And I thank you for keeping it tuned here to Chosen Generation Radio. Well, let's see. There's a few things that are adjusting on the good side. So I had been doing research and research. We'd been having issues, technical issues with the computer sticking and all this kind of stuff going on. And so I'm researching and researching and trying to figure out am I going to need to buy a new computer and do I have the ability to be able to do that? Thank the Lord.
It does not look like that's going to be the case. So what I did last night with my son's assistance, my youngest son, we increased the RAM from 16 to 64. And I got to tell you immediately. Well, initially I had a little issue.
Again, no feeling in the fingertips. So I didn't get it pressed in far enough. And I got the alarm going off. I'm trying to message the hardware company going something's wrong. And finally got that straightened out.
My son helped out, punched it in. And we got all of those components loaded. And man, I'm telling you, I was watching the usage on my CPU. Whereas before it was like literally maxing out.
And now I'm sitting here looking at it. And well, I'm at like 67 percent. So I launched it and I launched the resource monitor and that flirted up for a second. But I'm still only running at the high of about 60 percent. And at this point, my CPU with everything that I've got working would be maxed out and I'd be slowing down and all this kind of stuff. So, you know, it's amazing what will happen for you when you put in the right components. And I'm getting ready to change the hard drive memory. I'm going to go from 512 to two terabytes and that's going to happen over the weekend.
And I can't even I'm just it's going to be like working on a whole new computer. It's going to be awesome. All right. Very quickly, because I want you to remember what I just said, because this is very important to what we're going to talk about today and what we talk about every Friday. Well, folks, again, this is such a blessing. You know, we all talk about when we start New Year's, we talk about new things we want to do and resolutions and so on. And I don't care what your resolution is or what it is you're going to engage in or what you're going to get involved in or what you're going to try to do differently. Everything starts with taking care of this. Certainly, certainly you want to take care of the spiritual. You want to take care of your relationship with God.

So, you know, we were talking about getting older and aging gracefully and that kind of thing, but as Pastor Greg mentioned, there's several different things that affect that. And glucosamine is kind of like an amino acid sugar, and it's there, again, used with that Controit. And what we're trying to do is we're trying to reduce joint pain. We're trying to tone down the inflammation.
Any time there's pain, inflammation, redness and swelling, we're going to hurt, and we're not going to move as well as what we should. That's going to help improve bone health, overall bone health. Very important as we get older, we need to be able to have good bone health.
This product is going to support you in that area as well. They use type 2 chicken liver in this particular, they use type 2 collagen from chicken, and that helps repair the cartilage. You know, a lot of folks will have to go in and have their knees redone, and normally it's because it's bone on bone and they don't have the cartilage that they need. So what you want to do is when you're younger, you want to start on Flex. You want to nourish your body with the nutrients necessary to help have good cartilage when you get old. And just maybe by taking care of yourself now, you'll save yourself a lot of pain and discomfort in the future.

They also use hydronic acid in this product, and basically what that's going to do is it's going to lubricate the joints. So that's a lubrication. We all have lubrication in our automobiles, so when they run, you know, things don't lock up and seize up. We have a squeaky door.

So that's kind of what we're doing with the hyaluronic acid, is we're lubricating those joints to get them to have flexibility and get movement. We also use an MSM, which is a sulfur component, and we found sulfur is very important for the health of the joint. And it does contain beetroot, and beetroot is kind of like a simple sugar, but it has some inflammatory properties as well, but it does help with the taste of it. And all our products are flavored with natural ingredients.
We don't use any, you know, processed sugar or anything like that in our products, and this is another thing with our Flex product, it isn't as well. We use some beetroot. We also have white willow bark. Now white willow bark is nature's aspirin, and aspirin is going to help tone down the inflammation.
That's exactly what white oak bark is going to do. But I'll tell you in your health assessment, we'll look at these individual ingredients in this particular product. We'll look at your drugs and medication and make sure none of this is going to interact with it.

And then it was probably at least a mile walk to the trade show floor. Well, no orthotics. The only thing I had were a thin little insole that was in my tennis shoes that I put in my dress shoes.
And believe me, that didn't work out very well. I had pain in my feet, and it was hurting. And I knew that I had to stand.
We paid big bucks for these booths, and I got to be out there. And when you're in pain, you're not going to be as good as you are if you're not in pain. So what I did is I took a hemp stick from our booth, and I took it back to my room, took a shower, and I lubed up before I went to bed, and I put a pair of socks on. And then I got up the next morning, and I put it on again. And believe it or not, I didn't have any orthotics in the whole weekend.
I flew back to Indiana, and I had very, very little pain in my feet, got back in more orthotics, and I was fine. And our hemp stick basically just works as a temporary relief thing. It's not something you'd have to take every day.
There's no reason to take it every day. But my situation there, I had a problem. Dad just yesterday was helping put away groceries, and he's got a hard tile floor in the kitchen. So he's down there on his knee and, you know, putting away these groceries. Next thing you know, he's telling me when I come back out to see him at night that he's got a knee problem. So I said, well, I know what we're going to do. So I got the stick out, rubbed it all over his knees, and it was a very short time later.
