Too bad, too sad. Because we're going to keep talking about what's important and what's truth. And if they don't, you know, if they don't like the truth, you know, then... Then they censor. That's what they do. Yeah, then that's...

Okay? A corporation literally has no soul of its own. They are given their everything by the government.

And so what does that mean? Well, who gives the government its power? We, the people, do. So a corporation ultimately is a public entity who has the responsibility to follow the orders of the Constitution and to adhere to the Constitution. Which is different than a privately owned company. Because a privately owned company is not a corporation. Once you incorporate, now you are a public entity. Now you are a corporation. You're not a private company anymore. You're not you.

Something to think about. You can actually be a corporation and only have one board and it can be still private. You can be a closely held corporation. Yeah, but it doesn't have to be public. You can still be private. I own a bunch of companies because it's a piece of paper, right? But then you have a board. But it's not public. So it's the lego mumbo jumbo and the structures, which that's too much for people to have to worry about at this point in the game. The thing is there's a difference between government and there's a difference between the private sector is what we want people to focus on.

As far as the other stuff, they got so much other stuff to worry about they don't need to go deep in the woods on things like that. But yes, the public government is bad and they have a different level of responsibility and a different level of accountability. And public corporations like a Facebook as opposed to a company that PG and I own together. And again, we're dealing with rights of individuals, constitutional rights, and that's what Jason Fick was outlining. So it's an important topic and it really goes to the Brunson case and Lloyd's brother Raylan whose case is at the Supreme Court that we talked about yesterday.

It just feels like everything is on time. And it has to do with oaths and upholding the oath. I was going to say it really ties into this situation, our country in distress, and it ties into the situation that we're now dealing with with Arizona.

Arizona, quote unquote, decided to certify yesterday. So you had the Secretary of State on the same day that it was pretty much revealed that they used their office to try to squelch free speech. And it's not even a question.

It's not a question of, there's not a wonderment. There's not, oh, oh, we think that they did. Here are the documents. Here's the evidence. Here's the proof that they used their office in direct violation of the law in order to try to influence an election that they were a part of. They were a candidate in the election.

And then they're going to stand there. Well, I didn't play a role in the certification. Well, you played a role in all of it. And the fact that the governor and the attorney general, and then who was the fourth person? You know, it's funny that you said that. I looked it up.

I pulled up the Zoom call and it's in the other room in the office. I forgot to write it down for you. It's like the superintendent of something or some position that you didn't even know the guy exists, but he controls some major part of your life. Just government. Anyway, yeah. But there were four people that were there and they went into a room together. Closed meeting.

It was not open to the public. And then they decided, and then they came out and said, hey, we certified this. It was like five minutes.

Five minutes and like 30 seconds. We certified them and we're going to, this is, these are the results. And, you know, I mean, wow. Look at my getup today. Notice there's no patriotic gear today. Okay.

So you have the battle hat on, right? So you've got the reminder of who's in charge, Jesus and Trump, and then there's no patriotic gear. Because literally yesterday was very symbolic of kind of like the last nail in the coffin of your constitution and the country.

Because the issue is not if there was malfeasance, if there was maladministration, if there was fraud. It's overwhelming. Just what I personally saw. Not including what, I mean, the day of what I personally saw. Not including everything else that you've heard or learned or when we started reading the procedures going, that didn't happen.

God, I was supposed to be a part of that. Well, what's been an oversight? No, no such thing.

Okay. So what yesterday showed you was you had three of the top leaders in the state smugly and happily certified. Now, keep in mind, certification is just a process. There is no like rectification, there is no checks and balances. They're actually making sure of anything. It's just basically, oh, good, the next step in the milestone in order to get our goal accomplished, a complete tyranny and takeover, we sign a document and pass it down the table. Okay.

So it's nothing what you and I would think a certification should mean. Remember, everything is opposite in the world of government. So what you saw yesterday, and it was so fast, and it was interesting because Katie Hobbs, she literally is stupid. Like she is, I don't know what her background is, and I can't wait to look today to see if I can actually see what she's done for like a, let's just say a job before she got positioned and actually installed into the government here in Arizona. She's not bright, and I'm not just saying that because I have no use for her. I mean, her own actions and words that she said yesterday, she didn't even know what she was doing. She's Secretary of State. She's doing the same thing she did two years ago.

She doesn't know what she's doing. Anyway, so here's the thing. You have the Attorney General. Attorney General did run as a candidate for U.S. Senate.

Could you imagine if they would have let him win? Okay. So talk about not upholding the law. So remember that quote, unquote scathing letter, which wasn't a scathing letter at all, and it wasn't even four pages. It was just a bunch of stuff.

It was actually like a page, not even two pages, of just pointing out facts, and then of course, this is how strong he is. You know, basically says, you know, on or before the county submits their canvas, you know, could you send us a response? There was no May. There was no, if you don't do it by this day, I'm coming to get you, pick you up, throw your rear ends in jail.

None of that. If you guys want to respond, that'd be awesome. It took them a week and a half to respond because they're like, oh, we'll just push to the end because there is no consequences to our nefarious actions. So at the end of the day, here's the thing, everybody. Now is the five day process, right? You have five days to dispute the election. And of course, everybody's hanging their hat on. Oh, we got five days. Now we can start working.

It sounds like the Republicans. Oh, good. Well, when we're in power, we're going to go ahead and do all these things. But yeah, for the two years we were in the minority, we didn't do anything. Well, if you didn't do anything, you should have stayed home and then not taken a paycheck because that would make sense to me, right? Because otherwise you've done nothing. So now all of a sudden everybody's like, yay, it's starting.

And if I take him any lower, I'm going to, I'm going to lose him. So we're not doing that. And I'd already, you know, I'd already died three times on the operating table and that was in my medical history. Um, and so they were like, we're not so, so they had put me up. Well, the surgery to do this is, is four hours.

Oh, wow. Well, they can't put me under the, at that point three years ago, whenever this was four years ago, they couldn't put me four hours. I'd be dead, would have been dead at an hour and a half. They just would have been working on a dead guy. Okay, we're done.

All right. We got them all sealed up. Look, he's going to be so pretty in that gasket. Right, exactly. We got him ready for you, Mr Mortician.

And apparently it's easy to fill out when I use that word loosely because I've not done it myself yet, which I will be doing it after we finished the show here today. And then I'm going to add it to the sub stack and I'm going to add some specific instructions for anybody. Now, what I'm, what I'm encouraging people to do is to do that and to also obviously keep a copy, right? And then if you know anybody in Arizona and you're related to them or you're friends with them, then you need to send that information.

We're talking about steam cleaning carpets. Anyway, all right, so, wow. So, here's the deal. No recourse for nefarious actions. I know. Well, there is a recourse, but the problem is, and this goes back to oaths and conscience.

See, we have, Michelle, we have purged our nation of conscience. You know, when I was little, I was a big kid when I went into kindergarten. And I was very kind of legalistic as a kindergartner, you know, about rules and what was right and all this kind of stuff. You must have been fun to play with. Well, no, and I stood up for, I always stood up against bullies as a kid, kindergarten, first grade, what have you. I did, I got in trouble because I would get into some fights. But I would get into fights because there were kids that were doing stuff they weren't supposed to be doing. And so, you know, and so me and this other big kid, last name was Yapez, we were kind of the enforcers.

And then I created kind of this enforcer group. And you got to remember, you know, this was in the 60s. In California. In California. But in the 60s, you know, I mean, everybody had a gang.

I'm kidding, you're not. And so there were gangs in our school. kindergarten gang? Well, we were gay, there were gangs in our school. And there were guys that, you know, and so there were these gangs and there were big, you know, things and fights out in the field. I mean, it was just how things, what things going on. And, but I created a gang that was like the, we were going to make sure that the gangs didn't, because there were kids that weren't part of gangs that would just get picked on.

And so I felt like there needed to be a gang that defended the kids that got picked on. So you were like the original deplorables? Kind of, sort of. Yeah. Kind of, sort of.

And so anyway, that, you know, so I was, I was a part of that founding, founding fathers. Let's stick up for, it's like, no, it's Proverbs 31.8. Yeah, that's what it is. It's a godly woman, except you could be the godly man problem. Keep like sticking up for those who are destitute. Well, you know, true religion, right?

Defending the widows and the orphans. I was the, I was performing, you know, true religion without really understanding that it was true religion. I just thought, you know, Not the genes, not the genes. Yeah, I just thought that, you know, you should, you should, you should stand up. But here's the thing. It was about conscience.

I had, I had, I had instilled in me a conscience that clearly defined for me what was right and what was wrong. And so my, my, my purpose in creating the little gang that I created was we're going to make sure that the innocent are not victimized by these gangs. Right. And we're going to try to keep the peace. So there was a big war that was going to happen between the two biggest gangs out there. And we went out for the purpose of trying to actually stop them from fighting. I mean, that was our purpose. We really wanted to, you know, I, I tell the story very, and I'm going to, I'm going to shut it down because I want to get, but I'm telling the story to talk about the fact that back in the day, back when I was a kid in grammar school in 1967, 68, 69, 70, back in those days, you knew the difference between right and wrong. And it was a part of what guided and directed your path.

And there wasn't somebody coming in trying to destroy your conscience and make you believe that right was wrong and wrong was right. We knew if, if, if you were a boy, you didn't go into the girl's locker room. You didn't wear a dress in school.

Yeah. You, you, you, you didn't, you didn't, you didn't act that way. You didn't do those kinds of things.

Okay. And, and, and, you know, so we knew the difference between right and wrong and, and the conscience of it. And I'm not saying I did everything right. Cause I didn't, I, I did, I did some stuff I shouldn't have done.

Yeah, but it wasn't nefarious. I mean, like maybe you poked a girl in the shoulder, like you're not supposed to do that, but he didn't do, he didn't do nasty things to her in the bathroom. I mean, there's a difference when you say right and wrong. Because nowadays when you do something wrong, you're like, okay, one step away from killing somebody is, is the extent.

You know what I mean? There's, it's all relative. And so what's happened in our culture is, is that children have been introduced to things and things have been done to destroy conscience. And so, and so there is no, once you break a child's innocence, break a child's conscience, now you can put anything in that you want and that's what they do. Which is probably why they're doing it. That's the whole point of why they're doing these things. And that, but, but, but what I'm saying is, is that it has been happening. This has been going on now because I watched it happen in my, with my children.

And this, and, and them being in school, sitting on a school site council, watching these things take place. This has been going on now for, for 30 years that I'm aware of. It was slowly happening in other parts of the country, even when I was a kid, but it really accelerated in the eighties, in the mid eighties. And so, so when we talk about a Secretary Hobbs, or any of them, I don't know, I'd have to look up how old Hobbs is. She's got to be in my ballpark because I was born in 73, graduated high school, 91. So 30 years ago, you're talking about the eighties.

So she's in mine and around there. So your whole generation had your conscience attacked and manipulated and destroyed in the public school system. That's my point. Yeah, but it's not as bad as the one behind us, right? Well, no, exactly. So each, so each progressive generation, it's gotten worse. So they probably knocked out 65, 70% of your conscience.

Seriously. No, I don't think it's as bad as that. Well, looking back as I'm, you know, I get to compare conversations with Lucy because her kids, obviously she's older than me.

Not, not quite much. Right. And I'm not throwing her under the bus, anything or anybody, but she, her kids are millennial and gen Z. So she's telling me stuff that they were actually learning in schools, which was really opposite and much more accelerated when it comes to destructiveness manipulation than when we were. So we've been, we always have these conversations about... So Hobbs is four years older than you, born in 69.

Okay. So she's gen X. Yeah. So she's gen X. Now keep in mind that gen X, the thing that I found in the string and I started, I said, said this when I first got involved with this whole freedom movement back when I went to the original reawaken America tour in April, 2021. What I noticed is that the people that were really stepping up to the plate, we were all in the same age bracket. We were the gen Xers.

And I said, the gen Xers are the ones who really are leading this movement because we're the last ones who actually were, we, we, we still had things like we still played outside when we were young. We didn't have the computers. We didn't, we weren't completely indoctrinated. I mean, obviously we're not as you know, we were a little bit more mushier than our parents were, which was baby boomers, but nothing compared to the kids behind us because we still had, you know, we still, we still wear watches.

Like we don't, we know what I mean. So we, we didn't have the whole digital indoctrination. Again, we still, I mean, I grew up with Reagan as a president. I didn't know any different. I didn't know what Democrats were.

Gen X gen X gen X is listed as approximately 1965 to 1980 birthdays, 65 to 80. So, so, so you had a percentage that still got some of this good stuff. And then, and then, yeah. And then you had, but obviously, you know, Katie Hobbs, people like that you had. Yeah, but she could also been, I mean, cause there was some liberal kids now that I look back, I'm like, Oh my God.

Yeah, you totally were a liberal. Like I just didn't necessarily, I'm like, well, you know, we, we butted heads now. It makes sense why, you know, looking back.

But then there's some people that were just corrupted into the system because they were presented opportunities that to do so, which obviously she's one of them. But that's, that's the thing I want to focus on. Cause I want to, I want to you know, I want people to take a real hard look at the world that they live in, the city they live in, the county they live in, the state that they live in, in this country. Because it's not that I want you to give up hope, right? I don't want, I don't want that. I want you to really realize that the system is so corrupt. And if Arizona doesn't show you that even their actions and their, their facial expressions yesterday and how quickly they were to just sign off and how eager Doug Ducey was to do that and the attorney general when he could, they both should have like with any bit of morals or, or, or lawfulness should have stopped it.

We're just, you know, it's so funny because, you know, if my, I tend to at home, I tend to not, I really don't do a lot of, I let everybody else talk, and I don't do a lot of talking. I really don't. No, I don't. I really don't. Honest to goodness, I don't. Okay. But if I get, You don't have to ask your wife.

Well, but if, but if I get started, oh, no, no, my, my, Don't get me started. See, I am, I am a slower, if you listen to my pace, I am generally a slower talker because I'm, I'm listening to what the Lord is saying. And I am really processing what I say because I understand the importance and the significance of the words, what that means. My family is, they're all fast talkers, you know, Jerry Seinfeld, but they are, they're fast talkers.

I can't even get it. I'm smart. My God, they're smart.

I don't even know where they get it, but they're smart. And for my wife, that's what, she's brilliant. She's brilliant.

She could be like a nuclear scientist. If she hadn't met me and married me, she'd be working for NASA and changing the world. But she married me.

In front of the whole, in front of the whole world, you're not even helping. That's great.

Yeah, no, we were talking about conscience and Arizona and your country and generations and how we have ended up with the debacle that we have. And it really, this has been a progression over time. This is the frog in the pot with the heat, the water being turned up, and now, yeah, and now, and now, and now the water is boiling. And I think in the part of the reason that the water is boiling, too, is, is that, you know, we've, we've got, what do they call it?

And there's a movie where they, well, they call it the chill, but we've got the big block of ice that we can put into the cup right now. Which is and, and, and bring the temperature down, which is the remedy to this, I believe, is sitting at the Supreme Court right now. In this case, because here's the thing, all that the Supreme Court has to do is say it's unconstitutional for the Congress and, and the government representatives at any level to have given themselves immunity from a constitutional oath. They have got to uphold the Constitution.

It's unconstitutional to not uphold the Constitution. They just have to say that. They have to, they have to vote that, that, that, that the, that the legislature doesn't get immunity. And honestly, honestly, from it, from the judiciary's perspective, from the SCOTUS's perspective, they could well vote 9-0 on Brunson. They could vote 9-0. Because it protects the integrity of their own court.

Every single one of them. They stand for nothing. They stand for nothing if they don't.

Right. And they could use it as a loophole to free themselves from whatever hold of whomever they may be that has it over them. Because these, again, we've talked about this for how long, how many times, every single episode, your shows, my shows, shows we've been on, you know, these people that when they have these nefarious actions that they're doing, you, you, you not only are you not having their conscience, right, you're talking about your oath, you have some sort of a demonic possession to you. So I mean, even if you also are compromised, or you're corrupted, there is no money or power that you can be promised that will allow you to sleep at night unless there's something else. That will absolve you. That will absolve you.

Well, you can't because I don't even know how somebody like the Attorney General based on his actions just yesterday, how that man sleeps at night. Bernavitch? Is it Bernavitch? Bernavitch, yes, he has the nunchucks, he does this.

So I'm just saying even like small and not necessarily him, but other smaller players in the game, just even, even the people that are running my legislative district that I was talking to you about, and the mess, the fact that we have a proxy Nazi that goes and takes proxies illegally, and hoards them and then distributes them. I don't know how this woman sleeps at night. You know what I mean? Kathy Schwenke, I'm gonna call her out here on the air.

Yeah, see, that's what I'm saying is, all of this happens at every level, whether or not we pay attention. So here's my call, I gotta give a call to action. Go, go, go, go, go, go. Well, so here's the thing, I want people to literally just to get ready, okay? Because, yes, you're going to have this this court case that's that is they're going to have the hearing for it, which they're going to decide whether or not to move it forward to say the trial, right? Let's make sure that people understand the process.

January 6, but you can't wait until then and then put your hopes into yet another court case that may or may not move forward. You have to have some personal responsibility at this point to take some action, right? So we're talking about the habit act. I'm going to have that ready for you guys in a little bit because I'm going to go on and do it myself for filing what I saw and know about the election, right? So, but you're going to need to take more action than that, right?

So I just want you to get prepared. But I also want you to accept the fact that most of the people that are talking about what happened in the election, they're 100% wrong. It wasn't because we got we don't ballot harvest. It's not because we got a vote harder 2024. It's not because we had unqualified candidates.

It's not because it was a backlash for Trump. It literally was the ultimate in your face corruption, fraud machines, malfeasance, nefarious actions. And until you accept that it none of this matters because you're you're going to you're fighting the wrong battles. It's like when people are saying we got to have election integrity. Oh, my God, no, you can't have more integrity.

Either you have it or you don't. You're preventing fraud. That's the only thing that you can do in elections is prevent fraud because the other side, which is everybody but we the people, that's your left, your right, your establishment, people in office. That's their goal is to stay in power again.

The entire election system is fundamentally designed to control the outcomes. And you need to accept that and stop listening to all these people like the Charlie Kurtz or even Harmeet Dillon. What came out of her mouth last night on Tucker? Keep in mind, you think Tucker's one of your friends? He hasn't said a word about Mayor Corruption County certifying the election. And that was last Monday and then barely brought it up last night only because Kerry Lake came on for like five minutes. But if it took for a week, he didn't mention it on the biggest, biggest talking point on the whole country.

He didn't talk about him or Hannity or Laura for a whole week. Stop watching Fox News. And if you have a subscription to that, whatever payset, put the money back in your pocket.
