Breaking news Isis fires rockets cobble Airport human form. Now this is what I hear from you. One 800-6843 11 164, 31, two, 300-6431 10 so Hobbs is a packed week last week for visitors to my pump that will be joining us today on the broadcast to talk about this wind. Others occurring but a lot of activity. Of course, because of these groups who are looking to inflict as much pain as the king of the United States of America. While we still have troops there and they know where the troops are so the latest development is the rocket attack so you had five rockets were fired at the airport.

Only one related with inside the airport. No one was injured. There were no was killed there. I didn't stop the operations from continuing that are still going on which that more exhibit a limited pace and there wasn't the strike back.

We use the system. The tests much smaller system take out orders and rocket fire, but that that is occurring. Some that were in the spirit where it meets its around 3 o'clock tomorrow Eastern time.

Where were supposed to be out 100%. We these terrorists know that. So whatever they've got. I would assume there to be utilizing the next 24 hours to try and injure and kill as many Americans as they camp and was also reported him a yes or text message.

I guess I came out from the United States we have that up on the screen that we enjoyed. We do not, okay basically it said work so it like a flight cancellation so this was the Afghan nationals that did work with with United States certain formula were not to be able to evacuate any additional international participants. In other words, people that work with the United States translators assistance advisors that were getting were already cleared to go to the United States or come to the United States. They were told they will not be able to make those trips it. What's interesting about this. I think I could read it to you exactly what first reported that Wes, the wind on stage is going on right now militarily sunk was what is that look like is what I call retrograde operations. They have Artie started moving several hundred troops out of the airport course as the only piece of real estate we have in Afghanistan anymore and so they are winding down most of the gates are closed.

Most of the time. We still have soldiers on the perimeter course beyond them is the Afghan perimeter and so they are in the process of packing coming tomorrow at 330 Eastern time in your states. That's the deadline to be out of Afghanistan tomorrow 330 Eastern here and so in a little over 24 hours. They have a lot to do, of not only getting our troops on planes to get out of course, there's the threats of rocket fire now which it can also bring on a plane that destroy what equipment they can't take with them and I hope and then get our troops on a plane and leave us a lot of work to be done. It is a lot of news. Our aunt in snuggle be orderly and snuggly.

Unfortunately, yes, interesting. This is exactly what said, we regret to inform you that the international military evacuation from Kabul airport have ended yet. It's a study that disappoints the US troops rapid of their people are already inside to their will still be people that are technically evacuated, who Artie gone through the process or wait for an airplane. We have to understand here's a we are the pack up they would be the backup phase for the last few days. I think the focus of course generated rightly so on.

The Americans were killed, but that took a little bit of the focus in what was actually going on. Post that attack the US is doing and there's no indication that this is going to go an extra minute.

No I think as I know, I think Joe Biden state. Although there been protests to the contrary, from governments as well as inside the White House. I think it's a fait accompli he's leaving. He's leaving a schedule and if Americans are left behind deal figure they said they got other methods covert operations which will talk about we come back is interesting piece in the Washington Post will also talk about was funds with them major mistakes that were made in this and will do that switch. They live during the break here will illustrate that his I got a couple questions for things like front of you watching on Facebook or any broader social media applications. YouTube periscope whatever might be working to stay live for our further social media audiences, so I encourage you to stay tune with this in the course were in a matching challenge campaign Jordan as well.

That's right. And ACLJ, are you double the impact of your donation that you got to midnight tomorrow night where you are. That's ACLJ.org support be right back as the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for the uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way more limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift comes $20, $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ.

The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous support in our matching challenge to make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy mission life today online ACLJ/back to second. We are taking action to e-file God just now our FOIA in Washington DC. Two issues. One issue which which we were already working on was the crisis response bureau that was shut down at the State Department by the by administration. This would be to get a unit that would've been very helpful. You would imagine in a situation like this where what you're doing a withdraw and a drawdown over period of time. Why that was completely dismantled and of course the second part of this is is getting to the withdrawal itself, the date the time the deals were made and we just learned now that the reason why it appeared that Kabul fell so quickly to the Taliban was not really because of of the Taliban threat so much as the US and the Taliban agreed they were going to fight so I read that this is a lot of new information coming out about how we got to this point.

What was interesting is why the Taliban was making moves regionally. They were able to Kabul because the US to down and said you can take Kabul and those that they'll be reported directly that they would be in charge of the security of Kabul. We be in charge the airport and we move it on it up. That's what I came up with the August 31 date, but we are taking the action necessary to get to the bottom of this because this is not something up United States wants to repeat even though it feels like in our history we have before yes on holding my hand actually appear if you watching on TV and up on the screen. This is the actual document is 14 page legal document requesting, but judgment is a demand actually for this information, I suspect will get we normally get from the State Department understand and that's can be no and then we go to court and get a nonresponse Jay will have to go to court will have to engage in a lawsuit now just tell you briefly. Two things were looking forward looking for. Domestically, who inside our government was involved who is responsible and and what what will be done to make that right.

The second thing the Jan I think this is at least as significant. I really want our listeners to hear this.

We are laying the groundwork now for the ACLJ and ECL day to be at the center of where this issues can be very soon. Look where the midst of this crisis. J but we know now that it's gonna leave behind what I think it's fair to say is a genocidal atmosphere in Afghanistan we're gonna be at the United Nations at the human rights Council.

In fact, Jordan can speak to this. He is already submitted a video presentation to the human rights Council laying the groundwork for the work that were to have to do in the aftermath. This is messy. It's gonna leave behind a catastrophe, but J this FOIA in our work at the United Nations were prepared already. We know it's coming.

It's not an optimistic think organ to be right in the middle that when I can leave the people that are behind right so this from the Washington Post setting present at the end. This was published yesterday. Since Americans called America the day America losses longest war to talk about that, the President of of Afghanistan usually leaves and long order begins to break down. Then there was a hastily arranged meeting in person number that's what they put north and post senior US military leaders and know-how, including Gen. McKenzie, the commander of US Central command, spoke with the head of the tell man's political wing. Very dark. We have a problem bearing are set according to the US official. We have two options to deal with that you'd United States military take responsibility for securing Kabul, Kabul, or you'll allow us to do it.

You you will being allowing us in the states allowing the Taliban to do it throughout the day. Biden had remained resolute his decision to withdraw all American troops. McKenzie was aware of those orders and told Barrett on the US mission was only to evacuate American citizens and only needed the airport to do it. The lack of having US troops controlling the access points to the airport. I think proved to be the first and most significant military failure in this and this Washington Post piece again this, the Washington Post points that out. Col. Smith. Yeah, I did the mistakes keep being compounded by additional mistakes, but early on. This is after 34 provincial capitals had fallen to the Taliban across the country.

By the way, in the agreement we had with the tell Amanda start of the trump administration it said. Specifically, you cannot take provincial capitals. If you do there will be military repercussions important for you to say that again if if provincial capitals are taken by you, the tele-band. We will take military action and we course, we had the power to do it.

One by one those provincial capitals fell 34 of them and then they get to the capital city of Kabul and they say you know you can either take control security. There are, we will and we forfeit. We let them do it in a course at the time. Gen. McKenzie's. They can only have 2500 troops and have painted it sending in 5000 more which would've been enough to secure Kabul plus we had we still had Afghan National Army troops with us. They were also in Kabul and yet they did not tell the Taliban look between us and the African Army. We will secure the city until we get out, no, no, no, they literally just like they did with Bogdan airbase. They gave the capital city of Kabul to the tele-band for quote security and of course 13 American service members are dead later on because of that decision. Is this what this is where the American people want answers.

It's exactly how we got to this point where the towel Taliban got to this point after 20 years unreal of of nonstop conflict and war, why, why were they able to reconstitute so quickly. I take these places and also to get to this point where if these agreements were made 13 troops hundred over 100 people killed on of these these attacks why Z occurring any doubt some of this we know is a tell. That is not really effective governor they've never been so they they don't really know how to secure perimeters. I don't know why on earth.

The United States military trust of the Taliban and to secure perimeters even if they were your friend, which they're not right you would know from history they've never been able to do this, they are they are fashioned off their control command-and-control structure is anyone for the US State Department only gives a clear command-and-control structure. There is no throat throw out a gun. Put the white flag up in the air with the Arabic writing. Suddenly, you are now in control of your area until someone else tells you you're not, so that there's there's problems thereto, is who are you listening to. That's the question of they can talk talk talk how they want these guys until that is a lot different than being on the ground The Secretary of State on Meet the Press yesterday hears Lisa take a listen and talk my talking senior militant Taliban officials. You may seen the dentist yesterday, a very senior Taliban official went on television and radio across the country and repeatedly assured people in Afghanistan that they would have the freedom to travel after August 31 even specifically said, those who work for the Americans and those who want to leave.

For whatever reason will have that for you now course, we don't take the Taliban at their word be taken by their deed and that's what were going to be looking to okay okay are we kidding ourselves or me. I want to read what he's just said because this is absurd.

You may have seen yesterday that a very senior Taliban official. Another telling the truth. Unlike only one official went on television and radio across the country and replete repeatedly assured people in Afghanistan, they would have the freedom to travel after August 31 meeting after we, the United States gave them a list of who are people are more translators that were on the list you think they're gonna let them leave Afghanistan. Does anybody think for a moment that what's not to happen on Wednesday is good to be an unbelievable brutal terroristic takeover of that country. This is the Secretary of State. I'm glad we have Mike Pompeo coming up next taking their word at what and then we Col. Smith. What's the leverage they said were judged by their deed that for 2 and then what are we going to do if the Caliban is not cooperating and keeping their word. Now why would we think that after midnight tomorrow in Afghanistan. Suddenly going to start keeping their word. As Mike Pompeo pointed out in an article on our website. They've already begun the door to door seeking out people who cooperated with the US government and summarily executing them there targeting Christians, especially right now that's going on. Why would Sec. Lincoln think that somehow magically after midnight tomorrow. That's going to change.

We probably should we not already done it, arguing team should probably fan immediately get to the human rights Council and these other entities of the Arctic got right and then I maybe do that early on because you knew that the US is pulling out some of these international institutions will play a key role because they are built to get inside. They should be able they're getting provide humanitarian assistance and economic assistance to the Taliban and the Taliban wants that.

So what you want to see you in at least going in the Savior to get this you have to do this and allow the nonprofits and NGOs that's that's is going to be playing the role of assisting those who are in need but that is a still small group we are unleashing the Taliban on on the Afghan people. Most of those people never will qualify to come here with a special visa you don't you just because your woman.

You don't get that guy just beat it out that's that's not something you get. And we know the treatment and what will be different. We also know that those who worked with us. Those who do have that that the passports or the right stance the right documents paperwork for them to actually get to us is going to be is going to take private work so we taken those steps now. I think of these let the next really 24 hours.

What the world is going to be looking to is is is not so much the US doing this or not but of course those final images knowing that you got a hostile not just enemy force ready to take the city but Wesson enemy force that is firing at your me that that is that is unfortunately why there will be so much attention in the next 24 hours. You is that we know this is almost an almost like a war zone. It is actually it is a war zone.

They've been killing Americans. The Taliban has for 20 years that really if you look at the people that are killing our allies were in couple itself. They have not stop that behavior and it will only get more so after midnight.

Tomorrow we come back will play to either Jake Sullivan who is the national security finds the present said the billions of dollars is not self powered.

This guy his lease of academic that is somehow retirement nonmilitary actions.

It is not how much money you're talking about to buy some off that soft. That's a hard that's a hard heartbeat war, so they redefine the a lot of what they need to be engaged in the world.

These are people that the Europeans all applauded that the they applauded. Now they are egging wishing for a different government that's not going to happen were dealing with our current government in the current situation as we do the ACLJ dealing with reality will be right back. Sec. pursuant to state my compounds joining us only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is certainly an integral.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally pro-life and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right question for you, mission life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 oh dollar gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ over doing it by force. Interstate might pump that would play the Sam is Chris Wallace talking to the current national security advisor Jake Sullivan on Fox news Sunday yesterday. Take a listen bite six connate authorized suicide bombings against US forces in Afghanistan.

Over the years the State Department has a five dollar bounty on this guys had do you really believe that the kinds of soft power pressure you're talking about is an enormous leverage over a zealot like him connate for small crystal billions of dollars is not soft power. That's real cold hard cash that matters. Okay now Mike is that couple billion dollars of soft power good to be real leverage on a guy that is made his career out of killing Americans. While I can't imagine that the levered situation hasn't already changed and will deteriorate even further as we make our final department the next 36 hours or so from Afghanistan at the leverage that we were successful for four years and using had very little to do with money.

We never paid the Taliban are leverage had to do with the fact that American power would rate down on their head. They didn't do the things that we need to do with how we management the Berkeley County on single American attack toward American killed you when you lose that lever to release the power of America hard leverage the real leverage that you have over someone who is a picture and eight a horrible, horrible, horrible person like Suresh Connie, you lose the real leverage that you seem to tell you got a new piece of ACLJ on on Friday. I wanted to draw people's attention to it is the piece that that line the pieces divide mistresses created a humanitarian crisis and potential genocide in Afghanistan.

I asked what people read the piece in a stilted organ shared with their friends and family, but that aspect. I think people see the humanitarian side they realize this is not going to be good for most people in most Afghans who don't have permits to even travels they don't have a place to cut even look towards to a private companies in these these evacuations, it may still go on a privately or through through contractors, but the genocide statement that the fact in the last 20 years, people had more freedoms in Afghanistan to decide their faith, not perfect, but they've had these opportunities and you're very concerned that this is that that we are putting these people very dangerous situation with almost certainly generated material in the last couple weeks already in those areas that had previously been under the control of the Afghan government. Life was more normal than it had been in a awfully long time in Afghanistan. There were women going to school there were kids being educated.

There were there it was in America but it was better the places of the government Taliban was significantly worse massive human rights violations that now that now is the state of affairs for nearly all of Afghanistan, the lives of these people will be severely diminished in their freedoms almost vanish. One of the things sec. that came out of all of this was the negotiations with the towel man as a relates to the military side of this and apparently according to the Washington Post.

There were negotiations going on between Gen. McKenzie and the head of the Taliban and all political wing bear dark. What's interesting about this is that the Taliban apparently said that the US could control Kabul, Kabul, that would been appropriate. They could have done that or the Taliban has to do it. It's one of the other in the United States decided to let the Taliban control it and I think that probably is a pretty fatal mistake, your sense that reporting that I've read the article as well.

That reporting is true that had to be enormous political pressure coming from the most senior element of the White House directing the military to stand back thing the women I can devote the resources necessary to go protectable. I can imagine a military leader, making it inapposite that he will take the local airport as our security outpost. I would have thought that military leader would help wanted the more expansive security perimeter that having control, what it provided.

My guess is in and I don't know that my guess of the reporting true White House had clearly made it to make the method known to the military leaders shrink as fast as you can get his tiny footprint. August 31 is a real hard stop no matter what these guys do. Even if we have Americans left behind were going to leave on the 31st military leadership was trying to make insider that a massively politically constrained environment how dangerous's exhibit daily we saw what can happen to our troops if it's just one of these bombs able to get through. I don't know if they're still as exposed. Right now because they have sent out these messages that they're basically only dealing with people that are left but it would seem to be.

I think this 36 hours taking out all the politics whether we should go or not before our troops very dangerous on the ground a perilous time even perfectly execute are always difficult to manage.

Pray that our military been provided the resources they need to execute this in a way that reduces risk. There is no doubt that you're trying to get that last piece of equipment those last people that you have decided to get to be on the inside out.

It is a very difficult problem set in. Contrary to what we heard some of that the ministration simulator say these folks don't have don't have an incentive to make this easy effect they haven't done that their prices were exiting so that will never consider returning it Mike I'm in the book years ago when Isis was barely known: rise of Isis, which was the idea based on research project. I didn't die, University of Oxford in 2015 and is when barely anybody new vices and then you got this dices K because is handling that province involving Pakistan and and of course Afghanistan and then the nightly administration keeps pitching this while the Taliban is the mortal enemy of Isis history has shown, however, that even mortal enemies within a religious group say. The Sunni and Shieh and the Iranians, who then will back both. If there is a common enemy that they think is larger and more significant than for their overall exporting of their terrorism.

What you think the risk is with the Taliban and and Isis, especially the Taliban, giving us a payment dices or we can be looking at at Isis 2015 again have a bearing bearing approaches. Put your core point is spot on. His folks are gladly work together against the great Satan that there is more there is more of a bond with the common enemy.

Adversarial behavior that risk certainly continue but you have the Sunni Al Qaeda leadership sitting inside a PR on today in Tehran. The Al Qaeda electric thing right in the capital of Iran. They will find accommodations on Conway to work together against the United States against the West and so yes of the risk of Isis return and I write is very real and I hope that there have been the resources appropriately placed in Afghanistan to prevent that. But I have not seen any evidence of that date is really quickly Allison left here with us doing for our image globally. Anything that you know the vitamins face in our global leaders again. It sure looks that way doesn't allow them instantly that appear that way to the folks who are very concerned about hacking credibility affected.

You weep with committed treachery from their perspective (that's never a good place to find yourself certainly a horrible place for the United States to find itself preceded to sector pumping courses. Our senior counsel for global affairs. The ACLJ great to have you as part of this team so helpful and then your knowledge of Jim Partington Iranians.

We can't thank you enough. Thanks, Mike the pieces up and ACLJ the Lord from Sec. Pompeii of the bite administration has created a humanitarian crisis and potential genocide in Afghanistan so much assure that we are free to fail to connect with post. Also, the withdrawal, which I get there to be on that look of the resources that we have available for people and that this is an you'll get more in the last two days of our matching challenge campaign but just think about that, Jordan, and the resources that we been able to bring to these and who knew that we be dealing with this belief hired like just three months ago and were able to do that because your support for the ACLJ matching challenge right now ACLJ.org that will impact your donation will be right back at the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the world protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family.

Give a gift today online ACLJ keeping you informed and now is Jordan secular is having the world right now. Of course, pray for people in the storm's path that part of the country and I was just concerned to see what the with the sword did as people turn back on.

We also people that power replace the very hot, very humid and not not easy to deal with. They were already reeling from the pack hospital so I think that this tribute was a humanitarian issue right around I back it arty is because of the storm.

It has hit the golf second. We also know that the withdrawal in Afghanistan is coming and this is coming within 36 hours by real it's it's tomorrow tomorrow afternoon, so not long after the broadcast is over tomorrow, which must be out of Afghanistan the entire US government, the military and we know that there will be people left behind.

We know people arty preparing for how to get people out. After the US government leaves but there's major questions like who from that airport is a television to become ill at at air traffic controllers that is not something they were able to do effectively with it whenever they been able to seize power is a never really build rod bureaucracy of government. The step that the things you need to keep the country moving, which is what made the bars vulnerable to the people turning on them. Was it even as harsh as they were, they could get the machines of government operate. We had at that in the course at the same time we had 13 of our fallen, received at Dover and I want to go to Col. Smith because you were in charge of that dignified return.

You saw that we all thought yesterday play out tragic mother crying at the coffin of her 19-year-old son was heart wrenching and brought back from a book assessment over three years doing that mission at Dover Air Force Base. I am brought back to me.

A lot of memories and what I call a lot of emotional memories and the thing that a lot of people don't realize what's behind the scenes there.

These families when a casualty notification officer knocked on their door and informs them that a loved one has been killed. They have to make a decision on the spot. Whether or not they will go at government expense to Dover Air Force Base to receive the body of their loved one. There's no time to think about it.

They need to know right then because they have to decide were going or were not if they decide to go to our society, mostly about the three force of the families decide to go on yesterday, we had 13 casualties. Not every family member came. We had over 40 family members that showed up yesterday I talked with out with people that are on staff there as late as this morning but yeah it it's a tough situation for the families is very emotional. They are still in states of shock and grief when they stand on that tarmac and watch those flag draped transportations come off that lambing even a pastor for a long time as a chaplain in that kind of situation.

What are you communicating with with the loved ones communicating with them that it is okay to be in shock and grief and I was often asked, will I ever get over this and my response consistently was no you will get past this someday you will not ever get over this research. It is emotional only for the families I tell you what is emotional for the dignitaries who come there from Washington DC. It's especially emotional for the staff. I thought about this yesterday because we haven't had very many casualties in the last year and have some of those young airmen and Marines that are stationed there. They've not dealt with mass casualties and all the families like this so it's all new for them and I will say one other quick thing and this was not a surprise to me because like I said, it's been a long time being there when Pres. Obama was present.

But I do know for a fact that yesterday when Pres. Biden came there was so much anguish in so much anger that 1/4 of the family members there refused to meet with the President. They graciously said no we will not speak to this man that's that's very sad, but it's very very telling as well. We listened for we look at so ages those people they were not born or being born during 9/11 and he said it was it was some of them not a lot of not was not real for as is that the same kind of way it feels.

I was not the same way, and of course our conflict so dropped it.

Our US troops are always princess daydreams of their training is dangerous enough that and but it haven't seen those kind reports. It was accepted daily US casualty listed. Maybe people got used to dictating. I stated it's been a long time. I know this, we see that coming casualties and in a single attack on US troops and I getting it is a reminder unfortunate of where we can be when we let these radical groups Islamic groups I terrorize the people make a lot of of hay about what's going on around country's domestic group to. So far nothing done without that one group is done continually which is actually go in and kill Americans targeted to kill Americans and that that's a real American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. I Frank Logan Sekulow you're on the cards? I'm a country Air Force Base and Q's. I think I got what you're someone there's no option take back. This is done by grabbing us would be this newer version of Asian American forces and that that we now see it, it would not be something would build a high you'd see these.

These forces coming in the season. We didn't amazingly given the nice guy and Janine's tablet so that the update they became their break officer not everybody thought that did not become a member of doubt. There are there other tribal factions that are not Islamic hardliners but for the most part, that is, that is where they became so big or go back member that same thing with our troops that killed on Friday. Both these Taliban fighters. Same thing right there. Not coming at this with a history of living this early through 9/11, they they are may have been born around that.

That's a bit lazy and guys on the street are the same H&M monies so they are not so some of us are looking at this from a perspective that I don't think is how people on the ground are necessarily seeing the step. The planners are so they they all everybody explains the top level course has lived through this has probably lived through similar conflicts. I think the most simple, it looks like it's Vietnam on what it was feeling and looking like but what we know what radicalism of the different from the communist. There were fighting is the spread of this into our country. They try to find a safe haven where they can then operate and plan attacks United States. And that's what this ices group is about right now they've got Americans their target so Col. Smith brought a very interesting statistic that came out from the State Department over the weekend regarding Americans being left behind. There will be Americans left behind that they always caveat was think any American that wants to leave.

These are people that want to leave.

Yes I what's the status exactly last Thursday when the President made his speech following the bombing. The two most shocking thing he said was August 31 is the firm date and he admitted that day that there probably will be Americans and our allies left behind.

Yesterday the State Department released their figures, their estimate is there about 150 US citizens who have chosen to stay. They think there are probably 250 more US citizens who are simply stranded there in Afghanistan for the time being. I think the State Department probably there lowballing that figure, but they owned up to the fact which surprised me that there are 250 Americans who would like to get out they cannot get to the airport and they cannot get them out.

And of course there depending on leverage in the good graces of the tele-man who been killing Americans for 20 years to help us get the citizens out so you're talking serious situation which fan I want to play Jake Tapper's interview went with Sen. Moulton in and in a mobile represented mold in a minute but I think it's worth reiterating to our audience that members of Congress have been working with individuals from their districts in Afghanistan trying to help get them out including Christian missionaries. Yeah, yeah, when West talks about lowballing the number 250 decisions antidotal EJ but I've been talking to members of the hill and offices Republican Democrat alike to say that they are inundated with people either firsthand or secondhand contacts of Americans who are in Afghanistan so I think that number is extremely low.

I've heard from a number of them this morning J who said were essentially preparing for what happens on September 1. We know were to have to shift to our efforts to be unconventional near their neck and the evacuations on US aircraft are probably many overground on no other borders but J other. There's no other way to put it there. This evacuation is leaving American stranded in Afghanistan to take a listen to this and we get Jordan for his reaction is the process going as smoothly as the White House described not noting any luck that one of the things we learned on the ground there is that one of the biggest burdens on the troops are all these haphazard requests coming in from members of Congress and members of the ministration in not know sort of organized ways for the troops again on the ground are doing this incredibly heroic effort not only out there in the fight in front of the gate to find these Afghans but behind the wire in the airport to simply identify which ones we need to get to sift through thousands and thousands of requests and figure out which ones we need to bring bring over the wire. So the system is not working very well put in the system is done to me.

That's what we would in reality now, the system haphazard work. You ended with basically the death of 13 Americans being killed active-duty troops and I think that was it. I honestly think that they were already having to wrap up the that's how many days he said it would take for military.

3 to 4 days to finish up there and I think once that happened this administration politically is decided to maintain this tone not to be thinking about this in the year we got cold and we got hurricanes right we got a lot of domestic issues. Try to get people back to school quarantining still again all those issues so this will not be where you focus. Yes, people will care. Americans got killed, but they will not be focusing on this month's you now there's reports coming out right now it's on Fox news and some others that the Taliban has killed quadrature know they do have but to try to hunt down US allies user individuals that assisted the United States during this conflict, and a reaction we can list we give them a list of their names and their locations, their addresses, and so it is no surprise that the tele-man is killing them, I suppose. According to Jack Sullivan and Anthony Lincoln that after midnight tomorrow suddenly they're going to change in their go start bringing these people so we can get them out of the country. That is, that it's farcical. That is not he that is crazy enough and I get screwed again goes back up and enjoy what you get when you can because their banking right now me politically haven saying this folks, but this is what the banking on politically, you got a hurricane you got big increase in the number of covered cases, the number of of deaths from covert each day are increasing to proportions that are reminiscent of the dark winter we just came through and I will say again be careful, this covert situation is real, it took the life of my brother. It is not my somebody posted on one of the social media platforms yesterday that this is a giant I think it was a radio talkshow host in Florida passed away another one conservative was anti-vaccine died that goes. That's three so far at least that we know of, and then someone posting a well-known commentator about how this whole thing is affecting less than .5% of the world population will know that's a big number and that one of those people in that .5 was my brother. This is not pretend know you know this is real and people are allowing and this is what I'm concerned about victim government is to shift the focus understand why there to do it back to the vaccine back to the pandemic because that's their segue out of this.

I'm telling you they're both horrific and awful and you're given them ammunition if you're doing nothing to protect you or your family, and frankly, you're putting everybody at risk, including my grandkids. So think about what you're doing when you're marching out there and how important it is in your ear into some note non-science mode.

Okay. Be careful as real ramifications I needed to get that off my chest bugging me for a week during the Atlantic. The store for that hit Ebenezer places the cuts have no hospital space left Samaritans person groups.

I can literally building to hospitals in America so that the crate there is a serious crisis to where you live and if you see it, but at an end, but you will be reported. It's really me that the house where they say the hollow space they say every ER bed. Basically, an internist is taken with an X-Men coping people you and Ed so I can it's real. These are all real things. I think that, but that's where the butt politically. This ministration they in this is to propose Democrat ministration that an endless habit say the wrong politically on on how they see the country. But that is the date they refocus the cuts of domestic issues, big-budget items they hand out items as they get people's thoughts there and out of Afghanistan, and Ada Ford policy back to domestic issues. As for they think they went yeah I mean it's a sleight-of-hand or needs a distraction from the catastrophe that sinful in Afghanistan and look I think people should really focus in on it.

I do think of the distraction from the storm. The distraction was coded may cause people to shift their attention. We cannot allow that to happen and engine Jordan I would just tell you I may not sound like you played a minute ago from Seth Moulton that is a Democrat from my home state of Maryland pointing out just how to how much of a travesty. This is what you think about this he said in there that you members of Congress engaging on the ground might be distracted and might be haphazard. I accept that Jordan but but imagine that your member of Congress who has constituent. He's been stranded in Afghanistan and the people responsible for getting that constituent out have failed our you say okay they failed and walk away.

Are you gonna step up and do everything in your power to try to get that constituent out.

I think that's the correct thing to do. Maybe it's not the right channel George Orton to guess what the correct channel the proper channel failed absolute essays to its people would be happy to utilize those beads. At that point.

A crisis at that point in a crisis at this site you agree with the Congress for the yes it get it exceeds work copy more difficult for the you'll get to that point was to allow crisis to continue. We know it's been a chaotic situation about what we are now. I think with hope and pray for us. One no more US troops are are injured or killed because right now you know like ISIS K have carried out these attacks that they're looking these next 36 hours. This is the last time there can potentially have US troops write their own backyard potentially the last time does it feel like when a silly can never be back in Afghanistan, but I get the file that I very closely see with this course online ACLJ.org our social media platforms and we encourage be part of our matching challenge double impact your donation to the ACLJ NACLJ.org we write back secular. Today, that was it. We know this time tomorrow talking to this would be a few hours left or live on the air for the United States to in the deal with the Taliban and what appears to be as if they are to be going down to the final hour but were out. I mean, I think that the discussion of what could we do what could potentially be all that's done for right now anything else that to be a whole new invasion of Afghanistan by the United States or something similar. I don't even know what happens tomorrow with Embassy so Embassy is gone in in Kabul that was taken by the Taliban. I moved to the airport and we have no diplomatic at all unless visitation does appear that we are because how would those Americans be safe without US troops protecting them so if they're gone and the diplomatic site is gone. So what is where we left with think it did you look at the situation realize were to be left of the humanitarian necessary to prepare rights for a say-so to torque.

This humanitarian crisis and you have to step up. This is again not good for the United States were talked about having a UN company there and after that I will only they could do the work because we know that's corrupt its debts on his people and that it's much more difficult to get things done. You think that we have bureaucracy in America. That's nothing compared to what they they're dealing with. But that may be the best place to turn. Right now because it will not be official like representation on the ground very difficult situation. I think what we have to worry about right now and what we all Americans should be concerned about is our US troops that are there. We know that there be targeted rocket attacks, and if you have thankfully that I did not put others bobbing attacks and if you are if this group is what they have been described as being is ISIS K. This would be where you through all of your assets possible next week 4th to 36 hours. So the question I have is as we evacuate basically here I but one thing I hope doesn't happen. The press should be respectful. This is we don't get the detailed plans of how we are doing this but we probably of troops evacuating now.

I think we are.

I'm sure we do and we need to realize they will be targeting US troops until that list Lane is wheels up they will continue trying kill them.

Yesterday the rocket attacks on the base of the airport sort of took a lot of the attention, but we used an airstrike to target a car bomb with two bombers and they were heading to the airport and just before they arrived at the airport vicinity. We blew that car up there were secondary explosions because the amount of explosives in that car. We are targets.

They are still continuing to launch these attacks. Here's the thing. Biden's credibility and America's credibility is harmed not only by his actions, but by his refusal to acknowledge the mistakes and somehow they're trying to spend defeat as being a victory you know when is the last time J that we left 250+ Americans in a terrorist group behind enemy lines.

I care it as weak as Jimmy Carter was during the Iranian hostage crisis. At least he tried to get them out of this is the Jimmy Carter moment for. Unfortunately for Joe Biden, but it's unfortunately if the Jimmy Carter moment moment for whole country and then the question goes to an it was interesting to be on YouTube said what leverage the talking secretary blinking. Do you have when you just gave millions of dollars worth of milk bit military equipment and fan. It's been a really meaningful oversight or all the other world events. We talked about the pandemic hurricane. I know how the new cycles move here once troops are out.

I think the reporting on Afghanistan and probably change unless the country just explodes Job it doesn't, but that's very possible. I think that's probably correct jamming. That's why were engaged in this effort.

Right now because that by the time he gets to public hearings and in Congress. I'm telling you it's mostly to be partisan circling of the wagons of a look. One of the questions that has to be asked and there has to be accountability on this day is why were the Taliban allowed to call the shots here. I mean you guys walk through the provincial capitals that were surrendered and there was no recourse taken. Right now I'm actively J there are three ass on the table from the Taliban and he won international recognition. They want foreign aid from the United States, which by the way, it looks like were going to give them and they want no sanction.

So while while I think the political atmospherics will come back in her probably be partisan leanings mean that the questions about whether or not to get the Taliban for an eight day that are still critical, and members of Congress better stand up and and do the right thing on that I don't have a lot of confidence they will, though you not this the bottom line what we know is that the situation very dangerous is very situation dangerous real-time situational diagram for a troops long-term.

Listen, I don't know how much more I think how much is the world and especially US Western media were to focus in on Afghanistan once were gone and you have videos. Alice will be there will be some deathly residual because it's interesting okay what is what happens.

This airport tomorrow what what is the Taliban do as a governing body tried to actually control strict they are doing a very good job of it that they've allowed it to get if if it truly that was their role in the they are tried to print this group like ISIS K from getting more power they were unable to add it again so yes, chaotic seeds, but also I get this US departure I think will be.

It is to be quite a bit tomorrow over that last flight takes off and on the ground.

I think it is more chaotic than ever before. So again, I just think that's where focus should be right now the American people on our troops, their safety, the policy wise. We have a lot of time to talk about that and get to the bottom of issues there gone tomorrow. Listen would Anthony blinking secretary state said in March about how we were going to handle this withdrawal.

Take a listen to this. Whatever we end up doing again is informed by the thinking of our allies and tactical decisions aside United with those allies in a few things in in making sure that we as we move forward we seek to bring a responsible and onto the conflict to remove our troops from from harm's way and to ensure that Afghanistan can never again become a haven for terrorists that would threaten the United States or any of our lives. We failed on all three of the points he made municipal associate working in me first thing he says is this orderly transfer responsible into the conflict. We lost 13 Marines horribly managed to remove the troops from harm's way Weld were doing that, but to ensure that Afghanistan never again becomes a haven for terrorists it is terrorist is controlled by terrorists. We gave it to the terrorists. We gave it to the Taliban and they released ISIS absolute in right now. I'll cater they've Artie released statements celebrating the new Americans leaving and they are counting on them. They will get an umbrella of protection by the Taliban government. There they got Al Qaeda you got ISIS you got the Telemann all terrorist groups is a complete rout of the of America is a complete victory for for these groups and to try to pretend otherwise I just don't think the average thinking person is going to buy that you cannot take something that is a surrender and act like it's military victory and that somehow a defeat is not embarrassing and humiliating and has long-term bad repercussions for people around the world.

We predict is 36 hours exactly. We know the seeds at you. People trip just trying to process what happened last week in the amount of loss of of US/this will that the threat for that is very real. It's probably increasing since Friday and so these defensive measures that are put in place at some point you have posted your absolutely right.

Let me say this work in a play as soon as Winona Brock is a list of minor social media platforms song that are been wrote: where I stand. We perform with Ricky Skaggs and I want to play it because it really talks about this kind of evil, but it gives you a chance. Also, listen to music but pray for those fallen pray for the remainder of works but the politics aside for a moment. Let's pray for our troops safety and for those that help the United States during this 20 year war that somehow will be able to protect them in some way, but I encourage you to listen to song as we close out this broadcast also support the work.
