Divine Connections

And now, here's today's episode. There is such a thing as a divine connection. That would be when two people, two groups, really a convergence of two come together and it's a divinely orchestrated kind of thing. So a divine connection. And I just want to encourage you that these kinds of connections not only occur because the Lord plans and executes those, but they are happening more and more and probably more than you even realize. But perhaps you're praying for this very thing that you need the right person to come along in a situation. Maybe you're praying that way.

Maybe you're thinking that way, not yet praying, just thinking that way. The Lord brings people together. He brings groups together and He knits the heart, our hearts, plural, He knits those together for an eternal purpose. It may be a short-term thing, long-term thing, but of course anything He does has an eternal effect. It has an eternal impact because that's what He does.

That is the logic. That is the motivation in the moving of the Spirit of God in anything to bring about a supernatural outcome with eternal consequences. So be open and be thinking and be aware of who it is that God has brought into your life, is bringing into your life, and also be aware that it's very important for that person to take up that position, for that group to be joined to your group.

It's important for the right fit. Again, there are eternal consequences and there is eternal value in that joining together. And so besides all of those that were on the path that encountered Jesus during His earthly ministry, just think of those wonderful stories. The woman with the issue of blood, the Roman centurion, just think of those divine connections that God brought together for a specific purpose and with a long-term impact.

I think you would say in both of those situations there was an eternal consequence. Divine healings were the result of those divine connections. Those were not coincidental. They were not happenstance. They are what I call, what I refer to as a divine connection. And you need those.

Everyone needs those. Think of the alternative to be joined with the wrong person. It's counterproductive, can be very frustrating, possibly harmful, possibly destructive.

You know, the comparison, you could go on and on. These divine connections belong to you. And the thing is, if eyes are wide open and you just know to look, know to be aware, the Lord is in this.

He is in it. He is invested in ensuring that everyone that needs to be joined to you is because the combined effort, the corporate results brings Him glory. And that's what we want to do. We want Him to be glorified. We want to do everything that we do to His glory in His name. These divine connections are so important for you. So let's pray and believe God this way. And most importantly, use your faith. Use your faith.

Draw from, glean from the Word of God that you've placed in your heart and let faith arise for that right connection, that right joining together. And just one more thing before we pray. Without delay, without delay, no delay, no delay. You know, Satan is busy delaying the things that God has in mind for you. Unable to stop them completely, his effort is to delay or slow those down right anyway to frustrate the cause that God has put in your heart, the visions and the dreams that are in your heart.

So no more delay. And just like the Holy Spirit comes alongside of you, in the Greek, the rendering there, the paraclete in the Greek, the Holy Spirit, the comforter, He comes alongside of you to take hold together with you. So He is the pattern. The Holy Spirit working in your life is the pattern and the example of the way that God brings people alongside of you to take hold together with you. And actually that Word has more emphasis to take hold together against, to take hold together with against. So it would be like you and I working together to do something and also to be in agreement against something. So we would take hold together to accomplish something for God's glory in His name. And we would also be against or resist those things that are counterproductive or do not acknowledge the Lord, do not bring Him glory. So two things, taking hold together with, so we're joined together with the thing that God has inspired you to do. And we also resist, in this example, delay.

We are against and resist everything assigned to stop you, slow you down, thwart you in the thing that God has divinely inspired and is requiring. So let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, we believe that Your Word allows us to see that two are better than one and that You assign connections. You put that person in our path so that it will be plainly evident this is the one that You're sending for whatever it is, what task, what purpose, what cause.

And in the same way, You join us corporately in groups to accomplish a combined effect. And we pray for those in our lives today without delay. We ask You, Father, in Jesus' name, for these divine connections to become so apparent, so visible that we engage and by faith step into the joining together that You intend that is in Your heart that fulfills Your purposes and Your plans. We release our faith today this way. We thank You, Father, for the inspiration and the connection of these divine arrangements. In Jesus' name, amen and amen. You know, it is important to discern the will of God on so many levels because there's such a wealth there.

You know, His plans are greater. His thoughts are higher, so much better to have the person that He sends, so much better to be joined corporately in the group or groups that He has ordained for you. So don't forget that in this way, you do have the mind of Christ. You have the mind of Christ.
