My passion is the fight for freedom. My father fought for World War II defending our country. Today, we are no longer fighting with guns. Instead, we are fighting an ideological battle for control of our country by contributing to causes that support your constitutional rights.
I am Patriot Mobile. I thank and praise God for this borewell that God has enabled us to put in this village with the prayer and support of Pastor Grigg Young and Chosen Generation Radio Ministry. And by the prayer and support of the Pastor Grigg Young and Chosen Generation Ministry, we could put the borewell in this village for the community.
Before, this community was drinking dirty water and that was really causing a lot of sickness. But now they are getting pure and fresh water and all the communities are so thankful for Pastor Grigg Young and Chosen Generation Ministry and all the supporters. And we pray for all of you that God would bless you and God would use you so that we can put more and more borewells in a poor and needy community, those who are really having a problem of the waters. Man, my internet speed right now is just taking a ginormous hit, and I'm not sure what the deal is. Let me see here. Let me see if it's anybody here on the premise.
Anyway, welcome aboard. So, Reverend Clenard Childress will be with us bottom of hour number three. Kanye West is displaying some brand new clothing, White Lives Matter, and heads are exploding. So, we'll talk to Reverend Childress about that and about how God has created all of us. God doesn't see the color of our skin. God sees the character and what's inside of our heart, and he sent his son, Jesus Christ, to save the world.
The word of God says that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself. We'll talk about that. Tiaran Rose will be with me. News busters and censorship. Big news with Elon Musk and the reveal of the SEC filings that clearly indicate that he is absolutely going to go forward with his takeover of Twitter. So, that's going to be very interesting to watch. And a number of other stories that are being buried and hidden out there that we'll bring to your attention and talk about how the media and fake news operate.
Nansu is with us. Big arrest. If you didn't see this, and this is another one of those stories that you may well not have seen, but there was a big arrest that took place, let's see, I believe it was yesterday, Silicon Valley arrest.
This was Eugene Yu, the CEO of Conic Software, was arrested. And True the Vote was finally able to put out a statement. True the Vote was sued. True the Vote exposed Conic for having messed with our elections. Conic filed a lawsuit against True the Vote. And in that lawsuit, they got one of those, well, they got a judge to basically say that True the Vote can't say anything.
It's an T-O-R or O-T-R or something like that. David will know what I'm talking about. At any rate, but as of yesterday, because of the fact that this man has now been arrested, that is off. And so True the Vote basically came out and said, you know, we're grateful that we were able to be a part of presenting the evidence, obviously, a lot more evidence there.
But Conic Software is election management, EMS software, and EMS platforms and apps are used in nearly every election across the country. And so there's obviously something needs to be done before the election that's coming up very, very soon here. All right. So big story with regards to that. Let's see. And Nan Su will be talking about that.
We're talking about CCP's influence on the immigration, not immigration, the illegal invasion, a lot of things with regards to that. And then bottom of the sour, Melanie Collette is with us. Hillary Clinton, once again, first she called us deplorables.
Now she's talking about how terrible the Trump supporters are and so on. So we'll talk about that coming up as well. David Shostakovich is waiting there right patiently in the wings with his judicial watch hat and his Jacksonville jersey, pullover jersey, workout jersey, if you will.
This is right, the pullover hoodie. Yeah, for Florida, Jacksonville, Florida. Absolutely, absolutely. Lost a tough one on Sunday.
They'd been the Jaguars, they'd been on a roll and they lost a tough one on Sunday. Saw that in the funny papers. All right. Well, hey, it's my pleasure to welcome our constitutional originalist and you can find him at CG contributors, third generation radio.com CG contributors. And by the way, just once again, want to remind you, we do need your help. We do need your support.
Very important. We're here to bring a biblical worldview to what is happening in our country. And I spent quite a bit of time yesterday talking about the founding and pushing back against the 1619 project and bringing forward the prayers and the attitudes and so on of those that landed on these shores to bring the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which where biblical Christianity has gone, lives are improved. And that's the heart of the Christian is to see everyone lifted up.
When you encounter Jesus Christ and you transition from being one who is walking in the dark to one who is walking in the light, your life gets better. And so that's really the significant message and how great our country is and so on. All of that to say that we have some things today in history that we want to talk about. And David, I know you go to these courthouses. You always take in the historical aspects of them. And you found something in this most recent journey that you posted on your Facebook page that was a little stunning.
Yes, I do, Greg. And this is just yesterday. I was in LaSalle County, Illinois. I went to court in LaSalle County, which is in Ottawa, Illinois. Ottawa is actually an extraordinarily historic place because it's the site of the first of the 1856 Lincoln-Douglas debates that, of course, shaped the conversation going forward relative to slavery and what would lead to the Civil War. But on the outside of the old courthouse in Ottawa was a plaque. There's a nice plaque honoring Abraham Lincoln. There's Lincoln plaques almost in every courthouse. There's Lincoln memorabilia in almost every courthouse throughout Illinois, with the exception, by the way, of Crook County. Crook County does not want to acknowledge that there is a famous Republican anywhere. So they don't acknowledge Abraham Lincoln in the land of Lincoln.
But in every other courthouse, the most famous lawyer from our state is acknowledged. But there's also a plaque there for the United States Senator who engaged in the debate with Mr. Lincoln, Stephen A. Douglas. And strangely enough, the plaque talks about several times that Douglas was in Ottawa, including his last appearance there when he was running for president in 1860. But it struck me when it said a great American, Stephen A. Douglas.
And I'm not much for canceling historical figures or tearing down statues or those kinds of things. But Stephen A. Douglas was an unabashed racist. And if somebody should read the Lincoln-Douglas debates, and actually there's a nice series on PBS that recreates the debates, which I think is very, very worthwhile for people to do.
You will find out, you will find what an absolute racist Mr. Douglas was. But just as importantly, Mr. Douglas, in terms of while he was running for president in the United States Senate, arranged for what they called popular sovereignty in the territories. And his popular sovereignty was essentially to let the people in the territories when they, relative to becoming states, vote on whether or not they're going to be free or slave. Douglas essentially said, okay, we're going to go with democracy and allow a majority of the population, should they decide to do so, to enslave a minority of the population.
This is why, this kind of problem was precisely why we were created as a republic, not a democracy. And what Douglas did is ultimately set off what we would learn, what would become called in American history, bloody Kansas. Because what would happen is Kansas was trying to become a state, was the fact that because of this concept of popular sovereignty, slaveholders and slave interests in the country were importing and paying people to go to Kansas so that they could vote for slavery in Kansas. They were essentially fixing, they were working to fix the election in Kansas so that they could have an outcome that the people who are normally living in Kansas didn't want to have.
Any of this sound familiar, Greg? Yeah, it sounds like, I don't know, something like a southern invasion that's taking place and flying people around the country and then these states that are deciding to take individuals that aren't even, by the way, citizens of the country yet. They haven't even become citizens and yet they're going to take these illegals and they're going to register them to vote.
Exactly. It's the same kind of thing about importing voters. It's not about winning over the population that exists. It's not about selling your ideas to the actual people of some place, but rather importing voters who will vote in a way that you desire. The story of bloody Kansas actually was the Civil War before the Civil War and we ultimately, of course, wound up with the Civil War. But there's a couple of lessons. See, this is why it's so horrible that we do not teach history, that people do not see the repetition of things, where they don't see situations where they're trying to import voters, they're trying to fix elections to get an outcome that they desire.
Rather than win over the people with ideas, you import voters and fix elections. This is why it's so horrible that we do not teach and do not understand history and it's just also so horrible to rewrite history and have a plaque that says Stephen Douglas was a great American. Stephen Douglas was not a great American.
Stephen Douglas was blemished on the history of America, but he has the strongest argument as to why the United States is a republic and not a democracy. And I think there's lessons to be learned all the time. There's lessons all around us if we would just take a look. And this was just yesterday. After I got out of court, I was taking a look at some of the plaques on the old courthouse and I thought, gee, it should be brought to people's attention that this idea of importing voters rather than winning elections is not new, but it is something that we have to be vigilant about.
Well, it's very dangerous. All right, we're going to take a quick break and we come back. SCOTUS went into session yesterday.
Big decision on a 2A case that was sent back, impacted by the New York rifle case that we were all celebrating. And we'll tell you about that coming up right after this brief break. Neither products do not treat, reduce, cure, or prevent disease. Everyone is being affected by higher prices at the pump. Maybe you've seen the meme where the man calls the police to say he's been robbed. Where did this robbery occur, the dispatcher asks? At pump number 7, says the man, can you describe them? Sure, they had flashing lights and a long trunk. Unfortunately, the price of gas and diesel is no longer a laughing matter, and it's causing us all to have to rethink our lifestyles.

The level of sophistication was tactic. People were putting on Trump stuff beforehand or taking it off after work. It was members of our own government. I've been an FBI informant for a number of years. On January 6th, I said, are you working?
And he said, yes. This is treason. They want to criminalize dissent. I open the shutters that had the battering ram. I hear, then they told me to come out, hold a bunch of red dots all over my chest.
They're hunting down Trump supporters like dogs. I just walked into a crowd of people. I spent the next three weeks in jail. They put me in a cell by myself, total solitary confinement in a cell not much bigger than a walk-in closet. FBI, guns drawn.
Hands up! Put your hands on the wall! This is psychological warfare.
It didn't have a battering ram in it, but what it did have was a turret on top. He was pointing his gun at all my neighbors, ready to pull up anytime he needed to. They handcuffed me. They handcuffed you?
Yes. 147 days since my wife was murdered, I got to be her voice now. There's an old Chinese saying my ancestors learned before the Communist Party took over our country. The family is the essential unit of human society and that you must have honor and defend your family. But it's not always easy to do.
When the regime gives the order, you have to kill. My heart was pounding. I felt my body bouncing and twisting on the floor. They put numbers on our shoulders then separated us into rows of even and odd numbers.
I was number nine. My brother, he's still in prison and my sister, she was sent to a labor camp without a trial. But there's one piece of evidence they haven't been able to destroy yet.
I left everything behind. If I can expose what they did to us, then all of our suffering would be for nothing. Hello, I'm Mike Lindell, inventor of MyPillow. And now back to Chosen Generation with Pastor Greg. My apologies, folks. I don't know if you can see me or hear me or what have you, but we just got apparently cyber attacked because my system was telling me that I had no Internet connection at all. My Internet just all of a sudden dove. I was turning a few things off because my Internet had gotten, was reflecting that it was incredibly slow and I was, I mean, the speed was just terrible. David, you were breaking up. I mean, I was catching like, you know, bits and pieces, but all of a sudden you froze and then you were gone and I spent the last several minutes. Yeah, my speed is still absolutely terrible, but I spent the last several minutes just trying to get connected, which makes little or no sense. All right, we're back.
Let's try and continue as much as we can, right? SCOTUS has made some, well, there's a lot of stuff that they're getting ready to get involved in. The Section 230, you and I talked a lot about that in the last six months or so, the last few years, but SCOTUS has decided to go ahead and take a Section 230 case and there was a specific or a particular case that I thought was of interest to us having to do with 2A and it's Alfred Morin versus William Liver and this was a situation where a guy basically went to a place that didn't, that wouldn't honor, there was no reciprocation, would not honor his license in Massachusetts. He went to DC. He didn't realize that he had a problem until he got there, discovered that he had a problem, that they weren't going to honor his license and they arrested him.
Yes, that's exactly right. Although, here's the fallout from that. They arrested him in DC, although at the time he had, he still had a permit from Washington State and he ultimately got arrested in DC for carrying a firearm and for having an unregistered firearm and he got convicted and pled guilty actually to a couple of misdemeanors in DC as a result of that. Ultimately, later on, he did move to Massachusetts and Massachusetts has a law regarding getting permits and things that it is not a, it's a May issue kind of thing.
It's not a shell issue when it comes to a permit and the May issue permit means that you actually go to your local police department or your local, wherever it is that you live and you give your application to the local authorities and the local authorities can veto whether or not you get a permit or not. The local authority in Massachusetts did veto him by getting a permit based upon his misdemeanor conviction in the District of Columbia. He, of course, appealed the denial of his permit in Massachusetts. That went to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court yesterday did something really, really unusual. There's a process, generally speaking, where if you ask the Supreme Court to hear a case, you ask them for what they call a writ of certiorari and when you ask for the writ, they either say yes, we're going to hear that or no, just we're going to let the decision below us stand up. Unusually, and then if they grant it, usually then they set it for hearing and allow for briefings and all kinds of other things that have to go on before they actually make a decision. In this case, they granted certiorari, they said okay, we're going to hear the case and then they vacated the ruling below saying that this denial of his permit needs to be re-looked at, that the appeals court that was holding up his denial of his permit, they sent it back to the appeals court and said no, you can't do that, so we're going to send that back to you. So they vacated and then they granted cert, they vacated the decision below and then they sent it back to the lower court. In light of their previous decision in the New York case, and the New York case basically had similar restrictions as the Massachusetts law, and so it was a very summary decision. They did it summarily. But essentially the message that they're sending to the lower court is, hey, you need to review what we have already decided in New York that is already the precedent here and you need to apply that precedent to your decision and you got it wrong.
That's principally what they said. They kind of spanked the lower court, really. It was without comment, but when you reverse a lower court without argument, that means that the lower court was just so absurdly wrong that you better get it right.
And there's a message to all the courts across the United States, don't bother us with this, get it right. We've already made the ruling that there is in fact a second amendment right. States can't put on unreasonable restrictions when they do. And essentially this whole concept of what they call May issue permits compared to shell issue permits has already been decided. And so the schemes that the various states have where local authorities can veto somebody's application for a permit to carry is basically out the window.
And that scheme exists in a lot of states around the country. And they just said, we've already decided this. Don't bother us with this anymore. Which is significant. All right.
I want to shift. Well, let's walk through because there's a number of these. I guess we can go through those, but at some point too, I would like to get your thoughts with regards to the J6 case that's being heard right now, the Stuart Rhodes case. And the argument that the defense is making is that the president of the United States had the right and the president of the United States, by the way, on the 6th of January was still Donald John Trump. The 45th president of the United States was still the president. There had not been a vote even at that point in time in the day, there had not even been a vote to decide whether or not they were going to certify the election. That was part of what was at question. And from what I understand, I just saw something day before yesterday where they finally have released the findings in Arizona and the findings in Arizona clearly indicate that they are, it looks like, prepared to decertify the 2020 election results in Arizona.
Yeah, they are. It does appear as though they're getting prepared to do that. And that is entirely consistent with the elections clause of the constitution. If something is unconstitutional when it happens, nothing that happens afterwards makes it constitutional.
So that being stated, the argument of the defense in the Stuart Rhodes case is that the oath keepers had sent an open letter to the president saying, we believe that you have justification to put into place the Insurrection Act. And what many people forget is that in 2016, there was a group of Antifa and others that actually did try to interrupt President Trump's inauguration on the 20th of January, 2017. They actually did storm the streets, burn vehicles, burn buildings, and the police had to quell an uprising on January 20th, 2017, where there was an intent to try to interrupt the inauguration of the duly elected and certified President of the United States.
Yeah, that was just down the street from the parade route where I was. And you could see the smoke and some of the fire coming up from what was going on there. And they tried to discourage the people. So it was rioting taking place. And yet there were no charges of sedition.
I don't know the disposition, so I'm not going to say I don't know the disposition of any of the cases or if any of those, but my understanding is from what I have been told is that those cases were all dismissed and it was all washed away. You know, I mean, and you even had a woman stand on a stage in front of the audience and talk about dreaming about blowing up the White House for goodness sake. Yeah, if I'm not mistaken, I was Madonna. And she had dreams of blowing up the White House. I believe that was the day after. The day after, right, when they all wore their pink vagina hats.
That's correct. And certainly they're allowed to parade. But to the extent that my knowledge of what happened to the folks that engaged in these riotous acts, some were in fact arrested and prosecuted, but they were arrested and prosecuted for the criminal actions that they did. You know, it's so silly to say that these are organized efforts to overthrow the government. As a practical matter, it's just it's not going to happen. It's not possible.
You know, this is so. But so there were those my understanding that January 20 and 21 of 2017, those those matters were in fact, many were prosecuted, but they were prosecuted for the destruction they did to the property, for the damage that they did to the buildings and the cars that they set on fire. Nobody charged them with trying to overthrow the government because as a practical matter, it's just not going to happen. And to the extent that people were did damage to the Capitol, those people should be prosecuted for busting the windows. And and the sad part about the majority of that is, is that the people who actually instigated that the people who are actually involved in that the guy that was smashing it that Ashley Babbitt actually punched in the face, trying to make him stop damaging and destroying the Capitol, while the DC Capitol Police stood around and watched him do it.
And then you watch him run back in the real j six video. And it appears to me that he puts on a matching black shirt that matches the DC Capitol Police uniform. Yeah, these are the whole thing about insurrection, this attack on our democracy and whatnot is just, you know, it's utterly made up. It's utterly insanity. To my knowledge, nobody was ever, ever prosecuted for trying to take over the Portland District Courthouse. What about the Wisconsin State Capitol that they held for two weeks? For two weeks?
They literally took and and and took over a state capitol building for two weeks. Or what about Chaz? Well, that's what you're talking about, right? You're talking about Chaz? Yeah, yeah.
In Portland. And they actually, they did take over the police station and a number of other federal government buildings, but they actually did attack the federal federal courthouse. Yep. They're they're similar federal property. And so it's a misuse of prosecutorial power to try and charge these things as trying to overthrow the government.
Because as a practical matter, that's just not going to happen. These are just crazy people that need to be prosecuted like you would prosecute anybody that's rioting in the streets. Well, but but but when it comes to Stuart Rhodes, Rhodes wasn't even there. Rhodes wasn't even on the premise.
He was, I mean, he was nowhere around. And and many of these oath keepers, there were oath keepers that were there. But the oath keepers have a history of helping the police of working alongside of the police of it, their oath keepers and the oath that they are talking about, folks, in case anyone should ask you, this is an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. It is to uphold the oath that they took during their time of service when they entered into military service. And you can't be a member of the oath keepers unless you're a veteran.
Period. That's pursuant to Article Six of the Constitution that requires that requires such an oath for members of the military and various other offices of the United States. And so their, their oath, in fact, is to uphold the Constitution.
And that's what their their efforts are, their efforts are geared toward. And so, but of course, that upholding the Constitution apparently is insurrectionist these days. Well, the Constitution, according to the FBI's MVE description, which is militia, militant, violent extremists, if you have a picture of the Constitution up in your home, or your or you carry it around with you, the FBI considers you to be a likely militant, militant, violent extremist, especially And of course, one of the prime militant, violent extremists is a guy over my shoulder here. Mr. Washington was one of the one of the more famous militant, violent extremists in the in the history of the United States.
And so this is yeah, this is really dangerous to start to consider people that wish to uphold the first principles of the country to be militant, violent extremists. All right, switch topics. Trump has asked the justices to intervene in the dispute over documents seized from his home.
Your thoughts on that? These are clearly within his within his rights to do that. And to have a special master and you know, special masters are generally appointed, it doesn't necessarily have to be what they call privileged information to be.
And everybody talks about attorney client privilege. But if there's a privileged medical records within there, or if there's things that are beyond the scope of the search warrant, that are part and parcel of what was what was required. But the issue apparently at the moment turns around, I guess from what I understand, there was about 11,000 pages of documents that were taken. And apparently right now they're debating over 100 pages. And 100 pages indicates that some apparently has some classified markings on them. Nobody's actually ever said that these documents are still classified. And of course, as Hillary can say, if there's a little C on there, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's classified. You know, so there's a debate on whether they're classified or not, but they're actually debating 100 pages out of 11,000. And it's just it's just crazy because of course, the that whole thing was a staged political political raid, not a not a legal raid. All right, let's run down some of the cases that the Supreme Court is is deciding that they're going to hear.
Give me a rapid fire, we got about a minute, give me a rapid fire. And then we'll come back and dissect some of the top ones. And we're going to continue, of course, to talk about these through throughout the next few weeks. Yeah, we will talk about them as they develop in but we've got we've got a couple of fairly important religious liberty cases. You mentioned the section 230 matter that is is upcoming. That's a YouTube case, where somebody has indicated that YouTube allowed the publication of stuff that led to someone's death, that somebody actually died as a result of this video that was allowed on YouTube. YouTube is claiming this section 230 of the Communications Act as giving them granting them immunity for publishing such a such a video. This could be this could be very, very important up to now the Supreme Court has declined to take any section 230 cases. And this one is this is this huge.
All right, we're going to take a quick break, we get back we'll dive a little bit deeper into that we're going to give you more of a preview of what's coming up. What happens in these cases, folks does directly impact us as citizens of the United States. My passion is the fight for freedom. My father fought for a war war two defending our country. Today we are no longer fighting with guns.

I went under usage to a product that changed my life. The product is called Vibe, available at cgrwellness.com. I thought I was on a good nutritional program before I discovered Vibe.
I was taking the traditional vitamin mineral tablets, wasn't really feeling any different. So I tried Vibe. Vibe is an all in one vitamin mineral supplement. It's a liquid multivitamin. It's cold pressed, whole food sourced, non-radiated, gluten free and has no pasteurization. Vibe is like fresh juicing without all the work.
It supports four areas of the body, cardiovascular health, immune health, anti-aging and healthy cell replication. Vibe is available in a 32 ounce bottle for home use or a very handy one ounce travel packet for life on the go. The first time I tried Vibe, I had more energy at about 20 minutes.
I started thinking clear, even believe I slept better. Get yours today at cgrwellness.com, coupon code chosenjinradio at checkout and receive $20 off your first order, $50 or more. Negro products do not treat, reduce, cure or prevent disease. Everyone is being affected by higher prices at the pump. Maybe you've seen the meme where the man calls the police to say he's been robbed.
Where did this robbery occur, the dispatcher asks. At pump number seven, says the man, can you describe them? Sure, they add flashing lights and a long trunk. Unfortunately, the price of gas and diesel is no longer a laughing matter and is causing us all to have to rethink our lifestyles.
We have an answer for you. Green Fuel Tabs. Green Fuel Tabs by Green Fuel Global are a fuel enhancer and conditioner that actually accelerates the combustion process, reduces emissions and cleans the entire engine system without use of harmful detergents.
Our products are EPA registered and have been used commercially for almost two decades. So stop getting gouged at the pumps. Just drop a Green Fuel Tab into your tank and save from 10 to 20% on your next tank of fuel. Head over to greenfueltabs.shop. That's greenfueltabs.shop. $2.50 will treat a 10 gallon tank. Get your order in today.
Drop a Green Fuel Tab in your tank and start experiencing the savings. My passion is the fight for freedom. My father fought for a World War II defending our country. I am Patriot Mobile. You can support Chosen Generation and make a tax-deductible donation by visiting www.chosengenerationradio.com.
And now, back to Chosen Generation with Pastor Greg. Look, I am for marriage between a man and a woman. I am for life from conception. I am for following the Bible and I believe that our founders started this nation on biblical principles.
I am in support of our military and believe that America should play a role in world security. I believe our Constitution was intended for a moral people and that the Bible contains the only true moral code. I believe we are all born sinners and that God in His grace and mercy sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins and that if we will confess our sins, He is just and righteous to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I believe salvation is not just accomplished in a little prayer, but that it is found in how that transformation is lived out. Jesus is to be the Lord of our lives and we should follow biblical precepts. This is not legalism or works, but a life lived out in love and honor towards the One who died for my sins. Faith without works is dead and is no faith at all. I believe that we will fall and that we need to have a repentant heart and that God will ultimately bring us into perfect action through Jesus Christ, spirit man perfected and soulish man in progress. I believe that we are not to live in guilt and shame when we fall, but we repent and get up and move closer to Jesus. I believe that if our nation will repent and turn from wickedness that God will heal our land.
I believe that as a Christian I must occupy until He comes and that to call evil wicked and to warn about those evil acts is a part of the mandated Christianity. That to love also means to be willing to take the risk necessary to confront a friend with the truth in hopes that their heart will be turned because their life matters, even if it means in that moment they will possibly hate me. It means that I must risk scorn to stand for truth and that I can never sit silently by while evil attempts to conquer the world. God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life. That does not make me weak but strong, not silent but bold and not fearful but courageous. Therefore, if you are my friend while we may not fully agree, know that I share what I share because I care.
If you strongly disagree with these beliefs, they are not debatable for me and you can, if you choose, unfriend me. I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see and ears to hear that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and that God, not man, gets to decide what is truth, life and the way.
God bless you. David, one of the cases that's up here is the conservative justices seem poised to uphold Alabama's redistricting plan in Voting Rights Act challenge. Yes, it does appear as though they're going to do that. Alabama did redraw their representative districts in accordance with the census. There's a group of people that says that the Alabama legislature did not put in enough minority districts in the plan, in the redistricting, and the lower court, in fact, did agree that Alabama needed to draw another majority-majority district and the Supreme Court seems for you, since they've decided to take that case, there's no reason for them to take the case unless they're going to overturn the lower court and uphold the Alabama redistricting, which is consistent. Hopefully, they're going to be more consistent with the idea of one man, one vote from Baker versus Carr from the 1970s. And then, regarding the majority-minority districts, they're going to be in a better position to indicate to the people that that's not necessarily something that needs to be considered as much as it seemed to that everybody's properly represented and that everybody's vote counts. It looks like the court is tending to get more colorblind, if you will, which would be wonderful. Sorry, that would be awesome.
The internet people are trying to call me while I'm on the air here. That's good. It'll be interesting to see if they pick that, how they determine that. The issue here isn't about race, and of course, that's what progressives want to make it, is all about race, but that's not what this is actually about. And then that goes to voter ID and that whole idea, and I'll talk to Melanie Colette here in just a minute, but the idea that someone who is a minority or of color doesn't know how to get an ID, you have to have an ID. If you're going to get welfare, you have to have an ID. If you're going to get any kind of benefits, you have to have an ID.
When you go to the store and you present your benefit check and you want them to cash it or you want them to use it, you've got to produce an ID that matches the benefit check before they're going to go ahead and give you your groceries. It's ludicrous, ladies and gentlemen, but they assume that people are, quite frankly, here's what they think, and this is why they want to control you. They think you're dumb. They think I'm dumb.
They think we're all stupid people, and they're the only smart ones, and so they need to direct our lives because we're too dumb to direct our own lives. That's what they think. That's the argument.
There's one side of the argument, Greg. I don't even think that they think we're dumb. I think they make the argument for the purpose of giving them control over elections. There's so many things that are phony arguments about early voting and about absentee voting and about mail-in voting and the ID situation. All of those create holes in the security of elections. Agreed, but you're talking about specifically elections, which is critically important. I'm talking about the broader picture of everything because they don't just want to control the election. They need to control the election at this point so long as they allow elections to happen, which the ultimate goal is is they're going to eliminate that.
There won't be any elections, but at the end of the day, they do. Gruber came out and said it during the Obama years when they did the whole Obamacare thing, right? At one of the conferences, he's recorded his sentence, and he's said it, and he's said it. At the conferences, he's recorded this saying, look, they're stupid. They're dumb. They're too stupid, and that's why we were able to fool them because they're all stupid. He flat out said, we're all stupid, and they're too smart, and they're smarter than we are, and that's the reason why they do these things and get away with these things and try to get away with these things because they believe we're all dumb. Well, they sell them that it's beneficial for certain portions of the population, and that's how they sell them, but don't dismiss the fact that the goal is to control the elections and pretend that we have elections.
There you go. That's what I'm saying. Until such time as either, yeah, they're controlling them now, but in these dictatorial countries, in these authoritarian countries, elections are a sham. Well, they just had an election in Ukraine where a good chunk of the country supposedly succeeded to the Russians, and apparently, it's like about 95% of the Ukrainians wanted to leave Ukraine. That's not true. Yeah, I know it's not true. That's a Russian lie. Yeah, that's Russian propaganda that's suggesting that the Ukrainians want to be under Putin and under that authoritarian regime. Well, it's propaganda that there is a majority of the people in the state of Illinois that wish to have third trimester abortions, too.
Amen. That's just simply not true. It's propaganda that a majority of the people want to have no cash bail and turn violent criminals loose.
No, there is no majority for that. So, what does that tell you? That tells you that the people that are in the legislatures that are voting for these things do not care about elections. That's the biggest argument ever for the fact that the elections are not on the up and up, because they have no fear of elections. Right. Yeah.
No, they don't have, and subsequently, they have no fear of us, and they have no fear of us removing them from office, and that is a dangerous place for our country to be. David, thank you. We've run out of time. Always a good conversation, man. All right. All right. Thank you, my friend. You got it.
