It really is terrible. And so our thoughts and prayers obviously are with them. You know, I just thought of this. I think what I may do here this morning. But sometime during the program today, I will be doing that prayer to undo the Vax issue. And Dr. Sherri Tenpenny and I prayed that prayer a little over a year ago at Trinity Health Freedom Expo. She'd been at a Clay Clark event and everyone there had gotten ill, everyone, including her. And she'd been suffering for about three months. And we prayed that prayer.

Now she never took a vaccine, but whatever elements are in there, something was released and everyone got sick. The bottom line is, is we prayed that prayer and God instantly healed her. And we've been hearing report after report of people being healed. So we'll be praying that prayer this morning. And it looks like my first guest is, has joined us. I'm so glad to have him with us. Such an important topic and such important information that we want to share with you this morning.

And so I want to get him on so we can get as much of that information as we possibly can. Paul, welcome to the program. Paul Kemenar is with us. Paul, welcome. Paul Kemenar Glad to be here.

Paul Kemenar I'm glad to have you. So your firm has filed some legal documents related to, now there are several things going on. There's the Biden documents that should never have been out there. They're documents that have been classified. But then there's also, if I understood what Jackie sent me right, there is this organization that has received basically CCP funding. Paul Kemenar That is correct.

Yeah. What we're talking about here is these classified documents that were found inside the office of the Biden Center. The full name is the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.

It's a mouthful, but it's an institute set up by the University of Pennsylvania that opened its doors here in Washington, D.C. on February 8th, 2018. And what it was is a public policy center set up in the name of Joe Biden. And the history of that is, after he lost the election, he and Obama in 2016, he went to the University of Pennsylvania. And this now is early 2017 and got a nice teaching gig with the University of Pennsylvania. Where over the next two years, he was pulling in over $900,000 for making a couple lectures and a couple speeches.

Well, that wasn't enough for him. He wanted to have a center in his name. And so the university figured that they could raise a lot of money. And so they opened this Penn Biden Center here in D.C. Now, during this time, the University of Pennsylvania was getting millions of dollars in from communist China. And we have the receipts, we have the actual donations because they're supposed to file it with the Department of Education here, because there is a law, Higher Education Act, that requires all universities to disclose the source of any contribution that aggravates over $250,000 from a foreign source. And that law was designed to monitor and keep tabs on foreign influence over our higher education. Because the Chinese, especially, are very adept at sending in spies and getting our intelligent information and so forth through the university system. Because universities have a lot of contracts with the Department of Defense and other government agencies. Well, and they set up their Confucius schools on campus, which was just a front for the CCP to be able to continue this infiltration process, not to mention the indoctrination of our young people.

You got that right. Yeah, the Confucius Institutes are in a lot of universities. But here, they figured, well, why even set up the Institute? We'll just take the money and use it for our international program. So again, they were getting all these millions of dollars. And then we found out that some of these donations were anonymous. There is approximately $22 million that came in in 2017 and 18 that were listed as anonymous from various sources.

And one of them, a single donation, was $14.5 million from China. But it just said anonymous on the disclosure form. I mean, some disclosure, right?

Anonymous. So our group, the National Legal and Policy Center, where a nonprofit public interest ethics watchdog group filed a complaint with the Department of Education back in 2020 saying that the University of Pennsylvania is not disclosing the sources of this money. Now, we fast forward to the Biden Center. They opened their doors, as I said, in February 2018. And Joe Biden's got his office there. And then he runs for president.

And he announces in April 2019. And guess who's the executive director or manager of the Penn Biden Center? Well, none other than Tony Blinken, who's now our Secretary of State. So what you have here is basically an administration in waiting that were ensconced in these beautiful offices just a block from the US Capitol. 14,000 square feet in offices, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Capitol building.

I talked to the leasing manager, and it's like $100 a square foot. Don't we also know, Paul, that the former members of the Biden administration throughout the Trump presidency were engaged in conversations with our foreign adversaries, including the Communist Chinese Party? I mean, they were having ongoing conversations about, oh, hey, don't worry about this. Don't worry about that. We're going to take care of it. We'll be coming into power shortly. Well, there certainly was that kind of connection.

I don't know the exact details. Sure. But clearly, you had it sort of formalized with this Biden Center, who had programs and one that was basically, let's see, January 30, 2020. So almost three years ago, they had their annual Chinese summit at the University of Pennsylvania, and their keynote speaker was the Consul General from New York, from China, basically, one of their diplomats. And give us that date again, Paul?

January 30, 2020, just at the height of the COVID pandemic. Absolutely. Absolutely. Well, yeah. Nan Su and I from the Epoch Times did a deep dive into the origins of that in Wuhan, and they had factual evidence that they and they had factual evidence that they, there were 7.6 million cell phones that went dark. 7.6 million cell phones in China, went dark during that period of time, they were exporting a bioweapon. That's what they were doing. It's interesting when you when you mentioned, you know, that date, because what we need to remember is, is that, you know, that that's the year of the election, right? That's 10 months before the presidential election, Biden has obviously is in the midst of putting his whole campaign and all of that together. These are the reasons why we're so concerned about these funds, folks, because this is clear evidence of the CCP's influence on the now sitting president. I mean, it kind of follows with the laptop, right? And all the disclosures that are in there?

Yeah, yeah. And there's so many layers to this. I mean, in terms of the Chinese money, there's also the fact that this is where Hunter Biden comes in. He was getting money from an energy company in China. And now the laptop which finally the major media is now two years late said, oh, yeah, this is legitimate. It's by the way, by the way. So, so what we our group did, the National Legal Policy Center back, actually, when this laptop came out with the information, we filed a formal complaint with the Department of Justice, saying that both Hunter Biden and the Biden Center have been sent to have to register as a foreign agent under the Foreign Agents and Registration Act.

Now, we're going to have to take a quick break. So hold that right there. Because something else that I think that we that we want to bring out to the audience, too. This is part of why they went after Paul Manafort, right? This is why they went after individuals within Trump's organization saying, hey, you didn't register, you didn't, you didn't let us know that you were engaged and involved with with certain entities. And yet you guys filed this complaint, and we'll talk about it. I gotta guess, gee, that must have gotten hidden. Oh, I don't know somewhere down in the bottom of a drawer somewhere.

And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio, where no topic is off limits and everything filtered through biblical classes. My special guest is Lead Counsel Paul Kemenor from the National Legal and Policy Center. We're talking about the Penn Biden, the influence of their organization on the universities and the CCP's influence through financial donations and how close that is to, you know, the current President of the United States. There's another piece that is in the news that we want to get your thoughts on, Paul, and that is the security breach and these documents that have now been uncovered.

One of the comments that I heard was made, I don't know if it's attributable to Biden or not, is, well, I was the Vice President, so I could take documents wherever I wanted, as if the Vice President has the same authority as the President, I guess, in his mind. Well, yeah, that is kind of interesting. Well, just to finish up about the Chinese influence, I mean, the University of Pennsylvania, like I said, was receiving over $60 billion of Chinese money. And when they were asked about, you know, how the Biden Center is being funded by this, they said, oh, there's no money that's being solicited to go to the Biden Center. And my response is, well, wait a minute, China's not giving all this money to the University of Pennsylvania to fund their music department. No, I mean, they're obviously using that money because they want to fund their institute that has these nice relations with China. And as I said in the earlier segment, they had this China Summit back in January 30th, 2020, where they had the guest speaker, the keynote speaker was basically the Consul General from China. And that's when the COVID came out. And here's the Biden Center writing policy papers criticizing our NATO allies, Hungary and Poland for cracking down on their citizens on the COVID. And they just took a basic measures to protect their citizens and not as bad as some of our states here and governors in the United States. And yet there's not a peep about China being the source of all this COVID.

So my point was that clearly they're playing fussy with each other with China and the money. Now, in terms of these documents, and that's why it's in the news. In fact, there's breaking news yesterday where there was another set of classified documents that Biden had that were discovered by his attorneys. But what broke earlier in the week was this bunch of classified documents, some of it highly top secret documents found in, according to the White House, in a locked closet in the Biden Center. And when Biden was in Mexico City the other day, when asked about that, he read from a prepared statement that said, oh, I'm shocked, shocked, I'm surprised that these classified documents were found in my office in Washington, D.C. I had no idea about that.

I don't know how it got there. And I'm told by my attorney not even to ask them what these documents are. I go, wait a minute, you're the President of the United States.

Now you are. You certainly should know for national security purposes what documents are floating around in an office here in Washington, D.C., which is not a secure location. It's an office building that anybody can wander into. But nevertheless, these documents were found. Now, he says, they were cleaning out my office.

Yes, they were apparently. But my question is this, you became President in 2020, took office 2021. Why did it take you basically two years to clean out your office, number one? And number two, why are you having expensive Washington, D.C. attorneys clean out your office? Couldn't you just pick up the phone and call the office staff for an intern saying, hey, I got stuff in my office in the closet there.

Can you clean it out? So very curious what's going on here. So our group, the National Legal Policy Center, filed the other day a Freedom of Information Act request demanding release of all emails, text messages, documents, photographs of anything that the Justice Department has with respect to this, the discovery and handling of these documents. Now, I'm not sure how far that will get because I'm sure that'll be stonewalled by Merrick Garland, our Attorney General. But what we now have, thank God, for this is that the Republicans have taken over the House of Representatives. And they're going to start these investigations, is what they're saying.

Yeah, we're going to run out of time here. There's another question that I'm curious about. And that is, and hopefully you'll get this in the Freedom of Information Act. But that is, you know, I mean, the close proximity of the CCP and their influence over this foundation. And now the discovery of these documents, I mean, logically, there's crossover here. You know, it would only, it would, you know what I mean?

And I hopefully in your request, the other thing is, is, you know, what is the Department of Justice doing about the first inquiry that you sent to them? Exactly. Let's take a quick break.

Welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio, where no topic is off limits and everything filtered through biblical lastism. My very special guest is Paul Kamenar. And Paul, we were talking as we went into that break about, well, actually the end of the first break, I'd like to catch us up to that. You guys went ahead and made the formal complaint with the Department of Justice, describe what that is and tell me where that sits. And then let's edge our way forward because, I mean, there's multiple things that are happening here. And as we just finished conversing, what a moral slide we have made as a nation where, you know, the President of the United States is so involved, it appears, in just such graft and such collusion with our enemies.

Yeah, it is very disturbing. And it's not only a moral issue, but obviously a highly national security issue to see that Joe Biden is compromised by the fact that he's connected with the Chinese communist government and the money coming in through Hunter Biden. And that goes back to what I said earlier, that the National Legal Policy Center filed a formal complaint with the Justice Department that both Hunter Biden and the Biden Center should be registered as a foreign agent under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Now, the Justice Department has a policy that they will not comment on the status of that complaint, but segue into now the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden in Delaware that's focusing on his tax problems where he is charged with basically not paying $2 million in back taxes. And part of that is looking at this Foreign Agents Registration Act issue.

And it's going to be important how that's going to be handled. Now, we've been calling that for the Mayor Garland to appoint a special counsel to look after this rather than their U.S. attorney in Delaware. And they've been sitting on this for two years and I'm kind of worried that I think there's going to be a deal made, cop a deal, because a few months ago a Hollywood attorney gave $2 million, and this is in the press, $200 Biden to pay his back taxes. So why is a Hollywood attorney paying $2 million to Hunter Biden to pay the back taxes? I think what's going on is he has some kind of a deal with Hunter to do a film or something like that. And also then Hunter could say to the prosecutor, oh look, here's the $2 million back, I'm sorry, slap me on the wrist, forget about the Foreign Agents Registration Act and let's call it a day.

So that's going to be the next thing that's going to come out. What is going to happen to Hunter Biden? Why isn't the Justice Department appointing a special counsel? Because the special counsel statute was designed to prohibit conflicts between the administration and the target of their investigation. Well, there's no more better conflict than going after the son of the President of the United States.

Come on, guys. I mean, they had a special counsel going after in the Mueller investigation that turned out to be a bunch of nonsense. And now they appointed a special counsel to go after President Trump for the Mar-a-Lago and also the January 6th. So, you know, here you have these classified documents out there that they're investigating now, but they've got to do the justice right here because the American people are fed up with the dual system of justice with the Justice Department weaponizing the FBI and so forth and going after conservatives and giving liberals and Democrats a break here. So- Well, I think there's a connection too. Remember, you know, and this is also finally in the news, but you had Kevin McCarthy, the new Speaker of the House, who disqualifies Eric Swalwell from sitting on the House Intelligence Committee.

Why? Because Eric Swalwell was running Chinese prostitutes. Not only was he sleeping with one himself, but the evidence shows that she was a madam and that he was staffing the House Intelligence Committee and their membership with her prostitutes. They were the ones working in the offices. And then Reuters came out several years ago and identified that there was an NSA program that the Chinese suddenly were using against us.

Gee, I wonder how they got that. Right, exactly. And that's why McCarthy did the right thing, kicking Swalwell off the committee. Absolutely. But there's a- I see a circular connection, right? But, I mean, the DNC, Swalwell, you know, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, I mean, they're all in cahoots with the CCP, at least it certainly appears that way.

Right. Oh, and one more thing I forgot to mention was that after Biden took, you know, $900,000 to University of Pennsylvania, and then opened the Biden Center, he rewarded the president of the University of Pennsylvania with being our ambassador to Germany. And during her confirmation hearings, she was asked by a Republican senator on the Foreign Relations Committee, hey, what about this Chinese money you guys are getting at the University of Pennsylvania? And she professed ignorance. Oh, we get money from all kinds of foreign countries, from France, Saudi Arabia, all that.

I'm the president of the university. You can't expect me to know what kind of money we're getting from China, which is my mouth, the jaw dropped. I said, couldn't believe it. And then she was pointedly asked, well, wait a minute, some of this is anonymous money. And she said, oh, that's because it's required under the law to keep it anonymous, which was a lie.

And we're not trying to see whether we can go after her for committing perjury before her confirmation hearings. Well, and you mentioned, you know, in the early segment, last half hour, you know, that Anthony Anthony Blinken, right? Yes, was also somebody that that Biden hired to work within the foundation. And then what does he become, but the head of DHS?

Why he was actually the executive director, he was the top guy at at the Penn Biden Center. And so he went over to become Secretary of State through two or three other Secretary of State, I'm sorry, yes, who became assistant secretaries and in there. So, you know, it's basically revolving door here. And hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this with the Republicans now in charge of the House investigations on the House administration. And Jim Jordan has had a Judiciary Committee. He's going to go after Merrick Garland and the Justice Department there. And now we have a select committee.

So anyway, there's a lot here. I look forward to seeing what the investigations come about and also the results of our Freedom of Information Act request, because we'll file lawsuits if they don't give us the documents that we're seeking. And you've still, I mean, you've got two, you've got the FOIA request, you've still got the complaint that you guys filed and they're basically that that's being sat on regarding the foundation itself. So you've got several different actions that you guys are involved in, that you haven't yet taken into court, because you're following the administrative procedures first, and letting those time out to say, okay, we'll we'll give you guys, you know, because you got to show the judge, right, that you gave them every opportunity to solve the problem. That's not quite the legal term of it.

But yeah, the legal term is exhaustive administrative remedies. But yeah, yeah, anyway, yeah, we hope to but again, I think it's the because we don't have subpoena power as a nonprofit group. Sure.

The House of Representatives does have that power. So so hopefully, you guys will be able to work more closely now. Now that you've got the house involved, you've got Jim Jordan over there, you've got other individuals that are going to be looking at this stuff. Hopefully you can, you can take all of the work and all the all the effort that you've put into this and be able to provide them with a dossier that's going to give them some real meat to be able to go after. Absolutely.

Give them a roadmap and think here are the questions you need to ask. Here's where some of the skeletons in the closet may be. So hopefully, we'll be able to do that in the next coming months here.

You can see the smiling faces. Look, these folks have never had freshwater before in their lives. They've had to go somewhere to get water.

And it's not always fresh. So anyway, goal is 35 more wells, we'd be at 70 by the end of the year. Each well costs $400. But your $400 donation puts in a well and that well gives fresh water to that entire community. We're talking and some of the outlying areas around that remote village. So we're talking anywhere from 1500 to 3000 people a day that are serviced by that well. It's amazing.

Amazing. And so you can be a part of that. We want to start three more new sowing centers for widows. We currently have three. This would bring our total to six sowing centers for widows. Big problem with widows in persecution. We want to provide groceries to the starving, poor and widows. It's a monthly project to adopt 20 people and reach them with assistance.

There's no assistance in Punjab coming from the state for Christians or lower caste. We want to conduct three free medical camps for the villages where people don't have access to doctors, hospitals and medicine. So be praying for us and we'll be reaching out to some of our doctor friends about that. We want to start financial support for 25 new church planners. So we're going to need each planner needs 2000 rupees. That's about 20 bucks per month, 20 to $25 per month per person. So we need your help with that. In addition to that, we want to have at least two outreaches in the unreached villages every month. An outreach meeting costs $250 would provide 300 rupees to each attendant in support.

Pretty cool. We also want to have four mega crusades in 2023. One in March, one in June, one in September and one in December next December. We want to have one pastors conference with all of our pastors that we've been working with from all over Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir. We currently have over 600 pastors that are a part of our network. One woman's conference especially for pastors, wives and active women in ministry from all the churches and one teaching seminar for young people from 15 to 21. One teaching seminar for young people 21 to 35 and single and one teaching seminar for married couples as well. We want to put together 10 literacy centers in villages where we'll give out free education so the people will be able to read the Bible and come to Christ. There's a one-time investment in a table, a chair, carpets for sitting, notebooks. We also need $20 support for the teachers in each one of these locations and finally 15 Bible clubs in churches where children can be taught the Bible after school. That's a $15 a month commitment per church. All of this can be done. It's attainable and we need your help and there's a couple more things to have but I'm out of time.
