Tim, go ahead. Well, that's going to give you everything that you need to build a robust immune system. And we're going to break that down for you today and kind of give you an idea of what each product in that kit is going to do. And that comes with responsibility that we need to take on ourselves, our personal responsibility to care for our bodies that God has given us. But you know, I think the federal guidelines now based on your sex is about one and a half to two cups of fruit a day and two to three cups of vegetables, part of the healthy diet. And with life on the go, gotta run the kids here, gotta run that there. It's so easy to drive through the fast food restaurant. It's so easy to just eat on the go all the time. And that stuff's not really healthy for you.

And especially when it becomes not just a once in a while thing, but it comes becomes a habit. And we've talked on this program before that the nutrition that you're getting out of your fruits and vegetables, even if you're cooking them right, even if you're eating organic, and you talk about the vegan mama, that you know, you're a pastor, and you know, you do everything right, you're still not going to get enough of it because we just aren't producing the quality of nutrition in our foods that we once did quite some time ago. So we have to supplement with a healthy diet in order just even to come close to where we need to be. So in addition to the healthy diet that we need, we talked about supplementation. Effacore. Put that there. Okay. All right. Go ahead. Sorry. Pop machine. Yes. Yeah. So 50 cents goes in really smooth. You know, no problem. Put your quarters in, get your bottle pop or soda.

Okay. Now a 50 cent piece just won't fit in there. So you have to look at the particle size of the mineral that you're putting in your body. And without proper digestion, you're not going to be able to get that mineral element down into the proper size so the body can assimilate it. So what we really believe here is a strong immune system.

In order to get that, you have to have the right minerals in the right form to be able to do that. And as we prepare our bodies for a challenge, I think it's always good to be able to be on the front side of a situation like that rather than on the back side. If you're all run down, you know, you're more susceptible to getting hit with some kind of a bad bug. But if you keep your system healthy, you know, you're taking these supplements, you're exercising, you're drinking plenty of water, you've got yourself in a position to be able to fight off things that might head your way. And they will, everybody's going to get hit with something.

It's just going to be based upon your body's ability to fight that. You know, another example might be like a cyclone fence too. You know, you think about a cyclone fence, if you've got softballs, and you're trying to throw softballs through those cyclone fence, they're just going to bounce off. But if you had BBs in your hand, well, you could throw a whole bunch of BBs through a cyclone fence and they would come through onto the other side. And that's what this is doing is it's breaking it down from softball, even baseball size, and breaking it on down to where it's the size of a BB.

And subsequently, then your cell gets saturated. That's exactly how it's working. And that's probably a Texas term, cyclone fence, because in Indiana, we don't really know that cyclone fence type thing. But anyhow, You don't have cyclone fences in Indiana? What do you call them? I'm not a farmer.

I may have to take a tour of Texas and see what's going on down there. Okeydoke. All right. So we just got a couple minutes here before the break.

So we're just going to go ahead and just talk briefly about what we could get in this. Great to be here, Pastor. We're going to finish up talking about zinc and then we're going to go over one of my favorite products and that's robotics.
