Bottom of our number three Kanye West is displaying some brand-new clothing, white lives matter and that heads are exploding so will talk to Rev. Childress about the about that and about how God has created all of us. God doesn't see the color of our skin.

God sees the character what's inside of our heart, and he sent his son Jesus Christ to save the world, where God says that Christ said that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself… That Sharon Rose will be with me news busters and censorship.

Big news with that you unmask and the reveal of the SEC filings.

They clearly indicate that he is absolutely going to go forward with his takeover of Twitter so that's going to be very interesting to watch and a number of other stories that are being buried and hidden out there that will bring to your attention and talk about how the media and fake news operate. Nan Sue is where this big arrest. If you didn't see this and and this is another one of those stories that you may well not have have have seen, but there was a big arrest that took place. See, I believe it was yesterday Silicon Valley arrest. This was Eugene.

You, the CEO of chronic software was arrested and true.

The vote was finally able to put out a statement true. The vote was sued true the vote exposed chronic for having messed with our elections. Chronic filed a lawsuit against true the vote and in that lawsuit they got one of those will they had a judge to basically say that truth about can't say anything it's in TLR or OTR or something like that. They will know what I'm talking about. At any rate so but as of yesterday because of the fact that this man is now been arrested and that that is off and so true. The vote basically came out and said you know were grateful that we were able to be a part of presenting the evidence obviously a lot more evidence there but chronic software is election management EMS software and EMS platforms and apps are used in nearly every election across the country and so there's obviously something needs to be done before the election.

That's coming up very very soon here.

All right, so big story with regards to that. Let's seen and Nancy will be done about that about CCP's influence on on the Emma immigration. They're not immigration the legal invasion a lot of things with regards to that, and then bottom of the sour. Melanie Colette is with us Hillary Clinton once again. First you call this deplorable's now she's talking about how terrible the trump supporters are and and so on.

So we'll talk about that coming up as well.

Day which is the focus is waiting there right right patiently in the wings with his judicial watch hats and his Jacksonville jersey pullover jersey workout jersey if you will that this is right that the pullover hoodie is the affect Florida friends down there, absolutely absolutely lost a tough one on Sunday they'd they'd they'd been the Jaguars. They'd been on a roll and they have they lost a tough one on Sunday saw that in the in the in the in the funny papers. All right I will.

Hey, it's my pleasure to welcome our constitutional, originalist, and you can find them at CG contributors check generation ready a.com CG contributors and by the way just once again want to remind you we do need your help. We do need your support very important. We are here to bring a biblical worldview to what is happening in our country and I spent quite a bit of time yesterday talking about the founding and pushing back against the 1619 project and and against and and bringing forward the prayers and the and the attitudes and so on. Of those that landed on the shores to bring the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which where where biblical Christianity has gone lives are improved and and that's the heart of the Christian is to see everyone lifted up when you encounter Jesus Christ and you transition from being one who is walking in the dark to one who is walking in the light, your life gets better and and so that's that's really that the significant message and how and how great our country is and so on. All that to say that we have some things today in history that we want to talk about and I David you I know you go to these courthouses you always take in the historical aspects of them and you found something in this most recent journey that you posted on your Facebook page that that was some a little stunning.

This is just yesterday I was in LaSalle County, Illinois. The court in the LaSalle County, which is on. I was actually extraordinarily historic place because it's the site of the first of the 1856 Lincoln Douglas debates course shape that shaped the conversation going forward relative to slavery and network would lead to the Civil War on the outside of the old courthouse in the in Ottawa was a plaque preserve the there's a nice plaque honoring Abraham Lincoln, Islington. This Lincoln class almost every courthouse Islington and memorabilia in almost every courthouse right in line with the exception by way County does not want to acknowledge that there is a famous Republican anywhere so they don't acknowledge Abraham Lincoln in the land of Lincoln but never really courthouse the most famous lawyer in our round from our from our state's acknowledgment is also plaque. Therefore, a senator who engaged in the debate with Mr. Lincoln as Stephen a Douglas, and strangely enough, the plaque God talks about him several times a Douglas was in Ottawa including his last appearance to when he was running for president in 1860, but it struck me what a great American, Stephen a Douglas, and I'm not much for canceling historical figures or tearing down statues or those kinds of things Stephen a Douglas was an unabashed racist and if somebody should read the link in the basin has to visit my sister is IPDS that re-creates the debates which I think it was very very worthwhile for people to do will find out you will find out what I want to NASA racist Mr. Douglas was just as importantly, Mr. Douglas in terms of why he was running for president in the United States Senate arrange for what they call popular sovereignty in the in the territories and his popular sovereignty was essentially to let the people in the territories. Women bolted to becoming states vote on whether or not they're going to be free or slave. Douglas essentially said okay go with democracy and allow a majority of the population should they decide to do so to enslave a minority of the population on this is this is why this is this this this kind of problem is precisely why we were created as a Republic, not a democracy, and what Douglas did is ultimately set off. We were will become called in American history in Kansas because what would happen is that Kansas was trying to become a state would be. It was the fact that because of this concept of popular sovereignty slaveholders and slave interest in the country were importing and paying people to go to Kansas so that they can vote for slavery in Kansas.

They are essentially fixing out there working to fix the election. Kansas so that they could have an outcome that the people were normally living in Kansas didn't want to have some familiar.

I yeah I it sounds like I do know something like a southern invasion that's taking place in the flying people around the country and then and then the states that are deciding to take individuals that aren't even by the way, citizens of the country and they haven't even become citizens and yet they're going to take these illegals and their gonna register them to vote exactly there's this whole it's the same kind of thing about importing voters is that it is not about winning over the population that exists is not about selling your ideas to the actual or actual people someplace rather importing voters will vote in a way that you desire the story like Kansas actually was in the Civil War before the Civil War, and we ultimately forced brought up with the Civil War but there's a couple of licensing. This is this is why so do not teach history that people do not see the repetition of things or they don't see situations where there trying to import voters are trying to fix election to get an outcome that the outcome that they desire other than when over the people with ideas you import voters and fix elections and I think I said this is this is why so horrible that we do not teach and do not understand our history is just also so horrible to light, rewrite history, and have plaque that says Stephen Douglas was a great American, Stephen Douglas was not a great American I Stephen Douglas with a blemish on the history of America and Abbott is but he is the strongest argument as to why the United States is a Republic and not a democracy, and I think as lessons to be learned all the fuss is all around us if we just take a look and this is just yesterday why after right after I got import I was take a look at some the plaques on the old courthouse. I thought Jeep people sufficiently brought people's attention that this idea of importing voters rather than winning elections is not new and it said that it is almost but it is something that we have to be vigilant about. Well, it's very dangerous) take a quick break we come back. Scotus went into session yesterday. My Internet that just all the sudden dove. I was turning a few things off because my Internet had gotten us what was reflecting that it was incredibly slow and and I was. I mean that the speed was just terrible. David you were breaking up. I mean I was catching like you know bits and pieces but all of a sudden you froze and then you were gone and I spent the last several minutes you might my speed is still absolutely terrible, but I spent the last several minutes just trying to get connected which makes little or no sense. All right, we're back, let's let's let's try and continue for as as as much as we can write. Scotus has made some some while there's a lot of stuff that they're getting ready to get involved in the section 230. You and I talked a lot about that in the last six months or so.

The last few years, but Scotus has decided to go ahead and take a section 230 case and there was up at a specific or particular case that I thought was of interest to us having to do with the with two way and it's Alfred Moran versus woven William Liber and and this was a situation where a guy basically went to a place that didn't know that they wouldn't honor. There was no reciprocation would not honor his license in this in Massachusetts.

He went to DC he didn't realize that he had a problem until he got there discovered that he had a problem that they were going to honor his license and they arrested him yet although here's the fallout from that, they arrested him in DC.

Although at the time he had. You still have a permit from Washington state and ultimately got arrested in DC for right firearm and for having an unregistered firearm and he got convicted and pled guilty actually to a couple of misdemeanors in DC.

As a result of that ultimately later on he did move the Massachusetts Massachusetts as a law regarding getting permits in them things that it is not a.m. It's a May issue kind of thing is not a shall issue when it comes to apartment and the May issue permit means that you actually go to your local police department on your local wherever it is that you live and you different applications of the local authorities and local authorities can veto whether or not you get a permit or not, and the issue and the local authority in Massachusetts did veto in my getting apartment based upon is a misdemeanor conviction in them. The District of Columbia and that the course appeal of the efforts of our appeal the denial of his of his permit Massachusetts that went to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court yesterday did something really, really unusual.

There is a there's a term there's a there's a process. Josh thinking were you asked the Supreme Court to hear right here in case you asked them for what they call a bit of search chart and when you asked for the writ they say yes program here at war. No just wouldn't let the other.

The decision below is span and unusual in that if they granted usually then they set for hearing for briefings and all kinds of other other things that have to go on before they actually make a decision in this case, they granted us to start this okay will hear the case and then they vacated the ruling below saying that this denial of this department needs to be is to be re-looked at that that you cannot they appeals court that was holding holding up his denial of his permit. They sent back to the appeals court said not that you can't do that.

So send that back to you so they vacated and then they they granted certain vacated the decision below and then they sent back to the lower court, in light of their previous decision in the New York case in the New York case basically done had similar restrictions as the Massachusetts law and so it was a very some Mary some summary decision summarily right so but essentially the message that they're sending to the lower court is is hey you need to review what we have already decided in New York that is already the precedent here and you need to apply that precedent to your decision and you got it wrong what they said they will expect lower court really. I was without.

It was without comment. But when you reversed the lower court without argument. That means that the lower court was just so absurdly wrong that you better here right now is a message to all the courts across the United States.

Don't bother us with this did it right, we've already made that was more than the ruling that that there is in fact the Second Amendment right. States can't put on unreasonable restrictions and that when they do, and especially this concept of the May issue permits compared to I shall issue permits is exhorted the decided and sell them. This seems that the state very stays at work. Local authorities can veto somebody's application for a foreign permit to carry is basically out the window and then that's that's that still exists in a lot of states around the country when they just said no we will not anymore.

Not anymore. Decided don't do this, don't bother us with this anymore which is not that significant RAI I will. I want to shift well let let's let's walk through because there's there's a number of these. I guess we can go through those, but at some point to I would. I would like to get your thoughts with regards to the the J6 case that's being heard. Right now the Stewart Rhodes case and and the the argument that the defense is making is is that the president of the United States had the right and the present United States. By the way, on 6 January was still Donald John Trump, the 40 foot present United States was still the president there had not been a vote, even even at at at at that point in time in the day there had not even been a vote to decide whether or not they were going to certify the election that was part of what was a question and from what I understand, I just saw something day before yesterday where they finally have release the findings in Arizona and the findings in Arizona clearly indicate that they are. It looks like prepared to decertify the 2020 election results in Arizona yeah it does say it does appear as though they're getting prepared to do that and is consistent with Alexis closet of the Constitution you from something is unconstitutional when it happens. Nothing that happens after words makes it constitutional so so that being stated the argument of the defense in the Stewart Rhodes case is that the oath keepers had sent an open letter to the president saying we believe that you have justification to put into place.

The insurrection act and and what many people forget is that in 2016 there was a group of NT for and others that actually did try to interrupt Pres. Trump's inauguration on 20 January 2017. They actually did storm the streets burn vehicles burn buildings and the police had to quell an uprising on January 20, 2017. Where were there was an intent to try to interrupt the inauguration of the of the of the duly elected and and certified President of the United States is just down the street from the parade route where I was and you could see the smoker so that some of the fire coming up from what was going on there and then try to discourage the was it was actually taking the was writing taking place and and and yet there was. There were no no charges of sedition. II don't even know that that I you know I don't know the dispositions. Unlike an essay I don't know the disposition of any of the cases or or if any of those, but my understanding is, is it from from what I've been told is is that is that those cases were all dismissed and and it was all washed away. You know I me and you even had a woman stand on the stage in front of the audience and talk about dreaming about blowing up the White House for goodness sake, you and she dreams of going out the wife on that. I believe that was the day after day after right when they are when they all were there there there there there pink Regina hats that's that's correct. And certainly there along the parade and then that's a to the extent that it my knowledge of what would happen to the folks engaged in these writers asked.

Some were in fact arrested and prosecuted with their arrest and prosecute for the criminal actions that they did is so silly to say that these are organized efforts to overthrow the government as a practical matter is just as I could happen is not possible.

You know this is so good, so there were those that my understanding that the January 20 and 21 of 2017. Those those matters were in fact many were prosecuted with the prosecutor for the destruction of the property or the damage that they did to the buildings in the cars that they set on fire. Nobody charged him with trying to overthrow the government as is practical matter, just not going to happen and add them to the extent the people were run did damage the capital. Those people should be prosecutor for Boston the windows and and the sad part about the majority of that is is that the people who actually instigated that the people who were actually involved in that the guy that was smashing it. Then Ashley Babbitt actually punched in the face trying to make him stop damaging in destroying the capital while the DC capital police stood around and watched him do it and then you watch him run back in the real J6 video and it appears to me that he puts on a matching black shirt that matches the DC capital police uniform is the whole thing about insurrection in this attack on democracy and what managers you know it's really made up in sorrow, but insanity isn't to my knowledge nobody was ever ever prosecutor for trying to take over the Portland District Courthouse. What about the Wisconsin state capital that they held for two weeks for two weeks. They literally took and and and took over a state capital building for two weeks or what about chance that you're talking about right. You talk about yeah yeah yeah Portland and Ashley the police station number other local government buildings with their federal courthouse. Yet there is similar federal property and that so you it's a misuse of prosecutorial power to try to charge these things as trying to overthrow the government because as a practical matter… Back in happen is crazy people that need to be prosecutor like you will prosecute anybody that's riding in the street well but but but when it comes to Stewart Rhodes. Rose wasn't even there. Rhodes wasn't even on the premise he was aiming he was nowhere around and and many of these oath keepers.

There were oath keepers that were there, but the oath keepers have a history of helping the police of working alongside of the police of their oath keepers in the oath that they are are talking about folks in case anyone should ask you this is an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. It is to uphold the oath that they took during their time of service when they entered into military service and you can't be a member of the oath keepers unless you're a veteran.

Pursuant to article 6 of the Constitution. It requires that require such an oath will run members of the military, and various other offices of the United States, and so there there oath. In fact, is to uphold the Constitution.

And that's what they're read their efforts are there efforts are geared toward and so Butler said that god-awful justice apparel is insurrectionist. Well, the Constitution according to the FBI's MVE description which is militia militant violent extremists. If you have a picture of the Constitution up in your home or your or or you carry it around with you. The FBI considers you to to be a likely militant militant violent extremist, especially one of the prime militant violent extremists is a guy over my shoulder. Mr. Washington was one of the one of the more famous militant violent extremists in the industry that states and so this is this is really dangerous to him start to consider people that wish to uphold from first principles of the country. The big militant violent extremists. I switch topics.

Trumpets asked the justices to intervene in the dispute over documents seized from his home. Your thoughts on that is is clearly within is within his rights to act to do that, then to have the special master and I especially tours are generally appointed doesn't necessarily have to be with the privileged information to be and everybody talks about attorney-client privilege, but if there's publishing medical records within or if there's things that are beyond the scope of the search warrant that are part and parcel of what was that was required, but the issue apparently at the moment turns around.

I guess from what I understand was about 11,000 pages of documents that were taken and apparently right now they're debating over 100 pages in 100 pages that indicates that some apparently has some classified markings on them nobody's. Ashley ever said that these documents are still classified in the course says that Hillary can say if there's a little see on their down doesn't necessarily mean that's classified as a debate on whether classified or not they're actually debating 100 pages out of 11,000 and that it's just that it's just crazy because of course the whole thing was a staged a political left political right not.

I am not a legal right. All right, let's run down some of the cases that the Supreme Court is is deciding that they're going to hear did give me a rapid fire.

We got about a minute in the a rapidfire number will come back in and dissect some of the top ones and were going to continue question talk about these through throughout the next few weeks that we will talk about them as they develop couple fairly important religious liberty cases you mentioned in the section 230 matter that is said is upcoming on YouTube by case, whereas somebody is indicated that the YouTube allowed the publication stuff that led to some death that somebody actually died as result of this video that the was allowed on YouTube.

YouTube is climbing this section 230 of the community. Teens act as our giving them granting them immunity for publishing such area, such as video. This event this to be very very important health announcement for visit descendent as declined to take any section 230 cases and this one is this huge all right working to take a quick break we get back will dive a little bit deeper into that were going to give you more of a preview of what's coming up. What happens in these cases, folks, does directly impact us as citizens of the United States. My passion is the fight for freedom of father fought for World War II defending our country today. We are no longer fighting with guns and said we are fighting an ideological battle for control of our country by contributing to causes support your constitutional rights. I believe salvation is not just accomplished a little prayer that is found in how transformation is lived out Jesus is to be the Lord of our lives and we should follow the precepts. This is not legalism or works, but a life lived out in love and honor towards the one who died for my sins. Faith without works is dead and is no faith at all.

I believe that we will fall and that we need to have a repentant heart that God will ultimately bring us into perfect action through Jesus Christ man perfected and soulless man in progress. I believe that we are not to live in guilt and shame of the fall repents and get up and move closer to Jesus. I believe that if our nation. Repent and turn from wickedness that God will heal our land. I believe that as a Christian I must occupy till he comes and that's a call evil wicked and to learn about those evil acts as a part of the mandated Christianity for love also means to be willing to take the risk necessary to confront a friend with the truth in hopes that their heart will be turned because their life matters, even if it means in that moment they will possibly hate me means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth and that I can never sit to conquer the world. God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life that does not make me weak but strong, silent and not fearful. Therefore, if you're my friend may not fully that I share what I share because I care if you strongly disagree with these beliefs. They are not debatable for me and you can if you choose unfriendly, I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see here that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and that God, not man gets to decide what is truth life and the way God bless you and will direct generation radio were no topic is off limits and everything filtered through biblical glasses and my very special guest David just echoes our constitutional originalist.

You can find more about David at just.com pick up his book about the construction and creation of the Declaration of Independence, and also constitutional soundbites that will give you good insight as to the Constitution. Okay, so David, one of the cases that that's up here is that the conservative justices seem poised to uphold Alabama's redistricting plan and voting rights act challenge. Yes, it does appear as though they're going to Alabama which other representative districts in accordance with the census. The there's a group of people. It says that the Alabama legislature did not put it enough minority districts IN the in the plan of the redistricting, but and there a lower court, in fact did agree that Alabama needed to draw another minority majority minority district and Anniston court since it seems 40 since they decided to take that case, there is no reason for them to take the case unless they're going to the Lower Ct., Alabama redistricting which is consistent. Hopefully there can be more consistent with the idea of one man one vote from Baker versus Carr from the 1970s and then down regarding the majority minority districts are to be better a better position to indicate to the indicate of the people that that's not necessarily something that needs to be considered as much as same truth in every base properly represented and that everybody's vote counts.

It looks like the court is tending to I get more more colorblind if you will which would be wonderful.

Sorry, that would be awesome believe the Internet people are trying to call me while I'm on the air here. That's a good will that will be will be interesting to see if they know if they pick that how they determine that you know the.

The issue here isn't about race and of course that's what progressives want to make.

It is all about race but that's that's that's not what what this is actually about an and in other than that goes the voter ID and and that whole idea and you know all talk to Melanie Colette here in just a minute, but the idea you know that someone who is a minority or of color doesn't know how to get an ID you have to have an idea for them to get welfare.

We have to have an ID okay for getting any kind of benefits you have to have an ID you know when you go to the store and you present your benefit check and you want them to cash it or you want them to use it. You gotta produce an ID that matches the benefit check before they're going to go ahead and and give you your groceries at it it's it's ludicrous. Ladies and gentlemen, but they assume that people are quite frankly, here's what they think, and this is why they want to control you, they think you're dumb. They think I'm down they think David's that they think were all stupid people and and and they're the only smart ones, and so they need to direct our lives because they were too dumb to direct our own lives that that's the argument that there is one one-sided argument that I think that they think were done.

I think they make the argument for the purpose of giving them control over elections get interested. There's only things that are phony arguments about that early voting in about that absentee voting about mailing voting in the ID situation all those great holes in the security elections agreed that I would like but you're talking about specifically elections, which is critically important. I'm talking about the broader picture of everything because they don't just want to control the election they need to control the election at this point, so long as they allow elections to happen which the ultimate goal is that they're going to eliminate that you're not there.

There won't be any elections, but at the end of the day they they do. I mean Gruber came out and and and send it during what was it during the Obama years when when they did that, the whole Obama care thing right and and and and mean and Anat at one of the conferences he's recorded is saying look they're stupid there dumb there too stupid and and that's why we were able to fool them because they're there all stupid. He coming he flat out said we are all stupid and they're too smart and they're smarter than we are and that's the reason why they do these things and get away with these things is it an and try to get away with these things because they believe world. Well they sell them as beneficial for certain portions of the population and that's of a cell, but I don't dismiss the fact that the goal is to control elections yesterday and pretend that we have elections where you go there you that's what I'm saying until such time as either yet that they they're controlling them now but you know I mean in these dictatorial countries in the is authoritarian countries. Elections are are are a sham election Ukraine, where a good chunk of the country supposedly seceded to the questions and not not is like 95% of Ukrainians one related brain that's not true. Yeah, that's a Russian line. That's a yeah that's that's Russian propaganda, that's that suggesting that the Ukrainians want to be under under Putin and and under that authoritarian regime was propaganda that there is a majority of the people of the state of that wish to have third trimester abortions to pain that this is simply not you propaganda. The majority want to have no cash mail and in turn from violent criminals was no there is no majority for that.

So what is it that tells you that the people that are in the legislatures that are voting for these things do not care about elections. That's the biggest target. That's the biggest argument for for the fact that elections are not on the up and up and that is because they have no fear of elections right now. They may not have and and and and subsequently they have no fear of us and then I have no fear of us removing them from office and that is a dangerous place for our country. To me, David.
