Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota. These are the states that we're extremely concerned about right now that have all trimester abortion amendments. All of these amendments, no matter what it is called, will lead to abortion up until the moment of birth in these states and they are all being deceptively advertised. So go to AbortionBallot.com. It's an easy educational website that you can promote, that you can print out this flyer, take it to your church, take it to your workplace, because Americans need to know really what's at stake here.

I think that's great. And again, the states that focus on Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota. And the South Dakota one is all of a sudden sneaking up on us. There's not enough attention on that one.

That one should be a no brainer. Blake's got to get us right. You're absolutely right. Governor Noem's got to get on this. I mean, there's there's a lot we can be doing and we need to be demanding of our Republican leadership in the states to speak out.

Every Republican governor, the state House, state Senate leaders must be speaking out to now these abortion minutes. They cannot hide. You cannot run from the abortion bully.

And I know there's some inside the Beltway swampy consultants that are going to run. And that's just false. You have to face the bully in the eye.

That is a that is a rule throughout life. Thank you so much, Kristen. Excellent work. Thank you. Thanks so much for listening, everybody. Email us as always. Freedom at Charlie Kirk Dotcom. Thanks so much for listening and God bless. For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to Charlie Kirk Dotcom.
