Thank you for the invitation. Of course, lost the discuss. First, I want to talk about your book, Are We the Next Endangered Species? Bioweapons, eugenics, and more. Tell us about it. So a lot of what's happened in the last four years requires a lot more information than people are typically getting. And I wanted to walk people through what's happened in the United States and around the world since 1850 to put all the pieces into place so that you can understand how we got here, the two parallel pathways of both biological weapons and eugenics programs that the United States and England spearheaded, but the United States is primarily responsible for. And it has led to everything that's happened in the last four years. So tell us more about it. I mean, you say here that key revelations include the stealthy usurpation of power in the United States since the 1850s.

Tell us about it. Right. So beginning at that time, when everybody thought slavery was being done away with and that was the focus, what was really happening was a group of individuals who were establishing a eugenics program. So there may not be slavery, but they wanted to determine who was and who was not worthy of being here and what types of actions could be taken to prevent these people from coming to the country, to prevent people in the country from being able to have children and to essentially make decisions about who would live and who died. Adolf Hitler got much of his ideas and in fact made a lot of it required reading for the Hitler youth based upon what was being done in the United States. The Lugland Report that was a congressional report that was filed even talked about using gas chambers to do away with these people and Supreme Court cases actually forced sterilized people that they considered undesirable. So a crux for pushing forward to what the perfect human should be, what they should look like and the type of environment they should be in. We also have the formation of the American Medical Association beginning with a group of people that really just clustered together and decided they would call themselves the American Medical Association, which represents fewer than one in four doctors in the United States.

I'm not a member of it. Many people are not, obviously, three quarters of the medical community do not belong to the AMA. But they began controlling the power and then exchanging that power with the federal and state governments in exchange for power that the AMA would get back. And that led to the pathway down which medicine has been funneled for the last 100 plus years now, 170 per 1850s. And the biological weapons programs that began that actually began when this country was founded with the British using smallpox.

But during the Civil War, the Confederate troops use smallpox on blankets to go after Union troops. They we have accelerated that process. We have learned how to make biological weapons. In the first book is COVID-19, a bioweapon of scientific and forensic investigation. I laid out evidence of the federal funding that has occurred from the Department of Defense, from NIAID, from U.S.A.I.D., a number of federal agencies, more than $61 million in a couple of decades. I show where that money went from and who it went to, like Peter Dezack at EcoHealth, Ralph Berwick at University of North Carolina, Xu Zhengli at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, how they worked together since the early 2000s to take part of HIV and inserted into coronaviruses to make them more effective, and then to manipulate the coronaviruses in various labs around the world to make them more effective and dangerous. There is a lot of talk that's been placed about the term gain of function, which you saw Dr. Fauci dance around yesterday during the committee to say, well, wait a minute, the definition has changed. You know, a rose by any other name is still a rose, and the end consequence of gain of function, whether we're talking about it with the manipulation of these viruses or serial passage through animals, or whether we're all singing on a mountaintop with arms together singing Kumbaya, if the end result is the development of a biological weapon, then the end result is a criminal action. Because the 1975 Biological Weapons Convention Treaty, the 1989 Anti-Terrorism Act, and the 2012 18 USC Section 175 federal law, all passed by Congress, make it a crime to make a biological weapon. So it does not matter how Fauci and the others funded or got to these biological virus weapons like SARS-CoV-2, that COVID-19, as most people refer to it, doesn't matter how they got to it.

The end result is that they still violated the law and are criminally responsible for their actions. So there's so much here to discuss. I want to take a step back and ask, from a philosophical standpoint, you got into medicine to treat people and to help people, and the idea of modern science in the Western tradition traditionally was to understand the natural world, to do no harm to your patient, and to help people. There seems to be a new philosophy, which is what your book is about and what Fauci believes in, what Daszak believes in, which is the manipulation of the natural world, not the understanding of the natural world. Can we explore that?

Yeah, absolutely, because when the justification for gain of function is laid out, the argument is, well, we just want to stay a step ahead of it. We just want to be prepared for whatever the next natural disaster is. And we have seen, again, many decades worth of these biological agents, these manipulations getting out and wreaking havoc, whether it was the prior SARS-CoV-1 or anthrax or any of a variety of other agents getting out, causing disease and killing people. So there comes a point in time that you do have to sit down philosophically as a scientist and say, is the work that I'm doing actually beneficial or is it potentially harmful? Could it move humanity forward or could it put us back into a dark ages?

Could it produce another bubonic plague except this time due to the hands of humanity? With the eugenics movements and the eugenic genetic vaccines having been rolled out and their goal being to create a more perfect, healthy, long-living human, the question has to be raised. Will we actually make humanity better or will we weaken it by eliminating the very variability that has allowed humanity to prosper and thrive for many thousands of years? One of the first items they're going after is sickle cell anemia. And that research using these gene therapies has already been started where they're taking out and manipulating the genetics of the red blood cells from the bone marrow where the blood is made and then killing the bone marrow of those people before putting in what's been manipulated. If they get it wrong, those people die. If they get it wrong repeatedly, slowly but surely over time while they think they're making advancements, they may very well be depleting the very thing that keeps humanity alive.

And we may be walking ourselves down a pattern or through a tunnel where we end up with a dead human species race because we have manipulated without knowing we were having other effects on our genome, our genetics that will extinguish us as a species. Dr. Richard Fleming, are we the next endangered species, bioweapons, eugenics, and more? And I want to properly talk about your biography.

You joined the American Heart Association in 1976. You pioneered a new method. In 1994, you presented his original theory on inflammation and heart disease, which was published in a cardiology textbook in 1999.

That is mypatriotsupply.com. Dr. Fleming, I'm going to ask you a question, which is the title of your previous book. Was COVID-19 a bioweapon? Yes, it definitely was. I mean, there's no doubt about it. Again, when you look at taking something out of nature, so even if they went and they got bats out of caves in China, very specifically, the law states 18 USC section 175 passed in 2012. Very specifically states, even if you take something out of nature and manipulate it, you're building a biological agent and it's a weapon. And since more than half of the funding for this came from the Department of Defense, you have to wonder what they're doing with it. I mean, the DOD does not sell Girl Scout cookies with the Girl Scouts and it doesn't sell popcorn with the Boy Scouts. It makes weapons systems. What you should be asking as a question is why does the US Federal Department of Defense channel money to make biological weapons that they either A, don't know where the money is going, which means they're incompetent and shouldn't be in charge of anything, or B, knows where the money is going and knows it's going to Wuhan, China, to Ukrainian labs and to a variety of places around the world.

What is the US military? What is USAID, Dr. Fauci's agency before he resigned? What is the National Institutes of Health? What is USAID? What are all of these agencies doing, funneling money to build biological weapons in countries that are our enemies, let alone doing it in our own country, which we're not supposed to be doing.

And there's one really important thing. The Nature magazine article in 2020, where they said that the COVID came from a natural origin, was the most cited article in the category of biology in the calendar year of 2020. In biology in 2020, that article has still not been rescinded, still not been revoked.

Dr. Fleming, as someone who has been part of the American Heart Association, the top levels of American medicine, when I hear a doctor on television, not yourself, say something, I believe they're lying to me. I believe that there's an agenda that they're bought and paid for. So when they told me that this came from a bat in some cave or from a wet market, a lot of the American people bought it. We knew it came from a laboratory from the beginning. Why is modern science hate the truth so much? Well, so let me begin by saying modern science does not hate the truth. The problem is there are people in science who have gotten to positions of great power, who are motivated by their own greed and desires to run the narrative the way that they think the narrative should be. They do not represent science. I have to applaud Representative Green and her response.

And normally I wouldn't do that because I'm a big fan of, you got the degree, I'm going to give you the recognition, I'm going to call you Dr. Fauci, but I think Representative Green stood her ground and I think was just so annoyed with the hypocrisy because the reason why you are supposed to trust us with our degrees isn't because we wear white coats. It's because to get those degrees, you expect, and I expect young people to participate in this, that the person getting the degree is trying to do the right thing. They're trying to understand science.

They're not trying to manipulate it. One of the compliments that people have told me over the years is that they know when they come to listen to me that they're getting the truth. Sometimes they'll say, well, wait a minute, that's not what you said five years ago or 10 years ago.

And my first response is, oh my, you need a better hobby than attract me around the country. But the answer to the question is, I'm only going to tell you what the science tells me. And if I follow the science, it will teach me. The way to be right isn't to try to make up the science to pretend what you want is real. The way to be right and the way to gain credibility is to follow the science, report the science, and when the science shows you that what you thought before was wrong and you evolved to a new era, like I did with the theory that I introduced at American Heart in 94, you follow that and you tell people this is what the science shows.

You know, Dr. Fauci could have been extremely honest yesterday and he could have been extremely honest in the past if he would have just actually told the truth up front. No, we don't have data that it's six feet. We're guessing. We don't have the answers.

We're guessing. As a medical student and working with HIV brand new, we worked through the scenarios. We didn't have answers, but we had to find answers.

And you try something and it either works or it doesn't work and you move forward, but you don't come up with pretend answers or solutions and think that you're going to make anybody better. Guessing is not the way science is done. Science is a very rigid approach to testing and hypothesizing and working through something and coming up with something better. You know, when I became a medical student, I already had my PhD and our dean told us that 90% of what we would be taught in medical school was wrong.

They just didn't know what it was. And he asked those of us who were scientists to please step forward and to help provide some of the answers that were needed to make us better than just 10% of the time right. When I was a student, that's when Dr. Fauci became head of NIAID. And I have to tell you, I have not seen a single paper that Dr. Fauci has authored or been in charge of the research of that has made a major contribution in science.

So when he stepped forward at the beginning of all this in 2020 and said he is science, I was shocked. And I have personally had to deal with watching what looks like the deterioration of respect for science and medicine. And part of that is on us.

We can't just blame this on Fauci. The medical community and the scientific community has got to step up and take some responsibility. And one of the problems that we have here is we don't even seem to be able to call out a biological weapon for what it is.

We want to dance around this. The truth of the matter is that the United States, our government, and people within our government have funded illegal research that has produced biological weapons that has killed more than almost 1.2 million Americans, maimed another one and a half million, produced another 600,000 XX deaths from all the inflammation and blood clotting, or inflammatory robotic response to these diseases, and 34,516 vaccine deaths that are accepted by anybody looking at the numbers. We don't need to hyperbolate.

We don't need to extrapolate or try to pretend the numbers should be larger. The next thing to that was swine flu vaccine with 53 deaths. And mainstream media had a heyday with that. 60 Minutes did a documentary on it, why we've not been addressing this in an organized manner and saying, what the heck just happened? We have biological agents that don't exist, that they cannot find the animal, Model 2, but they want to pretend it came from animals. There's all sorts of data showing the manipulation of this by human beings. There is data tracking the development of three viruses, RS-3367, RS-SHC-015, and MA-14, which even a DASAC slipped on, but nobody knew that he slipped by introducing that one term. These are the viruses that are gain-of-function biological weapons that our government, including Anthony Fauci's NIAID, helped to fund.

And we're not supposed to be doing that. And there are dead Americans and maimed Americans and tens of millions of dead and maimed people around the world, all as the result of criminal actions that these people need to be held accountable for. And the book, Are We the Next Endangered Species? not only lays this out so you can understand it, go through it at your pace, go to the QR codes and see documents and files and research, not only on these viruses, but on the genetic vaccines and where they really came from and what they really should be doing and what's being done with them.

And then the book provides three sets of answers, one for legislation that needs to occur, one to take and address the genetic vaccines. And the most important, I would argue, is to put these criminals like Dr. Fauci behind bars for life.

And the American people have a right to know why did you and these other government agencies fund research that you knew were producing biological weapons based upon the rules that you want to do, which is somebody has defined what a biological weapon is.

So we have to go with that. Biological weapons convention treaty, the anti-terrorism map or 18 USC section 175. If we're going to use the other people's definitions, then we have to apply it to you too, Dr. Fauci. You helped build biological weapons.

You must be held criminally accountable. And what the American public began to see yesterday is that you have been guessing and hedging and skirting the issue for decades. And particularly during the last four years, as Americans turned desperately to you, you abandoned Americans, you abandoned science, you abandoned medicine. That is very well said. Let's play cut 28, please. Did the covid vaccine stop transmission of the virus? The vaccines did have an effect, not 100 percent, not a high effect. They did prevent infection and subsequently, obviously, transmission. However, it's important to point out something that we did not know early on that became evident as the months went by is that the durability of protection against infection and hence transmission was relatively limited, whereas the duration of protection against severe disease, hospitalization and deaths was more prolonged. Dr. Fleming, your reaction?

Yeah, let's actually look at the data instead of taking his opinion for something. The emergency use authorization documents and you can go to Fleming method dot com, go to the third column, go to documents two, three and 51. There's over 500 documents.

Two, three and 51 are the Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen emergency use authorization documents. If you go into those documents and you look for evidence that there was any benefit from a vaccine by making interferon, which is critical, you'll find out there's no numbers. There's no numbers on tissue necrosis factor antibody levels. But if you do what a scientist does, if you go in and you do statistics, the math method or do the differences that I think I see actually amount to anything, you will discover, and I've talked about this for years now, that there was no statistical difference between the number of people who got ill or the number of people who got died in the research that was published in the EUA documents, no difference between the people who were vaccinated and the people who were not vaccinated.

So the EUA documents themselves contradict Dr. Fauci. It is also important to know that no vaccine in the history of mankind has ever prevented an infection. In fact, for a vaccine to have a benefit, you must get infected after you've been vaccinated because the purpose is to shorten the amount of time it takes you to respond. Let's look at the actual vaccines themselves. These are mRNA vaccines, messenger ribonucleic acid vaccines, a genetic code sequence. In 2008, Carico and Weissman published their research on pseudouridine. Well, what's pseudouridine?

It turns out that RNA, like DNA, has four nucleoside bases, and one of those is called uridine. Prior to 2008, mRNA or DNA outside of a cell was unstable. It broke down. They were using it for gene therapy.

It didn't work. It broke down, and it also caused damage to proteins in the area, and that's called prion disease, mad cow disease, Alzheimer's, amyloidosis, bad diseases. So what Carico and Weissman did is they took one of these uridines, and they flipped a couple atoms, the carbon and the nitrogen around, and had to add a hydrogen atom, and they made a false uridine, pseudouridine, and they published their paper, which got them the Nobel Prize in medicine last year in 2023. Their paper said this. One, by making uridine pseudouridine, they had stabilized the mRNA molecule.

First time ever. Two, they tried to see if it would be useful as a vaccine, and they showed that pseudouridine, which is in these shots, doesn't cause interferon levels to go up. Interferon is critical because it interferes with viruses.

It doesn't go up with pseudouridine. So they said, one, we stabilized the molecule. Two, it won't work as a vaccine, but three, guess what it will work for? A transfection tool. Transfection means genetic therapy. That's the scientific term for it if you don't have viruses involved and you do something like these vaccines.

They stabilized it. It won't work as a vaccine, and it's going to make a great genetic tool. Won't work as a vaccine. 2008, they get the Nobel Prize in 2023. Well, if it doesn't work as a vaccine in 2008 and it doesn't work to get you a Nobel Prize in 2023, do you think it worked as a vaccine in 2021 and 2022? No, it didn't.

And the results in the EOA documents showed it did not change statistically the number of people who got infected or who died. It's unbelievable, Dr. Fleming. So just really quick, I agree that Dr. Fauci should go to, or Fauci should go to jail. What crimes in particular do you think he should be tried for and convicted of? The primary crime is the development of biological weapons, number one. But number two, at the state level, all the people that are deaf and all the people that have been maimed, he should be held accountable for their murder and their injuries because his biological weapon that he helped fund and Kellen's and Gates and the other people at the DOD, they killed and maimed people. So they not only violated the biological weapons convention treaty and the other federal laws that I told you about, but they have killed people, they have maimed people, they have harmed people. I guess there's no crime for having damaged the reputation of science and physicians like myself and gone after us. But we'll all live with it because at the end of the day, we know the right side of history. We know who the real criminal is. It's not the people being accused of funneling money to some playboy bunny or whatever the heck she was.

The reality is that there's a big difference between that nonsense and actually killing Americans and people around the world. But what we've discovered now is that there was a massive coverup from the very beginning. There was a behind the scenes effort to change the opinion of people.

Many of the people, many of the Fauci colleagues all believed that the virus did come from the lab. Their opinions were all changed, but then all evidence was then covered up. They began using burner phones. They began using couriers. They said, we can't do things electronically.

I can take things by hand to his house. It sounds more like the CIA than the NIH, but it's unbelievable the amount of things that went on. They say, oh, we're safe now. I've deleted all those emails. I think we're safe now.

What in the world would they actually mean by we think we're safe now? So Dr. Fleming, what's going on here? This is a conspiracy. They're running around with couriers and burning documents and burner phones.

What's going on here? Well, one of the things I point out in the book is that part of how the United States got to where it sat in the present day was we took Nazis following World War II, more than 3,000 of them, and integrated them into our intelligence agencies, our scientific communities, and our medical communities. We prosecuted a couple of dozen at Nuremberg and brought 3,000 out in the US, China, or US, Russia, Britain, France, and Canada.

And four of those nations are on the Security Council of the UN. What we have done here is just simply brought Nazi Germany through the development of Project 63, Operation Paperclip, MK Ultra, Operation Asperosham in Russia, and incorporated them into our system. It is not a surprise that this is a CIA, DOD type operation.

President John F. Kennedy and President Eisenhower tried to warn of this in the late 50s, early 60s, 1960s. And we're seeing the ramification of it. They've simply carried through the same playbook that they've had for more than half a century. They've been successful with it. And until we hold them criminally accountable, they are not going to change that approach.

So Dr. Rand Paul, Senator Rand Paul is exactly right when he refers to the fact that they are running these operations with an idea of just simply eliminating it. I mean, again, if nobody's going to hold these criminals accountable, which tenletters.org is designed to do for Americans to go on and send in letters to their governors and attorney generals to actually get indictments on these people, then they will continue to destroy the evidence they don't want. They destroyed evidence in my case. They destroyed evidence in Trump's case.

They wouldn't let people get on the stand that had evidence that was important for the jury to know. Cover-up is the name of the game and the DOD is good at it. You'll see in my book $419,511 that was paid out by the U.S. Department of Defense through Metabioda and Black & Veatch in November of 2019 to Ukrainian Labs for a report on COVID-19 seven weeks before anybody heard about it. If you go to that same website, which you can with the instructions in my book, you will see that the DOD has since eliminated or erased those records, except I have copies of it all for the record for the courts. The DOD itself went in and eliminated those grants and showed now that the grants stopped January 31, 2013 and the grants are now conducted with work that's being done on children. So the DOD and the CIA and the government agencies involved in this have a history of deleting records of destroying evidence. It's called obstruction of justice and these criminals must be held accountable. I completely agree.

And it's if justice is going to still be a core American value, as you say, Donald Trump becomes a convicted felon over some paperwork stuff. You engage in creating a bioweapon that infects the entire planet and you get speakers, you get speaking fees and get rewarded by the largest pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Fleming, it's been great having you with us. Just please plug your book one more time for our audience.
