You know, and we're certainly seeing that in some of the arguments that are taking place even in the Supreme Court right now. By the way, yesterday they had the hearing about the young lady who has a wedding service, a website wedding service, and they're trying to tell her what she can and can't allow in her business relative to her freedom of speech, freedom of creativity and freedom of belief. And by the way, Nancy Pelosi has promised that today is the day that man will redefine marriage permanently in America. And wow, that's a pretty scary thing.
It really is when man starts trying to tell God his business and we're stepping into some pretty hairy ground. So we'll get into that today. Also, John Lott Jr. is going to be with us today and he's got a brand new article that is out.
Europe is showing a clear link between open borders and crime. We'll talk about that with John Lott. There's a big trial that's happening right now in Florida, by the way. Please be praying for Jeremy Brown that truth comes out regarding that.
He's on trial there regarding some weapons charges, and then they plan to drag him to Washington, D.C. on J-6 charges as well. So just keep that. All right, Jason. Good to have you. Thanks for coming back on the program. Absolutely.
I appreciate you having me back. Well, some things have happened since you were here last. I mean, you know, we have Elon Musk who is pulling back the veil on on all of Twitter's, you know, dirty laundry, if you will, the Hunter Biden laptop. But then we also have the revelation about Secretary of State Hobbs using her office to demand that certain free speech be removed from the platform.
We have the FBI that was sitting down with Twitter telling them what you should and what you shouldn't put on your platform. I mean, this is stuff that's, you know, this is this is right out of Nazi Germany. I'm just going to say it because it is it's out of Nazi Germany. It's out of it's out of Putin and Xi.
It's out of Xi's China and Putin's Russia. This is I mean, this is happening right now around the world. The imam in Iran, this is what they're doing. They're hanging people for doing it.
They've they've crushed the the ability to put stuff out. Jason, this is but but I'm but I'm not talking about Putin or Xi or Rossi or imams. We're talking about the United States of America, the land of the free, the home of the brave.
Oh, yeah. Yeah, there's a there's a lot happening. And we may as well start the show out with a bang. The reality is this is the hill we have to die on. This is the point at which we either fix this country or we lose it. One or the other is going to happen.
It is here. We are already at that war. And the point is what I'm sort of I don't this is not hyperbolic. This is really we have a big problem right now. We have government agents that are engaged in what's called maladministration. They're not doing their jobs. They're they're doing things that are constitutional infringements.
And of course, everybody's running around because we've been asleep too long. We a lot of people have forgotten who makes the rules. You know, and let me ask you, who makes the rules in this country? Well, who does or who should?
Who does? Who makes the rule? Well, who should? Yeah, I guess you should say who should be making the rules? We the people should be the ones that should be directing our representatives as to what we need. And in reality, and I've talked about this on the program recently.
Good laws are only meant for good and righteous people because bad men won't follow law. Period. So the reality is, is we. Yeah, we I mean, we this is what Lloyd Brunson.
Right. And the Brunson lawsuit is all about. It's about oath. It's about the violation of oath. That's it. It's not about whether or not the election was stolen or or or, you know, China's interference.
Those are those are subcategories. The real issue of the lawsuit is do our representatives have to follow their oath of office, according to Article six of the Constitution, or do they remain immune and they can do whatever the heck they want? And and we suffer the consequences. That's at the end of the day, that's it. That is exactly what we're dealing with right now is, is that this is a matter of invoking common law. This is not statutory law. This is not policy. This is constitutional rule. Right.
We are back to and that is what Brunson is. And it was funny because I saw one article and they embodied it very much in the caption. And it said that there has never been anything like and it was so funny because you could see somebody got caught off guard, like there's never been anything like this at the Supreme Court because nobody's ever challenged this kind of situation. Right. And what what the difference is, is that we're and I say we're because they're working on that scenario. The Bronson's, I'm working on the Section 230 stuff because they have breached their their their authority. You know, a lot of people, you know, want the Internet to be fixed.
They want the elections to be done. But the question is how everybody's running around saying the problem is exist. And I sit in like Twitter spaces, you know, and I've become much more active in Twitter ever since Elon had gotten in there. And in fact, actually, the day that he joined the big Twitter space that, you know, like broke the broke Twitter. I was actually there. And one of the hosts mentioned a constitutional challenge. That was my challenge that we're talking about. And the hosts now like Kim Dotcom and so forth, we're having discussions on this because people were recognizing this is the only way to get this done. We have we're not talking about the problem anymore. We've already figured out the problem. Right. We are now talking about the solution. There's a very big difference.
We know how to do so. So let's so so so hold tight for just a second, because for for many of the the average person who's tuning in again, it's it's like I have a lot of issues with numbness because of my accident. OK, so if I get a bug that's biting me in the back of the neck, I know I'm getting bit in the back of the neck. But because my fingertips are numb, I can't I reach back, but I can't feel the I can feel where he's biting, but I can't get the stinking bug. You know what I'm saying? People know they're getting bit.
OK, but when they reach for where they're feeling the pain of the bite, they can't they can't quite get their finger on what it is that's biting them. Right. And you're talking about.
The bug you're talking about. I know what's biting you and I know how to make it stop. Exactly. All right.
It's a much broader approach. Sure. In the sense that we're not trying to use our fingers anymore.
I'm using the full hand to swat it. You bet. We're coming down hard on it. So here's the question.
So I want to come back, though, too. And this is just very quickly as we close out this this segment, two minutes here. What is that bug that you're swatting? Quick definition. So the easiest way to understand this for people is, is that statutes have been written that violate our constitutional law, like constitutional rights and any statute that violates our state, our constitution is void. The thing is that it doesn't unless you swat it, unless you smash down on it, unless you challenge it. There is nothing that will happen.
The Supreme Court can't fix something unless they're asked to fix it. Unless it comes before them. Exactly. You have to you have to bring it to them. And that's what we're about to do.
OK. So, so, so are so are our issue here is, is we we've identified what it is and we're talking about oaths. And just as an example, when you talk about like the Brunson case, there is an oath to uphold the cost.
I took it as a as a as a veteran of the United States Air Force. I took an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I did not I was not given nor did I know that in the background, even though I made an oath, I had immunity. And the oath really didn't mean anything. And that's the statute you're talking about. There have been statutes that have been written that essentially say, yes, I can swear this oath over here, but I really know that it doesn't mean anything because there's a statute that protects me from having to uphold my oath. That's what we're going to get rid of, because that's unconstitutional.

My guest is Jason Fick and we're talking about social media freedom, but it's more than this. It's more than this. It is truly we the people taking back our country by holding those whom we put in, we put in to represent us and saying, OK, you can represent me, but you take an oath, you take an oath, and man, if you're going to take that oath, then you're going to follow and uphold that oath. And if you're not going to follow and uphold that oath, there's going to be consequences for not upholding your oath. And this is the root and this is why I talk about conscience and why the LGBTQ, why the communists wanted that into our education, because it destroys, it breaks the conscience of a child. And once you break the conscience of a child, then you can coerce that child to do whatever you want them to do. And oaths don't matter.
Jason, you have challenged the oath of the judiciary on the issue of free speech in the social media environment. Am I sort of kind of on track? Sorta kinda. Sorta kinda is a good way to explain it.
OK. So let me sort of backtrack a little as to what this is, and I'm going to sort of talk about it more globally and explain how we got here, like where we're at. So what I'm doing is, and a lot of people know what Section 230 is now, they know that it's this law and it protects the government. They've been told, like you were saying about teaching children, they've been told that it protects them from everything. They can do, I've heard the statement, they can do whatever they want online. That is just not true. That's absurd, right? Because here's the thing.
Whatever they want to do online would harm you and me, right? And it can. It already is. But the thing is, how does a corporation operate? Well, a corporation operates at the will of the government, right? The government gives them the ability to operate as a corporation.
It's an entity. And who gives the government the power to do that? It's supposed to be us. Right. So they have to respect us. And the thing is, everybody says, well, they're a private entity. No, they're not. They're a corporation.
That's totally different, right? What they're talking about in the private in terms of common law, in terms of our constitutional rights stuff. This is not the, and so people understand what common law is.
It is common amongst us all. It is our general rights, our general, and what they have is these things called maxims. These are like truths. They're things that have been handed down through time and they're just irrefutable. You cannot refute them. And to this day, none of them have been, you know, refuted.
And some of them will blow people's minds. And I'm just going to read you a few because this is this is the fundamental core of why everything that they're doing is wrong. It's just wrong. For example, OK, the judges in my case, they're they're not following their oath. And obviously these commissioners and so forth, they're not following their oaths. Right. Well, listen to this, Max.
Think about what this means. A judge should keep his jurisdiction within the limits of his commission. Well, a judge does not have the authority to go beyond my constitutional rights, does he?
No. So his jurisdiction exceeded my common law, constitutional rights. That's a problem.
Here's another. And these are very, very simple statements that are just etched in stone. Like I said, they're truths, the things that we just have to understand. For example, a judgment given by one who is not the proper judge is of no force and should not harm anyone. Well, what that means is the judge is not authorized to exclude my rights, so he's not the proper judge. And therefore, his judgment in my circumstance and that's what we're saying to the courts now, your judgment is void.
It's of no force because you do not have the power granted to you. And we've challenged them and said, now you can prove it. So in the next 10 days, that's exactly what we sent out yesterday. We've said to the courts, you have 10 days to show us where you have been authorized to bypass our constitutional rights in some amendment of the Constitution.
Of course, you and I know that that doesn't exist. They don't give up our rights. But the thing is, is that they get so powerful that they eventually get a supermajority because they keep stealing it. They will change the Constitution to abrogate our rights.
Well, in essence, and we're going to go into a break real quick in about 50 seconds here. But in essence, they have done that by statute. They have actually amended the Constitution. When you go back to what I said last segment, when you think about oath, I take an oath knowing that there is a statute that has granted me immunity from having to fulfill the oath that I just took. So I take an oath, which is constitutional under Article 6. And then I know that that a statute that my little group has already created a statute that says that the oath that I took doesn't need to be fulfilled. I don't have nor did my group have the proper authority. We really didn't have the right to excuse ourselves from the constitutional oath. That's the issue.

The restoration of the Constitution of the United States of America and the reestablishment of the Constitutional Republic were not a democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic. But that is good news, ladies and gentlemen.
A Constitutional Republic gives every single individual actual rights and freedoms and liberty, given not by a government, but because they are in us. And I'll talk more about it. I'm going to continue talking about this because there's got to be an echo of this. We need 3%.
We're just talking about this in the break. 3% is what the revolution was. 3% of America would be 10,800,000 people. 10,800,000 people. I want you to think about this. Rush had an audience of between 4 and 6 million, is the estimate. Okay? Rush influenced us for many, many, many, many, many years.
And I think Rush Limbaugh was a great man who did great things for our country. However, he never met the 3% threshold. We can. And we need to and we should help me share this program with everyone you know.
Everyone you know. We need to meet the 3%. And we can peacefully, peacefully restore the Constitutional Republic in which we are supposed to live. Jason, you shared with me a maxim in the break that is, that is this. That is exactly what we're talking about. Let's launch into this segment with that, please. Absolutely.
Absolutely. So, and again, for those that are, you know, listening to this, these are the fundamentals. These are the things that are just written in stone. These are the truths that are not challenged.
And this one tells us everything we need to know. And it says that all power is vested in and consequently derives from the people. That magistrates are their trustees and servants.
And at all times amenable to them. These are our trustees, our servants. We give them their seats and we can dissolve their seats. And that's what people need to remember is that we can dissolve their seats.
They can be removed. That is what Brunson is the Brunson case is about. And it is where the direction that we're now headed with my case, which is to say, you know, fundamentally what happened?
Well, Congress wrote a law that allowed Facebook to take my property, deny me of my liberty and then protected them when they did that. Well, that's a denial of my constitutional right to seek redress. I could not redress my grievances and I never got a hearing. So there's a difference because I kept getting dismissed. It was pretrial. The merits have never been heard.
Nothing. And all these years and now we're going back to the judges and to the courts and saying, you need to respect these fundamental maxims, that these are my rights. And some of these, I'm just going to read through a couple of these. These are really, really important.
And people need to soak these in. Listen to what they're saying here. He who commands a thing to be done is to have done it himself. But what did Congress want done? They wanted them to block and screen offensive materials and they would give them protection to do so. Well, they may as well have said it to do themselves.
And in fact, that's what we're seeing right now with Elon Musk. He's showing everybody that they not only commanded it to be done, they're literally commanding it to be done. They're asking people to be shut down.
And it's funny because we're talking about the revolution, right? This is all constitutional stuff. This is all about your rights. You know, these were not, you know, these weren't even given to you by the Constitution, your rights. They were insured by it.
You already had them. And it's funny because you talk about the revolution, right? Do you know what Elon Musk buying Twitter and dumping all of these truths upon us, right?
The Twitter files. Do you know what that was? What a great analogy that is?
That is the shot heard around the world. This is the beginning of this, exactly. This is the war. It is beginning. As Shakespeare once said, cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war.
It is time to fight back or we are going to lose our constitutional republic. There's, you know, you've got the revelations, right? I mean, the tentacles, the FBI is a government tentacle. You've got the FBI meeting with the social media giants and saying this is this is what you can and what you can't allow on your platform.
OK, it's cool. Then you said something else, too. And and and and I'm going to correlate this also with the church, because the church has allowed itself through incorporation to lose its soul. Churches should never, never incorporate, never incorporate, because when you incorporate, you now become a government entity.
Correct. And you have now given your soul to the government. Now, the government in our country was initially created as as a as an alter ego of the people, in other words, we created a government. But its purpose and its only purpose was to defend our rights. Period.
End of story. That's the only reason for it to exist when it ceases to defend the rights of the people. It has to be abolished. It has to be abolished.
And we have to start over. We have to start over the interests of the public. That is what their sole goal is, is to act in the interests of the public. And in fact, if you even think about this, what you just said about, like, you know, asking to do things, here's another one.
What I cannot do myself, I cannot buy others. Meaning if the government can't restrict speech and the government cannot, why are they doing it through another? That's a fundamental maxim of law. So listen to this one.
I love this one. So for those that don't know, when I took Facebook to task, right, I was dismissed at every single turn. And the law that is protecting them is a grant of power that they themselves can exercise. They can't infringe upon speech, right, the government. And they gave this power to these things. And they said, well, it's their First Amendment. It is their First Amendment, but they can't grant the authority to protect it because they themselves can't do it. Meaning the government can't do it. And fundamental maxim, if a man can't grant which is not his, the grant is void.
Meaning the protections of Section 230 are void. And we're bringing that to task right now. I love this one, too.
When I'm trying to think which one would be the best one to go with. But this one right here, when ordinary remedy fails, right, which is we just went through ordinary remedy. We fought in the courts. We tried it their way, which is the way it was supposed to be, right. But it failed.
I have, in four years, I have yet to see a judge, right. Okay. When the ordinary remedy fails, we must have recourse to that which is extraordinary. And that is what we are now asking the Supreme Court. We are in a situation where we need extraordinary remedy. We need them to step up and deal with this. And that is, I think, a lot of people don't know that there are a lot of us putting in these maxims and these challenges to the Supreme Court. And that's why they're stepping up because they've got to save the country.
I think that the United States Supreme Court is about to save the country from its own demise. Because, for example, I had the Ninth Circuit in an absolute catch-22. There was no way out of the argument that we had, right, except for a discretionary procedural basically fail-safe ejection seat.
And what did they do? They dismissed me because of timeliness, that I supposedly didn't get it done in a reasonable time, right. Now, this is constitutional implications because I can't get any remedy, right. Well, listen to this. Listen to this. Remedies for the rights are ever favorably extended. There's no such thing as a time clock for your constitutional rights.

For example, folks, when we talk about a corporation, people talk about, and this is an important fact. You talked about Twitter, Facebook being private companies, but they're not. They're corporations. Corporations are given their soul by the government. The government gives the soul to a corporation. A corporation can't exist. It has no life of its own.
It's an empty shell. It's given its life by the government. Therefore, it is under the authority of the government.
Think about this. The government determines what corporations can and cannot do by law. But who is it that controls the government? Who tells the government what they can and cannot do? We the people. Through our constitutional rights, powers are given to the government in order to do one thing and one thing only, and that is to defend our rights.
Therefore, a corporation that violates those rights has violated its constitutional responsibilities back to the very entity that is its owner, the government, and we are the owner of the government. I am in support of our military and believe that America should play a role in world security. I believe our Constitution was intended for a moral people and that the Bible contains the only true moral code. It means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth and that I can never sit silently by while evil attempts to conquer the world. God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life. That does not make me weak but strong, not silent but bold, and not fearful but courageous. Therefore, if you are my friend, while we may not fully agree, know that I share what I share because I care.
If you strongly disagree with these beliefs, they are not debatable for me, and you can, if you choose, unfriend me. I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see and ears to hear that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and that God, not man, gets to decide what is truth, life, and the way.
God bless you. They want to hear your story. Really quickly, Jesse, to that end, what kinds of stories, what kinds of things? Are we talking about like if you were banned by a particular platform, something along that line, and maybe they erased all of your material? Well, the goal for the Social Media Freedom Foundation is to, you know, obviously I'm sort of at the tip of the flight rate at the moment because I've got all of my lawsuits, but once we are able to punch through this, we want to hear other people's stories because, as I said, we are a 501c3, so anybody that donates to this, you are donating to your future. That is our goal, and so it's as noble as it comes if you want to maintain your speech and so forth online. That's what we're fighting for. So stories that are, and realistically I would say, the stories of they took down my puppy dog pictures, well, that's really not going to be what we can deal with. What we can deal with and we are starting to deal with are issues where they, for example, would take you down because you were Christian or Catholic or Jewish or whatever. What about if they took you down because you were talking about medical freedom? What do they call that? Body politics.
Well, that's just it. Okay, so like for example, if they were, if they're saying, right, because they were facilitating to get this COVID shot stuff, right, and I'm not going to sit here and say yes or no, good or bad, right, because it gets very divisive, you know, where people are like, oh, the point is, is it doesn't matter whether it is good or bad. The fact is, is that if that company is facilitating people getting it, they are giving medical advice.
And if people die because they withheld information and, or people died because they got the shot at, because they facilitated that, why are they not being held civilly liable and much better, why are they not being held criminally liable? They are not doctors. Last I checked, Zuckerberg is not a doctor, right? Yep.
Or Dorsey or no. They should not be making those decisions. There's, believe it or not, there's something called the major questions doctrine. It's a doctrine of the Constitution.
What it means is that they're not allowed to make decisions of major importance for you. Okay. And that's exactly what's going on here. Well, let me give you an example. The reason I bring that up, so I was, I have been banned for life from YouTube, from Vimeo, from LinkedIn, and from Twitter, all related to interviews that I conducted with Dr. Judy Mikovits and talking about the dangers of vaccines and sharing really my own personal stories because I have two children that are vax damaged.
Sorry to hear that. And not from the mRNA vax but from vaccines in the past that Dr. Mikovits uncovered the reason why those issues are happening and was lauded for it until, of course, the attorneys got a hold of it and figured out that, oh, my God, we're going to have this, pharmaceuticals are going to have this suit. So that's why in 1986 they were granted immunity. And now they can put whatever they want in your body and you can't do anything.
It's kind of similar to these guys that take a constitutional oath but then have a statute that says they don't have to follow it. Anyway, but I lost, like with YouTube, all my old sermons, all of that stuff that I had up on there are gone. Totally gone.
And I can't recover them ever. Of course not. It's a shame what we have going on here is that if you would just endorse an idea that you can be just shut down in silence.
And I suppose it's something like this, as I need to understand, because you do still have and you have to consider the other argument. Does the company have the right to decide what's on it? And I would say, yes, they do. But the point of that is that I would agree that these companies have a right to control speech on their own platforms.
And people will be like, wait, what? You're fighting for freedom online? I am.
Theirs included. And what people are not grasping here is that I'm not opposed to what they decide to take down. What we're fighting here is actually to say that the government does not have my authority to grant them the authority to do so. I want to get rid of the authority, that piece where they don't have that power to give them. And the point then would be is that you know what's a really good motivator for private corporations to be able to do what they're supposed to do? Liability. When they're held accountable for their own actions, everything changes. And the point there would be is let's just say, for example, you're talking about body autonomy, right?
It's your decision. And it defies their narrative. Well, they just made a medical advice decision that's illegal. Like, you can't do that because it could have led to people's harm, could it not? People died because they hid evidence, correct? Yes.
I mean, that is a factual statement at this point. Yes. And the CDC has admitted to it and so on, they've all had to testify and say, hey, we know that there are people who reacted to the vaccine by dying. Right. So why are they not being held accountable?
Why are they not being arrested? All we're saying is that you have a responsibility to provide informed consent. Informed means that people need to know the dangers that are associated with taking these vaccines.
That's it. Now you have the information, you decide. But when the social media giants say, no, we're not going to allow the information to go out that gives the information so they can make a consensual decision, that should not be the case.

The video is pretty graphic. Justice for us seems almost impossible. It's not fun to watch somebody die and they knew she was in mode of peril. They had not asked the hard questions. Why was the Capitol intentionally unsecure that day? The FBI had information about security concerns before January 6th. They're out for blood and they're getting it. They appear to be winning. Were the actions of the Capitol Police out of line? Were there violations in use of force? Now I describe it as an inside job. I'm ready to do whatever God calls me.
