Hello Joe, one Pres., projects the weakest moment speech to human form then and now, this is what I hear from you Sharon post, call one 800-6843 11 enjoyed by everyone.

My dad Jay Sekulow was here for was Smith.

Hudson we've been in DC later was your doctor, Omar Hamada, we're going to discuss all this happening in Afghanistan. Bob see now the infamous speech that happened from Pres. Biden yesterday. One of the more embarrassing emotional infuriating moments. Maybe I've I've gone through.

As someone who's been following politics as an adult. It said it's even political other molar moments of sure sound Bible and go hey that that was a nice gesture and I smelled about overalls questions, joking, making like putting blame to other people, not only other Presidents, but to other places and you're always this attitude of yes, in fact, I take all full responsibility and then quickly deflecting the real reason is I listen to my chief them in the real reason is because you attracted this baby don't say that's your trip said hey if you don't kill anyone were knocking to do anything. Sabot you don't do it and that some how bad they were a lot to discuss here Ray discuss also does what it's like on the ground in Afghanistan. People who been there a phone lines are open 100-684-3110 but decked me of yesterday. I think there's a lot of people getting text messages continually from people. These are rational kind sound people who are just infuriated. Don't know what to do and all right to get there to be more compassionate people see this imagery coming out singer from existing murders of our troops and you feel helpless, you do feel helpless and in a sense because of the nature of a conflict like this in a land far off with limited military capacity right now. 5800 troops on the ground. A commander-in-chief that is getting us out of there. He said August 31.

It's exactly what Jordan said on the broadcast yesterday on the Durgin them for food that was even after the bombing and now 13 military US military denting 75 Afghans are were killed in the bombing, and they're also saying there to be more on the way. Let me tell you a couple things were doing were trying to help where we can them or we can is, we been working with families that have tried to get individual, mostly children out of Afghanistan with event sponsors basically in the United States. It's been very difficult because of the chaos around the airport were also going to be giving you in-depth analysis today were to be joined by a good friend of ours, Dr. Omar Hamada who is a special operations officer and surgeon in the Army and served in Afghanistan and he's going to miss his perspective on and then there's the military situation, enforce the policy analysis and on Monday is taken some time to go through and do this right word and be launching the Government accountability Project, a freedom of information act demand to the State Department to the White House to the Secretary of Defense to find out who decided that this was the right policy. For instance, closing down Bob from the Air Force Base, turning it over to the Afghan troops of which ended up going letting out Caliban out of prisons or or this one which I know will talk about more when we come back from the break, giving a list of names and addresses of Americans and people that work with American to the Caliban so they could check them off the list. Help people say we gotta have a list to check people off. But here's the problem you're giving it to the Taliban, which means maybe the checkpoints should been controlled by the United States. This was very poorly thought out and Logan even the scene ends of the world and the liberal liberal media are being very hard on the bite administration of a I've said this is one to consider is been some unification amongst media from the first time in a decade plus where there are people saying yes this outrageous justice. Normal in at least even if their Yachting are saying this rip clips from the present speech.

Later in the show begin coming up next to same. It's like you said Dr. Omar Hamada as well as our whole panel that's here Ray discuss this board book and a lot of you are returning to the ACL dancing how to help.

What we do is a lot of work happening behind the scenes is a lot of work on projects we can even talk about on-air.

We are currently working on major media presence for this entire situation for two ACLJadeite or got great comments great feedback.

Great blogs and articles don't support what the ACLJ right there at ACL to the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress.

ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous as a coordinator matching challenge today to make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family.

You forgive today online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is certainly is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life battle and the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists.

The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right question for economy mission life today online ACL data/to expedite out get out of Bagram Air Force Base that this all came from the military was just listening to his visors now are no senior military advisor, Col. Y Smith is here and Col.

It seems like some of that is just not correct. Absolutely Emmy's misrepresentation of facts and sometimes what appears to be out and out lies is pretty amazing. It's obvious that the President really didn't have a plan. He had made a decision without much of a plan, no sense of urgency and not taking responsibility but concerning Barbara yeah he said yesterday that his generals were unanimous in saying I was of no value. We can close it now. A week before just last week, and one of the Pentagon briefings. Gen. Mark Millie, who is the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff made the statement that the reason because I asked him why was Barton close. He said well the President had indicated as we went through the withdrawal.

Now we would have about 700 troops on the ground.

We told the President that we could not hold the airport at Kabul and bother him with that few troops the President was insistent.

You cannot have any more troops. And so the decision to close Bob Graham was not based because they thought it was a good idea, but because of the limitation of their troops on the ground and they made the best decision they could. It was really present a binder because it is now one of things I saw yesterday and that was within the median watching the media to late in the evening that even the more liberal networks.

MSNBC's in the CNN's were very critical of What Is Taking Pl. in Afghanistan right now. The chaos that's on the street. In the end, especially in the vicinity of the airport, which is a totally predictable BSI dire consequences. I've also saw Democratic members of Congress, some of which were on television last night and it been just came back from Afghanistan saying that this is been a debacle. What is the sense on Capitol Hill about the situation right now this is the President's. This is been our most significant foreign policy, military engagement failure.

I would say in the last probably 10 years will talk about the helicopter situation. 10 years ago but been glad J it's pretty stunning. Actually, in a DC that is just reflexively partisan. I mean, you defend the present of your own party and and you oppose the one of the additional parties been shocking to me. J to see just how nobody has come to the administration's defense and it's because there is no defense for this and really everyone knows it and I would say it's a reflection of a Logan start of the broadcast with the viewport or were to pull the American people. If you were to pull Joe Biden supporters JI think what you would find is that they know that this is been a debacle and not I actually think the the limited amount of discussion about political fallout. I guarantee you it's coming J but the limited amount that we've seen so far is proof of just how conclusive this is it is it is not up for debate. This is been a debacle and look the fact that you would turn over to the tallow band to control the access points to the airport. That should tell you everything you need to know if you don't control that J you control anything.

One of the generals I can remember yesterday said our Telemann partners.

Was it Manderson, Mexico, referred to them as our partners. Can you believe that they been killing Americans for 20 years they continue to kill this reports indicated that that this Isis bomb attack came through a Taliban checkpoint for her to watch and hear the tallow band referred to over and over and over again.

Is this like friend and weird ally Michael engine sucks press coverage.

Following her since about the same well you have to who were dealing with. However, when the when Joe Biden spoke specifically was blaming present truck for having any kind of agreement with with the tallow band which kept everything at peace and kept everything early fertile piece not near complete peace blitz here that we should hear that and we discussed that that's binder clip 42, believe here is a you like to call Blaine let's divert over here. The reason why whether my friend will acknowledge it was reported reason why there were no attacks in Americans as you said, from the date until I came in office was because the commit was made by Pres. Trump. I will be out by May 1. In the meantime, you agree not to attack any Americans that was the deal.

That's why no America was attacked okay and that's Telemann start turning that were get out here is 20 year war. But here's what no American gets hurt. No assistance. The Americans get harmed and then we will make our disengagement.

By the way it came into office.

I change it will ensure that by the way, why is by the way, with the Board President that it does make a since of course now he is to stick with stuff.

The Pres. Trump put in place in a day one rehearsals but this one he had to stick with also looked at that and say yeah why is this a bad thing you know we have to talk to people you know we have to have these plates. By the way, Jimmy's exact thought process is by the way, if you do kill someone. We will bomb you into oblivion and they knew he would do it right. This guys look like I said that if there's hills of Delaware that was against the former site, which is the one abrogate that Robert Gates said Joe Bynes been on the wrong side of policy every policy decision last 40 years watching on social media encourages share with your friends. Here's a policy issue that if you think what is the US interest in this area is not been there 20 years. By the way, I have reconsidered my initial view 2500 troops to be in the region as counterintelligence probably was a good idea. I know most Presidents wanted to get outside.

I get it. Here's a recent animation.

You may not want to be out so quick. China has announced that the sanctions on the tallow banner not productive.

It's also been shown that they are mining in Afghanistan and are talking about an investment of the Chinese government of $1 trillion.

Let me say that again. The Chinese government is willing to invest $1 trillion into Afghanistan now and are calling sanctions on the tallow been wrong. Harry from a policy perspective, I think this is where the miscalculate not the only but a miscalculation clearly took place absolutely and that miscalculation was entirely foreseeable. Why because Joe Biden surrounded himself by advisors who formerly worked for Chinese government related entities, and so at the end of the day. Biden's incompetence is on full display for the entire world. So here you have Joe Biden.

He reverses virtually every Trump era policy from the border to abortion, but then he wants to give Pres. Trump the blame for his own misconduct with respect to Afghanistan and I think one of the key issues here is why give up Bagram, not simply because of the security importance of the Bagram airport, but because by doing so, the Afghan entities did what they released 5000 terrorists into the Afghanistan economy, and in addition to China's investment in Afghanistan, we are likely to see a parade of terrorists flocking to Afghanistan as a launching pad for terror on the rest of the world.

So at the end of the day, Biden has to take responsibility and if he's unwilling to do so.

The American people should ensure that he does it when you hear reports like was coming from China and you like camping.

What about our own financial support potentially of the tallow band that's not something you do say what what you hear this and I want to give me a call one 800 684 31 can fire up this emergent sake, just immediately following resident Biden speech.

She did a press conference because he can only answer to three questions and she came out made some statements and here is why she thinks we have leverage with the telegram.

Right now I dissidents occupied 770 say is that we've enormous amount of leverage.

This is our view over time. That includes economic leverage and includes leverage that we will make clear to the Taliban as it relates to coordination continue to get American citizens in our partners at economic leverage with the Taliban. What does that tell you know here's the thing. The prison is Artie said, come hell or high water. Tuesday next week were out of there and with whom was asked about it in Jen's socket was estimated to what about the Americans who will be stranded there with there will be Americans left behind.

That was their answer where we have economic leverage we can go in. After all, our troops are gone and we can talk the Taliban into giving us these people because of economic leverage first. That's a very great plan and secondly with the trillion from the Chinese.

They don't care about our economic leverage. I'm very concerned about you know calling this hostage crisis because were still troops on the ground but I will tell you some the sum of live through the Iranian hostage crisis as an late teenager early young adult to tell you something. I was in law school during that period. This is growing. It sounds like it has all the ramifications of that possibility appear that Americans are left online that want to be removed or boastfully met, and Americans that want to leave because it may be reasons that some Americans don't want to be managed in the family. Whatever might be the fact of the matter is that we it seems like were setting yourself up. Now we been helping some try to help some punks on the ground, especially with kids, then, are there any updates I will go to break and then by the way, Dr. Mark amount is good to join us out, former special operations officer served in Afghanistan, among other hotspots easy to take us inside what it was like his situation we had about an explosion like that one visited the job of the of the doctors of the of the military, but they really quickly. Any update from then on that other matter. Yeah, just very simply say J we remain engaged literally at this moment. I looked at an airfield is a very high-value target right now but I will tell you that see even if August 31 on September 30 first comes in this situation is not resolved to stay on it. There's unconventional methods and working to consider all those options you have to I will be back in just another minute I would, Dr. Omar Hamada if you ever need this only if you can give us a call one 800 684 30 went and I know you have a lot of opinions on this all sport work ACLJ ACLJ.org yesterday and said we will go to unconventional methods. If necessary, to help people when we can will talk about that again. You have all that content coming up here shortly.

Working on documentaries working on books informed and engaged as we say more ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress.

ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous support in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you. You forgive today online ACLJ yes everyone we are taking a close look. It's an 800 684 31 obviously were talking about Afghanistan, so 864 3110 a good friend of ours is joining us and that is Dr. Omar Hamada also should say Col. Omar Hamada. He served as group towards the position, but he also was our special forces officer in charge of the medical and had served directly in Afghanistan so I Omar I want to go to you first hear and I think it's first important to understand what is a special operations unit.

What would be. Can you you have friends in Afghanistan right now that you're talking to.

When dealing with you been there. What is a special operations unit so just technically it's important I think to differentiate special operations versus special forces special operations is the whole umbrella including every service the Navy SEALs Marine force recon Air Force PJs.

An argument is therefore present so they jump in and rescue downed pilots behind anyone special person jumpers right our parachute jumpers and special forces is the Army special operations right primarily so the Green Berets so what was your you went to Afghanistan you were there in the be actually near the beginning of the engagement.

What was take us inside what was like on the ground while it was scary at the time because it went very many troops we didn't know what to expect. We knew that it was a very hostile situation. Our orders were to hunt and kill. Essentially, so that you know we had CIA special forces Navy SEALs Army Rangers.

A few of the troops but the primary target we thought was bin Laden, but every time we try to engage were told to stand down. So at the time so it was really just distress seeking and destroying the Taliban and their ability to freely move about the contrite.

Let's glide needs important talk about the Taliban because we had general million week praise exactly what he said yesterday West about micromanagement yeah yeah yeah I know that that the whole situation about the television partners. Yeah, he general McKenzie actually send document you referred to them inadvertently as our partners. This is a group that is been killing Americans for 20 years. You were there when they were killing Americans and yet he calls them are partners now because they're providing no perimeter defense for our forces a couple airport, Omar. I think her own. It's important we deal with the top of another terrorist what's really it's it's more than that if the network is very deep right it really is. Throughout the entire country. That's one reason I think that the suicide bombing that happened yesterday so airfield would not have happened outside. Tell them knowledge.

We know everything that's going on in the country by controlling so we have the checkpoints are being controlled by the Taliban ice this day Harry Hutchison, Amelia, policy failure, giving the names and addresses of Americans and people that work with Americans as a policy matter to the Taliban because they're manning the checkpoints might mean.

Maybe the Taliban should be manning the checkpoints are absolutely and that's particularly too untrue into cases. So, for instance, we've given the names we given the addresses we've given the details, but we have no assurance, at least at this particular point that all Americans and all Afghanis that have helped us will indeed be evacuated and time number they want and it's a target list and number two it's a current currently it's a target list and some of the Taliban and in my view are friendly with some of the terrorist group on the question and so all of these individuals are targets. I just don't understand. There are still thousands of people of Americans in country that will not be able to get out right has been very careful with her saying this, though, and that is a saying Americans want to leave the going was about to meet you and I know you notice that the County network, which is in Afghanistan.

Actually the tell a man has delegated the defense perimeter to the County network outside the couple airport yet of the way. So basically it's like this. The Biden policy is to rely on the terrorist group. The tell a man to subcontractor to another terrorist group County network to protect our people from yet another terrorist group ISIS is getting sent County network. We had to point this out yet.

We have to go to the page right now there's a $5 million bounty on his head.

He is running the security around the airport in Kabul than you think this is a policy failure. You think this is a mistake you think this was a disaster self-created horrible advice coming from this administration, but I want to take people into what we were dealing with yesterday as a surgeon you have this massive explosion 13 military are killed 75 SSI military patches are yeah what what what your role in those kind of things happen is that Dr. well, you know, so I was attached to a small unit right small unit but basically, mass casualty, so triage of fear, who's gonna survive he's gonna die and then paying attention to those people who we can save the problem is you were standing down bargains closed. We don't have the large mass unit style hospitals. The surgical suites, etc. so our capabilities are significantly reduced. Something that we discussed that concept of fact we have reduced so much content military is on Singletary involve military but medical and in the things that we have brought infrastructure to Afghanistan and were just got so maybe then where Bruce of work depending on GA such a well that NGOs like doctors that borders would have a unit going and what is which they do great work, but that is a recent operation and seal what you're talking to people on the ground right now, folks overly when the really smart what are you hearing directly with somebody is there on the ground. Now that the American troops are drawing down that the airport is being currently evacuated that we are going to be completely out of there by Sunday before the deadline.

Think that's what I've heard that to and then if you think it's possible to get out every American that wants to get out nice on the impossible was justly possible because some of these are in all areas of the countries we don't have people going to get them. The State Department has told him to stand firm and not approach the airport that went somehow centimes out and most of the people that I know they're out there actually rescuing people are not governmentally affiliate.

Yeah, that's what we're hearing time with her from them as well that we heard from plaintiff and Odyssey were discussing at you and make sure that people are doing the right things you're talking to reliable sources. Actually, it's chaotic. There's been a lot of people upset me personal messages. Text message you're doing is trying to help. We are trying to parse through a lot of that see what we can even do the AZ LJ because the office he ever wants to help, but your money can get into the wrong hands very quickly and women share yet so we'll make sure that this is going to the right places, and he brought up the select hit list Achille sums this was that report.

By the way came on politico coming out of like right some hard right thing using those words sank people with inside the administrator inside the inside government. Inside the military art referring to that they handed over what they referred to as Achille Lister hit list denying it. US officials provided Taliban with Native Americans Afghan allies to evacuate really have a minute. Do you have that might we display this is from Joe binds the press yesterday. There are reports that US officials provided the Taliban with names of Americans and Afghan officials had to evacuate where you aware of that that happened are certain circumstances where we've gotten information and quite frankly sometimes you saying you know of such and such a group of people are trying to get out on the bus moving from other people and this is the location and there have been occasions when our military is contacted their military counterparts in the Taliban said this, for example, this bus is coming through with X number of people on made up of the following group of people we want you to let that bus or that group through our military counterparts is what the President of the United States. Just refer to the Taliban banned terrorist possess what they are, as our military counterparts that would sit with you and take your calls and comments on this almost to stay with us.

1-800-684-3110 800-684-3110 for your calls and comments yeah it's for the release LJ look a lot of you may not her lithium local radio may not get the second half hour of the show we are alive right now many of you were alive right now@aclj.org, as well as our Facebook or YouTube channel to find answers for Jay Sekulow surfing sealed the American Center for Law and justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate will be managed $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 can make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms are most important to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ keeping you informed and now is now your Logan Sekulow back to secular. We do have a full panel on today show my dad Jay Sekulow Dr. Omar Mata we have Carla Smith, Harry Hutchison and Dan Bennett. Washington DC erupts discussing all this happy Afghanistan would give a bit of news report and that is from CNN, saying that the death toll from the bombing yesterday though details of obviously been coming in in parts and there is misinformation incorrect information but currently the death toll has increased more than 170 people that were killed and more than 200 wounded from Thursday's blast obviously know that. Specifically, many of those were Americans but hundred 70 people killed. This was no small bomb. This was no small attack.

No, I think it's easy to put your mind and then think this could be very localized. Clearly there was reports it was to was that big.

And they were saying that on-air yesterday were definitive and now they say no just one gigantic explosion, so you should killed during people are to be almost 200 P probably will rise.

I want to go to our special guests are Dr. Omar Mata, who was a surgeon, a good friend of ours, practicing physician, but was also involved in special forces and understands what is taking place here when you got the situation but is also talking people on the ground and Omar as we start this segment.

Often this is a short same.

I thought it be helpful for you to lay out for our audience.

When you went to Afghanistan which was really the beginning of this conflict bit in dealing with the Taliban. I've heard stories from friends my that were in the military that these tribal leaders would have tea with you and be kind in the next date is an ID date to blow you up exactly the talk about that exactly in it. The problem was he didn't know who to trust and we couldn't really fully trust them. They were happy with us and they'd support us anytime. The CI gave them bunch of money but enough that money dried up or fitting get in on time. Then you would get hit so you were always watching our backs is there is there a sense of your colleagues in the military as I know you will stay close and one assistant US to his dearest what's the what's the feeling right now because I don't want to blame the military for this.

I think that's a you mistake I think that our men and women. A limited number that they are doing the best they can with a horrible situation infuriated angry felt like kicked in the gut. Unbelievable I mean is just horrible.

When I talked to friends that are still active duty are people who serve.

They are there really demoralized by this I mean I've had friends that that we what's going on over there and and because it is such a horrible thing and they are very very upset and I guess more than any emotion what I'm hearing for my friend his anger. They are very angry. I wanted it but I was question for you is some have been Afghanistan. What you think is some some misconceptions people have of the people I have year-long ports.

If these are people that don't want to be under absent is the one be under Taliban rule.

These are good people who actually have not had a session with us being here is that a big misconception for people kind, hospitable, wanting freedom, wanting to be able to live the way they want to live, not under Taliban rule. That is something that we watch it we see the images on TV. It is hard not to connect.

These are not people who are trying to flee if they know what's coming. They know how bad it could be. And now, how bad it is usually the Christians there is a huge resurgence of the Christian church to now being persecuted last 20 years we've had actual rise yet in one of the things that's troubling and tragic with all of this is that Christians are being targeted as well and make on the Taliban is going house to house.

I want to ask Harry something quickly.

Here we talk about this yesterday and that was the ability to have a policy, men commitment when circumstances demand.

We had a major this reciprocal mindset just weeks ago the work we were expecting casualties and that major capital and the pivoting a policy dissing Isaac seems like it's exactly what Jordan said yesterday that they are not getting moved there out of their August 31, people are left behind. People are left behind will work on special operations.

Afterwards, Harry Pouliot. I think the Titan administration has been absolutely too rigid.

They haven't been nimble. They haven't thought ahead and they haven't contingent, haven't put together contingency plans and so that's a failure of leadership. And if the failure of the leadership team limited quickly and with generally 1/22 or what is the temperature of this within the Democrats in Washington right now. Honestly, J laser focus and trying to minimize casualties in the next 48 hours, I think, is to be political thoughts account, but the focus on the immediate is actually pretty amazing precise democratic outcomes were not happy about any of this art. Logan is at 10 secondhand assignment will be right back tomorrow and secular kids with what they say okay they sealed it on our gifts, 164 31 the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress.

ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that.

We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous record in our matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you. You forgive today online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to discover many ways your membership in the ACLJ is powering the right question for copy mission in life today online ACLJ/broadcast everyone were joined in our stated by our team would also are a very good friend or Dr. Omar Ahmad, who is a practicing physician but also serves as I get what you uncurl in the United States Army.

But what was your technical title, so it was special forces battalion flight surgeon at Dunning medical officer yet so you you got into situations where you at that provide medical assistance in in the zone correct, but it was primarily administrative night.

I was able to do clinical work as well but out in the field with the teams is what happens okay so we would talk about this you at no like you said Mech and if you have a hospital right you got this mass explosion, the State Department and the Department of Defense are saying this could be more.

What should they be doing that's I guess like a legitimate question to ask yours. Okay, we got this horrible situation.

What should be happening if it was if I was in charge and send in a bunch Army Rangers takes several large airfields send in a couple detailing special forces go rescue these folks and then get what we can from equipment back and then exit supporting the military. Although there is there anything left of the Afghan military there still is theirs coming there hiding the steering away badly.

We remove your support.

From what I understand the request that we wait until after I fighting season was done so the winter is that families okay is that we just tucked tail and ran. We removed all air support. We let them topple some of the Afghan military have actually fled north to premises were Massoud son is now trying to organize a resistance up there as well. The doctors right what we should do, and they're not going to do it is that we need to go and bring in enough troops to secure, topple and expand the defensive perimeter and with a good covering force and then like you said, take bother him or some other airfields.

You can't rely on an airport with one runway in the middle of the city.

There's no way to secure that are in the roads in Afghanistan are awful, so I would say we need secure several airfields, not just bargaining gobbled them up north and authentication necessary and also down south in Kandahar maybe Herat over in the West against Americans are all over the country. If they are not question here for for fan and for Harry this related here and that is the political reality of this which impacts the policy studies got a policy that is stick with and then you got the politics on the ground list over the politics on the ground first and it seems to me it's a shipping situation combined support within his own party is dwindling dwindling fast janitor. It's really ironic that is happening on this issue because this was initiated. There was consensus on a cross party is just a matter of a couple weeks ago. I mean I think there's great frustration actually inside his own party after yesterday's speech because it was just another deflection away from the question it's been asking nobody in this town, Republican or Democrat is asked actually asking the question about whether or not he should withdraw. I mean there's there's something I would say like 80 to 90% support for that inside this town probably even higher among his own party, but yesterday they were hoping he would step to the lectern and actually provide answers about what Weston and the doctor were just talking about are you can open another airfield.

By the way JI think the answer to that after this morning's briefing is conclusively no, I think they've decided they're leaving. This is the end of the story and they'll deal with the fallout later but all of that distilled down is gone from an issue where he had great consensus just a few weeks ago to.

He has almost no support in the city, so Harry from a policy standpoint of policy. Policy failure. What's the impact of well sites are obviously the Arbogast yes there is also a tremendous reduction in American prestige internationally. Basically, Biden has opted to humiliate the United States.

Why because he wants to stand by his bad policy advice that he's been getting from Lincoln from Jake Sullivan, you name it. In addition to humiliating the United States, reducing our prestige abroad.

He is also reducing his ability to pass domestic legislation, so one of the collateral consequences of this miscalculation in Afghanistan is that he's going to be far weaker in the United States and in terms of influencing the policy direction of the United States, but I also think long-term. If you look out 510 20 years. Why would any American ally. Trust us, why would they put their men and women in harm's way based on American leadership. Certainly, if I were the Prime Minister of Canada or the President of France.

Yeah, I would not do that. I would say what is in the interest of this particular country and I would not be led by the United States. So at the end of the day. I think NATO may ultimately collapse the right and we've alienated our friends, and we've emboldened and empowered every single enemy of the United States when you talk with the enemies United States were dealing with Connie network Isis and the Taliban and their own foods. So I'm in this thing you know it was what it what it binds say the President said yesterday that Caliban is the mortal enemy of of of Isis Isis KII cannot stand you know I've always said this I said this when Isis first came out, giving them the monitor of a caliphate is very dangerous.

But if you don't think Dixon set one up right there in Afghanistan you're kidding yourself. But even between the President and the generals calling them or military partners are are are called colleagues. When the phrase he used about their military dishes were lit were living in crazy land NYC crazy Lane.

It's the consequences of these actions are so significant you seen people like you using France going start to work and execute some of their people out making the action that feels very American in nature actually doing the job you also have always comments come in the Joe Biden seems like President seems like a puppet that is not you actually make decisions. The crazy part about that is that he's amending say well it's always placing blame insight well it can't came to me and I just went with whatever they advised that over and over again your leadership just starts to dwindle on percent. It's on my military experts, 100%.

It's whether it's medical with whatever it's always placing blame somebody else arts from smaller principal thing is this is so ridiculous a week. I want to play that bite again because it's it's so unbelievable that Trump did this and there were no casualties that I came in and changed and now we have Farmington and I think you Terry to get a place 42 x 42.

The reason why whether my friend will acknowledge it was reported reason why there were no attacks in Americans as you said, from the date until I came in office was because the commitment was made by Pres. Trump. I will be out by May 1. In the meantime, you agree not to attack any Americans that was the deal. That's why no America was attacked want you please to listen to what he said because I would break it down for you right now this is what he says the reason there were no attacks on America as you said, from the date until I came into office was because the commitment made by Pres. Trump. I will be out by Maine first.

In the meantime, you agree not to attack any Americans. So what this question but yet the same agreements that you and I can't put my purse on the new President will do it. August 31. You don't attack if you do attack you have real consequences as a resident break and destroy all of our weaponry when architect when I took a leave all of the legs to be inheriting to Harris and for the Chinese to take part in regular secrets about the text that you think of just you know the islands and ships, but really it's a lot more than that, but this is he's blaming Trump for being successful in the disengagement plan. This is what this is. Now who's making the calls on this, ultimately, look, the President's response by been in meetings with Presidents in the last President and he have more people in the room with four different opinions that I thought was good management and listen amount. I don't know what is going on inside this White House.

I suspect it is like the Obama White House West, it's a lot of groupthink I think I think you're right. And if if some of these commanders are actually giving him this advice as he claims they need to be relieved of command if they're not giving him the advice and he's doing it on his own. Some of them should resign in protest to see Mr. present I can't go along with this, it is crazy. This is not a withdrawal. J this is a surrender who he does continue to place blame us here that by 22. This can give you love them or understand. Again, this is from Jovan yesterday. There's been some criticism even from people in your party about the dependence on the Taliban to secure the perimeter of the airport date. Do you feel like there was a mistake made in that regard know I don't look LinkedIn McKenzie handle this question very well. The fact is that where the situation inheriting situation, particularly since, as we all know that the Afghan military collapse 11 days before 11 days that it is in the interest of as McKenzie said in the interest of the Taliban. That in fact Isis K is not metastasized beyond what it is yet to dive deeper that go mainly in Italy, they inherited a situation and we had a situation that's what happens when you present and then in the menu and hear the situation with response and situationally up 40 seconds or less and less of a limit inherited a situation to deal with it, but the lack of flexibly here really quickly. The lack affect flexibility in their whole policy maneuvering here is breathtaking. It is, but I also think part of the problem is, Biden came into office with very few consumables, and Pres. Trump whether you like him or not. He put America first and that was a principal that stood him very very well over a four-year period. Biden has zero principle I think it's fair to say about Pres. Trump and you can say whatever you want to say is our enemies.

That's what I say.

I think this might look last night, when present by mistake. I will be right back will take only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is powering the right to question your free copy of mission in life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you today online ACLJ will positively say this is probably the one the most asked questions allowed. You've called in with the same question really dangling South Dakota just a second today to get ready but a lot of people had just frustrations they are.

They see what's happening in this administration by demonstration and they want not only answers they want action, but as we've always said were very honest with you, and what actually can and actually will happen. Let's take this phone call I want to get mad at me because you like the answer but Daniel South Dakota you speaking for pretty much the whole nation. Right now love to hear from you. Go ahead, least Accident that a percent probably go ahead and report that Michael I just wanted to know can we impeach Pres. Biden while removing mother Harris and not the penalty.

Okay so this is really loved a lot about impeach up. Of course if you impeach the President fully with the removal of office your President now is, Harris didn't want that either sedan within it that this a pleasant little of that either. So that's really sockeye so it's it's a concert I will just feel like what can I do what I do because I'm so frustrated maybe regretting their decisions okay so let me let me do this. I wish we turn off the comment section on social media page now is coaching you listen to me as somebody that probably knows more about impeachment and many more in the United States. Okay, let me let me go through first number one elections have consequences when you elect the President of the United States in Congress. They have authority under our Constitution. We have three branches of government.

Each has a sphere of influence.

The President is our lead on foreign policy. You cannot impeach a President because you disagree with the policy decision he made. Even if that results in as it did here in horrible casualties and a bad policy. You cannot that's not a high crime or misdemeanor because if you did do that if you were to say that a policy decision, even one that's awful, which we think this is an wrong which we think this is it is a dire consequences which we think it is. If policy decisions become an impeachable offense than any President policy decisions would be subject to impeachment and that is not what I'm talking to you as a lawyer that has done more impeachment than probably any living lawyer in the United States.

I've been through the impeachment proceeding, which is a political proceeding. So I do not believe that a bad awful horrible policy decision is a basis upon which okay and impeachment could go forward.

That's number one number two if you were to impeach a President which you have to originate the articles impeachment in the house would not think it addresses very quickly now political bands. It's because I'd set up let's a political process. There is no way that there are votes for impeachment of the President, not a chance.

J articles could be drafted. They could be introduced.

There is no way there any close to the number of votes needed to move those okay so you're not getting it articles impeachment of your certainly not to get a conviction in the United States Senate so that let me explain when one other aspect of this if you did, hypothetically, which is will not and I don't think it's constitutionally right you were to impeach Joe Biden, VP Harris is the vice President. She now becomes the present and if they would impeach her Nancy Pelosi starting line is the speaker of the house becomes present you not impeaching her so don't waste your breath really ought not well not now this not based on what we have, not on policy decision.

I know there's the I'm not even looking because I'm sure the comments I can't believe J saying that why think this is horrific.

Yes, but I think it's terrible yes, but I think it should not be in office. I think that if there was an election today, he would lose, but I would encourage our country to follow the Constitution. It has served us well even when it brings up an administration you disagree with.

But look real Americans heroes died yesterday in the sitting President of the United States and what I did not put under Pres. Trump because he had a deal, but it happened under Joe Biden because there is no deal is unimpeachable. Ridiculous. People are asking that how that happened under present problems and that we felt because they had the votes because it's a political process and impeachment is political. They alleged the they made a political move that what happened to Pres. Trump. We tried the case in the United States Senate and he was acquitted on both charges. What about so it so it's not the way to handle this.

A lot of even centers congressmen are calling for resignations on that it calling for things. If I go anywhere is a question not but it's a free country to our frustrated nursing what's happening out there beyond frustrated and upset their angry and in its and that's a concern. I think everyone has an efficient way that something to laugh at her joke about even if the last impeachment process is maybe were.

But beyond that which they trivialize people's rights way people look at what's happening right now. How can one thing this be so silly and then you have actual people dying with Intel we knew because both of those crisp impeachment. In both cases would be wrong right is a lie. All that glad was when think that you appreciate what you said about the Constitution. Every one of those 13 servicemembers that died yesterday, took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America, as does everyone in the military. They died defending the principal you generally don't question was there heroes.

I don't take anything away from him and it was avoidable.

It was avoidable because I think the policy decisions leading up to this were so horrible exactly. I think you're right.

I mean elections to have consequences, and unfortunately, incompetence is not eligible offense know that that's another way of saying it to me. Mrs. Harriet was think about this is you and I talk about policy issues all the time is you know I don't really like you said when you're rudderless on principle. Snack and the resulting policy and were not likely to see a good outcome and just to piggyback on your comments about impeachment. I think if the house were to impeach Pres. Biden is standing in the United States would actually rot and I make that claim based on going back 20 or so years. If you look at President Clinton. When the Republicans tried to impeach President Clinton. His poll numbers rose and he became actually stronger editors noted the impeachment satellite if the additive day if the policeman is probably the wrong Avenue to go down and and the American people should vote their conscience as soon as possible. Accountability, impeachment and impeachment and nothing they are not the set. I think that's maybe the focus on as these are not the same note, there is political accountability and the question fan will be and it will be in the midterm elections will this issue still resonate a year from now, when Congress is up for election. I think it's her Yahoo notes political momentum last for a very short amount of time, but I think it will just say this though, in this moment. I like the commander-in-chief to step up not step down. We need a pity we have US service members get killed yesterday.

He sent his CIA lead to negotiate.

Caliban told him to take a hike and he essentially took that J looked down and was to blame ISIS. Guess who is running those checkpoints, Caliban so guess what ISIS may have conducted the event that the bombing guidelines. Caliban is responsible and are commander-in-chief nested to tone it emails to submittals Caliban ISIS County network with the differences. Nothing therefore awful and want to kill innocent civilians brought up just reminding people ask why woodworking project I'm currently working a real-time documentary and book about this specific issue what's happening right now recovering each and every day they'll be coming out very soon but also be something.
