Go to noblegoldinvestments.com. First of all, I just want to say I have a lot of respect for you, but obviously, we just disagree on a few things. The main thing that I just want to talk about is the issue of immigration. Personally, to me, I don't think it's a bad thing for America. In fact, I do think that it's an amazing thing for America, but mostly the thing that I'm trying to hit on is how many immigrants are being persecuted right now, including Kilmar Obrego-Garcia. Before I even say anything, I just want to acknowledge the fact that we are right now on stolen land, and that we are on indigenous land, and that we are on original Mexican land right now. For a lot of you guys that are Latinos for Trump, personally, me, I am a second generation Mexican Guatemalan, and I am blessed to have been born in America, although I do not think that Mexicans for Trump should stand for the Latinos in this country.

Okay, now I get in. Wait, so I just want to make, I love the stolen land argument. If we stole the land and you're mad about it- Well, I'm not saying that it's not a better country right now. I'm just saying that right now, especially the things that were taught in school, in public education, were taught about the Alamo and how it was this amazingly patriotic act, though it was literally stealing a base from the Mexicans in their own land. I think that that's kind of the wrong angle to be looking at things, and that's why I really make it a point to notice that I'm on stolen land at all times, especially when we think about things like manifest destiny. Who did the Mexicans steal the land from? Actually, the Mexicans were there originally in Texas because- Not correct. Wrong. They stole it from lots of Indian tribes.

That's not correct. Thousands of years before, they were Indian tribes. So the Mexicans actually stole the land. Originally Mexicans were Aztecs and Mayans. And many other indigenous people- Well, hold on. Texas was not indigenously Mexican, though. There was the Cherokee. There were many different Native American tribes there. So Mexico was participating in manifest destiny at the behest of the Spanish crown.

Yes, at the behest of the Spanish crown. Oh, so at some point you have to believe in self-determination. If you can win the land, it's yours. That is what built the West.

I can agree with you on that. And so instead of saying land acknowledgement, we're on stolen land, you know what you should have? You should have a gratitude acknowledgement.

Praise God, I live in America. I'm glad. A gratitude acknowledgement would be nice, but what is your question? Okay. So my question is, how can we protect American born Mexican- Hold on.

First off, time out. You said Kilmar Garcia. That was just- Yes, yes, yes.

He's not American born. I'm sorry, but it's going to connect to it. It's going to connect to it.

I promise you. Okay. So now that the body cam footage has been released and everything, one, they were purely basing the idea that he was part of MS-13 on the idea that they had that he was- No, he's not. So they're purely basing that on the fact that he had tattoos and the fact that he had eight men in his car that were going to a construction site.

Do you think personally that toothbrushes and toothpaste is purely the only thing that we can go on to gratify the idea that somebody is a human trafficker? Hold on a second. I got a lot of questions here. So let me just say as a side note, the left's fixation on a wife beating child abusing MS-13 foreigner as if that's the big fight that they want to have is so morally disgusting with so much suffering having- But no, that's number one. That's a side note.

But I want you to explain this to me. What are these tattoos exactly? Is that not an MS-13 gang tattoo? I've never seen anybody affiliated with MS-13, but I think that it could be a multitude of things. So what is that? That's marijuana, M, smiley face, S, cross one, skull three. That's MS-13. Number two, what was Kilmar Garcia?

No, let's go to the facts because you brought up the facts. Number two, what jersey did Kilmar Garcia wear on a routine basis and what was the significance of it in the Maryland jurisdiction of gang territory? Uh-huh, he wore a Michael Jordan Bulls jersey. And what is the significance? What gang wears Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jerseys in the Maryland proper area?

Okay, now to flip that on- MS-13, got it. So in the charging document- The fact that I'm wearing a jersey. No, the fact that I'm wearing a jersey. Time out. No, no. Time out. Yes, you happen to live in LA living in Dodger. Multiple people. Multiple people.

White fence and the crypts of this area wear Dodger's jersey. So do you think that I would be affiliated with white fence- Hold on a second. It's called a- No, no, no.

You can't- It's accumulation of facts. Let me finish. Allow me to- I absolutely can. Allow me to finish. Allow me to finish.

Look at these people that are wearing MAGA hats right now. Could I say that they're part of a big gang? Allow me to finish.

Could I say that they're part of a big gang? Allow me to finish. Can I finish? Yeah, yeah, of course, of course. You have the hand tattoos.

You have the fact that he told the judge in 2019, I'm afraid to go back to El Salvador because another gang will come after me. Allow me to finish without interrupting. Allow me to finish without interrupting.

Allow me to finish without interrupting. Number three, he wore the Chicago Bulls, which is a gang affiliation in the Maryland area. Now, if you're in LA wearing a Dodger's jersey, that's one piece of evidence. If you're wearing Bulls gear day after day in the Maryland area and you have MS-13 affiliated things and you're telling a judge that you're part of a gang and your wife has filed declaratory distress relief because you're a wife beater. And then finally, the fact he's not an American, he broke into this country and he does not afford the same rights that Americans are. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

But to sort of put that on you, right? He had a green card. No, he did not. That is not correct. Wrong. Wrong.

That's not true. Was he married? Was he married? No. Was he married to an American citizen?

That's not matter. Time out. The judge, see that you got your facts so wrong. The judge said, sir, Mr. Garcia, you will be deported at any time for any reason back to any country. The only country I'm not allowing you to go be deported to was El Salvador. Why was he deported? That's the only mistake because he was caught up.

Time out. It's not that he was deported, that it was wrong. It's not that he wasn't part of MS-13 because he didn't have any due process. No, he had the most due process of any illegal in the history of the country.

That's actually incorrect. He's going through it right now while he's in El Salvador. He's going through it right now while he's in El Salvador. In 2019, in 2020 he had due process. The judge literally signed an order saying at any time ICE can come and get you. This is your final warning, Mr. Garcia.

They might come and scoop you up. And by the way, I just find it so interesting. You do know the fact he beat his wife, right? Okay. You do know the fact that Donald Trump has raped multiple women and his wife. Okay.

Yeah. He's a rapist. He raped his wife and multiple women. He raped his wife. And he's on record. Which wife did he rape exactly? Ivana. Oh, he raped Ivana.

I do believe so, yes. Oh, and what's your evidence for such a claim? Because I have evidence of court documents that Kilmar Garcia beat his wife.

Want me to read it? In 2021, Abrego Garcia's wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura filed a protective order against him, alleging instances of physical abuse, including being punched repeatedly and scratched. She then filed a second order trying to protect the children from him abusing them on a nearly weekly basis. In 2019, Abrego Garcia was arrested in Maryland alongside other individuals. Authorities claimed repeatedly that were experts saying that the traits of his behavior, his iconography and his tattoos were MS-13, such as specific clothing and tattoos, citing information from a confidential informant alleging from his gang membership.

The judge agreed and signed his deportation order. What is the issue here exactly? Has he specifically stated that his tattoos were... That's ironic when...

Okay. Has he specifically stated that his tattoos were an affiliation of MS-13 or is that being a narrative being controlled by the Trump administration? Because Trump... Well, let me bring this up. Trump did believe that he physically had MS-13 in the interview that he literally just aired a few days ago, where he said that he didn't believe that it was photoshopped MS-13. Because weed, smiley face and... How are the skull and crossbones and the cross going to be thought of as one, three... Well, that's an interesting question. If it wasn't MS-13... Stay high, smile till I die. If it wasn't MS-13, why did his girlfriend blur out the tattoos on his hand in the recent images they posted together?

If there's nothing to hide, why wouldn't she show it for the world? I mean, yeah, you're actually... That was a good point. Thank you. Now, let me just bring that up into like a... Let me... I want to... There's nothing to hide. She'd say, hey, here's the tattoos that she's blurring them out in all the images. That's kind of weird, isn't it? Nothing to hide, let it ride.

Yeah, yeah. Tailoring each loan to each borrower's specific situation. You'll not be calling a faceless call center. yRefi can reduce your monthly payment and guarantees interest rates under 6%. yRefi does not care what your credit score is. Go to yrefi.com. That is Y-R-E-F-Y.com. So take a look at it right now at yrefi.com. yRefi refinances distressed and defaulted private student loans, which are different from federal loans.

They offer a three-minute rate check. So I want you to think right now, maybe you have private student loan debt, maybe your friend does, maybe your neighbor. Got to check it out, yrefi.com, Y-R-E-F-Y.com. Can you imagine being debt-free and not burdened anymore? Go to yrefi.com.

May not be available in all 50 states, yrefi.com. Now, I kind of want to just transition then to like the entirety of immigration. Last point, then we've got to get some more work. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Okay. So obviously, Trump has floated the around the idea of quote unquote, deporting homegrowns for the quote, most horrible and violent offenders or whatever. So how can we as Americans stop Americans from being persecuted by those, especially ones that aren't of white color, especially ones that are not of white color, because ICE has repeatedly, repeatedly been on like, ICE has repeatedly persecuted Mexican Americans and or just Latino Americans for having tattoos and dark skin. How can we prevent people from being, that's actually not a lie.

That's actually not a lie. What is your evidence for this? Multiple articles and multiple articles and multiple newsletters that have, or I'm sorry, multiple news broadcasts that have let us know that ICE is racially profiling people. My father is obviously not white skinned and has multiple tattoos and has multiple tattoos.

How can I make sure that he is not taken? Is he a legal citizen? I'm talking about when we get into- Is he a legal citizen? Yeah, I mean, yeah, of course.

Okay, then he's got nothing to worry about. I just brought up the fact of the idealization of homegrown, like kicking out- He's got nothing to worry about then. This is all targeted at illegals that have broken into our country. These are people that have broke into the United States of America.

And what makes them inherently bad, because there's multiple people that overstay their visas, oversee- Because they've cut in line. So you wait in line this entire time to ask a question nice and patiently. Is it right for someone just to cut in line after you've waited? Other legal immigrants that have waited to come into the United States. That doesn't really work because we were moved in a specific order. The same thing happens here where we're moved into a specific order.

Other people are prioritized. Are you allowed to cut in line to come into a country? I mean, I guess from personal familial experience, my family are all American citizens now that came in illegally. I will admit that they came in illegally, but my family did the right process. They overstayed their visa.

They came on a trip, but they did the right process. Why is it that we are simply only persecuting those that are coming in illegally and want to just live a normal life? Everybody's bringing up murderers. Everybody's bringing up rapists. There's a lot wrong here. But what's wrong with that is when rape is committed by men, 51% of all rape is committed by white men. White men. Okay.

Yes. And guess what? So why are we pinpointing- Hold on. Why are we pinpointing a Mexican?

You're all over the place here. Oh, he's a rapist. Again, what should the penalty be if someone breaks into America?

I'm sorry? What should the penalty be when someone breaks into the United States of America? Personally, I think we should help them get processed into the country. Help them home. That's the only thing. We should send them back to Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico.

The country should become home. Oh, so wait, hold on. I want to understand. Do you invite random people into your home and be like, hey, you could just squat on my floor and eat my food? Hey guys, so that's how you make friends, actually. So when you go to a random person and say, hey, come over to my house, what happens? So you will just go to a random homeless guy shooting up under a bridge and be like, you're allowed into my home.

You're my friend, Jerry. Why are we comparing a homeless man to somebody in need of- Because they both need government services or they come into your own property or your own domain without invitation. And I think it is ironic of you to bring up, especially Guatemala right now with the thing that just happened in Tucson, Arizona, right? A Guatemalan woman was detained after giving birth. That child is now an American citizen. Why should the mother be sent back and not be here to help her child grow? Yes, they could both be sent back to Guatemala together. That's not true because the child was born here- It doesn't matter. You could still be a US citizen and live in Guatemala.

Under the constitution, it is now an American born citizen. That's highly debated. I'm not going to get into that. But anyway- Well, why not? Why not?

Because we've already been going for quite a while. It is now an American citizen. It is now an American citizen and should be- Birthright citizenship, I believe, is not constitutional. And I hope that they'll overturn- Birthright citizenship is not constitutional. Again, going back to what we originally spoke about, the people that came over here were then given birthright citizenship.

So that means that everybody here should not have birthright citizenship. It just does not make sense. In your opinion, the way that you just stated, that just doesn't make sense. That just does not make sense. Again, you're talking very fast and not making a lot of sense.

So let's try to slow it down. The final moral question. If I went into Mexico without proper documents or invitation, what happens to me? People do it all the time. What happens to me? What happens to me? Are you saying if you get caught? Are you saying- Yeah, if I get caught, what would the Mexican government do to me? I guess deport you. We should do the same. Thank you so much. They do the same because Mexicans do it. Thank you.

They do the same because Americans do it. Hi, Mr. Kirk. I'm a student here and I really appreciate you being here today to speak with us. I care a lot about protecting children and know that you value life as well. I understand that mental health and drug issues are a big part of the violence that we see every day in America. And I know that there's no black and white solution, but wouldn't implementing stronger background checks, especially for high powered weapons like AK-47s, be a more reasonable and effective step to prevent school shootings and protect the children? Sure.

Fine. So first of all, it is very difficult to purchase an AK-47. You're probably talking about an AR-15.

That's probably what you're talking about, which is not an AK-47. We do have those background checks in a lot of states. I do have to ask, do you think, do you feel safe in California, walking the streets at night in Los Angeles as a woman? It depends which area.

How about right near the downtown convention center? Not necessarily. No. So remember, our goal is a safe society.

So just stricter gun laws does not always equal a safer society. That's just number one. Yeah. That's what I said.

That's why I said that I know that mental health is a big issue, but I just, for instance, me, I have a 10 year old little sister and every day me, my parents stressed about sending her to school for what could happen to her. So it's a real question. Let me ask you, does that school have an armed guard?

I'm not entirely sure. That's why you're stressing. That's a fair point. Why do we protect our banks, our airports, and our sports stadiums with people with guns, but not our schools?

I think that that's a fair point. And I'm not discounting, you know, the background check thing, but it's incredible moral perversion. You can't get in a Dodger stadium without seeing 50 cop cars and people with guns everywhere. You can't go to LAX without going through basically a demilitarized zone, but you could go into a local Long Beach elementary school and we decide to not protect our kids. So we protect our airplanes and our sports teams, but we don't support protect our own children. And so you care about protecting children. I think that we should basically lock down these schools. People say, Oh, I don't want our schools to be militarized. Well, then you don't want to protect our kids. You don't think you want your money to be protected at your bank. You want the payday lender to be protected, but you don't want your own children to be protected. So that's my number one solution, all that.

And then I would end on to it. Listen, a lot of mental health problems. I have a different view. I think gun ownership is a right, not a privilege. And I don't think the government should get in the way of our right to be able to own firearms. So what do you think that we should, do you think that the government should get involved in like adding armed guards to schools or why isn't this more talked about?

In other States it is. Gavin Newsom would refuse to do this, of course, but in other States after big school shootings, they have police officers parked outside. And in fact, school resource officers with guns have shown to prevent school shootings, limit school shootings, or even intervene before the school shooting happens.

And it's going to show that these awful tragedies go from maybe one or two students dying, which is horrific, which it could have been 30 or 40 students dying, right? And so again, at the fundamental core of it, which is your astute observation, almost every single case of these school shootings, there are some exceptions. They get the guns from their parents because they didn't lock them up properly. And I think they should be criminally charged.

If your guns are used by somebody else, that is you are the custodian of that firearm and you should have to have, especially if a minor gets it. And then number two, it's also these kids that are in a very, very dark and troubled place. And almost always, there's warning, there's troubling signs, there are issues ahead of time that are ignored. Thank you so much. God bless you.

Thank you. The world is waking up to the power of gold. National banks are scrambling to secure it. According to the World Gold Council, central banks added 1000 tons of gold in 2024, the third straight year of net gold buying.

They understand what many investors don't. Gold is real money. Unlike paper currency, gold's value doesn't disappear with inflation, reckless government spending or market crashes. Now, Noble Gold Investments makes it easy for you to claim your share.

The world is turning to gold. Shouldn't you be looking into doing that, too? My name is Patrick.

I'm a student here. My question to you is why are you so hypocritical in the way that you look at Trump and Biden? As far as the economy goes, every time he announces a tariff, the economy tanks. We saw that twice in March and then in the most recent one where he announced the largest or the most tariff percentage. Do you mean the stock market or the economy?

Everything in general, just like the way... The stock market's back up to even before the tariff announcement. Yeah, but that's because he took away the tariffs. He took it away because all of his billionaire buddies, more or less.

It's true. Elon Musk isn't he really on TV anymore because he's lost trillions in Tesla. He was just in the cabinet meeting last week wearing multiple hats.

Did you see that? He said, I wear many hats. I don't watch the... Well, then why do you say he's not on TV? You said he's... You know what he's on TV. You said he's not on TV anymore. You say you don't watch TV.

Well, I don't. I just see him everywhere. I used to see him everywhere. And then as soon as the tariffs went into effect and he lost trillions in Tesla stock, he stopped showing up. Who is it?

Pete Hegseth is a moron. Hold on. Let's pause at that. Is military recruitment up? Not sure. Is it?

Yes, it is. Is military morale up? Not sure. Are military war games up? Not sure. Yes.

Is military procurement going in the right direction? Wait, so hold on a second. You call Pete Hegseth a moron yet more people want to join our military and they're happier fighting in our military with Pete Hegseth as head of secretary defense.

So that's really weird. Why is he a moron exactly? Well, because... You know, he served in the US military alongside. And I appreciate his service.

Is that how you talk to veterans? You call them morons? No, I don't.

And don't say that I do. That's what... No, but why is he a moron exactly? Because of the two signal chat leads. He did not add the reporter into there. It doesn't matter.

Why is he having a... Signals and approved communication platform done by the Biden administration actually. Do you use signal? Do you use WhatsApp? Do you use Telegram? No, I don't.

Oh, you don't really. You don't use any messaging apps. I just use iMessage. Okay, that's a messaging app. Oh, okay. Yeah.

It's also a secure one as well. But what is the contention here? You said the hypocrisy.

So let me now try to get your... Which person was more capable of talking to the media? Joe Biden or Donald Trump?

Neither. Joe Biden, that's my biggest gripe. Did you have full faith in Joe Biden's ability to complete sentences? To a certain extent, I did.

And then I didn't. After I realized maybe he is too old to be in office, just like Donald Trump, but he will be the oldest president in office. Age has nothing to do with it.

Brain acuity has a lot. It doesn't now. But when Biden was in office... No, we never criticized Biden's age. We criticized his lack of knowing where he is and his dementia. Then that's my point. You talk about Biden when he was dementiated, like you said.

Yes. And okay, Donald Trump has done multiple hours of freewheeling press conferences a week. Joe Biden wouldn't talk to the press for weeks on end. So you say the hypocrisy, I'm very interested.

What do you mean by that? Because actually, Joe Biden told us the southern border was an impossible problem to solve. He needed Congress to solve. The southern border is so secure right now. We have a 99.99% reduction in all border crossings. And so that's just a fear factor. It's a fact, actually. Well, because when Trump is saying that he's going to deport every single immigrant, it makes immigrants not want to come in.

Good for Trump. And by the way, don't call them immigrants. They're line cutters and border jumpers. Immigrants are people that wait in line and fill out the forms and come here correctly. Don't conflate the two.

Don't conflate the two. When you border jump, you're not an immigrant. You're something completely different. A criminal?

Is that what you're going to say? You're not an equivalent. An equivalent of what?

A human? One is a criminal. One is a rule follower. One is a law breaker. One is someone who waits in line. So should they not have due process? Well, it depends. You know that there's three ways that people don't have to do process in this country.

How? Because actually, according to the Supreme Court in 2019, if you come across the southern border within 14 days or 100 miles southern border, you could be deported immediately without due process because you're not an American citizen. Supreme Court ruled that. According to the Alien Emmys Act, which President Trump invoked with Kilmar Garcia, there's no due process that is necessary.

So as I have said, you do not need due process for that if you are an illegal alien invader in the interior of this country under those circumstances. OK, let me let me take it back real quick. Let me take it back. You say that Biden had a atrocious economy. Correct. And Trump's been president for like one hundred and four days.

Yeah. And with the with the tariffs, gas is down, eggs are down. Actually, let me look at this. Can you look at this chart for me?

You see inflation drops to two point four percent in March lower than expected. Thank you, President Trump. You see it was going up right here. This was Joe Biden. You see that? Joe Biden, Trump, Joe Biden, Joe. Do you see Joe Biden, Trump?

Do you see that? Joe Biden, Trump and Trump is all the way on the way down. Joe Biden, Trump. Can you do it with me? Joe Biden, Trump.

Joe Biden, Trump. Do you want I'll sign this for you? Do you want to? Actually, yeah.

Can you? My buddy, my buddy. He also doesn't have a brain.

Doesn't have a brain. OK. Yeah, it's OK. He's still my friend. So I just want you to hold up to the camera if. There you go. Inflation is down, everybody.

All right. I just want you if at the end of Trump's presidency and he overall, it's a failure. Will you admit that it was a failure? I mean, the tariffs are a failure. You can admit that. But first of all, what you consider to be a failure, I consider roaring success.

I think border secure is very good. I'm not talking. I think I think manufacturing jobs coming up is very good.

Like, yes, if some things don't go well, I will be honest about it. But even right now, we're not agreeing on success or failure. You're saying Trump is failing and yet inflation is going down. We're bringing jobs back to the country. We're bringing jobs back to the country. We had a better jobs report than anybody expected last week. The stock market is fully recovered. We're about to get no tax on tips, no tax in overtime, no tax on Social Security.

So all of those things will work. And you're going to see the opening of the American economy unlike anything ever before. I believe we'll see the end of the Russian Ukrainian war.

I believe we're finally going to see no men and female sports, no chemical castration of kids. And he's already delivered on all those promises. Well, let me ask you, you were a big Biden supporter, right?

Not really. I mean, he was just the well, actually, when Kamala was on the ticket, I'd rather vote for her than Trump. So I vote fine.

So but I mean, you're bashing on Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump. What was Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's bigger biggest accomplishment was the one that really got you excited? The Chips and Science Act. Oh, the Chips and Science Act. Okay. Okay.

Anything else? And nobody even knows what the Chips and Science Act is. No, I know what it is.

I know, but I'm not talking about them. Obviously, you know this is your job. But all I'm saying is when Biden left office, the inflation rate was at 2.3, 2.4, 2.4%, right? Yeah, 2.4% as you showed me at the very end of his presidency.

And when Trump announced his tariffs both times, it rose inflation to a staggering rate. Eventually, on the last round of tariffs before the most recent one, when, sorry, when he, I'm blanking. I got it. We got to get the next question. All right.

Final thing is this. Are you cheering for Trump's success? I'm cheering for America's success, and I'm not seeing it. I'm not seeing good. We can agree on that. We both want to see America succeed. Thank you, man. God bless you.

Charlie Kirk here. Crime is skyrocketing. You may already own a firearm, but before you face the financial and emotional weight of pulling the trigger, consider Berne. Berne's less lethal launchers fire tear gas and kinetic rounds designed to incapacitate attackers for up to 40 minutes, giving you time to escape and call for help without deadly consequences.

I use Berne. My family all has them, and now meet the new compact launcher, an amazing product. Sleek, slim, and hits like a sledgehammer, but the size of a smartphone that's perfect for concealed carry.

Comfortable, discreet, and confidence building. It fires at 400 feet per second with 41 jewels per square inch of stopping power. That's enough force to halt a threat cold, but the legal and moral complexities of lethal force. What I love about Berne is they're proudly American. That is byrna.com. How are we doing, Charlie? Welcome to Long Beach. First thing I want to say. So my disagreement here would be the defunding of Harvard.

I want to know your legal justification for defunding Harvard. First of all, is that a Harris-Walls hat? It is, it is, yes. How about this?

If you beat me, I'll change it. No, it's fine. It's funny. It's kind of like seeing all like the losers of the Super Bowl hats like that get sent to those African villages. I know. Yeah, no, it is.

It's like all those like Buffalo Bill Super Bowl champion hats that just disappear. Why is any college entitled to federal money? Okay, so that's a good question. So first of all, medical research. The majority of the money that goes to Harvard is medical research.

And so they are, they are a huge portion of research, Harvard especially. But then I first, I want to get into the legal justification of it. So regardless, I think it's dumb, but I want to more focus on the legal justification of it.

Well, the legal, no college has to get money from the government. No, 100%, of course, of course. But you have a reasoning for defunding Harvard. All right. And several, correct? Yes, correct.

But let's first get our facts right. What is the endowment of Harvard? Okay, so the endowment, you want to, you want to clarify that? What is it?

What are you talking about here? Do you know what an endowment is? I don't know what an endowment is. What is the endowment of Harvard? Yeah. Okay, so an endowment is like a, think of it as a savings account.

Got it. Yep. So Harvard has the largest savings account of any college.

Of course, yes. What do you, how much money do you think that is in their savings account? A substantial number. How much, what, what do you, what, guess what? A couple trillion dollars. It's not that big, but it's 55.

It's not that big. They're not a country, but it's $55 billion. A hundred percent. Yeah.

Okay. So therefore, if a, if a college has $55 billion, why do they need more money from taxpayers? I think they need more money from taxpayers because they are making several improvements, especially in the medical field, and they are, and they are pushing society forward. This, this is education. Well, why can't they use their $55 billion in the bank account? Okay, so how about this?

So how about this? Then why do they have to give their, their information? So let's talk about their, their research and their data. I think the first thing that we should agree is that there is no bad data.

Every data that we have is an increase in knowledge, and there, we can't have bad data. So it would, it would seriously hurt the government if they give all of their data and all of their information to the public prior, especially on research and cancer and all this kind of stuff. Do you agree that the government wants, and they, this is what happens right now, they want to receive that data before the rest of the public. It is super important that the government receives that data prior to the public.

Not necessarily. I think actually open source data is a great way to go. I mean, if we're financing it, why shouldn't the whole world know about it?

Well, the whole world does know about it, but the government needs to know about it first because they need to think that that's a very, very crucial thing. But again, I want to stick to the point here. So you're, you're, you're big, the big reason, but I want to just make sure that we're clear. Okay. They're sitting on a $55 billion cash pile. Correct. Yeah. And they, they get $2 billion a year.

Yes. Maybe they should just tap some of the $55 billion they have to fund all of their programs. They don't completely use federal funding. That's that they don't only use federal funding. They actually have not dipped into their endowment.

It actually grows every single year. But anyway, back to the legal justification. Harvard is in blatant violation of federal law.

Okay. But the federal law. So I'm assuming you're referring to the civil rights act of 1964. Well, or the, because it's the student for fair admission Supreme court case, which I'm sure you're familiar with, right? They're in direct violation of accommodating black and Hispanic students at the expense of white and Asian students. And they continue to push forward affirmative action, acceptance and hiring practices, which is in defiance of the Supreme court, breaking federal law. And when you break federal law, you should not get federal money. The Trump administration, the Trump administration has said that the civil rights act of 1964 and antisemitic practices have been the reason for the defunding of Harvard.

Would you, so that's, that's a thing. It'd be there in violation of title six under the amongst many things. The strongest of all of the PR of the president's claims is the violation of the 14th amendment and the Supreme court decision a couple of years ago.

Okay. Students for fair admissions. Harvard is in violation of that. They've acknowledged they're in violation of it.

They brag about it. So when you're in violation of the Supreme court, your federal money will be not. Let me, let me ask you this. So the, the Harvard, the Trump administration in 2019, they passed the executive decision to, to add religion to title six of the, of the civil rights act of 1964. So in 1964, would you agree that religion was not at all included in title six? And so my first question is, because it wasn't explicitly included in title six, but it wasn't explicitly included in title seven, how can the executive office interpret this as to wanting to include religion? Has nothing to do with that.

You're, we're talking to, we're talking past each other. No, it's, you know, it's absolutely the core complaint is the violation of the DEI. Yes. The DEI in, as in, as an initial, but I mean, so you asked what is the legal justification?

Very simple. When you defy the Supreme court, you no longer get money. But how is, but, but at the same time, the Trump administration, by passing this executive order to, to count religion into the title six of the civil rights act, that's also, that's, that is going against the constitution as it's, and I, first thing I want to get to is, can you agree that in 1964, they purposely, they intentionally did not include, um, religion into title six, which is education.

That's education as a whole into the civil rights act. Yes. Okay.

So perfect. So then, so then how is, how are, why, why do you think that we are currently interpreting the, uh, addition of, I'm not even getting into like, that's actually probably the white house is weakest claim. They've, they made about 10 claims against Harvard. The strongest claim of which I will continue to rest on is they're violating federal law. They're violating the Supreme court.

The shakiest of all their complaints is the one when it comes to antisemitism, by the way, they have a lot of antisemitism, but unfortunately in this country, you're allowed to be a bigot and an anti, but the most, the crispest, the crispest allegation against Harvard is the fact that they keep on penalizing white and Asian students that want to go to Harvard. Okay. Yes, but that's a deep, but we're talking about the pro Palestinian protest. I got it.

But you're talking about a 10 part charging document. Again, we're going to, I don't, I think the audience agrees. You're not really listening to what I'm saying, right? No, but I get that's different. That's not why they're defunding Harvard. That's not the way it is.

Again, they put forward 10 complaints. I'm going after the top one. All right. Thank you for your time and enjoy president Harris.
