You need to tell me your chief complaint The other items in the survey that are going to be important is going to be a list of surgeries now Why do you think surgeries would be important? Well, you know, there's different body parts that wear out because of lack of nutrition believe it or not So if you get a set of knees part of what goes on when the knees degenerate so forth The arthritis comes in that kind of thing.

Maybe it's a lack of collagen that your body's not able to digest the protein that you're Put in the body or maybe you're not getting enough protein in your body. So that may cause a problem That's why we want to look at the surgeries If you have a problem and maybe you've had your gallbladder abstracted which many people have We I look at that maybe it differently you had your gallbladder taken out by that occur Maybe you have a problem that you're not digesting fats very well So you may need a little bit of help along that area So that's why it's very important to list all the surgeries and operations that you've had so we can kind of maybe put it together Because we've got a very complete survey They'll give us a lot of information to be able to help you live the life that you want to live healthy Now it's very important also to list all your medications and all your herbal supplements that you're taking We definitely want to err on the side of caution. We don't want any interactions between your drugs and your medication So it's important that you let us know what it is that you're taking I've got a program that I rent I pay for this program every year that I can go in and when I make you a recommendation I will check the drugs Against the supplements to make sure there's no indications that you know You know if you're taking say Coumadin or a blood thin or something like that There may be something that we would want to avoid in one of our products So that's very important for us to know what you're doing.

So we don't have a problem down the road most of the time You're safe where I have most of my problems with folks is in the area of blood thinners Some of the supplements just aren't a good fit for somebody. It's on blood thinners So that's why we want you to list that we also look at your habits. Everybody has different habits Like I mentioned earlier you may live next to This wouldn't be a habit. This would be a location type thing If you live next to a toxic factory viewing out smoke every day different from the person that You know lives out in the plains in the wheat field somewhere. That's critically important water It helps us to it's a traveling agent for our supplements It kind of helps take the minerals where they need to go and also helps take the toxins out of the body We look at the foods you might crave believe it or not. There's different reasons that you crave food. Maybe salt maybe sugar You know, if you can't break down fat, generally, you're gonna crave the sugar. It's amazing how the body works Food you avoid maybe there's something you eat that causes a problem Maybe we can look at our survey and figure out why that's occurring not, you know, just check it out See dietary restrictions. Maybe you put yourself on some dietary restrictions that are Keeping you from doing this or that and you know, I don't eat dairy. Well, why is it you don't eat dairy? Maybe it's because you can't break down the lactose.

That would be you know an enzyme problem where you don't have enough Of a certain enzyme lactose to be able to break that down. So there again, it's very important to answer all these questions as honestly as you can and As accurately as you can so we can give you a great assessment So, you know, there's different sections of this assessment that you're gonna have to fill out We have actually seven different areas that you're going to fill out. So each of these seven areas Tells us something about you for instance our section one that you're going to be asked to fill out. It's going to tell me If you're lacking in the intake of carbohydrates proteins or fats If you're just not getting enough of these things in your diet, it's important for me to know that The other issue is that if you're not getting them in your diet That's one thing but if you're not digesting them, it's another see the body's got to be fed and these are macronutrients These are very important. These are foundational nutrients like we talked about our fatty acid Omega-3 complete that is a fatty acid.

It's very important to have a foundation of fatty acid cognitive thinking brain health skin health It helps with elasticity of the arteries Very very important nutrient to have in your body and we can tell you know If you're not getting enough, there's going to be certain signs that are going to appear where you're not getting enough of that particular product Maybe it's a protein deficiency So that's very important to figure out what you're taking into your body One of the things I like to have is a five-day food journal because that'll tell me a lot about you And that's one thing I almost forgot to mention is I do need a five-day food journal Everybody's going to take this survey. That's everything you put in your mouth far as mints gum Anything like that your food your water intake your pop and I really don't care I just need to know what you're filling your bop fueling your body with in Section two as we look at section two. We're going to look at how your digestion is Basically, are you able to break down and digest the food that you're putting in your body?

So it'll tell me by the question to answer. Are you digesting your proteins? Are you digesting your fat? Are you digesting your carbohydrates because there's different body systems that don't perform Well, if they're not fed properly like, you know fat we use that for growth and repair. There's our omega complete again Fat is used for hormone production. So maybe you've got an imbalance in that area that we'll see from the survey So instead of going in with a lot of herbalists will do and give you something for that from a male or a female Standpoint that'll help in the area of hormones, but we want to lay the foundation first We've often talked about vibe being a foundational product omega-3 complete being foundation That's where we want to start.

Maybe when you go to the bathroom, you're too loose all the time. Well, maybe you're too tight Do you believe that their excess of carbohydrates in the diet will actually pull fluid out of the bowel and make the bowel tight? So that's very important to know, you know, if you have a diet very high in carbohydrates that may be why you're tight These questions all lead me to an answer.

Maybe it is that You're too tight. Well, maybe there's not enough water in your diet Maybe you could benefit from a probiotic and it'll give me questions. this health assessment And it's actually going to be seven parts I want to list the other areas and the information I'm going to gather about that to be able to help you with your health So in section four is auto-intoxication Our bodies actually are accumulating of toxins We get those from the food we eat, the air that we breathe Then our body makes its own toxins and sometimes we don't get those eliminated So I really need to cover this section and figure out, you know, what the body's doing It's going to tell me things like how the body's responding if it's getting enough sulfur And that's a protein derivative and that's going to help in the area of joint It's going to tell me how the body's reacting to GMOs regarding also how the lymphatic's doing Now the lymphatic system is the garbage I'll try to move through this as quick as I can But I do want you to understand that we take a look at that Now this system has got some very important nutrients that are widely important for this system Now what this doctoral system is, is made up of glands that produce hormones And hormones are the body's chemical messengers That's what's sending the signal out to the other cells from one cell to the other It's a communication thing within our own body So it's very important to keep those areas of the body healthy as well as everything else And what they do is they consist of like the hypothalamus gland Now that's in the brain and it's a control center of the brain Everything runs through the hypothalamus gland And it's responsible for balance of the body So it's always trying to establish balance So if we get a little bit to one side or the other it tries to bring us back Tries to keep us in the middle We got the pituitary that's often said is the master gland of the body And here's another one that's very important that a lot of people have trouble with And that's the thyroid gland A lot of people eat too much sugar Believe it or not, this particular gland is affected by the amount of sugar that we have And you have a lot of people when the metabolism is too slow they put on weight like nobody's business So that's something that we need to do because the thyroid controls the amount of fat that we're able to burn in our body It controls our metabolism We have the parathyroid involved here Which is another thing that we'll look at and that regulates our blood calcium The adrenals, our fight or flight gland A lot of times when you're scared by a bear you want to run like nobody's business That's the adrenals And a lot of people abuse their adrenals because they're under so much stress So we have to look at the nutrients that are available for that So very important for us to feed the adrenal glands protein because that's what they use But there's other areas of the body They may take B vitamins as well So we've got a lot of good products that will help bring those up if you're suffering in that area So we need to know these things And we've got the pineal gland And that's a gland that secretes melatonin And if you're not secreting enough melatonin your body's not going to sleep well I know we looked at sleep here not too long ago And one of the
